Speaker 1 (00:05):
I had.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Right now on American Sunrise, top Trump administration officials are
denying that war plans were exposed in a group chat
that included The Atlantic editor Jeffrey Goldberg. Ahead here information
that Goldberg claims he was privy to plus impeaching rogue
federal judges who are trying to derail President Trump's plans.

(00:26):
Coming up in just a few minutes. Georgia Congressman Andrew
Clyde joins us to talk about his impeachment efforts. And
Democratic Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett is on thin ice with Attorney
General Pam Bondi after alleged threats against Elon Musk. So
is she in the political bullseye or did she just
view some bull that landed her as a potential DOJ target.

(00:49):
That story and so much more right now on American Sunrise.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
Good morning, America.

Speaker 3 (00:58):
Welcome to American Sunrise.

Speaker 4 (01:01):
Well it's culture.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
We have breaking news to share with you.

Speaker 4 (01:04):
Politics.

Speaker 1 (01:05):
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.

Speaker 4 (01:09):
So you've got your couple.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.

Speaker 4 (01:13):
We have to protect the American family.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
The American dream is still alive.

Speaker 5 (01:19):
I'm David Brody, I'm Terrence and I'm Doctentina.

Speaker 6 (01:27):
Good morning. I'm Allison Hans in for doctor Gina, live
from West Palm Beach. Let's bring in David Brody in Washington,
DC and Terrence Bates in our Denver newsroom. Good morning, gentlemen,
how are.

Speaker 7 (01:39):
You doing well?

Speaker 4 (01:42):
Doing well? David? Good morning?

Speaker 6 (01:44):
Well, I Terrance, you were talking about Jasmine Crockett, and
I do think it's a bunch of bull and I
can't wait to talk about that story because that is bonkers.

Speaker 4 (01:54):
Thank you for listening to my teases.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
I put a lot of heart and soul into that tease,
and trust me, there was a lot of thought whether
I finished bull or just leave it at bull.

Speaker 6 (02:02):
So I have appreciated it, and I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (02:05):
I didn't hear a word, they didn't hear shit.

Speaker 6 (02:08):
I appreciate the discretion. Well, gentlemen, we have a jam
packed show this morning, so let's get straight to the
Bible verse. Okay. It's from Isaiah forty thirty one, and
it reads, but those who wait on the Lord shall
renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles.

(02:28):
They shall run, and not be weary. They shall walk
and not faint, Terrence.

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Yeah, a lot in that Bible verse, a lot to
take in. There's also a lot of news to talk
about this morning. So folks go ahead and get your
popcorn ready now, because a major showdown is set to
happen in Congress today. It is Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor
Green taking on PBS and NPR. The upcoming hearing is
titled Anti American Airwaves. Chief White House Corresponding Brian Glenn

(02:58):
joining us now live from the White House with a
preview of today's face off that is going to be televised.

Speaker 4 (03:04):
Brian, good morning, Hey, good morning, Terrence.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
So look, Brian, I suspect that the focus of today's
hearing isn't just going to be about content that's aired
on NPR and on those other networks, but also about
the funding public funding in particular for PBS and NPR.

Speaker 1 (03:25):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (03:25):
I don't think any of us.

Speaker 8 (03:27):
Want to completely eliminate those two news outlets. We just
don't want taxpayer dollars funding both of those outlets. Now,
every Republican president has promised throughout their campaign that they
will end public funding to both these organizations, and no
one has done it.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
Yet now.

Speaker 8 (03:48):
I asked President Trump in the Cabinet room yesterday afternoon
about whether or not he would support defunding, for lack
of a better word, NPR and PBS, and he says, absolutely.
There's enough media outlets in this room covering the events
of the world. And what's interesting is both these outlets
have what would be described as a membership platform as well.

(04:11):
So even if you were to cut federal funding for
these outlets, they still have a business model that's based
on membership. So many people say they'll be okay that,
but it is time to cut taxpayer dollars go into
these very leftist leaning organizations who have really weaponized their
platforms to take down Republicans in the past.

Speaker 2 (04:34):
Brian, another big story coming out of the White House
there behind you, as President Trump revamping the way elections
are handled, specifically requiring proof of citizenship in order to
vote in federal elections.

Speaker 4 (04:46):
Talk a bit more about that.

Speaker 8 (04:49):
That was incredible. That was probably one of the most
important ones that he did yesterday. And he actually said
that if you look at the states that Kamala Harris
won in this previous election, most of them do not
require an ID to vote, So one can only think
that maybe perhaps that is the missing link there that's

(05:09):
giving some of these Democrats an edge, or maybe that
opens up opportunities for election discrepancies. But yesterday historic signing
on this, and a lot of people should be proud
that have been on the forefront after the twenty twenty election,
talking about election integrity, talking about voter ID, the very
simple thing of showing your driver's license in order to

(05:31):
vote in elections.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
It's simple, it's common sense.

Speaker 8 (05:34):
And yesterday President trum signing that executive order requiring major
revamps in the way we vote.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Brian, before I let you go, the White House is
dispatching Christy Nome to El Salvador today. She'll visit a
prison there, and then over the next couple of days
she'll visit Colombia as well as Venezuela.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
This is a pretty big move.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
This is a way to really put some of President's
Trump's ideas as it comes to deporting illegals into action.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
This is a way to put a stamp on it,
if you will.

Speaker 8 (06:08):
It is you know, President Trump is doubling down, such
as Tom Holman every time he walks out behind me
and gets in front of that press gaggle. He doubles
down on the commitment to send these criminals back to
where they came from, and promises made promises cap as
far as getting rid of the illegal drug cartel gangsters
that have been terrorizing this country the last four years,

(06:28):
and so Christy known by going to these countries or
getting those negotiations, getting those relationships ready so that when
they get on a plane, we don't care what that
judge says, I don't care personally, send them back home.

Speaker 2 (06:43):
Brian Glynn reporting for us this morning outside the White House.
Always a pleasure, sir. We'll check back with you in
a little bit.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
Now.

Speaker 2 (06:50):
We want to get you over to GOP. Congressman Andrew
Clyde of Georgia, he of course is going to join
us now with talks about all of the things happening
on Capitol Hill.

Speaker 4 (06:58):
Congressman, good morning.

Speaker 9 (07:00):
Well, good morning, you' all.

Speaker 10 (07:01):
Great to be with you on American Sunrise.

Speaker 4 (07:04):
It is always a pleasure to have you.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
So a national security story that was leaked about potential
war plans being leaked. It was the big talk yesterday
on Capitol Hill. Your Senate colleagues actually had a pretty
big hearing on that the Trump administration's top intel officials
testified about what Democrats called sloppy conduct for texting war

(07:26):
plans to a group chat that included Atlantic reporter Jeffrey Goldberg.
The White House, of course, immediately responded, saying that no
war plans were released during that conversation. Now that you've
had about twenty four to forty eight hours to take
in this story, give us your thoughts.

Speaker 11 (07:41):
Well.

Speaker 10 (07:42):
I think when the White House says that no war
plans have been released, I think that we need to
take that for what it's worth, and that is the
presidents is very clear. Secretary Hegseth is very clear, no
war plans were released on that chat. So I believe
in this is a president who you can trust. I mean,

(08:02):
promise has made Trump promise has kept. And honestly, I
think that the real focus here needs to be on
what they actually accomplished. You know, last Congress, I introduced
a bill to declare the Hoothies as a foreign terrorist
organization and it passed the House. You know, President Trump
did that in his first term. President Biden undid it.

(08:22):
He's doing it again, and he's taken down the Hoothies,
and we should all celebrate that because it's opening up
the sea lanes and making it safe for people once again.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
Yeah, and by the way, we should point out that
both tulsi were Actually it was John Ratcliffe who said
that signal technically is a way for the government to
officially communicate, though I'm sure that might be looked at
in the near future. Congressman, let me ask you this.
You've called out a corrupt judge, John McConnell for blocking
President Trump's freeze on federal funds, so you've officially drafted

(08:54):
articles of impeachment against him. You've dropped those? Have those
been dropped?

Speaker 12 (08:58):
Now?

Speaker 1 (08:59):
Is that official? And also explain your reasoning here, because
liberals are going to say that judges shouldn't be in
peace just because you disagree with the decision they make.
What's the counter argument to that?

Speaker 10 (09:08):
Well, it is official. I dropped them Monday evening with
a number of co sponsors. And you know, I'm sorry,
but the framers of our Constitution are founding fathers gave
Congress both the authority and the responsibility to hold rogue
judges accountable. It's called impeachment, and judges are federal officers.

(09:29):
And Congress has that impeachment authority, and we are the
only ones who can really judge the judges, and we
will do that through impeachment. There are two articles in
what in the legislation I drafted. The first point is
abuse of power. That's a violation of Canon number five,
where you can see the rhetoric that he has come

(09:50):
out with that there is no way in the world
that he could be a fair and even arbiter and
make it make a fair judgment. And then you have
a conflict of interest, which I think is incredibly serious.
When he's on the board of a of a non
government organization and the order that he enters that prevents

(10:11):
President Trump from halting payments to non government organizations just
so he can look at them when he's on the
board of one. That means his his judgment, his restraining
order has a direct effect on the NGO that he
sits on and was a chairman or at some point
in the in the past. So this is a direct
conflict of interest. He should have recused himself.

Speaker 4 (10:33):
He did not.

Speaker 10 (10:34):
He violates Cannon number two, and therefore.

Speaker 11 (10:37):
He should be impeached.

Speaker 10 (10:38):
He should be he should go to trial, and the
Senate should remove him as a federal judge.

Speaker 6 (10:42):
Representative Claude. Meanwhile, Congressoman Jasmine Crockett addressed allegations regarding her
involvement in the Tesla takedown movement. Your thoughts she is, whoa,
she's really out there these days, Your thoughts on her
remarks and Tesla.

Speaker 10 (11:01):
It's very inflammatory and she had better heed Pam Bondi's
words when she said tread carefully, because you know, if
you can incite violence like this, then I'm sorry, but
there's got to be some culpability there, and I think
Pam Bondi is putting her on notice, and so if

(11:21):
I were her, I would take Pam Bondie's words very
seriously because that lady's going to uphold the law.

Speaker 4 (11:31):
Congressman, before we let you go.

Speaker 2 (11:33):
On Capitol Hill yesterday, a protester interrupted Mike Huckabee's confirmation
hearing President Trump, of course, has nominated the former Arkansas
governor to be the ambassador of.

Speaker 4 (11:42):
The State of Israel.

Speaker 2 (11:44):
We were watching the video here and you can kind
of hear in the background all of the commotion, if you.

Speaker 4 (11:50):
Will, what do you make of all of this?

Speaker 2 (11:53):
Like you and your colleagues there on Capitol Hill, are
trying to conduct business, trying to move the country forward.

Speaker 4 (11:58):
And while people have a right to speech.

Speaker 2 (12:01):
Inciting this sort of interruption, if you will, of hearings
there on Capitol Hill, what does that say to you
about the state of where we are as a country.

Speaker 10 (12:10):
We're get Well, the people who do that better be
real careful because interrupting a federal proceeding is a felony,
as I recall. So you know, the left is just
just completely gone wacko. This is definitely Trump derangement syndrome.
And you know, they just need to respect people. And

(12:33):
unfortunately we're not seeing that one. It's coming from the
left and it's just a disgrace to see what they
are doing and continue to do. And we go back
to the Jasmine Crockett inflammatory words. You know, you end
up with things.

Speaker 6 (12:48):
Like this, Congressman Andrew Clyde, thank you so much for
coming in this morning about.

Speaker 1 (12:54):
Them thos, I'm a good one.

Speaker 6 (12:58):
Yeah, well, coming up breck out the hottest headlines from
the Revenues room with t Bates. Also borders are Tom
Homan promised you bring hell to Boston and he wasn't kidding.
Just how many illegals were caught there last week. Find
out as American Sunrise continues.

Speaker 13 (13:27):
Newsbreak. It's brought to you by AMAC, Association of Mature
American Citizens.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
You see, listen, I know something about narcissism, and when
we put the West Beach West Palm Beach control Room
shot up yesterday, I knew they would want it again. Hello, gentlemen,
it's good to see you all of you. Oh here,
it is not a still shot, you guys, you are
a life. Hello, I'm waving to a screenshot. Okay, fantastic.
Welcome everybody, and welcome back to Americans Center. As I'm

(14:01):
David Brody coming up crossing the border under the Trump administration.
Good luck with that. If you're coming from South America,
we are going to have the latest numbers. Not only that,
but talk to a rancher or here, I should say,
from a rancher who is seeing a drastic difference down
there on the border. First though, T Bates sending by
with the latest headlines from the Real America's Voice newsroom.

(14:22):
Sponsored by AMAC.

Speaker 14 (14:23):
The Association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice
for Americans fifty and older. AMAC is fighting for the
values that you hold. Dear and joined today Together we
can write the course of America.

Speaker 2 (14:40):
President Trump is out with his latest executive action aimed
at overhauling elections in this country. Under the measure, voters
would be required to show proof of citizenship in order
to vote in federal elections, plus all ballots would have
to be received by election day.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
We believe that.

Speaker 15 (14:57):
This executive order is the farthest reaching executive action taken
in the history of the Republic to secure our elections.
Among numerous other aspects of this executive order, this is
going to be cut down on illegal immigrants on the
voter rolls ensure that the Department of Homeland Security and
the data that they have available is being fully weaponized

(15:19):
to ensure that illegal immigrants aren't voting. This will include
a citizenship question on the federal voting form for the
first time.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
Tuesday's order points out that the government has failed to
quote enforce basic and necessary election protections. The President is
now calling on states to work with federal agencies to
share a voter lists and to prosecute election crimes or
otherwise face losing.

Speaker 4 (15:43):
Their federal funding.

Speaker 16 (15:46):
Well.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
The White House is out with some answers about the
reported national security breach involving the editor in chief of
The Atlantic magazine, Jeffrey Goldberg, being included on text chains
with the Vice president, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense,
and Director of National Intelligence. White House Press Secretary Caroline
Levitt refuting the reporting about that conversation, saying, in part,

(16:08):
no war plans were discussed and no classified material was
sent to the thread. Levitt also confirms the White House
Counsel's Office has provided guidance on a number of different
platforms for President Trump's top officials to communicate or safely
and efficiently as possible. Meantime, President Trump gathered his cabinet
on Tuesday to discuss all of this.

Speaker 17 (16:29):
The person that was on as I understand that he
left very early because it enviedly very exciting.

Speaker 4 (16:35):
But I think it's something you should.

Speaker 9 (16:37):
Look into, sir.

Speaker 18 (16:38):
We are we have our technical experts looking at it,
or have our legal teams looking at it, and of
course we're going to keep everything as secure as possible.
No one in your national security team would have ever
put anyone in danger. And as you said, we've repeatedly
said the attack was phenomenal and it's ongoing. But the

(16:58):
media wants to talk about everything else, etcetera. For the hostages,
you're getting out of the Middle East, Iran on its
back foot, sea lanes getting reopened, peace and Europe.

Speaker 2 (17:11):
And earlier in the day, some of the top officials
who were on that text chain were in the hot
seat before the Senate Intelligence Committee being dressed down about
the alleged lapse in security.

Speaker 4 (17:24):
That's a quick check off your headlines.

Speaker 2 (17:25):
We'll have more headlines coming your way in short order,
including the latest alarming trend at our southern border as
smugglers are pushing something called a zombie drug.

Speaker 4 (17:34):
We'll explain what all that entails.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
But next, an Arizona rancher says, the Trump administration's cracked
down on illegal immigrants is working. The big question, what
do you allow US military forces on his property in
order to defend our national security?

Speaker 4 (17:49):
He'll tell us all about it. We're back in a moment.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
That is hiding Kentucky. Where is hiding Kentucky? I think
that is I'm just trying to look on a map. Well,
I'll have to figure that out. Let us know in
the chat. By the way, it's awesome there it is
hide in Kentucky. We've never done that one before Welcome
back to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody. President Donald Trump's
crackdown on illegals is working. And by the way, don't

(18:35):
just take our word. How about we listen to Arizona
rancher John Ladd, who is a fourth generation rancher on
the border with Mexico near Palominos, Arizona. Lad says he
spent his life basically watching all these presidents change their
border policies and says the recent border protection changes under
the Trump administration, well.

Speaker 19 (18:56):
They are working, Barb Charlottelmey, since they're averaging three apprehensions
a day with no getaways.

Speaker 13 (19:03):
So that's a record.

Speaker 11 (19:05):
On your ten and a half whiles alone.

Speaker 20 (19:07):
I haven't been approached about the military getting on the ranch, but.

Speaker 15 (19:13):
My opinion now is if at border patrol agents with them,
you do whatever you want.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
All right, Well, let's talk about military presence at our
border with retired ice field director John Fabrigatory. John, great
to have you with us here on the show. WHOA boy,
there's so much stuff working under Trump. What do you
think has been the biggest difference? I guess replacing the
name Biding with Trump. We could start there but I'm
wondering about some of the actions themselves. What do you

(19:39):
think has been the biggest difference here?

Speaker 12 (19:41):
John, Well, you know, just locking down the border as
President Trump has has made a huge difference. And also
just look backing the men and women of ICE, backing
the men and women of CBP, allowing them to do
their job, actually enforce immigration law, enforce the Immigration Nationality Act.
It's made a huge difference. And what is an easy
thing to do?

Speaker 2 (20:03):
John borders Our Tom Holman says that US Immigration and
Customs Enforcement has arrested about three hundred and seventy illegal
aliens just in the Boston area over the last week
or so. He of course previously promised to bring hell
to Boston, which is a well known area, to try
to protect some of these illegals. It's a sanctuary city.
What do you make of the crackdown from people like

(20:26):
Tom Holman and from ICE in the sanctuary cities and
the fact that now some of them are giving way
and saying, you know what, go ahead and do your job.

Speaker 4 (20:33):
It's not worth the fight.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 11 (20:36):
Look, I worked for Tom Homan.

Speaker 12 (20:37):
If Tom Holman says he's going to do something, he
goes out and gets it done. Sanctuary jurisdiction does not
protect United States citizens, It only protects criminal illegal alliens.
Tom Holman has been adamant about going out to these
communities and keeping these communities safe, getting ICE agents out there,
working with local law enforcement, and making these communities safer.

Speaker 6 (20:58):
As someone who's worked for Tom, I'd love to get
your perspective on seeing him out there and implementing these strategies.
What is your perspective?

Speaker 12 (21:09):
You know, Tom, Tom's got the heart of a cop.
You know, he wants to get out there. He wants
to get the job done. He wants to keep people safe.
You know, and look, Tom Tom, Tom's a rough guy.
He says what he says. But but you know when
Tom says he's going to get out there and doing
it and he's gonna protect you, that he's actually gonna
get out there and protect you. He's gonna have ICE
out there, gonna have them hooking up with local law enforcement,

(21:30):
and again, just keeping these communities safe. That's what he
wants done.

Speaker 6 (21:34):
I just love it. I love them.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
Yeah, let me ask you more about while we're on
the Tom Homan you know, kick if you will, what
is it that drives him exactly? Do you know anything
about his story? Because because he's like right out of
central casting, it's like he's not playing around. And I'm
just wondering if you, since you know him and you've
worked for him, what what drives him? Like kind of

(21:58):
the DNA. This is my doctor phil Oprah question, if
you will sure?

Speaker 12 (22:03):
So you know Tom tom Homan started as a small
town cop and you know, transition into the border patrol,
was a border patrol agent for many years, went through
immigration investigations and then over into enforcement removal operations. He's
the kind of leader that came up from the street
all the way up, so he understands exactly what ICE
agents are going through day by day, and you know

(22:26):
that's that's really important. He's not some politico that was
put into a position that has no in depth understanding
of what it takes to get this job done. Tom
Homan understands what ICE agents are going through daily. He
understands what the border patrols going through. He's worked the border,
so you know, having a leader like that is a
good thing.

Speaker 2 (22:47):
I obviously am not in law enforcement, but I've covered
enough very very types of law enforcement agencies to know
this that part of the job, yes, is actually arresting
the criminals, getting them off the streets, but in doing so,
you also create an environment that hopefully discourages criminals from

(23:08):
those various acts that you're trying to that you're trying
to get off the street. It seems to me that
that's kind of the foundation of what Tom Holman has
been able to achieve.

Speaker 4 (23:17):
He's created an environment.

Speaker 12 (23:20):
You are absolutely correct, and that's what's important. Look when
law enforcement is out there and they create this environment
and they let people know that they're going to enforce
the law, that they're going to be serious about what
they're doing, that they're going to keep communities safe, you
know you're going to have a reduction of crime because
these criminals are going to know that ICE is out

(23:41):
there looking for them, that they're gonna get snatched up
in these operations and they're going to get deported.

Speaker 6 (23:47):
Well. John also, doctors and the DEA are sounding the
alarm on a zombie a drug being smuggled into the
US from Mexico. They say it's a tranquilizer known as
as xylazine, also called trenk in street terms. I think
we've seen this you know in Kensington in Philadelphia those pictures.

(24:09):
Xylazine constricts blood vessels and stops oxygen flow to the body.
What makes this drug so dangerous is that it doesn't
respond to not in the lock zone, which is the
counteracts those overdoses. So your thoughts when why Trump is
He's imposing these tariffs on Mexico to stop these drugs

(24:31):
coming into the US. Is I mean, is this so important?

Speaker 11 (24:37):
It's very important.

Speaker 12 (24:38):
The cartels are going to try to make money anyway
they can, even putting trash like this out on the street. Look,
all this is trash, all this heroin, all this fentanyl
that's coming out that's killing one hundred thousand people a year.
That the cartels don't care. They're going to continue to
put this out. Putting down tariffs is a tool that
the Trump administration can use to try to stop this.

(25:00):
And look, if it can save people, it's the it's
the best thing that can happen. And I'm glad President
Trump is willing to try different things to save American lives.

Speaker 1 (25:12):
Yeah, let me ask you what about the Mexican cartels.
I mean, this idea that the cartels that Trump is
cracking down on them. Great, okay, but like they're not
going away or are they going away? I mean, how
much can Trump really do in the short term? But
what about the long term? What are they just going
to buy their time and wait for Biden Part two?

Speaker 12 (25:34):
Well, hopefully they won't do that. Hopefully we can coalesce
with you know, the Mexican government, with the Canadians and
trying to stop what's occurring at our borders for for real.
I mean, you're you're you're speaking the truth here, the
you know, the cartels in this game for the long term.
So you know, in order to really put them at
a disadvantage, we're going to have to figure out a

(25:56):
way to go at them directly and really impede what
they do in the future.

Speaker 1 (26:01):
John Fabricatory, really appreciate your expertise this morning. Thank you
so much.

Speaker 4 (26:07):
Thanks guys, have a great day.

Speaker 1 (26:09):

people for thirty years researchers examine the impact of midlife
dietary habits on health outcomes. The findings revealed that not
even ten percent of participants achieved healthy aging, defined as
reaching seventy years old without major chronic diseases or impairments
in cognitive, physical, or mental functions. These healthy aging people

(28:06):
commonly consume diets rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, unsaturated fats, nuts, lagomes,
and low fat dairy products. Conversely, high intake of sodium,
sugary drinks, transfats, red meat, and processed meats was linked
to poorer health outcomes. The study suggests that adopting plant

(28:27):
based diets with moderate amounts of healthy animal based foods
during midlife may also enhance the likelihood of healthy aging

Speaker 1 (30:06):
Oh yeah, yeah, Alison, wink wink, Right, I really do.

Speaker 6 (30:10):
I love giving the advice, not always willing to follow
all the advice, but doing my best.

Speaker 1 (30:17):
Trying to clean out my cupboard as we speak for sure.
All right? Uh So, President Trump assigned a presidential memo
calling on the FBI to declassify all files on the
Crossfire Hurricane probe. Take a look.

Speaker 17 (30:35):
This was total weaponization It's a disgrace, should never happen
in this country.

Speaker 1 (30:39):
But now you'll be able to see for yourselves all
D classified.

Speaker 17 (30:44):
Is that correct?

Speaker 4 (30:44):
Would just saying all D classif? Yes?

Speaker 15 (30:47):
Everything the FBI file with a there's a classified annex.
But other than that, we'll put everything in the public eye.

Speaker 9 (30:59):
Is anybody going to.

Speaker 11 (31:01):
What?

Speaker 1 (31:10):
He cracks me up? Anybody want to look I want
to take a look at this. What do you think
of this? Let's discuss this more. Let's discuss this more
with former Trump foreign policy advisor George Papadopolis. George also
the author of Deep State Target, How I got caught
in the crosshairs of the plot to bring down President Trump.
George a perfect guest for this morning. Thanks for being here.

(31:31):
We appreciate it. So Russia, Russia, Russia turned out to
be nothing, nothing, nothing. Now we're going to get the
full story and see these documents. What do you think?
What do you think we'll see? What will it expose
about the investigation? Good morning to you.

Speaker 21 (31:44):
George, Yeah, good morning, Thanks a lot for having me.
I mean, what a monumental day yesterday was. President Trump
attempted to get these files out during the waning days
of his first administration. But of course the obstructionists within
the first administration, people that were very disloyal to him
and at the end of the day, subverting the will

(32:06):
of the American people, prevented these files from getting out,
especially right before the twenty twenty election, which I think
would have of course had a major impact last election.
Moving forward now in today's era, the Trump administration is
packed with loyalists, constitutionalists, patriotic Americans who want to uphold

(32:27):
the Constitution and safeguard American liberties and safety, and people
like Cash Battel at the head of the FBI, the
Deputy Dan Bungino. These people actually became famous or infamous
based on their knowledge and research of Crossfire Hurricane elements
of my story, other stories, including General Flynn's, Roger Stones,

(32:50):
President Trump's, and exactly what went into Crossfire Hurricane. So
I think what the American people are going to see
finally is who was pulling the strings up they went
and what the actual motivations were. Because I can tell
you something and all of your viewers, and I think
I'm going to be proven right. This was not a spontaneous,
justified investigation. The way that the fake news media propagated

(33:13):
to millions of people in the United States. This was
a attempted coup, I would say, and it was premeditated
and the fix was in probably going back into twenty fifteen.
So I think that's really what we're going to find
out as these files start to come out.

Speaker 1 (33:29):
Well, go ahead, real quick, Allison, just a quick follow up.
So twenty fifteen, that puts the timeline on Obama. You
say it goes to Obama.

Speaker 9 (33:37):
I absolutely do.

Speaker 21 (33:38):
I mean, look, I think what you're really going to
see is this wasn't simply an FBI operation.

Speaker 16 (33:44):
I mean you're talking to somebody who.

Speaker 21 (33:45):
Lived this very dark chapter in American history, somebody that
apparently was in the middle of everything, and no one
knows better than me of what kind of meetings I
was involved in, which countries these people were from, and
other things like that. So I think the only man
or woman on planet Earth who could have put together

(34:05):
the type of momentum or the type of team, if
you will, to go after his rival at that time,
which of course was candidate Trump and other candidates in
the Republican field. That's Barack Obama, who was the President
of the United States at that time.

Speaker 6 (34:21):
So, George, when we're talking about these documents going back
to twenty fifteen, what is the best way to uncover
all of these documents and then present it to the
American people? Because that I think it's so overwhelming all
of this information.

Speaker 1 (34:39):
In your opinion, Yeah, it certainly is overwhelming, And even
when I go back in time, it's even overwhelming to myself.

Speaker 21 (34:47):
So I can only imagine how hard it is to
actually grasp how complicated this story is. I think what
we really need to understand is were other campaigns targeted.
I was actually an advisor to doctor Ben Carson before
I was an advisor to Donald Trump's presidential campaign, and
apparently actually reportedly I should say, doctor Ben Carson's campaign

(35:09):
was targeted.

Speaker 16 (35:10):
So we have to understand.

Speaker 21 (35:11):
We have to actually look to see whether Crossfire Hurricane
was the beginning and the end of the corruption of
the come FBI, or if it did go much further
back in time, including twenty fifteen, Because if it did
go into twenty fifteen, like reports have suggested, that other
candidates were targeted, then that really showcases that there was

(35:34):
a fix in the twenty sixteen election to prevent any
leading competitor against Barack Obama's third term, which would been
Hillary Clinton from actually succeeding and ascending to the Oval office.
This is probably the most egregious attack against our democratic
process if it is indeed proven true, and I think

(35:55):
that's exactly why President Trump said all of the files
have to be declassified, present them in a very simple
manner to the American public, and through accountability and transparency,
we'll make sure that this never happens again and that
we're better off as a republic moving forward.

Speaker 6 (36:12):
George Papadopoulos, thank you so much for coming in this morning.
We really really appreciate your perspective. Coming up, the woke
mob is losing their minds over the resurgence of plastic straws.
We'll tell you why the snowflakes are so upset, and
later in our moment of faith. At some point or another,

(36:34):
we've all asked the Lord for help. But have you
ever asked the Lord what you can do for him?
We'll discuss when American Sunrise returns. Welcome back.

Speaker 22 (37:06):
I'm American Sunrise correspondent Emily Finn. Now it's time to
stay awake, not woke. Brought to us by the seventeen
seventy five Coffee company.

Speaker 6 (37:14):
Every morning, you've got a choice.

Speaker 22 (37:15):
Start your day with coffee that stands for American values,
or keep giving your money to woke corporations that despise
everything we believe in seventeen seventy five coffee is roasted
right here in Florida, fresh, bold, and tested to be
mold free, so you're not drinking stale corporate sludge.

Speaker 6 (37:32):
And believe me when I say it, it's darn good coffee.

Speaker 22 (37:34):
They're making coffee great again, because, let's face it, the
corporate coffee giants sold out a long time ago.

Speaker 6 (37:40):
Their coffee is stale, bitter, and.

Speaker 22 (37:42):
Mass produced in factories that couldn't care less about quality.
Seventeen seventy five is different, small batch roasted taste, tested
by people who actually love this country, and shipped directly
to your door. Prefer cacups. They've got you covered, bold, smooth,
and ready to brew. Do you want a brain boost?

Speaker 6 (37:58):
Grab their Vitality Mine USh Room blend.

Speaker 22 (38:00):
It's packed with Lion's mane and cordyceps for a clean
focus boost without the additives. And if you want the
real deal, dark roast hits harder than a Trump rally
in the Rust Belt. Go to seventeen seventy five coffee
dot com slash rav and use code rab for ten
percent off your order. Fuel up with freedom and start
your morning right. And now that we are caffinated, it

(38:22):
is time to stay awake, not woke.

Speaker 6 (38:23):
And what's woke?

Speaker 22 (38:24):
You ask environmentalists who are suffering from Trump derangement syndrome.
Eco friendly tree huggers are up in arms abound President
Trump's recent executive order reversing Old Joe Biden's ban on
plastic straws. Plastic straws have been villainized as being a
threat to the wildlife and our oceans, and paper straws,
on the other hand, disintegrate over time, seemingly posing.

Speaker 6 (38:45):
No threat to the environment. We'll have more on that
in just.

Speaker 22 (38:47):
A moment, but first here why President Trump issued an
executive order against paper straws.

Speaker 17 (38:53):
So going back to plastic straw as.

Speaker 14 (38:55):
These things don't work.

Speaker 17 (38:56):
I've had them many times, and on occasion they break,
they explode if something's hot. They don't last very long,
like a matter of minutes, sometimes a matter of seconds.
It's a ridiculous situation. So we're going back to plastic straws.
I think it's okay.

Speaker 23 (39:23):
I think it's okay.

Speaker 22 (39:24):
The irony behind the straw controversy is that it has
now become a left.

Speaker 6 (39:28):
Versus right issue. But there is more.

Speaker 22 (39:31):
A study published in twenty twenty three suggests that paper
straws might not be so eco friendly. Belgian researchers say
paper straws could also contain toxic PIFAs, which are known
as forever chemicals.

Speaker 6 (39:43):
That is certainly not good.

Speaker 22 (39:45):
Is the solution that we all just don't use a
straw at all?

Speaker 6 (39:48):
Maybe it's something to think about. We want to know
what you think.

Speaker 22 (39:52):
Let us know on, rumble on, getter, hop on, and
let your voice be heard. Do you think that plastic
straws or paper straws a better We certainly know where
President Trump stands on this one. Now, coming up our
moment of faith in focus today, not asking God what
he can do for us and instead start asking what
we can do for him.

Speaker 24 (40:13):
That's ahead.

Speaker 14 (41:05):
As in the beginning, God created the heaven and.

Speaker 25 (41:11):
The earth.

Speaker 1 (41:21):
Brody. Time now for a moment of faith. It's brought
to us by Lee Greenwood and the God blessed the
USA Bible. All right in focus today. Jesus isn't coming
back for a brand, or a building or a business.
He is coming back, by the way, according to my
next guest, he's actually coming back for a bride. But
here's the question. Is the church today even ready for
the wedding? It seems to many that much of the

(41:43):
church is acting more like a runaway bride hashtag Julia Roberts.
What does the Bible have to say about that? Well,
joining us now with biblical insight into all of this
is one of our favorite guests, you Mosley. He's the
author of The Duke of DC, also the book Discovering Jesus'
decip Piples, and he's the Biographies of and the Biographies

(42:03):
of Jesus's Apostles. Sorry, that's the full title Ambassadors and Chains.
Around here, we simply call them the Bible history God. Jim,
good to see. I can't believe I actually referenced Julia
Roberts in a faith segment, but at least I didn't
reference Richard Gear. So there's that, Jim. What does the
Bible teach us about this, the bride, the wedding, and
Jesus coming back?

Speaker 23 (42:26):
Well, you know, in Matthew twenty five, Jesus tells a
parable ten virgins waiting for the bridegroom.

Speaker 9 (42:31):
Five were wise and they had oil in their lamps,
and five were foolish. They were unprepared.

Speaker 23 (42:36):
When the bridegroom came, the foolish wines were shut out
too late, too lukewarm.

Speaker 9 (42:41):
And here's the thing. The warning isn't for the world.
The warning's for us.

Speaker 23 (42:45):
Too many churches today, in too many churches, we're just
singing the same song. I was lost without you, I
can't do anything without you. Thank you for saving me.
Well that's great, that's true, that's fine. But if it's
all about you know me, me, me, who's actually serving
the kingdom. At some point we got to stop asking
what God can do for us and start asking Lord,

(43:06):
what can I do for you today? Remember what Jesus
said in Matthew twenty eight, Go and make disciples of
all nations, teaching them to obey all I have commanded you.
So being saved is just to start. Then what we're
called to go to teach, to baptize, to obey, to
bear fruit. You know, whenever in the Bible you find salvation,
you always find these three things.

Speaker 9 (43:27):
Grace, God's free offer, faith, our response, and good works
the fruit. We're not saved by works. Paul's clear about
that in Ephesians. But if there's no fruit, no evidence
of good works, the Book of James says there may
have been no salvation to begin with. So many church
songs are always saying I can't do anything without Jesus.

Speaker 23 (43:46):
Well, who said you had to? Paul says, I can
do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. If we
can do all things, why aren't we doing them? Are
we making disciples? Are we teaching others to obey? Are
we even trying? The groom is coming? What about the bride?
She's napping, she's singing, she's taking selfies. It's time to

(44:09):
wake up. Trim your lamp, get ready. Jesus isn't looking
for a runaway bride, He's looking for one who shows
up with her lamp lit.

Speaker 1 (44:19):
Well, that was waxing poetic. I believe I would agree
with all of that. By the way, people do get
caught up in this idea of good works. And I
know the Bible's a very clear the good works aren't
going to get you into heaven. But let's be honest,
you Mosley. A lot of people are going around doing
a lot of good works and saying, hey, look at
my resume. But it's not about the resume, no.

Speaker 9 (44:41):
But the outcoming of faith. The outcoming of salvation is fruit.
Jesus allows us to be fruit inspectors. You know, good
good trees bear good fruit.

Speaker 1 (44:52):
Jim, listen, here's the thing. A lot of we get
a lot of folks and curious about what more you
have to say on a whole host of topics. Where
can people get more information? Because I know they want
to communicate with you online and all that, so tell
us more. Where can they go?

Speaker 23 (45:08):
The best thing is just to go to the Biblehistoryguide
dot com because there's a page on there where we
can communicate by email. And I do get a lot
of people asking questions there the Biblehistoryguy dot com.

Speaker 1 (45:20):
Jim Mosley. Great, you're like the biblical mister Rogers, by
the way, and you have the sweater and everything. It's
always a beautiful day in your neighborhood. Thank you, sir,
I appreciate you.

Speaker 9 (45:29):
Nice to thank you again.

Speaker 1 (45:31):
All right, back with the second hour of American Sunrise.
It's two minutes stick.

Speaker 2 (45:33):
Around, coming up on the second hour of American Sunrise.
After several rounds of negotiations, Russia and Ukraine have finally

(45:57):
agreed to a partial ceasefire.

Speaker 4 (46:00):
We'll have the details.

Speaker 2 (46:01):
Plus, Texas Congresswoman Jasmine Crockett has been making headlines recently
for interview speeches and other off the cuff comments. We'll
have excerpts from some of her comments that have made
her somewhat of a target for the DOJ. And how
close are we to finally seeing a budget reconciliation bill
between the House and Senate? The answer, and so much

(46:22):
more right now on this second hour of American Sunrise.

Speaker 1 (46:28):
Good morning, America.

Speaker 3 (46:31):
Welcome to American Sunrise. Whether it's culture, we have breaking
news to share with you politics.

Speaker 1 (46:37):
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.

Speaker 4 (46:41):
We've got your covered. This is what it.

Speaker 1 (46:43):
Looks like to be a patriot.

Speaker 4 (46:45):
We have to protect the American family.

Speaker 3 (46:48):
The American dream is still alive.

Speaker 5 (46:51):
I'm David Brody, I'm Terrence, and I'm Doctentina.

Speaker 2 (47:00):
It's good to have you along for the ride on
this second hour of American Sunrise. We appreciate you starting
your Wednesday morning with us here. I'm Terrence Baids. Coming
to you from our Denver newsroom. Let's bring in Alison Hans.
She's in our West Palm Beach studio.

Speaker 4 (47:12):
She's in for.

Speaker 2 (47:12):
Doctor Gina this morning. Alison, good to see you. Good
Wednesday morning.

Speaker 6 (47:16):
Good morning. How you doing doing well?

Speaker 4 (47:19):
Doing well?

Speaker 2 (47:19):
It's been it's definitely been a Wednesday. But it is
hump day, so we're almost at the end of the week.
And it's bad that it's a Wednesday. And that's what
I'm looking forward to is Friday.

Speaker 6 (47:28):
I like your tie, by the way, very snassy.

Speaker 4 (47:30):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (47:31):
I'm gonna wear this more often. Every time I wear it,
I get a lot of compliments. People seem to really
like it. And since I get dressed in the dark,
I'll have to put it front and center, so I.

Speaker 4 (47:39):
Pick it more.

Speaker 6 (47:40):
Very good. Good strategy.

Speaker 4 (47:42):
There we go. We'll do that.

Speaker 2 (47:43):
Hey, guys, let's get to a couple of the day's headlines.
Rushing Ukraine have agreed to a partial ceasefire. The deal
was broken by a team of Trump administration negotiators. The
White House says that both sides agree to ensure a
safe passage in the Black Sea, and we'll try to
phase out the use of commercial vessels from military purposes. Plus,
Russia and Ukraine will aim to stop attacking energy facilities.

(48:06):
Both sides negotiated with the US and Saudi Arabia, but
no direct talks between the two sides took place for more.
Let's bring in rav Chief White House correspondent Brian Glynn
to talk a bit more about this. So, Brian, what's
been the reaction there at the White House to this
latest ceasefire or at least partial ceasefire agreement between Russia
and Ukraine. I would imagine that the administration sees this

(48:27):
as a win, even though it's small incremental steps.

Speaker 8 (48:31):
Yeah, we Terrence, We've talked about this baby steps in
terms of really getting this thing done.

Speaker 21 (48:37):
Now.

Speaker 8 (48:37):
What's interesting to note is both sides, both Russia and Ukraine,
claim they have still received military strikes from the other
country last week. So and Putin and Zelenski saying that
doesn't really trust Putin on some of the things. And
then Putin says there's some elements of this ceasefire that

(48:58):
has not been agreed upon, and so there's a lot
of I wouldn't say misinformation, but this is such a
chaotic situation where really bringing these two people together, and
I personally think you bring them together, put.

Speaker 4 (49:13):
Them in a room, and you hammer it out. You
don't let anybody go home.

Speaker 8 (49:16):
You order some pizzas and some diet cokes, and you
hammer this thing out. Because what's happening is it's a
he said, she said type of deal, and that's just
gonna prolong.

Speaker 4 (49:27):
But we are making baby.

Speaker 8 (49:28):
Steps in terms of a completely getting peace between these
two countries.

Speaker 2 (49:34):
Pizza, diet coke, and since the Russians are at the table,
why not some vodka.

Speaker 4 (49:38):
Everything should work itself out. Why not.

Speaker 2 (49:42):
I'll probably get in trouble for that, but it's funny
to be President. Trump signed executive orders yesterday on election security.
Also he pardoned Hunter, Biden's former business partner, Devin Archer. Now,
I suspect there are gonna be lots of questions about guys.

Speaker 4 (49:56):
I lost the AsSb real quickly, so I'm not able
to hear Can you hear me now? Brian's still nothing?
All right?

Speaker 2 (50:05):
Brian apparently not able to hear us right now, So
we do apologize for that. I was going to ask
him about the executive orders that were signed yesterday there
at the White House, but We expect that we'll get
some answers about those executive orders during a press briefing,
which is scheduled for one o'clock this afternoon. We of
course will be covering it live here on Real America's
Voice for You. If we can try to get Brian back,
we will, If not, we will move on because there's

(50:27):
really a lot to talk about, particularly all of the
actions and the things happening there on Capitol Hill. Let's
bring in David Brody and Allison Hans Now to talk
a bit more about that. Move the show forward, David Allison,
good morning.

Speaker 1 (50:37):
Good morning, good morning. Let's go ahead and move the
show forward and bring in Congressman Tim Burchett, who is
going to talk to us about the budget reconciliation process
and kind of where all of that stands in Congress.
That's obviously another big, huge issue right in front of Congress.
So Congressman Burchette, great to have you here on the show.
What's the latest, what's going on? We're hearing like this

(51:00):
sending needs to get the rack together, and it's like
could be July or September. Then I was reading in
punch Bowl News this morning that all hold on everybody's
on the same page. I'm confused. Then again, it's not
easy to confuse me. It's off, Ah, what's going on?
Help us? Help me?

Speaker 25 (51:19):
Well, I'm sorry. My buddy Brian Glenn got cut off
that gum. He's the one reporter that I actually follow.
He gets in there and asks Trump the real questions
that need to be asked.

Speaker 1 (51:29):
Truth.

Speaker 25 (51:30):
He's like the forest gum but reporters. All of a sudden,
I look over there and I hear this voice. I say, hey,
I know that guy.

Speaker 14 (51:36):
He's legit.

Speaker 25 (51:37):
Y'all are lucky to have him. He's a good man,
and I like him. But hey, on the reconciliation, you're correct.
It's all over the board. The you know, these punch
bowl and the rest of them. They get, they get
their inside scoop. They've got some staffer who's leaking stuff
to them, and generally they're pretty accurate. But the truth
is is that nobody is really sure. I think I

(52:00):
think what we're seeing is and the reconciliation is that
they're going to try to get together. I know Trump
said he wants one beautiful bill. I don't care if
there's fifteen of them, I would I'd prefer there be
more than one, just because I'd love to see some
of the stuff cut out. But the reality is is
that we're moving down a path of spending less money

(52:22):
than we have in the past. And I think that's
a good that's a good indicator where we're headed as
a country. But there's still a lot of nonsense in there,
and I think the public needs to realize and they
need to start demanding when President Trump puts these doze
cuts in. These are not permanent cuts. They can be
just wiped away with the stroke of a pen. And

(52:45):
President Trump has put a lot of faith. We put
a lot of faith in President Trump, and he's put
a lot of faith in this country in Congress, and
Congress is not currently fulfilling that duty.

Speaker 11 (52:54):
We are not passing. I was talking to Marjorie Taylor
Green yesterday.

Speaker 25 (52:59):
You know, we've got to doge Committee, and I said,
you know, there really is no apparatus when the President
makes something an executive order for us to pass it
and codify it, which is just a fancy way of
saying we're putting it into dadgum raw. And I would
hope we'll do that in the future, because we are
going to have to start fulfilling his promise.

Speaker 11 (53:19):
I can't.

Speaker 25 (53:20):
Everybody brags about how Congress got this huge majority.

Speaker 11 (53:23):
Congress has a three member majority.

Speaker 25 (53:25):
We're one flu season away from losing our majority.

Speaker 11 (53:29):
Literally.

Speaker 25 (53:29):
President Trump now he got a majority, he got a
what you would certify as a real majority across the country.
So I'm a little cautious, and I'm a little ticked off,
as I always am, and I'm a little disappointed.

Speaker 11 (53:42):
But that's kind of the way it goes.

Speaker 4 (53:45):
All right, are I well? Thank you, sir, I appreciate it.
This gentleman from Illinois will take the floor.

Speaker 2 (53:53):
I share your cautious cautiousness, particularly when it comes to
this budget. I'd love to get your perspective about whether
you think an actual budget is going to be passed
or if we're going to be at the precipice of
another cr come the end of September. You know, I
get it's six months away. A lot can happen in
six months, but we also said that last year we

(54:14):
were expecting things to really happen, to move forward and
move forward, and they never did.

Speaker 4 (54:18):
So, hence my cautious, my cautiousness.

Speaker 25 (54:21):
I think it's going to be really up to the
Senate and give us those indicators we can spend all
this time and pass something which I'm more inclined to do,
and just force the Senate to up or down it,
or to amend it, or do whatever they want to do,
whatever magic they want to work. I think we ought
to fulfill our constitutional duty though, and pass a budget.

(54:42):
Like I've said many times, No, I think it's over
thirty years now. We've never passed to that gun budget
and a continued resolution is just a gutless way of
continuing on the Pelosi, Schumer Biden pattern of spending, and
without those Doze cuts in there, it's just you know
you're going to steal fund you I say, and all
that other nonsense. The money's still going to go somewhere.

(55:04):
And I'll guarantee you about to say the bad work,
but I'll guarantee you that if it will flow right
back to Washington in the pockets and politicians.

Speaker 6 (55:13):
Someway or another, A bad word you never, Okay, Congressman,
you might want to say one right now, because I
wanted to play you something Texas Congressman and Jasmine Crockett
had to say about Texas Governor greg Abbott, take a look.

Speaker 26 (55:28):
And because we in these hot As, Texas streets, honey,
y'all know we got Governor Hoigh Wheels down there, come
on now, and the only thing hot about him is
that he is a hot mess, honey.

Speaker 6 (55:46):
So so yes, yes, yes, yes, now unreal. Congressman Crockett
has since responded with a tweet saying I wasn't thinking
about the governor's condition. I was thinking about the planes, trains,
and automobiles he used to transfer migrants into communities led
by black mayors, deliberately stoking tension and fear among the

(56:10):
most vulnerable. Literally. The next line I said was that
he was a hot mess, referencing his terrible policies. Okay,
this is all insane to me. Representative Burchett, your thoughts
and you have a second.

Speaker 1 (56:27):
You don't have any seven second delay, FYI, So good luck.

Speaker 11 (56:31):
Okay, I'm not going to curse. I was with her yesterday.

Speaker 25 (56:34):
I was walking with her and she grabbed a phone
out of some guy's hand and it made the news.

Speaker 11 (56:40):
It was like my Forest Gump moment.

Speaker 25 (56:41):
Democrats in the gym this morning, we're telling me, said Burchitt,
you're always in the middle of this stuff. How does
this happen? And I was like, yeah, I know, but yeah, look,
she's an attorney and she's trying to expelo over explain
she needs to shut the heck up. When you're in
a ditch in your covering up with dirt, you need
to quit digging, and that she cannot.

Speaker 11 (57:04):
She just can't help herself.

Speaker 25 (57:06):
And it's part of the deal too, when you come
to Congress and all of a sudden you're getting a
lot of attention and you're afraid you'll never get out
of that attention. Somehow I just managed to do it,
even when I'm not even trying myself. I think it's
hass a lot incredible good looks and boys.

Speaker 1 (57:23):
Charms, Yes, yes, yes, But with her thought, it's just.

Speaker 11 (57:27):
She can't help herself. She just can't help herself. It's
that legal training.

Speaker 25 (57:31):
She's got national cameras in front of her, she's on
every national news. But I you know, it's this same
morning I'd give her the same morning I gave AOC
when we first got to Congress and I saw where
she was her trajectory. I said, it's not the Republicans
that are going to kill you. They're going to promote you.
It'll be the Democrats in your own party, people in
your own party that are jealous of all the attention

(57:53):
that you're getting, regardless if it's good or bad. And
I long term, and they're gonna put her. That's why
they put her on the on the Doge Committee. That's
why they put a lot of those young Democrats on
the Doge Committee because they realize the corruption, but they
don't want the gravy train to stop. And there and
people like her and some of those other Democrats that

(58:14):
have just newly elected, they're very idealistic and they believe
the hype. And unfortunately the hype has got US thirty
six trillion dollars in debt. So that is a long
and I don't agree with I denounce everything she said.
I think it's horrible.

Speaker 11 (58:27):
Yeah.

Speaker 25 (58:28):
I don't know the governor. I know he's in a wheelchair.
But when I heard that, I just cringed. I thought,
oh no, don't do that. And it was that like
a human rights group. I think she was even speaking
at so I you know, and people make fun of
the way I talk and they call me Timmy, and
they think that's hurting my feelings or something, you know,
but it doesn't and I get it. But I would

(58:50):
never ever attack anybody's anybody's you know, anything about their race,
their religion, or their disability. And I know that's probably
not politically correct, but he's in a dadgum wheelchair, and
I just I just thought it was horrible, you know.
So anyway, I went on about that, but I just

(59:12):
I just there's so many other things attack his dad
gum policy, you know, but don't attack his disability. That's
just I always in my little girl, you know, I
married my wife and I adopted her little girl. My
wife was a widow and I remember one time we
were downtown and there's some folks that were disabled, and
Isabel said to me, Tim, what's wrong with those folks?

(59:34):
I said, honey, that is just the way God made them,
and you know, and I said, and they're perfect in
his eyes.

Speaker 11 (59:40):
And she said okay.

Speaker 25 (59:42):
And I just tried to live that because my daddy
and mama have been you know, they were good Christian
folks and they took the hard stands. I remember Daddy
named the school in nineteen seventy two after a black
lady named Sarah more Green, and we had death threats,
police cars in the front yard. And Sarah was at

(01:00:04):
my daddy's funeral. She was over one hundred and she
was in a wool chair and she called me, Momo.
She patted me on the cheek and she said, oh, Momo,
it's gonna be all. I said, I know, Sarah, And
then and then when she went to Heaven, I spoke
at her funeral.

Speaker 11 (01:00:20):
So, you know, it was just a different And that's
just what I grew up in.

Speaker 25 (01:00:25):
We You know, when I would come home and when
I was in school and I smelled bacon and eggs cooking,
I knew that my daddy, without a doubt, had picked
up some family on the interstate that had broken down,
or some kids from school. Daddy was a dean at
ut and I knew that that's why we were going

(01:00:46):
to have bacon and eggs, because there wouldn't have been
enough hamburgers and hot dogs. But Mama could always fry
up enough eggs and bacon and toast, and the whole
family could eat with this other family that was there,
And that was the type of Ale were conservative. They
just weren't angry about it. And and I've tried to
honor that I'm sorry I went on a little too long.

(01:01:07):
Maybe I need to do a special love offering when.

Speaker 11 (01:01:09):
This is all over with.

Speaker 3 (01:01:11):
I love it.

Speaker 6 (01:01:12):
It's a beauty, beautiful stories and your heart, your heart just.

Speaker 2 (01:01:15):
Shines through, and we're gonna have to have you back
because I want to talk about the whole idea of
being conservative but not angry about it or not coming
off angry.

Speaker 4 (01:01:27):
I think.

Speaker 2 (01:01:27):
I think there's there's a story there, there's something to
talk about there, but we don't have the time for
it right now.

Speaker 4 (01:01:32):
So I'm on the side.

Speaker 1 (01:01:34):
You're fantastic.

Speaker 11 (01:01:35):
I mean, I'm not politically correct. I just tell y'all
what I think and so, but thank you, thank you.
I love being thank y'all.

Speaker 25 (01:01:42):
I like the fact y'all opened up with prayer. My
mom and Daddy would be so pleased with y'all.

Speaker 1 (01:01:49):
You're your assault of the earth. We we thank you,
thank you so very much.

Speaker 4 (01:01:53):
Thank you, brothers, appreciate you.

Speaker 1 (01:01:55):
That's great. Bacon and Eggs and Tim Burchett here on
American Sunrise, no nomal coming up. A Kansas City Satanist group,
Oh that's quite a transition. Planning a black mass for Friday,
should it be allowed to continue. Tim Burchett will be
here now he's now gone. But first Defense Secretary Pete
Heggseth announces more cuts at the Pentagon. What do they

(01:02:16):
find this time? We have the answers. That's next on
American Summer.

Speaker 6 (01:02:34):
Thanks, welcome back to American Sunrise.

Speaker 22 (01:02:41):
I am Emily Finn. It's great to have you with
us this morning. Time now to drain the swamp, and
this morning we are flushing out waste and abuse inside
the Pentagon. Defend Secretary Pete haggset announced that he and
DOGE have cut another five and eighty million dollars from
the department spending. Hegseth said the program's cut did not
align with the priorities of the Trump administration. One of

(01:03:02):
the main cuts was the Defense Civilian Human Resource Management System,
which got nearly three hundred million dollars. Take a listen
to what Secretary Hegseth had to say.

Speaker 27 (01:03:12):
There's an hr software effort that was supposed to take
a year and cost thirty six million dollars, but instead
it's taken eight years and is currently two hundred and
eighty million dollars over budget, not delivering what it was
supposed to do. So that's seven hundred and eighty percent
over budget.

Speaker 11 (01:03:31):
We're not doing that anymore.

Speaker 27 (01:03:33):
Number two, another batch of DoD grants, three hundred and
sixty million dollars worth, this time decarbonizing emissions from Navy ships,
part of the Obama Biden Green Agenda. That's six million
bucks five point two million dollars on something that would
diversify and engage the Navy by engaging underrepresented BIPOC students

(01:03:56):
and scholars. Another nine million dollars at a university to
approach equitable AI.

Speaker 1 (01:04:02):
And machine learning models. I need lethal machine learning models,
not equivy.

Speaker 22 (01:04:07):
Well, that is certainly a transparency seven and eighty percent
over budget not sustainable. We want to know what you think, though,

with this For American Sunrise, we're getting ready for the
opening bellet.

Speaker 2 (01:06:04):
To New York Stock Exchange. It's going to rings here
in about seven minutes. I can tell you that pre
market trading is looking pretty decent, at least on the
Dow and on the S and P five hundred. The
NASDAC is in the red right now you can see
its down slightly. Gold, silver, crude oil are all up.
We'll continue to update you on this and get you
to New York for the opening bellet the stock exchange
here in just a little bit.

Speaker 4 (01:06:24):
But now let's get you over to David.

Speaker 1 (01:06:27):
Okay, Tom's appreciate it. So, a Satanic group in Kansas
is planning to host a black Mass at the state capitol,
defying the governor's orders. The gathering, which involves desecration of
a consecrated Eucharist, typically with sexual fluids. I can't believe
I just read that, has been described as a perversion
of the Catholic Mass. The group behind the display is

(01:06:48):
the Satanic Grotto. It's a nonprofit. They identify themselves as
an independent and non denominational Satanic church. While it gained
little traction at first, there was widespread outed or excuse me,
outrage after reports that the group stole consecrated bread from
a local church to use in their ceremony, and then
a balloon from there for more let's bring in the

(01:07:09):
attorney who represented a Christian man who took on Satanist
in the state of Iowa. Davis, Youunce Davis, good to
have you here. What do you make of this event?
I mean, this is just insane stuff. But you guys
have been down this road in Iowa.

Speaker 19 (01:07:24):
Yeah, unfortunately, we have been down this road in Iowa,
and this feels like a repeat in many respects. So
I think there's just a few things people need to
understand about this organization. And it's similar with the Satanic Temple,
which is the organization we were dealing with in Iowa,
which is these are professional trolling groups. That's what they
are designed and intended to do. They essentially want to

(01:07:46):
mock and make fun of traditional Christian faith and really
any monotheistic religion.

Speaker 4 (01:07:53):
That's what they exist to do.

Speaker 19 (01:07:54):
So they want to make a mockery out of religion,
and then they want to push the limit of the
First Amendment and try to challenge them. And what they
really want to do is make it uncomfortable for anyone
who has a true, sincere religious faith to have any
sort of religious display reflecting their faith in a public space.

Speaker 1 (01:08:12):
So it's just I think it's.

Speaker 19 (01:08:13):
Important that everybody understands the kind of groups that we're
dealing with as we approach these difficult questions.

Speaker 1 (01:08:19):
Well, David, doesn't it get down kind of to the
bottom line, or are they a religion or not? They
call themselves the Satanic Church, they'll say they're a religion.
I mean, you can make they're definitely a cult, that's
for sure. You can make the argument that if they
worship Satan, then maybe they are a religion, even though
it's not a religion. We want to necessarily acknowledge. What's

(01:08:42):
your view on that? How does that work? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (01:08:45):
No, so that's a great question.

Speaker 19 (01:08:47):
The problem with these groups like the Satanic Temple, this
organization will want to play it both ways. So they
will say no, no, no, no, we don't really worship Satan.
We actually don't believe in anything supernatural, we don't believe
in a higher power. We just believe in the good
of humanity. They will say that on one token, and
then when they want to use their religion as a

(01:09:08):
way to intentionally spread hatred and mock traditional religious faiths,
then they'll hide behind that protection. So you know, my
position on all of this is, let's look at the
traditional accepted legal definitions of religion. The Satanic temple in Iowa,
and I suspect this group would not meet the traditional
definitions that we've recognized in our society a religion. But

(01:09:31):
I also say call their bluff. Let's have politicians, political
leaders that have the courage to say no, And if
these folks want to go into court, then they can
take a stand and they can say, yes, we worship Satan,
we believe in the Father of all evil, we believe
in something that promotes death, destruction, murder, child sacrifice, or no, no, no,
we're not a religion at all. But they're playing a

(01:09:53):
game and they're trying to make a mockery out of
free expression. They're trying to make a mockery out of
the First Amendment and just normal society by doing those things.
But it is a great question, are there religion? Great
let's test that, Let's say no. Let's force them to
articulate the beliefs, and if they really believe in Satan,
I think as a pluralistic society we could still say

(01:10:13):
no to that. If it's evil. There are limitations that
have to exist morally, ethically, and legally on these things.
We wouldn't allow murder, we wouldn't allow child sacrifice in
the name of religion.

Speaker 4 (01:10:25):
So those are the things we.

Speaker 19 (01:10:26):
Have to wrestle with that we continue to wrestle with
in our society if we're going to have a free society.

Speaker 1 (01:10:31):
Yeah, fascinating, it'd be a great test case. As we
wrap up here, let me ask you a little bit
about what happened in Iowa, because I remember at the
time there were politicians that said, well, shoot, we need
to change the state constitution and make this clearer. And
I don't know what's going on in Kansas, but I
think a lot of it has to do with the
language also in the state constitution about what is and
what is not allowed. Is that part of the dynamic here.

Speaker 19 (01:10:53):
Davis, That's part of the argument political leaders will make.
But what happened in Iowa is my client, Michael Cassidy,
took it in his own devolition when political leaders wouldn't act.
He tore down the statue, he turned himself in. He
faced essentially vandalism destruction of property charges in Iowa.

Speaker 4 (01:11:10):
That was resolved.

Speaker 19 (01:11:12):
He has been deemed not an extremist by the Navy,
So he's going to be able to continue his Navy career.
But what's so important about that is this year, this
last December of twenty twenty four, the Satanic Temple petitioned
to allow the State of Iowa to put back up
their Satanic idol. And the State of Iowa said no.
The governor said no, the legislature said no, and there

(01:11:34):
was no fallout, There was no lawsuit, there was no pushback.
They just simply said no, and the Satanic Temple backs down.

Speaker 1 (01:11:41):
Very interesting, by the way, So you're saying everything got
pretty much resolved with Cassidy there in Iowa. We've got
about twenty seconds. What's the bottom line for him?

Speaker 19 (01:11:51):
Yeah, yeah, absolutely, he was just last week he had
his board for the Navy, and the Navy found that
he did not violate the Navy's anti extremes in policy
and he will be allowed to continue to serve as
a reserve officer in the Navy.

Speaker 1 (01:12:05):
Yeah, we remember him from the headline, so Satan slayer,
and you are the lawyer for the Satan slayer. So
we really appreciate your time. Thank you so much, David
for being here.

Speaker 4 (01:12:13):
Thank you.

Speaker 19 (01:12:13):
Take care.

Speaker 1 (01:12:15):
All right, let's head back to t Bates in Denver
for the opening bell. It's of course sponsored by AMAC.

Speaker 14 (01:12:19):
The Association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice
for Americans fifty and older. AMAC is fighting for the
values that you hold dear, and joined today together we
can write the course of America.

Speaker 2 (01:12:36):
Hello at the New York Stock Exchange is going to
ring here in about a minute or so. I can
tell you that pre market trading looking pretty good. When
it comes to the Dow and the S and P
five hundred, both of them are in the green. The
NASDAC not looking so great right now. It is in
the red, down just slightly. So hopefully once the opening
bell rings, things will really start to pick up and
all of the indices will be in the green.

Speaker 4 (01:12:58):
Well, you hear the.

Speaker 2 (01:12:59):
Applause, and there it is. Looks like a nice little
group there on the podium. They're applauding, which means the
bell is literally moments away and right on cue there
you haven't, ladies and gentlemen, the bell is bringing. The
markets are now officially open, and just like that, not
much of a change, the Dow remaining in the green,
as is the SMP. Actually, it looks like the NASDAC

(01:13:21):
may actually now have just switched to the Green as well.
We're still updating this here, but we of course will
continue to monitor it all for you here over the
next couple of minutes. In the meantime tariff wars, recession fears,

Speaker 2 (01:14:33):
Still to come here On American Sunrise, Maryland Congressman Jamie
Raskin says President Trump and his team don't care about
the rule of law.

Speaker 4 (01:14:41):
We've got his full comments coming up. First, though, we
have more highlights of Texas.

Speaker 2 (01:14:46):
Congress Roman Jasmine Crockett. This time she slams Elon Musk
her full comments.

Speaker 4 (01:14:52):
Next, you're an American.

Speaker 13 (01:14:53):
Suntrimes Breaking news from Real America's Voice.

Speaker 2 (01:15:09):
We are back with breaking news just into the Real
America's Voice news room. The Atlantics editor in chief Jeffrey
Goldberg has just released more messages from that Signal chat
group he was in in which discussion is about an
upcoming strike on the Houthis and Yemen took place. The chat,
of course, was meant only for Trump officials to see,
but he was included inadvertently. The new messages detail information

(01:15:32):
shared in that group by Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth,
which included messages about the exact timing of a US
strike due to take place against the houthy terrorists there
in Yemen. Will of course continue to cover this developing
story for you as we pour through, well, as we
pour through those text messages that was just shared. So
let's bring in David and Alison now to discuss a

(01:15:53):
bit more. David, so this appears to fly in the
face of what the White House said just about twenty
four hours ago, saying that no war discussions were had
on that chain. Are we talking about semantics here?

Speaker 4 (01:16:07):
What do you make of all of this, David? And
again still developing, so to be fair, all of this
is still developing.

Speaker 1 (01:16:12):
Go ahead, sorry, yeah, And it's an interesting use the
word semantics because you just said war discussions. Of course
they're saying the White House is saying no war plans
were discussed. So what's the difference between a war discussion
and war plans. Well, there's a big difference between both.
And we're war discussions held, Well, of course they were,
We've seen them already. We know that's true. The White

(01:16:34):
House isn't even denying that the discussions had It was
a signal chat. But the war plans, we're gonna have
to go through these texts. They were just released. I'll
bury my head here and take a look while you
guys vamp I'll try to find them and find exactly
what they say, because that is going to be obviously
a huge deal if actual war plans and then were revealed,

(01:16:59):
And then the question is about war plans, Well, what's
the definition of plans? I have a feeling we're gonna
be to you know, the definition of is is? You
know that type of stuff? Alison, here we are.

Speaker 17 (01:17:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:17:10):
I do think it's a semantics and and you can
see in the messaging that they talk about going to
a higher level of security within the conversation, So I
think they they certainly realize that whatever they were discussing, okay,
cut it here and move to a higher level of security.
So yeah, I do think it's semantics.

Speaker 1 (01:17:32):
Yeah, for sure.

Speaker 4 (01:17:33):
Well it's gonna be so this plays out.

Speaker 1 (01:17:36):
Yeah, to button it up, why don't we do the stinger,
Because if we do the stinger on political pulse, that
means we're moving on. So it's time to take the
political pulse of America here.

Speaker 6 (01:17:54):
That is right, And in the beat today, the growing
calls to impeach federal judges who have ruled against the
Trump administration. How Speaker Mike Johnson is reportedly looking at
other ways to deal with the judges instead of impeachment.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune said the appeals process is
the best way to deal with the rulings. There have

(01:18:15):
been growing calls to impeach the judges who ruled against
US eight cuts, deportation, flights of alleged Trende Aragua gang members,
and the freezing of federal aid for more. Let's bring
in Harvard Law professor emeritus and author of the upcoming
book The Preventative State, The challenge of preventing serious harms

(01:18:37):
while preserving essential liberties. Alan Dershowitz. Good morning, Alan, Thank
you so much for being here today.

Speaker 16 (01:18:46):
Thank you for having me.

Speaker 7 (01:18:47):
Well.

Speaker 6 (01:18:47):
We will get to your new book shortly. But first,
is impeachment for these judges? Is this the best way
to go forward?

Speaker 16 (01:18:57):
No, it's not constitutionally permissible.

Speaker 20 (01:18:59):
Remember I d President Trump against his first impeachment and
persuaded the Senate that the only grounds for impeachment are treason, bribery,
or other high crimes and misdemeanors, not maladministration, not doing
a bad job. Although the rule may be different for
judges good they served during good behavior.

Speaker 16 (01:19:18):
I don't think writing a bad opinion is a basis
for impeachment.

Speaker 20 (01:19:22):
I think it is a basis for perhaps changing the
law and Congress removing the jurisdiction of federal district judges
from national security cases of this kind. But impeachment is
probably a remedy that is destined to fail because you're.

Speaker 16 (01:19:36):
Never going to get to thirds of the Senate to remove.

Speaker 2 (01:19:40):
Do you feel like we're in a time where judges
are becoming more activist judges than maybe in the past,
where they're trying to legislate as opposed to follow the
rule of law.

Speaker 16 (01:19:50):
Well, I think it's different.

Speaker 20 (01:19:51):
I think this is the most activist period of judges.
But it has nothing to do with legislation. It has
to do with Trump derangement syndrome. These judges have trum
derangement syndrome. They hate Trump, they'll do anything to stop them.
They see themselves as part of the resistance, and they're
not acting as judges, They're acting as.

Speaker 16 (01:20:08):
People who are frightened of Donald Trump.

Speaker 20 (01:20:11):
So I don't think it has to do with the
old arguments about whether the judges should legislate or not.
This is very personal against Trump. This is part of
a book that I wrote some years ago called Get Trump.
That's the attitude, Get Trump, Stop Trump. Trump's a danger.
The third branch of government, the judiciary, is the only
way to stop them. I guess the others are controlled

(01:20:31):
by the Republicans.

Speaker 16 (01:20:32):
So we have to go beyond our usual, our usual role,
and we have to get Trump. I think that's what's
going on.

Speaker 1 (01:20:39):
Yeah, Alan, I agree with you as it relates to impeachment.
I think it's a waste of time. They're not going
to be convicted anyhow. Let's go talk about Article three
because Article three gives Congress the power to not only
establish courts, but regulate them as well. So is that
what you're referring to as it relates to what Congress
can do and how would they do that specifically? I

(01:21:00):
know you mentioned something there about taking maybe usurpentus taking
some of that power away, but how would that work exactly?

Speaker 16 (01:21:07):
Well, there are a lot of ways.

Speaker 20 (01:21:09):
Under Article three, Congress has almost plenary power to regulate
the judiciary, not the Supreme Court because they're an independent branch.

Speaker 16 (01:21:15):
But the lower courts.

Speaker 20 (01:21:18):
They could remove jurisdiction from national security cases. They could
impose a new court that would deal with national injunctions
so that individual judges don't get to issue injunctions that
cover the United States and prevent the executive from operating.
There are a lot of things I would think that

(01:21:39):
Congress should hold hearings now on how they could deal
with the get trump mentality of so many judges out there.
And I think that's the answer legislatively. Article one is
the answer, not Article three.

Speaker 6 (01:21:52):
So when you hear that there's a judge who's saying,
turn planes around that have of illegal immigrants criminals on.

Speaker 11 (01:22:03):
Them and.

Speaker 6 (01:22:05):
Taking that into his hands, what are you What are
you thinking when you heard that? What went through your mind?

Speaker 20 (01:22:13):
Well, I think we have to balance the power of
the president to implement national security against the right of
individuals to have due process. And if the judge honestly
feels after hearing arguments that some of these people would
deny due process, the judge, absent legislation today has.

Speaker 16 (01:22:32):
Some role to play.

Speaker 20 (01:22:35):
Turning back planes may go a little far, and especially
since the written order didn't order the planes to come back.
I don't think that there is a violation of any
order that occurred, but due process for individuals, particularly green
card holders as distinguish from visa holders has been a
part of our constitutional structure, and we have to abide

(01:22:56):
by that. But Congress can change those laws. You know,
Congress doesn't even have to issue green cards. Those are
all matters of legislative discretion. We get to decide who
comes into our country and who stays in our country
if you're not citizens.

Speaker 2 (01:23:14):
I want to talk to you a bit about Trump
arrangement syndrome. You brought that up is kind of the
driver for some of what we see here. Maryland Congressman
Jamie Raskin actually said that the country needs to fight
President Trump's disregard for the law. Here's exactly what he
had to say in his own words. And then I'd
like to talk on the other side.

Speaker 28 (01:23:32):
They've been struck down more than forty different times by
federal courts with temporary restraining orders or pulminary injunctions because
they've acted in such a cavalier disregard of what the
rule of law requires. And this example you're pointing to
Casey obviously is with respect to operational implementation of some plans.

(01:23:53):
But if you look at what the underlying plan was
it's Congress that declares war on Thenezuela or on Yemen.

Speaker 1 (01:24:01):
It's not the President of the United States.

Speaker 28 (01:24:04):
So it's both this tremendous operational negligence and sloppiness that
has been shown, but also the idea that they act
in complete defiance of what the Constitution says and what
the rule of law stands for.

Speaker 2 (01:24:18):
So the larger context there is, of course the Signal
Group chat that has made headlines over the past couple
of days. It seems to me that we're in this
push and pull right now, this tug of war between
the authority of the president and Democrats in Congress who
want to usurp that authority.

Speaker 16 (01:24:35):
Well, Jamie was one of my students, and one of
my better students, but I think he missed the class
and which I went over Frank Glendelano Roosevelt and the
New Deal.

Speaker 20 (01:24:44):
Obviously, no president pushed the Constitution further than President Roosevelt,
and he got more court cases striking down legislation of president.
And now we have President Trump pushing the envelope as well.
The system is working, our system of checks and balances
is working. Jamie Raskin's part of it He's the congressional

(01:25:05):
part of it, the court's are part of it, the
executive bureaucracy is part of it, and we're seeing it operating.

Speaker 16 (01:25:11):
There's no constitutional crisis going on.

Speaker 20 (01:25:15):
There's a constitutional challenge, and that's what our constitutions trying
to deal with it is dealing with it quite well.
But this president is pushing the envelope very very far,
and the courts are pushing back very very hard, and
so we're seeing this conflict arising.

Speaker 6 (01:25:31):
And finally, Professor, tell us about your new book.

Speaker 16 (01:25:37):
Well, my new book is a summary of my life's work.
I'm eighty six years old, and this is the most
important book I've ever written.

Speaker 20 (01:25:44):
It's about a new trend in America toward moving preventively
rather than waiting reactively.

Speaker 16 (01:25:51):
We're seeing it in every aspect of American life and health.
We're seeing it in immigration.

Speaker 20 (01:25:57):
Obviously, a lot of what's going on today is designed
to prevent violence and prevent.

Speaker 16 (01:26:04):
A revolution into fada.

Speaker 20 (01:26:06):
And so I've written a book that I think is
a very important check and balance itself on the activities
of the state moving preventively. It's a good thing to
prevent harm, but it's a bad thing if you're doing
it by taking away liberty. So this is an attempt
to balance prevention with liberty, and I hope people will

(01:26:29):
read it absolutely.

Speaker 6 (01:26:32):
Oh yeah, is it available now?

Speaker 16 (01:26:34):
It's available on Amazon. You can order it and it'll
come in a few weeks.

Speaker 6 (01:26:38):
Wonderful.

Speaker 21 (01:26:38):
By the way.

Speaker 1 (01:26:39):
By the way, can I get some of your brain
power please, I'm not eighty six, but I would like
your brain power. That's all.

Speaker 16 (01:26:48):
I try to share everything with everybody because I owe
so much to this and thank you so much for
having me on.

Speaker 6 (01:26:56):
The pleasure is all ours, Thank you, professor Sure, thanks
so much for coming in this morning. Coming up, we
have more breaking news coming from the White House right
after the break. Stay tuned.

Speaker 13 (01:27:22):
Breaking news from Real America's Voice.

Speaker 2 (01:27:27):
It's already a busy morning at the White House. As
we are monitoring more breaking news just into our newsroom.
President Trump is named his one time defense attorney and
current White House counselor Alena Habba to be the top
federal prosecutor in New Jersey. She just spoke about her
latest appointment outside the White House moments ago.

Speaker 29 (01:27:47):
Well, I think that we were upfront about it. We
went in yesterday, as you saw the better of the
day and got questions and answers by everybody. Tulsi, FBI, Cash, Bettel,
look at it is what it is at the end
of the day, this is, in my opinion, something that
they're making a big to do about nothing. This reporter

(01:28:08):
you know, that is trying to get clout that I
also saw was on TV last night of trying to
brand his own name and and and talk about this.
I'm not surprised it's The Atlantic. I frankly have never
read The Atlantic. I don't plan to. But we answered
the questions. I'm going to defer to those those answers
from the cabinet.

Speaker 3 (01:28:25):
Yeah, count like someone like kind suff the business chet.

Speaker 29 (01:28:31):
Listen, We're allowed to have communications. That's that's period the end,
and the President spoke to this. We stand by Mike
Walty's doing a tremendous job. I think this is a distraction.
I'm really not going to stand here and answer questions
that the better part of yesterday was spent by the
people that were actually involved answering. I was not a
part of that conversation, but I will say this, we
need to be looking at all the good things that

(01:28:51):
we're doing and every time to come out and to
speak to the press and have it be a negative spin.
It's much like what I've done for the better of
four years. The negative spin needs to stop. Waltz has
done a tremendous job, and let's talk about what he did.
He took down the Hoho Thi's with Pete Hegseth, and
that was important not for this country alone, but also
for the world. So I'm very proud of the work
that this administration is doing, and I would love if
the press for once would focus on the actual fast

(01:29:14):
and actions of this administrations.

Speaker 6 (01:29:17):
This is just this is frankly just noise.

Speaker 3 (01:29:18):
I'm used to it.

Speaker 7 (01:29:19):
But noise, no classified information part of that. So releasing
this to good well.

Speaker 29 (01:29:25):
So did Radcliffe? No, no, so did Radcliffe if you
look at it. So we have classifications, we have declassified conversations,
and we're also allowed to use signal for top level
official communications. We also have other means of communications that
we're used and uh, and again I'll speak to that
that this is I'm not here to defend the Atlantic.
It's a typical thing where a journalist is trying to

(01:29:47):
make a name for himself, and I think he's making
quite the name for himself, which is not a very
good one.

Speaker 6 (01:29:51):
Thank you everybody.

Speaker 2 (01:29:56):
So you were just listening to Alena Habba answering a
number of questions about what I'll call the signal debacle
that of course involved top administration officials talking about plans
for who this in Yemen. An Atlantic reporter was part
of that conversation inadvertently, and so it has kind of
been the news of the day, Alena Hobba. They're saying
that the focus should be on the job that was done,

(01:30:17):
not what happened leading up to it. It is going
to be a story that will be covering for you
throughout the day here on Real America's Voice.

Speaker 4 (01:30:24):
Now it is time to spill some tea.

Speaker 13 (01:30:28):
Yea, let's spill some tea.

Speaker 22 (01:30:36):
That is right, it is time to spill some tea.
Sponsored by Artillery Tea Company. Make sure to go to

to use the promo vote America's t for twenty five
percent off your first order.

Speaker 6 (01:31:08):
Now it is time to spill some tea and in
the cup.

Speaker 22 (01:31:10):
Today, liberal commentator Ellie Mistel is calling to get rid
of all voter registration laws.

Speaker 6 (01:31:16):
Take a listen.

Speaker 30 (01:31:17):
See when Democrats get in charge, we try to protect
voting rights. We don't make voting easier. Now, I'm all
for voter eligibility requirements. I might we might disagree about
what those requirements should be, but you know, I'm going
to say that, like there should be an age limit
to vote.

Speaker 4 (01:31:33):
I might say sixteen, you might say eighteen, but I'm
not going to say eight.

Speaker 30 (01:31:36):
Right, So we're going to agree that there should be
voter eligibility requirements. But once you're eligible, why do you
have to preregister? Why is that even a thing? It
wasn't a thing in this country at the founding. We
didn't have voter preregistration. In seventeen eighty seven, we didn't
have voter priests registration in eighteen twenty one. We only
started having voter registration generally speaking, after the Civil War.

Speaker 4 (01:31:58):
Why do you think that is.

Speaker 30 (01:32:00):
It's because a bunch of freed African slaves were migrating
up north, and all of a sudden, New York was like,
we need some registration up in here right now.

Speaker 22 (01:32:08):
This comes as President Trump signed a new executive order
on elections. The order requires people have proof of citizenship
to vote in federal elections and also calls for all
ballots to be received by election day. The order also
says federal funding should be conditional on state compliance.

Speaker 6 (01:32:24):
We do want to know what you think about this.

Speaker 22 (01:32:26):
Let us know on Rumble or get her hop on
and let your voice be heard. Still to come on
American Sunrise, how a tragedy can turn into lessons of
acts of kindness, And we had that story coming up next.

Speaker 6 (01:32:57):
Welcome back to American Sunrise. I and Hans filling in
for doctor Gina. Thank you so much for joining us today.
Time now for the sunny side up and in the
pan today. Turning tragedy into acts of kindness, a teacher
in Pennsylvania is carrying on her sister's legacy by teaching
kindness to her students. Christina Ulmer's sister died in a

(01:33:20):
car crash back in twenty fourteen. Well Christina kept her
sister's cash tips and decided to teach her students kindness
with the money. Now, she gives her students twenty dollars
twice a year and challenges them to do acts of
kindness with the money. Take a look, what did you.

Speaker 7 (01:33:41):
Do when I gave you the twenty dollars?

Speaker 6 (01:33:43):
I big cookies for senior citizens.

Speaker 7 (01:33:45):
Help distribute toiletries to the homeless.

Speaker 1 (01:33:47):
I got a Christmas gift for a less fortunate girl
in our district.

Speaker 31 (01:33:51):
I just think that you guys are awesome. My sister
Katie always wanted to do something to help people, from
the time she was really little. She eventually settled on
becoming an AMT and she was applying to work on
an ambulance. Right when she passed away. I got a
phone call. It was around midnight. My parents called me.

Speaker 7 (01:34:10):
They told me she had been in a car accident.

Speaker 31 (01:34:12):
She had just waitress that morning, so she had all
of her tip money and I pulled it out of
her purse and I thought, like, what am I gonna
do with this money?

Speaker 7 (01:34:19):
And I knew she would want to do something like
good with it.

Speaker 31 (01:34:22):
So in memory of my sister, every semester I give
my students twenty dollars to do an active kindness.

Speaker 6 (01:34:28):
I absolutely love this story. I love it on two levels.
Number one, what an amazing way to handle grief in
such a proactive and positive manner. Really, it's such a

(01:34:48):
legacy to her sister. And then on the second part,
the lessons that she's imparting to her students is just tremendous.
These students will re this teacher twenty thirty years down
the line for what she's done. An extraordinary story.

Speaker 22 (01:35:08):
Absolutely, Allison, and I think the special part, as you
were mentioning, is how she's honoring her sister through all
of this. I mean, you see so many stories when
people are going through grief that they turn to negative
ways to deal with that. And for her to turn
this into a positive moment to give back to the
community through her students, I mean, it's just an incredible,
incredible thing to see.

Speaker 2 (01:35:28):
And David, I hope this story inspires all of us
to do something. It doesn't even have to be financially.
You don't have to spend a dollar in order to
pay it forward. In order to do something that changes
someone's life. It can it be as easy as saying, hey,
good morning, how are you.

Speaker 4 (01:35:41):
I hope you're well.

Speaker 2 (01:35:42):
Those are the kinds of things that you just never
know what someone is dealing with, and that can be
the kind of thing that can change someone's day.

Speaker 4 (01:35:48):
Doesn't have to be financial. It can just be a
little care for your community.

Speaker 1 (01:35:52):
I mean, I think all three of you said it
just perfectly to me, pay it forward. I love to
pay it forward stories. And then of course with the
track behind it just makes it even more compelling. Just
just just wow, that's a story. That's a grabber.

Speaker 6 (01:36:06):
That's a grabber, great story and something that we can
all think about today when we're out there in the world. Well,
we had a great show today, a fabulous show we did.

Speaker 1 (01:36:17):
Let's compliment ourselves.

Speaker 4 (01:36:20):
Well most of.

Speaker 6 (01:36:21):
All, thank you out there for joining us. Thank you
for joining us. We have so much more for you
every morning, and it all starts at eight a m.
We'll see you then. War Room is up next, Goldboldly.

Speaker 16 (01:36:36):
Now take care, guys,
