Speaker 1 (00:00):
This is America's Voice Live. And Welcome to America's Voice Live.
I'm Steve Grey, the pulse of the people. We need
somebody that's going to hear it. People's voice, the truth
the mainstream won't touch. This guy is by definition of
global and the stories that matter. Raps own Ben Burkwob
credit of Miss Hill. I've got a motel. I see
(00:21):
I see him live, breaking news right now here in
real America's for filter. These people are domestic terrorists and unapologete.
We're here to take a stand for God and country.
Let's feel goodness.
Speaker 2 (00:34):
America's Voice Live starts now.
Speaker 1 (00:41):
Welcome to America's Voice Live. I'm seeing great. It is Friday,
the fourth of July. It is Independence Day. Independence Day.
Mark that down. This is Independence State. We have a
great show for you today that I'm sure we'll leave
you more proud than ever to be an America. Let's
die right in, shall we? All right? The fourth of
July a very significant holiday in America. The official adoption
of the Declaration of Independence, written by Thomas Jefferson, of course,
(01:05):
which freed the original thirteen Collegues from British rule and
officially recognized the Ied States of America as a sovereign nation.
The values of freedom and independence are timeless tenants celebrated
in our country, and the Founding Fathers sacrifice so much
for these values to be at the forefront. Even when
the Declaration was in its infancy, most Americans realized the
(01:27):
significance of the holiday and do their part to keep
the spirit of the Founding Fathers alive by celebrating today
with their closest ones, gathering together to see the night
sky light up with fireworks as a symbolic capstone to
celebrate this momentous occasion in history. But unfortunately, there are
some American citizens who have a constant and underlying apprehension
toward America. I hatred really and its values and dish
(01:50):
out some just unseemly and reactionary commentary meant to garner engagement,
to try to diminish the nation as a whole. It's disgusting.
I'm going to share it with you first, though, so
we can go up from here. Listen.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
With Fourth of July right around the corner, I just
want to make sure that we're all on the same page.
Fourth of July is canceled. I don't know what we
would be celebrating freedom. Where So if I see any
of your littles celebrating for the July, you're trash.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
And just know that for July it's canceled.
Speaker 4 (02:20):
Thank you by.
Speaker 1 (02:23):
Not canceled. A little liberal. Sorry, we're here to celebrate
just a simplet of the anti American sentiment expressed by
some people. But we here a real America's voice. We
recognize Independence Day. Want to wish you and your loved
ones are very happy fourth of July. And here'll be
to discuss the significance of the history of the day.
Is the author, historian and the founder of the Americanminute
(02:45):
dot com, William Federer. William, nice to see you again.
Look this anti American sentiment, it's got to stop. This
is independence. By the way, I'm truly annoyed that Juneteenth
was named something something independencee. No, this is the one
the only Independence day in America. Am I right or wrong?
Speaker 5 (03:06):
Well, you're right, and that sweet girl would not have
the freedom to make the comments that she had if
we weren't broken away from Britain. The King of England
was a globalist. He was a one world government guy.
The sun never set on the British empire. They had India, Australia,
New Zealand, Hong Kong, British Guyana, Canada, Barbados, Permuta, Jamaica
in America, and America's founders decided they did not like
(03:27):
a globalist king telling us what to do, so they
broke away and flipped it and made the people the king.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
So the word citizen means co king, co ruler, co sovereign.
Speaker 5 (03:36):
We pledge allegiance to the flag into the republic for
which it stands.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
A republic is where the citizens are king.
Speaker 5 (03:43):
And so when somebody protests the flag and they protest
the fourth of July, what they're saying is.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
I don't want to be the king anymore.
Speaker 5 (03:49):
I protest this system where people participate in ruling themselves.
It's like, okay, somebody else will be happy to rule
your life.
Speaker 1 (03:57):
But America's founders broke away. They paid eight years.
Speaker 5 (04:00):
They were willing to sacrifice their prosperity for their posterity.
They pledge their lives and their fortunes and their sacred
honor for each generation yet unborn.
Speaker 1 (04:10):
Unfortunately, some today are willing.
Speaker 5 (04:12):
To sacrifice their posterity for prosperity, settling their kids you know,
with this thirty seven trillion dollar debt, wanting to let
our freedoms being taken away.
Speaker 1 (04:21):
So it's important for us to.
Speaker 5 (04:23):
Remember that most of world's history you have Nimbrod, Pharaoh, Caesar,
kuidser sultans are and it's a hierarchical system. It's top down.
If you're friends with the government, you're a deep state insider,
you're a CCP member, you're treated better. If you're not,
you're killed, you're a slave. And so in America we
(04:45):
are equal because we're made in the image of God.
And one interesting thing is two months before they did
the declaration of Independence, the same Continental Congress have a
day of fasting and prayer through the merriage and mediation
of Jesus Christ. It's like, wow, I thought they were
all secular deist I mean, here they are the days
of fasting and prayer. They realized that our rights needed
(05:05):
to come from a source higher than the government, and
they said, our rights come from a creator, and therefore
the government's job is to guarantee to you your creator
given rights. If there is no creator, the government comes from.
The rights come from the government, and what the government giveth,
the government can take it away.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
If that's why John F.
Speaker 5 (05:24):
Kennedy is inaugural He said the rights of man come
not from the generosity of the state, but from the.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
Hand of God. That's right, boy. We can use We
could use a Democrat like John Kennedy again today, couldn't we?
I mean, good Lord, A lot of Democrats aren't democrats
at all. Their communists. I know because I watch what
happened in the primary for the Democrats running to be
mayor of New York City. They put an absolute communist
(05:50):
up there. That's for another day. We'll talk about it.
Let's talk about it. I think he was thirty three
years old, Thomas Jefferson. What he penned the Declaration of Independence.
You can tell me if I'm wrong, professor, but I
think that's right. I think it was thirty three. Significant
King of England was thirty eight. Was thirty eight? I
mean they were all young men.
Speaker 5 (06:09):
No, it was a founding that the Declaration of Independence
is world shaking because it says it's government from the
consent that governed at that time in history, you had
kings of England, Kings of Austria and Spain, African chieftains,
a Muslim sultans in the Ottoman Empire, Indian maharajas, Russian czars,
(06:30):
Mongolian Cohns, kings of you know, Spain, France, Austria, Chinese emperors.
The whole world is top down, and America we come
up with government from the consent of the governed. They
actually got their idea from the New England pastors and
their little congregational forms of church government. And they got
their idea from the Bible the first four hundred years
(06:52):
out of Egypt before Israel got King Saul. And so
the Puritans and the Pilgrims they identified with this he
Brew republic. So that's why they taught Hebrew at Yale
and Harvard. Matter of fact, to this day, Yale has
Hebrew characters on its coat of arms, Right, truth, and Light.
And so this idea that gee, you have rights from
a creator, not from the king, and it's government from
(07:13):
the consent of the government. It changes the purpose of government.
Instead of the government being enforcing the king's will, the
government is to guarantee to you your creator given rights.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Is dedicated. We've drifted a long way from that, William, oftentimes,
because government has become a monolith again crushing the little guy.
Speaker 4 (07:38):
You know.
Speaker 1 (07:38):
The old saying is you can't fight city Hall, not
well anyhow, and not usually. But it's still a better
form of government two hundred and fifty years on, almost
than anything else I see available around the world. People
say a lot of bad things about America that live here,
but I notice they live here, and they come here,
and they cross our border illegally. They vote with their feet.
Apparently it's not too bad, too nasty, because they all
(08:01):
want to live here and nowhere else. Truth isn't it here?
You know? HARRYS.
Speaker 5 (08:07):
Truman in his inaugural he said, we believe all men
are created equal because we're created in the image of God,
and so the declaration says all men are created equal.
The King of England didn't believe that. He believed he
was created a little extra special right, divine right of kings.
Speaker 1 (08:23):
A matter of fact, the whole world.
Speaker 5 (08:25):
In India they had a caste system, and if you're
a Bramin and highest cast you're worth more than an
attouchable and the lowest cast. In Islam, if you're a
Muslim male, you're worth more than a female or a
non Muslim.
Speaker 1 (08:37):
But in America, you're equal.
Speaker 5 (08:38):
Why because the Bible idea you're made in the image
of God, and He is not.
Speaker 1 (08:42):
A respector of person's.
Speaker 5 (08:43):
This is a revolutionary concept that we took and we
put into our declaration and we celebrate it today so
that people have the freedom to be able to express
their thoughts without fear of punishment from a deep state government.
Speaker 1 (08:59):
Yeah, if you say the wrong thing, and some of
these and look, until America, there were, as you've pointed
out quite clearly and quite well, there was a king,
there was a dictator, there was a head of a church,
there was a head of a tribe. There was always
some single person leading the deal, and they had ultimate,
iron fisted rule until America came along with this experiment
(09:19):
of self government, this experiment of a republic. And by
the way, it bothers me, no mple democracy. Our democracy
is not a democracy, people, It is a republic, one
republic under God, under God. Indeed, by that bothers me
that people just they know so little about the governance
of America and how we work, or the history of
(09:40):
America and how we got here. We should do a
better job of educating people, shouldn't.
Speaker 5 (09:44):
Be William, Well, we should, and you know, and I
thank God for President Trump because he is not a globalist.
He's not part of this one world government cabal like
the King of England was right. And so we have
this chance to peel back big government, deep state bureaucracy,
and dismantle a lot of these departments and give rights
(10:05):
and freedoms back to the states and back to the people.
And this is I feel like, one last chance for
the country, and we need to get behind President Trump.
And you know, again, we want to pass these freedoms
on to our kids. And the idea is that we've
inherited them and we need to pass them on.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
And that's what our founders did.
Speaker 5 (10:27):
They paid a price, John Adams, he wrote after he
signed the Constitution. He said, Posterity, I hope you will
appreciate the price that we paid. I'm paraphrasing, and he
said that if you don't appreciate it, we'll repent in
Heaven that we ever gave paid such a price. He said,
(10:50):
Posterity will triumph in that day's July fourth transaction, even
though we may regret it, which I hope God we don't.
But they sacrificed for eight long years to be able
to give us the freedoms that we have today.
Speaker 1 (11:04):
Yeah, and thank God for the guts of those fifty
six men who signed the Council of the Declaration of Independence.
Thank God to them. They pledged their fame, their fortune,
their lives. Many lost all of those things after signing
that document, but we gained a country. William Federer, thank
you for being here. Thank you, Steve greatly appreciated. All Right,
(11:29):
what a glorious day. Don't go anywhere. This Fourth of
July Edtion of America's Voice Live will continue after a
brief commercial break. Discuss the historical significance of the fourth
(12:12):
of July over the last few minutes with William Federer.
But now it's time to look at the significance of
America's birthday from the perspective of military service members past, current,
and of course future, the ones that are signing up now.
Many American soldiers have served this nation, and some have
even made the ultimate sacrifice, of course, all the way
from the Revolutionary War to today. So that people like
(12:33):
you and I can enjoy conversations and are God given rights,
not have a king or a dictator a communist strip
them from us. It's important that we have to take
a moment on this fourth of July and honorate and
commemorate all service members who protect the American people. Joeman
NodD have to discuss this as former advisor to President
Trump and retired Army Colonel Derrick Carvey, Colonel, Nice to
(12:54):
see you again. Great to be here. What does the
fourth of July mean to you? I mean, was it
a special time when you're in uniform, when you're out
there serving this country? Was it a little bit different,
more special than maybe it is for somebody like me
who has not served. Well.
Speaker 4 (13:11):
The first thing that comes to mind for me is
in nineteen seventy six, I was at the US Army
Ranger School when we had the celebration that year.
Speaker 6 (13:22):
And you know, next year will be.
Speaker 4 (13:26):
Very important two hundred and fifty years since the declaration
of independence. But as everyone knows, you know, the Continental
Army was already formed by this time, you know, two
hundred and forty nine years out right now, and it
took a lot of courage and belief in a new
opportunity and a new way for colonial America. It was
(13:50):
not a slam dunk. I think everyone knows that. And
for Americans serving today. It's still a difficult world out there,
and as we saw August recently, you know, wars can
spring up real quick and you don't know what's going
to happen. And so I have to command to everyone
who serves, raises their right hand and you know, goes
(14:11):
off and you know, does all the basic training and
goes off and spends three, four or five, maybe twenty
twenty five years serving our country. They're dedicated, their heroes,
every one of them who are working and willing to
sacrifice for America.
Speaker 1 (14:29):
Yeah, you know, there's so many miraculous moments. I don't
know how I think that Providence visited this nation more
than once on so many occasions. In fact, you'll look
at Valley Forge or Cortin Wallace backing himself against the
water at Yorktown as easy examples. Right of Wow, we
couldn't survive this. Washington crossing the Delaware was a risky maneuver,
(14:53):
you know, going to Trenton. These are just some of
the miraculous events that let us here. I mean, Gettysburg
should have gone the other way, midway an impossible battle
to win for the United States, and yet we prevailed.
Does that ever occur to you the providence of this nation,
it does.
Speaker 4 (15:13):
And we've overcome great odds, as you just mentioned a
number of those cases, and it's due to soldiers who
march barefoot. It's due to soldiers who are willing to
take orders and being the front lines and go up,
you know, in the Battle of Frederick Fredericksburg and charge
up that hill for the Union, knowing that they're going
(15:34):
to be great losses as they try to breach the
Confederate lines. Same thing at Bella Wood in World War One,
or the Battle of the Bulge when you know soldiers
fought at Arden in that bitter cold of nineteen forty four.
You know the heart and soul of the American soldier, airmen,
(15:58):
you know, Coast Guard, Navy, they're the ones who make
a difference. We've got great generals and we've had great
political leaders, but it can't be done without the human sacrifice,
the courage of those people that put it all on
the line.
Speaker 1 (16:14):
What would you say to those folks out there? And well,
there's too many of them today, more than there used
to be. I think they just disparage the American military.
Now we're seeing a surge in volunteers like we haven't
seen in a long time. Under this president, we're seeing
a surge in people saying I want to serve this station.
And I bet I'm betting that after this very successful
(16:35):
United States Air Force raid on Iran that those numbers
are going to go up again because it looked so
spectacular and it was such a patriotic thing to do
and to be involved with. But what about these people
that disparage the American military and criticize America all the time.
Speaker 4 (16:55):
Well, it's a cultural dynamic and the woke left, okay,
and the progress left where there's really nothing that they
see about American tradition, American exceptionalism, the valor and courage
of you know, the men and women who have served.
You know, they tend to disparage it all, and you
(17:16):
know they want to remake America. Obama wanted to, and
under Joe Biden, recruiting levels dropped dramatically because of using
the military as an experiment for you know, politically correct
left wokeism. DEI not merit, okay, not hard work, not
(17:36):
success in achievement. They were judging people on identity politics,
and that drove a lot of people away. It really did,
and it's being you know, the recruiting numbers are going
up because we have a president and a Secretary of
Defense and an administration that speaks truth about the exceptional
character of America. Regardless of what the critics say, America
(18:01):
is still a model for.
Speaker 1 (18:03):
The world, exactly true. You know, something else just happened
that you made me think of this, and that is
the United States Navy ship Harvey Milk has been renamed
the Oscar Peterson, and Pete heik Seth, the Secretary of Defense,
says we are not going to politicize the military. We're
done with that. And the only reason that Harvey Milks's
(18:24):
name was put on a ship is because he was
a gay activist who happened to serve in the Navy
and went public with it. And Pete heegs Hath's we're
done with that. So this whole ideology, we don't have
time for that. It's time to go forward as a
nation to make our military the best it can possibly be,
continue to set the standard for things like we saw
with the raid on Iran. That's where we need to be,
(18:45):
isn't it.
Speaker 4 (18:46):
Colonel Absolutely right, And I think history does matter. You know,
renaming the forts and continental United States. You know we
now have you know, Fort Benning again and Fort Bragg,
et cetera. You know, the efforts to erase history. Okay,
we can't learn from history the good and the bad
(19:08):
and the ugly if you try to erase it. And
so I think that was a good move. You know,
instilling pride in what America is. We have to understand,
you know, everything about it, you know the good and
the bad. But at the end of the day, we're
one nation. We are one people. We've got a common
set of beliefs, We've got a great constitution, a bill
of rights, and we are an exceptional country. And I
(19:31):
think that matters to more and more people. I think
we I hope we've overcome some of this neggativism and
we're pla in the court.
Speaker 1 (19:42):
So your advice today, I give you the last word,
your advice on what people should focus on on this
fourth of July. Think about the beginning.
Speaker 4 (19:52):
Of America seventeen seventy five, decisions by a small group
of people who had an idea about what America could be,
and those soldiers that signed up, and the families and
the people that helped in those first few years that
were so hard. Americans don't understand the difficulty. The cold,
(20:14):
the lack of heat, food wasn't available, ammunition, and you're
going up against one of the great empires of all time,
the British Empire. That was a herculean task. And those
people withstood years and years of war for an idea.
And that's what's become.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
What I did was what an idea was. Colonel Drek Harvey,
I always appreciate talking to you, my friend. Thank you
so much for taking time today.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
I bless America.
Speaker 1 (20:45):
Here you go, God Bless America. Happy fourth of July.

Speaker 1 (22:20):
As I recall your your child is the genius of
all this. The child is the one that said, hey, Dad,
you do woodwork, and mom, you're an artist, and golly,
we can get together and make a company here. That
is the American spirit, isn't it.
Speaker 7 (22:35):
Yeah, that's you gotta you nailed it. That's exactly how
it happened. And yeah, it is.
Speaker 6 (22:39):
It is the American spirit.
Speaker 7 (22:39):
When your kid comes up with the idea and then
it's alter patriotic.
Speaker 6 (22:43):
I mean, how can you? How could you possibly say no?
Speaker 1 (22:47):
All right, So for the giveaway today, I want you
to tell us about the product. These are wooden flags,
and your wife is quite the artist. If you're in
law enforcement. She can make custom badges, she can do
a sun set, she can do all sorts of great
panoramas on the flag, depending on what style you're going for.
Speaker 6 (23:04):
Right, that's correct.
Speaker 7 (23:06):
I mean there hasn't really been a challenge that we
haven't been able to meet or exceed yet as far
as artistically. That's really what we specialize in is doing
highly custom flags.
Speaker 6 (23:16):
And today is the day that unwrapped.
Speaker 7 (23:19):
The flag that's going to be given away on fourth
of July is going to be a custom flag made
specifically for the winner today. So we're going to call them.

I don't know talk that.
Speaker 6 (23:58):
My wife's name is Ginger.
Speaker 7 (24:00):
She's uh uh, she's actually painting a couple of rat
flags right now as.
Speaker 6 (24:04):
We speak over in the in the art studio.
Speaker 7 (24:07):
She should she should come on here with me. I mean,
I think we've talked about her so many times on
the air. I think it's about time that we get
her on here with me.
Speaker 1 (24:14):
Well, I think next time that we we do this,
we're gonna do that, because look, your son came up
with the idea, recruited, you recruited, your wife put this together.
If I'm not mistaken, James, you've sold thousands of these things,
haven't you.
Speaker 7 (24:28):
Oh yeah, we're we're running up on six but probably
about right around six thousand of these in eight years
for a very small family business. I mean, we have
two guys that work with us, and then it's my
wife and I and our kids. So I mean, yeah,
that's a we've been busy, and then you know that
we had a big break and then we would probably
be somewhere around eight or nine thousand if we weren't
(24:51):
canceled a few years ago.
Speaker 6 (24:51):
That's a whole nother story that the viewers can look on.
Speaker 7 (24:55):
Check out on our story on our website, your American
flags for dot com.
Speaker 6 (24:59):
But when we were canceled, who our program?
Speaker 1 (25:03):
Who would do such a thing? Let's let's call them out,
let's name names. Who would cancel such a wonderful company?
Speaker 7 (25:09):
Well, Facebook actually took down our advertising right in the
height of COVID because we made a Trump flag and
we were told that, you know, you know, our company
was terrible. And then PayPal piled on and you know,
after our marketing was taken and we really had to, like,
you know, get tight with money because we weren't going
(25:31):
to have any new money coming in. PayPal comes in
and puts a hold on every single penny we had
and held it for three hundred and eleven days. It
wasn't for Harmeat Dylan in the Center for American Liberty,
wouldn't probably never gotten our money back.
Speaker 1 (25:46):
That's criminal that we did. That is criminal. They should
be held responsible and accountable for that. They probably never
will be, but they should be. Folks, you hear this story, resilience,
it's the American spirit, the kid, the family doing it,
you know, the sweat of their brow. Your American Flag
Store dot com, that's the place to find one for yourself.
(26:08):
Even if you're not a winner. Your American flagsww dot
com makes you a winner today, and of course the
American Flag Nation dot org. James Stocky, I'll give you
the last word here, my friend.
Speaker 7 (26:19):
Well, I guess i'd like to thank all the RAV
viewers for all their support over the last couple of years.
Speaker 6 (26:23):
Without them, we really wouldn't have been able to make it.
Speaker 7 (26:25):
As I just mentioned, when when these massive companies take
your money shut you down with advertising, it wasn't for
the RAB viewers, we would have been out of business
a long time ago. The only reason we get to
continue doing what we love to do is because you
guys continue to buy our flag.
Speaker 6 (26:37):
So thank you very much.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
Uh no, thank you for being a great American. Here's
your last chance, folks, do not wait. Scan the QR
code right the bottom of your screen right there for
a chance to enter and win your very own hardwood
American flag from this wonderful American James Stocky, James, thank
you for being.
Speaker 6 (26:53):
Here, Thanks for having us on.
Speaker 8 (26:55):
Steve all right, and God bless America will be right now.
Speaker 1 (27:11):
Welcome back to this year is fourth full July special
edition of America's Voice. I thank you for being here.
Out with Donald Trump back in the Oval Office, America's
birthday feels one more patriotic, doesn't it. And that's because
ever since President Trump took the oath of office, he
has put America first on a consistent basis, doing his
best fighting to change the old ways that were not
less necessarily good ways. No longer will America be taking
(27:33):
advantage of by other nations. No longer will we allow
millions of illegal aliens to come into our country and
certingly not criminals. And no longer will American women have
their rights taken away in private places or sports. President
Trump is exactly what America needed. You know, It's an
inoculation against stupidity. Often days here with me to discuss this.
(27:54):
A former congressman, executive director of the American Constitutional Rights Union,
Lieutenant Colonel Allan Cael, nice to see you today.
Speaker 9 (28:02):
I was a pleasure and Happy Independence Day, State, and
happy Independence Day to you. And this is the real
independence date. And look, I don't discount you live in Texas.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
Look, junent teenth is a very important political day, a
very important historical day, but it's not Independence Day. And
it really bothers me a lot of other people that
Georgia Joe Biden kind of twisted up in some sort
of an independence day. This is Independence Day. This is
the fourth of July tenth, very important historical date, no
question about it. But let's not confuse it too. What
(28:31):
is the fourth of July? What does real Independence Day
mean to you? Well, the real Independence day. I have
to go back to John Locke, the author and the
father of classical liberalism and his natural rights theory. This
is about our life, our liberty, and our property. And
that's what he said, we do not have to go
through kings and queens and dukes and duchesses. And guess
(28:51):
what it was Thomas Jefferson who read John Locke and
his two Treatises of Government produced back in sixteen eighty nine,
and that's how we got this incredible day document called
the Declaration of Independence. And as a matter of fact,
Jefferson refers back to Lote when he says, the laws
of nature and Nature's God. And so therefore, here in
these United States of America, we're the only country that
I can think of in the history of the world
(29:13):
that was established upon the sovereignty of the individual, because
their rights naturally come from a sovereign God, their life,
their liberty, their pursuit of happiness. But right now, Steve,
as you well know, we are up against an ideology
that thinks one hundred and eighty degrees out from that. Well,
we do, in fact no better example than Zoron, who
(29:35):
I call Zoron the moron, the guy there is dominated
about the Democrats in New York City to be their
candidate to be mayor. Here's a guy who doesn't believe
millionaires should exist, who doesn't believe in private property, who
has said that they should seize the means of production. Well,
that's not socialism, that's outright communism. And so you've got
a guy who's from Uganda by in the country seven years,
(29:59):
remarkably speaks perfect English, which is odd for a guy
who's only been here for seven years, but remarkably perfect
English makes you wonder what the real story is. But look,
this is the ideology. We're up against people that taken
trade in the Ukraine flag for a Palestrinian flag, for
an Iranian flag, for a Pride flag, for a trans flag,
anything but.
Speaker 9 (30:17):
An American flag, right, and a Mexican flag. You forgot
to mention that one. Yeah, way about that one. And
so when you look at this guy who is the
embodiment of the progressive socialist left, the Marxist the Communists,
as you have are articulated, here's a guy who doesn't
believe in the sovereignty of the United States of America.
He doesn't believe in that declaration of independence and to
focus on our individual ability to choose the means by
(30:41):
which we want to go forward. He believes in this
centralized control, which again that's the No Kings movement. I mean,
we stood up against that two hundred and fifty years ago,
and now we have to do the exact same thing
two hundred and fifty years later to stand up against
these people that want to tell us what we can drive,
what we can eat, what type of dishwasher we can have,
(31:02):
what type of showerhead we can have, how much toilet
water we can flush, and nauseum at infinitum. So I
think this is a critical moment, this two hundred and
fiftieth anniversary of this great nation that we're leading up to.
And remember that the American Revolution was started April nineteenth,
seventeen seventy five, two hundred and fifty years ago. We've
already celebrated that. The Army, the Navy, the Marine Corps,
(31:25):
they'll have their birthdays this year, two hundred and fifty birthday.
And so we're on that ramp to that very important
two hundred and fiftieth anniversary of our great nation. And
I think we need to start reflecting on this Friday,
this Independence Day.
Speaker 1 (31:40):
I agree, let's plant the flag, the American flag. Had
all those other flags, the American flag, which, by the way,
other than maybe the MIAPW flag, should be the only
flag the flies over federal buildings in this country in
my estimation. Meanwhile, let me ask you something else that's
in the headlines here that was just jaw dropping a
week ago. Brown Jackson being completely crushed by her colleagues
(32:03):
in the Supreme Court because she dismissed two hundred years
of president, dismissed the Constitution, doesn't even act like she's
familiar with the document, and she's made it all the
way to the United States Supreme Court, which casts a
lot of doubt on these activist judges and courtrooms all
over this country also not interested in the Constitution or
what this country is or what this country stands for.
They'll throw the laws right out, as she was called
(32:24):
out for by six of her colleagues. I mean, it's frightening, colonel,
that we have somebody in well, lots of feel these places,
in places of power and control, in black robes, that
know nothing of the Constitution and don't seem to care.
Speaker 9 (32:38):
No, they don't seem to care, and they don't care.
They don't want to care because the three branches of
government that we have that the Declaration led to the
Constitution to establish, the left belize in three branches of rule,
that's the media, academia, and the courts, and so what
they look for are people that will advance their ideological agenda.
Judicial activists, as you just said, these black robe tyrants,
(33:01):
and I think it's so important that we start to
shine the spotlight on them.
Speaker 1 (33:05):
And remember the only.
Speaker 9 (33:06):
Court that the Constitution established at the Supreme Court. All
these other court, these lower court, district court judges and
what have you, those who were created by the legislative brand.
So maybe it's the time we start to reevaluate what
these district courts should be doing and how they should
be established, and maybe, just maybe we can stop having
these activists even rule on the highest court of the land,
(33:29):
which is Supreme Court. Kataji Brown Jackson is a perfect
example of dei in our top level court in America.
Speaker 1 (33:39):
Yeah, let's leave this on a high note, shall we.
I want to ask us two things, and you tell
me your thoughts teaching civics in the classroom from the
time our kids get in elementary school. And let's get
back to the Pledge of Allegiance to make sure it's
happening in every American classroom.
Speaker 9 (33:54):
Last word, Yes, now, I think that's absolutely great. As
a matter of fact, this past Sunday, I gave Independence
Day message at my church and we actually had a
reading of the Declaration of Independence by Max MacLean. Many
Americans have not read the entire Declaration of Independence. But
the great thing was my four year old grandson, Jackson
and Bernard. He stood up there on the stage at
(34:15):
our church and led the entire congregation in the Pledge
of Allegiance. That's what America's about. God bless America. Colonel,
Happy fourth of July, Happy Independence. That God be with
you and with you my friend. I really like him.
He's a good man, serve this country and believes in
this country.
Speaker 1 (34:32):
I'll think it breaking me right back.
Speaker 10 (34:34):
This is America's Voice, Law.
Speaker 1 (34:48):
All right, welcome back to this year's Fourth of July
special edition. Here in America's Voice, Law, I thank you
for being here. Think about it. A year ago, most
of America was concerned with the direction of the previous
administration and where they were taking America looked like we're
going in the ditch, especially with border and immigration policies,
from open border to outright putting illegal aliens before American
(35:09):
citizens in too many places to remember. Fast forward now
to Donald Trump, the forty seventh president, and in a
very short time during his second term, the border is
the most secure it's been in more than fifty years. Now,
my respect goes out to all the Border Patrol agents,
past president, and especially those who are in the border
right now making sure that no one crosses without the
(35:30):
consent of the United States of America, because a nation
is not a nation without a border. Period. Here's me
to discuss this, a former Deputy in charge of the
United States Border Patrol and author of the book Treason,
JJ Carrell. JJ, nice to see you on this fourth
of July. Thank you for being here, Thank you for
having me. What a difference the year makes, huh, what
(35:50):
a difference. Look, I think in May there was not
a single illegal released in the United States, not one.
I think in May of twenty twenty five it was
sixty two thousand just released, Willy Nelly, not one. I mean,
that's miraculous. I don't know how else to put it. JJ.
Speaker 11 (36:09):
Well, it makes you stop and ask the simple question, well,
what's the difference between the last day of Joe Biden's
administration to the first day of Donald Trump's administration where
we're not arresting, We're arresting everyone and no one's being
released and the.
Speaker 1 (36:22):
Border's comapility shut down.
Speaker 11 (36:24):
It begs the question was it done intentional, purposely and strategically.
An answer is, yes, the Democrats did this on purpose.
They opened the border and allowed in tens of millions
of illegal aliens into.
Speaker 1 (36:34):
The country in four years. Yeah, they did it intentionally
to change the balance and the makeup of this country.
As a result, you get places like New York City
voting for well, for communists. I mean, that's what happens. Lewiston,
Maine is known as Little Somalia. Think about that. You've
got people coming in from all over sorts of places
(36:55):
all over the country being concentrated in some areas. Some
of it is done legally. That doesn't make it any
better JJ, A lot of it was done illegally. It's
all bad because it doesn't enhance what America is, or
was or will be, does it.
Speaker 11 (37:10):
No, We're looking at a massive demographic shift in America.
We're looking at I believe, over fifty million illegal aliens
in the country right now. If you go off of
just government data, and we know the government never lies,
They've admitted to forty three million illegal aliens in America.
If they're counted in the twenty thirty census. The Democrats
will win because we will see a flip to blue
(37:32):
seats in the House of up to sixty seats, it
will be a massive majority of Democrats in the House.
And then after the twenty thirty census is counted, you
will have a reappropriation of Electoral College votes as well.
This is the why to why the Democrats did this
to America.
Speaker 1 (37:50):
Yeah, so where do we go from here? Because it's
not easy to get all these people outside of the country.
And look, I heard Donald Trump say something that I
don't disagree with. It's kind of an odds a bit
with what he said in the past, but I like this.
He was not about farmers and farms. He said, Look,
if these farmers have people that have worked for him
for ten or fifteen or twenty years, and they know
(38:11):
who they are, they know who their family is, but
they're not here legally, Let's work to figure that out.
But criminals, you're gone. Let's work to figure out these
people that are working on farms and keeping America moving forward. Okay,
he has some wiggle room in there, and I'm okay
with that, but I'm not okay with people that came here,
dodged being checked in at all, just blended into our
(38:33):
country and disappeared committed any crime at all, You're gone anything.
We've got to make sure that we prioritize getting those
criminals out, don't we.
Speaker 11 (38:42):
But we're talking about law and order, correct. So there
are visas that are in position in place for these
agriculture for construction to use. They're not using them. Why
are they not using them? Because they don't have to
pay the worker's comp to Social Security, they don't have
to pay any kind of insurance.
Speaker 1 (38:59):
They get free. This. We either believe in law and
or order.
Speaker 11 (39:03):
We don't. And you ask, what are we going to do?
How are we going to get these people out? Donald
Trump has to ramp up the arrest and deportations. He
just does where this will take us over one hundred
years to get done. But what Donald Trump is doing,
which I believe is incredible, He's doing a comprehensive arrest
and deportation plan. Look what he's doing down in Florida
with Alligator Alcatraz. That is more than anything a perception move,
(39:27):
meaning you illegal aliens, I've given you an out, I've
given you one thousand dollars and a plane ticket home.
Speaker 1 (39:32):
Or when we find you, and we.
Speaker 11 (39:34):
Will, you will go to places like alligator Alcatraz. This
is powerful what he's doing. I'm all for what Donald
Trump is doing. The only thing I would ask him
and implore him, Sir, we are looking at a demographic time.
Speaker 1 (39:48):
Bomb that's ticking in America. You need to remove all
of these tens of millions of illegal aliens.
Speaker 11 (39:53):
And you need to take in into effect that you
have less than six thousand ICE officers to arrest and
deport over fifty million illegal aliens. You need to have
the military involved, and you need to have all your
old time retired borbitual agents, ICE officers and law enforcement
officers bring back into the fold and then put them
in a task force and have all hands on deck.
Speaker 1 (40:14):
I really believe it's that serious.
Speaker 11 (40:16):
I believe if Donald Trump states, and I believe completely
as he does, that this is a national security issue,
then we need to move in the same vein as
a national security issue demands.
Speaker 1 (40:28):
Yep, you know. I think, if I read this correctly, JJ,
we've got about a minute left here. I think, if
I read this correctly, the big Beautiful Bill as it's
now in return to the House, has one hundred and
fifty billion dollars in additional border security funds that would
be significant, wouldn't it.
Speaker 11 (40:50):
Well, that's a game changer, right, We need to get
into into this century as far as ground sensors, all
kinds of fencing, drones, every kind of time technology that
you can imagine is needed. All that one hundred and
fifty billion dollars also needs to include imminent domain. Why
do we have business and factories and housing push right
(41:11):
up on the border. It's a national security issue. We
need to have a no man's land, a DMZ zone
if you will, on the border that is controlled by
our military and our border patrol. We either believe in
national security or we don't, or we can just keep
dancing around this for another two, five, ten hundred years.
We need to have the one hundred and fifty billion.
But here's a question that I would like to ask
(41:32):
your audience. Why did we have emergency funding for Ukraine
and all kinds of foreign aid? But we have now
wasted seven months trying to get a bill passed in
order to fund our national security That tells you everything
you need to know about the uniparty that runs our government.
Speaker 1 (41:50):
Yeah, I don't think there's a satisfactory answer for that,
that's for sure. JJ, look and this independence say, Let's
be independent of all the illegals that are here. Let's
move forward, secure our borders, and continue to clean up
the mess left behind. JJ Carrell, Happy Independence Day, you too.
God bless America. Thank you, God blessed America. After the break,
we'll have a story that reminds us of how wonderful
(42:10):
America is and the answers to our America's voice question
of the day, What does the fourth of July mean
to you? All right? This is it. We want to
leave you with something every day that makes you have
(42:31):
a smile on your face. And of course today is
the fourth of July, and how about one that makes
America wonderful? On this Independence Day? In Washington, d C.
The National Archives Museum is hosting its annual Fourth of
July Celebration, an event that includes a dramatized reading of
the Declaration of Independence read by re enactors of our
founding fathers, including notable figures like John Adams and Ben Franklin.
(42:55):
Other notable activities include a performance of America's national anthem
sung by retired US Master Sergeant Caleb Green, and of course,
a march and drumming performance from re enactor addressed as
the Old Guard. If you can't make it to Washington,
d C. Then here in luck is. Most of the
event will be broadcast on National Archives YouTube page, giving
you something to do as you wait to light up
(43:16):
the night sky with fireworks and of course spending time
with the cennual America's voice. The fourth of July associated
with the celebratory aspects such as gathering with your loved ones,
setting off fireworks, but realizing that our independence, our liberty
came with sacrifice and determination. It's also an important factor
to consider, and what better way to do that than
to actually transfer yourself to that moment where the declaration
(43:39):
was read, which should remind you of what makes America
wonderful today. All right, what does the fourth of July
mean to you? The last question today? Sam Folds writes,
Independence Day is when we should be celebrating just that
that we are free. Blanca topa Huasca. This is one
of the most incredible countries where one can come with nothing,
(44:01):
build something, leave a legacy, and establish a generational path
for others to follow. I am proud to be a
naturalized American citizen. Well, we're proud to have you here today,
Emmy Ramos Whitaker, fireworks, family, food and fun. Well, Emmy,
I cannot disagree with that. Love family, Kevin Coddle, the original.
(44:24):
No King's Day, that's exactly right, No king at all.
Kiki Holly, Freedom, that's right. Freedom, And how about one more?
Brian Sharky is a combat vet. I say freedom. I
agree with you. Celebrate safely today. Be careful out there.
It's crazy world. You know we need you back here
(44:45):
come Monday, so be well. Light off the fireworks, enjoy
your family. Remember what this is all about, this Independence Day.
I'll see you Monday morning at six for the Steve
Rivers Show and then back for America's Voice Live. Enjoy
the weekend, my friend, and happy that is day
