Speaker 1 (00:04):
This is what happens where the fourth Turning meets fifth
generation warfare.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
A commentator, international social media sensation and former Navy intelligence veteran.

Speaker 3 (00:20):
This is Human Events with your host Jack Pisoviet christ Is.

Speaker 4 (00:24):
Heatholics around the world are mourning the death of Pope Francis.
The Vatican announced his funeral will be Saturday. It also
released his cause of death. This as cardinals prepare the
conclave to elect a new Pope.

Speaker 5 (00:37):
President Trump slamming J.

Speaker 6 (00:38):
Powell again right, writing in part on True Social Today,
quote with these cause trending so nicely downward, just what
I predicted they would do. There can almost be no inflation,
but there can be a slowing of the economy unless
mister too Late, a major loser, lowers interest rates.

Speaker 7 (00:56):
Now, and we are especially excited to formally announce that
America and India have officially.

Speaker 6 (01:01):
Finalized the terms of reference for the trade negotiation.

Speaker 8 (01:05):
Now, this is the father of her children, Casey Barrera Rosa.
He's charged with murder and he's currently an Isis custody.
And we also have this monk shot of his uncle.
Authorities charged Rovin Brera with being an accessory to the crime.
A spokesperson for the Charles County Sheriff's office says the
suspect was methodical and hiding this woman's body, burying her
deep and using old dirt to conceal the whole. Authorities

(01:28):
told us that they found fraudulent immigration documents for Barrera
Rosa and confirmed he.

Speaker 5 (01:33):
Was in the US illegally.

Speaker 9 (01:34):
The Supreme Court issued a rare weekend ruling a Saturday,
temporarily blocking the Trump administration from deporting a group of
Venezuelans held at a Texas detention facility using a centuries
old wartime law. This comes after an emergency appeal was
filed last Friday by the American Civil Liberties Union challenging
the administration's use of the eighteenth century Alien Enemies Act.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Well, ladies and John, welcome on board today's edition here
Human Events Daily Today is April twenty second, twenty twenty five.

Speaker 5 (02:05):
Anno domini, Folks.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
We're looking at a lot of stuff here across the spectrum,
but really focused on Washington, DC. President Trump and his
administration his team are doing everything they can to continue
the fight to protect this country and to fight against
the swamp. And the swamp of course is fighting back,
what are we seeing. Well, when it comes to the

(02:29):
DNI's office over at Toolsey Gabbert, We're now starting to
see neo cons push the DNI, push the Intel committee
community to reverse their intelligence on Iran and their weapons
of mass destruction program. It's like, wow, where have I
seen this one before? Gosh g Willickers. And of course

(02:53):
the intel community under the ode and I is not
going to shade things or exaggerate things.

Speaker 5 (03:00):
It's going to stick with the truth and.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
Stick with the facts, regardless of what the war party wants. Because,
as we know, President Trump and his administration were elected
to prevent new wars, not to start them. Speaking of though,
one of the things that this administration was elected to
stop was the ongoing invasion of the United States which

(03:24):
took place under Joe Biden. This is actually a very
interesting topic. We're gonna Liby emans on later to discuss this.
When is an invasion an invasion? Now, going back to
that same DNI office, the odeon I office, there was
an intelligence assessment that was leaked by the National Intelligence
Council claiming claiming that we were not under invasion by

(03:47):
trend de Arragua, that we were not under invasion by
MS thirteen. Oh, I'm sorry, do you not like that?
Would you like another word for it? But that really
is the question, because this is all going up to
the Supreme Court and the use of the Alien Enemies Act,
And we'll see will the Supreme Court side with common
sense and side with the voters, or will the Supreme

(04:10):
Court decide that they get to determine when the United
States is under invasion because heretofore, that has been the
sole purpose and the sole remit of the executive Branch
and the head of which is the Commander in chief
of the US Military, the duly elected President of the

(04:33):
United States. That's what this all comes down to. So
when is an invasion not an invasion? Really interesting stuff here,
and honestly could be potentially the difference between life and death,
not just for us and our families, but for the
United States of America. We write back, Human Events Daily

(05:00):
understand what America first truly means.

Speaker 10 (05:02):
Welcome to the Second American Revolution.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
All right, folks, this is Jack Besobic, You're here live.
Human Events Daily is beginning. I want to welcome in
the third hour of the Charlie Kirk Audience on the
Salem Radio Network. We've got a massive, huge show in
store for you today. But folks, listen up. If you're
a homeowner, you got to hear this. When's the last

(05:32):
time that you checked on your home title? Well, that's
the legal proof that you own your house. If you're
like me, the answer is, you know, kind of never.
The problem is, in today's AI and cyber world, scammers
are stealing home titles and your equity is the target.

Speaker 5 (05:47):
Here's how it works.

Speaker 1 (05:49):
Criminals forge your signature on one document, They use a
fake notary stamp, they pay a small fee with your county,
and boom, your ho title has been transferred out of
your name. This identity theft of your home. Then they
take out loans using your equity, or even sell your property.
You won't even know what's happened until you get a
collection or foreclosure.

Speaker 5 (06:09):
Notice.

Speaker 1 (06:10):
That's why you need to stop what you're doing and
find out today.

Speaker 5 (06:14):
If you're already a victim, here's what you do.

Speaker 1 (06:16):
Use promo code postso at home title loock dot com.
Make sure your name is still it makes sure your
title is still in your name. You'll also get a
free title history report plus a free fourteen day trial
of their million dollar triple lock protection. That's twenty four
to seven monitoring of your title, urgent alerts to any changes,

(06:37):
and if frauds should happen, they'll spend up to one
million dollars to fix it. Go to home title dock
dot com now use promo codeposts. So that's home title
dock dot com promo code posts. So all right, folks,
we've got a real treat for us because we have
real America's voice White House correspond at the Senior White
House Correspondent.

Speaker 5 (06:57):
They're live.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
Brian Glenn now from out just outside the White House
where he attended Caroline Levitt's press secretary brief the press
conference just moments ago. Brian, tell us about what we
heard at this press conference and also your thoughts on
what we didn't here.

Speaker 7 (07:19):
Yeah, good afternoon, Jack. Some of the things that we
did here. We heard a lot of the trade agreements
that Vice President jad Vance just kind of teased on
X with Prime Minister Remodi there in India. We heard
a little bit about that. We heard of the massive
immigration crackdown that we've seen these numbers that have dropped

(07:40):
up to ninety five percent in certain locations along the border.
So was immigration, it was economy. But what we did
here was the obsession from the mainstream media to talk
about what I've called Signal Gate two point zero, this
kind of rinse and refreshed story, this new version of
the story that's coming out. Did not hear that from

(08:02):
the media there in the briefing We heard it one time, Jack,
but that was probably about ten times. Are ten less
than I thought we would see today, but definitely a
different vibe today in the briefing room.

Speaker 5 (08:18):
And so that's really interesting.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
You know these stories, of course, you know, and I
get readouts in the media. I look at the headlines,
you know, the different newsletters that come out every day,
and they've been hitting this pretty hard.

Speaker 5 (08:31):
And yet we also know.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
That look, when it comes down to it, the ratings
drivers for MSNBC, for CNN, the New York Times, for
the Washington Post, in terms of their click through rate,
they know what's getting traffic and what isn't. And so
your contention is that because they're not necessarily hitting those
stories with the same fervor they would have like a

(08:53):
week ago or even a day ago, it could be
that they're actually perhaps recalibrating because they need something new
because this current scandal is just not sticking.

Speaker 10 (09:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (09:05):
Well, remember last week when Rachel Morland's mom, Patty Morland,
addressed the briefing room and kind of went over that
is destructive and very descriptive of what happened to her daughter.
I was very curious to see what would happen the
next time the briefing room got together. Would we hear
stories about the Maryland man when we hear stories that

(09:26):
basically defend illegal aliens in this country today, Jack, I
didn't hear that. I didn't hear Edie. Actually I did
not hear. I heard one question that came from a
reporter in the back of the room. It was about
a Supreme Court decision halting those deportation flights. Other than that,
we did not hear the very often nasty comments and

(09:48):
questions that we heard from the mainstream media that did
not happen today. Maybe they learned their less.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
In fact, there was another another Maryland woman murdered by
an illegal immigrant just yesterday in by the way, in
the same county, PG County, only a few miles away
from where Abergo Garcia was picked up.

Speaker 5 (10:07):
And we're going to have Lemmy emmons On.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
In the next segment to talk about this from the postplonnial.
The issue is that this is the same gang or
Abergo Garcia was the same gang as the fugitive by
the way, who murdered Rachel Moran or excuse me, Patty
Moran's daughter, Rachel Moran.

Speaker 5 (10:26):
It was the same gang.

Speaker 1 (10:27):
So, by the way, when I brought that up a
couple of times, I had the left saying, oh, why
would you why would you conflate the stories? Why would
you conflate the stories? They're in the same gang. It's
the same gang in the same state, operating up and
down the I ninety five corridor. Why do you think
I'm good. I'm not conflating it. I'm describing a situation

(10:48):
that's going on in the United States, by the way,
that's targeting working class people in a pretty defined area
which is called Maryland, one of the original thirteen colonies.

Speaker 5 (11:01):
By the way.

Speaker 1 (11:02):
You know our naval academy, is there just some of
the things that we might want to mention, Gee, I
don't know. And meanwhile, you've got another bunch of loons
that are down there trying to go to the L.

Speaker 5 (11:13):
Salvadoor Prison.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
By the way, Brian, do we have any indications will
they be handcuffing themselves to the L. Salvador In prison
down there until the illegals are released, because gosh, I hope.

Speaker 7 (11:25):
So, yeah, I would hope so as well. Another side
note here Jamie Raskin speaking of Maryland, Jamie Raskin was
very open about almost threatening countries that did business with
the US in terms of this trade agreement. So once
again Democrats are on the wrong side of the story,

(11:46):
not just with this immigration topic that we're talking about,
but now fiscal trade agreements. How radical is that that
we have House Democrats threatening countries that if you do
business with Trump, if you do negotiations with President Trump,
there's going to be a price to pay. But that's
where we're at here. In twenty twenty five special note,

(12:07):
we also Jack tim Pole. Tim Pole sat in the
new media seat today and got a lot of attention,
obviously when he walked in a lot of people familiar
with you, millions and millions of followers. His question to
Carolyn Levin I thought was a really good one. When
can we expect to see kind of a reshuffling of
the White House briefing room, perhaps insinuating that some of

(12:29):
us might be able to have a seat in there.
Didn't quite give a definitive answer on that, but definitely
acknowledged the change that's going on in that briefing room
by adding people like Timpole and people like ourselves in
that very covenant space.

Speaker 1 (12:47):
Well, Tim's a good friend, and I was just out
there last week and on the compound, and he and
I were, you know, editioning it up on a couple
of different stories here and there. And you know, it
just goes to show you that this has been the
new administration's ability to understand where the puck is going,
which way the wind is blowing.

Speaker 5 (13:06):
These are the types of people.

Speaker 1 (13:08):
In new media, Real America's Voice, the Salem Radio Network, podcasters, YouTubers,
et cetera.

Speaker 5 (13:15):
These are who the people are listening to.

Speaker 7 (13:18):
Now.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
We're done with the dinosaur media, We're done with the
legacy media.

Speaker 5 (13:22):
We're so done with all this nonsense.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
And that's why the and so the administration, how could
you bring in people like Bullet Jack Pisomac and Brian
gled And you know, they go after you all the time.
And it's like because We're who people listen to. Now,
when are you gonna get this through your minds?

Speaker 10 (13:39):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (13:40):
No, you're absolutely right. I mean Politico had a piece
on on MAGA media today and sort of The New
Yorker magazine had an article as well that talks about
real America's voice and myself, and I just think that's
reflective on how we're seeing different platforms rise to the
top and actually report on what's happened. And if it
wasn't for you know, outlooks like ourselves, and that's been

(14:03):
talking about what's happening on the border, uh Ben Borkwan
being on the forefront of that, you yourself happening and
what's happening giving us an idea what can happen in
the Intel community and what's happening abroad internationally. I mean,
this is what's important. This is why the American people
now know. And if it wasn't for outlooks like ourselves,
they simply would be in the dark.

Speaker 11 (14:24):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (14:24):
I got a Uh, I got a.

Speaker 5 (14:27):
I got a nice mention in the In the the New.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Yorker piece as well, they said they said Pasobic is
assessed with policing loyalty in Washington, d.

Speaker 5 (14:35):
C It's great. I love it. Gotta love the New Yorker.
God bless them.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
Uh so, Brian Glenn, thank you so much for your reporting.

Speaker 5 (14:45):
There will be right back, Jack Pasobic.

Speaker 1 (14:47):
You're listening to Human Events here on Sale Radio Network
and Realmorx Choice.

Speaker 5 (15:07):
News Break.

Speaker 12 (15:07):
I'm Terrence Bates, so good to have you along for
the ride. President Trump is headed to the Vatican Friday
morning to attend Saturday's funeral for Pope Francis.

Speaker 5 (15:16):
It will be his first.

Speaker 12 (15:17):
International trip as president and an opportunity to spend time
with other world leaders, as the funeral is expected to
be attended by most major heads of state or their proxies.
During a White House press briefing less than an hour ago,
we learned the president's first foreign trip was scheduled to
happen next month, when he's headed to the Middle East
for stops in Saudi Arabia, Cutter and the United Arab Emirates.

(15:40):
But back here at home, the administration is focusing on
securing the border and deporting illegal immigrants, despite a recent
setback in that effort thanks to a recent Supreme Court ruling.
White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt says the administration is
still optimistic about being able to move forward with its deportation.

Speaker 13 (15:58):
Plans complying with the court's order. However, it was a
temporary pause. The Supreme Court basically said sit tight, and
they will follow up with an order. And we're confident
that the Supreme Court will rule on the side of
law and recognize the President absolutely has the executive authority
to deport foreign terrorists from our nation's interior under the
Alien Enemies Act.

Speaker 12 (16:21):
And in other news out of the White House, Gone
are the days of the Biden era loan forgiveness program.
If you happen to owe student loans, get ready to
pay up or else. The Department of Education says it
will begin collecting on student loans that are in default
next month. The collection efforts will include garnishing of wages.
Right now, about five point three million borrowers are in
default on their federal student loans. The Trump administration's move

(16:44):
brings an end to a period of leniency that's been
in place since the COVID nineteen pandemic began. In fact,
no federal student loans have been referred to the collections
agencies since March of twenty twenty, which is five years ago.
Collection efforts will begin May fifth through the Treasury Department's
Offset program. That's a quick check if your headlines says
always we appreciate you being here with us. Now, let's

(17:07):
get you back to Human Events Daily with Jack pasobc.

Speaker 11 (17:21):
Today.

Speaker 3 (17:21):
You know that you're talking about influencers.

Speaker 7 (17:23):
These are influencers.

Speaker 5 (17:25):
And they're friends and mine.

Speaker 3 (17:28):
Jack.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
Jack got a break, all right, folks, Jack Pasobic back here.
Human Events Daily wanted to bring on the editor in
chief of Human Events as well as the post millennial,
Libby Emmons, to talk about some of these stories and

(17:51):
a whole lot more.

Speaker 5 (17:52):
Libby, it's been a minute since we've had you on.

Speaker 3 (17:55):
Yeah, sure, hes, thank you so much.

Speaker 10 (17:56):
Jack.

Speaker 3 (17:56):
Glad to be here.

Speaker 5 (17:58):
So I've gotta go.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
You know, I wake up this morning and I've been
tweeting a lot, and we've been digging into the story. It's,
you know, taking off like wildfire online, this Carmelo Anthony
story and one of the big pieces of this that I've.

Speaker 5 (18:11):
Been getting into.

Speaker 1 (18:12):
Tim Poole, by the way, has done a lot of
podcasting about this, and he was featured as the new
media seat in the press briefing one of the things
that Tim and I who and you know, we had
some substantific agreements, disagreements I would say on this when
we had a sort of I would say a friendly discussion.
It wasn't really a debate, but a friendly discussion about it.
And one of the ones pieces where we came to

(18:32):
real agreement was where's the video?

Speaker 5 (18:35):
Where's the video of this horrific encounter.

Speaker 1 (18:37):
By the way, Carmelo Anthony stabs Austin Metcalf.

Speaker 5 (18:39):
He claims it was self defense.

Speaker 1 (18:41):
The police report doesn't seem to claim that, and so
it's just just really been this huge firestorm that's taken off.
I think over a million dollars has been donated in
various campaigns in support of each of them. But Libby,
what what happened when a pro Carmelo, a pro Carmelo
Anthony organization mentioned me this morning?

Speaker 5 (19:01):
And I believe post Plennil has the story.

Speaker 3 (19:04):
Yeah, we sure do have the story.

Speaker 14 (19:06):
So these people took issue with you demanding that the
video be released. We've seen videos released in countless other
crime scenarios, and for some reason, these guys.

Speaker 3 (19:17):
Do not want this one released.

Speaker 14 (19:18):
It was a pretty fascinating saying that they said if
I could just grab it real quick, they said, where
to go?

Speaker 5 (19:28):
You said.

Speaker 14 (19:28):
It's now been nineteen days and the Camel Carmelo Anthony
team has still yet to call for the release of
the video of the incident.

Speaker 6 (19:37):
But the.

Speaker 14 (19:39):
Not for profit there the like BLM style not for profit,
they don't want to turn it out, and they claim
that there's a problem with releasing it and that by
releasing it they would be perhaps putting the integrity of
the case in question. Of course, we see video all
the time, and this is coming from a the representative

(20:01):
of a family who has said that they're receiving death
threats that they have had to move Anthony out of
their home and into some undisclosed location which is not
for profit, said that they did, and yeah, I mean
I think I.

Speaker 3 (20:15):
Think you're right.

Speaker 14 (20:16):
I think we gotta we got to see the tape.
That's usually what happens.

Speaker 5 (20:19):
So let me just get this straight.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
So this is an organization, not the main organization, to
be clear about that. This isn't the NNGA n organization
that actually hired the family advocate, but it is an
organization that's raising money in the name of Carmelo Anthony,
saying that they want me to stop asking for the
video of the incident, when in these cases we always

(20:44):
ask for the video. In fact, bodycam footage is something
that we always won out. We talked about that in
George Floyd. By the way, I don't recall anyone saying
that we shouldn't release the George Floyd video after.

Speaker 5 (20:56):
That became one of the most viewed.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
Videos probably in the entire world in twenty twenty, And
I don't recall anyone ever saying stop showing that video.
But now suddenly they've released this legal letter I don't
know if it's legal letter or you know, AI written
or whatever, saying that Jack Posovic, how dare he call

(21:18):
for the release of the video? I said, wait a minute,
if you guys were so sure that this was self defense,
wouldn't the first thing you want released be the video.
That's what I'm trying to understand, Libe. We've got about
a minute till the break.

Speaker 3 (21:35):
Yeah, that's exactly what they would do.

Speaker 14 (21:36):
And if they wanted to stand behind their integrity of
the case, thing, they would leak it. They would make
sure that the public saw what this organization and what
the representatives wanted them to see. In defense of anthony.
But instead they're hiding behind this legal language. They're saying
that they don't want it released. And you know, perhaps
it'll come out in court. Likely it will come out
in court. It better come out in court, and by

(21:58):
then we're all going to see it. But we saw
too what happened in the Kyle Rittenhouse case. It wasn't
until the video was made clear. It wasn't until people
could see with their own eyes that Rittenhouse was acting
in self defense, that the charges against him, you know,
that he was able to be cleared of those charges.
And in this case, you start to wonder, is it
perhaps that the representatives and the lawyers are not so

(22:21):
sure of their case. Is that why they don't want
it to be out there? Is that why they don't
want that to They don't think it's going to clear
his name. Otherwise they'd make sure it was out is
really that's the point.

Speaker 5 (22:31):
And it's as simple as that. It's as simple as that.

Speaker 1 (22:34):
One side is asking that all of the evidence be
released so that we can have the evidence to determine
what went on. Now you have people saying, don't release
the evidence. Don't release the evidence, don't release the evidence.
G I wonder why they would be saying that. Methinks

(22:56):
they doth protest too much. Jack Zoba here Human Events Daily.
We will be right back with Liby Evans, the editor
in chief Post Bonio and you.

Speaker 12 (23:35):
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm
Terrence Bates. The late Pope Francis's funeral is set for Saturday.
President Trump is expected to attend. In the meantime, we're
also learning that Pope Francis died of a cerebral stroke
which led to a coma and irreversible heart failure. A
public viewing as he lies in the state will reportedly

(23:56):
happen tomorrow through Friday at Saint Peter's Basilica, with the
funeral being Saturday. Back here in the United States, President
Trump is ordered that all American flags at the White
House and other federal government buildings and military installations around
the world be flown at half staff, and memory of
the Pope Francis will be buried at the papal Basilica
of Santa Maria Maggiore, as was his request.

Speaker 5 (24:20):
The wife of.

Speaker 12 (24:20):
Former New Jersey Senator and chairman of the Senate Foreign
Relations Committee Bob Menendez is headed to prison along with
her husband for bribery. Nadine Menendez was convicted on Monday
of teaming up with her husband to accept illegal guests
that included gold bars and luxury cars in return for
their political influence. Standing behind her attorney outside the courthouse

(24:42):
and wearing a pink face covering, Menendez and her legal
team said there were devastators.

Speaker 5 (24:47):
They were devastated by the verdict.

Speaker 12 (24:49):
Missus Menendez will face sentence in just six days after
her husband begins his eleven year prison sentence on June sixth,
and Vice President j d vances in India working to
broker a bilateral trade deal in tariffs. He's meeting with
the Prime Minister there, Norenda Modi, who says progress is
being made on an agreement. Today's meeting comes on the

(25:11):
heels of President Trump meeting with major US retailers on Monday,
including Walmart, Home Depot, Low's, and Target. The discussion focused
on the Trump terriffs and the likelihood that they'll raise
the cost of everyday goods, particularly those that are imported.
The retailers and attendance rely on imported goods, with more
than half of Walmart and Target's imports coming from China.

(25:34):
At the moment, China is the only country not enjoying
a terror for Prieve amid its refusal to negotiate with
the Trump administration. That's a quick check off your headlines.

Speaker 5 (25:43):
I'm Terrence Bates. Hey Jack, Where's Jack? Where's Jack?

Speaker 15 (25:56):
Werrising Jack?

Speaker 5 (25:58):
I want to see you. Great job, Jack?

Speaker 1 (26:03):
Thank you?

Speaker 5 (26:03):
What did job?

Speaker 10 (26:04):
You'd do?

Speaker 5 (26:05):
You know, we have an incredible thing. We're always talking
about the things.

Speaker 7 (26:08):
The demand, but we have guys and these are the
guys are forgetting pulses tea.

Speaker 1 (26:15):
All right, Jack with Soba Kiri are back live Human
Events Daily, Washington, d C. We're on with Libby Evans,
the editor in chief of the Post Millennial and Human Events,
and Libby want to get into this situation here with
the Alitos Descent. In the Scathing Descent, which it's very

(26:36):
short but very pungy.

Speaker 5 (26:37):
People should absolutely read it. It's only a couple of pages.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
But also this idea of the Alien Enemies Act, and
you know, I kind of am am phrasing it and
I've been putting this out of saying when is an
invasion and invasion who actually gets to determine this and
under the Constitution it certainly says are under Article four,
it states that the authority is for the federal government

(27:05):
to protect the States from invasion. So Congress and the President,
we know that national security is of course under the
President of the United States. So Libby, tell us what
you read in Alito's Descent and give us the backstory
on all this.

Speaker 3 (27:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 14 (27:23):
So the ACLU on Friday brought suit in three different
courts to try and block the deportation of about fifty
Venezuelans from a facility in Amson, Texas.

Speaker 3 (27:33):
Which is in the Northern District of Texas. They freaked out,
the acl you freaked out.

Speaker 14 (27:38):
They said, these people are being loaded onto planes right now. Ah,
hair on fire. They went to the Northern District to
Court of Texas. They filed their complaint there they wanted
this deportation stopped. They also simultaneously filed with the Fifth
District Court in New Orleans, right, which is a federal court,
and then they also filed an emergency or with the

(27:58):
Supreme Court. So the case was open in two lower courts,
but the Supreme Court took it up anyway, which they're
not supposed to do because ultimately, the Supreme Court is
an appellate court. Like once you're hearing a case at
the Supreme Court, it's been through a bunch of lower courts.
So the Supreme Court decided that they would weigh in
on this. They did that shortly after midnight on Friday night.

Speaker 10 (28:20):
It was.

Speaker 14 (28:22):
A ruling where there were only two dissenters and there
was no The opinion was unsigned, and it said that
the Trump administration the government could not do any deportations
until further order from this court, meaning the Supreme Court,
which took up the case. So Alito said that he
would later put out a statement. He later put out
a five page descent. It is very much worth reading.

(28:45):
He criticized the court, saying that the Supreme Court did
not actually have jurisdiction over this case because it was
still in the two lower courts, right, and it hadn't
gone through that.

Speaker 3 (28:55):
Process all the way. So that was one thing that
he took issue with.

Speaker 14 (29:00):
You also took issue with something that had been in
the brief from the ACLU, and that was mentioned in
the court's decision shortly after midnight, and that is where
the ACLU said that they wanted to block the deportations
of everyone who's part of this putative class. And Alito said,
what class? What are you talking about. The ACLU's goal

(29:21):
is to create a to take all illegal immigrants who
may be subject to the Alien Enemies Act, refer to
them as a single class, and then attempt to bring
national cases because per the Supreme Court's April seventh ruling
believe it was April seventh, the cases cannot be brought
to block deportations except in the districts where the detainees

(29:44):
are held. And that's just a lot of running around
for the ACLU, which used to protect American civil liberties
and now clearly does not. That's a lot of running
around for them, and they want to bring a bunch
of national cases.

Speaker 3 (29:56):
That's my understanding of that situation. Alito doesn't like any
of it.

Speaker 14 (30:00):
He says, the court doesn't have jurisdiction and these people
are not part of a class.

Speaker 3 (30:06):
And so comes up today and he's right, yeah, sorry, no.

Speaker 6 (30:10):
No, no.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
With President Trump's truth coming out, and by the way,
I want everybody out there, So if you want to
get into this and if you want to have this discussion,
because we do need to have this discussion, because this
that's a lido. That's clearly the correct take from a
legal perspective.

Speaker 5 (30:26):
But walk it back to.

Speaker 1 (30:27):
The constitutional perspective here for a second as well, because
these are constitutional issues, and I think that's exactly where
Alito is putting his finger here to say, wait a
minute and hold on. You know, we can sit there
and say, oh, you know, we're we're the judicial branch,
and we get to criticize the executive and yet at
the same time we need to hold ourselves to the

(30:49):
same standard. We can't say the executive is violating the
wall the law while we ourselves are violating the law
and violating our own procedures by not even waiting for
lower courts to weigh in.

Speaker 5 (31:00):
But at the same time, when it comes down.

Speaker 1 (31:03):
To it, this is the It's a political question as
well as a legal question and a constitutional question.

Speaker 5 (31:09):
So send us your emails.

Speaker 1 (31:11):
The email is seventeen seventy six at human events dot com.
Seventeen seventy six at human events dot com. Is the
United States under invasion? And more more to the point,
who has the authority to declare an invasion? Now certainly
we know the prisident Trump declared one with his executive order,
I believe with the day he was inaugurated, or if not,

(31:32):
then you know, very close to it. And so that
is the legal basis for declaring an invasion under the constitution.
That is, national security, that is directly on defense of
the nation is directed under the Constitution. As I read before,
under Article four, section four of the Constitution, it is

(31:53):
that the federal government is obligated to protect states against invasion.
And then of course when it comes to Congress, certainly
the Congress has the power to declare and fund war.
But of course the president, as we know, has the
ability to declare emergencies. And of course this is why

(32:15):
we have a president to begin with. That's why we
don't just have a parliamentary system. We have a president
specifically for the cases of national emergencies. And I really
want everyone to weigh in on this because Libby and
you've done a lot of reporting on this as well.
You've written op eds on it as well on human
events dot com.

Speaker 5 (32:33):
Because this is the salient question.

Speaker 1 (32:36):
I really think that when you talk to liberals, they
think that we're joking or something when we say the
United States is currently under invasion.

Speaker 14 (32:45):
Don't they yeah, they do think that, and they talk about,
you know, immigration law and we have to be empathetic and.

Speaker 3 (32:52):
All of this stuff. And what they forget is that
the border was under control in twenty twenty and.

Speaker 14 (32:57):
The border was Donald Trump has fealed that up. He'd
done a really great job, and that's why he was
elected in twenty sixteen.

Speaker 3 (33:04):
And when Joe Biden came.

Speaker 14 (33:06):
Into office, his first day in office, he reversed so
many of Trump's executive orders, including.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
The ones that had tightened up the border. He flung
the doors open.

Speaker 14 (33:14):
Wide, said, hey, there's nothing I can do about it.
Congress needs to make new laws. He decided not to
enforce the existing laws, so did his DHS secretary, Alejandro Mamorcis.
You saw some in the GOP try to impeach Alejandro Orchis,
but he still just served out his term as though
he were doing a great job, which obviously he was not.
He literally invited the world in in March twenty twenty one,

(33:35):
while the administration said, heuh, the border is secure, there's
nothing we can do about it. You know, they facilitated
this invasion. They didn't pay any attention to the existing laws.
And now when the Democrats are saying, oh, rule of law,
this and that right. I mean, I get it, checks
and balances, I'm all in favor of that. But he
spent four years flouting immigration law and now you want

(33:56):
to beg mercy of the court. Is that seriously your jam,
that's what you're doing. Where were the judges for four years.
Where were the Democrats for four years saying, hey, Biden's
breaking the law over here, He's allowing a border invasion.
There's a huge border crisis, which you and I reported
on this whole time.

Speaker 3 (34:14):
Let's put a stop to it.

Speaker 14 (34:16):
But they didn't care because they wanted this to happen.
That's the only conclusion that you can come to, is
that they wanted this to happen.

Speaker 3 (34:22):
And now that all these people are.

Speaker 14 (34:23):
In the United States, their goal is to keep them
here forever. That's why they have multiple different, varying kinds
of semi legal statuses for these people, refugees, asylum seekers,
temporary legal statut, legal protection, whatever it is, temporary protected status,
because their goal is to keep.

Speaker 3 (34:41):
Them here forever.

Speaker 14 (34:42):
Chuck Schumer has said it, AOC has said it, Jasmine
Crockett has said it. You know, that's what they want.
This is what they want. They don't want to let
any of them go. They facilitated the invasion, they ignored
the laws, and now they want to keep everyone here.

Speaker 5 (34:59):
It's so simple.

Speaker 1 (35:00):
Is so simple when you look at it, and you know,
I really do think that this is what There's also
one of those issues where and brank linn was on
earlier in the show and he was talking about how
they'd stopped talking about Maryland Man all of a sudden,
and by the way, Post Millennial has a story up.
I believe that lemme that you guys put out this
morning talking about a Maryland woman who was found murdered

(35:21):
by an illegal alien just a few miles away from
Abergo Garcia where he was picked up.

Speaker 5 (35:26):
Is that right?

Speaker 3 (35:27):
Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 14 (35:29):
This story is not going to end of gang members
murdering American women.

Speaker 3 (35:34):
That's not going to stop happening. And that's not going
to stop happening just.

Speaker 14 (35:38):
Because Democrats are going down to El Salvador and as
you were saying before handcuffing themselves to this prison, We're
going to see more gang members killing more Americans.

Speaker 3 (35:48):
That's what they're doing. That that's their goal.

Speaker 14 (35:50):
These are violent people who should be in prison. They
should not be in our country. And if El Salvador
is willing to house them so that we don't have
to have them, you know, recruiting more gang members into
while they're in American prison, then that's great.

Speaker 3 (36:04):
More power to night Bookley.

Speaker 1 (36:07):
No we should And by the way, our president that
I saw was kind of making fun of some of
the congressmen who came down originally that are there right now.
And so this is a huge issue for us. Though
it's a fantastic issue in the true sense of the
word fantastical, because these issues have been so completely adjudicated

(36:30):
on the right side of you know, sort of the
new media sphere, but in old media, with the exception
of you know, like Fox, nobody talks about this.

Speaker 5 (36:40):
No one talks about the murders.

Speaker 1 (36:42):
They cut away when President Trump talks about Rachel Moran.
The broadcast picket, broadcast news doesn't pick it up. None
of them pick it up. And so they sit there
and they act like all of this is President Trump
just making it up. And by the way, they've been
doing this for ten years from when President Trump first
first came down the Golden Escalator and made his entire

(37:04):
speech entering Politics about by the way, the murder, the
sexual assault and rape of women on the southern border
by these types of organizations. He's been the only one
to talk about this from day one, and they immediately
started slandering him from day one as well. Final minute

(37:26):
to you, Libby Emmons.

Speaker 3 (37:28):
Yeah, you're exactly right, that is what's going on.

Speaker 14 (37:30):
They don't care, they don't care that these people are criminals.
And I didn't believe it at first when President Trump
said they're opening their prisons and sending everyone across the border, but.

Speaker 3 (37:39):
It turns out that was true. That is what was
going on.

Speaker 14 (37:42):
That was the goal of these other governments destabilize the
United States by sending the worst possible people into the
United States, by having them illegally across the border. And
we know that these gangs Trendy Aragua, MS thirteen, whoever
else though, the cartels that are out there, they don't
care about women except for as much as they could
sell women for across the border. And what we have
with this open border situation, we have had child sex trafficking.

(38:05):
This is all horror and this is what Joe Biden
was advocating for.

Speaker 3 (38:09):
And they couch it.

Speaker 14 (38:10):
All democrats couch this in terms.

Speaker 3 (38:12):
Of empathy, right, you have to be kind, you have
to be open.

Speaker 14 (38:16):
No one cares, however, about empathy for the children who
are trafficked.

Speaker 3 (38:20):
No one cares about the women who are murdered, and certainly.

Speaker 14 (38:22):
None of them care about empathy for the American people.

Speaker 1 (38:26):
Go follow the great Libby Emmins of the post millennial
and human events. I'm Jack Prosovic, and we'll be right
back with I promise a little bit of a lighter segment.

Speaker 10 (38:36):
Stay tuned, Jack, Guys, everybody's talking about.

Speaker 11 (39:05):
It, you get it, all right, it's time for the nightcap. Now,
President Trump and First Lady, First Lady Malania Trump kicked
off the annual White House Easter egg Roll this morning.

Speaker 15 (39:24):
Yeah, and there were plenty of There was plenty for
kids to enjoy, a chance to play soccer. You had
a hunt for Easter eggs, of course, and a stage
for lots of live music.

Speaker 11 (39:33):
Turkey decorating station, egg decorating station, of course, that egg roll.
And we asked a few of the children there what
they enjoyed the.

Speaker 5 (39:40):
Most making Yeah, that was really fun. Probably the egg
roll and seeing Trump.

Speaker 15 (39:50):
All right, I did a break with tradition. Many of
the activities today had corporate sponsors. As for the eggs,
here's that number we promised you. There were thirty thousand
eggs used today, all size small to medium. No large
eggs were used, by the way, according to the White House,
the egg board, there is an egg board, so they
wanted to say large eggs for the grocery stores.

Speaker 12 (40:21):
When I'm working long hours, I'm always listening to Human
Events with Jack Posobic.

Speaker 1 (40:27):
All right, Jack Pasobic, here we are back human Events daily.
And as I promised in the previous segment, I wanted
to play a nicer, you know, a little bit more
family friendly kind of segment for you here. So it
is Easter week, by the way, and yesterday my family
and I were really blessed God is good to have

(40:50):
the opportunity to go to the White House and yes,
attend the Easter egg role. So play some footage of
that for everybody. We had some cool, some cool moments.
We had a really great time while we were there.
The kids got to do got to do an egg roll.

(41:10):
You know, people have seen these videos of the presidents
and Kennedy and others getting to do egg rolls for
years in the past, and the first time that we
had our kids actually attending the egg roll And as
it turns out, this is not the first time that
I've taken my two boys to the White House, so

(41:32):
believe it or not, well put it this way, so
first time we've been there. In a minute. So our
second son, Aj just a little bit of a personal story.
I guess he was born on December third, twenty twenty,
so COVID baby to be sure. I grew up during

(41:53):
the lockdowns, and of course we did everything we could
to get him out and have him be about and
do as much as he could outside in the world.
And one of those things that we were able to
do so born after the twenty twenty election, but before
President Trump left office in twenty twenty, and so we

(42:15):
were able to take him when he was just ten
days old to the White House when when he was
ten days old, along with my older son and my
parents and my wife Tanya Tay and it was just incredible,
you know, taking him there. He said, look, you know,
we know President Trump will be back. We don't know

(42:35):
exactly when that will be, but we wanted to get
him in while we could so we actually took him.
That's the little boy, and you know, for those of
you guys listening on the radio, it's a picture of
me throwing him up and he's got this huge jolly
laugh on his space, you know, throwing him up at
the White House. This is the second time there, but
probably the first one that he'll remember, because the first

(42:57):
time he was there was just ten days old, and
it was a really interesting you know, obviously it was
a very chaotic time for everyone for our country. We
wanted to know what was going on in Washington, d C.
So for us to be able to have just as
a family, you know, a situation like this where we
could go in after all that, all that chaos of

(43:21):
twenty twenty and I'll be able to come back and
realize that America is finally on the right foot going forward.
Really amazing, So huge shout out to the administration. Thank
you so much for having the Posto family and having
us there on this incredible Easter Monday. Also we got

(43:41):
to come up and the way they have it set
up there, but it's huge, by the way, the easter
egg roll. I don't know, people, and if you ever
do have the ability to be in DC for this
and you go through the lottery and you get the tickets.
It is there's a lot, There's so much to do there.
So honestly, I'm just going to say we did not
book enough time for this. We thought we were only
going to be there for like two hours. Honestly, two

(44:02):
hours was not enough. We probably could have been there
for uh, three hours, four hours, five hours.

Speaker 5 (44:08):
Some people made a whole day of it.

Speaker 1 (44:09):
I could see people sort of turning into like a
picnic like atmosphere, and they do want you to move along,
but you know, there was so much to do in
terms of the tents, in terms of the activities, and
so I definitely did not budget enough time for that
in the family day. So going forward, next time, we're
going to be able to do that. And yeah, definitely

(44:29):
going to go for a little bit longer time. Also,
the way they have it set up, you get to
you get to walk up and you're basically right outside
the oval office.

Speaker 5 (44:37):
And so we were looking inside and I was like,
we see anyone see any Do you see.

Speaker 1 (44:41):
Any any golden hair walking by the window there, and
we couldn't couldn't see any while were walking Bay, I
thought for a second, maybe I saw some and I
told the but I told the boys, I said, that's
where President Trump works every day, and you know what
he's working hard to do. And they said, what does
he do? And I said to make America great again?
So that where President Trump is working hard for us

(45:02):
every single day to make our country great again. And
they were so happy to be there and so happy
to take part in that. And of course Tanya Tay
was happy. And when Tanya Tay is happy, everyone's happy.
If you know what I'm talking about, if you know
what I'm talking about. So from my family to all
of yours, Happy Easter, make it a blessed Easter, a
blessed year.

Speaker 5 (45:23):
Christ is King, he is risen.

Speaker 1 (45:25):
