Speaker 1 (00:02):
This time on Law and Border, the restoration of America
begins as ICE operations around the country are in full
swing to take America battle. And we're starting at the
epicenter of Chicago, Illinois, where Democrat politicians have sold out
their own city and state sold out.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
The citizens of Chicago.

Speaker 1 (00:23):
Will joined bordersar Tom Homan and his fearless team of
ICE agents as they and their federal partners begin the
largest mass deportation in American history. And then it's off
to the Big Apple of New York City, which has
been overrun by peoples and thanks to Democrat policies, our
ICE agents are now fighting an uphill battle to remove

(00:45):
them all. And finally Baltimore, Maryland, where the worst go first,
as operations against MS thirteen get under way. So don't
go anywhere, because the restoration of America begins now on
Law Border.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
Crime in the city we're gonna address today, starting now with.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
This camera, the truth coming through that.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Welcome to Law and Border, where we go to the
front line to expose the truth about the real attack
on America an engage. You're watching Law and Border with

(01:40):
Ben Burkewoman the largest ICE operation in American history kicks
off just before sunrise in Chicago, Illinois, and that's where
Ben meets up with Borders are Tom.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Home in Chicago, Illinois. We want to arrest public safety threats.
We got all of government of FBI, we got atf
we got g EA, we got ICE, we got HSI,
we got them all here. So the President's plan of
olive government to that ill alien crime in the city,
We're going to address it today. We're starting now.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
Mix sure al right, guys, five a first day of
the major operation. We're in it.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
The teams fan out across the city in search of
their illegal alien targets. They start with the worst of
the worst, the rapists, the murderers, the child predators, and
the list goes on. These illegal aliens were invited into
our country by open border Democrat policies when they were
protected by sanctuary jurisdictions, but now they're being hunted for

(02:46):
removals by our heroes.

Speaker 4 (02:47):
In law enforcement.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
Do you know approximately how many targets we have today?

Speaker 5 (02:53):
We're going around?

Speaker 6 (02:56):
Okay, a rip on is right now, We're we got
right now, we got Narro movement. No late, it looks
like they on the door. The flashion of late yea
happy and then like I was just spreading him. Most
of your rest are just done like in public places.

Speaker 7 (03:17):
Yeah, I mean, so we'll do uh obviously, like what
we're doing here.

Speaker 6 (03:20):
We're staging right now.

Speaker 7 (03:21):
Most of our stuff is ammon warrants, right, So we're
doing knocking talks.

Speaker 6 (03:25):
We'll go, you know, if they're working, we'll go to
their work location.

Speaker 7 (03:29):
A lot of times they're not coming out of the
house anymore for you know, when we knock, so we'll
we'll wait till literal leaving for work or going somewhere,
and then we'll pull them.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Over and get them right as they're walking outside their house.

Speaker 8 (03:41):
How much of having to do this this way is
due to Cook County not doing iceholds in the jails?

Speaker 2 (03:48):
How much?

Speaker 8 (03:49):
How much? How many guys could you be picking up
directly from the jails if.

Speaker 7 (03:53):
They did so. We have a list of about three
hundred right now. There were that we're looking at currently
that are pretty serious convictions crimes. Most of those, I'd
say about ninety five percent of those have been released.

Speaker 6 (04:10):
Wow, with our detam hard you.

Speaker 9 (04:12):
Guys share a chat, it looks like this target has
you address Branti.

Speaker 7 (04:20):
It's it's really tough here in Illinois now due to
that that Trust Act.

Speaker 8 (04:24):
So basically the state government's getting in the way of
you guys.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
Doing your job.

Speaker 6 (04:31):
Yeah, I would.

Speaker 7 (04:32):
I would say overall, like of these guys are being
released from from the jails, and.

Speaker 6 (04:40):
That makes our job differ. Right, we can get them
from a secure facility. Now we can't. So now we're
going out we're doing this stuff.

Speaker 7 (04:48):
Not only that, but you're you're releasing sex offenders, murderers,
all that and.

Speaker 6 (04:54):
On the street. And now they're not only a danger.

Speaker 7 (04:57):
To us when we're trying to apprehend them, but a
danger to the public as well.

Speaker 1 (05:00):
After receiving new intel, we leave the first location and
head to the second address where the suspect is believed
to be staying.

Speaker 6 (05:08):
Teams that are going after guys are our GPS, bracelets and
other forms of detention called alternatives to detention.

Speaker 8 (05:17):
So these are people that have been through the their
case has been judicated, and they're set for removal.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
How often do those guys run?

Speaker 6 (05:27):
Often?

Speaker 7 (05:27):
While we've noticed an increase within the last couple of.

Speaker 1 (05:30):
Weeks, undoubtedly afraid now that President Trump is back in charge.
As the sun begins to rise, We arrive at our
second location and the team gets into position.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Oh yeah, so do we have a visual on that.

Speaker 6 (05:49):
Oh, they haven't seen them yet. Hey, Lewis is the
one to your right, So forth.

Speaker 4 (05:59):
My right before.

Speaker 7 (06:03):
Anytime we're in you know, an area and doing work,
we'll uh.

Speaker 6 (06:07):
Let the pen know that we're in the the area
of general vicinity.

Speaker 7 (06:13):
Before those laws took place, we you know, we had
a great relationship that'd be out with us, working on
cases with us, and or at least assisting us, you know,
just extra back up.

Speaker 6 (06:23):
And it's kind of nice, specially in Chicago if.

Speaker 7 (06:24):
You've got a local with you, you know that that
knows that area, that helps.

Speaker 10 (06:30):
From before inauguration to now, what are what are the
changes you've seen as far as your abransion ability or
just changes in general?

Speaker 7 (06:42):
Well change, the changes are still coming, right, But what
I do know is we are able to go out
here and do our job, you know, and enforce the
immigration law.

Speaker 6 (06:50):
And chat anybody not ready. Yeah, I didn't even know
where I can move up. Happy, it's going to her
guy's walking.

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Up with a drone on Overwatch. The team moves in.

Speaker 7 (07:11):
Sorry, we're knocking, she says, at work when are inside
your park right now.

Speaker 6 (07:21):
Then their girlfriend says he's at work. Usually that will
go to the work.

Speaker 7 (07:27):
But the problem is she's gonna call them right and
then he's gonna run right. So they're probably gonna try
to use some type of ruse or whatever if this
guy is out on pro which I think he said
was that.

Speaker 6 (07:37):
Kind of works in our favor, Like we're.

Speaker 2 (07:39):
Just kind of checking to make sure, okay, if this
is a good address.

Speaker 6 (07:41):
And all that.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
You begin to get the sense of the frustration that
these guys have to deal with, fighting this battle with
their proverbial arms tied behind their backs.

Speaker 7 (07:51):
We're out here doing all this, all these man hours,
all these people out here trying to find them, trying
to get them, when we could have just I'm at
the jail of the locals.

Speaker 4 (08:02):
Would work with us, if they're allowed to work with us.

Speaker 1 (08:05):
When we get back, it's onto target number two as
the largest mass deportation in American history kicks off following
the inauguration of law and Border President Donald J. Trump.

Speaker 2 (08:17):
We've got the such thanks in custody.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
And then we'll get a chance to confront Illinois Governor
Pritzkert and then the second question is.

Speaker 11 (08:26):
And Chicago Mayor Johnson sold out the citizens of Chicago
before heading on to New York City and Baltimore, where
the hunt for more MS thirteen terrorists continued.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
Another one bites, You're here, don't move. To keep up
to date with Ben as he travels to expose the
truth about the Democrat destruction of America, follow him on
social media at Ben berkwam and check out his website

team as they head to their second illegal alien target.

Speaker 9 (09:18):
All right, so this is the next target we're going for.
He's a citizen of Guatemala. He has a criminal history
here for assault and battery with bodily harm. We have
a primary address and a secondary address. We're gonna try
the primary first. We've had surveillance on that address since
five thirty this morning. Our officers out there did see
a malismatic walk out the door pretty quick and walk

(09:38):
right back in. We weren't able to identify if it's him.
So our intent is to get in that area, get
set up on it and knocking that door and confirm
that he's there.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
For tens the tenhouse, Yeah.

Speaker 8 (09:55):
Yeah, and say you've got your one target in that holding,
and let's say the you know, five other people living
there are all illeagles too, You're not you're not even
checking on them at this point.

Speaker 2 (10:07):
I mean, you're not checking papers on.

Speaker 6 (10:09):
So what we're doing is we're going We're going for
the worst ones right now.

Speaker 8 (10:12):
Yeah, that's still crazy, though, the worst ones. We still
can't go break the door down and get that's.

Speaker 7 (10:20):
A probaty administrative warrant, so we can't go in there
and gravel.

Speaker 2 (10:24):
Wow, that's crazy. That's crazy.

Speaker 1 (10:33):
It's absolutely insane. And I bet most Americans have no
clue that it's this bad.

Speaker 2 (10:39):
Do we? So we have confirmation that he's in there.

Speaker 1 (10:42):
And to think there are idiots out there marching in
the streets to protect these scumbags. This is the system
that the left has created, and this is the system
that President Trump and his team are going to fix.

Speaker 8 (10:57):
But even if it was the actual guy with the
admin straight of warrant, unless they physically opened the door,
you can't.

Speaker 7 (11:04):
Even if they opened the door unless he comes out
or they give us consent to enter.

Speaker 6 (11:10):
They're home. Wow, so we can't even reach it.

Speaker 12 (11:14):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
Then we're onto target number three, where hopefully the third
times the charm.

Speaker 8 (11:21):
The third target of the day, we're getting worried that
target is here, went out, took his trash out. So
third target, we've got the suspect in custody.

Speaker 2 (11:45):
But you can just see how difficult this is what these.

Speaker 8 (11:48):
Guys have to do in order just to get one apprehension.

Speaker 2 (11:53):
We've got tom Oman, doctor Phil Beck here.

Speaker 1 (11:57):
It's pretty incredible to think about the amount of a
law enforcement it takes to put just one of these
guys in handcuffs. And all of this could have been
avoided if Chicago had put America first and worked with
ice rather than protecting the illegals.

Speaker 2 (12:15):
Do you mind tell me your name?

Speaker 4 (12:17):
Sorry?

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Where are you from? India? What do you make of
being detained to day? You want to say anything?

Speaker 13 (12:27):
I deserve a fair chance, like I'm married here, so
should you guys give me a chance?

Speaker 2 (12:34):
How long you been here?

Speaker 6 (12:35):
I've been here.

Speaker 13 (12:36):
I came in sixteen, in eighteen, I'm on an f
and visa so in around eighteen I had a fatal
dui crash and it ended up me being in prison
and literally ten days.

Speaker 2 (12:52):
I got out, hungry in prison for six years, nine months.
Well do you know the victim's name? What's their name?

Speaker 9 (13:01):
Yeah, Ryan, this subject, we had a previous address for
him that we were sitting on this morning. From five
thirty this morning, we would not see an activity that
was solidifying his location. Intel Anais was able to get
us updated information that pretty much it made us sure
that he was going to be there. Baseball we had
they were confident there. So that's when we started deploying

(13:22):
our teams out there to set up surveillance. While on surveillance,
one of our officers saw him walk out back, put
a garbage put garbage in the back, and we got
positive confirmation right there, right, one hundred percent confirmation that
our targets there. So then we just started developing a plan,
including a staging era which we're at right now for
post arrest and called in all assets. At the door,

(13:46):
I greeted him that I was with the police, and
then he gave me consent to enter and we immediately
took him into custody without incident.

Speaker 8 (13:53):
At all, The fact that you're having to do this
going out into the public where this guy was incarcerated
and was released. The impact of the policies, yeah, the
sanctuary policies. How that impacts your ability to take your out.

Speaker 9 (14:07):
A significant amount of time in the Illinois Department Corrections,
we did place a detainer on him. That detainer was
not honored, so he was a group of released back
into the public without notifying us. So if they did
notify us, we would be able to take him the
custody in a secure environment. Right, we doesn't have access
to anything, right, just whatever a prison would have. So

(14:27):
now we have to put all this manpower, all these
tax dollars to try to locate him.

Speaker 6 (14:32):
It does put us at risk right in the public.
We don't know.

Speaker 9 (14:36):
We're returning into his kingdom, his home where he has control, love,
and we're trying to really clean up sort of what
was allowed to happen by releasing him out to the public.

Speaker 8 (14:45):
What would you say the percentage if the guys are
going after a similar situation to that, you had a detainer,
they were released, you've got to go after them in public.

Speaker 6 (14:52):
Now, I couldn't put a number but it's very high.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
Thank you, Sarnie.

Speaker 8 (14:56):
What's amazing about this story is you know, we didn't
coming out here, we didn't know what their backgrounds were.
There's so many that these guys are going after, but
come to find out, this is a guy who caused
another Angel family. So Mariah's family, Maria's gone, and you
think about all of the Angel families across America. A
Mariah's family that will never get to see her again,

(15:16):
at least not in this life. You've got politicians and
policies that want to protect him more than they do
the victims in their families. It's not just illegal aliens,
it's people that were here on legal visas that broke
their contract with America. You come in under a visa,
there's certain things you have to do, and if you
break that, you lose that right to be here. This

(15:38):
guy did that, He broke his right to be in America.
He killed an American citizen in a dui crash.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
Now he has to live with that. The worst part though,
is I heard is I believe.

Speaker 8 (15:48):
It was his wife inside the house telling the ice
officers what they could couldn't do. Clearly coached by somebody,
whether that was one of the NGOs here locally or
the city itself. There's more money going into coaching illegals
on what to do to not be deported from these
sanctuary jurisdictions than there is on helping Ice and Board

(16:10):
of Patrol and all these guys do their jobs to
protect American citizens.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
It's all backwards.

Speaker 1 (16:15):
That's one down and twenty million more to go.

Speaker 8 (16:20):
The big takeaway so far today is just the difficulty
what these guys are tasked with, having to go in
house by house, having to knock, wait to be let
in or the suspect coming out. When ninety five percent
of these guys could be picked up in the jail,
but because of their sanctuary policy, they have to be

(16:40):
out here in the streets going to get them.

Speaker 6 (16:42):
Look, it is a great day.

Speaker 14 (16:44):
This is all government approach. Look, I've been doing this
three and a half decades and what President Trump has
put together is amazing. Or here in Chicago, and there
was a first operation of the size in complexity. We
had all our government approach, we had Marshall's ta FPI,
atf ICE E, r O, NHSI has President Trump committed

(17:08):
to We're going concentrated on in public saty threats and
national security threats.

Speaker 6 (17:13):
And that's what we did.

Speaker 4 (17:14):
Today, and I'm talking about Donald Trump and his administration.

Speaker 2 (17:17):
Tom Homan.

Speaker 1 (17:18):
Later on, Ben gets word that Governor Pritzker and Mayor
Johnson are going to be in the same location, so
he heads there to ask the questions that the mainstream
media refuses to ask. Let's just say they were not
very happy to see him.

Speaker 8 (17:34):
The amount of money that you've spent on harboring illegals
over the last four years and protecting them now, and
after Mayor Johnson's email that just went out yesterday saying
they're going to spend more money on protecting illegals at
the expense of the American citizens, in particular the West
Side and the South Side.

Speaker 2 (17:49):
We've got representatives here, I've got Bob Israel here. Why
not invest that money there? And then the second question
is are you are you?

Speaker 8 (17:56):
Are you going? Are you prepared to be arrested if
you don't follow me into President Trump's orders.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
He is about protecting the residents of the State of Villains,
the citizens.

Speaker 6 (18:06):
That is what it is about.

Speaker 2 (18:07):
The citizens.

Speaker 4 (18:08):
We will stand up for anybody who is standing up
the law.

Speaker 2 (18:11):
We follow the law in the state of Illinois.

Speaker 4 (18:14):
I'm very concerned that Donald Trump in the federal government
is not going to be following the law.

Speaker 15 (18:19):
You have given very clear instructions to our sister agencies
in all of our city departments that they should and
will and are expected to uphold our welcoming.

Speaker 1 (18:29):
City orders that protects the illegal aliens at the expense
of American taxpayers.

Speaker 15 (18:35):
We are sanctuary and welcoming state.

Speaker 6 (18:37):
That that has not changed.

Speaker 15 (18:41):
Because of who won the election. That's not gonna change.

Speaker 8 (18:44):
Are you receiving any money from the cartels? Or is
Mayor Johnson receiving any money from the cartels?

Speaker 2 (18:49):
Should you go through you over a rounds the top?

Speaker 1 (18:51):
Holding there, Mayor Johnson?

Speaker 8 (18:53):
What about the illegals that are victimizing americ Excuse me, sir,
American citizens.

Speaker 1 (18:58):
You've sold out the city.

Speaker 8 (19:00):
Excuse me, sir, you've sold out the citizens.

Speaker 1 (19:04):
Excuse me, sorry, You've.

Speaker 8 (19:05):
Sold out the citizens of Chicago.

Speaker 1 (19:08):
Are you prepared to be arrested?

Speaker 2 (19:09):
Johnson runs away.

Speaker 8 (19:11):
I've got Terry Newsom, Bob Israel King, Israel here, King,
this is it. And instead of protecting the citizens of
this city and this state and this country, these guys
are protecting illegal aliens and slapping people.

Speaker 6 (19:24):
In the face.

Speaker 2 (19:25):
They talked about two million.

Speaker 8 (19:26):
Dollars going to this company, ten million dollars going to businesses.
They've spent hundreds of millions of dollars protecting illegal aliens
and now defying President Trump and Tom Holman. Governor Pritzker
doesn't want you to know this. Mayor Johnson doesn't want
you to know this. Ron Emmanuel doesn't want you to
know this. This is why we saw the shift. This
is why President Trump won in such a landslide. It's
because everywhere from the west side to the east side,

(19:48):
the south and north side, across the country, around the cities,
they realize these guys are traders and liars.

Speaker 1 (19:54):
Here and from Chicago, we head to the bronx of
the New York City.

Speaker 4 (19:59):
The worst in the the worst of the worsted.

Speaker 1 (20:01):
Later on we'll join the operation to take out MS
thirteen terrorists in the suburbs of Baltimore.

Speaker 4 (20:09):
They are here victimizing Americans and we're here to stop that.

Speaker 1 (20:13):
All this and mores coming up next on Law and
Border only on Real America's Voice. Welcome back to Law
and Border. From Chicago, Illinois, we head to New York
City and link up with an ICE operation going down
in the Bronx.

Speaker 4 (20:34):
A twenty six year old Dominican mail.

Speaker 16 (20:37):
He's five to ten, one hundred and thirty three pounds.
Robert Linder tad on the left ankle. He's in proceedings
right now. His charges. He's got grand larceny, possession of
stolen property all pending. Last known address we have is
on here in the primary address section. I think it
goes without saying that we got to just stay.

Speaker 2 (20:57):
Videment regardless of the that o't see any indicators that
he's a violent individual.

Speaker 4 (21:03):
Anybody could be anybody.

Speaker 2 (21:04):
When you know they're back against the corner, all right,
So we're.

Speaker 16 (21:07):
Gonna go check it out, do a knock and talk
at zero six. Second target also at unis still in proceedings.
He's a thirty four year old Venezuelan mail.

Speaker 1 (21:19):
He's got.

Speaker 2 (21:21):
Menacing in the third degree.

Speaker 16 (21:22):
Is convicted of that felony, theft pending. And man, he's
a sad G member, all right. This guy is six
foot two and forty pounds, so he's a big guy.
Be cautious when you're around him, right, Like I said,
this is gonna be the secondary address. So once we
clear out of the first one, we'll head over to
that any questions, may concerns.

Speaker 1 (21:45):
And it's into the darkness we go, looking to shine
the light of justice. We join New York Deputy Field
Office Director Judy Almadovar en route to our first target.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
Major change between Biden Trump.

Speaker 1 (22:03):
I mean, you know what, we are always busy.

Speaker 8 (22:07):
I can only imagine trying to do all this in
this congestion too. It's even picking somebody out of.

Speaker 17 (22:16):
I mean, you know, New York is New York, right,
It's like you have to when you have to find somebody,
It's like finding a needle in a hay stack pretty much.

Speaker 2 (22:29):
Okay, m hm.

Speaker 18 (22:33):
We got a couple work.

Speaker 1 (22:49):
No luck on our first suspect. Either he's refusing to
open the door or he's somewhere else blended in with
eight million other New Yorkers. It's on its target upper two.

Speaker 8 (23:08):
How much of this is being taught to the illegals
that you know, if you don't open your door administrative warrant,
you can't gain entry. Are there is there a lot
of times where you have that where people just refuse
to open the door.

Speaker 17 (23:21):
Yes, that's especially I mean it was happening before a
lot and then it kind of like died down a
little bit, but now it's starting up again. I mean,
it's all about education, right, and they they you know,
there's people out there that are educating them on you know,
what they what they should or should not do if
ice comes to your door, so which you know, makes

(23:44):
the job a lot harder for us. We have reason
to believe that our target is in there. And speaking
with the the neighbor, he described a gentleman, you know,
same size and build, and he saw that. He said
he saw them in there yesterday. You know, obviously they
didn't open the door. There seems to be an older
lady in there that I didn't want to.

Speaker 2 (24:05):
Let us in.

Speaker 17 (24:05):
If you were asking the question, right, you know, do
they ask you for you?

Speaker 4 (24:10):
I don't know if you understood that the lady.

Speaker 5 (24:12):
Was at Oh, I don't have to open the door.

Speaker 2 (24:14):
They told me.

Speaker 17 (24:14):
I don't have to open the door. The owner of
the apartment told me, I don't have to open the
door for anybody, or you know, can you bring me
in order?

Speaker 4 (24:22):
They call it in order.

Speaker 1 (24:23):
We're now older, they so you know, we can only assume.

Speaker 17 (24:26):
That that person is in there and directing her on
what to say and and directing her not to open
the door. So give it a few minutes so we
could say that we did our due diligence.

Speaker 8 (24:39):
So being at sanctuary policy, here, do they do they
honor your ice detainers in the jails or No?

Speaker 17 (24:46):
No, primarily no, they did call us on a couple
here and there. They're still not honoring entertainers.

Speaker 8 (24:54):
No, if they were honoring your detainers, you could actually
just go and pick these guys up in jail. But
instead you you're having to do this.

Speaker 17 (25:01):
Instead, we're having to do this, which is not safe,
right for anyone, especially for for our officers.

Speaker 8 (25:07):
Talk about all the ways they make your job harder
or or your job is made harder.

Speaker 17 (25:13):
So so so one of the ways is like, for instance,
this this guy that was sitting on right now, he
was originally arrested for possession of a weapon. That charge
got pled down and then he ultimately got convicted of
menacing in the third so obviously, you know, a lesser crime.

(25:34):
So we see that happening a lot, you know, because
I guess they you know, they try to they try
to plead down these these uh serious charges. So that
they don't have, you know, obviously the consequences that they
would have with the with a more egregious crime.

Speaker 2 (25:49):
And that's coming from the das, you know who Yeah.

Speaker 17 (25:52):
Whoever's whoever's trying you know, the trying the case in
in in the court. A lot of charges are getting
dropped to like lately completely.

Speaker 8 (26:01):
And do you see that specifically for illegals where they
know if they get charged, there's a higher likelihood that
that person's going to get picked up, so they're dropping charges.

Speaker 17 (26:12):
Well, I mean, I could only speak for the work
that we do, right, we're only looking at people who
are amenable to removal. I'm not really sure if it's
happening to like a US citizen because we're not.

Speaker 8 (26:21):
Looking up the US citizens, but specifically to illegals, that
is happening.

Speaker 2 (26:26):
They're plating these down, are dropping charges.

Speaker 17 (26:28):
A lot of the times.

Speaker 19 (26:29):
Yeah, wow, okay, So these are the numbers that are accurate.
As of November seventeen, two thy twenty four, there are
approximately seven hundred and fifty nine thousand, three hundred and
nine non citizens on EERO New York City's total docket.
There are approximately fifty eight thousand, six hundred and twenty

(26:50):
six non citizens on the docket with either criminal convictions
or pending criminal criminal charges. There are approximately one one
hundred and thirty three thousand, six hundred and forty three
non citizens in New York City Area of responsibility with
a final order of removal.

Speaker 8 (27:08):
I'm sorry, that's that's an incredible number. And how big
is your ice office?

Speaker 1 (27:14):
How many officers?

Speaker 2 (27:15):
Yeah, we have.

Speaker 17 (27:21):
Close to the like to one hundred, two hundred and fifty.

Speaker 8 (27:25):
But you're going after fifty eight thousand criminals, another one
hundred thousand that have final proceedings and seven hundred plus thousand.

Speaker 17 (27:34):
Yes, So as you can you can see why we
need to prioritize our work taking care of the.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
Most important things. First, the worst of the worst, The
worst of the worst, worst.

Speaker 1 (27:47):
First, speaking of the worst. Up next, our Law and
Border team heads to Baltimore, Maryland on the hunt for
the notorious terrorist organization known as Thirty.

Speaker 4 (28:01):
Here victimizing Americans. We're here to stop that.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
They think it's funny, and it's time to show them
what justice looks like. And be sure to stick around
after the show for a special musical tribute by our
very own patriotic entertainer Dave Bray USA. To keep up

Welcome back to Law and Border. Our team heads from
New York City to Baltimore and hopefully they'll have a
little more success. It's another early morning going after criminal
illegals that the Democrats would like to protect. All Right, America,

(29:13):
It's time to meet Matthew Elliston. He's a Baltimore Ice
Field Office director and an all American badass.

Speaker 8 (29:21):
You were just talking about your field office leading the
country in sex vender cases.

Speaker 12 (29:25):
Yeah, I'd say the most proud thing I am about
the Baltimore Field Office is we leave the country and
sex offender arrest for immigration and Customs enforcement. Last year
week we just had a record of one hundred and
seventy five, which is the most that any Ice office
has ever done in a single year. The year before that,
we did one hundred and fifty three, which had been
a single year record. You know, the kind of work
that these officers do for the public safety in the

(29:46):
United States is immeasurable, you know, because every single one
of those sex offenders is somebody who would go out
and victimize somebody else but is now removed from the
United States and then not victimizing Americans. The Maryland judicial
system is for handing out twenty year sentences but all
but six months suspended, which is a very common practice here,

(30:07):
which is you know, I spent ten years in California,
and I never saw anything like that in California. You know,
I'm from the South, where they would have you know,
locked that guy with you know, thrown out the key.
But here in Maryland, it's very common to see a
judge issue at twenty years sentence and then make them
only serve six months.

Speaker 6 (30:25):
Wow.

Speaker 12 (30:25):
So those people are very very often released back to
the community, which is where you know, Immigration and Customs
Enforcement really shines. We have the ability to take those
people out of the community and remove them from our country.

Speaker 1 (30:37):
We're also joined by FBI Special Agent in Charge Bill
del Bono on this joint operation with the at.

Speaker 6 (30:45):
F out here today.

Speaker 20 (30:46):
It's always a top priority to the FBI to take
dangerous criminals off the street. We have a team here,
FBI agents, we have partners with ATF come out here,
and the individuals that look and pick up today are
associated with MS thirteen and drugs, guns, even trafficking. We're
going to do what we need to do in order

(31:07):
to keep our free safety.

Speaker 12 (31:09):
To no exaggeration, like we're legitimately defending America against like
these foreign born terrorists. Like day, we have an operation
going on. We have six different teams out trying to
locate thirteen different members of MS thirteen. You know, today's
operation is going to be a crippling world blow to
their criminal network. And it's all thanks to the work
of you know, you know, Immigration and Customers Enforcement and

(31:31):
our partnership with the Department of Justice. You know, the
FBI came with some of these cases, and then some
of our cases. We have some leads from the DEA,
the ATF, the United States Marshall Service, Like it's a
whole of government approach right now. And I can't tell
you how how excited we all are to be part
of it. The amount of change that this is going
to make locally here in the state, like everybody will

(31:52):
be safe for living in Maryland because of today's operation.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
How much does a sanctuary jurisdiction impede your ability to
do so?

Speaker 4 (32:00):
I'll give you a really horrific example. So last Saturday,
Prince George's County, which is one of only two sanctuary
jurisdictions and the entire state of Maryland, arrested an MS
thirteen member with a firearm and enough narcotics to be considered,
you know, possession for sale. And they released them right
back out of the street. I mean, this is not

(32:21):
a guy who's going to go out and teach Sunday
school like. This is someone who's going to go out
and possibly kill someone. And at the very minimum, he's
out there, you know, spreading fentanyl poison in our streets,
trying to kill people through narcotics. Sanctuary jurisdictions that are
doing that sort of activity are just creating more victims.
And that's ICE's number one goal is to stop the

(32:44):
creation of more victims through these kind of criminal activity.
You know, I'm so proud of the state of Maryland
and I first started here in twenty twenty two. Anne Arundel.

Speaker 12 (32:53):
Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City all
had hard sanctuary policies, and thanks to some collaboration, we've
gotten a lot of those counties to come back on
board with us. You know, Baltimore Citi's come back on
board with us for a while until the county executive
left to go be a US Senator. Prince George's County

(33:15):
was working with us. So this thing that happened last
Saturday with MS thir team being released, that's a new
slide back for them, which is a heartbreaking thing to see.
Montgomery County is a great example of what happens when
a sanctuary jurisdiction decides to come back to the table
and work with ICE. We came together the County executive, I,
we discussed it. We ended up coming back online, and

(33:38):
I could not be prouder of a jurisdiction to see
past the politics of it all and realize the amount
of public safety difference that can be made. And in
the you know, a little over a year that we've
been back working together, Montgomery County has seen a fifty
percent decrease in their violent crime stats. Like that is
a tremendous difference, and it's probably the largest from a

(33:59):
large county perspective to decrease in violent crime in the
whole country. The men and women of you know, the
Montgomery count of Police Department is a phenomenal police department,
but not releasing gang members and sex offenders back into
their community revictimize the citizens of this country. It really
makes that difference of their violent crime stats. That's a

(34:20):
great example just in Montgomery County. That is a county
that is, you know, it's very immigrant heavy. But I
think one of the things that's really important to remember
about this for for counties that are considering sanctuary policies
or that are sanctuaries, the number one most likely victim
of illegal alien crime are other illegal aliens. So if

(34:42):
they're trying to protect their illegal alien community, they should
be working with ICE because we will make sure that
the criminals are the first to go. That's how we've
always done it, you know, worst go first, and right
now is a prime example of how we are prioritizing
public safety and in today's open national security. MS thirteen

(35:03):
is a foreign terrorist organization. They victimize more people in
this country than al Qaeda or any of those terrorist nations.
They are here victimizing Americans and we're here to stop that.
The officer's morale avice has never been higher. This is
a time for them where spotlight is on and everyone

(35:23):
in the country now sees this kind of work that
we do day in and day out. The tempo and
the attitude has changed from being kind of pushed to
the side and to all of a sudden it's like, yeah,
well today we're out arresting twelve members of MS thirteen.
This is work that we've always done that the officers
are now getting public credit for what the work they're doing.

(35:44):
And it could not be more motivating to the staff
to be out here all day, every day making these arrests,
making this difference to public safety. When you see a
place like Montgomery County with a fifty percent decrease in
violent crime, that's something that every officer here takes great
pride in Baltimore Field officely's the country and the number
of sex offenders arrested, and I'll tell you there's nothing

(36:05):
that we could be more proud of. For every one
of those sex offenders that we arrest, that is one
less child, one less woman who has to be in
fear of being sexually assaulted here in the state.

Speaker 2 (36:16):
How much of your days spent like this waiting?

Speaker 12 (36:20):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (36:20):
This is the majority, right. But that's that's all law enforcements.

Speaker 1 (36:23):
You know.

Speaker 12 (36:24):
They say law enforcement is long periods of boredom interrupted
by sheer moments of terror. And that's that's no different
from what we do, daddy like patrol officer.

Speaker 2 (36:34):
So we've got some activity. Somebody came out, looked like
and went back in.

Speaker 12 (36:38):
It looks like they came out, looks like they may
have grabbed someone out of the car and then gone
back inside.

Speaker 1 (36:43):
When we get back, the pursuit is on it. Take
one more n thirteen terrorist thug off the street.

Speaker 4 (36:49):
They are here victimizing Americans.

Speaker 1 (36:52):
We're here to stop them and send them back to
the jails of l. Salvador or where being along. He
may smile now one, but he will cry later and
be sure to stick around after the show for a
special musical tribute by our very own patriotic entertainer Dave

(37:12):
Bray USA. Welcome back to Law and Border. Then we're
back out with Baltimore Ice Field Office Director Matthew Elliston

(37:34):
we've got some activity.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
Somebody came out, looked back and went back in.

Speaker 1 (37:38):
A male subject matching the description of our suspect leaves
the house and we pursue in case this is not
our suspect. However, we wait until we are far enough
away so other individuals in the house are not alerted
while a few agents stay back at the house on surveillance.

(38:01):
The vehicle is approached and the driver is checked and
fortunately for him, he's not he's locked guy.

Speaker 2 (38:09):
So we'll head back to the house and can you
talk about that. The guy you got yesterday.

Speaker 12 (38:14):
Yesterday's operation was one of the more prolific MS thirteen
members on the East coast. You know, it is what
we would refer to as like a shot caller or
a click leader. He's a person of interest in a
couple homicides here in Maryland. You know. Thankfully we were
able to find him, and he's he's been on the
run for quite a while, so we were lucky enough.

(38:35):
My officers are just they're the best in the business
in front of people that don't want to be found.

Speaker 4 (38:40):
So we were able to find him yesterday.

Speaker 12 (38:43):
Scoop him up and take him off the street like
it's definitely a win for the state of Maryland to
have that guy off the street.

Speaker 4 (38:49):
So we can't you know, further his criminal enterprise and
that of MS.

Speaker 5 (38:54):
Thirteen with your hands up, put your hands up, what's
your hair?

Speaker 1 (39:14):
And another MS thirteen criminal illegal is off of our streets.
Let's just pray an active ast judge doesn't try to
protect him like they're trying to protect Kilmar Albrego Garcia.

Speaker 8 (39:27):
And can you talk at all about his his involvement
that there's actually a European connection as well, if people
don't realize MS thirteen's global.

Speaker 12 (39:35):
Yeah, yeah, so you know MS thirteen, you know, like
the President said, like it's you know, it's an international
foreign terrorist organization.

Speaker 4 (39:43):
Like they're all over the planet.

Speaker 12 (39:45):
You know, they started off in Los Angeles, but that
doesn't make them any more of a global network. They
are just you know, as violent here as they are
in Europe, Central America, South America, you know, up through Canada.
You know, that is a virus that has spread through
our society. And you know, thankfully the work that we

(40:06):
knew here at Ice, you know, were the cures of
that virus.

Speaker 1 (40:12):
Heading back to the house, the call is made to
move in just in case. The guy we pulled over
called and alerted our suspect. Thankfully, just as our guys
moved in, the owner of the house arrived and when
she heard that she was renting a room to an
MS thirteen gang member, she happily opened the door to
let the officers in to arrest him man, just like

(40:33):
we've seen at all the other locations. As soon as
he's pulled out of the house, he starts talking about
his rights. Clearly he's been coached by leptist activists. Our
biggest enemies in this country are the enemies within who
are aiding in a betting these terrorists. This thug calls
himself El Chapo. Listen, you're Noel Chapo, buddy, but you

(40:57):
are going to jail and you are going to bed.
And we here at Law and Border just want to
say one thing, goodbye, Good riddics.

Speaker 4 (41:06):
And then the one bites said us, let's let's go
clean them up.

Speaker 12 (41:09):
We spoke to the homeowner. She told us that she
was running out some rooms, so we wanted to speak
to the guy who was driving the truck was our target.
So she let us into the common area and then
we were going down to knock on that guy's bedroom door,
and he walked out into like the common area of
the home, and as soon as he saw us, he
was just like, oh, yeah, I want to see a warrant.

Speaker 6 (41:31):
I was like, that's too late now, man, you're under arrested.

Speaker 12 (41:34):
So we showed him a copy of the warrant that
we had arrested them, and as we were leaving, the
homeowner was just like, thank you so much.

Speaker 6 (41:42):
For getting him, like like, I don't want bad people
living in my house.

Speaker 4 (41:44):
I'm like, yeah, you're right, you know, like, you know,
this guy's out hurting people and you.

Speaker 2 (41:48):
Could be next. Yeah, public service announcement, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (41:52):
Don't rent rooms to MS thirteen members.

Speaker 8 (41:55):
These guys are out here every single day catching these
bad guys. And it just got word that the MS
thirteen gang member that we picked up this morning looks
like he's gonna be charged with murder as well. It's
scumbags like this that these idiots that are out there
burning the American flag and fly in their own country's flag.
That's who they want to protect, and that's who sanctuary
policies protect.

Speaker 2 (42:15):
Thank God for.

Speaker 8 (42:16):
President Trump, thank God for Tom Holman, thank god for
the ICE agents and Border patrol agents who actually put
your neighborhoods first, unlike these politicians that want to protect
the legal aliens at your expense, and unlike these scumbags
who are burning the American flag and demand and to.

Speaker 2 (42:35):
Be able to stay here. Screw you go home.

Speaker 8 (42:40):
God Bless Ice, God bless President Trump, God bless everyone
in this administration that puts America first. This week, we've
got a tribute Hallelujah by Dave Bray USA. This goes

to Ice. You guys are sometimes demonized more than just
about anyone in our country right now for doing your

(43:02):

the American people. I want to say thank you again.

Speaker 1 (49:17):
For four years, we were unable to do this under

Speaker 2 (49:24):
Bleeding did stop for four years.

Speaker 1 (49:25):
Now it's plugged, and now thanks to President Donald J. Trump,
our Border Patrol is once again able to do their jobs.
We'll see firsthand what that looks like and what it
means for their morale. So you really don't want to
