(06:16):
taking advantage of what I think has been an excellent
investment strategy for a long time.

Speaker 3 (06:22):
And that is gold.

Speaker 4 (06:24):
All right, let's talk about some of the hot topics
that we're following right here on the program. And Hey,
good news for those that really do have a heart
for justice and do want those who were abused by
the whole J six process to get justice. No one
was abused more than those who were killed on that day,

(06:45):
including Ashley Babbott. And she lost her life, veteran patriot
killed by Capitol Police officer Michael Byrd. He was never prosecuted,
he was never demoted, he actually got promoted and a
massive increase in his salary, and never prosecuted for that

(07:05):
wrongful death. Well, the dj has now settled a lawsuit
brought by Judicial Watch on behalf of Ashley Babbitt's husband
and family, and I think it's only just she was
wrongfully killed. The way the government handled it was atrocious,
and I'm glad to see a step forward for justice

(07:26):
in our country and glad to see that for her family.

Speaker 3 (07:29):
Also big news this week.

Speaker 4 (07:31):
Michael Waltz as a National security advisor is out, He's
gonna try to be the UN ambassador if he can
get confirmed. And here's the deal. I wasn't a big fan.
He's sort of a neocon, someone who very hawkish. I
want someone more in the mold of Tulsey Gabbert, who
is our Director of National Intelligence. So I think it's

(07:51):
so outstanding. I'm hearing that some of the names being
considered include Stephen Miller, who is just incredibly sharp, incredibly capable.

Speaker 3 (08:02):
I'd love to see him in that position. So we'll
see what's going to happen.

Speaker 4 (08:06):
That is going to be, of course, playing out over
the next few weeks. In the meantime, Marco Rubio adds
another job to his ever growing number of jobs that
he's doing as Secretary of State. He'll be a temporary
national security advisor. Speaking of Marco Rubio, he is now
releasing a State Department files showing the targeting of Americans.

(08:28):
It was being done during the Biden administration that were
keeping portfolios on social media influencers, on conservative personalities, targeting
these people, going after these individuals, keeping files on them.
What was the government doing that for? Because they're conservatives?
So kudos for the truth and transparency and the disclosure

(08:51):
that is a hallmark of this Trump administration. Of Marco
Rubio doing a great job. We've got problems with judges, folks.
Moredg is in the way of doing the bidding of
the American people and trying to bring about some kind
of safety in this country. The President trying to remove
Venezuelan gang members and a judge intervening and saying no,

(09:12):
they can't be deported. So this involves Venezuelan gang members
in Texas, and this is just the latest out of control,
insane judge that has come forward thinks he or she
is President of the United States doing something that is
going to impact the entire country and stop this agenda

(09:36):
from being implemented.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
We voted for this agenda. It's the will of the people.

Speaker 4 (09:39):
It's the American voters that have said, yes, we want
President Trump to deport people that are here illegally secure
the border, and judges keep saying we can't do it.
Another judge intervening in the case of the Tesla terrorist.
This is a nineteen year old individual who want an

(10:00):
rampage at a Tesla dealership and that individual was tracked
down in his college in Massachusetts. Now a Massachusetts judge
says the Tesla terrorist must be released because he's transgender
and it's going to need transgender treatments and is worried
about his situation behind bars. Well, what about all the

(10:22):
people that were impacted by his terrorism? What about all
the people at that Tesla dealership? What about all those
who suffered at the hands of this lunatic. I mean,
it seems like the victims are never considered by these judges.
You know who's been victimized tremendously un as President Trump.
You know who does it time and time again, the

(10:44):
media And now sixty Minutes planning another hit piece on
President Trump, another Trump bashing segment coming up. This is
the same entity, of course, that edited the interview with
Kamala Harris and make her look good. The President is
suing them. That particular interview got nominated for an Emmy
for quote unquote editing and verifying that yes, a lot

(11:07):
of editing was done in that interview. But sixty Minutes
has been unfair to President Trump for years. They were unfair.
Leslie Stall was dismissing the whole Hunter Biden laptop story
Leslie Stall's a hack. So many of the people over
there are sixty minutes has no reputation today compared to
what their reputation used to be. President Trump also signing

(11:30):
an executive order to cut funding for NPR and PBS.
The right move these entities. If they want to survive,
they need to raise some money on their own. If
they want to be left wing news organizations, let them
be left wing news organizations, but not with your money,
not with my money. It's outrageous that these biased news

(11:51):
organizations are getting one dollar of federal money but they are.
President Trump signing an executive order to end that. And finally,
update on DOGE. We have now reached one hundred and
sixty billion in the savings you know when this was
a webpole I did recently. Of all the great things
that were done during the first term, one of the

(12:11):
best has been DOGE, and that is a bringing about
government efficiency, cutting waste, fraud and abuse, trying to get
this budget in order, trying to do something about our debt.
Kudos to Elon Musk and his team for the success
they've had and continued best wishes for more success in
the future from DOGE. All Right, we got a lot

(12:32):
to get to. Brief time out, we're going to take
care of some business. More ringside politics coming your way
right here on Real America's Voice, and you see our
team hard at work.

Speaker 3 (12:42):
We'll be right back.

Speaker 4 (13:00):
We are back, and nothing's more important than the integrity
of the vote, cleaning up our elections. And one person
that has been working so hard on this and doing
such a great job, our friend Garland Favorto with us.
He's co founder of voterga dot org. Got some big
news to talk to Garland about. Garland's going to be
coming down here to the state Louisiana to testify before
the legislature on an important piece of legislation this week.

(13:22):
And he just held a news conference the other day
talking about the President's executive order, which is a pretty
impressive executive order from President Trump.

Speaker 3 (13:31):
Garland, how are you, sir? Welcome.

Speaker 5 (13:34):
Great to be back on rinks on politics with you, Jeff,
and I'm looking forward to seeing you in Baton Rouge
next week.

Speaker 3 (13:41):
Yes, we're going to see each other in Baton Rouge.

Speaker 4 (13:44):
When these legislators, God, I keep an eye on these legislators,
that's for sure. But let's talk about President Trump's Executive
Order fourteen two forty eight dealt with a wide variety
of things, right Garland.

Speaker 6 (13:58):
Yeah, it really did, yef.

Speaker 5 (14:00):
There's so many different things in there, just to name
a few. So the the I guess we would start
with the citizenship I call it the Citizenship Executive Order.
So many things there about requiring proof of citizenship. It's
already a federal law that you have to be a
citizen to vote, as most of the people know. But

(14:23):
this order just simply suggests some updates that need to
be made to the federal voter registration form, the national form,
and the postcard and in order to comply with the law.
You know, all of this entire order is simply to
comply with existing federal law. It has nine sections. Each

(14:46):
section names, on an average probably of about two statues
which are not currently being forced. Citizenship is one of them.
Another one has to do with election day. The federal
statutes clearly stay that there is one election day and
all the ballots should be counted or not at least

(15:06):
not counted, but at least accepted, and no more balance
accepted after the election day deadline. And he's made a
couple of changes here to try to ensure that the
law is enforced.

Speaker 6 (15:21):
So that's an Garland.

Speaker 4 (15:24):
So Garland, we can have election day again as opposed
to election month. I mean, so we're going to be
getting an election result the day of the election as
opposed to weeks later.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
Is that what this is all about?

Speaker 6 (15:37):
That's certainly a big part of that.

Speaker 5 (15:39):
You think that would common sense, But you know they
counted ballots for three weeks and at Maricopa and California
after the election was conducted, and so often we've seen
these you know, these results come in and change the
election results, as they did in twenty twenty when they
accepted ballots and counted for days after election in the

(16:02):
battleground states. So hopefully we'll put an end to that.

Speaker 6 (16:08):
This orders is certainly attempting to do that.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
There are what about, Garland, what about the voter list?

Speaker 4 (16:16):
What about making sure that these states maintain accurate lists
of voters, which I know here in Louisiana our voter
roles are a mess. I don't know what it's like
in Georgia. That's part of this executive order too, right.

Speaker 6 (16:28):
Garland, absolutely so.

Speaker 5 (16:31):
And now and in Georgia we've got probably a million
of our seven or eight million uh uh register registrations
that are invalid or ineligible. We know that votes have
been cast for those, even as recently in the twenty
twenty four Electually, I'm talking about not just a couple
of votes, like thousands. So our our roles in Georgia

(16:52):
are are as bad as yours in Louisiana. But that's
a common you know, throughout the country, everybody has bloated
voter rolls with uh registered you know, registrations that are
just simply either invalid or ineligible representing eligible voters. In
most cases, they're just no longer valid at all because

(17:16):
you know, maybe the voter has moved away or something
else has happened, and these records are sitting on the
voter registration file and then they're used to cast votes
that are basically not legitimate votes.

Speaker 6 (17:28):
So really excited about that section. Jeff.

Speaker 5 (17:33):
In particular, he's going to require a Department of Homeland
Security and DOGE review of existing voter rolls. This is
the public accessible data, and I am anxious to hear
what's going to come out of that. I think we're
going to end up with something like what happened when
those looked at social security roles and they found I think,

(17:56):
what was it, a million, a million uh registering of
one hundred and fifty years old, a million people still
on the final if they ever were in fact people,
and quite a few of those getting money.

Speaker 4 (18:09):
So that's encouraging. Let's talk about the section preventing Foreign
Interference and Unlawful Use of Federal funds. Now, what about
this whole foreign connection to the voting machines, because correct
me if I'm wrong, you're the experts. We've got these
voting machines that are that are made with parts from
China and other foreign nations.

Speaker 3 (18:30):
Is that accurate what I'm hearing Garland?

Speaker 5 (18:32):
Well, yeah, that's accurate because all of the vendors use
they typically use Dell and HP servers and those servers.

Speaker 6 (18:41):
Use part of Chinese part.

Speaker 5 (18:43):
So so that is going to be, I believe a
national security issue. There is a provision in there for
to for the Homeland Security to do a security assessment
of the existing voting systems, and I think they have
already going to turn up some very serious problems. And

(19:06):
you mentioned the d and I Tulsi Gabbert, director of
National Intelligence, has already in the April tenth Cabinet meetings
said that they have evidence of the vulnerabilities in the
machines and the manipulation of results as well. So I
think that that's going to present a big security problem.

Speaker 4 (19:27):
So and I'm glad you're coming down here to Louisiana, Garland,
because we just about a minute.

Speaker 3 (19:33):
But I want to mention this.

Speaker 4 (19:34):
Our Secretary of State is trying to buy one hundred
million dollars in new voting machines. I believe the top
vendor that is being looked at has Chinese components in
these machines. Many of us are looking at other options.
Tell us what you're going to be testifying about, Garland, Well.

Speaker 5 (19:53):
I'm going to be testifying in support of a bill
that you have, and I think this one is from
Senator Hodges that is going into basically ensure that the
critical infrastructure criteria for voting system is upheld. Currently, elections
have been designated critical infrastructure, but they have not been

(20:14):
held to the same guidelines that the Department of Defense,
Department Energy systems have been held to. So this is
a state build that actually is a great bill and
it's the first that it would make sure that any
systems purchased would comply with the basic critical infrastructure guidelines,
such as having all American components or more better vetting

(20:38):
of those systems.

Speaker 4 (20:40):
So Garland, finally, in our final three seconds, are there
any of these machine companies that have parts that are
only made in America?

Speaker 6 (20:47):
Not that I'm aware of.

Speaker 5 (20:49):
There are reliance even though they may not have any themselves.
They are relying on third party election management service and
that type of thing, which do have foreign made chips, and.

Speaker 6 (21:03):
In particular chips from China. So we'll have to see
how that all that plays out.

Speaker 4 (21:09):
Well, that's the concern. I'm so glad you're coming down here. Well,
look forward to seeing you in a few days. Thanks
for being with us today and thanks for all your
great work on this very important issue. Carlin Favorto with
us from voterga dot org. All right, we've been focusing
about this quote unquote Marilyn Man, the guy who's suspected
of human trafficking, especially being em asserteen gang member, and

(21:31):
we know wife abused her, at least according to his wife.
Here's some audio of what she said concerning what he
did to her from a few years ago. Let's check
out clip number one.

Speaker 7 (21:45):
I came to fill out of protective order. I think
was in December, but I didn't show up to the
court because his family like washed my brain telling me
that his dad was sick and not to do it.
So it's still I didn't do anything. But after that
it was like I would call the police. I have

(22:07):
a lot of police reports. And I kept trying to
get to the door basement to try to open the door,
and then like he pushed me. So then when I
was able to go outside to get a phone, I
called one from a disconnected phone. Now, they took a
long time to get to the house. It was probably
like twenty thirty minutes. So I saw a neighbor walking

(22:27):
his dog and I opened the door and I was
like help. And then when he heard me, like he
grabbed me from my hair and then he slapped me.
And then the neighbor like he didn't know what to do,
he didn't know what to react. I have pictures of
the evidence, like all the bruises, because even on Wednesday
he hit me like around like three in the morning.
He would just wake up and like hit me. And
then last Saturday, for my daughter's birthday, party. Before I

(22:49):
went to my daughter's birthday party, he slapped me three times.
And then last week I did call the police. My
sister called the police because they hit me in front
of my sister.

Speaker 4 (22:58):
So this is the guy that the Democrats are going
down to El Salvador to wine and dine and have
Margarita's with kilmar Abrego Garcia. A wife beater, a guy
suspective of human trafficking and being a gang member. And
this is the quote unquote Marilyn Man that they're in
love with.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
Pitiful sad story.

Speaker 4 (23:19):
The other day, Virginia Giuffrey dying under some mysterious circumstances.
The media is calling it a suicide, so is the
police and in Australia, but her father is not. Sky Roberts.
Here's what he had to say. Let's go to clip
number two.

Speaker 8 (23:36):
First of all, tell me about your reaction when you
heard that she'd taken her life.

Speaker 9 (23:42):
Well, first of all, I couldn't even believe it. I
mean I started crying right away. I'm still crying. I
can't believe that this is happening. It's impossible. And then
for them to say that she committed suicide, there's no
way she did. Somebody got to her.

Speaker 4 (24:06):
So he says, no, she didn't commit suicide. I think
he knows her pretty well. That's his daughter, and prayers
for that family. Boy, they've been through a lot. All right,
a lot more to get to you as we roll on.
The Author of God always wins. Join us next right
here on Rick's side.

Speaker 3 (24:43):
All right, welcome back.

Speaker 4 (24:44):
Our next guest is a pastor, author, motivational speaker who's
carried forward his father's vision with his work in ministry
and books. He's got seventeen books that he has written
and he's got a new one.

Speaker 3 (24:57):
Looking forward to talking to him about it.

Speaker 4 (24:59):
God always wins divine liberation from the gods of the woke.
Reverend Robert Schuler is with us, and Reverend how are
you doing.

Speaker 3 (25:07):
Welcome.

Speaker 2 (25:09):
I'm terrifict. Thank you, Jeff, I love your program. Thank
you for having me here.

Speaker 3 (25:12):
Oh, thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (25:15):
And yes, this is a great message to be spreading
now that seems like, you know, five years later, we
look at what has happened to our country, and look
at what happened to so many churches that closed their
doors and allowed you know, the government really to dictate
to them. What they were doing with their congregation. They

(25:37):
were a few courageous ones who stayed open, but not many.
I think that hurt the church a lot, would you.

Speaker 2 (25:43):
Agree, Reverend, Yes, I do.

Speaker 10 (25:46):
But at the same time, those who stayed open are
experiencing exponential growth.

Speaker 2 (25:50):
It's exciting to see.

Speaker 10 (25:52):
And the Church of Jesus Christ at large, which is
not a building, which isn't a denomination, is expanding specifically
among young people, which is really exciting because we have
to remember that God always wins. You know, back in
twenty twenty, when Donald Trump lost the election and we
suddenly or yeah, lost.

Speaker 2 (26:11):
It, let's just put it that way. When he lost
the election, quote.

Speaker 4 (26:14):
Unquote lost is what I say here on this program.
Anyway you look, dolan is a better word. Okay, go ahead.

Speaker 10 (26:22):
Well, when we had it, when we had somebody else
sitting in the Oval office, I just didn't know what
our future was going to hold them. I never dreamt
that he would actually run again, and even more than
that win. But the fact is that had he won
in twenty twenty, it would have been four years of

(26:43):
lame trying to figure out how to deal with this,
not having a cabinet, not having a staff, not having
a Congress, not having a Senate. It would have been
the most frustrating four years in the history of mankind.
And today we we might have somebody like Kamala Harris
as our president.

Speaker 2 (27:03):
I mean, I would just think how bad.

Speaker 10 (27:06):
It would have been had Trump actually won in twenty twenty.
At the time, we're all crying, We're going, I can't
believe this is happening. But God always wins. We have
to trust that. Now four years later, five years later,
we're seeing the result of people actually waking up. They

(27:27):
saw Oh man, what Trump was talking about is real.
He said, he talked about fake news. Listen to this
fake news.

Speaker 3 (27:35):
They're all they're all around the world.

Speaker 10 (27:38):
Having the exact same words, not just stories, but words.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
Bill Beg Bedner, Yes, better.

Speaker 10 (27:46):
I mean we've heard it over and over again, and
they're going.

Speaker 3 (27:49):
Well, you talk about it.

Speaker 4 (27:53):
I mean, your your subtitle is, you know, divine liberation
from the gods of the woke. I mean, the who
became so so powerful during you know, the Biden administration.
It seems like Biden really turned over the agenda to
you know, woke, crazy leftists, and it was I mean,
it was horrible and and I think you make a

(28:15):
very good point. We had to go through that pain,
that that horror show. Many of us sadly lost love,
many of us sadly lost loved ones because of these policies,
like I did. But now Trump comes back and we
see the more appreciation for what he's doing, more appreciation
for his policies, and we can see the danger of

(28:37):
what happened during those last horrible four years. So as
you say, this could be even better than it would
have been. And and that's the hand of God. Right,
let's talk. Let's talk about Donald Trump. I mean he's
he's only here because of divine intervention. I mean he
was a millimeter away from being assassinated, Reverend unbelievable.

Speaker 10 (28:59):
And one of the one of the significant things about
God is God requires a blood sacrifice. And the blood
sacrifice that we recognize today is we're still in the
Easter season for the church.

Speaker 2 (29:11):
We will be in the Easter season for a few
more weeks.

Speaker 10 (29:14):
What that, what that blood sacrifice is Jesus Christ, is
the blood sacrifice that that.

Speaker 2 (29:21):
Gives us the forgiveness of sins.

Speaker 10 (29:23):
And what what I think is so significant is that
not only did the shooter miss because if he had missed,
had not drawn blood, people would have been saying, oh,
there's no way, it didn't come that close. But since
it drew blood, everybody witnessed. And what we have in

(29:44):
in the Gods of the Woke is we still have
a blood sacrifice. I talk about in that in my
tenth chapter of my book, because what happens is when
we take our eyes off of Yahweh, the Creator the
i Am, which is how Moses saw the burning bush

(30:05):
and was introduced to God because he didn't understand God.
He was raising the court of Pharaoh. The court of
Pharaoh had twelve hundred idols. They had twelve They had
a pantheon of gods. And as soon as we take
our eyes off of God, the creator of the heavens
of the earth, we naturally, as our human tendency to do,
we create a pantheon of God's And what the Wolke

(30:28):
has done is they have created their pantheon based on
quote unquote science, but it's really scientism. And it is
this scientism, this pantheon of scientism, that is their foundation
of their pantheon, all of which is based on bad science,

(30:49):
false science, and God the creator of the universe comes
and destroys all of that bad science.

Speaker 4 (30:55):
Right, So, Reverend as we as we concluding beause we've
got about minute left. I just wanted to ask you
about this. You know, the young people that you're optimistic about.
You think they're turning toward faith, turning to church. Have
you seen numbers increase?

Speaker 10 (31:12):
If you want to have your mind blown, go to
YouTube and search Passion twenty twenty four and up will
come a video called ad news Day. It is a
twenty minute video that takes place in the January of
twenty twenty four, and you will see the Mercedes Benz
Arena filled with forty thousand kids between.

Speaker 2 (31:35):
The age of eighteen and twenty five.

Speaker 10 (31:37):
That's the age group that you have to be in
order to attend the conference Passion. And you will see
these other kids who didn't get a graduation. We're told
they had to wear masks, were forced to get an
experimental m and ar mRNA vaccine to go to school.

Speaker 2 (31:54):
I could go on and on the suffering that these
young people had, right, and you will see them with
this is kids with an.

Speaker 10 (32:01):
Attention span of what two to three seconds before they
swipe left right and and for twenty listen to this
for twenty minutes, forty thousand young people are worshiping God acapella,
no music, no entertainment, no videos, and they're just worshiping God.

(32:24):
And they're being prostate before God in prayer, asking for
the forgiveness of their sins and worshiping God. Well, I
promise you you watch that, and anybody who has a
heart for Jesus will well yea and understanding.

Speaker 2 (32:39):
And seeing these are the young people, will sit there
and weep.

Speaker 4 (32:43):
Reverend, thank you for sharing that. Thank you so much
for your work, Thank you for being with us. Best
wishes on the book. We look forward to having you
back on very important messages. The Reverend Robert Tuler. God
always wins, so true. All right, let's share some of
these clips we've got for here in this section. So

(33:04):
one of the things, sadly that we see in this
country today is this trans movement. And the President was
at a rally the other day and a protester I
guess he wasn't sure exactly what gender he was looking at.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
Let's check out clip number three, twenty twenty eight.

Speaker 11 (33:21):
He did so good for me, you know.

Speaker 6 (33:23):
He was in North Carolina. He did so great.

Speaker 2 (33:26):
What's the problem of that?

Speaker 3 (33:29):
What's the problem is that a radical left lunatic?

Speaker 10 (33:34):
He's just a child?

Speaker 6 (33:36):
All right? Good about it?

Speaker 2 (33:38):
Oh, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, man, I thought it was
a guy.

Speaker 9 (33:45):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (33:50):
And she has to go home to a mother who's
a big truth man.

Speaker 6 (33:55):
Her mother's latching.

Speaker 3 (33:59):
I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I said he it's a she.

Speaker 4 (34:08):
So that was at his rally celebrating his first one
hundred days. He also spoke to the graduates of the
Great University of Alabama and gave some great advice.

Speaker 3 (34:19):
Let's check out clip number.

Speaker 11 (34:21):
Four, number six. If you want to change the world,
you have to have the courage to be an outsider.
In other words, you have to take certain risks and
do things a little bit differently. Otherwise, if that weren't
the case, everybody would be successful. Does it work that way?
Progress never comes from those satisfied with the failures of
a broken system. It comes from those who want to

(34:43):
fix the broken system, and you'll make the bigger money.
You'll make them more success by acting that way. The
other way maybe more secure, but if you want to
go to the top, you're just never going to do
it unless you break the system. Change is never easy.
Seeing the closer you get to success, the more ferociously

(35:03):
those with a vested interest in the past will resist
to you. They want to resist. So I just say
trust me of that, because I know you really do.
You have to break the system a little bit and
follow your own instincts. But if your vision is right,
nothing will hold you down.

Speaker 4 (35:23):
Great advice from President Trump and others. First one hundred days,
many many great accomplishments, but I think number one has
been what he has done at the border. Even CBS
News had to admit that, let's check out clip number.

Speaker 8 (35:35):
Five, Crossings at the US Mexico border state at historically
low levels last month. This is according to preliminary data
reviewed by CBS News.

Speaker 3 (35:46):
In April, border patrol.

Speaker 8 (35:48):
Made eighty four hundred migrant apprehensions, which is actually up
slightly from March. But this is why the numbers are significant.
Border Patrol public data only goes back as far as
the year two thousand, but if you look at historical
agency figures, the last time the US averaged fewer than
nine thousand monthly apprehensions was in the late nineteen sixties.

Speaker 3 (36:11):
The nineteen sixties.

Speaker 4 (36:14):
Wow, and we went from a border there was wide
open millions pouring in here now to the lowest numbers
since the sixties. Kudos to President Trump and his team.
All Right, a lot more to get to you hang
on with us more Ringside Company. Way, will be right back.

Speaker 6 (36:34):
Resub Politics.

Speaker 8 (36:36):
We were point don new see you up front Rasid
Politics Politics, the sub Fox Raside Alances now.

Speaker 5 (36:45):
Assistant Crystal Claire Raside Coolitics.

Speaker 6 (36:49):
With your host Secreire.

Speaker 4 (36:59):
All Right, we've got another great guest joining us. He's
a renowned material scientist. He's the author of Shattering the
Plastics Illusion. Let's welcome doctor Christy Armitt, who's with us,
and doctor how are you welcome?

Speaker 3 (37:13):
Great?

Speaker 12 (37:14):
Thanks for having me us, Jeff, I really appreciate it.

Speaker 3 (37:17):
Oh, thank you for joining us.

Speaker 4 (37:18):
So in your book you debunk some popular environmental myths
with hard science. Tell us about the whole plastic recycling
business going on?

Speaker 3 (37:30):
Is that a myth? Is that a scam?

Speaker 2 (37:33):
Yeah?

Speaker 12 (37:33):
That's interesting. So I'm founder of the Plastics Research Council,
and we're a group of scientists mainly professors, who became
concerned that we don't have a credible place to get information,
So we work for free to read the peer reviewed
science and then tell people what's going on. And as
you alluded to, most of the things we're being told

(37:55):
online by people who want donations from us turn out
not to be true. For example, the recycling issue, plastic
recycling does work, and it's done on a huge scale,
and it does help reduce environmental impact. So definitely not
a scam. It's definitely real.

Speaker 4 (38:11):
So you do think that the recycling of plastic does work,
and so is that being done all over the country,
all over the world.

Speaker 3 (38:22):
Yes, it is.

Speaker 12 (38:22):
The rates in America are low. The thing that people
get wrong about recycling a couple things. One is that
they think that it's going to stop litter. What people
are really against is litter. It turns out, and recycling
doesn't really do anything for litter because people will drop
it on the floor one way or the other. So
there's kind of a misconception that we need recycling to
stop litter, and that just doesn't work. What does stop

(38:43):
litter is education, deposits, and fines. That's what's scientifically proven
to work if you're worried about litter. In fact, getting
rid of plastics makes litter much worse.

Speaker 4 (38:54):
So let's talk, if we could, about what we hear
is going on in the oceans, these massive islands of plastic.
We're hearing that they're just choking out the marine life
and growing and growing, and much of this is coming
from Asia.

Speaker 3 (39:08):
Give us the truth on that, doctor, Yeah, so.

Speaker 12 (39:11):
Part of that's true. They've done millions of experiments. They've
sailed literally millions of miles around and around the world
in ships with a net to measure what's really in
the ocean and what's going on. And the answer is
that amounts of consumer plastic like bottles and bags and
straws is incredibly small. It's zero point zero three percent
of what's going on, and there's no harm to whales

(39:32):
or turtles or any of that.

Speaker 3 (39:33):
That's just nonsense.

Speaker 12 (39:34):
The thing that's actually causing harm is discarded fishing nets,
which is up to eighty five percent of what's in
the ocean, and those are harming turtles and whales. But unfortunately,
everyone's busy talking about the things that are not causing
any impact and completely ignoring the things which are the
overwhelming majority interesting definitely are causing problems.

Speaker 3 (39:54):
So it's a fishermen discarding their nets.

Speaker 12 (39:57):
That's the real pers absolutely that it's one hundred percent
of iientifically proven.

Speaker 4 (40:01):
So these islands of plastic that we keep hearing about
that are all over the ocean and the killing the
marine life, that's not true.

Speaker 12 (40:08):
There's complete fiction. There's never been a picture of it.
You can you can't find a satellite image of it.
Any pictures you have seen were actually of the Japanese tsunami,
and if you look closely at them, you'll see a
bunch of bits of wood and stuff like that, and
land in the background where these ocean gyers are, there
are areas with slightly more material than the rest because
of the way the ocean swirls. There is no floating island.

(40:30):
There's a whole PhD thesis by Kimdo Wolf which explains
where this floating island idea came from.

Speaker 2 (40:36):
And even the.

Speaker 12 (40:37):
Captain who discovered the gyres, journalists go to him every
day and say, hey, take me out to this island
so I can take a picture of it, and he
has to let them down every day and say, sorry,
there's nothing to see. You can literally swim through these
gyres and not know that there's any plastic there that's
how low the concentrations are. I'm not saying that there
should be plastic in the ocean, but I am saying
we shouldn't be lying about the amounts.

Speaker 1 (40:57):
Right.

Speaker 4 (40:58):
Well, we need the truth, right doctor, We need to
tell people the truth and not engage in hyperbole. One
more thing, and unfortunately we have limited time. I want
to have you back on what about keep hearing that
every human being has bits of plastic all throughout their system.
We're ingesting this. It's dangerous from plastic bottles and water

(41:18):
that we're drinking and other types of ways that we're ingesting.

Speaker 3 (41:21):
This is that true? Yeah, so it is true.

Speaker 12 (41:24):
The scientific consensus is that there's not really any problem
from microplastics. We've known about particles from the body since
the year eighteen forty four when it was first reported
by the Germans. So particles in the body, anything that's
part of dust will end up in your body.

Speaker 3 (41:38):
That's just part of how the world works. Dust is everywhere,
but plastic.

Speaker 12 (41:42):
Is a very very small part of the non toxic
part of dust. Some of the other things in dust
cause cancer and actually are poisonous, but we're not talking
about any of those because we're so busy talking about
the tiny safe portion which is plastic. So that's another
area where we've been misled into focusing on the wrong stuff.

Speaker 4 (42:00):
All right, I look forward to having you back on fascinating, fascinating,
shattering the plastic illusion.

Speaker 3 (42:06):
Doctor. We appreciate your work and your time.

Speaker 4 (42:09):
All right, another doctor, We got all kind of doctors
today joining us. Now someone who we've been very pleased
to have on the program before. He's with a great
group and that's the Men's Health Network. And of course
I'm talking about doctor salvatore Gior Johnny who is with

(42:30):
us and doctor sal How are you welcome?

Speaker 13 (42:33):
Welcome, and thank you for having me back. I'm doing
just fantastic today. Hopefully you are as well.

Speaker 3 (42:38):
Yes, yes, we do like to have you back.

Speaker 4 (42:41):
Congratulations for all your work with the Men's Health Network,
and that of course is important work that you're doing.
You know, we just heard from doctor Chris about you know,
health concerns that people have. Obviously there's a lot of
focus on you know, the MAHA move meant and trying

(43:01):
to make America healthy again.

Speaker 3 (43:04):
Uh do you like what RFK Junior is doing? Doctor
sound do you think he is on the right path.
Do you support his agenda?

Speaker 13 (43:13):
Well, it's unfolding as we speak, and I think you know,
I'm very willing to give These are very complicated issues.
They take in a lot of science, they take in
some of the uncertainty that we have still in medical sciences,
they taken human behavior, they taken so much of our
of our culture. So I'm willing to give it a

(43:34):
little bit of time to see exactly how it unfolds,
what's going to be done, and how it's going to
be on very importantly the results of the work that
they're doing. So by and large, top line for myself
and for Mental Health Network is we absolutely support trying
to get to the root causes of why we're seeing

(43:55):
so many conditions grow in number and grow, and all
also occur in younger populations. Castro and testinal cancers for example,
we're seeing a huge increase to those in younger and
younger men and women as well. We're seeing the huge
amounts of obesey. We're talking about people with tremendous amounts

(44:17):
of inflammatory conditions. There is an increase in autism. It
is documented. We don't know the causes, so I think.

Speaker 3 (44:25):
Well, doctor sam let me ask you this.

Speaker 4 (44:27):
I mean, that is what one of the things RFK
Junior is investigating the massive increase in autism that you
just pointed out. Many people are saying, is vaccine related?
Do you think there's a connection between vaccines and the
high autism rates that we're seeing now?

Speaker 13 (44:43):
The data would not support that so far. But you know,
I've been doing science for a long time, as all
these gray hairs and my poor vision or testament to
and what I've seen over the years is that we're
learning things new every single day. Look, we didn't know
that bacteria with a cause of gastro intestinal ulcers, of
gastric ulcers when that revelation came out. We've been treating

(45:06):
ulcers wrongly for hundreds of years. You know, there's lots
of increases in scientific knowledge. The way we treat diabetes
now is revolutionary compared to ten years ago. So you know,
I think right now the evidence does not support that
there's an increase that this increased in autism is secondary

(45:27):
of vaccines. But I do think it's very important to
take a good, careful, non biased, scientifically focused book one
more time with the data using new tools.

Speaker 4 (45:38):
Well, there's something there's something causing it, right, doctor, I
mean it went from like one every thirty six thousand
to one and every thirty one or something some amazingly
low number.

Speaker 3 (45:50):
So there's got to be something going on. Would you
agree with me there?

Speaker 13 (45:54):
Well, absolutely, and there are a lot going on. We
can talk about optism of your life. But you know,
but I think one of the things is that we're
much more sensitive to it. We have better diagnostic tests
for it. Autism is not a thing, you know, there's
along and it's rightfully called the spectrum. There are some
people that are very high functioning autistic individuals. I think

(46:16):
one Elon Musk is a pretty good example of that.
Then there are others who have trouble with other parts
well correctionally, So that's you know, that is a big diagnosis.

Speaker 4 (46:28):
Yeah, and that's a factor. And listen, I'd love to
have you back on to talk about that and the
other work you're doing. And thanks so much for everything
you're doing at the Men's Health Network, Doctor sal Georgiani
with us, Thank you, sir.

Speaker 3 (46:41):
All right. Every time we gather, we share with you
some of our.

Speaker 4 (46:44):
Memes of the week, brought forward by our great contributors
first one is from Robert in Virginia, and there you go,
there're the dem the DEM S thirteen offend did feels triggered.
That's a good one. That's right on target there. And

(47:06):
then the next one we have was given to us
by Mark in Indiana, and this is out of office.
Back from vacation, Biden finally gets time to visit the
southern border, finding it empty. He's puzzled as to why
it's such a campaign issue. And then one from our
great team in Denver, and yes, but I'm one of you.

Speaker 3 (47:28):
Well done.

Speaker 4 (47:29):
Thanks to our team in Denver for everything they do
to make this show roll so well, and we thank
all of you for being with us. Hey memes, Trump images, feedback,
just email me a Jeff ATWGSO dot com. We'll see
you during the week on Ringside Politics at WGSO and
I look forward to seeing him back here next Saturday
for another edition of Ringside Politics right here on Real

(47:51):
America's Voice.

Speaker 3 (47:52):
Folks, have a great week and we'll see you next Saturday.
