Speaker 1 (00:20):
Well, good evening, everyone, Welcome to Stinchfield. So there is
news being reported by The Daily Mail that Gallaine Maxwell,
Jeffrey Epstein's co conspirator, is pimp. Basically, the woman doing
twenty years in jail could testify before the United States Congress.

(00:41):
A source close to Gallaine Maxwell is telling the Daily
Mail that she may be willing to do a tell
all interview with members of Congress and be called in
front of that investigative committee that is looking into the
Epstein cover up. Now we know, oh, she knows everything.

(01:02):
We know that she has a little black book that
has two thousand names in it that is currently under
seal by a federal court. Now it's not often that
I take the opposite position of President Trump. President Trump,
I am sure has his reasons for directing attention away
from Jeffrey Epstein, but I don't think we can give

(01:24):
up on this.

Speaker 2 (01:25):
This is Megan Kelly.

Speaker 3 (01:26):
I just don't think this has captured his attention quite yet,
but it needs to because it's starting to create a
real hornet's nest within the administration. And I've got to
be honest, I blame Pam Bondy, So.

Speaker 1 (01:40):
I actually don't put a ton of blame on Pam Bondy.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
I think she botched the.

Speaker 1 (01:45):
Initial release of those so called Epstein files, which turned
out to be and nothing burger. But Pam Bondy is
taking orders. I believe that President Trump and his team
have reasons of why they do not want the Epstein
files released, if they even exist. I told you I
thought they were destroyed a long time ago. But President
Trumbaz's reasons, my speculation is Epstein's ties to the Moussad,

(02:08):
which we've talked about.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
Before on this program.

Speaker 1 (02:11):
Epstein's ties to intelligence agencies here in the United States.
I believe you probably was a double agent, and this
could go to the highest levels of government in the
Middle East and jeopardize the entire Middle East process. But
it is amazing to me that Jeffrey Epstein, from the grave,
is still controlling politicians.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
With all of this. Should it be released and not
be released?

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Pambondi now under fire when in the end, I actually
believe Pambondi's taken directions here from somebody much higher than Pambondi.
Remember she said the videos were sick, the files.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
Will you be shocking?

Speaker 1 (02:48):
And then we got nothing but downloaded child porn, she
says it is.

Speaker 2 (02:52):
I just don't buy it.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
Here's Tucker Carlson and I think the truth, for whatever
it's worth, in case you're interested, is that the DOJ
didn't release lots of incriminating sex videos with Epstein and
his billionaire pals because they don't have them. They don't
have them because when the original search warrant was served
two thousand and seven I think, possibly two thousand and six,
I think seven, it was basically designed to protect Epstein.

(03:17):
The search warrant was written in such a way to
make sure that the FEDS never got their hands on
the actually incriminating evidence. It's another way of saying the
cover up has been going on since two thousand and seven,
almost twenty years.

Speaker 2 (03:29):
Well, think about it.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
The deep state, the intelligence agencies, whoever was running this show.
I don't think they ever wanted to go after the
users of these girls that Epstein was passing around as
sex toys, underage girls. We've never had any of the
users charged, which is why this matters. And quite frankly,
I don't even care that it's the elite. Okay, I

(03:52):
know it's the elite, but I really don't even care about.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
That what I like to know.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
Of course, I care that any anybody that has sex
with underage girls, boys, miners, that plays games in this
sick illegal sexual activity is prosecuted to the full extent
of the law. Because I'm a conservative, and I believe
in the rule of law, and I believe in morality.
That's why you go after these people. Now, Uncovering the

(04:18):
leads is a benefit to all of this. Uncovering how
deep this goes into the deep state is a benefit
of all of this. But again, to me, this is
all about justice for the victims. So I'm sure President
Trump has his reasons of why he wants to direct
us away from this, but I would appreciate if somebody would.

Speaker 2 (04:37):
Tell us the reasons. Now.

Speaker 1 (04:40):
The Director of National Intelligence, Gavy Toulsy Gabbert's blaming the
deep state for the misdirection.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
The road ahead will not be easy.

Speaker 5 (04:50):
I can attest personally that in my work as the
Director of National Intelligence, the deep state is fighting us
every step of the way, and it exists within every
single federal agency. And so I feel the same frustration
that I see many of you expressing on x or
in different platforms about why aren't things going faster.

Speaker 2 (05:12):
Why aren't we getting results more quickly?

Speaker 1 (05:15):
I feel this frustration, all right, I feel the frustration too.
But here's a little warning for you. One, the deep
state is most certainly very real. But two, I fear
that people on our side of the aisle could use
the deep state as an excuse. I don't know if
Tulca Gabbert's doing that here, but I wouldn't put it

(05:35):
past them to use the deep state as an excuse
as to why we can't get the information. And lastly,
the Daily Mail reported that Delayne Maxwell was never given
a plea deal. I believe if that's true, she was
never given a plea deal because government investigators never wanted.

Speaker 2 (05:50):
The real answers from her.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
We're told now that there are hints this list doesn't exist.
I told you it may have been destroyed. There's even
hints that quite possibly Democrats had doctored the list. That
seems certainly within the realm of something Democrats could do,
But it also seems within the realm of excuses as
to why we can't see the list.

Speaker 2 (06:12):
Well. I want to bring in now, political.

Speaker 1 (06:15):
Consultant, former advisor to President Trump at host of the
Stone Zone fellow John Jay graduate of Mind Johnjy High
School across river.

Speaker 2 (06:22):
Roger Stone is with us. Roger, it is great to
see you.

Speaker 6 (06:26):
Thanks to be with you, Grant. You know, I think
there's even today a lot of movement on this issue.
I agree with you. We need complete and total exposure
of Epstein and his list. I'm kind of an expert
on this. I think I'm the second American author to
write extensively in my book, The Clinton's War on Women.

(06:46):
The longest chapter in the book, chapter seven, Org Island,
a name I took from our mutual friends Show Andity.
I go into great depth about Epstein. We know, for example,
that Bill and Hillary both visited the island not before,
but after Epstein had been charged in Florida on for
sex crimes. A former US Senate Majority Leader, George Mitchell,

(07:09):
a Democrat. Former Governor Bill Richardson, a Democrat. I think
I like the idea of Maxwell testifying before Congress. I
can tell you who is not on the list of
those who went to the island that would beat Donald J. Trump. See,
the left is used this as a smear against the president,

(07:30):
which is why I said this weekend at the turning
point USA gathering in Tampa. That the quickest way to
get to the bottom of this is for the President
to direct his Attorney General to direct the infram US
Attorney in the Southern District of New York to unseal
all of the grand jury testimony in Jeffrey Epstein's indictment

(07:54):
in twenty nineteen by the Trump Justice Department. Remember, Maxwell
was charged by the Biden Justice Department, which is why
there was no plea deal. That's why all the documents
remain sealed. Now Trump could move very aggressively because Epstein
was charged with two charges, one committing child sex trafficking

(08:16):
and conspiracy to engage in child sex trafficking. Could not
possibly have been indicted by grand jury without the specifics
of who he trafficked two. That is the fastest way
to make this information public.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
All right, A couple things that I just want to
say to get out here, because you like me, Roger Stone,
big supporter of President Trump that supports not going anywhere,
but you, like me, apparently disagree with this. Hey, let's
look someplace else and not focus on this.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
What do you tell your fellow.

Speaker 1 (08:47):
MAGA folks like me, how you disagree with President Trump,
and what would you tell the president as to why
we need this, Because I've said Roger, I think the
president may have bigger issues.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
I think this may go to the Middle East.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
I think you may see some higher ups in Israel,
maybe Saudi.

Speaker 2 (09:05):
Princes all over the Middle East.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
You may have people on this list that would upend
the peace process.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
That's what I've come up with as to why he
doesn't want to release this stuff.

Speaker 6 (09:15):
Well, I think that's one reason, as I said this weekend,
though I also think he sees this correctly and the
left is using it as a distraction from his extraordinary accomplishments.
I mean, remember they told us that his terrif fight
would make inflation zor when in fact, for the first
time in June, for the first time in decades, we

(09:35):
actually had a surplus in this country. He's sealing the border.
He has mounted the largest deportation effort of dangerous illegal
immigrants in American history. These are extraordinary accomplishments. At the
same time, we have low inflation, low unemployment, the Dow
is hitting records. So I think he correctly said it

(09:57):
thinks within the larger scope of things, is a distraction.
I perhaps he underestimated how important this issue was with
many in the base. It should be important to all Americans,
but it's almost laughable to see people like Jamie Raskin
demanding to know who's on the list. I suspect that
Marxist congressman from Maryland is not going to be very

(10:19):
happy when he sees who is among those who visited
the island multiple times. Because the left can no longer
keep the smear going, Trump is not releasing the documents
because he did something wrong.

Speaker 7 (10:32):
Now.

Speaker 6 (10:32):
Actually, I interviewed Virginia Geoffrey. Virginia Roberts Geoffrey, one of
Epstein's victims. She refused a thirty one million dollar settlement
to go forward with her lawsuit. I interviewed her. I
also read every word of her sworn testimony. The only
time Jeffrey Epstein a part of the other time Donald

(10:52):
Trump was in any of Jeffrey Epstein's abodes was in
Palm Beach for a fundraiser for a nonprofit. He was
there for about fifteen minutes, and she said she never
saw any inappropriate activity, and in fact, after she went
to trial, the only public figure who would help her
or her attorney in the pursuit of Epstein was Donald Trump.

(11:15):
So I would like to see this clarify because I
think the left is using it as a smear against
the President.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
All right, Roger, as you do. I grew up in
New York. You're on WABC radio up there. They have
a slogan, if you're talking about it, we're talking about it.

Speaker 2 (11:29):
I remember that from growing up. Now. That's why I'm
covering this story. Believe me. I want to give President
Trump all.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
The kudos, and I think he's doing everything fabulous. But
you know, in many respects, I don't blame Pam Bondy
totally on this, but my very good friend Cash Mattel,
very good friend Dan Bongino, and Pat they kind of
botched all this.

Speaker 2 (11:50):
You are a.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
Master of how they should maneuver. Where did they mess
up here? What wouldn't you tell them to do right now?
To try to save reputations here?

Speaker 6 (12:02):
I would say a couple of times. First of all,
for whatever reason, I don't think Pam Bondi was aware
of how much shocking information has already been made public,
and therefore the stuff she saw initially, which most of
which was in my book, she was unaware of and
she correctly found it shocking. But also I think when
Cash Purtael says that we don't have evidence, I think

(12:25):
that's true as well, because I think under the Biden
administration that the DVDs and the hard drives that we
saw removed from Epstein's home in New York, as well
as from his island, as well as from his ranch
in New Mexico and his apartment in Paris. I suspect
that those were destroyed long ago. There is no way

(12:47):
to make them public now. I never thought that there
was a list per se. We have his phone book.
I published that in my book, but not everybody in
his little Black Book is guilty of any wrongdoing. But
I did think that by viewing those videos that you
could compile a list of the adults who you saw

(13:08):
abusing underage children. And therefore a list could be compiled,
but not if the DVDs and the hard drives had
been destroyed, which is what I believe has happened. Cash
Betel is a straight shooter. Cash Hotel is a straight shooter.
I think he's exactly the right man for that job,
because when I think we're on the cusp of finally

(13:29):
prosecuting those responsible for the Russian collusion hoax, and because
he conducted the investigation for the House Intelligence Committee on
that hoax, he's exactly the right man for the job.
He cannot give you what he doesn't have.

Speaker 2 (13:42):
Graham, I'm with you.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
Both Cash and Dan are straight shooters. I also think
there's a soldier role being played here as well as
I think some of this is coming from the top.
I just wish it would be a little more honest
about you know, hey, we can't give you the information.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
We think it was destroyed.

Speaker 1 (13:59):
We need to figure out who destroyed it, rather than
there's nothing here and you know President Trump saying, oh,
look someplace else.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
If someone said, hey.

Speaker 1 (14:07):
There are serious national security implications involved.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
In this, I can't release it now.

Speaker 1 (14:13):
We're going to do our best, but I cannot end
peace talks. I think people would have a more understanding
with that. I'll give you the last word thirty seconds
if you can, Roger.

Speaker 6 (14:22):
In addition to unsealing the grand jury testimony in Epstein's
two indictments, which I think would tell us ninety percent
of what we want to know, is vitally important to
unseal the search warrants as written by Maureen Komi, the
daughter of disgraced FBI director James Comy, who should be
charged in the Russian inclusion hoax. And we'll leave it there,

(14:45):
though the unsealing of those documents grant will tell us
ninety percent of what the American people need to know
about Jeffrey Epstein, what he was doing and who he
was doing it for.

Speaker 1 (14:58):
Boy, you would think that could be done pretty quick. Great,
great advice, great stuff. Roger Stone, thank you as always,
my friend. It's good to see you, great to be
with you. Absolutely you too.

Speaker 2 (15:09):
Speaking of President Trump's great stuff.

Speaker 1 (15:11):
Man, he had the Secretary General of NATO in today
and he basically gave putin an ultimatum, you got fifty
days to make peace, otherwise we're going to stick it
to you economically and stick it to you good.

Speaker 2 (15:26):
This is President Trump today.

Speaker 8 (15:28):
One of the reasons that you're here today is to
hear that we are very unhappy I am with Russia.

Speaker 6 (15:37):
But we'll discuss that maybe a different day.

Speaker 8 (15:40):
But we're very very unhappy with him, and we're going
to be doing very severe tariffs if we don't have
a deal in fifty days. Tariff said about one hundred
percent you call him secondary tariffs.

Speaker 6 (15:52):
You know what that means.

Speaker 2 (15:54):
Let me tell you something.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
He's talking about also tariffing any country that buys oil
from Russia. President Trump has already started this with Russia.
By the way, with drill, baby, drill, we are bringing
down the price of oil. That means Vladimir Putin is
making less money to fund his war machine.

Speaker 2 (16:11):
As the price of oil comes down.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
If you all of a sudden dry up his ability
to sell to other countries like China, Vladimir Putin is
out of business. That's how this war stops instantly. Vladimir
Putin will know after this that he better get on board.

Speaker 2 (16:25):
Now. We are sending weapons to NATO.

Speaker 1 (16:29):
But unlike the Biden administration, the United States taxpayer is
not going to be on the hook for this. President
Trump has made a deal. NATO will purchase those weapons.
Let the Europeans buy the weapons to protect Europe. The
smart move, thank you, mister President. Onto the auto pen now, ah,
if you believe this. The New York Times uncovers some

(16:51):
very damning information that, according to many of the aids
who spoke anonymously to The New York Times, Biden never
signed off on any of the pardons he gave the
pardons orally. This now accorded to Way to interview with
Joe Biden himself that he orally granted permission. Many of

(17:14):
the aids said they were not in the room with
Joe Biden, and at one point cut twenty eight an
email from a White House lawyer to Jeff Zeen's about pardons.
This is on January nineteenth to ten oh three, Okay,
three minutes later, mister Zen's hit reply all and wrote,

(17:34):
I approved the use of auto pen for this execution
of all the following pardons. Well, it's not, mister Zenes
the chief of Staff's role to do this. That in
an email also uncovered by The New York Times, I
want to bring in.

Speaker 2 (17:52):
Now to discuss.

Speaker 1 (17:52):
As vice president of legal for the Oversight Project, the
organization that uncovered this auto pen scandal, Kyle Brossen is
back with us.

Speaker 2 (18:01):
Kyle, great to have you on the program.

Speaker 9 (18:03):
Great, Thank thanks for having me on.

Speaker 1 (18:06):
All right, Kyle, I'm not a lawyer, but I do
believe that every court does not recognize an oral approval,
at least in the judicial system, and I throw Joe
Biden into that. When you're writing pardons and grants. What
do you make of this idea that he orally granted this,

(18:26):
and that he laid out he laid out what he
called a set of parameters for the pardons, So.

Speaker 9 (18:36):
A couple of points there.

Speaker 10 (18:37):
The Constitution is silent on how the president exercises his
part in authority, and so maybe orally, maybe he orally
authorized them.

Speaker 9 (18:46):
But the Biden administration has long ago lost the benefit
of the doubt with the American people.

Speaker 10 (18:52):
This is the same administration that told us inflation was transitory,
or that the president was actually cognitive, cognit aware.

Speaker 9 (19:00):
And able to do his job as president. So I
just fold out, don't believe.

Speaker 2 (19:05):
The president here.

Speaker 10 (19:07):
They have a track record of being loose with the truth,
to put it mildly, And I think what the end
result of this article is is an admission that our
investigation uncovered widespread use of the auto pen for the pardons,
and it's an admission by the President himself that he
did not authorize and.

Speaker 9 (19:26):
He didn't even know the names.

Speaker 10 (19:27):
Of some people that received pardons and other acts of clemency.
And so what this has done, I think has given
the House Oversight Committee had potentially a grand jury, perfect witnesses,
a great witness list of people to interview to get
to the bottom of this year.

Speaker 1 (19:44):
You know, in many respects, I'm glad it comes from
the New York Times because those on the left will
look at that as more seriousness, no offense, Kyle, than
it does if it comes.

Speaker 2 (19:54):
From the Heritage Foundation.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
The problem with the New York Times is they did
what they always do. They try to make this case
of arguing for Joe Biden that he that he granted
these orally, but then way down at the bottom of
the piece they start to interview all of these assistants.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
It says Joe Biden was never in the room.

Speaker 1 (20:12):
We were talking to the chief of staff, we were
talking to nearer tend and one of his associates was
running the autopen but never actually talking to Joe Biden.

Speaker 2 (20:21):
But they bury that in the piece. Kyle.

Speaker 10 (20:25):
Yeah, and the New York Times called an investigation of
conspiracy theory in March. I'm really happy that the New
York Times has actually woken up to what's going on
in America here.

Speaker 9 (20:34):
But yeah, the article is devastating.

Speaker 10 (20:36):
You have a low level staffers relying on the word
of senior staffers who say they were in the room
and heard the president authorize the pardons. That that doesn't
make sense. And there's just levels upon levels of basically
hearsay here saying that that that that the president authorized
these things. And so I think they just threw jet

(20:58):
fuel on this fire here of investigations that need to
happen here to get down to the bottom of the
fundamental question of who is.

Speaker 9 (21:05):
Running the country for the last four years.

Speaker 10 (21:07):
I mean, the American people themselves saw President Biden, you know,
his performance of the debate for themselves. They have serious
questions as to his cognitive abilities throughout his tenure here.
And the fact that they in large, the poll up
Bureau of senior staff around the president enlarge the powers
of the presidency during his four years is an affront

(21:29):
of the Constitution and all of the rules of our republic.

Speaker 9 (21:32):
Here people need to be held accountable.

Speaker 1 (21:35):
Let me play a quick SoundBite from President Trump, real
real quick, before I let you go cut twenty for
the guys behind the glass.

Speaker 6 (21:41):
That's what an autopen supposed to be.

Speaker 8 (21:44):
To write to a young seven year old boy that
writes to the president and he wants to be president someday,
and he loves America.

Speaker 6 (21:51):
That's what the autopen supposed to be.

Speaker 8 (21:53):
It's not supposed to be for signing major legislation and
all other things.

Speaker 1 (22:00):
So I guess Kyle, last question for you, do you
think all of this now finally left wing media like
the New York Times on board, you're no longer.

Speaker 2 (22:08):
A conspiracy theorist, the.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
Heritage Foundation Spinchfield here, are these null and void?

Speaker 2 (22:15):
These pardons?

Speaker 10 (22:18):
Well, we don't know if they're null and void yet,
but I think we need to figure out is whether
or not the president authorized these pardons.

Speaker 9 (22:27):
It comes out to two questions. Did he authorize them?

Speaker 10 (22:29):
And then secondly, did he have the cognitive.

Speaker 9 (22:32):
Ability to authorize them?

Speaker 10 (22:34):
Because again the powers belonged only to President Biden.

Speaker 9 (22:37):
Only he can do that, which is why I think
it's really significant that his.

Speaker 10 (22:40):
Doctor pled the fifth in front of a chairman comer
staff in the House here and refused to testify because
the doctor is a key factul witness, and whether he
had the capacity to authorize those parties. But now with
this New York Times article and then basically admitting to
the crime of the president not particularly naming individuals to
pardon you've now I've gotten a massive list of witnesses

(23:03):
that need to be subpenior for depositions and potentially in
front of a grand jury to get down to answer
the question of whether President Biden actually authorized them himself.

Speaker 9 (23:13):
And so there's a lot more to come here in
terms of investigations.

Speaker 1 (23:17):
They're sure is a very important story, and I'm sure
even the Trump administration has learned some lessons with this
one important anything have President Trump's side in my hand,
but it appears President Trump's been doing that really much
more than Joe Biden obviously, who was not. Kyle Browsan,
thank you so much for coming on tonight. We appreciate
all the work you guys do, and this was a
great story you guys, Broke, thanks for having us on.

(23:40):
Absolutely by pleasure. President Trump said in a tweet he
renders all these these pardons and clemency's commutations null and void,
But I'm not sure he has the power to do that,
but it would be interesting if he actually puts pen
to pay for no pun intended and announces them as
null and void.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
Then what happens? Then the court has to take home
this up. All right, folks, it's.

Speaker 1 (24:02):
Time to join AIM at the Association of Mature American Citizens.
They fight every single day to defend the values that
built this nation, faith, family, freedom, and common sense. And
right now, in honor of our nation's independence, AMAC is
offering five full years of membership for just thirty five dollars.
You'll get their top notch magazine, exclusive discounts, free resources,
but most importantly, you'll be part of a movement to

(24:22):
keep America strong.

Speaker 2 (24:24):
So do more than way of the flag, stand up
for it.

Speaker 1 (24:26):
Go to AMAC dot us, forward slash grant, do it
now and join today.

Speaker 2 (24:31):
All right, The.

Speaker 1 (24:32):
Senate has conferred that the Secret Service knew of a
threat on Trump's life ten days before the Butler rally
and did nothing to get that info to the Secret Service.

Speaker 2 (24:42):
We'll talk about that next. There is because we have
millions and.

Speaker 6 (24:52):
Countries shout dangerously, we have.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
The way.

Speaker 1 (25:07):
Well, folks, now we're getting word just about the year
anniversary of that faithful day when President Trump was nearly
killed by an assassin in Butler, Pennsylvania, that the Secret.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
Service at Boston. A new Senate report is out.

Speaker 1 (25:19):
As you see there you had people warning Secret Service
agents and someone was on the roof while President Trump
is talking, those are rally goers sounding the alarm, not
Secret Service agents. Then it comes out to ten days
before that event, there was a serious threat that was uncovered,
but it was never reiterated back down the line to

(25:43):
those protecting President Trump. The agent tasked with identifying site
vulnerabilities was brand new to that role, and apparently a
senior agent said that they're not there to babysit the
lower agent.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
Amazing. Also, the campaign had.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
Asked the Secret Service not to use farm equipment to
block the line of sight because they were interested in
press photos. But the Secret Service didn't know about the
threat to President Trump. Neither did the campaign people who
asking that if that had been communicated, Secret Service would
have turned down the request and blocked the line of
sight from those buildings. All a massive debacle that could

(26:25):
have gotten our president killed. Now turning to Texas, my
home state. We've told you that colleges and universities in
Texas state run colleges and universities seemed to be failing
to abide by state law that says they must not
engage in diversity, equity and inclusion. This is Texas, A

(26:46):
and M president.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
On a zoom call.

Speaker 1 (26:50):
Either there's a loophole in the law or he's found
way around it.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
Either way, not good. Check this out.

Speaker 11 (26:58):
Anything that was academic content was protected.

Speaker 2 (27:02):
And could be used.

Speaker 11 (27:04):
So I don't know what you were just reading from,
but that sounds like a disconnect with what they said.

Speaker 6 (27:11):
And anything that.

Speaker 11 (27:12):
Was research related was specifically excluded from the state bill.
So you're free to pick research topics and conduct research
in the manner required, and can you use any of
the topics in that area.

Speaker 2 (27:28):
So let me get this straight. Texas passes a.

Speaker 1 (27:30):
Bill banning woke ideology specifically.

Speaker 2 (27:34):
I think it says you can't have.

Speaker 1 (27:35):
DEI in the title of the course, but if it's
related to academics or research that you can have it.
So is the law badly written or is Texas A
and M bucking the system?

Speaker 2 (27:49):
I want to bring in with me the man who
blew the whistle on Texas A and M.

Speaker 1 (27:54):
Texas State House Representative, our good friend Brian Harrison is back.
Representative Harrison.

Speaker 12 (27:59):
It's great to have you back on the program, Hey, Grant,
always great to be with you, all.

Speaker 1 (28:03):
Right, So, which is it there when it comes to
Texas A and M and the President?

Speaker 2 (28:08):
Yeah, this is a mess.

Speaker 12 (28:09):
I mean, people think of Texas a state that I'm
very proud to serve in the legislature on as this
beacon of conservative values and small government. But the reality is,
in too many ways we're just coasting on that reputation.
And the sad fact is the Texas government supports funds
and heavily promotes DEI and worse than forcing taxpayers to

(28:29):
fund it. And this is true just about all of
our state agencies and perhaps most notably at our public university.
This is that really bothers me as a Texas A
and M graduate myself. I mean, I am an alumni
of Texas A and M University, but I'm trying to
restore it to which pre woke glory because in our
public universities, unfortunately, the inmates are running the asylums. We

(28:50):
have leftist liberal progressives running our state universities, running our
state agencies, and it's ridiculous. And as to your question
on the law, unfortunately the law that and a lot
of Republicans down here bragged about saying it banded DEI,
there were exceptions put into that law to make DEI
explicitly allowable in courses in classrooms and instructional material. So

(29:12):
we've got a real problem that DEI is running rampant
in our public universities.

Speaker 2 (29:16):
And I've had it.

Speaker 12 (29:17):
And unfortunately, or I should say fortunately, President Trump and
his administration are doing more to fight DEI, while Texas
government's doubling down on us. So even though I filed
to build this last session that would have ended all this,
I've getting this with the Trump administration and hoping that
they will investigate it.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
All right, So it looks to me like maybe the
Texas A and M president is writ here it's not
even a loophole that he's using. Let me play another
clip from him off off this zoom call.

Speaker 11 (29:42):
Yeah, we're going to to live in a big world,
and we need to prepare them to do that. And
so I don't think, I don't think there's anything that's
going to be in there that's going to stop us
from doing the things we need to do, including.

Speaker 7 (29:55):
Targeted recruiting, including targeted requ meaning that you're not going
off of someone's abilities to hire, you're going off of
someone's color of their skin or whatever else it is.

Speaker 2 (30:09):
He's exploiting.

Speaker 12 (30:11):
He's exploiting caveats in state law and basically his position
as well, since the legislature says that I has not
told me explicitly that I can't discriminate on the basis
of race. I'm going to discriminate on the basis of race,
which I think is facially unconstitutional. And if you look
at the way that the Trump administration just went after Harvard,
I said, you know what, I've got friends in the

(30:32):
Trump administration. The Trump administration is at least taking this seriously,
even if the Texas government is not. And so I
referred my alma mater or Texas A and M, for
formal investigation by the Trump administration.

Speaker 2 (30:42):
They have confirmed to me that they have received my complaint.

Speaker 12 (30:45):
And they are handling and I hope I hope to
hear more from them soon as they pursue this.

Speaker 1 (30:50):
So this is interesting. A couple of things that I saw.
One I think you said it's a based in that
Texas could be one of the largest funders of diversity,
equity and inclusion in the country.

Speaker 2 (30:59):
I'm sure you're going to California. You give you some
competition there.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
But that's the troubling as a textan myself in what's
supposed to be a conservative state. Lastly, I think you
were just about to get to this, but I want
to ask you. You went to close the loopholes by
filing some legislation in the Texas State House. You were
blocked again by these so called Republicans that don't act
like them in the state House. Tell me how that

(31:24):
went down, if you can in about thirty forty five seconds.

Speaker 12 (31:26):
Yeah, I know that the Texas Legislature, even though voters
gave us a massive majority the Democrat caucus, the Democrats
controlled the legislature, the Texas House, and they selected our
speaker for example. So I filed bills that would have
eliminated all these loopholes, that would have ended DEI, and
we haven't even talked about this. Texas A and M,
and almost all of our public universities are actually promoting
liberal transgender ideology. Almost all of our public universities have

(31:49):
transgender LGBTQ study minors.

Speaker 2 (31:53):
Texas A and M on diversity on DEI.

Speaker 12 (31:55):
They have an entire course to train the next generation
of DEI work force. They have a capstone program on
diversity and social justice. These universities are off the rails.
I filed bills that would have ended all of that.
But even though we have a Republican so called Texas legislature,
not one of my bills to n DEI or in
taxpayer funded transgender ideology was ever even giving a hearing.

(32:18):
It's one of the biggest betrayals of voters in the
history of the state of Texas.

Speaker 2 (32:23):
Texas voters deserve better.

Speaker 12 (32:25):
They voted for bold conservative leadership, and unfortunately taxpayers in
the state of Texas are being taxed out of their
homes because of high property taxes to sund what so
bind Harris agenda even though trub elected.

Speaker 2 (32:36):
Brian, here's what they here's what they call you. Hold
on interested.

Speaker 1 (32:39):
I need to pause it down one second because we
don't have the four minutes of the interview. So here's
the thing. It's Texas. This is why I interview you
for other states to learn this lesson from around the country,
because if it can happen here, it can happen anywhere.
And thank God, there's people out there like you inside
the state House blowing the whistle on and I'm sure

(33:01):
you got fellow Republicans weren't happy for you blowing the whistle,
but we sure are. And Brian Harrison Thank you, my friend.
Thank you very much.

Speaker 12 (33:09):
Now, God glasgos Texas so goes in America.

Speaker 2 (33:11):
God bless you.

Speaker 12 (33:12):
Appreciate your help, Graham bringing transparency to America.

Speaker 1 (33:16):
Absolutely one hundred percent, and keep up that fight. Keep
us posted on all of this as well. You know
the other side of the story. You had the Texas
A and M president basically admitting on zoom as Representative
Harrison just said that he's for all of this nonsense.
That's the lead guy educating our children at Texas A
and M.

Speaker 2 (33:35):
If it's happening there, it's happening everywhere else. Believe me.

Speaker 1 (33:38):
All right, families affected by ice raids in Los Angeles
will now get cash.

Speaker 2 (33:42):
Cards courtesy of taxpayers.

Speaker 1 (33:45):
Steve Hilton, the man running for governor in California, is
up next, folks, is very im that we get illegal aliens,
especially the bad ones. They all broke the law, but
especially bad ones out of the country to port them

(34:08):
or locked up if they committed crimes. President Trump's trying
to do that. He's trying to do that in California.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
Now.

Speaker 1 (34:13):
Mayor Karen Bass says she wants to give cash money
to any illegal affected.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
By this, meaning illegals wo don't want to leave their house.
Listen to this.

Speaker 13 (34:24):
We also are going to have a reinstitution of the
Angelino Card, something that Mayor Garcetti started during COVID that
will actually provide cash assistance to people.

Speaker 2 (34:34):
Because you know, you have people.

Speaker 13 (34:36):
Who don't want to leave their homes, who are not
going to work, and they are in need of cash.
We're organizing food deliveries. I mean, there's all sorts of
things that we are having to do now to protect
people from the federal government.

Speaker 1 (34:55):
Are struggling veterans getting cash cards or food deliveries. How
about a single mom who was born in the United
States to get laid off of her job and has
abusive husband, she get in cash payments. No, but illegal
to sneak into the country. Are this is insanity? How
do we stop this in California because what happens in

(35:17):
California doesn't stay in California. I want to bring in
now California businessman, former Fox News guru, Republican candidate for
governor out in California, My good.

Speaker 2 (35:29):
Buddy, Steve Hilton. Steve, welcome to the program.

Speaker 14 (35:32):
I don't know where to start with this, Okay, let's
just get into it. Number one, I can think of
a lot of people who need cash. To use Karen
Bass's term, she needs cash because she's got a one
billion dollar deficit in Los Angeles, and so with a
billion dollars in the red, she's now hand handing out
cash to illegal immigrants. I'll tell you who else needs

(35:54):
cash in California. Everyone, because we have the highest rate
of poverty in the country, the highest gas prices, the
highest housing costs, all of that caused by Democrat policies.
So yeah, there are a lot of regular Californias who
need cash. Not leadst to tax cut because we paid
the highest taxes in the country.

Speaker 15 (36:12):
Now, let's get to the illegal immigrants that she wants
to give.

Speaker 9 (36:15):
More cash to.

Speaker 14 (36:16):
It's more cash because they're already getting a lot of
cash because Gavin Newsom at the state level has just
increased the budgets for free healthcare for illegal immigrants. Last year,
they were talking about free down payment assistance for illegal
immigrants to buy a house, even though that's out of
reach for most regular hard working Californians. Next point, why

(36:39):
does she say they need cash now because they're so
frightened they can't get to work. Why are they frightened
because she's whipping up fear of the because of the
ice raids? Why do we have ice raids because she
won't cooperate with federal law enforcement to enforce the law.
Just as Tom Homan always points out, if we had cooperation,
we wouldn't need to go into the community to get

(36:59):
these people. On every single level, this is totally insane,
and the reason that it's going to end is because
people are sick of it in California and they're going
to vote for me next year.

Speaker 1 (37:10):
You know, I do radio, as you know, you come
on with me all the time out in Los Angeles,
the morning Answer, AMA seventy six to nine LA time
out there, guys. You know, I'm getting text messages from people.
It says the traffic is less. I'm literally getting texts
of screenshots of green roads during rush hour. And the
claim is that it's because all of the illegal aliens

(37:31):
are staying home, they're not on the streets.

Speaker 2 (37:33):
Have you heard the same thing, Yes, and you.

Speaker 6 (37:36):
Talk about it.

Speaker 14 (37:37):
You know, car wash is home depot. That's exactly right.
And that brings up the point that you always hear
from the left and I just want to really make
something clear here because I don't think it's discussed enough
in connection to this issue. I want to hate it
directly when people say we have to have all this
illegal immigration otherwise the jobs won't get done. Okay, right now,

(38:00):
in California, just based on the labor force participation data
and a few other bits of data, the number of
Californians who are of working age who could be working
but who are not working is between two and a
half to three million. So and we're paying for that
with welfare. I was at a dairy in the Central Valley.

(38:22):
Often we talk about the farm industry, and the guys
working in the dairy told me that their partners girlfriends
earn more money on welfare than they.

Speaker 15 (38:35):
Do in the dairy.

Speaker 14 (38:36):
And by the way, that's the reason they don't get married,
because then the welfare payments go down. What are we
doing paying Americans to sit at home and do nothing
and then.

Speaker 15 (38:45):
Importing cheap illegal labor.

Speaker 14 (38:48):
So before we start talking about a labor shortage and
importing illegal foreign workers, why don't we get the Americans
who could be working but are not working do those
jobs first?

Speaker 15 (39:00):
Let's start with that.

Speaker 1 (39:02):
Yeah, I think that's a great place to start. I
think the media plays a huge role, especially in California,
of not giving people the straight school. I don't know how, Steve,
and I'll give you the last word on this. I
don't know how any Californian, even a Democrat, listens to
Mayor Bass saying we're going to give cash cards to
people that are here illegally sitting home while Americans suffer

(39:23):
under the high cost of living in California and everything else.

Speaker 2 (39:27):
I don't know how they stand it, Steve.

Speaker 14 (39:29):
Yeah, it's such an insult to every regular Californian family
and small business. So many people are struggling. I'm on
the road the whole time, Grant, you know that we
talk about it everywhere I go. Just this is the
number one word that I get from people. It's all
such a struggle, and what an insult to everyone who's
struggling to make ends meet when this kind of thing happens.

(39:52):
And the reason they this is what you get from
one party rule. They're so arrogant, they're in their own bubble.
They don't think about their constituents, or they think about
their activists, the unions who fund their campaigns, the far left.
They're in a bubble and it's about to burst because
regular Californias are sick of this nonsense and next year
they're going to vote for change.

Speaker 2 (40:12):
All right.

Speaker 1 (40:13):
Look, before I let you go, I think if you
could get your message out to the masses, you could
win this race.

Speaker 2 (40:20):
The question is can you get it out. You're gonna
be able to raise enough money and I'll.

Speaker 1 (40:24):
Give you a little you know, give your pitch for where.

Speaker 2 (40:26):
People can help you out. But that is the key.
I think in many respects, you can run all over
the state.

Speaker 1 (40:31):
You're doing a great job of it, but you're gonna
need cash.

Speaker 14 (40:35):
Well we're doing that, Steve hiltonfogovernor dot com.

Speaker 15 (40:39):
Thanks to anyone who wants to chip in.

Speaker 14 (40:41):
But honestly, how better to reach the masses than joining you, kronk.

Speaker 15 (40:44):
Come on, I'm here, I'm doing it right now. It's
a joy to be with.

Speaker 2 (40:48):
Let me tell you something I have heard. We are
the fastest.

Speaker 1 (40:51):
Growing TV program in California on.

Speaker 2 (40:55):
The I don't know if that's true, but we should
be in California.

Speaker 1 (41:00):
Use us for sure, Steve Hilton, buddy, it's always good
to see you.

Speaker 2 (41:03):
Thank you, my friend, good luck.

Speaker 15 (41:05):
Great to see you see soon.

Speaker 1 (41:07):
Absolutely with the fastest growing TV program out there, not
just in California, anywhere.

Speaker 2 (41:13):
Why Because I said so, That's why.

Speaker 1 (41:16):
All right, don't go anywhere more. Stinsfield coming up next.

Speaker 16 (41:30):
All right.

Speaker 1 (41:30):
By now, folks, you've heard of the energized Health protocol.
It's not just about losing body fat either, increase your
energy levels. You can reduce inflammation. Even brain fog goes away.

Speaker 2 (41:42):
Watch this.

Speaker 16 (41:43):
My body was riddled with inflammation. I couldn't sit for
more than five minutes because the pain would just be
so severe. I heard you talking about pain and inflammation
a couple of months ago, and I said, that's what
we're going to do. It is gone by my fatigue,
brain fog gone, ibs gone, the redniscence swelling in my

(42:05):
face gone. There has been a huge improvement.

Speaker 6 (42:09):
In my asthma.

Speaker 16 (42:10):
I have not had one migraine since starting this program.

Speaker 6 (42:14):
My sleep is amazing. I didn't know you could feel
that good sleeping.

Speaker 2 (42:21):
Thank thank God for energized. So she was in bad
shape before she got on the energized cell. She had
everything going wrong.

Speaker 1 (42:28):
Now she's got everything going right, and that's what can
happen to you with Energized Health the My five five
five challenge dot com. All right, five pounds, five days
for five dollars, I want to bring in Energized Health
founder John Jubilie. John, Welcome to the program.

Speaker 6 (42:44):
Hey Graham, great to be here.

Speaker 2 (42:47):
All right, all joking aside. Truth is, you get some.

Speaker 1 (42:50):
People in pretty bad shape coming into the program, but
they leave in pretty darn good shape. And I don't
just mean like losing losing body fat.

Speaker 17 (42:59):
Yeah, you know, I grant that that lady is a
great example, right, So you know, she really didn't have
any body fat to lose, but she had a lot
of health issues. And the root cause of all those
health issues, grant. According to the Mayo Clinic, The Mayo
Clinic says about ninety nine percent of all pain, all ailment,

(43:19):
all disease and the human body, the root cause is inflammation. Now, amazingly,
our patent pending science goes to the root cause and
pushes through interest sailor hydration pushes out all the toxins
and more importantly, the inflammation out of the human body,

(43:41):
out of the cells. And that's why you saw all
those symptoms that she had reverse and the doctors say this, Grant,
and I wish I would have said this quote myself,
but it's not my quote.

Speaker 9 (43:52):
It's their quote.

Speaker 17 (43:53):
They say, John Jubilee, you guys cracked the code.

Speaker 6 (43:57):
You cracked the code.

Speaker 17 (43:58):
You went to the root cause of disease of pain.

Speaker 6 (44:04):
You attacked it at the root, which really was saiular.

Speaker 17 (44:07):
Dehydration, which is what caused the inflammation. And when we
push that out, Grant, we get all of these miracle
reversals that you see, tens and tens of thousands of
these documented medical testimonials through the energized Health protocol.

Speaker 1 (44:24):
Well, you know, I went through the Energized Health Protocol.
I lost fifteen pounds in just two weeks. I've kept
it off and I will I will vouch for you
A lot of my joint pain went away.

Speaker 2 (44:35):
I really don't have it any more like I used to.

Speaker 1 (44:38):
And I owe that to intracellular hydration. So now you
got this my five to five to five challenge. The
website is on the screen there for people to sign up.
What is this about and what are you trying to
show people here with this my five to five to
five challenge.

Speaker 17 (44:55):
Well, here's a beautiful thing about the My five five
to five challenge dot com. Guys, as listen, this is
the smallest investment you'll ever make with the highest return
of value for yourself. So this is like sitting down
and having a cup of coffee with John and Chelsea
Jubilee and that's my beautiful wife. We've helped tens of
thousands of people for twenty eight years, guys, twenty eight years,

(45:18):
we've help tens of thousands.

Speaker 9 (45:19):
And you could go look on.

Speaker 17 (45:21):
The Better Business Bureau or Trust Pilot and see all
these miracle stories of people that say that sounded too
good to be true, but it.

Speaker 6 (45:27):
Changed my life.

Speaker 17 (45:29):
Change my life, change my relationship, change everything of how
I get to show up for my children, my grandchildren,
my spouse. But what we're going to do is about
forty five minutes a day, starting on Monday, We're just
going to sit down like having a cup of coffee together.
And it's a price of a cup of coffee, it's
five bucks. But we're going to share with you like

(45:49):
you're just in second grade. We're going to make this
super complex science so simple even as second grader could
understand it. How do you take the first right step?
Not just another step, not just another diet, but no,
how do you take the first right step to get
yourself healthy at the sailor level and do the last

(46:09):
thing you ever do to be healthy.

Speaker 1 (46:12):
Let me tell people how they can find you and John,
it's always great having you on the program, and so
many people have spoken so highly about this My five
five five challenge. Go to the website my five five
five challenge dot com do it right now to learn
how you can lose five pounds in five days for
only five dollars.

Speaker 2 (46:31):
Quite frankly, that's cheap. Bring a couple of coffee a day. Heck,
especially if you go to Starbucks.

Speaker 1 (46:35):
All right, fired deep Staters want us to feel bad
for them, that's right, watch them cry next, Welcome back everyone.
So the Supreme Court said, you know what, President Trump

(46:56):
is not just the commander in chief. He's the chief
executive of the United States, which means he can fire
and hire pretty.

Speaker 2 (47:02):
Much as he pleases.

Speaker 1 (47:03):
These are state department workers not happy about losing their jobs.

Speaker 16 (47:12):
And this is also self sabotized, calling people back on
the front lines when you're really make them the most.
Now that we have the tensions in the Middle East,
descendants China and aggress to Russia.

Speaker 15 (47:25):
What are we doing calling Bud the people here?

Speaker 2 (47:29):
I really don't want to hear her complain about about
the Middle East. She doesn't know what she's talking about.

Speaker 1 (47:33):
Now, I will say this, I don't like people losing
their jobs, but if your job isn't needed anymore or
it's redundant, then we have a due to the taxpayer
to eliminate that job.

Speaker 2 (47:44):
Does it hurt, of course it does. I don't like
seeing anybody get fired. I've been on the side of that.
That's not fun. But look, you got to run governments.

Speaker 1 (47:52):
You gotta run it. We got to get it back
under control. And that's what President Trump is doing. It's
going to do it for us.
