the weekend's men, go fast, mister Delgada, Howard zero.
Speaker 3 (01:00):
My weekend was actually really good, really and it really
came together. Damon yesterday afternoon at about two o'clock to no.
I wish this had to do with food. I know
food is close to your heart.
Speaker 2 (01:17):
Did you get I'm sorry, excuse me, food is.
Speaker 3 (01:20):
Close to your heart. I know you're like a good meal.
Speaker 2 (01:22):
Did you get the yuca app?
Speaker 3 (01:24):
No? I didn't get the Yuka app. The Yuka app
probably would have exploded if I if I scanned what
I got from this place, that'll.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
Ruin any good trip anywhere. But anyway, so what did
you do?
Speaker 3 (01:33):
I went to a place called Chubbs. Keep it, keep
it to yourself. You know what I'm talking about, Chubbs Places.
It's BBH Burger's, Burritos and Heroes. It's in Farmingville, New York, Okay,
close by the best sandwiches I have ever had. Oh wow,
(01:55):
that's a big statement. I mean first, first, it took
me fifteen minutes of order because the you was insane.
It was huge, and first time there, I didn't know
what to expect. I'm looking at this, I was like,
oh my goodness. I thought it was just gonnat one
or a simple roast beef sandwich.
Speaker 2 (02:07):
No, it is the title of the place, the goal
of the place as well, to make you chubs.
Speaker 3 (02:12):
Could be but I ended up settling for the Angelo,
which is I think on the third row. Amazing. It
was nicely, nicely cooked roast beef, bacon, French fries, French
fries baked into the sandwich, French fries baked into the sandwich. Damon,
(02:35):
I forget what kind of cheese I think. I picked Swiss,
A nice spicy mayo that goes with it on a
nice toasted onion, garlic garlic roll hero. Oh my goodness,
I thought I could only finish half.
Speaker 2 (02:51):
What emergency room did you have on call? After you?
Speaker 3 (02:54):
None? I finished half, and I said, you know what,
this is too damn good to let sit. I gotta
finish the second half.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
You ate only half?
Speaker 3 (03:01):
No, I ate the whole damn thing. Oh okay, I'm
saying initially I thought I'm only going to be able
to eat half. No, okay, it was awesome that topped
out my weekend. I had a nice bike ride, I
had visit with the family. I did all this. No,
it was chubs. Okay, so thank you chubs. Speaking of
turning things on, they work better than get the free
(03:24):
hero with that plug. Wow, I don't know, all right,
maybe I'll just pick one up and bring it in
an interesting name. Yeah, yeah, okay, Well they have they
have they have what do you call it? You know
those places you get meat butchers, they're butchers. But they
opened up this this solo shop where they sell burgers,
Britos and heroes.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
All right, very good, you have it. Well, I'm glad
that was the highlight of your weekend. It was not
sure what that says, but I'm glad it was. So
it was.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
It was awesome.
Speaker 2 (03:52):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
I know we don't come in here talking about snod.
Speaker 2 (03:55):
That far from here. I have to check it out.
Aaron is not backing you up, saying it's really good.
Speaker 3 (04:02):
Oh, she's smart.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
I'd never heard of it before.
Speaker 3 (04:04):
She's the smartest woman I know.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
All right, everybody got to go get a job. Let's
go down there and check it out. Yea, So everybody
get a job. All right, very good.
Speaker 4 (04:11):
We'll have to leave right now and I'll come.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
Back for a sandwich. That sounds are you hungry? I am, huh. Okay,
it's not a good story to hear when you're hungry,
mister Nolan. I would ask you how your weekend was,
but I kind of know a little bit of how
your weekend was because I spent some of it with you.
It's right, it was always good to see you when
I know people couldn't possibly believe that we see each
other off the show, but that is the case. So
I'm sorry to burst your bubble. It was not involving
(04:36):
me putting pole in any trunks or even attempting to.
We had actually a nice breakfast lunch ourselves. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (04:43):
We I told my my buddies on the wadd I'm
like the guys. You know, he's a good tech guy.
You know, every boomer needs a tech guy. Yeah, he
bailed me out.
Speaker 2 (04:52):
I'm your tech guy.
Speaker 4 (04:53):
Yeah, and he helped me out with some stuff that,
you know, was it was up to me, I would
have gunned my falling right through my evight like I'm
talking like ninety three mile an hour, you know. But
I uh, I appreciate that. I never get tired. Dammy
never gets on my nerves.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
No, nor should I. No, let me tell me.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
I think you're the only one I could say that.
Speaker 2 (05:18):
I don't people realize how long me and Paul have
been friends. But but that's fine. We like to, you know,
keep it that way.
Speaker 4 (05:24):
Yeah. So people think my daughter's twenty fifth birthday party
she had, you know, she was the head of her sorority,
so all her girls come down every year for the summer,
a bunch of wacky twenty some year olds. Really, Yeah,
where it was, well, we take it easy of the Epstein.
(05:46):
We we get we have security for the predators.
Speaker 2 (05:50):
Okay, okay, very good, Aaron. I'm not sure what's going
on my screen, but say while or third's changing, I
guess this is old or cash or something. Okay, okay,
very good, All right, six minutes past our good show tonight.
John Solomon's going to join us at some point here
(06:11):
in the first half an hour. And I know mister
Solomon has an extremely busy night, so I always appreciate
him giving us a few moments when he can, and
he will tonight, I believe. And if he can't, that's
fine too, if he's too busy, But I hope he
can make it on because there's a lot to talk about.
We played at the America First Warehouse. By the way,
how great was the crowd at the America First Warehouse
on Friday min It was jacked up awesome. But we
(06:34):
played mister Solomon's appearance on I believe it was with
Steve Bennon, or maybe it was on his own show,
or I don't remember who.
Speaker 3 (06:43):
I think it was on with Bennon because he was
kind of breaking news.
Speaker 2 (06:46):
Yes, got right, Bannon. Was that SaaS down in Florida
where we were covering it, by the way, great job
by the Real America's Voice team covering that Friday night,
and we were on Socials Friday night, but we played
mister Solomon's clip of him talking to Steve about what
was going on to the FBI opening this, let me
get it right, a grand conspiracy probe on weaponization, which
(07:12):
of course everybody's wondering if this is going to open
the door to the special prosecutor, And so we want
to talk to mister Solomon about all of that. I've
heard mister Solomon today in different appearances he's made talking
about a little bit of this now. But I have
some things I want to ask in myself.
Speaker 3 (07:28):
Would any of this have to do with a certain
form or First, first.
Speaker 2 (07:32):
Lady, it has everything to do with her, does okay?
And it has to do with if, of course, the
fact that James called me, as we all knew at
the time, rewrote the Espionage Act, rewrote the statute to
let her off the hook because she was caught dead
to rights, get the orange jumpsuit ready for her. If
(07:52):
we're being honest, that is absolutely what should have happened.
And of course that's referencing eighteen USC seven nine twenty
three part of the Espionage Act that says the words
gross negligence. And of course, if gross negligence was applied
to what Hillary Clinton did, she was done dead to rights,
(08:13):
as we say, lock her up. But James call me
of course, ignored gross negligence, rewrote the statute and used
the words extremely careless. Well, what the hell's the definition
of gross negligence? That is the definition. And then of
course said the most famous this was that July fifth,
(08:34):
twenty sixteen, you'll never forget press conference where he said,
of course, the words no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute. And
of course Loretta Lynch, who was in the bag for
all of this too. It was all just a collusion here,
which just we knew it at the time.
Speaker 3 (08:52):
Right, Well, you remember that was he was put in
that position because she got busted. Meeting with Bill Clee
and on the tarmac in Arizona. Well, I do remember
that about a month or so before he came forward,
or I think a month and a half. It was
sometime in the in the late May early June area,
(09:12):
where you know, oh yeah, you know, we were just
there talking about our kids in golf yeah, okay, grand kids,
Yeah sure.
Speaker 2 (09:19):
And then Koby gets out in front of the cameras
on that. I'll never I'll never forget it because I
thought to myself, oh man, she's in trouble, because what
did he do. The first twenty minutes of the thing,
or first ten minutes absolutely made the case, point by
point for why she's dead. The rights right absolutely made
the case. We we looked at thirty thousand emails provided
to us by the Clintons, one hundred and ten of
(09:41):
them had this, fifty two of them had that, this,
had that, and he just went through, step by step
by step by step all the reasons that she was dead,
and then of course rewrote the statute, which of course
says gross negligence, and then said, well, extremely might have
been a extremely careless but no reasonable prosecutor, which was
(10:04):
a joke and still is a joke. And the fact
that she got off was a joke because we all
know that she was dead to rights on that. So yes,
that certainly that's a big part of of this. What
sounds to me the way mister Solomon describes it will
be a ten year connection that will basically be this
(10:30):
long running conspiracy right, And of course one of the
questions is what does that do as far as some
of the Statute of limitations, because that's up for debate.
There's a lot of things here, and mister Solomon of
course is on it like no one else. Mister Solomon,
of course at the time, was on it. Is reporting
(10:51):
throughout all of this, along with Devin Nunez. Yeah, a
whole network, Devin Noonz, yep, you look at it, along
with Cash Ashtel chasing down of course, who funded Christopher Steele?
And what's the one thing in all of the reporting
now that unfortunately, I think still leaves out And I
(11:11):
understand that focusing on the main players here, but Ben,
let's not forget the culpability of the media and all
of this. The media was not only rooting for Hillary Clinton,
but they were a lockstep in arm with the actual
with what was going on here with Fusion GPS and
(11:32):
Christopher Steel. The Washington Post reporters who they were set
Fusion GPS was setting up meetings.
Speaker 4 (11:37):
It was almost as if they were all directed to
follow the exact same script. Like you said, lockstep, but
it was almost like they were given their talking points
and everyone would follow them. Uh. It was one of
the greatest cover ups I've ever seen.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
Washington Post was setting up meetings set up through Fusion
GPS where they were meeting with wahs to Post reporters
basically telling them that the whole thing was a hoax.
Here's what we're doing.
Speaker 5 (12:06):
Now.
Speaker 2 (12:06):
If you're a reporter, you go, well, wait a minute.
But no they didn't. They go, oh yeah, really sounds
cod We got them now, boy, and still continuing to
write about it as if it was a real thing afterwards,
and they all got polzers these people instead of orange jumpsuits. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (12:23):
And let's not forget who needed to sign off on
all this.
Speaker 2 (12:27):
Oh yes, Oh, and all all goes to the top.
We all we argue now that the buck stops with
the guy at the top when it comes to these
things we're talking about now. It certainly all stops there
back then as well. Yeah, the most destructive, dangerous president
ever to hold the office of this country was one
(12:48):
in on this, knew about it, approved it, was aware
of it, encouraged it in any other word you want
to put to it. Yeah, and there's no doubt about that.
And one of my questions for mister Solomon, if for
lucky enough to get him on tonight and I hear
this being floated around. I saw mister Solomon, I mc
(13:11):
glenn beck today or yesterday or maybe it was today.
You know, well, what are the chances that this is
actually going to happen? And I asked myself, what are
the chances that it's not going to happen? And I
would have to put it at zero. Well, I can't,
I can't say zero, But I look at the players involved.
John Ratcliffe, now I'm now back in President Trump's cabinet.
(13:33):
Back in two thousand and twenty, John Ratcliffe, Ratcliffe blew
the whistle on this even before John Durham, three years
before John Durham was on this. What he did back
then Cash Mattel now at the FBI, obviously we know
what he was doing with Devin Newniz, who obviously is
not in the cabinet but obviously over at truth very
close with President Trump. Pam Bondy obviously at the time
(13:58):
was in Florida. But Pam Bondi represented this is the
point I made last week when people were screaming that
she should go. I mean, President Trump's not throwing one
of the five people who had enough guts to defend
him against the fake impeachment first time around. I don't
think he's thrown her under the bus. She was there
for him when no one else would be. So she's
(14:21):
there and the President, of course, was the target of
all of this. So the question of whether the president's
willing to to classify this stuff to get this thing Roland?
In what world would he not be? This has been
the bane of his existence for ten years. These people
(14:42):
have been worse than a mob like figures going after
him for ten years. If there's legitimate things here that
Chuck Grassley, Ron Johnson and others have uncovered discovered, what
possi would be the reason the president would not declassify
(15:03):
this and give Pam Bondi the green light to go
get a special prosecutor. And by the way, is it
somebody who's already approved by the Senate? I would think
that would have to be part of it. So everybody's
screaming for Gates. I think you can just let that
go because I don't think we're gonna I mean, but
I don't know this is the stuff we're gonna ask
john So there's a lot here, But boy, the media
(15:29):
don't let the media get away with their culpability here
and while we're talking about Brennan and Comy and all
of these, and rightfully so, but the media's complicity in
all of this runs deep and wide and should never
be forgotten. And no one's paid a price for it
in the media, none of them. They all got Perlitzers instead.
Speaker 5 (15:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
Well, you know what I've I've learned from watching President
Trump dealing with the media especial the last couple of years,
is that he will call them out and take them
to task and take them to court. He's done it
during the campaign. He just had that settlement with CBS
in sixty minutes over their garbage with Kamala Harris. So
(16:12):
if you don't think he's going to go back in
time once this, once this investigation kicks up, and if
they're they're proven to be complicit, I guarantee he's gonna
he's gonna sue.
Speaker 4 (16:22):
Yeah, well he's Uh, he's proven on more than one
occasion that he sued. And uh, I think my favorite
part about him suing is not the accountability. It's the
way the lunatics from the left get unhinged. They're talking
hands of like, this is sheer intimidation. This is what
a fascist would do, you know. So any time he
sets them up, I get like two or three days
(16:44):
of good quality trolling. It keeps me entertained.
Speaker 2 (16:47):
So yeah, uh so we're gonna effort giving mister Solomon.
And I know he's got a busy night of other
interviews talking about this as well, but hopefully we'll be
able to grab him. Friend, he actually might be jumping
on here in a little bits, so just keep an
eye out for that. I saw a slick in the building.
He's going to do some sports coming up, but any
other news we can do right now, let's get a
(17:07):
little news in before mister Solomon. John, Oh, well, we
think we might have him is if Yeah, let me
know if he's ready, And when he's ready, we'll get
to news and sports. Paul will have news as well.
Aaron and Fran holding it down on a Monday Live
from Studio six B. Of course, Real America's Voice want
to say hello to everybody in the chat.
Speaker 4 (17:25):
I think it'd be funny if when John came on,
you said, John, can you leave me alone? I'm trying
to do a show.
Speaker 2 (17:29):
You I don't want to do that. I love him.
Speaker 4 (17:37):
Yeah, did you hear that story?
Speaker 2 (17:38):
Yeah? The new the new thing now is like you
see when they like they call each other and they go, no,
you called me, what do you want? And the guy goes,
what like you just called somebody? Go what do you need?
Speaker 4 (17:47):
In our old office? I was off thing to do
that was the clothes.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
Please, welcome to the show, the the aforementioned, the great
and we do mean great and we appreciate when he
gives us a few moments. Sean Solomon, just the news
and just the news, no noise, mister Solomon.
Speaker 5 (18:02):
How are you hey?
Speaker 2 (18:03):
Guys doing well?
Speaker 5 (18:04):
Don Rickles is one of my favorites at De Martin Rose.
Somebody like nobody.
Speaker 2 (18:09):
Else, the best, the best man. You spend time on socials.
You see some old clips with him on Carson and
some of that. I mean, he just the best. He
couldn't be him now today, I don't think.
Speaker 5 (18:18):
But you couldn't. Yeah, you'd be thrown out.
Speaker 2 (18:21):
Well, there's lots to talk about, and I know you
have a busy night and I appreciate a few moments.
Your headline. FBI opens grand conspiracy probe on weaponization, opening
door to special prosecutors a lot to talk about here,
but can you just kind of give us the ten
thousand foot overview.
Speaker 5 (18:36):
Yeah, this is a big move by cash fit the hell.
Speaker 6 (18:38):
A couple of weeks ago he predicated the case started
to open and open an investigation that treats the last
ten years of weaponization as an ongoing criminal conspiracy. The
conspiracy is to keep letting Democrats off in the face
of criminal evidence. You saw that with Hunter Biden and
Joe Biden. You saw it with Hillary Clinton and the
email servers, and then on a convert every time a
(19:00):
Democrat had a problem, they would whip up a fake
case against Republican So you have Russia collusion that, you
got Ukraine impeachment, you got the Jacksonmiths King. So the
theory is that this was one single ongoing conspiracy that
involved members of the administration or the deep state, administrative state,
and Democrats working together to hijack.
Speaker 5 (19:23):
The criminal justice system for politics.
Speaker 6 (19:26):
And there was a little hint of this recently if
you looked at the Tina Peters filing that the Justice.
Speaker 5 (19:32):
Department, the Trump Justice Department did back in February.
Speaker 6 (19:35):
They said that one of the things that they told
the Tina Peter Appeals Appeal Court is that the US
Justice Department's looking at the way Tina Peters was dealt
with the Colorado election clerk who tried to investigate alleged
to regularities in the twenty twenty election, that instead of
using the judicial system for administering the law and public
(19:58):
benefit and government good, they used it to create political
penalty for opponents. And that was the first time the
Justice Department came out and said, hey, this is a
focus for US. Now with cash Betel opening this investigation,
they're looking at it as maybe multiple events all looking like.
Speaker 5 (20:16):
The same conspiracy. And why is that significant? Two things.
Speaker 6 (20:20):
One, you don't have to worry about a statute of limitations.
There are events in twenty sixteen, seventeen eighteen, very important,
but they're outside the statute of limitations if you charge
them individually. But when you make them a conspiracy, you
can go all the way back in time as long
as you bring it all the way forward to the
current timeframe.
Speaker 5 (20:37):
So that's one thing.
Speaker 6 (20:38):
And the second thing is you wouldn't have to bring
the case in Washington, d C. Why is that because
Jack Smith would be part of this conspiracy this alleged conspiracy,
and he brought the classified documents case against Donald Trump
after Joe Biden discovered he had a classified document, Bob,
So let's make Donald Trump own it and that raid
(20:58):
that bes opened in the rate of lago at the
criminal prosecution in Florida, which allows Florida to be picked
as a potential venue for the grand jury and for
future trials. You'd probably get on much better special prosecutor
with getting much better hearing in Florida with the more
mixed Sury poll than Washington, d C.
Speaker 5 (21:17):
Where ninety percent of the jury polls all Democrats.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
Yeah, I mean, I mean that's the main the first
main point. It's not even worth doing if it would
have to be in DC, right, I mean, it's just
I mean, so obviously that's a big part of it.
You answered the Statute of limitations part. So let's get
a little more specific on the Statute of limitations. We
all remember July fifth, twenty sixteen, we were just talking
about it, getting ready for you. James Comey goes up
rewrites the Espionage Act from the you know, the wording
(21:43):
in the Espionage Act from gross negligence, which obviously had
her PEG dead to rights to uh when he says, well,
they maybe were extremely careless after he spent ten minutes
laying out exactly why she was dead to rights. Going
back to that specific event, could something like this revisit
just that and her and Camy and Clinton.
Speaker 5 (22:05):
Yes, in fact, that's where the conspiracy ultimately starts. In
the FBI.
Speaker 6 (22:10):
Investigation that Cash Mattel has stood up. They look at
that moment and say, all right, James Camy exceeded his authority,
rewrote the statutes, did not check with the Justice Department,
but as FBI director made a proclamation, he wasn't entitled to.
But now here's a part that we forget, and it's
only because Chuck Grassey keeps persisting. A few weeks before
(22:30):
James Comy started to exonerate Hillary Clinton, the FBI received
new classified intelligence that suggested that there was potentially criminal
behavior and.
Speaker 5 (22:41):
That it might have even involved Loretta Lynch. That's all
we know.
Speaker 6 (22:45):
The reason we know that is that there's a passing
reference to it in the Justice Department Inspector General investigation
of Hillary.
Speaker 5 (22:52):
Clinton's email case.
Speaker 6 (22:54):
All of the evidence to sitting in a classified annex
of that report that Chuck Grassey has spent seven years
trying to get released. I hope to take to President
Trump later this week. I'll ask him, are you going
to get that evidence to classified? But if you put
that there and you realize they exonerated Hillary Clinton after
knowing there was new evidence of criminality and they consciously
(23:16):
chose not to investigate it, You've got the first part
of the wash rints in spin cycle. And then in
that same month, that same month where they're exonerating Hillary
Clinton despite the fact that there's new evidence existing there
might be criminality, they open up on Donald Trump, but
only after intercepting what John Durham calls the Clinton Plan intelligence.
(23:39):
They intercept a conversation the Intelligence Committee does where they
learned that Hillary Clinton has approved a plan to hang
a fake Russian shingle on Donald Trump's campaign. Now, so
essentially cancock the Russian collusion, scandaled a false leave to
solve a political problem for herself. They learned that first,
in fact, Obama himself is personally briefed on it by
(24:02):
John Brennan, and then they open up on Donald Trump.
So now you have evidence of criminality, but you intentionally
protect the Democrat and then you know.
Speaker 5 (24:09):
You have fake evidence and you open up on.
Speaker 6 (24:12):
A Republican Now that starts to look like a conspiracy
to medal in the twenty sixth elections. And then kicking
forward to twenty twenty, same pattern, different allegations. Ukraine hunter Biden,
China wants to interfere on behalf of Donald Trump, orcuse
me on behalf of Joe Biden in twenty twenty, and
they don't investigate it. They look the other way, just
like to look the other way, and this intelligence, that
(24:34):
pattern keeps repeating itself, and that's.
Speaker 5 (24:35):
When it starts to look like in conspiracy.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
And in twenty twenty, John correct me if I'm wrong,
but didn't John Radcliffe, who was denied at the time
under Trump in twenty twenty kind of declassify and release
some of this information. He had handwritten notes between Brennan
and Obama. Then he did some of the work that
kind of Durham talked about three years later. But Ratcliffe
was really the original source of kind of declassifying some
of this, wasn't he.
Speaker 6 (24:58):
Yeah, even before him, Rick Well with Cash Betellus, his
temporary deputy is acting d and I began the process
Radcliffe releases a lot more, and then John Durham released
a lot more. There are still two very important pieces
of evidence that a jury or a grand jury would
need that are.
Speaker 5 (25:15):
Still highly classified.
Speaker 6 (25:17):
One is whatever that intelligence was that came in that
they should have investigated on Hillary Clinton before deciding whether
to declare her. And then the specific information, what did
they intercept that let them know that Hillary Clinton had
approved this Russian collusion dirty trick on Donald Trump. So
if those two things were to get declassified, and Durham
(25:39):
speaks in his report of the fact that.
Speaker 5 (25:41):
The Clinton plan intelligence wasn't classified, it was a limitation
for us to bring information to the jury. Now you
can bring that grand jury and bring that to the.
Speaker 6 (25:51):
Grand jury, and now people have these aha moments, like,
all right, they had Hillary, they let her go, they
had nothing on Trump, they investigated him and made his
life missible.
Speaker 5 (25:59):
I'm starting to see a pattern here.
Speaker 6 (26:01):
The second part of it is John Durham would have
had to bring all of this in Washington, DC, and
he tried twice and both times and jury acquitted people
who the evidence showed probably committed crimes.
Speaker 5 (26:12):
Now with the.
Speaker 6 (26:13):
Grand conspiracy concept, you can bring this in Florida. You
might get a more fear hearing in Florida.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
So, John, here's the question I think of when I
look at Radcliffe. Obviously we just talked about what he
did in twenty twenty. Cash Ptel now part of the cabinet.
Obviously Devin newn is still very close with the president.
What possibly would be the reason the President Trump, who's
the target of all of this, whose life has been
they've targeted him like a mob would target somebody for
(26:42):
the last ten years. He's in this position. He has
all these people now who were there then, who are
in the cabinet now? What possibly would stop the President
from declassifying this?
Speaker 5 (26:54):
Nothing that I.
Speaker 6 (26:54):
Could think of, other than maybe if there's some sensitive
intelligence methods about how they gathered this information.
Speaker 5 (27:00):
Was it submarines going along telephone lines in the ocean?
Speaker 6 (27:03):
You know, you could imagine something like that saying, well,
that part is going to declassified. But I think Donald
Trump's inclination has been all along to authorize the release
of information, and I think he have no problem to
classifying that.
Speaker 5 (27:17):
Pash Purtel has.
Speaker 6 (27:18):
Already created the FBA predicated file. That's important, and now
Bam BONDI can particularly to move past stuff, evolving all
of the Jeffy Epstein stuff.
Speaker 5 (27:28):
She can be the hero here.
Speaker 6 (27:29):
Yes, let's do this, And secondly, I'm going to name
a special prosecutor, and third I'm going to put it
in Florida, her home stake. I think that those sort
of dominoes could all fall very quickly, and for the
first time really since we uncovered all of this stuff
back in seventeen and eighteen with Sarah Carter and Iron
Sean Henny, you have an opportunity to see some sort
of a machinery that looks like you can meet out
(27:51):
real accountability, real indictments, real convictions, which is something I
think so many Americans have been frustrated hasn't happened.
Speaker 2 (27:58):
And when you look at us special counsel and you
look at who it could be, do you think it
has to be somebody who's already been approved by the Senate,
who's within Trump World administration, or can it be I mean,
obviously people, you know, you always hear people bring up
Matt Gates and these things. They want somebody who was
going to go after What do you think when it
comes to that, Well, keep in mind.
Speaker 6 (28:18):
That the president successfully knocked out Jack Smith from the
Florida kase. That's how the Florida Classified Documents case ultimately
got dismissed by arguing he wasn't lawfully appointed because he
wasn't a Senate confirmed person. Therefore he couldn't be a
special counsel. So it'd be hard for the President's Justice
Department to pivot and flip on that after that ruling.
Speaker 5 (28:38):
Now the Justice Department has a problem.
Speaker 6 (28:40):
It has a very few US attorneys that have been
confirmed by the John Thun Senate yesterday, So they have
a shortage of US attorneys and a plethora of crime.
You've got the legal aliens, You've got the attacks on Ice,
you've got the Chinese spies. I think a scenario, possible
scenario is that the president turns to a cabinet member,
(29:01):
someone who previously was a prosecutor or a judge, John Ratcliffe,
epa administrator Lee's Eldon. By the way, Lee Eldon played
a major role in unraveling this when he was on
House Judiciary and see you're Senate confirmed, you're going to
do double duty.
Speaker 5 (29:17):
Like Marco.
Speaker 6 (29:18):
Marco was a National Security advisor in the night. He's
also the National Archive because he's got three jobs. Lee
or John, you take two jobs and you become a
special prosecutor, you've met the requirement of the Senate confirmed,
you keep it in house, and you don't drain one
of the handful of federal prosecutors that already have their
hands full because we have so few confirmed federal prosecutors.
Speaker 5 (29:39):
I think that's a scenario you could see play out
in the next week.
Speaker 2 (29:44):
Rick Delgata has a question, John, how are you?
Speaker 5 (29:47):
Yes?
Speaker 7 (29:48):
Good?
Speaker 3 (29:48):
Good to see Rick, Good to see you. And I've
got like eighteen questions, but I narrowed it down to
this one because, well, because you can mention it. You
keep mentioning the Durham investigation, which at the time we're
all disappoint pointed at the outcomes because we really didn't
get much. But the one thing I kept mentioning whenever
we talked about it was it was amazing at how
much was revealed in testimony, especially from the people that
(30:12):
worked for Hillary Clinton. Now is any of that testimony
has that been kind of the genesis from what Durham
has dug up that is kind of now being brought
back into this case to kind of say, here's what
we have already under oath testimony from those cases that
we can use to explore this even more.
Speaker 6 (30:32):
It allows a new special prosecutor who's looking at a
more grandiose conspiracy ten years, multiple examples of letting Democrats
off and going after Pauseley Republicans to basically have a
cliff notes a speed read moment, which is we could
just resubmit that we already have that we're going to
submit that as testimony to move quicker towards the grand jury.
It would speed up the process. Rick, you and right
(30:53):
on the money on that. That's an enormous benefit. And
then once you have a predicated behavior, once you've established it,
they did this one months before. Now you introduce a
new example of that. Let's take the irs whistleblowers who
were trying to pursue Hunter Biden they weren't allowed to
and then Donald Trump gets jammed up on Ukraine. Now
that second episode looks an awful lot like the one
(31:13):
you've already proved in Russia collusion. That starts to create
the mechanism to show a fully engaged conspiracy that you
could take.
Speaker 5 (31:21):
It to Jack Smith.
Speaker 6 (31:23):
All right, they found Joe Biden with classified documents in
his office in his garage, and then he decided, well,
we're going to let him off the hook, but even
though he didn't have the right to declassify his documents,
to take him home, and we're going to actually stick
the same allegation on Donald Trump, who by the way,
had the right to do classify and take him to
his own You see a third time of this, and
(31:43):
that Washeran's repeat cycle starts to make a lot of
sense to grand jurors and eventually jurors, so that speed
reading that Durham investigation could really make the process of
a new prosecutor a lot more comfortable and quick.
Speaker 2 (31:56):
Cool, good, you know, John, It's funny you say that
because one of the things that my attention today over
at Miranda Devine had a poll that I think it
was RAS music. I had a poll that shot most
of them still believe Russia collusion was a.
Speaker 5 (32:08):
Was a rison.
Speaker 6 (32:10):
Yeah, they're drinking from the same he takes it out
and that Kagekomy was drinking.
Speaker 2 (32:15):
What's the Is there a time frame where you feel like, Okay,
if this is going to happen, it has to happen.
Is it a month, a week? What's the timeframe on this.
If it has to happen, it has to be by
X and Y.
Speaker 6 (32:27):
I think you know, listen, it can be any time
you want, because the statue of limitations on the most
recent crimes go all all the way up to twenty
twenty four, So you got time on the statue. I
think for the good of the country, for all the
ricks who feel like I do that, Hey, we had
John Durham, we got nothing, and we had all these
other things and we got nothing. Great, I'm glad we
had hearings, but no one went to prison for this,
(32:49):
and so the temptation to do this again is great.
I think doing it this summer is important from a
political standpoint. It delivers on one of Trump's one one
of the Trump's few remaining undelivered promises, which is meeting
out real accountability. Sure we fired some people, Sure we
took away some pensions and salaries, but no one went
to prison for what has been a continuous cycle of
(33:12):
what feels like criminality to Americans. So I think doing
it this summer, and doing it in the shadows of
the screw up that was a Jeffrey Epstein documents release,
it sort of reboots the whole transparency and accountability initiative
that I think Donald Trump legitimately believes in. Uh Thairdly
pambody you know, had a little bit of a misstep
(33:33):
for two or three or four on the all right
T T fortune I can I can raise that anty,
but it kind of reboots everybody. And in this case
you've got Cashptel starting it, the Attorney General affirming it
and doing it. You kick it to a special prosecutor,
(33:54):
which gets it out of justice and all the deep state.
It could be an incredible solution that the base of MAGA,
but also just Eavy day Americans can say, I agree
with That's a good idea.
Speaker 5 (34:03):
Let's do it. I think the time to do it
is now. There's no reason to let this drag on
like the Epstein stuff is dragged on.
Speaker 2 (34:10):
Speaking of that Epstein stuff, obviously the consternation in MAGA
world and if you have to go, John, I know
you have a busy night. I got some time two
other things. So obviously the feeling amongst most people who
follow this very intently or even follow it just kind
of what a passing thing is that there's this list
of their list out there of individuals that was kept
by Glenn Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein of people who have
(34:34):
an appetite for having sex with underage girls. To your knowledge,
is there been any evidence that you've ever reported on
found that such a list exists.
Speaker 6 (34:45):
Well, if such a list existed, almost certainly the United
States Justice Department would have used it to convict Maxwell, right,
because that was.
Speaker 5 (34:55):
The whole thing.
Speaker 6 (34:57):
The fact that they didn't, they didn't put that best evidence,
which would have been smoking gun evidence, is a pretty
good sign that probably Jeffrey Epstein probably didn't keep a
ledger saying I took ten thousand for this politician on
this night to have sex with his fourteen year old girl.
By the way, the mob knew everything they did, but
they didn't write it down either. I think that if
(35:17):
you're doing something as horrible and illicit and as destructive
as Epstein, you probably don't write that down. And I
think what happened was Pambody created the false assumption that
such a thing existed.
Speaker 2 (35:28):
It didn't.
Speaker 6 (35:29):
Now when people say what was the client list, what
was his his list of people? The Black Book the
Address Book, which, by the way, a judge released in
twenty twenty three, is a really strong piece of evidence.
Speaker 5 (35:42):
You saw it used in the Maxwell trial and.
Speaker 6 (35:45):
It became corroborating evidence that Jeffrey Epstein was essentially engaged
with these sort of people, had their personal phone numbers.
You also have another thing, the number of people who
went to the island and on the dates they did,
the people who were on the plane that went to
the island, as opposed to taking je Epstein's plan and
just going to speech in.
Speaker 5 (36:02):
Another city, you know, which is just the thing he
would do.
Speaker 6 (36:05):
Those are the pieces that I think show the most
obvious client list.
Speaker 5 (36:10):
But I just don't think he kept a ledger. You know,
no mob boss would keep a ledger on the skims.
Speaker 6 (36:15):
And I don't think Epstein would have kept a specific
ledger of sex with this girl in this state for
this guy for this amount of money.
Speaker 2 (36:23):
It was done in.
Speaker 6 (36:24):
Memory and done in verbal and then probably let the go.
Now that said, there's a lot of stuff that the
Pump administration could do to make good with the American people,
to make up for this false start that Van Bondi started.
One of them is we talk about the FBI documents,
All of that's out there. Cash Betelz turned everything over
to Justice. I don't think there's a lot more we're
(36:44):
going to get out of it. But separate of the FBI,
there was a grand jury and paneled in New York
and in grand jury paneled in Florida State Court. Florida
State was two thousand and eight. SDN y or New
York was twenty nineteen. Those files should be unsealed. Just
unseal them and whatever it is that the grand jury heard,
(37:05):
Let the American people be a second grand jury look
at him.
Speaker 5 (37:08):
That's something that Pam Bondy could do with a flick
of for pen tomorrow. Go to the court, get the
grand jury judge toal it, go do it.
Speaker 6 (37:15):
I think there's one other area that we're not thinking of,
or I haven't talked much about in the media the
last few months, but I think there's reason to believe
there is a file. In fact, I have confirmed there
is a small file on Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaker 5 (37:27):
At the CIA. No, he wasn't an asset, it wouldn't
be that good. He probably was.
Speaker 6 (37:33):
He was not a knock, he wasn't a controlled agent,
but he had various interactions with the CIA going all
the way back to the nineteen eighties when he was
working for.
Speaker 5 (37:43):
A guy named Koshogi. No, not the guy that got
chopped up by the Saudi prince a few years ago,
the journalists that.
Speaker 6 (37:49):
Got chopped up, but that guy's father, Koshogi, the journalist
his father had none was a major player in the
Iran contra scandal. And it just turns out that one
of the clients Jeff Epstein handled financing forbe in nineteen
eighty five and eighty sixtep three left Bear Stearns was Koshogi,
the father, the very man that was helping Ali North
(38:11):
conduct the I Ran Conscious channel. It is impossible to
think that the CI would not have interacted with Jeff
by Epstein in that occasion.
Speaker 5 (38:19):
And I have confirmed with multiple.
Speaker 6 (38:21):
Trump administration officials that the CIA had a has a
small file of interactions on overseas matters over a ten
or twenty year period.
Speaker 5 (38:30):
He's dead.
Speaker 6 (38:31):
There's no reason for the CIA to hold that back.
That's the thing that Ratcliff could do. And I think
in a few months of all that happened, no one
would be yelling at Pam Bondi anymore, and Donald Trump
wouldn't have to talk about it anymore. We'd get a
full accounting of what was in the government's files real quickly.
Speaker 2 (38:47):
Dan Bongino, do you think he stays?
Speaker 6 (38:49):
I do, yeah, I said Friday night when I was
on Abandon broke in with the word that no Cash Betel's.
Speaker 5 (38:55):
Not leaving like the reports from suggesting, and.
Speaker 6 (38:58):
That Dan Bongina was a little trait, that he was
a litt upset, but that I think taking the weekend
to reconsider things, he would calm down. Cooler heads would prevailed,
and he would probably show up for work on Monday,
And he took some time. Cooler heads prevailed, he showed
up for work, and I think he's here for the
time being. Is he going to stay for five all
four years of the Trump presidency?
Speaker 5 (39:17):
Probably not.
Speaker 6 (39:18):
You know, his radio business is suffering without him. I
think he has to think about that. That probably weighs
on him, but I think he'll see through and listen.
What better thing for Dan Bongino in Cash, Mattel and
Pam Body to have as a legacy but to deliver
a special prosecute investigation that looks at the era of
weaponization as one ongoing conspiracy. It meets out some real accountability.
(39:40):
That would be one hell of a legacy. Dan Bongino
can go back to radio and talk about that for
a long time.
Speaker 2 (39:45):
If you Pammen to that, I know you got to
go last quick thing. I don't know if you saw,
because I know you've been busy with this all day.
The New York Times Today made an effort, I think,
to try to come to buy it. I thought, I
don't know that they hacked him at all, because Dot
was very helpful, just quarly. I mean, obviously we all
have our own opinion of how infirmed this guy was
(40:06):
and what they did. Do you think anything comes from
the smoke that's around this or there's no fire here?
Speaker 3 (40:11):
I do.
Speaker 5 (40:12):
Listen.
Speaker 6 (40:12):
In a few minutes, I'm gonna be on with James Toby,
James Comer, The Good James, The Good James on Hannity,
and I'm.
Speaker 5 (40:20):
Sure that question is gonna come out. Listen. This was
what we would call, in Watergate terms, a limited modified hangout.
They gave enough ground to.
Speaker 6 (40:31):
Let the American public swer right, we kind of knew
what was going on and then but didn't go all
the way. I think it's very damning that Joe Biden
want to acknowledge that he was using the autopen that
other people authorized the signatures he was read in. He
said on all of the of the decisions, but he
did not even know who the mass pardons in those
(40:53):
you know, marijuana and other ones were I think that
that can be an invalidating potential revelation that the.
Speaker 5 (41:00):
Courts might say the bardon power is pretty absolute.
Speaker 6 (41:03):
As long as that don Joe Biden generally knew and
designated his power, that's.
Speaker 5 (41:07):
Okay, all right, then we'll know that. But I don't
think I agree with you. I think the New York Times,
if they were trying to help Biden, don't give him
any more help, Joe Biden would be saying, don't help
me anymore. Not helpful guy.
Speaker 2 (41:18):
Yeah, stop party.
Speaker 5 (41:20):
I think it was a hurtful story for Joe Biden.
Speaker 2 (41:22):
Yeah. I always appreciate your time. You gave us a
lot of it tonight. I really can't love you.
Speaker 5 (41:27):
We love you.
Speaker 2 (41:28):
Thanks so much, Sean, and uh, we'll speak to you soon.
Speaker 5 (41:31):
Sounds good, guys, Thanks for loving all right, the.
Speaker 2 (41:33):
Great John Solomon there just the news. I know John's
got a night full of interviews, so and I appreciate
giving him in. It was about thirty minutes or so.
So I really appreciate that. A lot of good stuff there,
which you think boys slick. First of all, how are you?
I'm doing good, big date, Welcome to the show. How
was your weekend?
Speaker 8 (41:48):
That was fantastic? Good weekend there, very good.
Speaker 2 (41:49):
We'll get to sports here in a second. Rick got
a I'll start with you, which think.
Speaker 3 (41:53):
Great stuff by John always he always brings, he always
brings everything when he comes on, So we appreciate that.
I think he made one important one, well, this important note.
I think if this conspiracy investigation goes the way we
(42:14):
all think and hope it should go, where the bad
guys are finally exposed and have to pay for their crimes,
I think that's going to go a long way to
like he said, kind of putting this Epstein thing to
the onto the back burner for a while, because these
are the things, like like Damon said, at the beginning,
(42:35):
right at the start, right at the start of when
he came down that escalator, that's when all this stuff
started to move into motion to take Trump out.
Speaker 4 (42:44):
So well, I was hoping to get a question in
there because for me, the what we keep missing in
this Epstein story, For me, it's his like, and I'm
glad he went back to the fast and furious thing
because I wanted to bring that up, because I knew
he would be able to talk about that. But the
hell he's been trench for so long, Mike. Question really
would have been with the paper trail and his fantastic
(43:04):
money laundering skills and the way he could bundle channel
and bypass, you know, the eyes of big Brother. I
would like to know, is there somehow, some way a
way to like kind of open up some of those
pathways for journalists, if not government, to really go in
and look at those trails, who touched the money, who
benefited from those transactions, and how it affected our politics
(43:27):
long term.
Speaker 2 (43:28):
We're going to get John to the warehouse one of
these Friday nights and we can get to all this
stuff on a longer format. I knew John how to go,
So all right, a lot from Studio six B. We'll
start the show when we get back right after this.
(44:10):
All right, thirteen to the hour Life from Studio six
to me on a Monday, July fourteenth, brand new week.
Glad you're in Six's going to do some sports still,
God has got news. Paul Nolan's going to do some
news as well. Aaron and Fran holding it down as always.
We just spoke to the Great John Solomon for a
while about all of what's going on, and we'll see again.
I just, you know, asked him, I don't see why
(44:32):
the president wouldn't do this if at all all's it's
going to take is a declassification from him on these
things and then a green light for a special prosecutor.
Given who and what's involved here and the people around
him and the people who have been there with him
for these last ten years now, most of them in
this cabinet, what possibly would be the reason for this
(44:52):
not pushing forward here? And by the way, I would
I don't want to put words in John's mouth, but
to me, I to good that you should see something. Boy,
I'd be surprised if you don't see somebody in the
next week, if this is going to move forward. If
we don't have somethingbody in the next week, you got nothing, well,
I don't know if you have nothing, but it would
I would be surprised.
Speaker 3 (45:11):
Well, remember last week they dropped the Brendan and Combe investigations.
That's there under investigation. I'm sure it's all tied in,
so it seems like they're starting to roll it out.
Speaker 2 (45:21):
Yeah, all right, we'll say twelve minutes till the hour,
let's do some sports and then we'll get back on truck.
We'll do some news. Sports is brought to you by

you imagine six oh six to oh, unbelievable. And then

Speaker 9 (46:15):
But he did defeat world number two Carlos Alchories, who
gave him a hell of a match. I'll tell you
midway it looked like Alchoriz was going to pull it out,
but the final run was there, six'. Four alchoriz took

Saludcarbahal a Democrat, from california the setting a mob of
left wing rioters On An immigration customs, enforcement agent which
landed the agent in the. Emergency room so it looks
like they've taken this. Extremely seriously which is another complete
show of the difference Between This justice Apartment and president

And la monica McIver are openly encouraging and leading their
supporters in assaulting. Law ENFORCEMENT so i say we throw

Speaker 4 (57:21):
Right now it's up. To us it's up the rick
if you wanted to play. THAT clip i know he
wanted to get, it in but uh, UH yeah, i.
Thought Uh Mandy patent Kinshills for hamas, says Gozlwater, defend Israel.
Hurts Jews mandy petent and the entertainer Known As indigo
Mondoya And rob Rod As princess bride is seeing Exactly
(57:42):
what Hamas wants Western and leeds. To say blaming the
gozzlet War on jews while ignoring. The, hostages Hamas the
palestinian terro organization that began the War on, october seven,
twenty three murdering Twelve hundred israelis and taking over two
hundred and, fifty hostages aims to use propaganda To discourage
israel in the wester fron. FIGHTING back i thought this
(58:03):
was interesting, to See Uh, mandy, pittankin uh, you know make.
THESE comments i thought it was a, little pretty pretty
far out.
Speaker 3 (58:13):
OF uh i thought it was a little.
Speaker 4 (58:15):
BIT crazy I asked jews all over the world to
spend time alone and think is this success THE well i,
asked you uh to spend time alone with some of
the some of your. Meds UP sorry i got the.
Wrong tweet this is a response to you to take
some of your meds by yourself and ask you how
You'd stop hamas from achieving the end To The. Promised
(58:35):
LAND so i, just thought so of these celebrities of
timing IN and i REALLY don't i don't.
Speaker 3 (58:41):
Get it, but well he's he's just. Another example. You

Unquote The, chuck schumer the Self hating jews that are. Out,
there yeah that chill for everybody else except for so,
you know the the the Survival. Of israel it's it boggles.
THE mind, i mean you don't have to with everything
that Net and yahoo and, their government does.
Speaker 4 (59:03):
YOU know i feel That's how i'm with you. ON
that i Think that yahoo has been nailed lying a.
GAZILLION times i just think they'd be way better off
with a different face pitching the promotion, of, this because let's,
be honest it's the end of. THE day i still, think,
that Well it's. America first if it could, be sick and.
THAT'S fine i am definitely one of those people who
(59:23):
Thinks these muslim gangs have gotten so far out of
control and the lack of any interest in conforming to
the Culture of america gets on my nerves to say.
The least and, you KNOW like, i said it bakes.
My potatoes AND so i do think there's a little
more nuanced in. This CONVERSATION so I when i see
(59:44):
those guys like this making these, PUBLIC statements i just
think it's DANGEROUS because i do think what's really going
on here is it goes. BEYOND it i really think
at the end of, the day If if israel doesn't
stay in some sort OF power. I do i think
they have too much Power in america in the LOBBY, And,
Apac yes but at the end of, the day of
the endgame really for me is TO keep us dollar
(01:00:05):
as the world, reserve CURRENCY and i don't know if
we could do It without israel and the international banking.
Speaker 3 (01:00:10):
System, right well not only, that though but to keep the,
you Know the western way. Of life, that's important right,
because uh let's, face it the rivers of the, c
people they don't really Care About. Mandy pattankin they'll they'll,
use him they'll probably, you know share, his videos but
if they had, a chance they'd probably throw him off
a building the first chance.

Speaker 8 (01:03:09):
He's trolling, he's, trolling, YEAH obviously i mean it, was, stupid.
Speaker 2 (01:03:13):
Yeah, so. STUPID stupid i didn't even.
Speaker 4 (01:03:16):
Get, it well he because remember they Deported the maryland
man because he HAD the ms.
Speaker 2 (01:03:19):
THIRTEEN guy a real picture FROM the fbi was he
was a.
Speaker 4 (01:03:22):
Good, guy yeah but they Used the it was like
the SYMBOLS meant, ms, thirteen right but trend to agua
right right and, whatever knuckles but they PUT the ms
thir team supposedly was there as, a translation and that's
what got blown out. Of proportion so now he was
trying to make. Their point if anyone puts that on,
his fist does that mean he should? Be deported so
(01:03:43):
oh so.
Speaker 2 (01:03:43):
They WAIT the ms thirteen and the original knuckles was,
not original NOT.
Speaker 3 (01:03:47):
The, ms thirteen but this the symbols.
Speaker 4 (01:03:49):
Underneath it were the real one were translated to translated
and that's what so he this kid took this out.
Of context also speaks to he was dressed like ultramaga.
Speaker 3 (01:03:58):
Right right he had an ultra maga and reminded me Of.
Speaker 4 (01:04:01):
The, January sixteenth january sixth when we saw all those
kids changing. Their clothes, YOU know i feel dirty dressed,
his maga, you know All those. Antifa wackos so it's
just another example of, you know these wackos on the
left going too far, as always but it Looked Like
tom holman was like he needed this outlet for how
much bs he's had. To, absorb yeah, you know and
(01:04:23):
it looked like he really wanted to fight.
Speaker 3 (01:04:25):
That guy he actually, did say, you know if you're,
that tough meet me over here about.
Speaker 8 (01:04:29):
Say come up on. The, stage, yeah yeah he said
that did. As, well yeah he said that.
Speaker 5 (01:04:32):
As.
Speaker 3 (01:04:32):
Well wow also breaking, News, wise david some of the
greatest headlines in. The World Former President, joe biden we
talked a little bit about this With With john, solomon
earlier has acknowledged in a stunning new interview that he
didn't agree to the name of every person who received
one of the forty six presidents, sweeping pardoned with emails
(01:04:53):
indicating that The Then White house Chief Of Staff jeff
zeinz approved the use of The Notorious white House auto
and Here Is president trump actually also talking about the
autopen when it asked about. It today here's cut. Number
Eight president trump on The autopen. Cut, eight look the AUTO.
Speaker 13 (01:05:09):
Pen i think is maybe one of the biggest scandals
that we've had in fifty to one. Hundred years this
is a. Tremendous SCANDAL and i know the people on
the other side of, the desk that resolute desk unfortunately
used it. Before me but, you know we have our
choice of seven desks were, all BEAUTIFUL but i chose
(01:05:31):
the resolute and so. Did, he unfortunately but the people
on the other side of the, RESOLUTE desk i, Know,
them lisa the, whole group and they're.
Speaker 4 (01:05:43):
No good there's. Sick PEOPLE and i guarantee he knew
nothing about what he.
Speaker 5 (01:05:49):
WAS signing i.
Speaker 3 (01:05:51):
Guarantee, It yeah so there he is talking. About that
the forty, six president though insisted in a phone Interview
With The New, york Times the solomon, pointed out didn't
do him, any favors SAYING that i made every decision
about clemency's issued during, his term before admitting that he
had his staff replicated signature because we're talking about a
lot Of. People biden biden's team used the auto pen
(01:06:13):
on twenty five warrants for pardons and Commutations in December
and january of, last year but two of those warrants
granted clemency two thousands, of people And on December twelveth
biden commuted roughly fifteen hundred sentences and outright pardon thirty
nine more before he. Left office just an amazing abuse
(01:06:35):
of the power that the president. Is Given And, joe biden,
you know, took advantage and his team took advantage as
much as they could to abuse it as much. As
possible so there you. Have it more is going to
be coming out on this the auto pen because a
lot of people are talking about some. Of these, you
know when it comes to these pardons and commutations that
(01:06:59):
the signature has to be authentic or the courts can
throw them away because the person who granted him wasn't
there to.
Speaker 5 (01:07:06):
Do it.
Speaker 3 (01:07:08):
To write that story off.
Speaker 2 (01:07:10):
Thirteen Past The hour Live from Studio, Six, big well
the parts about that story Are. Not biden what he
told the reporter on whatever he, told him he basically
on look out on the, phone, SAID oh i didn't.
Do anything It's The New york times writing about the
emails that they reviewed and how they. Phrased it is
What does biden. No favors thirteen Past The hour Live
(01:07:30):
from Studio Six big more to do right. After, this
(01:08:11):
well sound like the blue shut up slick we talked

our Friends At. Birch gold text The word america and
send it to nine eight nine eight nine eight eighteen
past the hour Live from STUDIO. Six b so just
getting Back to biden's, autopen thing, mm hmm because when
(01:09:58):
you read What The New york times tried to, do
here they Talked to biden on the phone and Basically,
essentially biden, you know who, knows what probably mumbled something
like we didn't do anything wrong and that was probably.
About it And Then The New york times looked at
a bunch, of emails and the way they wrote about
the emails is actually when you, actually read like through,
(01:10:20):
the lines it's shocking what they actually revealed in. The
ARTICLE and i read the whole. ENTIRE thing I think
i linked to it ON our x. AS well i
can't remember the LAST time i actually read An Entire
New york times article without, you, Know PUKING but. I
did and what do you take out? Of it you
take out? Of it there there's absolutely, no direct contemporaneous
(01:10:44):
Evidence that biden authorized any of those last minute. Autopen
pardons there's nothing that tells you for a fact that
he authorized any. Of them you take away from it
But that biden's staff Admitted that biden did not authorize
clemency grants and pardons for multiply. Named individuals it got
(01:11:06):
so bad in the article they said that sometimes even
the jail was going back to them, and, asking wait
who are you referring? To here that's how broad some
of it was with.
Speaker 8 (01:11:18):
No direction.
Speaker 2 (01:11:22):
Biden's staff in this article also admitted to changing Documents
to biden allegedly authorized by signing them with the, auto
pen and they did not get the. CHANGES approved, i
mean that's literally what you can take out of reading
the Article Of the times reviews of. The emails, SO
again i know this was supposed to come to, his
(01:11:43):
defense like of course they would, always do but, BOYLE
boy i don't think they helped them at all if
you actually read what they actually wrote and decipher it.
For yourself Andrew weiberg Over At The american thinker points
out a couple things. About it she, read it and
she Says the biden interview lays kind of like the
(01:12:07):
predicate meaning him on, the phone which is that there
were way too many signatures for him to, handle manually
and then she quotes him and what he. Told them,
HE said i made, every Decision mister biden said in
a phone Interview, on thursday asserting that he had a
staff use autopen replicating his signature on the clemency warrants,
because quote we're talking about a whole group. Of, people however,
(01:12:31):
she says as you work your way down through, the
article you discover that that statement is. Completely false some
decisions did affect a whole lot, of people such as
the clemency for inmates sent to home confinement quote UNQUOTE
during covid and quote certain nonviolent drug offenders those numbered in,
(01:12:51):
the thousands which would justify an. Auto, pen however those
two categories could easily have been handled via a blanket
commune along the lines of The Pardon jimmy carter issued
To All vietnam war draft dodgers when it came to
the thirty seven commutations of death, row sentences though there
(01:13:12):
is no Reason why biden could not have signed his
name thirty seven times or issued a single pardon for
all the people on federal death row other than three
named Individuals who biden kept on death row because, he
said quote the Offense affected american society as.
Speaker 3 (01:13:30):
A whole.
Speaker 2 (01:13:33):
And then there are the preemptive pardons for members of
his own family and various people who have drawn of
course the public And MISTER trump's i are over, the
years and that's where things really. Get interesting, she says,
once again this is a. Small group what is the
Reason for biden's auto, pen justification namely when, he, says
(01:13:54):
well we're talking about a whole lot of people on his,
PHONE interview a functional person could easily have dashed off
the signatures for those, last Pardons as biden actually did
For The hunter. Biden pardon as, we know it's at
this point that the narrative gets really poorly written In.
The times one of the few straightforward facts Is That
(01:14:17):
stephanie feldman controlled the auto, pen itself but not the
decisions about. Its, use otherwise here's what. We've learned biden
had meetings about pardons and commutations with a variety of
senior aids Such as Chief Of Staff jeffrey Since And
ed siskel or we can call It, MISTER ed, i
(01:14:38):
guess along with other. Meeting participants at some point aids
to the senior advisors who had participated in the meetings
would create Blurbs summarizing biden's. Alleged orders think about the
descriptional terms we're. Using, him, yeah significantly.
Speaker 5 (01:14:58):
She.
Speaker 2 (01:14:58):
Says quote the assistant who draft did the blurbs were,
not them were not in the Room. With biden according
to the lists of, meeting participants the emails Implied that
Siskel and sience relate What mister biden had said to
the assistance who then. Documented it so could you imagine
trying to play pass it Along, With Biden like biden
(01:15:22):
talks to you and then you have to actually go
tell somebody else what.
Speaker 4 (01:15:25):
He meant worst game? Of, telephone, yeah exactly.
Speaker 14 (01:15:30):
The absolute worst game of. Telephone, ever yeah it's it's.
It's insane and one of the one of the emails that,
you're referencing it. Says here after messages summarizing the meeting
circulated Among top, Biden advisors zience wrote in an email
at ten thirty, ONE pm i guess on the Night of,
JANUARY nineteenth i approved the use of the autopen for
(01:15:53):
the execution of all the. Following Pardons so zience wrote
That Not President joe biden wrote that so that's what
could lead to a lot of these just, being overturned
especially the, preemptive ones, because again if if the president
is not in, the room and THIS is i guess
they did this high profile in another case where they
(01:16:16):
threw out a bunch of pardons because whoever issued them
wasn't there and it was just kind of it was
just kind of.
Speaker 3 (01:16:24):
Handed off this could have the same effect on these pardons.
As well all of.
Speaker 2 (01:16:29):
These blurbs you could assume our, complete hearsay, complete hearsay
and probably have very little reflection on Anything that biden
tried to. Even say that's basically what you could take away.
Speaker 4 (01:16:44):
From it it's not gonna be called. Hearsay anymore it
will be. Called gibberish, SAY.
Speaker 2 (01:16:49):
Yeah, i mean it's really if you haven't, READ it
i know It's The New, york times but it's really
worth reading and trying to parse out. THE language i mean,
IT really I mean i was actually SURPRISED because i,
you know it's one of those things where could. Be
questionable but in, the End if, biden, SAYS yeah i,
did it what's a core. Gonna say but THAT'S why I.
Asked john john actually thought there might be some smoke
(01:17:11):
where there'd be where. They're.
Speaker 3 (01:17:12):
Fire yeah pardons have, been overthrown include those Issued By,
Gerald Ford, andrew Johnson And. Jimmy, carter wow so it.
Speaker 2 (01:17:19):

NEW products i believe that are. Coming out but if
you had to focus on just, a couple what would?
Speaker 5 (01:19:40):
They be, YOU know i have to still say that
it's the liver. HEALTH formula i think that it's.
Speaker 7 (01:19:46):
THE powerhouse, i mean your liver is constantly, under attack
especially in our, modern day and this is a formula
that helps. Support, detoxification yes it reduces that fat build
up because one hundred thousand of the ps have fatty
liver and they do not. Know it and so it
also boosts metabolism and also helps. Restore energy so your
(01:20:08):
liver does over five hundred functions. A day five of
them how you look, And feel so as soon as
you start, taking it we can hope you start, looking better.
Speaker 5 (01:20:16):
Feeling better.
Speaker 7 (01:20:17):
Super important there's been over two million bottles sold if
you go to Their Website Pere. HEALTH research i love
customer reviews, because.
Speaker 5 (01:20:26):
Sure take it, from me but take it from the.
Speaker 7 (01:20:28):
People that have been taking it and getting benefits. From
it THAT'S what i love. To see and so those
reviews are. Really IMPORTANT and i think next up would
BE their limp. System support HERE'S how i feel. About
this your liver does the job of. Detoxifying things it
sets the, garbage outside and guess what if the garbage
people do not come and take, it away it's going to.
(01:20:49):
Build up so the limp is so important in getting
all of the work that the liver has. Done out
and so if you are struggling with any edema or
what we call swelling in your extremities. Or fatigue the
limp system support, for, swelling fatigue anything that's stagnant.
Speaker 5 (01:21:10):
Like that we're going to keep.
Speaker 7 (01:21:11):
That going so those two things flush, out toxins, improve
circulation and even supports more. Toned, legs, yes please THAT'S what. I,
say okay, very GOOD and i want to let the.

Speaker 2 (01:26:57):
Yeah let's hear. About that you were telling me about
that off, the air though out of what's to do,
With it i'll get to that after this, Bigger. Story
JIM then I think i Saw the Department of justice decline.
THAT that i think you.
Speaker 3 (01:27:07):
Read that i'm, not sure but this is a BIGGER
story i believe than that, right now believe it. Or
not breaking news, This afternoon late, This Afternoon supreme court
Just handed trump his biggest victory of the second term
on the. Education deal On The Education supreme court ruled
earlier today That the trump administration may fire more than
half Of the Department of education's workforce. Mass Terminations In
(01:27:31):
Education secretary lenna McMahon's words are the first step on
the road to a total shutdown of the. Entire Department
the court's decision in. McMahon Versus new york was handed
down earlier today On the court, shadow docket a mix
of emergency motions and other. Expedited matters as is often
the case in these shadow, docket decisions none Of the
republican justices explained, that decision Just As sonya sotomayor was
(01:27:55):
crying in her in, her robe wrote, a dissent which
was joined by both Her fellow. Democratic justices so there you,
have it another big win For the trump administration and
again showing that he does have the power to kind
of run the government the way he.
Speaker 2 (01:28:11):
Sees, fit now the bigger point of this whole, thing is,
once again Where most republicans. Have, failed, jabber, jabber jabber and,
Then nothing trump talk and Then do Department. Of education
do you know How many republicans have talked? About? This yep,
You could, you know you could write a book with
(01:28:31):
the number have talked tough About the Department of education since. Nineteen,
Eighty well trump getting, it, done.
Speaker 3 (01:28:39):
Yeah exactly now the story you've all been waiting For
that paul Wants and damon, really wants but he doesn't
want to. Admit It ghlaiinne maxwell ready to spill the
Beans on epstein's sex. Trafficking operation this From town hall
Turns Out, ghlaiine maxwell The Accomplished jeffrey epstein who's currently sitting.
IN jail i guess for trafficking people to know one
(01:29:01):
is ready to Testify before congress about the full details
of the deceased billionaire sex. TRAFFICKING operation a Source Told
The daily Mail that maxwell was never asked to tell
the whole Story about epstein and his trafficking of, underage
girls despite. The rumors, of course this revelation comes amid
controversy Surrounding The. Justice Department justice department to memo last
(01:29:24):
week Indicating that epstein did not have a. Client list
it was not blackmailing high profile individuals who use his.
Illicit services it was probably the intelligence agencies who were
doing the. Blackmailing anyhow the Source Told The daily Mail
that congressional hearings have been held into Everything from JFK's
assassination to nine, to eleven and That the epstein files
(01:29:45):
ranks up there right with. Those cases so we'll see
what happens. With that Speculation About president trump's Relationship, with
epstein of course became more abundant after the release of.
This memo but we all know That If president trump
was actually had anything illicit to Do With, jeffrey Epstein
the left would have use it by now and probably
(01:30:05):
would have him sitting.
Speaker 2 (01:30:06):
IN jail, I thought I thought john made a number
of good points in talking about this when he was
on with us in the.
Speaker 3 (01:30:12):
First, hour yeah. He did so there you. Have it
that's the latest coming from Again.
Speaker 2 (01:30:19):
Town hall and by, the way THE thing i was,
REFERRING to Doj Rejects gallainne maxwell's Appeal in, Scottish response
so this wasn't quite. The Same the Department of justice
today Asked The supreme court To Deny ghlainne maxwell's appeal
of her sex, trafficking conviction a move that comes As
the department has recently come. Under fire maxwell's, sixty three
(01:30:40):
was convicted by a jury in twenty one on five
counts of involving sex trafficking of a minor. And conspiracy
she was sentenced to. Twenty years maxwell appealed, her conviction
saying it should be tossed out for. Several reasons including
that a Plead deal epstein reached with the federal government
in two thousand and seven, immunized her and that the
statute of limitations had. RUN Out us court of appear
For The second circuit denied. Her appeal she argued that
(01:31:03):
the circuit courts have issued, disparate orders went To The,
supreme court and then obviously the DOJ's response on that
asking them to deny.
Speaker 3 (01:31:12):
As, well yeah and as Far as, maxwell's concerned there's
no indication she'll get a chance to Testify, before Congress
as republican lawmakers have not taken her up on the
alleged offer.
Speaker 2 (01:31:24):
Just Yet, all right we'll wrap, it up, more news.
More sports we'll get back On a monday Live from
STUDIO six f right. After this, all right thirteen to
(01:32:17):
the hour Live for studio six be On, a monday
getting a brand new. Week started glad, You're in slick's.
Doing sports still go Out On paul nolan doing the
news Eron and fran holding. IT down i didn't have
a chance To Ask. JOHN solomons i ACTUALLY forgot i
had this. Pulled up but former Federal prosecutor andy McCarthy
today says That The trump radcliffe Move on Brennan and
(01:32:44):
comy is going to be a prosecutorial. Dead END and
i wanted to actually Get mister solomon's thoughts, on THAT
because i think most would disagree.
Speaker 5 (01:32:55):
With that.
Speaker 2 (01:32:57):
But we'll have. To wait we have to Get missus
solomon up at the warehouse On a friday night where
we can really open it up for a couple of
hours and pick a couple of topics and just really let.
Him fly so the other news of, the, day Obviously
Was president trump In The oval office today about what
(01:33:19):
he's Doing with Russia. And ukraine And The Wall street
journal summarizes it, Like This today trump sends a new Message.
To putin and of course this Is After president trump
started out saying that he'd have this thing fixed before
he even. Got inaugurated and obviously the reality of who
(01:33:40):
he was dealing, with here and he knows him, very
well as he tells us all. The time but to hear,
him today did you Hear the president in this faith
meeting he was having Talking about, putin today talking about
how he would have conversations. With, him yeah and then
you go home, and, SAY oh i think it's gonna be,
You know and, She, said oh, that's really. That's great
(01:34:01):
you had a. Good conversation he just bombed the hell
out of he Said. What Well Wall street journal says
today it took, six Months But president trump seems to
have Concluded That vladimir putin doesn't really want Peace. In
Ukraine the russians will have a lovely talk with, the
president and then missiles go off. At Night mister trump
(01:34:24):
said In The oval, office today this new realism is
a welcoming change From mister trump's previous strategies of leaning
Only on ukraine and has a better chance of maybe getting.
A CEASEFIRE and i do believe the president whatever moves
he all The Moves president, trump makes is a move
that he believes is somehow going to bring him closer to,
(01:34:46):
achieving peace WHICH is i think what in the end.
He WANTS and i think when you look at what
he's DONE with nato and made other countries now giving up,
five percent same thing he did in his, first term
what he announced today with that we're going to manufacture
these but we're not going to pay. For them they're
(01:35:07):
going to pay. For them, you know you really see
the strategy here of the. Deal Maker but in, the
end what the man wants more than, anything else as he,
CONTINUALLY says i want to stop seeing people stop dying,
is peace and he's going to try to achieve that
by whatever. Means necessary he said today in, A nutshell
(01:35:33):
we're going to make top of the line weapons and
they'll be SENT to Nato, for Ukraine mister trump said
while appearing With The, Lion's Secretary General, Mark rutt Rudy,
Or rutt i'm, Not sure he pronounced that that might
also mean that countries will move equipment Fast into ukraine
IN the us later backfilling it because speed is of the.
(01:35:54):
Essence here patriot air defense missiles could Move into ukraine,
within days and they will no doubt be. Immediate Help
mister putin has escalated his aerial Assault on ukraine cities
with ever more attacks from drones. And missiles there is
no military purpose, for this he said At The, white
house except killing civilians to try To break. Ukrainian morale
(01:36:18):
trump made it clear that the Weapons for ukraine will
include more than. Air defenses the implication is that this
means more long range missiles that could reach Deep into.
Russian Territory the president also threatened a new one tariff
on countries That buy russian goods if there's no progress
towards the ceasefire within. Fifty days and then they go
(01:36:44):
on to say the one Thing the president didn't talk
about is obviously other sanctions that he could Levy against
ukraine where their economy is always. Already struggling so the
president has many things in, his disposal kind of like
(01:37:04):
he Did, with china like he Has with china through
the banking system and. Other THINGS but i think what
you take away from today Is the president will try
to achieve peace at in, any way and he realized
this is a tougher nut, to correct and, he, Thought.
Speaker 3 (01:37:18):
YEAH and i go back TO something i said the
other DAY was i think he relies a lot on
his personal relationships with people to get him to move
to where he. Wants THEM and i think he's finding
out the hard Way that putin isn't exactly that type.
Of person so he's going to have to change up
his strategy, a bit find a different what they call a,
pressure point and. Apply PRESSURE and i think that's what's
(01:37:40):
going To get, putin to, you know probably come around
to his way.
Speaker 2 (01:37:44):
OF thinking I think he's also realizing that he has
to send the message to other people around, the world
and especially when it comes To what china would. Be
doing maybe what does it say to the people around,
you know what does it say to our Friends in
taiwan or what is our friends to our friends in
other places If if china was to. Get AGGRESSIVE so
i think the things he's doing here are To Say, number,
(01:38:06):
One again i'm not. An isolationist i'm not above thinking that,
this guy as he's written and, spoke about, you Know
As mike, lee says us for us to pull OUT,
OF nato I think, trump, Says well i'm not really
sure that's what we want to. Be doing when this
guy's talked about Marching across ukraine and into, other countries
(01:38:29):
and what kind of message does it send for us to?
Speaker 5 (01:38:31):
Just?
Speaker 2 (01:38:31):
Say WELL and i think he's realizing that now more
than he. EVER did i think he did, before too by,
the way but he certainly is realizing. It NOW and
i was.
Speaker 3 (01:38:41):
Hoping the Strike in iran would help kind of solidify.
Speaker 2 (01:38:44):
That, point well, that, too yeah certainly Shows, That no
i'm not into, forever Wars but i'm not also going
to sit back with my hand sitting on my. Hands right,
so again all OF it i think designed to send. A,
message also all of it designed to try to get
to a point where he can achieve a PIECE that
(01:39:04):
i think he thought here would probably be a lot
easier to force this guy to the. Negotiating table and
all this guy's done so far is lie. To him
as he tells through that story about, going home talk
to the first lady and, she's, saying oh really It,
went no it's good because he just bombed the hell
out of another he just bombed. The, Hospital yeah and, he'd, Say,
