Speaker 1 (00:06):
Hi. My name is Joseph. I started a job at
a young age at thirteen, and I worked in a
shop where there's a lot of welding, even though I
wasn't a welder, which was probably the biggest problem. I
wasn't a welder in the beginning, and I got all
the weld flash that was happening in the shop. I
would go home a lot with welder's flash. It's kind
of like laser eye surgery every time, and it burned
(00:27):
off all my detective layers. I went to the eye
doctor at eighteen and they told me that basically all
your protective layers are gone. You need to be very
careful with your eyes. We can't give you glasses for
it because it won't really help you for it, but
you might have to have glasses soon. And I never
went back. I got saved a year ago and learned
(00:48):
the truth about the Bible, and I started standing on it,
like my eyes are going to be healed. Last Sunday
Easter Sunday, Pastor Jonathan mentioned an eye condition being healed,
and I didn't even have time to say amen or anything.
Is just like right away, as like sunglasses were lifted
off my eyes and I just I could see clearly
(01:08):
bright everything, Like our backdrop was flowers, and I just
saw these bright, vibrant colors right away, and like the
whole room just was brighter, and it was an amazing experience.
Anything is possible with God, Everything is possible. Keep standing
and your faith will bring your testimony.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
We are raising up a family in this church.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
We're raising up a family in Pittsburgh. We're raising up
a family in Texas that don't just.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
Know about God.
Speaker 1 (01:42):
They know God.
Speaker 3 (01:44):
They've handled his power, they've seen his power float through it.
Speaker 2 (01:47):
You're coming out of here today carrying fresh fire, fresh unknowing.
Take never to take another backwards stamp the call of
Abra Genesis twelve to one.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
The Lord said to Abram, leave your native country, your relatives,
your father's family, and go to the land that I
will show you, and I will make you into a
great nation. I will bless you and make you famous,
and you will be a blessing to others. I will
bless those who bless you, and I will curse those
(02:23):
who curse you, and all the families of the earth
will be blessed through you. Less than one chapter later,
Genesis thirteen to two, and Abram was very rich, not rich.
Everybody say very rich in livestock, silver and gold. I
like how in parentheses it says in livestock, silver and gold.
(02:44):
Because God knew there'd be religious people that say, how
may No, he wasn't rich materially, he was rich spiritually.
Speaker 2 (02:50):
So the Bible let you know that it was a wealth.
Speaker 3 (02:53):
It was a blessing that flowed into the material realm.
Take your Bible in turn now to Genesis fourteen one,
Chapter over. Genesis fourteen, verse seventeen. After Abram returned from
(03:13):
his victory over Kettalarmur with all his allies, the king
of Sodom went out to meet him in the valley
of Shaeva, that is, the king's valley. And Melchizedek, the
king of Salem and a priest of God most High,
brought Abram some bread and wine. Melchizedek blessed Abram with
this blessing. Blessed be Abram by God most High, creator
(03:33):
of heaven and earth. And blessed be God most High,
who has defeated your enemies for you. Then Abram gave
Melchizedek a tithe or a tenth of all the goods
he had recovered. The King of Sodom said to Abram,
give back my people who were captured, but you may
keep for yourself all the goods you have recovered. Abram
(03:54):
replied to the King of Sodom, I solemnly swear to
the Lord God Most.
Speaker 2 (03:58):
High, creator of heaven and earth.
Speaker 3 (04:00):
I will not take so much as a thread of
clothing or a shoelatchet from what belongs to you. Otherwise
you might say I'm the one who made Abram rich.
I will only accept what my young warriors have already eaten.
And I request that you give a good a fair
share of the goods to my allies, anner, escor and memory.
(04:23):
And then God gives him a blessing. After that, he
sacrifices Isaac. A couple chapters later, God pronounces another blessing
after that.
Speaker 2 (04:32):
Actually, let's read that.
Speaker 3 (04:34):
God tells Abram Abraham to present his son, his only son, Isaac,
and then in verse twelve, an angel said, don't lay
a hand on the boy. The angel said Genesis twenty two,
verse twelve, don't lay a hand on the boy. Don't
hurt him in any way. For now I know that
(04:56):
you truly fear God. You have not withheld from me,
even your your son, your only son. Then Abraham looked
up and saw a ram caught by its horns in
a thicket. So he took the ram and sacrificed it
as a burnt offering in place of his son. Abraham
named the place Jehovah Jirah, which means the Lord has provided.
(05:19):
To this day people still use that name as a proverb.
On the mountain of the Lord, it will be provided.
Then the Angel of the Lord called again to Abraham
from heaven. This is what the Lord says, because you
have obeyed me. Everybody in Texas and everybody in Pittsbrook say,
because I obeyed, and you've withheld not even your son,
(05:40):
your only son, I swear by my own name.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
I will certainly bless you.
Speaker 3 (05:47):
I will multiply your seed beyond number, like the stars
in the sky and the sand on the seashore. Your
descendants will conquer the cities of their enemies, and through
your descendants all the nations of the earth will be blessed,
all because you have obeyed me. Can you say, amen,
(06:08):
let me see King James go back to where he starts,
blessing him. Sixteen twenty two sixteen KJV. By myself I
have sworn for because thou hast done this thing, and
hast not withheld thy son, thine only son, that in
(06:30):
blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will
multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven and
as the sand which is upon the seashore, And thy
seed shall.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
Possess the gates of their enemy.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
In blessing I will bless you, and in multiplying I
will multiply your seed.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
Go to Malachi chapter.
Speaker 4 (06:53):
Three Malachi three eight.
Speaker 3 (07:08):
Should a man rob God? Yet you have robbed me?
But you ask, what do you mean? When did we
ever rob you? You have robbed me of the tithes
and offerings. Do me. You are under a curse, for
your whole nation's been robbing me. Bring all the tithes
into the storehouse, so there'll be enough food in my temple.
(07:29):
And if you do, see if I won't open the
windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing that's
so great, you won't have room enough to take it
all in King James for verse eleven Maloka three eleven.
King James, bring all, and I will rebuke the devourer.
Speaker 2 (07:53):
For your sake.
Speaker 3 (07:54):
He shall not destroy the fruit of your ground, neither
shall your vine cast your fruit before the time in the.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
Field, says the Lord of Hosts.
Speaker 3 (08:03):
Go to Malachi three sixteen in the NLT Malik I
three sixteen NLT.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
Then those who.
Speaker 3 (08:17):
Feared the Lord spoke with each other. They would say,
that's us, and the Lord listened to what they said.
In his presence, a scroll of remembrance was written to
record the names of those who feared him and always
thought about the honor of his name. They will be
my people, says the Lord of Hosts, on the day
when I act in judgment, they will be my own
(08:37):
special treasure. I will spare them as a father spares.
Keep it on that verse, an obedient and dutiful child.
So anytime you hear a preacher tell you that God's
gonna just judge the world and like He's just gonna,
you know, unilaterally, lay waste to the place. I don't
care if you're my child or not, it doesn't line
(08:58):
up with scripture, because, as God said, even in the
day when I judge, there's gonna be a difference between
those that serve me and those that don't serve me.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
You're in church here. You could just as easily, not
just as easily.
Speaker 3 (09:11):
You could much more easily be sleeping at home and
casually turning on and have it on YouTube while you
scramble eggs in the kitchen and talk to somebody else
and get about nine percent of what you're getting right now.
Speaker 2 (09:24):
But you made time for God's house.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
Well, the Bible says, even back then, when God was
ticked off, he made a note of those who gathered
together and loved to think about the honor of his
name and talk about the word of God.
Speaker 2 (09:36):
And he said, in the day of judgment, when the economy.
Speaker 3 (09:40):
Falters, you know, a lot of you, probably the majority
of you, came across my ministry, especially if you moved
here from other states like Oregon and different places. You
found me during COVID. What separated me in COVID? I
kept preaching live services indoors. Why because of this scripture. Yes,
there are going to be pestilences and plagues, and economic
(10:00):
hardship and tidal waves, the Bible says, and earthquakes and volcanoes,
but they are not going to touch me or my
family because I'm in covenant with God. I might look
like everybody else, but the Bible says there is a difference.
Speaker 2 (10:15):
They will be my people, says the Lord of Hosts.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
On the day when I act in judgment, they will
be my own special treasure, and I will spare them
as a father spares.
Speaker 2 (10:25):
An obedient, dutiful child eighteen three eighteen.
Speaker 3 (10:30):
Then you will again see the difference, say with me,
visible difference. Yeah, it's going to get to the place
before Jesus comes back, and we're about there right now.
You won't have to tell people you serve the Lord.
People will see a difference.
Speaker 2 (10:50):
You know.
Speaker 3 (10:50):
Look how they've covered us on the news. Even enemies
that don't want us around have to admit that we're
a megachurch and that in three years we've grown so
big that it's a problem in there. You know, from
an enemy's perspective for the community, you can't try to
have this many people come to church. You know, you
don't know, you don't have churches hit where we've hit
(11:12):
in forty or fifty or sixty or seventy years. Don't
have this many people come, especially in the Northeast.
Speaker 2 (11:19):
It's a sight. Why did it happen?
Speaker 4 (11:21):
For us.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
Is it because I'm a better pastor. No, it's because
I have a revelation of God's word that many have
heard and rejected.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
They don't believe in multiplication.
Speaker 3 (11:32):
They don't believe that God will open the windows of
heaven and pour out a blessing that's so great you'll
never have enough room to take it all in. I
believe God's word as it's written. I believe for an
overflowing bank account. I believe for overflowing people in the seats.
I believe in overflowing parking. I believe that everything the
children of God does expands because God said, you live
(11:55):
in this world, but while the world's going down, I'm
going to make an example that that serve me. Go
up when the rest of the world's going down. If
you receive that, you can testify to it. Go ahead
and clap your hands. Give the Lord I mighty shout,
so say it out loud. I might look like everybody else,
(12:18):
but I'm not like everybody else. I'm a child of
the Most High God. Now, Passover coincides with Good Friday.
The crucifixion of Christ took place on Passover. In fact,
Bible scholars tell us that passage that we read where
Abraham went off for his only son, and the Bible says,
(12:39):
in a sense, in the New Testament, it says Abraham
did receive his son back from the dead because in
his heart he had already committed to kill him, but
Abraham wasn't going to kill him, Like, Okay, then I
guess I just won't have a son because God had
told him that through Isaac, I will bless all the
nations of the earth.
Speaker 2 (12:57):
I'm quoting from the New Testament.
Speaker 3 (12:59):
Abraham that God would be able to bring Isaac back
from the dead, and in a sense, he did receive
him back from the dead.
Speaker 2 (13:05):
You know, scholars tell us that.
Speaker 3 (13:07):
That sight where Abraham offered his son is a stone's
throw from Golgatha where Jesus was crucified. And then once
the other thing that took place pass over, the angel
of Death is going to pass over the whole lamb.
You're to take a lamb without breaking any of its bones,
take its blood, put it in a basin, then take
(13:28):
his branches and apply the blood to the doorposts.
Speaker 2 (13:32):
Of your home. And when the Angel of Death sees the.
Speaker 3 (13:35):
Blood, he will know that he cannot go in there
and touch or harass anybody that's in the family. Notice
they didn't get it just because they were Jewish or Hebrews.
Everyone had to act on that prophetic instruction.
Speaker 2 (13:48):
Well, I have a question.
Speaker 3 (13:49):
If the blood that represented the blood of Jesus had
power to ward off the actual death angel, how much
more does the actual blood of Jesus that's been sprinkled
over me and sprinkled over you serve as a neon
red sign that you.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
Can't touch him? Can you say? Amen?
Speaker 3 (14:09):
That's why you can go to a lot of churches,
even faith churches, and they always are talking about trouble.
How me know, the devil's attacking? You know, devil attacking
however you want to say it? Can a canoe attack
a battleship in a way?
Speaker 2 (14:25):
It can? They want to row up. I talked to
a guy in the navy.
Speaker 3 (14:29):
He said there were guys from Greenpeace that every once
in a while would row up to their boat and
yell at them, and then they'd start like hitting their
naval vessel with the oars of their canoe.
Speaker 5 (14:41):
Hi, my name is Myra Cordova. September of this year
will be six years that I was delivered from crystal meth.
I came into this church high, not knowing what the
Helene of the Hands was, not knowing anything. As he
was walking by lane hands, he passed by me, And
what I know now, the Spirit, the Holy Spirit, just
upon me, without him even touching me, delivered me from
(15:04):
crystal math. After battling it for four and a half years.
I got delivered that day. I got saved that day.
And instantly that day I went home. I broke my
math pipe, flushed my drives down the toilet, and I
have been plugged in at the power of church ever since.
And if God did it for me, I know he
can do it for you. I know he is real.
Speaker 4 (15:26):
Now.
Speaker 5 (15:27):
I know that no rehab, aa, classes, no nothing fulfills
me the way Jesus fulfills me.
Speaker 3 (15:35):
I mean, I guess does that count as an attack?
I guess what was their response? Smoke, drink and laugh. Well,
I'm not promoting the smoke in a drinking part, but
they weren't up there. Oh no, the captain, They're hammering
the iron hull of our battleship with their oars.
Speaker 2 (15:54):
What should we do?
Speaker 3 (15:56):
They waited till their arms got tired, and then they
picked two guys went down and beat the crap out
of him. That is a great illustration to the Christian life.
Speaker 2 (16:05):
Is there a devil? Yes?
Speaker 3 (16:07):
Does he try to attack, Yes, but his arms get tired,
and then you go down and beat the crap out
of him and throw him into the water.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
Can you say, amen, you are unassailable.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
The shield of faith quenches every fiery dart of the devil.
You might look like everybody else, but you're not like
everybody else. You're in covenant with God. You're in a
blood covenant with God, and that covenant has rights. Can
you say, amen?
Speaker 2 (16:34):
Where's God? Where I leave off eighteen? Then again?
Speaker 3 (16:41):
Will you see the difference between the righteous and the wicked,
between those who serve God and those who serve him?
Not every say this, there's a difference between those who
serve God and those who serve him.
Speaker 2 (16:56):
Not we're all God's children? Not really?
Speaker 3 (17:01):
Go to John chapter eight, John chapter eight, will do
verse thirty two in the NLT.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
Who's speaking in John eight.
Speaker 3 (17:18):
Jesus and he's speaking to religious leaders that had the
same book he had, but they.
Speaker 2 (17:25):
He didn't like him, and they didn't.
Speaker 3 (17:26):
Like him John eight thirty two. You will know the truth,
and the truth will make you free. But we are
descendants of Abraham, they said, we've never been slaves to anyone.
What do you mean you'll be set free? So they're
going to their identification. I'm Presbyterian, I'm Catholic. What do
(17:51):
you freakin do? What does that even mean? Howm assemblies
of God? What does that mean? What are you smoking?
Did you pick up that lady's broken meth pipe and
give it a whirl?
Speaker 2 (18:05):
A Methodist? What does that mean? John Wesley doesn't know
who you are, and then you have to be I
don't want you going to revive with today church. We're Catholic.
Speaker 3 (18:13):
Meanwhile, hele there's no Catholic priest under heaven that knows
your name. Your family hasn't been there since the early
nineteen hundreds.
Speaker 2 (18:21):
But you're Catholic. So that was the problem here.
Speaker 3 (18:24):
Jesus was in active covenant with God and these guys,
what do you mean, what do you mean the truth?
We're descendants of Abraham, we're Pharisees, we're licensed teachers. Jesus replied,
I tell you the truth. Anyone who sins is a
slave of sin. A slave is not a permanent member
(18:45):
of the family. But a son is part of the
family forever. So if the sun sets you free, you
are free. Indeed, yes, I realize that you're descendants of Abraham,
and yet some of you are trying to kill me
because there's no room in your heart for my mess.
I'm telling you what I saw when I was with
my father. But you are following the advice of your father,
(19:07):
our father's Abraham.
Speaker 2 (19:08):
They declared no.
Speaker 3 (19:11):
Jesus said, if you were really the children of Abraham,
you would follow his example. I told the eight am
crowd it was different then. So they were killing people.
They were stoning women to death that were caught in adultery,
crucifying people. So what Jesus is saying here would be
no different than you go into the Gaza strip and
(19:32):
telling a bunch of Hamas guys, no, you actually don't
have anything to do with Mohammad. Muhammad would be embarrassed
of you. Yeah, you're gonna die. So Jesus done. No,
you're not the sentence Abraham, our father's Abraham. They declared no.
If you were really the children of Abraham, put it
up in the King James. If you were really Abraham's seed,
(19:54):
you would do the work that Abraham did Johnny thirty
nine KJV. If ye were Abraham's children, you would do
the works that Abraham did. I want you guys in
the media room for when I called for it. I
want you to find me the passage in James where
(20:14):
he says faith without works is dead, and I want
it in the amplified Classic.
Speaker 2 (20:18):
I'll call for it in a little bit.
Speaker 3 (20:21):
If you were Abraham's seed, you would do the works
that Abraham did. So you can't just say I'm the
seed of Abraham, Abraham's blessings or mine. It's the works
that Abraham did and when God saw his obedience. Because
you have obeyed me and not withheld your son, your
(20:43):
only son, what you did today is an act of obedience.
Speaker 2 (20:47):
We could go down to sheets right now, and.
Speaker 3 (20:50):
I guarantee you, because it's America, seven out of ten
or eight out of ten people, if we said do
you feel it would be good for people to be
in church on Sunday, they would say yes, but they're
not in church. It's not believing the Bible that makes
you have the benefits of the Bible.
Speaker 2 (21:06):
The Bible says you believe there's.
Speaker 3 (21:08):
One God, good even the demons believe and tremble. Satan
knows the word, demons know the word. Satan believes the word,
and demons know the word. But demons aren't redeemed and
demons aren't blessed because it's not just knowing it, it
is acting on what the Bible says to do. Well,
you're not in that class. You're not somebody that believes
(21:29):
it'd be good if people go to church. You're in church.
Speaker 2 (21:32):
You got your kids dressed, you got dressed. You decided.
Speaker 3 (21:35):
I've got a zillion things to do this week. Some
of you, this is my only day off. Some of you,
this is your only half day off. You only have
the first part of Sunday off. And everything in your
flesh said you have a good reason to stay home.
But you must have said, flesh, shut up. I'm putting
clothes on you, and we're going to be in the
House of God because God said to remember one day
(21:57):
and remember my house and keep it holy, and you
act on it. And there's a blessing for following what
God said. If you receive that today, clap your hands
one more time.
Speaker 2 (22:06):
In Texas, in.
Speaker 3 (22:07):
Pittsburgh, if you were Abraham Seed, you would do the
works that Abraham did. Anybody can talk Bible, anybody can
quote scripture. It's the acting on it that brings a blessing.
Can you say amen? So go to Hebrews chapter seven,
(22:36):
Hebrew seven to one before I do Hebrews. If you
found James, I'll do that and amplified classic. What's twenty
five out of curiosity?
Speaker 2 (23:00):
Okay? So do twenty six. It's showing all the actions
people took.
Speaker 3 (23:03):
For as, the human body apart from the spirit is lifeless,
so faith, apart from its works of obedience is also dead.
Faith without works, like the body without the spirit, is lifeless.
Faith without corresponding action is dead.
Speaker 2 (23:20):
Twenty seven is it three to one? Okay?
Speaker 3 (23:26):
So then go way back start where it started, Go
to seventeen to seventeen. So also, faith, if it does
not have works, deeds, and actions of obedience to back
it up by itself, is destitute of power, inoperative, utterly useless.
Speaker 2 (23:51):
Leave that up.
Speaker 3 (23:52):
Faith if it does not have works, deeds and actions
to back it up by itself, is destinitude of power,
inoperative and dead. Faith without works is dead. What's easier
to do?
Speaker 4 (24:09):
Say?
Speaker 3 (24:09):
Lord, please save fort Worth, Lord, please save Pittsburgh, touch
the families. I mean, it'd be much easier and much
cheaper for me to do when I heard my whole
life growing up in church and what they do in
most churches around here. Lord touched the people of Pittsburgh,
bless the people of Moon Township.
Speaker 2 (24:27):
Meanwhile, God's up in heaven going thought. I told you
to do that, thought, I.
Speaker 3 (24:32):
Told you to feed the hungry, thought I told you
go to Romans ten fourteen, Romans ten fourteen, NT Romans
(25:00):
ten fourteen. But how can they call on him to
save them? Talking about how can people call on Jesus
to save them unless they believe in him? And how
can they believe in him if they've never heard about him?
And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?
And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent?
That is what the scripture. Why the scriptures say, how
beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news?
(25:24):
But not everyone welcomes our message. For Lord who has
believed our message? Isaiah said, but faith cometh by hearing,
hearing by the word of God. So that's God's way
to get the gospel out. Somebody has to go. I'm
not in Houston, running away from my family. I'm not
starting these church. Oh God, do something in La. Lord,
(25:45):
we see the fires in La.
Speaker 2 (25:46):
Just be with them.
Speaker 3 (25:47):
No, we sent money, we sent aid, and we started
a church, because that's where the most blessing is loose.
Can you say, man Pittsburgh, the building of a church,
acquiring of a building, starting of a youth group where
teenagers can come and hear the word of God to
be changed. So there is an empty That's what Jesus
was rebuking. In John chapter eight. The Pharisees didn't help anybody.
(26:09):
They crossed to the other side of the street. If
they saw a leper, they want to touch him. They'd
shout unclean, and they'd find somebody that went to lay
hands on. Jesus laid hands on the sick. Jesus cast
out devils. Jesus lifted the woman caught an adultery and
comforted her. And he told us, the same work that
you saw me do, you shall do in greater. Abraham
(26:30):
wouldn't help people. He interceded for Sodom and Gomorrah. He said,
don't let him die. Abraham cared about souls. Abraham fed
the hungry. Abraham took care of people, and Abraham was
a tither and a giver. Jesus said, anybody can claim
to be the children of Abraham. He said in Matthew,
God can change these rocks. God could take these rocks
(26:51):
and make them sons of Abraham. So quit bragging about
your ethnicity. It is the works of faith that bring
the blessing of God. It is the action of faith
that bring the blessing of God. So as I started
on yesterday or last week that instead of wondering where
(27:13):
God is, God, where are you? I don't understand why
I'm not seeing God do what I'm believing him for.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
Never ask questions of God.
Speaker 3 (27:23):
Scan the Bible to find covenant pathways that secure the
blessing of God. And when you do your part, you
will never find God lacks it doing his part. So
I'm gonna tell you what's gonna happen today in Texas
and here for people that are watching online, God, You're
not only gonna hear this. A Greece from God's word
is gonna come upon you. Where You're gonna keep God's
(27:45):
word as easy as breathing in and breathing out, You're
gonna find yourself the kind of Christian that's productive, that's
a church builder, that's an asset to the Kingdom of Heaven.
And like your father Abraham, you're gonna swim in the wire.
Speaker 2 (28:00):
Second God
