Speaker 2 (01:10):
How to do the audio? All right? Harry? Hit it now? No, Harry,

do you mean erin?
Speaker 2 (01:25):
Oh boy? Oh we love Harry, we do. I'm practicing,
practicing exactly. How's everybody doing great? God, I'm talking to
the audience. That's a stupid way to ask it. But
I hope everybody's good. I hope everybody had a good Tuesday, slickster,
how are you?
Speaker 5 (01:43):
I'm doing good?
Speaker 2 (01:43):
I was here Tuesday.
Speaker 6 (01:45):
My Tuesday was you know, every day is getting like
a blur. I mean, you know, you wake up before
you know, it's like, we're here. It's amazing. So like everybody,
I'm crazy.
Speaker 2 (01:51):
Busy boy, that is true. But you look up and
I'm like, holy god, I got to head to the studio.
Speaker 5 (01:55):
It's amazing.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
It really is. It's crazy. So the day goes by
so fast. I like that pink check you're wearing.
Speaker 5 (02:03):
Thank you, looks good.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
That's appropriate pants. The match I do got you? You
did not match your jacket? No pants? No, I don't
wear Jack is happy that you have pants on?
Speaker 1 (02:12):
Yeah, I'm glad too.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
Oh is your Tuesday?
Speaker 7 (02:15):
My Tuesday wasn't as good as my Sunday. There was
no chubs in my life today.
Speaker 2 (02:20):
So it's always too bad.
Speaker 7 (02:22):
Yeah, so it was just a normal day. Uh did some,
it did some? What even is that coming up? I
think I'm gonna do it Thursday, because you're not gonna
be here.
Speaker 1 (02:31):
When Thursday, Thursday, Thursday.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Okay, what even is done on Thursday?
Speaker 4 (02:35):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (02:36):
All right, we give us any hints on when you're
scheming up? Yes, wrap around, wrap around? Yes, okay, I'll.
Speaker 1 (02:45):
Just say better yet. Jasmine Crockett.
Speaker 5 (02:50):
Down from Texas. Huh, that's your head from Texas.
Speaker 1 (02:53):
That's all you're going to get, Jasmin Crocket.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
Jaspin Crockett. I heard her said today. It was some
clip of for there said some stupid thing. Of course,
Uh got all these little red states here that don't
contribute anything. I don't know what. I don't know what
it was a reference to, but obviously it was stupid
whatever it was. So but all right, we'll be looking
forward to that on Thursday.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
Yep, Thursday night. So I'll be doing that. Okay, very
good and uh yeah.
Speaker 7 (03:19):
Other than that, it wasn't it wasn't that that nothing
really jumped out on a Tuesday.
Speaker 1 (03:23):
Sorry, I have nothing for you.
Speaker 2 (03:25):
All right, Vinnie max Off tonight he's in Florida. Kevin
Downey Junior will be here, and the only reason he's
not here now is because he's actually doing something at
the America First Warehouse for some podcasts they have on Tuesday,
so he's appearing on that. He's a busy man. Yeah,
he's a wild guest.
Speaker 5 (03:41):
He's in demand.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
He's in demand. That's a better way to put it.
Slick and he'll be uh, he'll be over here as
soon as he's done over there, and then he'll be
here tomorrow night as well. So and then of course Friday,
we're at the America First Warehouse live as we are
each and every Friday, and we hope you'll If you're
not there, we hope you're We hope one of these
days we all get to be there because there's a
lot of fun to be there in person, hang out
(04:04):
with Slick afterwards.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
Yeah, well I at about that part. But it's fun.
It's fun while the show is going on.
Speaker 7 (04:12):
Definitely a lot of great energy, a lot of great
people show up.
Speaker 2 (04:15):
Yes, well, what's wrong with it? When it's done, we
always go out and say hello, meet the people. No,
I'm we do, Yeah, we do.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
I'm just saying that, you know, the show should be
the focus.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
Yes, of course, you know.
Speaker 7 (04:28):
And afterwards if you want a meander about and press
the flesh, as they say, oh that's a perk.
Speaker 6 (04:34):
Yeah, we get to do that, and for us even
more so for us, actually, I enjoy it more than
I think they enjoy meeting us.
Speaker 5 (04:39):
I love seeing the people. I think it's fantastic.
Speaker 6 (04:42):
Yeah, I mean you know that, and to take time
out of that busy day to come and watch us.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
Yeah, on Friday night.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
Yeah, is there some problem with rumble? Friend? Can you
tell me? I see some people in the chest saying
to hope you fix Rumble. I don't see anything wrong
with it on my end, And I see rumble. I
see people people com think from rumble. Oh maybe it's
wrapped from Oh okay, gotcha. I always forget that there's
both of us. So all right, five minutes past the
Our Life from studio six p on Tuesday. So Josh
(05:09):
Hammer is going to be on the show tonight at
eight thirty. Our friend Josh Hammer. Of course, his book
Israel and Civilization, The Fate of the Jewish Nation and
the Destiny of the West, and mister Hammer was on
when that book came out. We talked to him about it.
But he's also obviously the syndicated columnist senior editor at
large at Newsweek, so he's, you know, he knows what's
going on. He's got it going on, and he knows
(05:30):
what's going on. And not only does he know what's
going on, So we'll ask him about a bunch of
different stuff. But he was just at TPUSA SASS and
he whooped up on he whooped up on old what's
his name, Dave Smith, Dave Smith. I wouldn't say whooped up.
I got to watch some of that and I'd say
whooped up, whooped up. I think it was exactly the
(05:52):
term I would use as Dave gets caught in his
talking points and never answers any questions.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
I think it was a very like a politician.
Speaker 7 (06:01):
No, I thought it was. They had both had great points.
I would have called a draw.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
No way. Yeah, you can tell mister Hammer that. Then
when he comes on, I thirty that you called a draw.
I called whooped up. So we'll see which one he believed.
He believes this true.
Speaker 7 (06:18):
Of course, he's gonna think he did great, and I'm
sure Dave Smith thinks he did did great. And they
I think they both did really well, you know, getting
their points across.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
That's all I'm saying. I I you know what, it's.
Speaker 2 (06:30):
What exactly how would you characterize Dave Smith's points listening
to each surrender and go no, no, pretty much.
Speaker 7 (06:37):
It No, it's not that that that elementary there, damon,
come on, it.
Speaker 1 (06:43):
Was It was more.
Speaker 7 (06:50):
It was more of a realization, you know how we say,
you know, we're not We're not the type that just
you know, one hundred percent whatever Trump says, blah blah blah,
we're in no, because there are some things we agree
and disagree with.
Speaker 1 (07:02):
That's great, and we're allowed to do that. And I
think I think he was.
Speaker 7 (07:06):
He was of that mind of, let's of making that
point there are some things that he doesn't like that
he sees happening.
Speaker 2 (07:12):
Which of the mind of saying his vote for him
was a mistake. He's of the mind of saying he
should be impeached.
Speaker 7 (07:18):
Well, that part was a little over the top, yes,
But in terms of some of the reasons that led
him to that, yeah, I guess.
Speaker 2 (07:26):
Uh, thank you, it's a whoop up done.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
No, he wasn't whooped up on.
Speaker 7 (07:30):
I'm saying the reasons that led him up to that point,
h things that he's disappointed in. So you know, I
could see why he would think that because he's disappointed,
he wanted certain outcomes he hasn't gotten me he may
get them next year and be like, oh my goodness,
I'm so glad none of the stupid stuff I said
actually came true because Trump actually delivered it. Now I'm
happy again. We all go through it. Well, we went
(07:52):
through it last week with the Epstein stuff. Not very happy.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
Well, speaking of the Epstein stuff, this is coming from
someone who it's not that I don't want to talk
about it. I don't want to talk about it incessantly
like like others on this show. I don't want to
want to, but I have to say it's it's hard
not to talk about it when you get things like
we got today from the President. So just a couple
(08:17):
of things. Actually wasn't going to open with this, but
since we're on it, okay, we have this, so and
I don't know if this audio works, so it's find
low use yours. Let's go cut one. This was this
morning on the South lawn of the White House with
his Press secretary. President Trump took a question. Here's how
this one sounded or all that.
Speaker 8 (08:37):
No, No, she's she's given us just a very quick
briefing and in terms of the credibility of the different
things that they've seen, and I would say that, you know,
these files were made up by Komi, they were made
up by Obama, they were made up by the Biden
you know, we and we went through years of that
(08:58):
with the Russia Russia Russia.
Speaker 4 (09:00):
Hugs, with all of the different things that we had
to go through. We've gone through years of it.
Speaker 8 (09:05):
But she's handled it very well and it's going to
be up to her. Whatever she thinks is credible, she
should release.
Speaker 9 (09:11):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (09:12):
Okay, so that was this morning, Yes, and my inbox
got flooded and the ex got flooded with comments of
people who were at their wits end with the president.
How could he say this? What does he mean? This
didn't even happen during the Biden administration, It happened before that.
And upon watching it a couple times, I think what
(09:35):
the President seems to be doing is saying, whatever the
Epstein files were, this is what I took there. I
tried to give him the benefit of the dobt in
that clip, because obviously you could listen to it and go,
what the hell's he talking about. I just wonder if
he meant that whatever files were there have kind of
(09:57):
lived and run the gamut through the Department of Justice
when they got through Biden's. By the time they got
through Biden's, who knows what they did with them. We
can't trust any of these documents because call me, look
what he did, because he keeps conflating the Russia, Russia,
Russia into these descriptions of what he talks about Epstein.
(10:18):
So it's almost like he's saying, look at what they
did in Russia, Russia, Russia, How could we possibly trust
any of these so called Epstein filed documents now coming
out of the Department of Justice. And that's what I
think he meant when he said they were made up
by com because most people what I heard this morning
was what he's lying, all of this happened before, and
(10:41):
I don't think that's what he meant. Do you understand
what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (10:43):
I understand what you're saying.
Speaker 7 (10:45):
What you're saying is that they took whatever they had,
got rid of that and then filled in with other stuff,
you know, to kind of make it seem like none
of their people were involved.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
Yeah, I just think he's thinking. I think he's saying,
at this point, all the doc documents that lived in
the DOJ through Biden, none of them can be trusted.
They don't tell us anything. We have no idea if
they're real, We have no idea what they refer to.
We don't criminally charge people in this country without you know,
just because we took a phone off of a guy
doesn't mean that every contact in there means that they're
(11:18):
so you can't trust any of this other paperwork. So
when I watched that this morning, I felt like that's
what he was saying, because when he goes to the
you know, he says, we saw this with Russia, Russia Russia,
which he's conflating the two together. That's the only thing
I could come up with that he really meant, right,
because so people just said people were just saying, oh,
they just made it up during their administration. I don't
(11:39):
think that's what he was saying right now.
Speaker 7 (11:40):
No, I understand what you're saying is that, you know,
he conflates it with that, so you can understand why
they think the way they think because what we saw
with Russia RUSSA, Russia was all made up? How do
we know what we're seeing here with Jeffrey Epstein's files
isn't made up? We don't know for sure. Meanwhile, wy
are just put this out. I don't know if you
saw this. Meta data from the raw Epstein prison video
(12:02):
that Pambondy released shows that it wasn't a minute missing.
Approximately two minutes and fifty three seconds were removed from
one to two stitched together clips. Believe it or not,
The nearly three minute discrepancy may be related to the
widely reported one minute gap that Attorney General Pam Bondi
attributed to the Nightly Reset. This comes after Wired report
(12:25):
that the video had been stitched together in Adobe Premiere
Premiere pro from two video files, contradicting the Justice Department's
claim that it was raw footage. So take from that
what you will. But now, according to the Wired's Wired's
own I guess investigation into the footage, they're saying it's
(12:48):
not one minute, it's two minutes and fifty three seconds
of metadata that is missing.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
All right, we'll discuss that, and then we'll get this
second clip of Fredsdan Trump talking about this tonight Harder
to defend thirteen past the hour. We'll get to that
when we get back right after this all live from
(14:11):
Studio six B on a Tuesday. Slick's gonna do sports
here in a second, Rick Dog's gonna do the news.
Kevin Downey Junior's gonna join us in a little bit.
He's over right now at the American First Warehouse and
then he'll be coming over here and he'll be back
here tomorrow night as well. So we were talking about
President Trump's comments on Epstein, Yes, and so, I, like
(14:35):
I said, my inbox got flooded with people who were
just in kind of apoplectic about this morning thing, going,
what is he talking about to say this was all
made up during the Biden administration on the paperwork, and
I don't think that's what he meant. I think he
meant that the paperwork can't be trusted as it worked
its way through the Biden administration and lived there for
(14:55):
four years and whatever they did to it, given what
they did in Russia, RuSHA rush, we don't put anything
past these people, so we can't trust any of it.
And that's why he ends by saying anything that Pam
Bondi thinks is credible, then she should release it, which
kind of gives her cover to say, well, you heard him,
and I don't think there's anything credible after these people
(15:16):
had it, so I'm not releasing anything. Then the President tonight,
I guess. I don't know if he was coming or going,
but he was on the tarmac. I think he was
coming back from his energy thing that he did today,
and somebody asked him again. And I don't know if
he's I don't know if his advisers and him are
talking about this or if he's just like most of
(15:39):
the time, whatever comes to his mind is what comes
out of his mouth. But here's what he said the
second time he was asked about it.
Speaker 8 (15:46):
I don't understand it why they would be so interested.
Speaker 4 (15:50):
He's dead for a long.
Speaker 8 (15:51):
Time, he was ever a big factor in terms of life.
I don't understand what's the interests or what the fascin
I really don't. And the credible information has been given.
Don't forget we went through years of the Muller witch
hunt and all of the different things to steal dossier
(16:11):
which was all fake. All that information was fake. But
I don't understand why the Jeffrey Epstein case would be
of interest to anybody.
Speaker 4 (16:20):
It's pretty boring stuff.
Speaker 8 (16:21):
It's sorted, but it's boring, and I don't understand why
it keeps going.
Speaker 4 (16:27):
I think, well, really, only pretty.
Speaker 8 (16:30):
Bad people, including fake deuse, want.
Speaker 4 (16:32):
To keep something like like that going. But credible information.
Let them give it anything that's credible.
Speaker 8 (16:38):
I would say, let him have it.
Speaker 1 (16:42):
All right, Well, that's not a terrible answer.
Speaker 7 (16:45):
I mean, I think he saves it at the end
when he says, let them have it. You know, anything credible,
let them have it, just give it, get it out there.
I think kind of saves them in that.
Speaker 2 (16:54):
In that.
Speaker 7 (16:57):
I mean, I'm trying to let my glass is always
half full, David.
Speaker 2 (17:01):
I don't know. I mean I'm seeing people real conservatives
after watching that clip commenting linking to that clip, going
please stop talking, just please stop talking about this now.
It's just I mean, you can't dismiss you. I don't
know how you could be. Someone should tell him, you
can't be that dismissive of the human element of it,
of what actually we're talking about here. It's boring stuff.
(17:26):
It just I don't know, it just comes across to
me that one, even more than the morning one. I know.
I actually, I guess what I'm saying is I actually
believe him, Like he says, he doesn't know why anyone
has an interest in this, and I just think that's
surprising given what we're talking about. Kids, young kids trafficked
(17:49):
sex with minors, and the American people have heard about
this for over and over and over and over again,
all of this supposed and again, and I've made the argument,
what's been actually in evidence? How do we know what
is real? We don't at this point. Alan Dershowitz been
from one side of the map to the other this
(18:09):
in this week. He said it's being hidden, he knows
it's being hidden. He ended the week by saying he
doesn't think there's a list. I mean, it's just but
I mean I know that description of it, to me
seems somewhat callous, called and really undetached from the human
(18:29):
story involved with this, not even like the deep state stuff,
like the actual like victims, the stories, the people, the kids,
to who they are, the deaths, the everything else. It's
boring stuff.
Speaker 1 (18:45):
Yeah, I think he's missing the point, or.
Speaker 2 (18:48):
I don't know.
Speaker 7 (18:49):
I can't explain why he would think it's boring. It's
probably the one thing that because there's so many different
angles to it, people want to see a resolution. They
don't want to just oh well, nothing to see here,
move along, because that's not going to cut it. I
(19:11):
said it said the first day that damn memo came out,
is that this is not going away.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
He wants it to go away. It's not going away.
Speaker 2 (19:21):
Yeah, but I legitimately believe he thinks that way. What
he said, that's the part that you know what I'm saying.
I actually think he thinks, well, this is so what
does anyone have an interest in this for?
Speaker 1 (19:30):
It's like the vaccine.
Speaker 7 (19:32):
He thought it was the greatest thing he ever did,
and he didn't understand And he doesn't understand this for
some reason. I don't know what the disconnect is. He
doesn't understand it. He doesn't understand that this affects me.
This gets the people's inside, you know what I mean?
You know, because when you think about what this monster
(19:53):
was doing. I mean, look, we've seen pictures of Prince Andrew, right,
those aren't fake. That's a real dude. That's a real
high level person who is having sex with children, minor girls.
And I'm sorry, you just can't there's no sweeping this
under the rug.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
I don't know what the disconnect is.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
Jesse Kelly Tonight says to that video, He says, this
answer is terrible and I have no earthly idea why
he would keep using this answer as it wraps the
whole thing up. People do care, lots of people. Trump
can't magically make it disappear with these words if the
evidence was destroyed, just say that. But someone's gotta be
(20:38):
honest here, And I mean, I just I think that's right.
That's just callous sounding, cold sounding, and just unaware and
undetached from the reality of what we're actually talking about here.
It seems like.
Speaker 7 (20:55):
It's like I hear them every once in a while,
I'll start talking about the price is lower here here,
and here, eggs. Eggs have been low for the last
four months. I don't care about eggs anymore, So why
do you keep mentioning it?
Speaker 2 (21:06):
You know what I mean?
Speaker 7 (21:07):
You could you could have that argument, go with the
stuff that's actually on people's minds right now. What is
what is one of those things? Unfortunately for him, maybe
he just doesn't like this story. Maybe it discussed him.
If that's part of it, he's got to he's got
to say that, say, look, this, this is a disgusting story.
Speaker 1 (21:23):
I don't even like talking about it.
Speaker 7 (21:26):
That I think is more acceptable to be like, I
don't even want to talk about this.
Speaker 1 (21:30):
I know you guys are interested in it.
Speaker 7 (21:32):
I wish you wouldn't be, but it's because it's so
disgusting from what we found out. But you know, and
then then then you know, turn it over to the
uh TO, to Pam Blondie over there, let her screw
up talking points.
Speaker 1 (21:46):
But yeah, I don't I don't get. I don't get.
Speaker 2 (21:48):
It's like, all right, let's do a little sports slitch
for them. We'll do some more when we get back.
Before Josh Hammer joins US. Sports is brought to you
by Mike Lindell. What's going on?
Speaker 5 (21:55):
Major League Baseball All Star Game just underway?
Speaker 6 (21:58):
First pitch was just thrown American Lee National League playing
in Truest Park.
Speaker 5 (22:02):
Down in Atlanta, Georgia.
Speaker 6 (22:03):
Back after a couple of years ago, back in twenty
twenty one, when they pulled it because of the whole
voter tom Crow nonsense that went on right during the
Biden administration. Well now look guess what they're back in
Atlanta playing ball, so that's good stuff. Great to see
and hot Atlanta home Yeah, Hotlanta, and home run Derby
champ Cal the Big Dumper Rally won last night from Seattle.
Speaker 5 (22:21):
His dad was pitching the balls to.
Speaker 6 (22:23):
Him, which was pretty cool, and well he took the
home run Derby title, so that was pretty cool.
Speaker 5 (22:27):
So we'll have updates on that throughout the night as well.
Speaker 6 (22:30):
Let's see the pitch starting pitches are Tarik school Bull
from Detroit and last year's Rookie of the Year winner
Paul Schemes from the Pittsburgh Pirates. He's on the mound
in the six foot six throwing pitches, so we'll get
to that as well. And I have a sad story.
The world's oldest marathon runner was actually killed yesterday in
a hit and run accident. But I'll get into that
story a little bit more detail when we get there.
(22:51):
He's a gentleman out of India and really just a
very sad story there. So I'll get to that big day.
And that's a rapid sports for this hour.
Speaker 8 (23:02):
Hi.
Speaker 2 (23:02):
Josh Hammer will join us when we get back. Black
from Studio six feet Real America's voice on a Tuesday night,
(24:11):
all right, thirty minutes past dr live from Studio six
B on a Tuesday night, Real America's Voice, Slick was
doing sports. We can do a little more sports and
then we'll do some news while we wait for Josh
Hammer to join us. He is going to jump on
here in a little bit lost to talk to him about.
Of course, he's senior editor at large at Newsweek. Slick,
we didn't have a ton of time there, So what
else did you want to cover in sports? Sports brought
(24:33):
to you by Mike Lindell. By the way, LFS six
b's to promo cod TuS. What's going on? All right?
Speaker 6 (24:37):
So I touched on that story a little bit earlier.
World's oldest marathon runner killed at one hundred and fourteen
years of age in hit and run accident. This is
one of Todd Houston and Bright Bart. A man believed
to be I want to see who's going to prove
that one wrong. Believe to be the world's oldest marathon
runner has died at one hundred and fourteen years of
age after being hit by a car. Runner Faja Singh
(24:57):
was jogging on the side of the road in the
village of bees pinned India on Monday when tragedy shruck.
According to TMZ, he was hit by a car as
he tried to cross a road. He later died of
his injuries at a local hospital. The famed runner's son,
Harvin there told the media that the driver who hit
Faja took off and did not wait for the police
and investigation has been launched. The victims Running club Sheiks
(25:19):
in the city said in a hascut said in his
statement that it is with great sadness that we can
confirm our icon of humanity and powerhouse of positivity, Faja
Singh has passed away in India. The group adired they
would continue to raise money to build a Faja Singh clubhouse.
Singh made international news when he ran his very first
marathon in London in two thousand at the age of
(25:41):
eighty nine. So it was documented deck because they look
into that he finished the race in six hours and
fifty four minutes.
Speaker 5 (25:46):
Man, that's a hell of a time for a guy
at age. My goodness, it'll be a great time for us, right.
Speaker 6 (25:50):
He continued to run and earn the Ellis Island Medal
of Honor, the Pride of India title and the British
Empire Medal, and he also had the honour of carrying
the Olympic torch in two thousand and four and again
in twenty twelve. Singh retired from marathons in twenty thirteen,
but he's still exercised regularly, followed a vegetarian diet and
abstained from tobacco and alcohol. See that's the trick. That's
(26:11):
how you lift to be one hundred and fourteen. No
smoking cigars, big d and no bourbon slick wreck right.
The only reason the Guinness Book of World Records they
do not officially recognize him is that he could not
produce an official berthatificate oh as such records do not
exist for the place and time of his birth. Wish
I could believe one hundred and fourteen years ago in
India they probably weren't printing out birth certificates, you know,
(26:31):
at the local self security.
Speaker 5 (26:32):
Office right or wherever they print these things out.
Speaker 6 (26:35):
But wow, so sale story there from Africa hundred India, India,
one hundred and fourteen years old.
Speaker 5 (26:41):
God bless that guy. And I'll tell you, man, you're
still lucky, right, all.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
Right, sick. We'll do a little more sports than a second,
please welcome back to the show. He's the author of
Israel and Civilization, The Fate of the Jewish Nation, and
the Destiny of the West. He's the host of The
Josh Hammer Show. He's a syndicated columnist senior editor at
Large at Newsweek. Our friend, Joshammer or mister Hammer, how
are you doing great?
Speaker 10 (27:00):
It's always pleasure to join you, guys.
Speaker 2 (27:01):
It's always pleasure to have you on. Welcome back. Let
me start with this. I mean, there's a lot to
ask you about, including, as I characterized it, you're whoop
up on Dave Smith. Delgattoll thinks it was a draw.
I think he's out of his mind. But we'll ask
you about that. But it's been a year since someone
tried to take out the President of the United States,
and I'm sitting here today can't tell you any more
(27:23):
about that situation than I could have told you on
July fourteenth of last year. What do you what do
you say to that?
Speaker 11 (27:30):
I think you're right, first of all, that we don't
know a lick more. We know literally nothing more than
we knew a year ago. And that's a shocking indictment, right,
I mean, that is a shocking in ditmend that reveals
nothing less than anything just rank of governmental incompetence when
it comes to trying and get to the bottom of
what should be a top of the list scandal. But
(27:50):
you know, you know what this reminds me of, Actually,
in many ways, reminds me of the Dobbs abortion opinion
leak at the US Supreme Court.
Speaker 10 (27:57):
People forget about this. This was lit over three years ago.
Speaker 11 (28:00):
It was May twenty twenty two, so just before the
opinion came out, about a month before it came out
to overturn rovers Waight, the opinion leaks. And you know,
I'm a lawyer. I clerked on a federal appeals court.
I know how these things work. You're talking about a
sample size there of like fifty to sixty people. I mean,
it's a very small sample size, and we're told to
this day that's an unsolvable mystery. So I can't say
(28:22):
that I'm too shocked, you know, talking about Thomas Matthew
Crooks and the shot that was millimeters away from blowing
up Donald Trump's head on global television, I guess I'm
not shocked beyond belief that we're told that we don't
have any answers there, but it certainly stinks to high
heaven if nothing else. And yeah, it's just awful. I mean,
I wish I had more to say about it, but
it's just one of those things just reminds you that
(28:43):
the government, frankly, in many ways oftentimes it really sucks
at most things that it does.
Speaker 2 (28:47):
Yeah, lah, Yeah, but that's kind of the point, right,
because I think what people say is we shouldn't be
shocked because you know, quote unquote, our guy is in
and these are his people now who are in. So
why are there still all of these unexplained events. Why
is it that we're now going through this Epstein thing.
(29:09):
Why is it that we don't know anything about the
fort the shooter, Why is it we don't know the
pipe bomb? Or why is it we don't know the leaks?
And our guy's been in for with his people for
six months, even though it's not a lot of time.
But that's I think to the point of what people
are feeling like, if this administration can't prove that they
can kind of unwind and get into the deep state,
we're never going to know about any of this stuff.
Is that a legitimate thought?
Speaker 11 (29:32):
Yeah, it's very legitimate thought, and especially combined with Elon
Muskin Doze. I mean, for all the flashy nature of
Doge and for all the talk of Elon Musk and
his team of MENSA level high IQ nerds, you know,
you know, sleeping late nights at the Eisener or executive
office building. I mean, for all that talk, they managed
to identify what one hundred and sixty billion dollars in recisions,
(29:52):
which you don't get me wrong, that's that's not chump change.
But you look at the fact that we're now running
trillion dollar deficits every year. That's not exactly going to
save fiscal house, is it that that's not exactly going
to bring us away from the brink. So, you know,
Elon Musk in many ways kind of got owned by
the swamp. I mean, I'm thankful for the fact that
he identified that that much in savings, but he in
many ways really kind of got owned. And you know, unfortunately,
(30:13):
I think Donald Trump in some ways is learning yet
again that the deep state is just a permanent fixture.
At this point, it seems of Washington, d C. Now again,
I say permanent is a little bit tongue in cheek.
I mean, you know, God willing it'll get better, or
I think Donald Trump still has three and a half
years left. I don't necessarily blame Donald Trump. To be
very clear, here, there's a lot of really, really crappy
(30:35):
legal precedents that would attempt to preclude or at least
infringe upon the executive's ability to fire a Ministry of
State personnel. I'm optimistic that the Supreme Court will start
to take up more of these cases in the next
year or two. But at some point you're going to
run out of time, right, So it's not great. It's
not a great situation, but I have summer reason for
costanly thinking you'll get better.
Speaker 2 (30:57):
What do you make of President Trump's seeming lee seeing
it's not seemingly he has He's kind of turned on
obviously thinking that he could solve the Ukraine Russia situation
before he got it inaugurated, which obviously now he says, well,
I was kind of saying that facetiously, but he clearly
now is frustrated with Vladimir Putin. He's kind of realized
that this is going to be a tougher nut to crack.
(31:18):
When I look at President Trump and his foreign policy.
It just seems to me that he wants to I'm
not going to be an isolationist. I want peace, but
it's going to be peace you strength, But more than
anything else, it's going to be tried to try to
do this through common sense. He clearly is saying the
Putin thing now as an issue. What do you make
of all of that?
Speaker 11 (31:39):
Look, I think Shrump has handled the Russia Ukraine portfolio
about as well as one could hope for. He said
that he would make peace twenty four hours. Obviously that
didn't happen. But he's tried really, really hard. I mean,
I mean he and his seem have tried really hard.
They've applied pressure un Lenski, They've applied pressure on Putin,
They've had countless sit down meetings. Look, at some point,
it seems like you have to just basically look at
these situations sobly conclude that Vamner Putin is just not
(32:01):
playing ball. I mean, he's just not He's lobbing more
missiles and drones inside of Ukraine at a higher or
more rapid fire rate than any time over the past
three years. Now, at some point, what are you supposed
to do exactly other than try to escalate tariff sanctions,
various other measures, who try to force Pudin to come
to the negotiating table. And now it's also true on
(32:23):
the on the other hand, that the European powers in
theory should really be taking the responsibility for all of
the above. That was kind of the whole point of
jd Event's his outstanding speech at the Munich Security Conference
back in February of this year. But the reality is,
you know, Germany, France, at Italy, etc. They're not They're
not currently there yet, God willing, they will get there
sooner rather than later, although I'm not exactly optimistic about that,
(32:45):
but that's what's supposed to happen. But for now, you know,
America looks at the geopolitical chess board, and I'm not
entirely sure what Trump is supposed to do at this
point other than what he's doing. I say that, by
the way, someone's been very skeptical of US involvement in
Ukraine basically since day one. I very much am a
let's try to end this thing asap kind of guy there.
But I think Donald Trump has given that a good
(33:06):
faith effort, and at some point you just look at
the other guy, and like, he's not going to play ball,
so what are you supposed to do?
Speaker 2 (33:11):
Yeah, And that kind of leads me into the turning point.
You and Dave Smith. Obviously that's not the first time
you two sat down, if I remember correctly, he did
one of those before. But obviously the difference is this one.
You went in after everybody like him and Tucker and
all of the World War three, We're all going to die.
People were so wrong on Trump and what he was
going to do. There when you go into a debate
(33:33):
like that and give me your kind of go in,
like what's your mindset going into that and what did
you think of how it ended up? Yeah.
Speaker 11 (33:41):
So Dave Smith and I debated for a Steamboat Institute
events at Princeton University in New Jersey back in February.
But a lot has changed from February until July, specifically
when it comes to these questions of us his relations
and are on. You know, a lot has changed just
over the past month month and a half. Actually, they
are in Israel and the war started, So I experienced
(34:02):
this somewhat firsthand. Now, President Trump clearly took unambiguous action
when it comes to the B two bombing runs there
and as you were getting out there, he really I
think encapsulated and distilled the Trump doctrine. The Trump doctrine
which is neither neo conservatism nor isolationism, but a sober, prudential,
reality based forum policy that is nationalist and it is realist.
(34:25):
It is in line with America's historical traditions of not
looking to get involved overseas. But when you see an
opportunity to bloody up a decades long adversary with a
clean shot there, you're going to take that shot. And
I think Trump executed it brilliantly. I think I think
what happened in Iran with Operation Midnight Hammer is one
of the most brilliant acts of political leadership, especially with
the ceasefire after that. Really my entire lifetime, it was
(34:48):
utter brilliance, frankly from Donald Trump. So going into this
debate on Sunday, with all that happening between this debate
and the one in February, it was really my goal
going into this event. This is a turning point in USA.
This is Maga sent You know, Charlie Kirk and I
are friends. He's the mody. He was the moderator of
the event. I knew that I knew that he was
going to, you know, moderate a very fair debate. But
Charlie's kind of an instinctually kind of you know, you know,
(35:09):
pro Israel, pro America kind of guy. And my mentality
and my aim above all was to hammer home this
point time and time again repeatedly throughout this debate, which
I did. I did my opening remarks and all throughout
the debate, which is that what Dave Smith and Tucker
Carlston others say manga and America First should be is
simply not what President Trump thinks of it. As you know,
this this highly ideological conception that America First just means
(35:33):
duck your head in the sand and all the world's
problems go away. You're allowed to think that, you know,
you're allowed to live in fantasy land and think that
unicorns exists.
Speaker 10 (35:41):
And all that stuff. But that's just not reality.
Speaker 11 (35:43):
And that's not, most importantly, how President Trump, the guy
who has actually made these terms like America first the
manga rob and that's certainly not how he thinks about
foreign policy. So that was why I tried to kind
of drive home and again, Dave Smith I've read.
Speaker 10 (35:55):
I've read those tweets.
Speaker 11 (35:56):
In my opening statement, dude has literally called Donald Trump
a war criminal who should rot in jail for the
rest of his life.
Speaker 10 (36:02):
I mean, like, what are we doing here? At some point?
Speaker 11 (36:04):
I mean, like how the whole thing is silly. But anyway,
I was very happy with how the debate went. I
think the crowd, you know, was somewhat divided there. Dave
Smith got booted multiple times. I was not budh a
single time. So I was pretty happy with that one.
Speaker 2 (36:18):
Yeah, speaking of Israel in that let's move to New
York City just for a second. And you know, I
think the prevailing attitude is that this guy's just to
show in. And Betsy mccaughy over at the New York
Post today says Mayor Mandani is not a done deal,
and these voters hold the key, and she goes through
(36:39):
a bunch of examples. Back in nineteen eighty nine, sixty
percent of the NYC's Register's voter turned out for a
highly contested mayor election. Four years later, turnout reached fifty
seven percent, but in twenty twenty one it sank to
twenty one percent. She's basically saying even with this kind
of split on the Republican side between Cuomo and the
other people who were say they're all going to stay
(36:59):
in that this guy's not a shoe and could just
give me a little bit of what you think of
of this guy overall the fact that we're here dealing
with this and then what do you think about is
he a shoe in New York City or not?
Speaker 11 (37:12):
So, Ma'm Danny is a full fledged communist. I mean,
he's not even a socialist. Let's not use a word
as quote unquote nic as socialist. He is an actual
literal Karl Marx Communist Manifesto quoting communists. I mean you
can go on his Twitter feed, his x feed and
go to the old tweets, you know, to each according
to their own nobilities, each according to their needs. I
(37:32):
mean he's literally, he literally quotes the Communist Manifesto. And
it's astonishing, it really is astonishing that this guy won
the Democratic mayoral primary. I mean, in many ways, he's
kind of the perfect distillation in one person of what
many of us have referred to over the years as
as this red green alliance, of this alliance between the
Communists and the Islamists, you know Linda Sarsro, the old
(37:54):
head of the Woman's March, another kind of perfect encapsulation.
There is a very bizarre alliance between various anti Western
civilizational forces there, and they're teaming up now in the forum,
just this one person, Mam Donnie, and you know, God forbid,
if he's actually let the mayor of New York City.
I think you're looking at it at a tremendous exodus,
a tremendous exodus of people of businesses. You know, frankly,
(38:16):
I would not be shocked if like the New York
Stock Exchange started started looking to relocate to Dallas, Texas,
or Miami, Florida, or somewhere like that.
Speaker 2 (38:23):
There.
Speaker 10 (38:24):
It could definitely happen.
Speaker 11 (38:25):
If he actually does what he said, you're looking at massive,
massive changes like that, property taxes, the whole thing. I
think he's probably gonna win, if I had to guess,
if I actually had a handicap, I think he's probably
going to win unless unless the rest of the field
genuinely consolidates. And the key thing is that that consolidation
has to happen sooner.
Speaker 5 (38:43):
Rather than later.
Speaker 11 (38:44):
So Andrew Cuomo is not running as an independent. I
think I heard through the grape vilume that his strategies
are kind of whispering through anonymous sourcing that if Cuomo
is still trailing Eric Adams an others in September, he's
going to bow out.
Speaker 10 (38:57):
I'm not sure that's good enough.
Speaker 11 (38:58):
I'm sure I'm not sure septemp is actually good now,
because you want to establish one person as the viable opponents,
get the campaign, get that advertising, get that message home
in the eyes of New York City voters that the
other guy is a freaking lunatic, a literal freaking communist.
Speaker 10 (39:14):
Islamist, Marxist lunatic.
Speaker 2 (39:16):
There.
Speaker 11 (39:16):
So I'm not optimistic, but it's possible. And you know,
for all of his bag gets, Eric Adams is definitely
still the best guy to try to take him down.
Speaker 2 (39:25):
Yeah, to your point, there's a poll out today that
shows in a two way with Cuomo, and again, you know,
trust the polls, but in a two way with Cuomo
he loses. In a two way with Eric Adams, he wins.
Now again, you know this is from interactive polls. Who
knows if you can trust it, but that's that's at
least what the polls are out now. So listen, one
last thing for me. Obviously, you gave a little bit
(39:46):
of your legal background there. What do you make of
the Biden auto pen The New York Times had this
big story out yesterday that they I think thought work,
it's going to help Biden. I don't think it helped
at all. I think it made it way worse. I
don't know if you read that or saw it. But
what do you make of the auto pense situation? I
asked John Solomon this this last night. I was surprised
he thought there might be some fire where there's smoke.
(40:07):
I was a little surprised to hear that. But given
your legal background, what do you think?
Speaker 11 (40:12):
Yeah, So, look, I really hate to mislead audiences and
to try to gain their hopes of falsely. I try
to be very sober and called like I see it.
So there is a lot of smoke here. I am
not convinced that there is going to be an end
to this tunnel. I think it is non frivolous enough
where it's probably worth some sort of lawsuit bringing.
Speaker 10 (40:32):
But look, let mean, let's play this out a little bit.
Speaker 11 (40:34):
So there was a nineteen sixties era I forgot which
President Kennedy Johnson I forgot exactly who was. But but
there's a White House Counsel's opinion from the nineteen sixties
that essentially says that a president delegating the auto pen
is legally the same thing as the old King of
England four or five hundred years ago delegating to someone
(40:56):
in the royal court to use the royal seal to
stamp and eat it, you know, a decree of the king,
which is which is a very fancy way of saying
that that they tried to make it legal essentially with
this proclamation. Now, having said that, you know, it's never
been really tested in the court, so maybe it's worth
a theory. But the reason that I'm skeptical is because
this is kind of bread and butter. Article three standing
a lot. In order to actually have standing in federal courts,
(41:18):
among the things that you have to prove is that
there was a federal court that stands ready and able
to actually provide you with a tangible remedy in or words,
that a court is situated to actually make the plaintiff
hole at the end of this litigation. There, I'm not
entirely sure what that looks like. I mean, let's say
that you're one of the you know, fifteen hundred two
thousand people or whatever it was that were commuter pardoned,
(41:40):
you know, from Joe Bien on the way out the door.
Let's say that you know, you're out of prison and
now you're at your home in Idaho or Kanas whatever,
you're fishing on a river there. I mean, what is
the actual request, what is the remedy here that we're
going to grab that person and throw them.
Speaker 10 (41:54):
Back in jail.
Speaker 11 (41:55):
I mean, it's a little far out there, to be
honest with you, as far as kind of just bread
and butter legal theory goes.
Speaker 10 (42:00):
But it's very sketchy. It's deeply, deeply sketchy.
Speaker 11 (42:03):
If nothing else, then we all agree on that there.
As far as the legal bit of it there, I'm skeptical,
but it's not so.
Speaker 10 (42:09):
Crazy that's not worth throwing a hail Mary.
Speaker 2 (42:11):
I think. Yeah, he's Josh Hammer. He's the author of
Israel and Civilization, The Fate of the Jewish Nation, and
the Destiny of the West. He's obviously a syndicated colum
as senior editor at large Newsweek, Josh, always appreciate your time.
Thanks so much.
Speaker 10 (42:23):
Thank you guys.
Speaker 2 (42:24):
All Right, there you go. Josh Hammer here live from
Studio six, big great stuff, a lot of stuff to cover. Boy,
I could have talked another half an hour with him
at all the other questions I had. But what'd you think?
Del gott am dam very good? He's always he's always good. Yeah.
Kevin Downey Junior has arrived. Mister Downey Jr. How are you?
Speaker 12 (42:41):
I'm lovely, Thank you. Sarry couldn't be here earlier. Had
a predetermined podcast before I got the nod for tonight.
Speaker 2 (42:49):
You're a wanted guest. Did we hear? And how did
that go?
Speaker 9 (42:53):
What?
Speaker 12 (42:53):
Great?
Speaker 2 (42:54):
Thanks?
Speaker 12 (42:54):
The Patriots podcast. You can see it at the America
First Warehouse dot com and they if you miss it,
and you can see him all later.
Speaker 2 (43:01):
Okay, very good. Kevin will have some news later we'll
hear about maybe what he's talked about on the podcast
here coming up. So Josh Hammer again, I want to
thank him for giving us a few moments. And well
he's a little different, a little more sobering on the
auto pen thing, and I probably lean more to him
than I do that we're actually going to see something
come of this, Delgatta, what do you think? Well?
Speaker 7 (43:23):
I always said it was going to be a stretch
because you got you know, let's face it, it's it's
somebody saying, oh, well I did this. You got to
prove that they didn't do it, you know what I mean.
It's it's kind of a word thing. It's kind of
a you know, my word versus their words. They're probably
going to defer to President Biden in that case. So
I don't really see. But if there's the opportunity that
(43:47):
possibly that some of these can be thrown out, I'm
not saying all of them, but some of them, like
the one for Fauci, that would be a wonderful one
to be tossed. Yeah, because he needs to be held
to account. Yes, you know, people like that. I think
those when when Josh talks about you know, people needing standing,
(44:09):
you know, who could be made whole. Well, the American
people could be made whole with that one, having someone
actually stand up for their crimes of lying to the
American people over and over again under the guise of
being you know, mister science.
Speaker 12 (44:23):
And Jeff Seenz they they don't have him, but he
did send an email at ten thirty one pm on
Biden's last night instead. Yeah, here's what I've decided we're
going to do. If he decided that and not Joe Biden,
how does this stand?
Speaker 2 (44:38):
Right?
Speaker 7 (44:39):
Yeah, that that could be the thing. That one line
in that email.
Speaker 2 (44:43):
I think Josh's point though about the president of saying
the President basically saying that the audio you know, is
the same as the king. What did he just need
to mean just laid it out. I think that's your
challenge is to get a court to say, m you know,
the presidential pardon power is pretty plenary, and it's never
(45:05):
been never been obviously questioned or challenged like this. To
find something that's gonna I don't know. I kind of
lean to what Josh is saying.
Speaker 12 (45:13):
But if you've got that special prosecutor saying, oh, we're
not gonna we're not gonna punish by and he's an
old man, he doesn't know what's going on, that's got
to hurt him in a court room right to have
that guy testify that with.
Speaker 7 (45:24):
That, Yeah, because because that that conclusion by that doctor
was made before he started giving out all these uh yeah,
all these parts and commutations. So it's like, well, is
he a well meaning elderly man who can't be can't
be prosecuted.
Speaker 2 (45:38):
But because it's still the president.
Speaker 1 (45:39):
But he's but he's the president, so we have to
listen to him over here. That can what what? They
can't both be true? Yeah, that's one of them. You can't.
You can't do both of them.
Speaker 12 (45:49):
He's a vegetable or he's not making up your mind?
Speaker 2 (45:51):
Democrats, Yeah, I don't know. All right, nine minutes till
the hour. Let's let's do a little news. We haven't
done much headlines and now will be where the rich
del gotta what's going on?
Speaker 12 (46:00):
All right?
Speaker 7 (46:00):
Well, there is so much going on, David, and these
are the best headlines in the world. Here's one that
I don't know if you've got a chance to see,
but it's definitely out there. It comes from President Trump
as he says the scam artist Adam Shift, Yes, Shifty
Shift must be brought to justice for his mortgage fraud
after the DOJ criminal referral they started breaking late yesterday.
Speaker 2 (46:22):
Is this like a new Democrat thing? It was like
the Attorney General in New York. Yeah, now, Adam Shift,
who else has been in this little group? Did they
all get together in like a chat room and say, hey,
here's how to do it.
Speaker 7 (46:31):
Yeah, I guess so, because he's been doing it for
close to two decades. President Trump on Tuesday called for
California Democratic Senator Adam.
Speaker 1 (46:39):
Shift to be brought to justice.
Speaker 7 (46:41):
You know, no one's above the law here, damn for
alleged mortgage fraud. After the Federal Housing Agency Center Criminal
referral to the just one point.
Speaker 2 (46:48):
That's the one part of equality they don't want, the Democrats.
Equality is equal application of the law. That's the one
they don't like. Right.
Speaker 7 (46:55):
Regarding to his Shift's ownership of a Maryland home, President
Trump says, I've always suspected shifty Adam Shiff was a
scam artist, and I now learned that Fannie May's Financial
Crimes Division have concluded that Adam Shift has engaged in
a sustained pattern of possible mortgage fraud. Trump wrote on
truth Social the fraud began with the refinance of a
(47:16):
Maryland property back on February sixth, two thousand and nine,
and continued through multiple transactions in the state of Maryland,
while claiming second home in California was his main occupancy.
So he's he's got a little problem with the mortgage fraud.
You know, the same thing that we saw tiss James.
Speaker 2 (47:37):
Yeah. So if he gets charged like she got charged.
Oh no, yeah, so.
Speaker 7 (47:43):
We'll see what happens to charge didn't get charged yet,
and there investigators, they're investigating.
Speaker 1 (47:48):
We'll see glass half full.
Speaker 2 (47:51):
Damon. I hope so, I hope. So if he did it,
he should be right. Yeah, charge so charge him, charge them.
Speaker 7 (47:59):
He should be another Democrat that is a little bit
under fire. I don't know if you saw this, but
Democrat Governor Phil Murphy, who was terminal limitted in getting
set to be replaced in January, is considering, well, he's
got a little bit of problem as now he's being
referred to he could be getting a subpoena from because
(48:20):
he bragged about hiding illegal aliens in his house. You
know you remember that, yeah, from Alina Haba. That being said,
all things all thanks to a stupid admission he made
during what The New York Times called the charitable Lea
described a free wheeling discussion in New Jersey back in February.
According to this Friday report in The New York Times,
(48:42):
Murphy's being subpoened by intram us attorney Aleena Haba, the
top prosecutor in New Jersey regarding comments he made about
hiding a woman they hide people in the state of
New Jersey and who he intimated might be an illegal
immigrant hiding in his attic.
Speaker 1 (48:58):
Yes, it could be stashed up there in the.
Speaker 2 (49:01):
Attic or working for him right.
Speaker 7 (49:04):
FBI agents have since sought to interview at least four
witnesses in connection with the comments, two of the people said,
with one adding that the governor had been subpeeded himself
but not questioned as of yet. Two of the people
with the knowledge of the investigation involving mister Murphy's comments
indicated that it was separate from any Justice Department inquiry.
That's a different inquiry which has been upheld by a
(49:24):
federal appeals court. There has been no public sign that
the inquiry is moving forward, but the investigation, I guess,
is still ongoing. And that's of you know, Democrat Governor
Phil Murphy out of New Jersey. So we'll see what happens.
There another another indication that the uh, you know, the Democrats,
you know, it's it's a do as I say, not
(49:47):
as I do always always.
Speaker 2 (49:49):
If you if you dug into most how many of
you think would be you'd find these kind of things.
If you looked at all of them, what percentage I
think is that too high?
Speaker 1 (50:03):
No, not at all.
Speaker 2 (50:04):
I think it's I think it's probably I think having.
Speaker 12 (50:06):
An illegal alien for a Democrat hidden up in your
in your crawl space is now cooler than a trans kid.
I think this is the This is the new French
bulldog of Acoutremont.
Speaker 4 (50:17):
For all right.
Speaker 2 (50:18):
Hour two coming up live from Studio six B. We'll
do news with Kevin Donnie Junior, sports with Slick, more
headlines with Rick Delgada right after this. Here's the deal.
(51:22):
If your TV sounds funny in the evening, you're watching
live from Studio six P. That's right, Joe, Thanks, Hour
two live from Studio six P nine o'clock.
Speaker 5 (51:32):
Did he penning that one himself?
Speaker 2 (51:34):
Voice? Man, we don't need no auto pen for that one.
Slick's gonna do some more sports an hour too. Rick
del Gotto's got headline news coming up. Kevin bin Downey, Junior,
host of the Kevin Downey Junior Show, is here and
he'll be here tomorrow night as well. And then of
course Friday. We're at the America First Warehouse where Kevin
was about an hour ago. Doing a podcast over there,
(51:55):
and he said that one good. What'd you guys talk about, Jeff?
You know what we talked about and events or a
lot of it was Epstein, which I don't know if
you saw. I mean that changes.
Speaker 5 (52:05):
We talked about that.
Speaker 1 (52:10):
Likeness.
Speaker 12 (52:10):
That's what they were talking about today, Epstein. There's a
new twist every day.
Speaker 2 (52:14):
And what was the take over there today?
Speaker 12 (52:16):
Well, there there were four of us, and my take
was something will happen. But he's only been in office
six months, give it time. He's got bigger fish to fry.
I get it. I mean everyone is like, oh, we
wanted to see it, and I mean I think it
was a pretty unrealistics. Who think that Epstein had a
list like he had, you know, pedophiles and a glance
calendar when he had here comes this one and this
(52:38):
is coming like we all had unrealistic expectations. But I
think more is gonna happen. This is not going to
go away and and everyone, so this is Trump's biggest downfall.
You know what, We've heard a million things. Oh, we
we caught Trump with classified documents. He's going to sell
nuclear secret of SODIB. Every time they think they got him.
They don't, and I think this is just another one
(52:59):
of those. And yeah, it looks bad when he says
he doesn't want to talk about it. He's not on
the list. Everyone relaxed. But and you know my favorite
thing to left, Marga is fractured. There's a civil ward Margat.
Speaker 4 (53:10):
No, there's not.
Speaker 12 (53:11):
I spent a lot of time with MAGA people, and
that's just not us. I mean, we don't agree on everything,
and that's fine. We're not communists who say yes to
whatever we're told to say yes to. Do we get
to disagree, and that's why one of the big differences
between us and the Pinkos.
Speaker 2 (53:24):
Did you hear President Trump today a couple of times
talking about it? Epstein? A couple of comments he made
today on the karmac and what do he say? Well,
we played him before it played cut one, Aaron, It's
been similar to the Well, now the second one is
actually the one I want Kevin to hear, but I
forgot we can't play that one, and now I don't
remember where it is, so well, that's greazy. Okay, it
(53:47):
was on rafts page, Yail, Let me grab it so
Kevin can hear, because let's get his initial reaction, all right,
here it is keV, here's the president.
Speaker 8 (53:54):
I don't understand why they would be so interested. He's
dead for a long time. He was never a big
factor in terms of life. I don't understand what the
interest or what the fascination is.
Speaker 4 (54:09):
I really don't.
Speaker 8 (54:10):
And the credible information has been given. Don't forget we
went through years of the Mulla witch hunt and all
of the different things to steal dossier which was all fake.
All that information was fake. But I don't understand why
the Jeffrey Emse case would be of interest to anybody.
Speaker 4 (54:28):
It's pretty boring stuff.
Speaker 8 (54:29):
It's sorted, but it's boring, and I don't understand why
it keeps going.
Speaker 4 (54:35):
I think really only pretty.
Speaker 8 (54:38):
Bad people, including fake deus, want.
Speaker 4 (54:40):
To keep something like like that going. But credible information.
Let him give it, anything that's credible, I would say, let.
Speaker 12 (54:47):
Him have it.
Speaker 2 (54:48):
Man, what do you make of that? You know what?
Speaker 12 (54:51):
I think he's right. I think Biden could have left
all this out, He could have released whatever he wanted.
He chose not to, and no one cared. I think
our so I was told you got to care about
this because this is a worldwide thing, and it's a pedophile,
and he's got everyone on a list, and it's the
elites and blah blah blah, and there are some I
firmly believe Bill Gates. But we know Bill Gates's wife,
(55:13):
She said, I left him in part because of his
friendship with Jeffrey Gates, Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton's got to
be on that list, and Prince Andrew I think we
kind of know is, but I don't think every member
of Congress is on Dershowitz said today that there's no one,
uh in, no one in government right now who's on
that list. He also said, we've seen all the lists.
(55:36):
Every name is on that list, and that includes Naomi
Campbell and whomever else who probably not a pedophile, but
all the names relevant to the you know, the the
sexkapas are on that list. And he said, I you know.
First he said, he said, oh, I've seen I've seen this,
and I know who they are. Then he said today
it's an FBI FI David, And being close to the case,
(55:57):
I was able to say, all right, person one has
got to be so and so person too, it's got
to be so and so, and you can't let it.
I think it's going to be less spectacular than people think.
Speaker 2 (56:06):
Okay, very good, all right, we'll get back to Katie
j here in a second. We'll do some news, but
let's do some sports. Sports is brought to you by
Mike Lindell LFS six p's to promo code to us
if you want to shop at my pillow great stuff
from Lindell slicks goot sports. Let's start what's going on?
Speaker 6 (56:20):
All right, Major League Baseball? Let's get an update on
the Old Star game down in a hotlanter is Rick
referred to early as truest park games back in Atlanta.
They're excited and l jumped out to an early to
nothing lead. It's now in the top of the third.
Catel Marte of the Diamondbacks doubled in Alcuna Junior and.
Speaker 5 (56:36):
Otani so to nothing. Pretty good game.
Speaker 6 (56:38):
There usually a high scoring festivity most of the Old
Star games. But it looks like a little bit of
a pitch's duel there in the top of the third.
But we'll keep you updated right now and again up
to nothing and we'll get to a couple of stories here.
Speaker 5 (56:51):
Let me see I know that queued up old on
a second. Now, oops, okay.
Speaker 6 (56:54):
So Florida ag threatens to sue US Master's Swimming over
gender participation policy. Uthmeyer says Florida is where woke goes
to die.
Speaker 5 (57:03):
I like that one.
Speaker 6 (57:04):
Ryan Gatos of Fox News reporting Florida Attorney General James
Uthmeyer on Tuesday urge US Master's Swimming to certify it
will change its gender participation policy that allows its biological
male members to compete against females or enter.
Speaker 5 (57:18):
Their locker room.
Speaker 6 (57:19):
Uthmeyer made the demand at a news conference and said
the Florida based organization will face a lawsuit if it
fails to comply with the orders. The us Minster's Swimming
Board of Directors and Rules Committee updated its participation guidlines
last month. USMS allows members to register for the competition
category that aligns with their gender identity and or expression,
(57:39):
and to participate in sanction events in that category. The
new guideline state, however, swimmers will not be included in
recognition programs unless they are swimming in the competition category
that aligns with their sex assigned that birth, or they
meet the eligibility requirements outlined in its statement to be
eligible for the us Minster's Swimmings Women's recognition programs. The
policy stated that members of the female sex are eligible
(58:01):
for recognition programs in the women's category, regardless of the
gender identity or gender expression. This gets just absolutely crazy
here with all this, but good to see. I like
that Florida is where woke goes to die. That is
a classic.
Speaker 2 (58:14):
James Uldmeyer is the best attorney general in the country.
And we had an attorney general like him in every
red state, we would be way better off than we
are with most of them because he is no nonsense.
He takes the lead from he used to be the
chief of staff, I believe, to the governor, and he
is fantastic.
Speaker 6 (58:32):
Absolutely, absolutely and ex picturate. Dan Sarafani convicted of murdering
father in law. This is Dylan gwyn and Breitbart. Former
MLB pitcher Dan Serafini was convicted first degree murder of
his father in law and the attempted murder of his
mother in law over a one point three million dollar
financial dispute. Saraphini, fifty Women's convicted of shooting seventy year
old Robbie Robert Gary Swore and of the attempted murder
(58:56):
of Sport's wife, Wendy Wood in twenty twenty one. In addition,
Seraphenie was convicted first degree burgerary the MLB. VET is
accused of entering his in law's home in Homewood, California,
on June fifth, twenty twenty one, and waiting for the
couple to return to the house while armed with a
twenty two caliber rifle. Two children, aged three and eight months,
were in the home at the time of the shooting.
Wendy would survive the shooting, but eventually committed suicide in
(59:18):
twenty twenty three due to the trauma cause by Seraphini's attack.
Speaker 5 (59:21):
Her family states.
Speaker 6 (59:22):
According to court documents, the problems began with an argument
over one point three million dollar investment sport and what
were supposed to make on a ranch renovation project.
Speaker 5 (59:31):
The prosecuted.
Speaker 6 (59:32):
His investigation revealed threatening text messages from Serafini to his
in laws regarding money. I'm going to kill them one day,
the former picture wrote in a text. He also wrote,
I will be coming after you and take me to court. Incredibly,
the couple gave Serapfini ninety thousand dollars on the day
he ambushed them, so just absolutely crazy. Serapheni went fifteen
and sixteen with a six era. Not a great picture
(59:53):
in his MLB career, which began in nineteen ninety six,
four years after the Twins drafted him in the twenty
sixth round of the ninety two draft, and ended in
two thousand and seven.
Speaker 5 (01:00:01):
So more than a cup of coffee in the Major
League Baseball.
Speaker 6 (01:00:04):
The former Emily Pitcher is being held without bail and
entering until the sentence on August eighteenth. So really sad
news there. You also pitched for the Reds for a
bit too, so picked up that story earlier.
Speaker 5 (01:00:14):
And that's a rapping sports from me. Big date back
to you.
Speaker 2 (01:00:16):
All rights looked very good. So there's a news tonight
going on on the house. Not the house floor, actually
it's the Senate floor. And that, of course is the
recision package. First one, the big recision package, which was
about nine started out at about nine I think point
eight billion is what the what they came up with,
which again is like zero point zero one percent. It's
of one percent. It's like literally nothing given the debt,
(01:00:41):
but it's at least something that's to start nine point
eight I think it was billion of course that got
floated out there. And then of course you didn't really
hear much about it. You certainly didn't hear Republicans really
go to the matt fighting for it and saying we're
not gonna We're not gonna cave. This is absolutely the
least amount of a starting point. And then you start
(01:01:02):
to get wind of Markowski and Collins and the other
ones saying, wow, we may not support it, and of
course the Republicans immediately cave, and then they start negotiating
little bits out of it, and nine point eight becomes
nine point five, becomes nine point three, then it gets
down to nine billion, which I think is the number
that went to the floor tonight. And guess what the
votes fifty to fifty because three Republicans voted with the Democrats,
(01:01:24):
so it didn't pass. And I don't think jd. Vance
is around to break the tie, or at least he's
not as of right this second. So we can't even
pass nine billion and recision cuts because they don't want
to defund their precious PBS or NPR, whatever the hell
it was. So the votes fifty to fifty, three Republicans
voted with the Democrats.
Speaker 7 (01:01:46):
So you mean three Republicans who say that Republicans are
actually Democrats.
Speaker 2 (01:01:51):
And here and here's my problem with it. And I
know people are not gonna like this, but I'm sorry
it has to be said. Why doesn't President Trump get
on the And maybe he is, so maybe I'm being unfair,
but why is it that these Republicans never catch the
heat that let's say, Thomas Massey catches or Ram Paul
catches or Chip Roy catches when it comes to these
kind of things. Why is it that no one else
(01:02:14):
catches that kind of heat? Why is it that they
don't go to the mat like they do against them,
like they go against the Freedom Caucus, against these Republicans
when this stuff happens, that we can't even cut nine billion,
which was nine point eight billion, then it becomes nine
billion because they won't fight for the nine point eight
And now we can't even get the nine passed USAID, PBS,
(01:02:35):
NPR all in there. And these are the first of
the dosee cuts. Fifty to fifty tie in the scent
three Republicans vote with the Dems. If that's not just
the encapsulation of where we are, And why I get
crazy when I see these things like the big beautiful
bill and people going no it's gonna be great because
this is how it goes all the time.
Speaker 12 (01:02:56):
Remember Tim Burshett said, anytime you see a Republican who
doesn't vote the way he or she should, they've got
something on him, either he took the envelope or they've
got pictures of him, or somebody shouldn't be with ye.
There's no reason for it. There's really no reason for
anyone to say no to this. But the fact that
three did, and who are they the usual suspects.
Speaker 2 (01:03:14):
Usual suspects, I'm assuming it's Murkowski Collins, and I don't
know who the third one would be. Honestly, it doesn't
it doesn't say it in this post that I'm looking at.
There's wigglers.
Speaker 12 (01:03:23):
They're wigglers, probably McConnell. They're bog frogs.
Speaker 2 (01:03:27):
So oh well, I was gonna do news with Kevin
Downey Junior, but we don't have time, so we'll do
it when we get back. But yeah, that that this is,
you know, this is where we're at, and so we'll
see if there's any pressure put on these three. I
don't know who that well, let's research who the third
one was. Maybe it was Ram Paul, but I don't
know that. For sure, so let's take the break. We'll
(01:03:49):
do some more headlines with Dolgatto, with news with Kevin
Downey Junr. When we get back, more sports would slick
before we wrap Aaron and Fran of course, here on
a Tubesday night, Real America's voice. Remember Friday, We're back

not this summer into the fall. We'll be there every

(01:06:40):
going to do some more sports. Kevin Downey Junior, the
host of the Kevin Downey Junior Show, is here as well.
Mister Downey Junior, I know you did a podcast over
at the America First Warehouse. You Epstein was on the menu?
What else was on the menu? And what else is
in the news that's caught your attention?
Speaker 12 (01:06:56):
Well, this one, this one as from from horror to worst.
This one really seems my clams. I don't know if
you heard Big d some convicted pedophile try to snatch
a kid in Colorado. Disturbing video. He's chasing kids around, Yeah,
and he snags one and he takes off of them
and they stop him and they decide, well, you we're
(01:07:18):
gonna throw him in jail. Well, he can't do that.
They give him a mental competency test.
Speaker 2 (01:07:23):
I mean, he looks like he's got it all together.
Speaker 4 (01:07:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 12 (01:07:25):
Yeah, the guy with no teeth and he he looks
like the he looks like the last guy off the
plane from Haiti.
Speaker 2 (01:07:31):
All right.
Speaker 12 (01:07:32):
He said they kicked him into the back. He's an
ugly Uh. Well, I don't want to say he well,
because it turns out now they you know, they said
we can't we can't prosecute this guy because he's he's crazy.
Turns out he's actually transgender, and we know how much
the lefties like those people, So he's a transmit bob.
They figured they let him go. Fortunately, justice might prevail
(01:07:52):
because the animal who is going to let this animal go, well,
she's getting recalled now. And this is something that you
have really seen. We don't really see this. We've seen
horrible things happen, and especially you know in the big
Blue toilet States. We and we've seen you know, recently,
as you know, California, they found a bunch of kids
picking the dubage, picking the dubage at a dubage farm
(01:08:14):
in California. And I just thought, okay, that's child trafficking.
But the reptile Gavin Newsom comes out in defense of
these people, but never mentioning that there are trafficking young
kids just you know, work in the sun for what
I'm sure is probably far less than minimum wage. But
it's good to see that. Somebody said it takes it
(01:08:35):
takes a kid. That's great, that's great. But this is
this is new because no one has ever written there
he is. Look at that. Look at that transmit, Bob,
look at that nice fell Holy moly, wow, I wouldn't
coexist with that person. And look at that he said.
He just looks gross. And I'm judging a book by
a cover one. But finally someone said enough because I'm
(01:08:56):
telling you, the Left made it clear they don't care
for women at all. The only time they are on
the side of women is when it comes to killing
they're unborn. But otherwise they throw women under the bus.
And now they're doing it to kids. But this is
what the Communists do, folks. There's no you can't have
too many casualties for the Communists. They'll sacrifice everyone and everything.
(01:09:16):
Remember it's never the issue, is never the issue. The
issue is always a revolution. And if that means letting
the pedophiles go. Remember a Haitian rapist raped to a
fifteen year old disabled girl in Boston. He walked on
a five hundred dollars bail. He just had to pay
five hundred bucks. And this one they didn't even want
to prosecute because this is part of their plan. They
(01:09:37):
need chaos. And I hate to say it, it's repulsive
to talk about, but sexual assault is a huge part
of taking over another culture. And that's why he's here,
and that's why they're all here. That's a big part
of it. We see it happening in Western Europe now,
this epidemic of Muslim rapes, and of course if you
go to Africa. They're not just raping, they're slicing people up,
they're killing people there. So what's happening in Africa now
(01:09:58):
that's going to hit Western euro up in about five years.
And what's happening in Europe now is going to hit
us in about three or four. Well maybe not because
we got Trump backed, so hopefully that'll help us. But uh, this,
this is sick. They were going to let him go,
but now they're recalling the bozo who thought we better
just let I mean, he was mentally confident enough to
find out where the kids go. He said, Hey, look
(01:10:19):
at school, and I'm going to wait around till you know,
a lunch tire. Oh, I'm just segue exactly.
Speaker 2 (01:10:24):
It's competent to do it.
Speaker 12 (01:10:26):
Yeah, you know, and how is it? How is it crazy?
People always do horrible things? Hukum, you know, No, I
heard a voice, so I cut my neighbor's wall. And
that never happens. It's always something horrible, But thank god,
this one. Well let's see if she gets recalled, because
remember they recalled the DA from San Francisco because there
was so much violence against Asians, nothing was being done
(01:10:48):
about it. Had on video they wouldn't release the video.
Oh we've released this video, and who's attacking who? Let's
go to see them racist? So they're hiding it and
again all part of the plan, folks. This is woke
right here. You can't criticize another culture. And it worked
in England, it worked in Western Europe. They didn't do
anything when these then when this rape epidemic began, and
(01:11:08):
that is the intention they wanted here. We're not going
to stand for it. Don't give up your guns.
Speaker 2 (01:11:14):
And I saw someone post about this and say, man,
Colorado's turned into a human sewer.
Speaker 12 (01:11:19):
Absolutely right. It's just sick. It's amazing how what people
will do to just to prove how woke they are,
or to prove that they're not one of us. And
that's a big part of it. Virtue sell virtue. People
will jump at that, and weak people always will. They'll
sacrifice their kids. I was reading an article with a woman.
I said, why your daughter was fifteen when she had
(01:11:40):
her breast carved out? Why did you allow that to happen?
And she said, well, I was afraid they would call
me transphobic, fear of being called a name. And that's
a mother, that's sick. These are weak people.
Speaker 2 (01:11:52):
We're dealing with folks.
Speaker 12 (01:11:53):
That's why they're so easy to control.
Speaker 2 (01:11:55):
Before we do more news with Kevin Downey Junior. Some
I guess this would be considered breaking, although I mean
this has been debated whether he can do it or not.
I think he can. Representative Annapauline Luna tonight eight minutes
ago says Jerome Powell is going to be fired. Firing
is imminent, and this has been highly debated on whether
(01:12:16):
the FED has the independence from the President of the
United States to be fired. And well, this will be interesting.
I mean, I absolutely believe he can fire him. But
there's a lot of people who who think this will
be challenged. And of course you're how quick do you
think you'll have a junction. You'll have a judge somewhere
(01:12:39):
jumping on this one. I'll give it about eight seconds, yep.
And also breaking. By the way, JD. Vance is on
his way to break the tie to advance the now
nine billion doche Cup package, which includes reductions to NPR,
PBS and USAI D And someone wrote me, so no,
big d He's on his way. It's just the beginning
(01:13:00):
of the negotiations. I get it. But the point is
that we need him is the point. The fact that
we need him on what's one speck of sand off
the beach, essentially in cuts is the point. Many others
(01:13:21):
now reporting both of those things. JD. Vance is on
his way to break the tie, and that Jerome pal
is going to be fired. The pole thing is very interesting.
Inflation came out today and of course it ticked up,
and people were quick to blame the tariffs. I'm not
so sure about that, and I think everybody's looking at
the wrong timeframe on the tariffs. I think you have
(01:13:44):
to look at the three months when you look at
the effect on tariffs on pricing, instead of the month
over month, because if you do that right now, I
don't think they've had an effect. Now we maybe not
have felt the true effects, and that makes come in
the July or August report, or August in September, you know,
(01:14:05):
well there's no meeting I think in September. But well,
I mean, we'll see. But when you look at the
three month it certainly doesn't show that tariffs have had
some significant effect on the tick up and inflation that
we saw. I think to two point seven, I think
it was the report on Cord today, and of course
the left is looking for any reason to blame Trump
that there's we're reigniting inflation, which is crazy. Listen to
(01:14:32):
Tom Lee from Funshratt, not Eric Swalwell, and what you'll
know is that there's we're going to be in mad
deflation here, if not already very soon My life for

welcome right now to the show. The editor in chief
(01:15:57):
of AMAC Newsline. That's Shane Harris. Shane, how are you good?
Speaker 10 (01:16:02):
Thanks for having me.
Speaker 2 (01:16:03):
Always a pleasure to have you on. Thanks for a
few moments tonight. We were talking with Josh Hammer before
on the show from Newsweek, and I was talking about
the Biden pardons and I said to him, and I
talked to John Solomon from Justin News about this last night.
You know, the New York Times article that came out
yesterday was wow. Again, I think they thought they were
helping Biden, but I don't think they did him any
(01:16:23):
favors by admitting some of the things in there that
listen to, this guy was clueless. President Trump was right
about Biden's pardons. So what do you think all of
this tells us about who was really running the country
so far? Yeah?
Speaker 9 (01:16:36):
I mean, really, it confirms what we already knew, which
is that Biden wasn't running the country and unnamed unelected
staffers were. And I actually put a piece out on
this this morning called the Conspiracy theorist for right again.
And I don't know how many times I've had to
write that headline over the last just the last couple
of years. We're on one story after another we find
out later on something that was labeled a conspiracy theory
(01:16:57):
by the corporate media early on turn out to be
completely true, whether it was the COVID laud League theory,
the Hunter Biden laptop, and now Biden what I like
to call pardon Gate just gets deeper and deeper. Yeah,
like you said, the New York Times, I think they
thought they were doing Biden a favor, but I think
they assumed we wouldn't read to the end of the stories.
They put this headline up that says, oh, Biden says
(01:17:18):
he signed off and all the pardons, and then at
the end of the story it's like, oh, actually, he
didn't sign off on almost any of the pardons, just
the one for a son. So I'm not really sure
who they thought they were fooling by saving that for
the end of the story.
Speaker 2 (01:17:31):
Yeah, I think that's make a good point, And maybe
they figured people weren't going to kind of actually read
through the kind of you know, you kind of parsed
through the language, and you know, I had that experience
reading it. I thought to myself, wait a minute, this
is not helpful. They're basically admitting here that this guy
basically just kind of gave carp blanchtal the people around him,
(01:17:52):
and he had really had no idea. I think there
was one part of the article that said when it
came to some of the criminal part of it, that
some of the jails actually had a call over and say, well,
wait a minute, who are you referring to here? We
don't even know It's so it's so random and so blanket.
We don't even know who you're referring to. So I
think you're right. But to the point do you think
(01:18:13):
this evolves? I asked Josh this. He didn't think it did.
Because of the president and because of the plenary power
of the presidential pardons, it's not going to get questioned.
And he referenced some older Inspector General from the Department
of Justice letter that basically said, even if the president
doesn't use it, doesn't do it himself. If he delegates
(01:18:35):
to somebody, it's just as good as if he did it.
But John Solomon thought maybe there would be some fire
if there was smoke here. Do you think this evolves
into anything at all or it's going to be too
tough to kind of get to the end road here.
Speaker 9 (01:18:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:18:49):
Well, I'm not a legal experson.
Speaker 10 (01:18:50):
I'll let the lawyers figure that out.
Speaker 9 (01:18:52):
But what I do know is that I think that
this should not be the end of it, right, Like
this New York Times story should not be the last
that we hear of this. I think Congress has a
duty to investigate because we as the American people, we
have a right to know exactly what happened, and we
need names. We need to know who these staffers were
so that we can start to get accountability. It's become
(01:19:13):
kind of a disturbing trend in our culture recently, whether
it's the Epstein files or now this or whatever it
may be. You know, there's all these allegations of wrongdoing,
but where are the names? Who is responsible for these
things that have happened? That's what I want to know,
and that's what I think a lot of everyday people
out there, are viewers, just every day Americans want to
know as well.
Speaker 2 (01:19:34):
Yeah, I mean, do you think Congress plays a role here?
I mean, obviously, I think it would be hard to
get legislation or anything like that to any kind of
reform legalies, because you're talking about the Constitution, you're talking
about the plenary power that's granted to the president in
pardons that only he holds. But do you think there's
any role for Congress or any other governing body here
to step in other than investigation fairy?
Speaker 9 (01:19:55):
Yeah, I mean the investigatory role would be the main one, right,
Like I want to see more Iden staffers in front
of Congress, in front of the House, in front of
the Senate, answering questions. Maybe there's some some legislation down
the road to do a fix on this. But you know,
as long as the philibuster is in place, I'm sure
the Democrats, you know, we're trying to block anything that
Republicans do to move towards accountability. Maybe something like, hey,
(01:20:17):
the president can't just blanket delegate his pardon power to
unnamed staffers and let them pardon whoever they want based
on vague guidelines. That'd be a legislation that I think
most Americans would support. I don't really know how realistic
that is, but definitely investigations. You know, it's easy to
just dismiss investigations as not really having you know, any
real power from like a legislative standpoint, but just from
(01:20:39):
an accountability standpoint. I think people would be curious to
know more than they know now, and so that's something
that I'd personally like to see. I think a lot
of our members over at AMAC would like to see,
and everyday Americans would like to see.
Speaker 2 (01:20:49):
Also, yeah, we're speaking with Shane Harris from AMAC News Line.
Of course you can visit our friends at AMAC at
AMAC dot us last Studio six BAMAC dot us last
Studio six BA last thing. And there's another part of this,
and that, of course, is what John Solomon was reporting
yesterday about hopefully seeing Trump declassify some of this Russia
(01:21:11):
Gate stuff and then letting the Department of Justice appoint
a special counsel. And I was saying to John, you know,
we look at Komy and all of the people involved,
but let's not forget the media. The media is culpability
in all of this stuff when it comes to what
happened to Trump for the last ten years as far
as Russigate, and then when you look at this Biden
(01:21:33):
pardon thing, the media's culpability. It should be front and
Center because they knew it, they lied about it, they
went along with it. They all told us we were
crazy for knowing what our eyes and ears were telling
us when we watched this guy. And now, of course
the New York Times reports on it like, you know,
they always try to flip it, like, oh Jesus, we're
(01:21:55):
so surprised by this. Does the media have any credibility
left to even report on any of this? Yeah?
Speaker 9 (01:22:03):
None, whatsoever? I mean, the gas lighting here is completely insane.
You know, it would be different, like the Rushi Gate
thing was bad enough, right, but then we have the
Hunter Biden laptop, and then COVID and now this, and
it's just one thing after another. And yet, you know,
you say the media, and I really think that that
the corporate media and the established from media, their credibility
is gone, right, which is why more and more people
(01:22:24):
are turning to outlets like Real America's Voice like AMAC
for their news and analysis and information. And so no,
I think that, you know, yes, maybe this story dashed
the media's credibility, but it was already in such shambles
that I'm not even really sure how much damage it did,
because I don't think anybody really believed the line from
(01:22:44):
the very beginning that Biden had anything to do with
these partners or anything to do with any of the
decisions that were made late in his administration. I don't
think anyone believed that from the very beginning. So for
most people, I think the story just was further proof
of what they already what they already knew, which set
the media, the corporate media, the establishment media, had no
credibility left whatsoever.
Speaker 2 (01:23:04):
Yeah. I think that's the case with a lot of things.
When it came to COVID and vaccines and all this
other stuff were we all knew it when we saw it,
and it took three or four years for all the
naysayers to kind of go, oh, maybe they were right.
We're talking with Shane Harris from AMAC News Line. Anything
else you guys are working on an AMAC or what
else is on your radar? What else is going on
in AMAC news Line, any other big stories you guys
have an interest in right now? Yeah?
Speaker 10 (01:23:26):
Absolutely so. We're covering a number of things.
Speaker 9 (01:23:28):
We're still heavy on the big Beautiful Bill which passed
over the fourth of July holiday, and now the big
mission of that is turning to explaining what that bill does,
how it benefits seniors. We just had a great piece
you put out yesterday that the Press Secretary of Caroline
Levitt tweeted out about how.
Speaker 10 (01:23:44):
That bill helped seniors.
Speaker 9 (01:23:46):
So that's something we're really focused on, really focused on
the cultural issues, all the stuff that's happening in Colorado
that I know you guys were talking about the housing issue,
which has you know, been in the news lately. So
really everything whether it be culture of politics or policy.
Definitely coming over to AMAC Newsline.
Speaker 10 (01:24:02):
And check us out.
Speaker 2 (01:24:03):
There you go, you can see why it's great stuff.
AMAC news Line. He's the editor in chief, Shane. I
always appreciate you coming on. Thanks so much. All right,
thank you, Shane Harris. He's the editor in chief amacnews Line,
and they do do great stuff, great stories, great news,
and of course great deals. AMAC dot us slash Studio
six B. I don't know what the current deal is,
but I think it was about five years for thirty
(01:24:24):
five I don't know what it was, thirty five dollars.
It's ridiculous, whatever it is, so some value. AMAC dot
Us Last Studio six B. Go there now, AMAC dot
Us Last Studio six B. And this audience, by the way,
has responded in AMAC and I hear it sometimes from
directly from them in enormous numbers. And we appreciate your
supporting them. And if you haven't, go to AMAC dot
us last Studio six B now and check out whatever
(01:24:46):
the deal is. And whatever it is, by the way,
it's great. So, uh, twenty minutes till the hour, let's
do some more sports and then I got a couple
of things and we'll get Kevin Downey Junior as well.
Sports has brought to you by Mike lindel Slick. What
else is going on?
Speaker 8 (01:24:58):
Night?
Speaker 5 (01:24:58):
Summer Classic?
Speaker 6 (01:24:59):
Major League base BAWL All Star Game, Truest Park down
in Atlanta, Georgia Pitchers dual going on right now, Big
d The National League is throwing a three hitter, which
is very unusual in an All Star Game. And that
that two run double in the first inning by Coutell Marte.
The Diamondbacks has stood up now so it continues to
be two nothing n l over the al middle of
the fifth inning.
Speaker 5 (01:25:18):
So three hitter, I mean that.
Speaker 6 (01:25:20):
Is like I said, these guys hit the ball incredibly,
But the National League.
Speaker 2 (01:25:23):
Is something now why are they playing it? So they pitching.
So seriously, does it mean something?
Speaker 6 (01:25:29):
Yeah, well, I think the winning team gets the home
field advantage. The league gets the home field advanage, so
the National League will get the home field advantage in
the World Series.
Speaker 5 (01:25:37):
So that's a benefit of itself. And there's a little
more coin.
Speaker 6 (01:25:40):
These guys like that little scratch. I think these guys
make millions and millions. They get crazy over that hundred
grand or whatever they win. Probably who knows what they
win these days, there's so much money. But yeah, so
there's a little something on the line there, big some
something bragging rights, right and PGA stars. While we got
a big obviously, Beth Page. We got a big, big
golf tournament coming up, right, A cup, right, big d
can't wait.
Speaker 5 (01:25:59):
September lost the.
Speaker 2 (01:26:00):
Ryder Cups, not even a tournament, but it's the Rider
Cup once every two years, America versus the Europeans. Let's
go Red, White, and blue. I got to figure out
how to get there.
Speaker 5 (01:26:11):
Oh, you get in there. You got a hook.
Speaker 2 (01:26:13):
I gotta find some hook that I have other than
my buddy Stu Finer from Barstool and from of course just.
Speaker 3 (01:26:19):
Be hot Toot, who lives about six feet from beth
Page who will have I'm sure PGA and Roder Cup
events at his house other than bothering him, which I'm
not going to do.
Speaker 2 (01:26:31):
I got to figure out how to get in there
for the Ryder Cup.
Speaker 5 (01:26:34):
I mean long, Allen's going to be New York.
Speaker 2 (01:26:37):
Scene in golf. Ever.
Speaker 6 (01:26:38):
I know it's a great course, but PGA Staw's dad
is skipping the unwatchable Ryder Cup at beth Page Black.
He's afraid of what's going to happen. This is Stefan Schaffele, says.
Fans called Sheen Lowry's wife a whore last time he
was there. This is Ryan ricka Fox News. Yeah, I
mean well that's what he called them. Can I tell
you this is welcome to Page and then talk about hearsay? Uh,
(01:26:59):
the Ryder Cup. The countdown is on and this year
has the potential to be one for the history books.
This year's event will take place at Bethpage Black, outside
of New York City. It will be the second time
a team competition has been in the Tri state area,
along with the twenty seventeen President's Cup at Liberty National
and Jersey City. The United States and Europe have alternated
winning the Cup with the home team winning each event
rather than convincingly each year.
Speaker 5 (01:27:18):
Since twenty sixteen. Zanderschaflet has been a.
Speaker 6 (01:27:21):
Part of Team USA for each Ryder Cup and President's
Cup since twenty nineteen, and he currently has an automatic
bid as the second ranked American in the FedEx Cup standings.
Speaker 5 (01:27:28):
However, his dad wants no part of it.
Speaker 6 (01:27:31):
Stefan Shuffley told The London Times that he's not going
to the Ryder Cup in September. I'm afraid of what's
going to happen in New York. I was there at
Whistling Straits when they called Shane Lowry's wife a or
in front of him.
Speaker 5 (01:27:42):
I couldn't believe my year, Stefan revealed.
Speaker 6 (01:27:44):
Stefan also said he was turned off by the tempers
flaring between Rory mclory and Patrick Cantley's caddy Joe Lacava
in Rome two years ago.
Speaker 5 (01:27:51):
What does Rome have to do with Beth Page. I
don't know. I guess because it's New York right.
Speaker 2 (01:27:54):
Well that should just you know. All the problem is
they sell too much alcohol and you get these, you know,
you get these. I mean I can see what he's saying. Yeah,
it's the US opened by the way at Beth Page
was I was there, Yeah, it was put over the
top and wild, but anybody, but it is. I mean,
(01:28:15):
I don't know. This comes with the territory. He comes
to Long Island and that's unfortunately sometimes what you're gonna.
Speaker 5 (01:28:20):
Get off of the course.
Speaker 2 (01:28:21):
Yep, yeah, it is too bad. But because I mean
it's such, I mean it is. It is the sporting
event I look forward to the most every two years,
which is the Ryder Cup. So a little more news
with Kevin Downey Junior to wrap it up on a
Tuesday right after this, what's the question?
Speaker 5 (01:29:13):
What's the official currency in the Netherlands.
Speaker 2 (01:29:17):
Currency in the nether region of the another bucks? Another look,
another box, let's steal what Rock says here. The official
currency of the Netherlands is another bucks. Yep, that's exactly
what it is. No, it's the Euro, just like myself
Crowns zero.
Speaker 6 (01:29:32):
Yes, Drag Black straightened me out in the chat. Yeah,
so a couple of weeks ago they straightened me out,
but I didn't retain it.
Speaker 5 (01:29:38):
What can I tell you brand like a city.
Speaker 2 (01:29:40):
Well, I think it's pretty close to I think it's
pretty close. Then maybe it's like ninety two, but it's
pretty close.
Speaker 5 (01:29:45):
Yeah, no, my I think it's like about sixteen bucks.
Whatever you want to talking about. You're right, Hey appreciated it.
Sixteen as fantastic. She hooks us up.
Speaker 2 (01:29:54):
All right, thirteen to the hour, live from Studio six P.
Real America's voice, Glad you're in. Kevin Downey Junior is here.
Let's give some time to do some more news, mister
Donny Junior. One else is on your radar.
Speaker 12 (01:30:04):
Well, I got some great news and the Trump victories
keep rolling in, folks. Trump admin just fired fifteen judges
immigration judges. They hadn't hit their two year mark. They're
on what do you call them, not suspension, but you know,
you get a new job and the probation probation, thank you,
fire you for any reason that they want. So fifteen gone,
(01:30:24):
and there's about fifty more that they got, so that's
sixty five. These are folks. These were going to be
deep staters. These are all from Biden. We know why
they were sent there. They were sent there to stop
America from being America. Trump is weeding them out. He's
weeding them out like the picker bushes. They are do
you call him picker bushes when you're a kid, those
things you step on with a we call them picker.
Speaker 5 (01:30:45):
Bushes, pickup bushes, thorn bushes.
Speaker 2 (01:30:47):
We've never never used that term before.
Speaker 12 (01:30:49):
Okay, these are human picker bushes.
Speaker 2 (01:30:51):
And they got to go the pucker brushes where I
used to hit my golf ball when I teed off
on most holes. But no, not the picker whatever you
could whatever to have him out.
Speaker 5 (01:31:00):
He's a pucketbrush to call my mustache.
Speaker 12 (01:31:05):
In the Midwestern picker bush says, I don't know what
you guys call him here, but this is great. This
is how we win, folks. Remember remember who wins the
race slow and steady, And that's what Trump is doing.
He's not even going slow, but he's going very steady.
And it's just win after win after win. And this
is huge because these are the animals who stopped Trump
from doing everything whatever he wants.
Speaker 2 (01:31:26):
Every time he.
Speaker 12 (01:31:26):
Says, we're gonna throw that kid out or that guy out.
Remember the animal who set fire to a bunch of
Jewish people in Colorado. Trump wanted to kick his family out,
and Judge said, Nope, can't do that. Why would you
let his family they're all here legally, why would you
let them say? What kind of a heartless judge says, No,
we're gonna keep them. We're gonna keep out Marxist that's who.
That's who. They're anti human folks, and Trump is weeding
(01:31:47):
them out. Now this is a little more serious. They
caught This is right up state here, folks. So from
New York City, if you take eighty seven north you
will hit Canada and about four mile west of there
before the border, there's a small town called Moor's Forks,
I believe, And they caught a van, a van with
five Iranians and two Uzbekistans.
Speaker 2 (01:32:09):
Now, were they just on.
Speaker 12 (01:32:12):
Vacation, it could be they could be lost. It sounds
like the worst yacht rock band I've ever heard of.
Five a Radians to Uzbekistys. But they've all been caught
trying to sneak into the country before. Now why is
this important? Well, because we just bombed the potato salad
out of their nuke factory. And they've been screaming death
to America for years. But now they're like, now we
got to good Trump And now now is this a
(01:32:32):
sleeper sell? No one knows. But how do they catch them.
Someone saw something and they said something. Someone saw seven
guys in a van who looked like they might not
be from this country and said, that's worth a phone call.
So my head is off to these patriots. Remember they
are who called the cops and said, hey, there's something
weird you should see here. They were right trying to
get right over the border and they were stopped. They
(01:32:54):
didn't get through, and this is huge news.
Speaker 2 (01:32:56):
Keep in mind, did you see, by the way, your
friend Robert Spencer's head line on about this in PJ
Media today.
Speaker 12 (01:33:01):
Yeah, I'm reading history.
Speaker 2 (01:33:03):
Yeah, you got it. The title of that piece is
either these guys were very, very lost or they were
up to no good. Yeah, I should have said that.
This is from my friend Robert Spencer.
Speaker 12 (01:33:16):
He's got thirty plus books out on the g Hattie
Daddies and he runs jihad watch dot org. Check him out.
He's a wonderful guy and he's an author with me
over at PJ Media.
Speaker 2 (01:33:26):
Yeah. I read this today. It's the only reason I
know what you're talking about. I saw that and read
it today.
Speaker 12 (01:33:32):
He's hilarious. He's hilarious. But look at that's back in
November twenty twenty four and Islami. This is from Robert again,
an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Core operative fack. I can't say
that name was indicted for plotting to kill Trump. I'm
planning to kill Trump twenty twenty one. The Islamic Republican
Guard River Mountain, an audacious operation to kidnap Masi Ali
(01:33:55):
Nijjad and Iranian dissident New York, take her back, torturer,
maybe even kill her. So that's what's going on. These
sleeper cells could be anywhere. Remember, folks, Biden left the
border wide open, and my friend Robert points out here.
Under Biden, these guys could have come in and said
we want asylum, and they just said, okay, come on in,
here's your date, and if you don't make it, well
we'll deal with that done. He was just letting them in.
(01:34:17):
But now there's so much pressure and I heard there's
a big, big bounty on Trump from Iran, all right,
from Iran. Keep in mind Biden was giving them money
and Obama was giving them money, and Trump he's blowing
them up. He's blowing them up. So we can see
that the Democrats are on the side of these Islamo communists,
as I like to call him. But great day seven
(01:34:37):
of them get they're packing them up, they'ren to send
them back home. They're probably trying to get back in again.
But remember now that big Daddy Trump's here. So few
people are getting over the border. They're trying, but they're
just not getting here, folks. And this is another way
we win. And let me just say, as a comedian,
I can read a room. I'm telling you right now,
most of this nation, or at least a big chunk
of it, they are all four throwing people out, all
(01:35:00):
for it. There's a couple got arrested in I think
it was the Upper Peninsula, Michigan and the Detroit Free
Press or something I forgot said they were kicked off
from going six miles per hour over now they're kickedouk
is tore here illegally, and I'm not seeing a lot
of people saying, oh, I can't believe you're doing it.
People are behind this too. Many people are getting raped
and killed. Another woman just got she just pled guilty
(01:35:21):
today going seventy five down the highway down the wrong
way and kills a twelve year old who was in
a car. He wouldn't be dead if she wasn't here,
it's important to throw these people out.
Speaker 8 (01:35:31):
I get it.
Speaker 12 (01:35:32):
Maybe I have to do my own laundry because usually
I drop it off. I tell you, I wore my
trump headed and the woman goes, you like trump, He's
going to kick me out, And I was like, oh,
normally I don't wear it in, but I forgot to
take it off.
Speaker 5 (01:35:43):
No ticky, no Trumpet.
Speaker 1 (01:35:47):
Now she works at a Delhi.
Speaker 12 (01:35:48):
I go to this, so I'm probably getting probably getting
a little DNA and a tuna celid sandwich, if you
know what I mean.
Speaker 5 (01:35:54):
Yeah, I's need the handle that.
Speaker 12 (01:36:00):
Up to my friend Robert Spencer.
Speaker 2 (01:36:02):
Yes, that's a good article over at PGA Media today.
A couple of things here before we wrap. The President
has posted about five eight minutes ago that he now
has the votes for the Genius Act. He says, I'm
in the Oval Office with eleven of the twelve congressmen
women necessary to pass the Genius Act, and after a
(01:36:22):
short discussion, they have all agreed to this. This this
failed today they took a vote on this. They have
all agreed to vote tomorrow morning in favor of the rule.
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson was at the meeting
via telephone and looks forward to taking the vote as
early as possible. I want to thank the congressmen women
for their quick and positive response. This is what I'm
talking about. This is pressure like he puts on other things.
(01:36:44):
This is the way to do it, and this is
you get what you put. When we message what we
want and we stand behind it, we get it. And
this is good. And the Democrats tried to pull some
fast ones today, Like there was a lot of reporting
today about Republicans voted unanimously not for the Epstein thing
to come out. Well that's not that wasn't exactly the case.
(01:37:06):
Ro Kanna tried to pull the fast one and he
slipped one of these these things into this procedural vote
that they did. I mean, it makes you want to
absolutely pull your hair out with how all this stuff works.
I mean, it's sometimes it seems so asked backwards that
the way our government works. But Rocanna tried to slip
in this thing into this vote, and it forced basically
the Republicans to all vote no. And then of course
(01:37:27):
it gets reported, oh, they'll voted for the Epstein thing
that to come out. Well that's not really exactly what happened.
They voted for the the for the rule not to pass,
so the Democrats didn't have control of the floor, which
is what they would have, and then they could have
done anything. Basically they wanted to on this. Uh this
you know the way this stupid stuff works. So they
had to vote no because of this. And the Democrats
(01:37:49):
always try to do this. They'll they will pull any
procedural nonsense they could try to possibly get away with
and hope that the truth never gets to you. So
you just look at the reporting to you and you go, oh, jeez,
all the Republicans voted for the Epstein stuff not to
come out. Oh what are they hiding? What's note at all?
What happened? So the Genius Act was another one today,
and they tried to throw the CBDC thing into it.
(01:38:11):
Instead of just having it a straight up and down
on the merits of it, they tried to throw a
bunch of crap in there. And they said, Ah, So,
as always, we salute our military, active and active police, firefighter,
source responders, zmts, everybody on the front lines protecting us.
Thanks everybody on the show. Kevin Downy Jr. For coming
in he'll be here tomorrow night as well. Rick Dugodill
slick Rick, I'll be off tomorrow Aaron and friend, as always,
(01:38:35):
have a great night. Everybody will see you. The boys
will see tomorrow night at eight pm right here, live
from Studio six B
