Trump's job approval rating is soaring a going.

talk to, they say things like I had no idea
how much waste was in government, or I would have

Not quite that, But a lot of people saying that
there's a blizzard of activity and from the White House.
And I think that's what a lot of people that
I'm talking to are most impressed with is that President
Trump has hit the ground running and that he is
really doing all kinds of things at lightning speed pace.
And the expectation, I guess was that this would be
a slower pace, and so I think a lot of

people feel like he's being very efficient.

We need to pile it on when we're finding out
we're giving taxpayer money to terrafts, when we're supporting LGBTQ

operas in Central America and surgery to change sex, which
you really can't but you know, the it's just butchery
is all it is. And your tax dollars are going
to that, and we find out billions of dollars could
be going to terrorist organizations. To me, it's just it's
beyond belief. And of course I've been preaching it for

a while. You know, have a bill to defund the Taliban.
We found out we're sending them forty million dollars every
week every week, the American taxpayers are, and I can't
you know, it's it's I had to go pitch a
fit to the speaker to get a to get it
to get the bill moving. So we're you know, things
are moving, but you better hold our feet to the fire,

and I'll tell you what. We better start passing laws
to back up what the President has said because these
executive orders are undone by the next president.

so you've got the R ANDV research folks showing look
at this, I mean, President Trump's job approval, it's sorey,
it's fifty five percent. So it kind of leads to
the question about these rhinos that you're talking about or

folks that are just like, hey, you need to get
with the program, because the truth of the matter is
the American people are on President Trump's side. They're on
your side, Congressom Burchett. I mean, in other words, you
and the Freedom caucusers his narrative out there that you
guys are going to be the stumbling block because you want, oh,
shockingly more cuts. How about the rhinos and other get

on board with what the Freedom Caucus wants, because that's
where the American people seem to be today.

Yeah, I'm not a member of the Freedom Caucus. I
told Jim Jordan, I said, y'all get me for free.
He said, how's that? I said, I vote more conservative
than your members, and I don't get to come to

not the stumbling block. We're representing what America is saying.

that people in upper Upper East Tennessee and western North Carolina,
when Hurricane Helene flew through there, they were still living
in tents. They didn't have electricity or water until President
Trump came up there and raised total hate East and

and they started clearing streams and clearing roads. We'd voted
for one hundred million dollars for FEMA, and I didn't
vote for it because I said, we'll steal it or
will misdirect it. And sure enough, fifty four million dollars
under Biden and and it went to and they fired
the people, but it went to motels up in New York.
So if they could house homeless, I mean, they could

house illegals. So FEMA is just a it's a scam,
and it's it's incredible that that people will still stand
by these organizations. But America understands what's going on and
they're fed up.

Congressman, since you brought up FEMA, I'm going to follow
you down that road. There, of course, is massive flooding
in Kentucky right now. FEMA is said to be on
the ground. How much confidence do you have that FEMA,
even under the direction now of the Trump administration, is
going to really be effective in helping the folks there
in Kentucky.

I think I know they'll lose their job that they
don't do their dad gum job. And I don't think
you're going to see money misdirected to where it shouldn't be.
FEMA will do what it's supposed to do. But again,
Franklin Graham's organization, Samaritan's Purse, I'm trying to prepare legislation
that we start just directing money to groups like that
and just do away with fame. But famous should just
be a flow through for money and they shouldn't take

ten percent off the top or whatever they ought to
just be. They ought to direct the money to the locals.
You know, we have the apparatus in every state and
that's an a form of our National Guard, and that
we could equip them to do these jobs and we
would not have and they could direct the money to
groups like Samaritans, person Mountain Strong and some other groups

that that do. I mean undeniably they do the Lord's work.
They were on the ground before Fama was in North Carolina,
and so I think that's that's where we need to
be directing our resources.

had any of the leadership in the last four years,
and now we've got a real leader, and the world
is taking note. Piece is breaking out, the economy is
turning around. People are anxious to see what's going to happen,
and they're excited about this country once again. And I
bet you our enemies are not going to be that.
You're not going to see them taking a shot at us,
because they know we got a new cowboy in the

White House and he is not going to put up
with any of it, that's for sure.

there's a headline from All Places CNN. It says Democrats
confront their powerlessness as Trump flex's authority, the party remains
without a clear leader. Talking about the Democrats obviously, as
no one has stepped up to represent them, what do
you make of what the Democrat? Not that you're a
Democrat consultant the last time I checked. But they're in

a pickle, As my dad would say, what are they
going to do in this situation? Or do we even care?

They're chasing their tail? Well we should because there's they
still have a portion of this country and our college
campuses are largely controlled by them, and that's the feeding
ground for this thing. And yeah, I think that that
what we're seeing right now is just an overturn of
years of corruption and deceit, and America's not buying it.

one of them. I said, more people are watching reruns

are watching CNN. So yeah, and the Democrats are just
chasing their tail. They're rudderless. All they can do is
attack Elon and attack Trump, two of the most popular

in the Doge Committee myself that Marjorie Taylor Green did
an excellent job of sharing. I thought, I thought, man,

The Trump Department of Justice is calling on the US
Supreme Court to decide whether the Commander in Chief can
fire the head of the US Office of Special Council,
the independent agency protects federal employees who are whistleblowers, Hampton
Dellinger sued the Trump administration after being fired by Email
last month. He argues that his firing was illegal, based

on law that protects leaders of independent agencies from being
fired by the president except for in cases of neglective duty, malfeasance,
or inefficiency. As a result of federal judge issued a
temporary order last week allowing Dellinger to keep his job
while the case is adjudicated. A US appeals court has
since rejected the Trump administration's request to overrule the lower

court's ruling. The DOJ is now taking the case to
the Supreme Court, who's ruling on this matter could be
precedent setting when it comes to President Trump being able
to fire government workers and specifically agency heads. At least
ten people are dead across the Southeast, nine of them
in Kentucky following massive flooding. The state's governor says he

expects the number of dead to increase as the water
recedes and rescuing recovery operations continued. The deadly flooding as
a result of more than six inches of rain in
some areas. Kentucky Governor Andy Basheer says the White House
has approved his request for an emergency disaster declaration, Plus

the Israeli hostages released by Hamas. Let's listen in wonderful
Sasha Alexander Trovanov was reunited with his family after being

held by Hamas terrorists for fifteen long months. You can
see Trovanov right there greeting versus partner mother than grandmother
upon his return home. Just phenomenal. The release of Sasha
and two other hostages came after President Trump applied pressure
on Hamas to release the hostages or all hell will
break loose. The terrorists complied, at least for a few

of them. As President Trump has proven time and again,
it's all about the art of the deal. When Trump
talks people listen, he's like if Hutton look it up

Yes you, Prime Minister Netanyahu and Trump understand that Iran
is the cancer of the Middle East. Multiple previous administrations
have known this and have not dealt with this well.
President Trump during his first term put just crippling sanctions
on Iran. But it is an obvious statement. No, there

can never be a nuclear armed Iran. That is not
good for the region. Now, I think President Trump sees
it as he wants Prime Minister in net Yahoo, with
the support of the US, to cut off the tentacles
of Iran through Hesbla and Hamas, and again that further
isolates Iran. But how you go about of the destruction

of this you know, Islamic theocracy, which over seventy percent
of Iranians don't support themselves, is the true question. Now,
Trump said he would keep us out of wars, so
I think they'll take indirect means again, crippling sanctions, support
to the Iranians, the seventy percent who opposed this theocracy,
and I think they will destroy Iran in iotola from within.

That's the smart move. But again, they have the support
of every Gulf you know, Muslim country that is, especially
exporting oil, who live under the constant threat of Iran
blocking the Strait of Hormus. So this has been a
problem that has been kicked down the can or kicked

an administration that understands it and wants to finally put
a rn to bed and see a regime change.

Mike, I'd like you to critically evaluate this cease fire
deal between Israel and Hamas. And I asked this question
in light of it almost feels like there's so much
emotion that's guided everything. Yes, we're happy and excited that
three hostages were released, but if you look at it
on the opposite end, dozens, we're talking like ninety something

Hamas prisoners that were held in Israel are being released.
The two just don't jive. It doesn't seem equal from
the outside looking in. You're the professional, though, I'd love
to get your perspective.

No, it really is.

And you know when you release these Hamas prisoners, I
mean yah Yah Sinwar, who was recently eliminated. The head
of Hamas was one of Israel's prisoners back in the day,
so you know they are tomorrow's terrorists.

Nothing changes. But you know, the end.

Or the the completion of the ceasefire between Hamas and
Israel doesn't mean that Israel won't stop the systematic elimination
of any Hesbola or Hamas leaders. They will continue to
do so in a much less kinetic way. But the
job is not done until we completely eliminate Hamas right

down to the last man. They are a terrorist organization
that caused disruption in the region. So don't think that
Israel will stop. They will stop major combat operations, but
they will continue to eliminate hamas.

The New York Post is reporting a transgendery legal has
been arrested in New York City, accused of raping a
young boy and a public park restroom. Police say Nicole
Suarez followed the fourteen year old into the bathroom of
a bodega near Thomas Jefferson Park and East Harlem and
attacked him. Mike, it is so disturbing that it takes

an incident like this to sound the I'm about public
safety because this is the tip of the iceberg in
terms of these sorts of attacks on American citizens, especially
in New York City, but really California is probably.

Yeah, I'll say this rape of any form is evil
and it should be dealt with harshly. I think, you know,
we are early into the Trump administration. We're already seeing
them take action against you know, policies like this allowing
shared bathrooms with transgenders. It's going to take time, but this,

my heart goes out to this young boy. You know, this,
this individual should be dealt with harshly. But it's going
to take time to totally reverse the policies under the
Body administration that are doing harm to our youth.

Mike. President Ronald Trump's team preparing to begin peace talks
between Russia and Ukraine. I want to get your take
on this because they're going to take place, by the way,
as we know, in Saudi Arabia this week. What do
you think I mean, Zelenski, it's not going to necessarily
be part of that though. We don't exactly know who's
going to be inside the room, but we understand it's

definitely US and Russian officials. European leaders are upset. Everybody's upset. Meanwhile,
the art of the deal maker. Uh, Donald Trump is
doing his thing. What's your take as to how this
goes this week in Saudi Arabia?

When are the Europeans not upset? You know? For the
point you know Zolensky.

I hate to be crude, but it's almost like he
putting Zolensky in the corner.

You could be at the table, but the adults are speaking.

the CEO of a company and you had somebody running

The Europeans will not be at the table. They'll have
to accept whatever deal comes. But you know, the Europeans

also look look at the mass migration of you know,
Muslims into their countries and the problems that they're dealing with.
It's almost become again a test bet for the World

an increase in the amount of fraud from criminal groups,

about the victims, the victims of this fraud, of the taxpayers,
and the victims of this fraud of the individuals whose
identities had been stolen by these criminal groups and used
for nefurious purposes.

an astounding one trillion dollars has been stolen from taxpayers
through COVID related fraud that happened during the pandemic, highlighting

to celebrate freedom, patriotism, and even if you think about it,

Doctor Newcomb, always good to see you. So, how is
President's Day more than a holiday where we honor two

great men from our nation's passing. It goes beyond that?

Really well, it does, and I think in many ways
it shows basically the foundation that we have as a nation.
And I do mean by that the Judeo Christian heritage.
For example, George Washington, our first president under the Constitution,
said in his farewell address, of all the dispositions and
(43:44):
habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are
indispensable supports. He said, no one should labor to subvert
these two great pillars of human happiness. And yet today
we see a lot of people, David, in our society.
They're chipping away at those pillars of human happiness. And then,
(44:04):
of course, on President's Day, we honor the memory of
Abraham Lincoln, who led us during the very dark days
of the Civil War and kept us unified as a nation.
And you know about in the middle of the war,
in a prayer proclamation, he asked the nation to pray,
and he said this, He said, we talking about we
as a nation have grown in numbers, wealth and power
(44:25):
as no other nation has ever grown. But we have
forgotten God. Intoxicated with unbroken success, we become too self
sufficient to feel the necessity of redeeming and preserving grace,
too proud to pray to the God that made us.
It behooves us then to humble ourselves before the offended power,
(44:46):
to confess our national sins, and to pray for clemency
and Forgiveness March thirty, eighteen sixty three, Abraham Lincoln.

Wow, this is our herald.

Yeah, we fast forward, and I think one of the
seminal moments in a bad way in American history is
in twenty fifteen when Obama had the White House lit

To me, that was a seminal moment because it really

shows you when you don't follow the Bible and traditional
Judeo Christian principles, what follows really will wreak havoc on
a society. I'm curious to get your take on that.

I think the principle in life applies to individuals and
it applies to nations. And you see it right in
the Bible. You reap what you sown. And I think
what's happening is too often we've been reaping these negative
things that have been sown. I mean, you know, bottom
line is righteousness exaltation, but sin is a reproach to
any people. That biblical principle also prevails, and I think

some of our presidents the ones that showed us, you know,
to follow God and so what they followed that basic
principle that righteousness exalts the nation.

John Adams, our second president, once said this. He said
that our constitution was made only for a moral and
religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of
any other. So it really shows you, ultimately, David, what

the Democrats who won dishonestly or got the White House dishonestly.
But you would feel so demoralized. They've got nothing to
stand on anymore. I don't know what they're going to do.

on the victory. The victory has already been one, but
there's still so much work to be done, and President

to the war between Russia and Ukraine ramping up, as
top Us and Russian officials are set to meet in

Saudi Arabia tomorrow. That meeting also is to set up
a sit down between President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Prutin.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio will lead the US delegation,
which will include US Envoy Steve Wickkoff as well as
National Security Advisor Mike Waltz. Tomorrow's negotiation follows President Trump's
phone conversations with both President Putin and Zelenski. You may

remember Vice President jd Vance also met with the Ukrainian
President Friday in Munich, Germany. While government offices are closed
today in observance of President's Day, Elon Musk's DOGE team
will be hard at work rooting out fraud wasted abuse.
The team is expected to visit the Federal Aviation Administration's
Air Traffic Control Command Center in suburban Washington, DC today.

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says DOGE personnel will get a
first hand look at the current system. They'll also learn
what air traffic controllers like and dislike about their current tools,
and envision how we can make a new, better, modern,
and safer system. Today's DOGE review comes on the heels
of several hundred FAA probationary employees being fired as part

of President Trump and Elon Musk campaign to cut the
size of the federal government. Well the Trump Department of
Justices calling on the US Supreme Court to decide whether
the commander in chief can fire hire the head of
the US Office of Special Counsel. The independent agency protects
federal employees who are whistleblowers. Hampton Dellinger sued the Trump

administration after being fired by email last month. He argues
that his firing was illegal, based on a law that
protects leaders of independent agencies from being fired by the president,
accept for in cases of neglective duty, malfeasance, or inefficiency.
As a result, a federal judge issued a temporary order
last week allowing Delandra to keep his job while the

case is adjudicated. The US Appeals Court has since rejected
the Trump administration's request to.

Overrule the lower court's ruling.

The dj has now taken the case to the Supreme Court,
whose ruling on this matter could be precedent setting when
it comes to President Trump being able to fire government
workers as well as agency heads. At least ten people
are dead across the Southeast, nine of them in Kentucky
following massive flooding there. The state's governor says he expects
that number of dead to increase as the water recedes

and rescue and recovery operations continue. Look at this video.
This is some of the floodwaters. The deadly flooding is
a result of more than six inches of rain in
some areas. Kentucky Governor Andy Basheer says the White House
has already approved his request for an emergency disaster declaration.
Plus the Federal Emergency Management Agency is on the ground
there in Kentucky ready to step in where needed. That's

purportedly discuss how best to handle the challenges posed by
President Trump's comments. US officials are in Saudi Arabia to
talk with Russian officials about how best to end the

at Parkland. And by the way, he didn't even know

tell us about this holiday. Walk us through the history

It first started with Congress back in the eighteen eighties
when they commemorated a day for George Washington, then later for.

And it was like that for a period of I
don't know, one hundred years, until the nineteen sixties when
they moved Washington's birthday to the third Monday in February
to give federal federal workers a three day holiday, and

So now, but now it's evolved into a celebration of

all presidents on President's Day, which I frankly resent because
I don't think that great presidents like Washington or Lincoln
or Reagan should be lumped in with special needs presidents
like Biden or Franklin, Pierce or Millard fillmore and something
like that. I think they out have their special especial afternoon,
maybe maybe a lunch break or a coffee break for

the for the bad presidents, and just leave the good
presidents alone. We do live in a meritocracy, right, so
why honor meritless presidents?

Actually that's a really good point, you know, why why
celebrate I mean, this idea of celebrating these people who
serve sacrificially. Let's be honest, so many of them, I mean,
I'm sorry, I don't want to dislike every president in
the United States, but so many of them are narcissists.
I mean they look in the mirror and they go, hey,
I think I'll be president one day. Let's be honest.

Yeah, no, they're exactly right. But we have to.

But but you know, look is that we apply. Not

like that. You know it's called that, you know, mediocre

Such a good point. Speaking of presidents, let's talk about
President Trump. These approval ratings are through the roof, Craig.
You've got RG research saying that Trump has a whopping
fifty five percent approval rating. Now, I'm curious historically where
that fits as it relates to other presidents. I mean,
obviously other presidents have had strong approval ratings of time.

But for Trump to have this type of approval rating
after everything he's been through and all the vitriol thrown
at him, this is pretty remarkable. I'm curious to get
your take historic now.

You're yeah, you're absolutely right, David. It's astonishing.

We live in a very polarized world now and for
him to get a fifty five percent approval, you know,
when Reagan left office, he has seventy three percent approval,
and John Kennedy after the Bey of Pigs got up
to a seventy percent approval rating. George Bush after the
Gulf War got up to like ninety percent approval or.

Something like this. But those are anomalies. At least Bush
was that was an anomaly.
Speaker 21 (01:11:16):
Reagan's was well deserved after eight years, as was John
Kennedy after the after his you know, with his presidency
all considered. But for Trump to get fifty five percent,
that's that's that's a mandate. That is a mandate from
the American people to continue doing what he's doing. So

obviously he's not listening to the insiders. He's not listening
to the intelligentsia. He's not listening to the people who
surrounded who supported the Biden administration and supported Joe Biden
all of his nonsense, nonsensical policies, and he's he should
take great comfort and knowing, you know, both Lincoln and

Reagan talked about you couldn't get a lot of things
done in Washington or in government unless you had the
support of the American people.

Well, Trump has the support of the American.

in and helped Donald Trump do this in a more
muscular fashion, that is, holding our government accountable to the

seem willing to die on the hill of fighting this
effort for sanity in Washington.

Another story that's making headlines is Morning Tyler. Is the
White House in definitely banning the AP over its use
of the Gulf of Mexico instead of the Golf of America.
Officials say they are indefinitely banned from the Oval Office
as well as Air Force One. All of this, of course,
coming after President Trump signed that executive order saying that

do you make of all of this, Tyler.

Well, see, I love the switch from the Gulf of
Mexico to the Gulf of America. But I think that
the big message here is that the Associated Press has
you know, they claim to be the.

They're they're giving you straight news, and yet what we
see constantly from them, and they publish the standards by
which all other journalists pretty much decide to cover the news,
and their AP style book has intentionally twisted things against

So when it comes to climate alarmism, when it comes
to transgender orthodoxy, the AP style guide says, you have
to report the news in a way that props up
these narratives. They say, you know, you're supposed to have
both sides of a story, except when it comes to
climate alarmism.

a quote from the other side to include in their coverage.

Novak was texting me during the show. He made a
really good point, He said, the hypocrisy of the ap
because Ukraine wanted them to one of the associated press
to change the name of Kiev from uh Or it

did that. So you know, there's a lot of hypocrisy

in there, but we'll get to that another time. All right,
let's talk about CBS News and their host, Margaret Brennan.
She had this outlandish claim over the weekend claiming free
speech was weaponized in Germany to conduct the Holocaust. Anyhow,
here I got to play this. I'm done. I don't
even know what's I'm bumbling. I'm stumbling over myself. Here's

Well, he was standing in a country where free speech
was weaponized to conduct a genocide, and he met with
the head of a political party that has far right
views and some historic ties to extreme groups. The context

Biden administration, normally there are leftist pressure groups behind it.
And behind those leftist pressure groups is this massive left

wing dark money apparatus. People that you probably have heard of,
like George Soros and his Open Society foundations now run
by his son Alex. Groups you probably haven't heard of,
like the Tides Foundation, that funnel dark money to activist groups,
and the Tides Foundation has itself an in house nonprofit
that's focused on defending anti Israel rioters after they engage

in their violence and activities on college campuses. It's called
Palestine Legal.

It's shocking anyway. Most recently, I found many ties between
the woke activist groups that were calling the shots in
the Biden administration and US AID, which, as the name suggests,
it's all about AID. It was really about soft power,
but in recent decades it's been weaponized to spread woke
ideology abroad that actually limits America's vision in the world

and are standing with many of these conservative countries where
we've seen transgenderism, we've seen climate alarmism, we've seen other
things pushed on countries and DII musicals. I mean, how
how insane can an organ can can a federal agency
get all of this with your tax dollars? They're connected

to their funding and they're working with these woke activist
groups that called the shots in the bid administration.

So, Tyler, do you know if DOGE has uncovered some
of what you've uncovered, and if not, should that, in
your mind be part of the scope of Doge's duties.

Yes, I think my book provides a good road map
for more places for DOGE to find, and much of
what dog is found correlates with my book, But there
are extra steps that they can take then my book
lines out. I also make recommendations in the book for
changes that Congress needs to make to rain in the

deep state. Unfortunately, we have a fourth branch of government
in this country, called the administrative state, that is often
not accountable to Congress or to the President, even though
it technically falls under the executive branch. One of the
main facets of this is the public sector unions, which,
by the way, the American Federation for Government Employees is

filing many of these lawsuits to stop Trump and DOGE
reforms and really sort of you know, squash them down
in the crib. And so these public sector unions, even
FDR said public sector unions should not exist. And I
think one of the main things Congress can do is

tax what's called official time.

Where bureaucrats are getting paid by the taxpayer to do
work for these public sector unions. And this is a
very clear thing that can fall under budget reconciliation, which
the bill they're working on right now is, and it

cup today. The Obama Presidential Library could be in some
major trouble. The library was once a major champion of DEI,
and now it's facing a forty million dollar lawsuit tied

to race. The library set goals that thirty five percent
of builders and suppliers would be from quote diverse suppliers.
They reportedly hired in one construction a minority owned firm,
and then in another firm, they and then another firm
excuse Me sued claiming that they were racially discriminated against.

So let's bring in doctor Gina and David to talk
a bit more about this on. No big surprise here,
but it really goes to the heart of some of
the DEI issues out there.

These people talk a good game, they would have there's
their views on everyone else. But then when it comes

so it's happening. But look, what did they say, live
by the center or die by the sword. It's the
same thing, kind of lived by DII, die by DEI.

DEI causes. And by the way, with this Obama presidential library,
isn't this rich the community activist? Oh, Obama right, former

They're not happy because trees are dying and bird sanctuaries
are being taken away. So, you know the same people
that you know, I thought Obama cared about the environment.
I thought he cared about the community. No, no, he

glass half full, but I am saying it's going to
be a challenge. And I think you know this idea
that they all live happily ever after, there is a
dot dot dot to this story in terms of what
the fallout turns from all of this will be. So

you know this idea that these hostages are released and
it's just one big happy ending, It's just not the
entire story, to be clear, David.

what happens next? How do you move forward? How do
you come to grips with what has happened? And here's

you come to grips with this feeling that your country,
in this particular case, Israel failed you because there was

a lack of security. I suspect that has got to
come up. It's probably not comfortable for us to talk about,
but that's got to be an issue that your country
was invaded by terrorists who took you, and I can
only imagine that's got to be difficult to reconcile.

Yeah, And the other sad part again, you're right, David,
is supposed to be Sunday side up and here I go.
But the other sad part is there are still hostages there.

ceasefire is going to end here soon in the next
what is it week or so technically I believe this
third fit phase is coming up. So we don't know, Gina,

that certain date, which is of course passed, and.
