Speaker 1 (00:20):
Good evening, everybody.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
Welcome to this edition of Justin News No Noise. My
co host John Solomon and editor in chief of justin News.
He is out on assignment this week. He's going to
be back on Monday, so I am motoring solo for
just a few more nice but just a reminder that
we are broadcasting from the Wire to Fish studio. This show,
of course, is sponsored by Wire to Fish. It is
the official coffee of Justin News No Noise. So head

(00:43):
over to Wiretofishcoffee dot com and use the code just
News and you will get a ten percent discount code
on all of their coffee and offerings. And let me
tell you their medium ros is fantastic, So go check
it out, all right, everybody, Many people in this country
last night watched with sorrow, sorrow and terror as that
American Airlines commercial flight collided with the black Hawk helicopter

(01:07):
into an airport that I frequent on an airline that
I frequent, American Airlines into Reagan, and we of course
are hearing news as it breaks every moment. But President
Trump spoke about it earlier today and here's what he
had to say.

Speaker 3 (01:24):
This was a dark and excruciating night in our nation's
capital and in our nation's history, and a tragedy of
terrible proportions. As one nation, we grieve for every precious
soul that has been taken from us so suddenly, and
we are a country, really we are in mourning. This

(01:46):
is really shaken a lot of people, including people very
sadly from other nations who were in the flight.

Speaker 2 (01:54):
Yeah, I think that President Trump echoed our sentiment, and
in that press conference he also expressed a little bit anger,
and I think that also echoes what a lot of
Americans are feeling because obviously we are still waiting for
details to come out. But when you consider the injection
of what culture into practically every institution in Washington, including
the SAA, then you are not necessarily surprised when problems irrupt.

(02:19):
And and then I want to show you this clip of
Secretary Pete Hegsath and his comments on what happened and
if it was avoidable.

Speaker 4 (02:26):
First and foremost from the Defense Department, want to pass
our condolences to the sixty four souls and their families
that were affected by this never should happen, and certainly
the three service members, the three soldiers, a young captain
staff Sergeant and CW two Chief Wireant Officer Dono routine
annual retraining of night flights on a standard corridor for

(02:51):
a continuity of government mission. The military does dangerous things,
it does routine things on the regular basis.

Speaker 5 (02:59):
Tragically, last night a mistake.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Was made, absolutely heartbreaking, and of course we hear at
this TV show as well as Real America's Voice at
larger praying for the victims and their families and praying
that by some miracle, that there are some survivors. Of
course we are hearing that that is not the case,
but thank goodness, our Lord and Savior.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
Is in the business of miracles.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
All right, everybody on to Senate confirmation hearings. Cash Betel,
the nominee for FBI director, was feeling the heat today
and the American people have lost so much confidence in
many institutions in Washington, chief among them the FBI, and
Cash Battel wants to go in there and increase transparency
and increase trust.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
Here's a statement about that.

Speaker 6 (03:43):
I'm going to let good cops be cops and put
handcuffs on the bad guys and put child molestors in prison,
and put murders in prison. And make sure CCP fentanyl
doesn't kill another one of your constituents. That's track one.
Track two to restore the trust in the FBI that
is degraded, not by my opinion, by the gall poll
that only forty percent of Americans have trust and faith

(04:03):
in the FBI. It is a cataclysmic failure in leadership
to get to that point. That did not happen over time.
And so what the FBI must do while tackling violent
crime and protecting Americans national security in our sovereignty is
work with Congress, Republicans and Democrats to expose any government corruption,

(04:23):
provide government accountability through transparency, and gets you all the
documents that you are the custodians of the FBI reports
to Congress. If I am confirmed as FBI Director, I
will report to Congress.

Speaker 2 (04:38):
I think that a lot of us lost in all
of the drama surrounding the FBI and the former director,
Christopher Ray. Sometimes it gets lost that the FBI is
their cops. They're supposed to be doing cop work, and
it seems like Cashpitel certainly would like to see that
happen at the FBI under his tenure. All Right, one
more clip for you from the confirmation hearings from former

(05:00):
Congresswoman Tulci Gabbard who is up for d and I
and she uh boy, she had fire to bring here
it is.

Speaker 7 (05:07):
Before I close, I want to warn the American people
who are watching at home, you may hear lies and
smears in this hearing that will challenge my loyalty to
and my love for our country. Those who oppose my
nomination imply that I am loyal to something or someone
other than God, my own conscience, and the Constitution of

(05:27):
the United States, accusing me of being Trump's puppet, Putin's puppet,
Assad's puppet, a Guru's puppet, Mody's puppet, not recognizing the
absurdity of simultaneously being the puppet of five different puppet masters.
The same tactic was used against President Trump and failed.

(05:49):
The American people elected President Trump with a decisive victory
and mandate for change. The fact is what truly unsettles
my political opponents is I refue use to be their puppet.

Speaker 1 (06:04):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (06:04):
And I think that's what a lot of people appreciate
about appreciate about her, and also folks like RFK Junior.
The fact that you might not agree with them all
the time, but they are certainly their own man and woman,
and they want to be change makers and they want
to shift the dynamics in Washington, DC. And I think
that Telsea Gabbert did a great job this morning. All Right, everybody,
I want to move on to some other topics, and

(06:25):
I'm very excited to bring in my first guest of
the day, Congressman Randy we Ever from the Loan State,
the great state of Texas.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
Sir, thank you so much for being here.

Speaker 5 (06:34):
Thank you glad to be here.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Sir.

Speaker 2 (06:36):
I want to ask you about the conversation and the
sentiment among members of Congress surrounding what we saw in
horror last night. Obviously, I don't want to throw anything
out there that we are just speculating about at this point,
but the fact remains is that when you have agencies
in Washington, whether it is the FBI as I was
just talking about, or the FAA, it doesn't really matter
when you focus. When you take your eye off the ball,

(06:59):
and in this case it is safety and orchestration and logistics,
and you place your eye on something like a lot
of these policies at the Biden Institute, has Biden Administration
has tried to shove into these institutions, then you are
going to have bad situations. And I don't know if
that's the case here, but that's kind of the overarching theme,
isn't it.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
It really is, I tell you, Amanda, it's heartbreaking for
us to see sixty seven people lose their lives from
one of the agencies. And this is not necessarily just
a downer from FAA, although you saw President Trump this
morning or today talk about all the DEI stuff that
was in the way they did their hiring processes, and

(07:42):
it's again, it's not just about the FAA. You can
go through a lot of the different agencies. And thank
god the President Trump got elected on November the fifth
American spoke because he is in the business of doing
away with that and hiring a competent, talented people despite
what their color, race, or religion is. You hire them

(08:03):
because they're capable. And you're going to see that, in
my opinion, across a lot of the agencies.

Speaker 2 (08:10):
Yes, sir, and I know that you serve on a
number of committees, but one of them has to do
with transportation and technology, and this feels like a moment
where we are going to have to evolve a lot,
and not necessarily just the hiring practices, but some of
the moms within the FAA, some of the regulations, some
of the rules of operation.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
Do you foresee that happening coming down the road?

Speaker 5 (08:37):
I really do. I mean, Donald Trump tells people what
he's going to do, and he's a business guy, and
he's he will get in there. He will roleopisles. He's
going to hire people like Telsea Gaber, like Pete, like
cash Matail, because they're educated, they can do this. And
let me just quickly to say about Telsea. I served
with Telsea Gaber. She came in with me in twenty thirteen.

(09:00):
She is real, she's dedicated, she doesn't take any guff.
She's going to tell it like it is. She sticks
to her values and morals of which she has and
when she says that American people pay attention, this is
what's needed in the agencies, She's exactly correct. This is
what's need in the government. And I'm glad that she's
getting in there.

Speaker 2 (09:20):
Absolutely, And let's stay on that for a moment, because
lest we forget her name appearing on the no fly list,
she is exactly the type of person who has felt
the weight of agencies like.

Speaker 1 (09:31):
That, and it takes an extreme amount of.

Speaker 2 (09:33):
Responsibility to serve as our director of National Intelligence. So
it feels to me like she is a great person
to know exactly the responsibility that she might potentially have
confirmed be handed and how to use it responsibly.

Speaker 5 (09:47):
Well, I should have said, with all the glowing attributes
of her, how loyal and upfront she is. She's smart
as a whip. She really is.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (09:57):
Absolutely, I can't. I can't wait to see how arrested
this shakes out. I want to also ask you about
Cash ptel this morning. Boy, he did not hold back,
and I think it was Senator Tom Hillis who had
a bingo card with all of the buzzwords that they
felt would be likely used in the language of Democrats
when trying to cast aspersions on Cash. Do you think

(10:19):
Cash did well? And what do you think the results
of this confirmation but will be when it comes.

Speaker 5 (10:23):
No, I did think you did well. Absolutely. When he
said you just played a clip, thank you all. I
so appreciate you all showing the American public this. When
he said we're going to get cops, go get the
bad guys. Basically, I'm paraphrasing, and he literally said, the
only thing I'm quoting now, the only thing that will
matter is if confirmed is quote a de weaponized, the

(10:45):
politicized system of law enforcement, completely devoted to rigorous obedience
to the Constitution and a singular standard of justice end quote.
We haven't had that, Amanda. I know you know that
the American public knows that. And thank god we got
somebody that recognizes this is what we need.

Speaker 2 (11:03):
Oh boy, we have not had that, I mean. And
it goes from the top down. And when you have
to question whether our system of justice can be fair
handed in dealing with a former and now present president,
then you know you got problems when it comes to
trust and transparency, Sir.

Speaker 1 (11:19):
I want to move on to something.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
That I know sorely affects your state, the state of Texas,
and that is illegal immigration. I think that it is
poignant and important that President Trump's first legislation that.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
He signed into law was the Lake and Riley Act.

Speaker 2 (11:34):
Immigration has been a huge part of the campaign throughout
his entire time in public political life. How significant is
it that it was his first piece of legislation.

Speaker 1 (11:45):
And what is it?

Speaker 2 (11:46):
What tone does it set for legislation going forward on border.

Speaker 5 (11:50):
Well, it's a great tone for legislation and go forward.
I'll take those in reverse. But for Texas that's extremely important.
The United States and Mexico him about nineteen hundred and
sixty or so miles of border in Texas has almost
two thousand miles of that border, I'm sorry, almost two
thirds of that border, which would be like twelve hundred miles.
So for us, we see a lot of illegals come along.

(12:11):
When I was across the border, when I was vice chairman,
we saw that. Even in two thousand and nine, twenty twelve.
Trump has said, and I think this is why people,
well he got all the vote November the fifth, and
I mean, just do a little aside for you real quick.
Remember Hillary Clinton called about us a bunch of deplorables.
If you remember that when she ran, she called us
all deplorables. Well she found out November the fifth there

(12:35):
was more deplorables than she counted on. And thank God
for that. Trump is securing the border. My heart just
leaped with a joy when I see them in these
sanctuary cities and taking these people, putting them in banned
and getting them gone. You know he's already had run
ins with some of the officials of these other countries
that I don't want to take them back. He's going

(12:57):
to stick to his word. He's going to get it done.
In Texas. It's a big deal. The Texas legislature, which
I was part of, we spent two hundred million dollars
on the on the border when I was there, plus
some And what you're seeing now is Texas spent billions
of dollars. People have woken up. I think we're going
to get the wall back. We're going to stop this

(13:18):
catching release. We're going to reaffect the mayion and Mexico policy.
Good things are going to happen with President Trump at
the wheel.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
Heymen, sir, before I let you go.

Speaker 2 (13:27):
President Trump isn't just receiving pushback from countries like Columbia
and Mexico and other places that he might be sending
these illegals from.

Speaker 1 (13:34):
He's he's getting it.

Speaker 2 (13:35):
From within the United States, from cities like Austin who
are sanctuary cities.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
Are you getting any.

Speaker 2 (13:41):
Sense that Austin might might soften a little when it
comes to their hashtag resist of President Trump?

Speaker 5 (13:49):
They should have learned their lesson Aman back. During this
defund the police part, they took out I think one
hundred and ten million dollars of their budget for police.
The Texas legislature, You gotta love Texas took a lot
of their one hundred million dollars away from the state
that was going to go to the city Austin. Well,
guess what, the city of Aoston reinstated that funding for

(14:11):
the police department. You would hope they had learned a
lesson that this is about American citizens not being a
sanctuary city where people can come here break their way
into this country. They've already broken the law. They can rob, steal, rape,
and kill. Really, what's wrong with the legislature or I
should say, the city council of Austin. It makes no sense, Amanda.

Speaker 2 (14:33):
I would like to think that Austin has learned its lesson,
but it is a little weird, as they like to
call themselves.

Speaker 5 (14:38):
So, yes, yes they are.

Speaker 2 (14:41):
Yes, sir, Congress and Randy Wever, thank you so much
for having us or thank you so much for being
here tonight.

Speaker 1 (14:46):
We appreciate you being.

Speaker 5 (14:47):
Thank you all. We appreciate you all.

Speaker 1 (14:49):
Good day, absolutely, sir.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
All right, everybody We're going to take a very quick break,
but more on that terrible airplane crash last night in
Washington after these messages.

Speaker 8 (15:04):
Hey, folks, did you know that American homeowners have over
thirty two trillion dollars? That's an amazing figure, but you

a growing scam the FBI calls house stealing. Scammers can
transfer your title right out of your name using a
one page document they file at the county, then take
out loans against your equity, even sell it behind your back.
And the scariest part, you won't find out about it

(15:26):
until collection or foreclosure notices start arriving in your mailbox. Now,
that is something you don't want to have happened, leaving you.
Of course, when that happens in a financial and legal nightmare.
The best way to protect your equity is with home
