Speaker 1 (00:01):
And not what your country can do for you and
what you can do for your country.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
We have to rise above challenges and find strength in
the midst of adversity.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
We are in a battle of good birth of evil.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
Satan is the father of confusion.
Speaker 4 (00:20):
I don't care what they do to me. I'm going
to keep calling them out.
Speaker 1 (00:24):
They're berserk, trying to disarm Americans, and we need to
push back.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
Glad you're fighting for America.
Speaker 3 (00:30):
There's always hope.
Speaker 5 (00:33):
Well, it's the opportunity to be an outside because it's
the outsiders to change the world.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
Perhaps you were born for such a time as this. Hey, everybody,
welcome back to faith and freedom. I'm Chamaine Nugent.
Speaker 3 (00:51):
And who am I? Who do I think I am?
Christmas everybody.
Speaker 1 (00:55):
I don't care when this airs, but Happy New Year,
Merry Christmas, Happy birth Day to me, Happy Thanksgiving every day,
Happy Veterans Day every day, Memorial Day every day, and
Independence Day every day.
Speaker 3 (01:06):
This is my wife. I get to snuggle with her.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
I stick my nose right in the short part of
her neck every night, and.
Speaker 3 (01:11):
I make little bubbling noises. That's why she has so
much the freedom. Hi, everybody, Uncle Tedant reporting for duty. Well,
I've got such a whirlwind day to day.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
It has been a whirlwind day. It's been a whirlwind year.
Speaker 3 (01:24):
Yes, a WorldWind life.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
What has been going on in this world? Thank goodness
President Trump with trunk was reelected. And by the way,
happy birthday.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
It is a very seventy six seventy six.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
Cocked lock and ready to rock the glock around the
clock Docker's spot to kill the whole flock?
Speaker 3 (01:41):
What the what the glock is going on?
Speaker 1 (01:43):
Yes, in all seriousness, but you have to be giddy.
You have to unleash, you have to never hold things back.
My blood pressure is like an indy five hundred card
and doing the final lap at two hundred and twenty
miles an hour.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
And then I shut the front door, climb a.
Speaker 1 (01:58):
Tree, and I earn my freedom in America by communicating
with my fellow Americans to vote God, family, country, law
and order, faith and freedom.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
And we did that.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
I thank everybody out there. I salute you. But we're
going to put it on the screen and post production
if we have to. Hunter nation dot org. Hunter nation
dot org. Some great, great generous Americans donated millions of
dollars to connect with proven Conservatives, licensed hunters who live
(02:35):
the life of God, family and country. We got them
to vote many for the first time ever. And that's
where the landslide came in in seven battleground states. And
those who voted their family values, the American dream family values.
Speaker 3 (02:52):
You did this. Thank you very much.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
You know a lot of people would ask how did
we get here?
Speaker 3 (02:59):
How did we get.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
To the point where we were scrambling at the last
minute to elect President Trump and to restore this country's
incredible sovereignty, returned to our safe borders and not send
billions of dollars away to other countries, but to protect
our own veterans, to protect our own people, and to
take care of our families. How did we get here?
(03:24):
I think the answer is we've been apathetic. We found
out that not only fifty percent of Hunters didn't vote,
fifty percent of Christians, how about that.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
Vote Half of those demographics, which are the core of
family value demographics, they sat on the sidelines. And to
answer your question, how do we get here? So many
Americans are spoiled, rotten. They've never gone to the hot
water faucet and not got hot water because somebody did
that for him.
Speaker 3 (03:52):
They never had to go to the grocery store.
Speaker 1 (03:55):
It goes you either all the strawberries. No, the farmers
and the ranchers and the food produce users. Even though
FDA and USDA has poisoning our food. Thank God for
Robert Kennedy jung to what a battle cry, make America
healthy again, which is what Shamade and I have been
doing for the last thirty six years.
Speaker 3 (04:11):
So the way we got here is people were spoiled.
They had us.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
Not everybody, but too many had a six pack and
an NFL ticket. To be distracted from the criminal corruption, treason,
criminal corruption, treason of every bureaucracy in the US government.
Up until November fifth, I had zero faith in any bureaucracy.
(04:38):
The FDA is poisoning our food and drugs. The USDA
is poisoning our food supply. The FBI is a gangster organization.
The IRS lives to torch and waste our tax dollars.
Speaker 3 (04:49):
In all in morality, so thank you for voting for
Donald Trump.
Speaker 1 (04:54):
Now here's the number one thing we prayed, and our
prayers were answered. Keep praying because this deep state gangster
organization known as Uncle Sam, they're going to try to
kill him again. This great hero, Donald Trump has got
to survive. And we can talk in our next segment
about Daniel Penny, who did the perfect natural instinct to
(05:14):
stand up over evil. And the court system of the
anti freedom, anti justice court system of New York condemned
a hero.
Speaker 3 (05:24):
So I'm getting a hold of this guy. We're going
to thank this hero. But thank you. How about Shamaine.
Faith and freedom, that's what it's all about. You don't
get freedom without faith.
Speaker 2 (05:33):
So thank you, baby, Absolutely well, thank you Ted. And
before we go, we've got a couple more minutes. What
would you like to see President Trump do?
Speaker 1 (05:41):
First? Well, we'd run out of rope if he did
what was proper. The point is is that making America
healthy again. You've got to hold the FDA and the
USDA accountable for the chemical warfare they're attacking Americans with.
The food on the grocery store shelves is pure deadly rot.
Speaker 3 (06:00):
So that's number one.
Speaker 1 (06:01):
Because we can't be strong and secure and safe and
great again unless we're healthy again. But you people can
start before Donald Trump getting in. Robert Kennedy Jr. Gets
our food and our drugs and our medicine back under control.
So the communists Chinese manufacture our seeds and our fertilizer
and our medicines.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
Does the ku Klux Klan manage the black community? That's
what's going on here.
Speaker 1 (06:28):
Bottom line is we the people, can make this difference
if we get our families healthy and strong again. So
it's up to us first and foremost.
Speaker 2 (06:36):
So I got a red shirt on. It was a
red wave, a red.
Speaker 3 (06:40):
Suit, orange deer hunting shirt.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
It was too big to rig, I think is what happened.
But now moving forward to ed, what can we do?
How do people stay involved in I think more people,
more good people need to run for local politics.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
Yeah, a lot of good people are scared because of
the hate and the lies and the false accusations, which
I've been victim of for the last forty years.
Speaker 3 (07:02):
Because I stood up for a.
Speaker 1 (07:03):
God, family, country, law and order, work, ethic, good over evil, boy,
I'm radical. Number one is we prayed for President Trump
and the prayers were answered when God turned his head
away from the assassin's bullet in Pennsylvania.
Speaker 3 (07:17):
Prayers work.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
It was too big to rig because real conservatives, constitutionalists, conservationists,
the sporting families, hunting, fishing, trapping, families of America for
the first time, many of them, millions of them, voted
traditional family values. But now pray harder than ever because
that same deep state that called him a Nazi and
(07:40):
called you Nazis, called us Nazis, condemned us, and hated
us for standing up for God, family, country, law and order.
The same evil doers of the deep state that tried
to kill them on two occasions, they're.
Speaker 3 (07:52):
Going to try again. They killed Martin Luther King, they
killed John F.
Speaker 1 (07:56):
Kennedy, they killed Robert Kennedy, and they're going to continue
to try to kill Donald Trump because he stands up.
He's a spotlight against the treasonous, corrupt cockroaches in all
the bureaucracies that are wasting our tax dollars and steering
America in the toilet. So pray and communicate with your
elected employees constantly and remind them that nobody should have
(08:18):
arrested Daniel Penny.
Speaker 3 (08:20):
He's a hero.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
And if a court system in America can't tell the
difference between a hero and a murderer, then we the
people have to wake them up. And I'm active every day.
I just got off a Michigan Sheriff's conference call. The
guitar player was able to connect with the heroes of
law enforcement to support and fulfill their oath to the
US Constitution.
Speaker 3 (08:41):
And that's what we all need to do.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
We all need to be active and stay active. It's
like when you see something, say something. But I think
this has been a great awakening of sorts, not just
not just in governance, but also spiritually. Yes, I've talked
to so many people that I mean, I can feel it.
I think so many The Bible talks about not everybody
(09:03):
has eyes can see, not everybody who has ears can hear.
Now we're getting it now, We're waking up to the
corruption that we've had in this government and the gas lighting. No,
there's nothing to see here with drones flying all around
New Jersey, nothing to see there, nothing to see with
Hunter's laptop. We'll just pardon them.
Speaker 3 (09:24):
Unbelievable.
Speaker 1 (09:24):
So, yes, everybody, thank you for supporting Chamaine and I
with Real America's Voice, A big salute and thank you
to everybody at Real America's Voice.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
I think this is.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
The premiere source of truth, logic, and common sense from
the heart and soul of the best families in America.
You know, Jesse Waters does a great job. Judge Denen,
what's your last name here?
Speaker 3 (09:44):
Al Piro? She is just the greatest. So there are
some great leaders.
Speaker 1 (09:47):
Dan Bongino, Sean Hannity, Greg Gutfound, Greg Guttfeld. There's truth,
logic and common sense visible out there, but you will
not find it on traditional media and the mainstream media
and the sea and liars and the MSNBC haters and
the view insanity. So those of us that live by
(10:08):
self evident common sense, truth and logic, we need to
be a louder voice. And that's why people have condemned me,
who's just got a big mouth. I'm exactly what the
founding fathers wanted every American to be suspicious of all authority,
question all regulations and all rules, and make sure they're
founded in common sense, the Constitution and the Ten Commandments.
Speaker 3 (10:29):
I'm a radical more than happy to chime in.
Speaker 2 (10:32):
Well, I've learned so much from watching you for thirty
six years because I never was this outspoken.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
Nobody is.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Nobody is, but I started seeing things and I've always
been outspoken about health and wellness. I got banned on
Twitter because I started talking about during the pandemic having
an apple a day and getting vitamin D from the sun.
And yeah, they wear a couple of pro Trump tweets.
But so we should have the freedom of speech. If
you don't like what I'm saying or Ted's saying, there
(11:03):
are thousands of other podcasts that you can listen to,
but we do hope if you're watching us here on
Real America's Voice, we hope that you share this because
some people might not have been looking for a show
like this or like Ted's in the past, and this really,
Really America's Voice has everything that they need. They don't
need to go anywhere else. Just stay tuned right here.
Speaker 1 (11:26):
And support those that sponsor these programs because we have
an army of technicians and masters of communication and finding
the truth logic and common sense and the evidence to
support the truth logic and common sense. So a big
salute to everybody at Real America Voice and all the
different hosts and the producers and the editors and all
the technicians there.
Speaker 3 (11:44):
But support those businesses.
Speaker 1 (11:47):
Switchmanfilo dot Com, Minute Men Coffee, there's a harvest program
with natural food.
Speaker 3 (11:55):
So support those that support what you know.
Speaker 1 (11:59):
We go on on the plank every day to support
what you people believe in.
Speaker 3 (12:04):
So thank you for your support, thank you for being here, honey,
who's going to stop me?
Speaker 2 (12:08):
And thank you for watching. We'll be right back. Don't
go away.
Speaker 5 (12:10):
There's the opportunity to be an outside because it's the
outside is to change the world.
Speaker 2 (12:17):
Perhaps you were born for such a time as this.
Speaker 5 (12:24):
Well, there's the opportunity to be an outside because it's
the outside is to change the world.
Speaker 2 (12:31):
Perhaps you were born for such a time as this.
You know, I used to wake up sore from head
to toe, and now I wake up feeling great. I
never knew just how important a good night's sleep was
for the rest of my day. My pillow has actually
(12:51):
changed my life. I mean I used to sleep with

him my pillow for years and years. But right now
you can sleep with my pillow too. You can get

but you can call my line at my pillow at
one eight hundred and nine thirty three six ' nine
seven to two. You know, being a mom is by
(14:20):
far one of the hardest jobs in the world. Ensuring
that your kids are nurtured on top of handling your
own responsibilities. It can be a real task within itself,
but not only can it be one of the most
difficult jobs. We all know it's the most rewarding job
that we can have. Today, we see many mothers, especially
(14:40):
single mothers, going through hardships of juggling everything that life
throws at them, and it's important that we stand up
and support each other. Hannah Kiely is America's number one
mom coach. She's an ordained Christian minister and master Board
certified life coach and mom of seven who combines faith
(15:01):
in psychology to help moms create radical transformation in their lives. Hannah, welcome.
Speaker 6 (15:08):
I am so excited to be here. Chamaine, thanks for
hanging out with me. This is so much fun.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
I am so excited too. You and I got to
chat a few weeks ago and we realized like we
need to do this more often. So thank you for
coming on the show. Tell us a little bit about
your story and how you ended up where you are today.
Speaker 4 (15:28):
Wow, oh my goodness.
Speaker 6 (15:29):
Okay, I'm going to give you the extremely extremely condensed version,
like the condesced crema mushroom soup version.
Speaker 4 (15:35):
But I actually had to come to the end of myself.
Speaker 6 (15:39):
I mean, I was a behavior therapist when I started
having kids and I thought, you know, if anyone's going
to get this, I'm going to get this.
Speaker 3 (15:46):
No problem.
Speaker 6 (15:47):
I had my image of what life was going to
look like and Schamaine, that did not turn out to
be the case. Before I knew, and I had a
few kids, and I was living in a cluttered house,
didn't have enough money to even pay the insufficient funds
that were coming through. You know, we were barring from
Peter to pay Paul. We had credit card debt, and.
Speaker 4 (16:11):
And also just I had gained a lot of weight.
Speaker 6 (16:13):
I wasn't healthy, and the worst part of it all
was the crippling anxiety and the debilitating depression that went
on with it. And okay, get this. I was a
behavior therapist, but my own strategies were not working on me.
And I remember.
Speaker 4 (16:29):
One day was so clear.
Speaker 6 (16:31):
I walked in my bedroom when I was carrying this
load of laundry full intention, I'm just gonna be honest
with you, to throw it on the other five loads
that I had, you know, to waiting to be folded
within you know, seven to eight business days, right. But
I caught a glance on myself in the mirrorgement and
h only way I could describe it was like dead
(16:53):
mom walking like I looked too old to be as
young as I was.
Speaker 4 (16:57):
I was in my.
Speaker 6 (16:58):
Twenties and and I was just you know, had gained
a lot of weight. I hadn't taken a shower in days.
It was one of my husband's clothes because I couldn't
fit in any of mine, and I just crashed, like
I had a nervous breakdown. I crashed right there on
the floor in the laundry, ugly crying. And some of
you guys know what I'm talking about with ugly crying
(17:19):
right where, like, this's not tears. You just don't know
where one stops, so one starts. And that was when
I just came to the end of myself and I
was like, I was praying. I was calling out to God.
I was like, I can't do this. Please and help,
Please and help, And he did.
Speaker 4 (17:33):
In a way that I didn't expect.
Speaker 2 (17:35):
Those things that bring us to our knees, Hannah, you know,
bring us closer to God. So I'm so grateful that
it sounds funny, but you had that moment because now
you're doing amazing things. Talk about what it's like to
be a mom of seven in this day and age.
Speaker 4 (17:51):
Oh my goodness.
Speaker 6 (17:52):
Well, I will tell you what he told me. There
was get up and full your laundry. And I didn't
want to hear that. But that's where I start just
radical obedience. And fortunately, you know, our clever ways never work,
you know, and he always wants us to do things
his way. But I just had three kids at that
(18:13):
time and seven kids later.
Speaker 4 (18:16):
I mean, they're all grown. I'm a grandmother, they're all
you know, grown on their own, they have kids of
their own.
Speaker 6 (18:21):
And but I will tell you that was the day
that changed everything because that radical obedience, like okay, God.
Speaker 4 (18:27):
I'm just going to like do what you tell me
to do.
Speaker 6 (18:29):
I'm just going to follow you led to a life
of zero regret. Like I yes, it was crazy, Yes
it was loud, Yes it was messy, and it was
so much fun.
Speaker 4 (18:42):
Like I literally can look back at those.
Speaker 6 (18:44):
Years when I was in the muck of motherhood and
it was so much fun. And now it still is,
Like I have such a great time with my kids
and helping other moms, you know, get control of their
lives and learn how to get that same like radical abundance.
Speaker 2 (19:01):
I love it. So talk about you've got a new
program called Mom Brain Makeover, talk about that and how
people can join you.
Speaker 4 (19:10):
Okay, well, here's the cool thing.
Speaker 6 (19:12):
I did not realize that the reason all my therapies
weren't working was because my brain had changed. And this
is what a lot of moms don't understand, is that
your brain cognittantly and anatomically changes when you have a baby.
Speaker 4 (19:28):
No one told me that.
Speaker 6 (19:29):
Research is just now recently coming out about the significant
changes that happen in a mom's brain after she has
a baby. But what happens is we can't think the
way we used to think. We're highly distracted, we're extremely unmotivated,
we have no desire to take care of ourselves. But
we also have this really cool thing called mother's intuition,
(19:51):
which balances all of that. So the problem is, like
if there's a mom who's watching today and they're like,
I can't I can't stick to a diet, I start projects,
I can't finish it. I feel like I can't focus
on anything. I've always over stimulated. I work so hard
and I get nothing done. It's not you, this is
(20:11):
what I tell moms. It's not you, it's your brain.
And that's why all of the diets and the budgets
and the decluttering programs. That's why they're not working, because
they're not designed to work with your brain. So when
I discovered this, I poured my heart and soul into
researching the mom brain so that I could come up
with strategies that helped a mom with mom brain to
(20:32):
actually start getting results, start boosting your energy, getting more done,
enjoying your life, and getting rid of stress, anxiety, and depression.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
You know, I think that mom brain lasts for quite
a while. My son is going to be thirty five
this year, So can I still have mom brain? Because you're.
Speaker 6 (20:53):
The transitioning now this is this is like good news
because it does help us if you learn how to
work with But the badness it never goes away.
Speaker 4 (21:02):
I know it doesn't.
Speaker 2 (21:04):
No, can our husbands say, have mom brain?
Speaker 1 (21:06):
No?
Speaker 2 (21:07):
Never mind? Anyways, talk about Hannah, what is the best
name one or two things of pieces of advice that
you can give to new moms who are going through
this right now?
Speaker 4 (21:20):
Absolutely, I would love to do that.
Speaker 6 (21:22):
In fact, I have some things called mom brain hacks,
like we do a lot of that in our mom
brain makeovers. So I would love to first of all,
tell them, Mom, you are not. It's not that you
lack will power. It's not that you're lazy, it's not
that you got focusing issues. It's not any of that.
So don't think that you're failing. Just think maybe I
haven't discovered a way that works with my brain. And
(21:43):
now you're like following Chamaine.
Speaker 4 (21:46):
So now you got it, girl, You like know what
to do.
Speaker 6 (21:48):
Now you need a mom brain makeover. But I do
have these mom bring hacks to kind of I call
it like like backstage pass to getting results for the
mom brain. So it works with the wiring to help
you interrupt negative.
Speaker 4 (22:05):
Talk, which is very common for moms.
Speaker 6 (22:07):
You know, we don't even realize it sometimes how negatively
we are we're viewing ourselves. But so they're kind of
like hacks that work with the mom brain and they're fun,
Like we can't stop, you know, we have to keep
having fun because if it's not fun, I don't want
to do it.
Speaker 4 (22:21):
I know, you shamade. If it's not fun, you're not
going to do it.
Speaker 2 (22:23):
So it's exactly exactly, So where can people find out
more about the mom brain makeover?
Speaker 6 (22:32):
Oh my goodness, I have an entire program with all
of these bonuses and with the diet that works with
your brain and all this stuff. But go to Mombrain
Makeover dot com and Chamade.
Speaker 4 (22:45):
We have a special.
Speaker 6 (22:46):
Link just for your followers because we want to give
them like an extra extra booze, like give them extra
resources and really stand behind them. So if you go
do mom Brain Makeover dot com forward slash Chamaine.
Speaker 4 (22:59):
So it's all there.
Speaker 6 (23:01):
I know, girl, we got stick stick together, right.
Speaker 2 (23:05):
You know, we really do. And I want to thank you, Hannah.
I feel like I know you, but I've just met
you virtually. We've never met in person, but you're an
esther for what you did. You know, you you got
knocked down on your knees, and I know what's that.
That's like not having the energy to do laundry or
do dishes or all those seven kids. I can't even
(23:29):
I can't even fathom. You must be cooking all day long.
But what you did. You you answered the call and
you stood up. You were brave and bold and for that,
I'm grateful for you, grateful to know you, and I
want to thank you, and I'm going to help you
spread this message.
Speaker 4 (23:48):
Chamaine.
Speaker 6 (23:48):
That is such a blessing to me, and you know
it all works for a greater good, like we are
all expanding the Kingdom of God, and when we're operating
in obedience than He in charge of the blessing, and
it just flows.
Speaker 4 (24:02):
Like I believe it was so fortunitous that we.
Speaker 6 (24:04):
Meet, because I feel like our heartspeat and tandem for
making this world a better place and restoring families and
really pushing God's agenda on our own.
Speaker 2 (24:14):
Yeah. Well, Hannah Kiely, thank you so much for joining me.
I'll be in touch and I hope everybody else will
go get the mom bring makeover. Thanks Hannah, I'll talk
too soon. God bless don't go away everyone, We're going
to be right back. We have a lot more to come.
Speaker 5 (24:29):
Relish the opportunity to be an outside because it's the outside,
is to change the world.
Speaker 2 (24:36):
Perhaps you were born for such a time as this.
Speaker 5 (24:43):
Relish the opportunity to be an outside because it's the outside,
is to change the world.
Speaker 2 (24:50):
Perhaps you were born for such a time as this.
What a time to celebrate America and the new year,
as we not only make America great again, we're going
to make America healthy again. But I have a question
for you. Are you making healthy choices this year? Are
(25:11):
you really so? Let's choose not only to make healthier choices,
but American made products you can truly trust. Ted and
I are big fans of the clean grass fed beef
from Switch to America with schamaine dot com. We just
had a ribbi last night and I'm telling you, I'm
not kidding. It's our favorite and it's marked never ever labeled,
(25:35):
meaning no hormones, no antibiotics, and no mRNA. This is
real food the way it was meant to be This year,
Let's vote with our dollars. Don't buy the questionable products
from big box stores. Choose quality USA made goods that
truly support our nation, and you can deliver happiness and
good health to your friends and family. It's a great
(25:57):
way to show support to our cory for our country
while committing to health and quality food. Plus, it's a
fantastic way to keep your dollars right here in the
USA and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with
knowing exactly what you're feeding your family. So I had
to switch to America wishhamaine dot com and celebrate the
(26:19):
new year with products made right here in the USA.
Let's make America healthy again, one meal at a time.
You know, one of the best aspects of this great
country of ours is the brave and resilient Americans who
can turn a bad situation into an opportunity to help others.
Rebecca Mitchell is a mother of two and is one
(26:42):
such person. After getting sick in twenty nineteen and nearly
losing her life to toxic mold, something I know all
too well about, and she also had Rocky Mountain spotted fever,
she decided to turn an unfortunate situation into an effort
to prevent help others, to prevent them from experiencing her situation. Today,
(27:03):
Rebecca runs her own business called the Mold Doggter. And
did I say that right? Rebecca with the help of
her dog, Nash, who is trained to sniff out toxic mold. Rebecca, welcome,
Thank you so much.
Speaker 7 (27:20):
I'm so happy to be here. Thank you for having me.
Speaker 2 (27:23):
I'm so excited. Tell us a little bit about your
story and how you get sick.
Speaker 8 (27:30):
So in twenty nineteen, I was, you know, just living
my life.
Speaker 7 (27:37):
I was a mom, and.
Speaker 8 (27:38):
I was a stay at home mom at the time,
just really busy taking care of my girls. I think
my youngest was four months and my oldest was two
and a half, and I felt great.
Speaker 7 (27:50):
I didn't have any symptoms, pretty healthy.
Speaker 8 (27:53):
I'm really happy, in a good place, and I feel
like it happened almost overnight.
Speaker 7 (28:00):
Started to have just systemic symptoms.
Speaker 8 (28:03):
And now, looking back, I think it was a series
of events that led me there. During that time, I
had a physical trauma, I had an emotional trauma, and
I didn't realize it at the time, but I had
an exposure to mold, and I think that series of
events just led to the symptoms.
Speaker 3 (28:25):
That I started to have.
Speaker 8 (28:27):
So it started out with almost overnight, like I said,
I started to get visual issues, visual snow and visual disturbances.
And that was pretty scary because I was like, okay,
well my vision is declining.
Speaker 7 (28:42):
What's going on? So, like I said, I had had
a physical trauma.
Speaker 8 (28:46):
And it was an injury to my eye, and so
I went to the retina specialist, and I kept going
back to the retina specialist and they ran all of
their tests and they said, you know, your eye structurally
is fine, and I said, well, I don't feel fine.
Speaker 3 (29:02):
And I remember at.
Speaker 8 (29:03):
Night i'd go to sleep and I'd closed my eyes
and it was like a fireworks display going off. And
then during the day it was visual snow and visual snow.
You can kind of compare it to looking through a
grainy television.
Speaker 7 (29:16):
Set, like what that looks like. And so I think
that perpetuated everything. The stress.
Speaker 8 (29:23):
It was just chronic stress from that point on, and
then I started to get vertigo and cognitive issues. My
symptoms initially were visual and cognitive. So I went searching
for answers and I had an MRI. I have my brain,
and that.
Speaker 7 (29:41):
Came back normal, well what they consider normal.
Speaker 8 (29:45):
I did have some lesions on my brain and they said,
you know that's normal, that's what happens with aging. And
so I couldn't get any answers. Again, I still didn't
know that I was being exposed toxical and so fast
wear just a little bit.
Speaker 2 (30:03):
I'm sorry. That's what I'm saying is how did you
find because for me, this was it was twenty years
ago when I was exposed, and twenty years ago nobody
was talking about taxic mold. How did you I've only
got a few minutes left and I want to find out,
of course about the dog, but how did you discover
taxic mold.
Speaker 8 (30:24):
So the initial exposure was actually our washing machine, and
then we moved into before I realized what it was,
we moved into a house we had. I was on
the internet. I was advocating diligently for myself. The doctors
were telling me it's anxiety.
Speaker 7 (30:40):
And I was like, I'm not accepting that.
Speaker 8 (30:43):
And so I was lucky enough to come across the
doctor on Instagram and she was.
Speaker 7 (30:48):
Talking about mold and she was talking about all.
Speaker 8 (30:51):
The things that it can do and the systemic symptoms
that it can cause. And that's when I went down
that rabbit hole and I learned that the culprit was
probably tap toxic mold. And I had some inspectors come out,
and we actually had a total of like three or four.
And the first few said, hey, you're fine. They did
their air samples and yeah, you know, and they.
Speaker 7 (31:12):
Said your house.
Speaker 2 (31:13):
Yeah, that's what they do for me too. So fast forward,
will you to how you came about getting a dog
to sniff out mold?
Speaker 7 (31:23):
Sure?
Speaker 8 (31:24):
So I went, you know, this journey has been hasn't
been healing, has not been linear. And I've been in
the mold community for a while now, I've spent a
lot of time in the groups, and after having the
inspector come in that finally found the mold.
Speaker 7 (31:40):
They put snake cameras in the outlets.
Speaker 3 (31:41):
In our wall.
Speaker 8 (31:43):
And so I was still not well, and so I
was I was searching for answers and searching for doctors,
and I heard about a mold dog in the mold
group on Facebook, and I thought, Wow, that's amazing. If
only I had access to that when I'm so sick.
You know, dogs can be trained to sniff out bombs
(32:04):
and drugs, and they have cadiver dogs.
Speaker 7 (32:06):
I was like, cadaver dogs. I was like, that's amazing,
Like why not?
Speaker 8 (32:10):
And so going through this journey, I had so and
I'm sure you can relate to this. I had so
much trauma from being sick for so long that I
had to do something with it to help other people.
I had to channel it. And so that's why I
started my business. It's a way.
Speaker 7 (32:29):
It's been so fulfilling, and it's a way for me
to give back.
Speaker 8 (32:32):
In that Snash, I'm old dogs and he's tell me.
Speaker 2 (32:38):
About all tell us about Nash. You and I have
a lot in common, not only our mold stories, but
also our love, our love for dogs, and I agree
with you. I think dogs, dogs are such healers for us.
I just got goosebumps. We have a very unhealthy attachment
to our dogs, and I love that.
Speaker 7 (32:58):
You can never be unhealthy up.
Speaker 2 (33:01):
Well, it's pretty bad, Rebecca, Like we don't go to places,
we don't go to events, we don't travel unless one
of us can stay home with the dogs.
Speaker 4 (33:11):
Like it's a lucky dog.
Speaker 2 (33:13):
I know they're just Yes, hopefully I'm going to get
pictures of my dogs and my producers can insert this,
but I share what you're doing. I understand. I wanted
to recognize one of the things that you said. I
don't know if you know. I wrote a book called
Killer House did a documentary about my story. But you
(33:35):
are absolutely right. What happened to me that that exacerbated
my mold experience is that I had not a not
a physical trauma, but if psychological or emotional trauma. Something
really devastating happened to me before my mold exposure. So
if you have that, it's like a perfect storm and
(33:58):
you get sicker faster. How yeah, I've I've got about
a minute left. How can you and find your story,
find out about your dog and help you.
Speaker 3 (34:11):
Sure.
Speaker 8 (34:12):
The best place to find me is probably Facebook. It's
called The Old Doctor d G t R. And then
we also have our website which is www dot Themolddoctor
dot com and we have the same handle for Instagram
and TikTok. I'm trying to stay on social media and
make our presence known so that we can help as
(34:33):
many people as we can.
Speaker 2 (34:35):
Well, it's amazing what you're doing. You're also being an ester.
I end this show with Ester four to fourteen for
perhaps you were born for such a time as this,
And I always say, it's not like when I was
a little girl. I wanted to grow up and be
known as the Mold Lady, and you probably either. But
maybe this is God's way, Rebecca, of having you help
(34:56):
others and be such an esther.
Speaker 7 (35:00):
Absolutely, I truly believe that.
Speaker 2 (35:04):
Well, thank you so much for what you're doing to
I want to find out more about it. I want
to have the Mold Dog come to my house and
I'm going to help you get your word out. So
thank you again so much for being here.
Speaker 7 (35:16):
Thank you for having me.
Speaker 2 (35:19):
God bless all right, guys, It's amazing how there are
so many people standing up to help other people. So
go check it out The mold Dog ter dogt r.
And also I talk about my dogs a little bit.
My new book. It's called Abundantly Well and it's available
right now. Go get it on Amazon dot com. Don't
(35:41):
go away, We'll be right back.
Speaker 5 (35:43):
Rellis the opportunity to be an outside because it's the outside,
as to change the world.
Speaker 2 (35:50):
Perhaps you were born for such a time as this, relish.
Speaker 5 (35:58):
The opportunity to be an outside because it's the outside,
is to change the world.
Speaker 2 (36:04):
Perhaps you were born for such a time as this.
Speaker 3 (36:11):
Well.
Speaker 2 (36:12):
It used to be that when I was a kid, anyway,
we would drink out of the garden hose when we
were thirsty. I don't remember anybody having to tell me
drink water. Make sure you drink half your body weight,
announce us of water per day. We just took it
for granted that our water was safe and readily available.
But now we can't be so sure. Who knows what's
(36:34):
in the water. Maybe some pharmaceutical drugs, maybe mRNA, volatile
organic compounds. I found century wellness system that removes harmful
toxins and enriches water with essential nutrients. Wouldn't it be
great that water actually makes you healthier and we know
what's in it. It's cheaper than buying plastic water bottles,
(36:55):
and it's healthier too. Check out centrih twoo dot com
and use the promod healthy ten for a discount that
centry H two zero and the promo code is healthy ten.
You know there is an invisible enemy working to steal, kill,
and destroy your health, your faith, your family, and your peace.
(37:16):
The Bible warns warns us of this in John ten. Ten.
But it's not just about the unseen battles that we
face in our own lives. It's about standing up for
those who can't fight for themselves, especially those who are
wrongly imprisoned. Think about families torn apart and innocent people
behind bars like those from January sixth, all because of
(37:41):
law fare and corruption and lies. But there's hope, and
that President Trump has already shown a willingness to right
these wrongs and granting pardons for those who've been unfairly
targeted like he has been. And there's a chance everybody
for healing and for hope. And we've got to keep
(38:02):
these people in our thoughts in prayer, so that they
can get on with their life, get out of prison.
They were wrongly convicted, wrongly imprisoned. And I want to
do something. I want to read to you Revelation three fifteen,
also sixteen no sorry, Revelation three ten, three thirteen, and
(38:25):
three fifteen. So it says, because you have obeyed my
command to persevere, I will protect you from the great
time of testing that will come upon the whole world
to test those who belong to this world. I Am
coming soon. Isn't that interesting? Then it says in Revelation
(38:45):
three thirteen, anyone with ears to hear must listen to
the spirit and understand what he is saying to the churches. Finally,
Revelation three fifteen. I know all the things that you do,
that you are neither hot or cold. Hot nor cold.
I wish that you were one or the other. But
since you are like lukewarm water, neither hot nor cold,
(39:10):
I will spit you out of my mouth harsh words.
But what this is saying is that there are two
different types of people. I believe people who stay strong
in their faith, and then there are those who compromise.
God praises those who remain faithful, and He's saying that
he's going to open doors that nobody can shut. But
(39:34):
he's warning those of us who are lukewarm, those people
who are sitting on the bench and they're bending to
culture and they don't want to. They don't want to
be bold and brave. They don't want to be like Esther's.
God is warning us right now stand up and repent.
So how does this apply to today? Well, we're seeing
(39:55):
both types of people. Some are boldly standing for the
truth while others just stay silent to avoid any conflict
at all. Don't be lukewarm. God's giving us opportunities to
step up. The question I have for you is are
you going to answer the knock at the door? That's
(40:17):
a big question. So, guys, I want to tell you
about my new book. It's called Abundantly Well and it's
available right now for pre sale. You can get it
in just a couple of days. It is Bible based
wisdom for weight loss, increased energy, and vibrant health. Who
doesn't want those things? We all do. It's a forty
(40:41):
day wellness devotional and it would mean so much to
me if you grab a copy or two. You know
what I want to tell you? This no matter where
you're at in your health journey, no far gone is
too far gone. I remember when I was in college,
I was thirty pounds heavier than I am now thirty,
and I was a college cheerleader, and I think back
(41:04):
to those days when my partner would lift me up
in the air and we do all kinds of flips
and everything. Maybe I can get my producer a copy
of one of the photos that I had, And don't
you think he would he wished that I was thirty
pounds lighter during those times. I know he would, So sorry, Kurt,
(41:25):
if you're watching this or you hear about this, I
understand what that struggle is. Like, I understand, and it's real.
And not only that, those of you who know me
know that I got sick and almost died from toxic
mold poisoning in my home and we never saw anything.
We just kept getting sicker and sicker. So sometimes there
(41:45):
are environmental illnesses that we have no control over, and
we have to take our health, our family's health, into
our own hands. And that's why I wrote this book.
I want you to learn some of the tips and
that I've learned from being in the wellness industry for
forty four years, I've learned a thing or two about
(42:07):
how to lose weight, feel great, get more energy, sleep better,
and you don't have to give up your favorite foods
or spend two hours in the gym. If that's something
that you might be interested in, check out my book.
It's called Abundantly Well. And you can get a copy
or two, or three or four and give them away
to friends, to family and friends. All Right, guys, check
(42:30):
out these funny pet videos. We always have to end
with something to make you smile.
Speaker 9 (42:43):
I love you, I love you, I love I love.
Speaker 4 (42:57):
I love you.
Speaker 3 (43:00):
Now, I love.
Speaker 6 (43:05):
I love you.
Speaker 3 (43:10):
Can you say I love you?
Speaker 2 (43:12):
Yes?
Speaker 8 (43:13):
Scooker.
Speaker 3 (43:14):
Okay, first you pick up the ball and put it
in the hopper.
Speaker 1 (43:19):
Fox, start it good.
Speaker 3 (43:24):
I gotta go home. Finish this later.
Speaker 2 (44:01):
My dog Jackson would be getting every ball. I need
to get one of those little units. But one thing
I want to tell you, having your health is about
fitting in little sections of your time, little pockets of
your time, healthy eating, healthy living, and just making tiny
(44:21):
changes that will will work out for you to be
abundantly well. Hannah Kiely, one of the guests on the
show today, was one of the people who told me
one tip that I never thought of before. She's a
dog lover too, and what she does when she throws
the ball for her dog, she does a squat. I
upped it a little bit. I do two or three,
(44:43):
depending on how far I can throw. And you guys
would be surprised if you throw the ball five or
ten times for your dogs. Maybe fit in lunges. It's
all about finding those little things. Again, I don't have
two hours a day to go to the gym. I
wish I did, but it it's one of those things
that has keeped me motivated and inspired to be healthier
(45:07):
and happier and to share what I've learned with you.
So grab my book abundantly. Well, it's available on Amazon
dot Com on Tuesday, and it would mean so much
to me because the algorithm, so I am told, is
such that if everybody goes on January seventh to get
(45:29):
the book, or if you pre order it today and
on January seventh, it looks like and it will be
that a lot of people order the book. Here's what happens.
Then the powers that be on Amazon will show that
to more people. And I really believe that we are
called to show the Gospel and to inspire other people
(45:51):
to be bold and brave, to be Esther's like Hannah was,
like she could have just had that ugly cry and
fallen down and never got up and never even wanted
to finish folding the laundry. But I've learned from people
like Hannah, from people like my husband, Ed and Rebecca
and so many others here. I get your emails and
(46:12):
I'm so inspired by you. For those of you who
reach out to me, I'm on social media a lot,
and i want to share that my inspiration, my motivation,
the things that work for me, I want them to
help you and so many other people. As a fitness
instructor for forty four years, I've seen the struggle and
(46:33):
it's real. I see people come into my classes sad
or depressed, and a quick story I want to share
with you. I'll never forget this. One woman would always
come into my class every Monday and Wednesday, and she
said she was always late. And she said, Samaine, I'm
so sorry, I'm always late. But I am the sole
caretaker for both my mom and dad and they both
(46:56):
have dementia. And I went, no problem, no problem, thank you,
for coming. One day she came in. She was late,
and a young man was following her and he was
kind of doing his own thing, and she was there
doing the workout with me at Zoomba workout. After the class,
she came up to me, brought this young man and
she said, she me, and I want to introduce you
(47:18):
to my son. He's blind. So not only did this
woman have to take care of her two parents but
also her son who is blind. You never know what
struggle other people have, so share this message, share my
book abundantly. Well, and let's be healthier and happier in
twenty twenty five. God bless you. Thanks so much for
(47:38):
joining me. I'll see you next week.
Speaker 5 (47:40):
Well, it's the opportunity to be an outside because it's
the outside as to change the world.
Speaker 2 (47:47):
Perhaps you were born for such a time as this
