Speaker 1 (00:06):
Hi. My name is Christina. I've been coming for a
while now, and actually today I wasn't gonna come because
I was really tired and it was real unusual. I
even felt like it was depression. Yeah, I feel like
depression was creeping up on me. Anyways, I came here
and the even the worship was I could feel like

(00:27):
the a shissing in the way I felt. Pastor Jonathan
Shuttlesworth and Pastor Kofei both hit about depression and they
said about the joy of the Lord and how it's
our strength. And when Pastor Jonathan Shuttlesworth prayed for me,
I felt like a weight lifted off me and I
feel liberated.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
That scripture came to me while we were singing your sins.
Jesus said, though they were many have been wiped out,
and now God's gonna put his spirit on the inside.
You're gonna be used mightily. I feel like when you
first started coming, the devil tried to lie to you,
like this is other people's thing. Who do you think
you are sitting here? You think you're gonna make it?
But God has proved his word true. You're doing great.

(01:09):
You're going from victory to victory, and it's never gonna
slow down. In Jesus' name. In Jesus' name, I.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Just encourage anyone who's battling depression, heaviness, any of that,
to come join a service, and I guarantee you will
not leave the same. I feel filled with joy. I
know it's all God.

Speaker 2 (01:33):
We are raising up a family in this church. We're
raising up a family in Pittsburgh. We're raising up a
family in Texas that don't just know about God. They
know God. They've handled his power, they've seen his power
flow through it. You're coming out of here today carrying
fresh fire, fresh unknowing. Take never to take another backward stamp.

(02:02):
So mun say, I have a right to believe God
for the best in this life. Isaiah fifty four to
two and three. Isaiah fifty four to two and three.
Enlarge the place of that tent and let them stretch
forth the curtains of that inhabitations spare not lengthen that courts.

(02:23):
Let me see NLT spare not is a spare no expense.
I think new living translation and large your house, build
an addition, spread out your home. Anybody remember praying, keep
the scripture up and anybody remember praying fasting when we
took like three nights on the scripture and the power
got hit spread and large your home. You know, we

(02:44):
didn't have a home when we preached it, and we Dawson,
I got a home supernaturally. And then actually that's not
even what the Lord spoke to me out of this scripture.
It was spread out revival today. Don't just be in Pittsburgh.
Start spreading out and take the nation. And we had
Fort Worth by faith, then the other two by faith,
and large your house. And by saying large your house,

(03:08):
I got a friend in here that is large in
his house right now for his kids. You know, God
actually likes that. That's what I want to spend this
little bit of time at the eight and a m Service,
where we have more mature Christians here telling you about
is that God cares one five hundred and thirty members
in Pittsburgh, five hundred and sixty seven members in Fort Worth,

(03:29):
sixty eight in LA. We took in more than forty
one known Arizona's ninety three. I was there and we
took him in. So we have a total of just
under two thousand total members and we count actual people
two hundred and six total members across four campuses. Those
are actual members, and we call our voter role, unlike
most churches that say they have twenty thousand members and
some of them died in eighteen ninety seven. So you

(03:54):
have a right to believe God for your personal best.
That's what I want to preach. You have heard me,
however long I've been your pastor, you have never heard
me construe the Bible that God wants you blessed so
you can bless his church. God wants you blessed because
God loves you well am ends her dying out. It's

(04:17):
literally the hardest thing to get across to Christians is
that God actually loves you. He didn't save me so
I could be an evangelist and save other people. He
saved me because he loves me. He saved you because
He loves you. You're not a means to an end.
You're not a pawn on his chessboard to get his
vision accomplished. That's what he was taking Deuteronomy eleven to

(04:40):
tell his people. Listen, I didn't just break you out
of Egypt. Think of John ten ten the thief cometh
not but two? Now, how could that sentence have also finished.
But I have come that you not be stolen from
you not be killed, and you not be destroyed. But
that's not how he finished. He said, I didn't just

(05:01):
come to deliver you out of being stolen, from being
killed and being destroyed. I came that you might have
life and have it now. Think of that. That's what
John ten ten is the New Testament equivalent of Deuteronomy eleven. Listen, Israelites.
I didn't just break you out of Egypt and in

(05:22):
your slavery and say good luck in the desert. I'm
actually taking you somewhere where you're gonna inhabit homes that
you did not build, furnished with goods that you did
not buy. And the New Testament equivalent is I didn't
just save you from sin. I came that you might
have life and have it more abundantly. You know what,

(05:42):
somebody was criticizing me, What else is new for heaven?
A jet? Again? The whole jet thing is an anomaly
to me. I don't understand how anybody argues over eighty
year old technology. What do you need a jet for?
What do you need a car for? Why can't use
a bike? What do you need a bike for why
can't you walk? And so one guy that was with
me when somebody brought up you know about that jet.

(06:04):
This guy goes Jonathan needs a jet to do what
he does. There's no way he could preach it all
those places if he was flying commercial, which is true.
Adallas barely got home last night from New Orleans, leaving
the same time I left for Arizona in Los Angeles,
flying commercial. She had the switch from American Airlines to
Southwest and made it home late yesterday evening. I couldn't

(06:25):
do what I did, what I'd do without my own plane.
But you know what, even if I could, why couldn't
I have faith for it anyway to make it easier?
Not have tsa patt in my no nose down checking
for al kita in my underpants. Somebody say this with me.
I have a right to believe God for the best

(06:47):
in this life. It doesn't have to be in need.
God's not concerned with saving money. He loves you, He
wants to bless you. He wants your cup overflowing. He
overflows your cup. It's not a good use of resources
to overflow somebody's cup. But God loves you so much

(07:08):
that he wants you super blessed. You're not gonna have
any pastors preachings too much. There's a few in the
country that would, but it's the Bible, you know how.
They won't preach it because they want you to feel
like you have to give to the church. But I don't.
I don't do anything by manipulation. This building was here

(07:28):
and perfectly done the first Sunday you came in. No
offering was taken for it. The church hadn't started yet, adugless.
And I did that by our faith, my faith. Anybody
see what I put in the offering and what no
I have seen? Yeah, three hundred thousand. I'm not trying
to get you to give. I give, and my giving
produces my receiving. And you know my goal in preaching

(07:49):
this isn't so you can get blessed and help me
and help the church. I'm sure you'll do that anyway,
because you love God. I actually like to see God's
people go from I'm struggling to making it to bless
to starting to bless other people in a hurting world.
Let me tell you something, that abundant life that Jesus

(08:11):
came that you might have It's fun to go from
not being able to send your kids to private school
or the school you want to, sending them to the
school you want to, then finding other single mothers and
saying I'll pay the tuition so you can send your
child to that school. The more money that's in the
hands of a righteous person, the better off the earth is.

(08:32):
And let me tell you another thing while I'm at it,
somebody's gonna have abundance if you don't take it. Jeffrey
Epstein and people like that take it, and they'll use
it for wicked things, to heap it on their own lust.
So it's about time for the body of Christ to say, no,
I'm not letting the wicked have the wealth. The wealth
of the wicked is laid up for the trust. I'm

(08:54):
gonna do it in Jesus' name. All that money that
Epstein spent doing what he was doing, and puff Daddy
and whoever else, all that they wouldn't have even been
available to him if Christians didn't have such a passe Blase,

(09:16):
it's not important to me. How mean, No, we don't
give to get. I don't care what Jesus said. We
don't give to get, you know, Jesus said, when we
give well received, But I don't really like that. He
said that. I feel like I'm more humble than him.
So I have my own take on giving. That's what
you're saying. You know, I wouldn't give. It's not important
whether we get. Oh yeah, if money is not important

(09:38):
to you, people are not important to you, it would
be way easier for me to just whine every Sunday
about how I wish we could have three more churches,
but it's so expensive in La. That building we meet
in La was eighty five thousand a week before God
provided a supernatural thing. Turned out, one of the people

(09:59):
I had highired had raised four million dollars for the
ministry that owns that building, and they cut the price
by seventy five percent. But I didn't know that I
was getting whatever it costs, it costs. I was getting
ready to pay three hundred and eighty thousand a month
for one church, and not counting Texas, Arizona in here
and everything we pay, you know what, because I don't

(10:20):
care things cost what they cost. I bought a dollars
a nice perse one time. Somebody said, you spend all
that you would spend that on a purse. Well, it's
either spend it or steal it. I'm not gonna add
my ministry over shoplifting. If I go to jail, I'm
gonna go for something serious. You would spend that things
cost what they cost those planes? How can you spend

(10:41):
all that on a plane, because that's what they cost.
And if you think small, see what you think is
big is not what God thinks is big. God owns
all the silver, and he owns all the gold. And
if I can get you like today, if I can
get you pointed in God's type of thinking that it's
not up to me to make it happen. And you
know what God was saying all through the Bible. If

(11:03):
you would just believe me, if you'd be willing and obedient,
you would eat the good of the land. Knock you'll
make it. Most churches don't even teach you that God
can help you make it. Then if they do, almost
nobody will teach you that God will take you from
nothing and make you. What Jesus said, a mustard seed,

(11:23):
though it's the smallest of seeds, becomes a mighty tree
and birds make their nests in it. Do you know
what that means the Lord spoke that scripture to me
when a dollars and I had no employees, and said,
one day, not only are you gonna have enough for you,
and you're not even gonna have to worry about anything
you're doing. There'll be families that make their living off

(11:46):
the overflow of what you're doing. I mean to keep
dragging my friend Matt in today's message, but I guarantee you.
When he started off being a barber, he wondered if
he could get enough clients for him to make it.
Since this is the hair doing section, I bet you
Angela from three strand salon, same thing. I wonder if
I can even do it. I wonder if I'll get
enough clients to even live. Then it hit a point whereas,

(12:08):
wait a minute, I might have enough to have my
own shop. Then it went I got too many people
coming in from me to to cut all their hair.
I need to hire someone else. And I guarantee you
if you're anything like me the first time you went
to hire some when you thought you son of a gun.
I think I'm in over my head. Maybe I just
hit like a lucky streak and things are going to

(12:28):
go back to normal Then it went from you need
in one barber, how many barbers you have now? I
know they go in and out, some get arrested and stuff. Six.
Then it goes to six how many you have in
your salm? Eight stylists, and then going to get like
another master stylust. If somebody would have told you that
ten years ago, you go, I don't know, man, I
know the feeling with Jessee Dodo Planets in the end

(12:50):
said God's gonna give you a jet. I feel like saying,
then I'll have to give it back lest they let
you park them in the back of a Walmart. I
don't even have a house. I didn't have a house
when I got the plane. You know, God'll do things
that'll make you laugh where you live in an apartment,
have a private plane. I told you the one time
the plane landed, I got an uber. He said, where

(13:11):
are you going? When I told him what neighborhood, he
just looked, if you have a jet, you're going to
do an apartment. Feel like you're doing things in reverse.
Aren't you supposed to get a house first? I think so.
But if you would just open your mind and quit
limiting God with your believing and with your mouth. I
don't think I can do that. That's a lot. Right now,

(13:32):
I'm pregnant. Just we have an infant. God doesn't care
about any of that. God will help you take care
of your baby. Wiley grows your business, Wiley grows your dream.
God'll make a way where there is no way, and
he'll give you the strength to do it by his strength.
You know, when we only had this one church here,

(13:53):
and we only had one service at ten o'clock, I
guarantee if you pulled up the twenty twenty two at
ten o'clock, I had less enter preaching than I do
right now at ate something in the morning when we started,
and I was only I've already preached. This is my
third service in the last twenty four hours. I did
Arizona La, flew through the night and came back here.

(14:14):
You know why I'm telling you that, because every time
God opens a door that requires more, he never asked
you to do it in your strength. He provides his
strength to do it. So you never have to say, Lord,
I don't know what I'm gonna do. You know what
you're do. Instead, you lift up your hands and say
thank you Father that you're making a way where there
is no way. Thank you to those that wait upon

(14:35):
the Lord shall renew their strength. They shall mount up
with wings as egos. They shall run and never go
away away, they shall walk, and they shout out faint.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
I'm Joel Pulowski. I had lung cancer. So last night
Pastor Jonathan came. He's been coming all week. This has
just been a very powerful week, but last night was different.
I was diagnosed last September. Then dealing with that chemo
and all the stuff that goes along with it. I
came Monday and I didn't want to come. I came
Tuesday and I wanted to be here even less. I

(15:12):
came last night and I really did not want to
be here. I came here to make my wife happy.
That's really the only reason why I came. I was
upset and tired and hurt, tired of dealing with this.
As Jonathan was talking faith last night, I got up
and I had I don't have the machine with me.
I haven't used it since I got up and I
walked up front. So yesterday, before I came here, I

(15:54):
was on four leaders of air or oxygen a minute.
I'm a nothing right now, as you can see and talking.
Lung cancer is gone. My lungs are stretching and growing
and changing, and I can feel it happening right now.
I'm stronger than I was two hours ago, and I'm
stronger than I was yesterday, and I'm gonna be stronger tomorrow,

(16:17):
and I'm gonna continue to get stronger until I am
as strong as I've ever been. I have not been
able to talk like this in a very very long time.
I'm and I'm talking months. Okay.

Speaker 2 (16:29):
I run out of air.

Speaker 3 (16:31):
I couldn't stand. I had to sit every time that
I did anything with any kind of stress, I mean,
walking from one end of my house to another was exhausting.
That was two days ago. Right now, I walked in
here today, just five.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
Every time God opens a door that requires more, he
never asked you to do it in your strengths. He
provides his strengths to do it. So you never have
to say, Lord, I don't know what I'm gonna do.
You know what you're do. Instead you lift up your
hands and say, thank you, Father, that you're making a
way where there is no way. Thank you, that those
that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they

(17:07):
shall mount up with wings as egos, they show run
and never go away away they shall walk and they
shout out faint. Yeah. I'm not trying to use myself
as a good example. But you know, Jonathan, I see
what you're doing. I could never do that. That's right,

(17:28):
you never could because of your mouth. Why don't you change?
I could never do that. I can do all things
through Christ. Don't just don't leave that through Christ part out.
Then you're just an athlete getting interviewed after the game.
I can do all things. Now remember the rest of it.
I can do all things. How who does what? And

(17:52):
they amplified it says who infuses strength put Philippians four
thirteen amplified amp You can do AMPC if you want.
I can do all things through Christy strengthens me. Who
infuses inner strength into me? I am self sufficient in
Christ's sufficiency. Say that I'm self sufficient in Christ's sufficiency.

(18:17):
Do you know what I mean by that? It's what
I said in the beginning. That's why if you understand
that scripture as a pastor, you don't come to the
people and say if you give you know, it's a
lot of money to fly out to La. What business
is it of yours? Did you call me to go
to La? You were informed? Now I was going to La.
So why should you be on the hook to pay

(18:38):
for anything. It's not you that called me, it's God
that called me. And the one that calls is the
one that's responsible to equip. That's why offerings feel different here. Now, Family,
we have a lot of needs, tough luck. You should
tell your Lord, not the people. Otherwise you quit being

(18:59):
a PA and you start becoming a politician. Now you
have to do what the people who are giving tell
you to do, because they're the ones that are sending you.
But it's God that sends you. So what's the purpose
of the offering. The purpose of the offering is so
that people can give, so that they can receive. God
actually wants to see you blessed. You don't know how

(19:22):
happy I am that the top barber shop goes to
this church, the top salon goes to this church, the
top roofing company in Pittsburgh goes to this church, and
the top building company. And these are just the ones
I know about. And we're only three and a half
years old. And you know what, in a few more years,
it's gonna be a room full of champions in every sector,

(19:43):
real estate, natural gas, building supply, and insurance. We are
a collection of God's best because this blessing is on us.
If you receive that, go ahead and give the Lord.
I might have had clapping. I might have shout somebody
say I'm going to the top one more time. I'm

(20:06):
going to the top. Say I'm going to a land
that's flowing with milk and honey. Now lift your hands.
I'm begin to thank God that it is true. Thank
you Lord that you're helping me to go to the top.
Thank you Jesus that you're helping me today to go
to the top. I receive it today. I receive it today.

(20:31):
Philippians four point thirteen amplified. I have strength for all things.
You'd be amazed what you can do if you'd confess that,
and the heck, indeed, anything I have to There's some
people if they'd duct taped their mouth, their life would
start going better. If you can't say anything positive, you

(20:52):
can at least shift to neutral. It would help. I
have strength. Imagine, I don't know how I'm going to
do everything after this week, have to take my daughter
to summer camp. Then we have softball tournament and then
we're going to the lake and I'm supposed to pack
for my husband who didn't pack, and so hey, s
sh sh, I just speak peace over you. Even the

(21:15):
devil's just really been attacking my mind. Now, actually you've been.
You're so stressful, you worry the devil. Hey, can you
just be quiet? You're worrying us in hell? What if
instead of saying that right on off, what you can't
do and I don't know how I'm gonna make it,
if you learn, say this out loud. I'm never wrong
when I quote God. You know that's God's word. Do

(21:38):
you know God's word coming out of your mouth is
as powerful as when it came out of his mouth.
So if you don't know what to say and you
don't know how to make it, and I would even
add this, instead of asking for prayer, a higher way
is to lift your hands and say what God said.
When you're thinking I don't know how I'm gonna make it,

(22:00):
you lift your hands and say, Father, I thank you
that your word says in Philippians four thirteen, I have
strength for everything I'm going to face this week. Not
buy my strength, but you empower me a look at
that scripture. Say it out loud. I'm ready for anything.
I'm equal to anything. You know what that means. There's

(22:24):
nothing that has the power to overcome you, Hellelujah. In fact,
it's a promise in First Corinthians that God will never
allow you to be tempted or tested beyond what you
can bear. He won't allow it. If it was bigger
than you, he'd put a stop to it. That's why
when they got thrown in the fiery furnace, they can't
do anything about that. You can't stop dropping rolling a

(22:46):
fiery furnace. There's no way to come out of that.
So then Jesus personally came down and there were four
men in the fire, and he kept them from even
smelling like smoke. God won't allow the devil to overwhelm
you anything. Now think of this, how powerful that is.
That means that anything that rises up in your life,
you already know that you're equal to it and have
the power to overcome it. Yeah, if a devil you

(23:08):
One time I was in my uncle Terry's meeting and
a demon manifested this is not stuff you're supposed talk
about in an eight am service with nice church people.
But I was there demon manifested, and the demon yelled
out of the person and said, your God is weak.
You can't cast me out. And my uncle laughed and went,
if that's true, then why you manifested, your big dummy,

(23:28):
That's what he said to the devil. And I've never
seen a demon possessed person get wide in the eyes
like Wiley coyote, because a demon had never been talk
to you like that. You know what my uncle was saying.
If I wasn't able to cast you out, why are
you feeling pressed to manifest? Obviously there's a fire in
me that you know you can't stand. So the devil
will send op position. That's Goliath. Goliath barked for forty

(23:50):
days and forty nights. Nobody can take me out. I'll
kill anybody, you said me, But one seventeen year old
that came in the name of the Lord took him
out in two minutes. It's flat because greater is he
that lives in you than all those that are in
the world. If their rears its head, you know you
have power to send it back. Come on, take thirty seconds,

(24:12):
he clapt those hands and sell. Hey, you cannot be defeated.
You will not give up. In Quinn great or is
he who lives in you. I have strength for all

(24:33):
things in Christ, who empowers me. I'm ready for anything.
I'm equal to anything. You know, when people would ask
me questions in the beginning of this year, how are
you gonna pastorre four churches? I actually didn't know. I
was still trying to get my head around pastor in one.

(24:54):
But I know that scripture, so I don't know how
it's gonna play out. But I know that God will
help me and empower me and make me equal to
whatever task I'm facing. You know, the same way, God
gives me strength to preach. God give you strength to
stemming your feet, fourteen hours to cut hair. How many
hours are you on your feet? That's a long time

(25:15):
to be on your feet. I don't care how comfortable
your shoes are. I don't care if you're wearing Wilfrid
Brimley orthopedics. That's a long time to be on your feet.
Same way, God will strengthen me to preach. God'll strengthen
you to cut hair. God will strengthen you to be
a mother. Quit saying stuff like I don't know how
I'm gonna raise these kids. You know, all my girlfriends
have sisters in town that help them. I don't have anybody. God, whatever,

(25:38):
Oh you don't have anybody? Okay, as you said it,
so shall it be? What if instead you said, thank
you Father that you're on my side, thank you that
I have angels to the Bible says about angels? Are
they not all ministering spirits sent to help those who
are the heirs of salvation? Anybody getting help today in

(25:59):
your spirit? Anybody starting to feel like you can run
through a troop and leap over a wall. Say it
out loud, I can believe God for the best in
this life. Did you win another fight? Did you fight
again a second night? I went to a fight, but

(26:22):
you won your first flight. You know this is my cousin, Mike.
I don't know what show. What is a cousin's daughter?
Second cousin. She had a boxing mass. She should have
seen the girl she knocked out, tattoos everything, She looks
like she's from Missionetes and the assemblies of God. But
she knocked her out. Because it doesn't matter how big

(26:45):
and bad the devil looks. You have power to win
every fight. That's why the Bible says we walk by
faith and not by sight. Don't get your eyes on
how big things are quite looking? You know how how
much does it cost to fly that jet? Everyone you think,
I look, I don't need to be on antidepressants. Just
believe God have it. Come in. Patrick does that stuff.

(27:11):
Patrick's on all kinds of drugs. Doesn't even know where
he is right now, I see Jesus. Now you're on valume.
Just relax. I'm not doing it. I'm not getting my
eyes on circumstance and trouble. It's not my trouble. I
don't have any trouble. R W shamback fits in Heaven

(27:32):
used to say to every meeting, you don't have any trouble.
All you need is faith in God. You know what
that means deep down? Like it looked like David had trouble,
but it was Gniath that was going to have trouble.
The only person that's going to have trouble is whoever's
assigned by Hell to get in your way. Because the
Greater One lives in you, and because he lives, so
also shall you live. And because he lives, you can

(27:54):
do all things. Through Christ,
