Speaker 1 (00:18):
Well, good evening everyone, welcome to Stinchfield. You tired of winning, yet.
Speaker 2 (00:22):
We're never gonna get tired of winning. Today is Victory Day.
Speaker 1 (00:25):
It's when the Allies declared victory over Germany May eighth.
What a great day to get with one of our
greatest allies, the United Kingdom come up with a massive
trade deal. President Trump announced this today, a big trade
deal with the UK. This is a big deal, and
this is President Trump laying.
Speaker 2 (00:46):
It out for us.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
The deal includes billions of dollars of increased market access
for American exports, especially in agriculture, dramatically increasing access for
American beef, ethanol, andually all of the products produced by
our great farmers. And our secretary, as you know, of
agriculture is here, Brooke.
Speaker 4 (01:08):
Thank you very much being here.
Speaker 5 (01:10):
Thank you sir.
Speaker 6 (01:10):
You'll let the farmers know.
Speaker 3 (01:13):
In addition, the UK will reduce or eliminate numerous non
tariff barriers that unfairly discriminated against American products. But this
is now turning out I think really to be a
great deal for both countries.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
Because yeah it is.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
And the ten percent tariff on British goods stays in place,
and Britain's okay with that.
Speaker 2 (01:34):
They're opening up markets like you wouldn't believe.
Speaker 1 (01:36):
You heard President Trump talk about the agricultural markets, ethanol,
you talk about arrow space, all kinds of things that
will now be massively opened up. But I think the
big point to this is it's the first major deal.
Once you get one domino to fall, the rest will fall.
I think you're going to start to see a lot
of these deals start to be announced as we go
(01:58):
through the next month or so. Take a look at
this though, this graphic of what has done six billion
in tariff.
Speaker 2 (02:05):
Revenue for the United States.
Speaker 1 (02:08):
The UK goes from a five point one percent tariff
on American goods to one point eight percent. The US
retains it's ten percent tariff. You may say, why would
the UK agree to this?
Speaker 6 (02:18):
Why?
Speaker 1 (02:19):
Because we're the deal maker. They want to be here,
and they know that they want to be here. They
got to make deals with President Trump. Nobody could get
this done except for President Trump. Certainly Biden couldn't get
it done. And look, this is basically all access now
to all kinds of goods the United States can send
over to the United Kingdom. The US Trade Representative Jamison Greer,
(02:41):
who helped negotiate this big deal, put it like this.
Speaker 7 (02:45):
What we've shown is that it is time to change
the way we do trade. People said we couldn't do
a global tariff. We did a global teriff. Is that
no one want to deal with us people want to deal?
Is that no one give offers? He saw that stack
of offers. I showed you all those countries said we
wouldn't get deals, and here we are with the deal
with the sixth largest economy. We've agreed to have pharenoceyprocal
(03:06):
trade and we've done it in record time.
Speaker 1 (03:10):
That's the speed of Trump. That's how he gets it done. Now,
don't think I don't have some concerns. My main concerns
are how the tariffs are going to be calculated, and
then if they are passed on to the consumer or not.
Some suppliers may decide not to pass the cost of
the tariff onto the consumers, and that would be a
good thing. We'll let free markets take over. But I
want you to consider how the tariffs are calculated. It
(03:33):
is the cost to produce the good.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
So since we're.
Speaker 1 (03:35):
Talking about England, let's take it. Asked in Martin, how
much does it cost to make it? Asked In Martin.
The reality is nobody knows except executives and Aston Martin.
They don't disclose that. But that cost is what the
tariff is based on. It's not based off of retail cost.
So I want to know if I go in to
(03:56):
buy and ask In Martin, or I go we in
to buy a BMW fur from Germany or a Mercedes.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
What was the cost? What is the tariff?
Speaker 1 (04:06):
So I can see I'm not getting hosed because already
online I'm seeing many retailers hosing consumers by doubling and
tripling their prices thinking the tariff is one hundred and
forty five percent from China. But that's on the cost
to make the goods. Let me give you this example.
A Nike Air Jordan Air one sneaker sells for about
(04:27):
one hundred and eighty dollars to you here in the
United States. It's made in Vietnam. Cost eighteen dollars to
make that shoe. Well, the tariff on that Nike Air
one sneaker isn't based off one hundred and eighty dollars.
It's based off the eighteen dollars at a forty five
percent tariff from Vietnam. You're paying eight dollars and sixty
two cents in tariffs on one hundred and eighty dollars sneaker.
(04:51):
Will the retailers understand this? My assumption is they will,
But more importantly, will they try to jack up prices
because they think they can. This is where I don't
often call for regulation, but I want the government looking
at the tariffs and how they're passing that on to
the consumer if they decide to do that.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
And again, free markets may take over here.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
If you've got Toyota showing you what the tariff is
but Honda doesn't, maybe people start buying Toyota's and that
Honda says they've got to be more transparent. We'll see
how this all plays out, but I don't want consumers
to get hosed because people take advantage of the terriffs.
Speaker 2 (05:32):
Now, this trade.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
Deal is a big one, especially when it comes to
aerospace as well.
Speaker 2 (05:38):
This is Howard Lutnick.
Speaker 8 (05:40):
Arrow and commercial planes. They sell rolls, rice engines to Boeing.
We've agreed to let rolls, rice engines and those kind
of plane parts to come over tariff free. And what
you're going to hear today is there's going to be
an announcement in the UK that they are buying ten
billion dollars worth of Boeing planes later today. But I'm
(06:02):
gonna let the name of the airline announce it, because
that's theirs to do it. Part of this deal was
always to do it together and to do it strong.
Speaker 2 (06:13):
Well.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
The name of that airline is British Airways. Howard Lutton
kind of gave it away. Not too many airlines in
the UK they can spend ten billion on planes. British
Airways is one of them. Congratulations, This is what trade
is all about. That's American jobs being created, and we're
doing a great thing for the United Kingdom. Now, all
of this comes down to this ten percent rule. President
(06:38):
Trump says, the ten percent on UK is gonna be
low because UK.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
Dealt with us in a very fair manner.
Speaker 1 (06:45):
Other countries that don't deal with us in a fair manner,
we're not going to see this ten percent deal. Here
is a very simple reality. You do away with your tariffs.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
You're gonna get a good deal from the United States.
It is that simple. How about the deals? Where is
it headed? This is President Trump.
Speaker 9 (07:00):
We have numerous deals.
Speaker 10 (07:01):
I know Howard's going back as soon as this is finished,
you a press conference. He's got numerous and Scott, who's
right over here, who is fantastic, by the way, you
would have great our television this morning and watch you
knows CAF the have a little lesson in.
Speaker 6 (07:15):
The world and economics.
Speaker 10 (07:16):
But Scott's going to be going to switchland meeting with China,
and you know they very much want to make it do.
Speaker 2 (07:27):
Well. China's the big dog.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
That's the one where everything's going to hinge, both economies
China and the United States. I'm not going to sugarcoat
it will hinge on what deal comes out of all
of these talks with China, but you'll see a bunch
of other countries start to fall in line as well.
All right, I want to turn now to an issue
that's near and dear to my heart, and that of course,
is the Second Amendment and gun rights in America. One
(07:49):
of the problems I see with conservative is not necessarily
all of you, but conservative talkers teething networks. When Republicans
take over, they all of a sudden start to forget
about the Second Amendment. They think they can sit back
and relax This is the very time I want lawmakers
going on the offensive. State level, federal level, you name it.
(08:10):
We need national reciprocity, meaning your concealed carry license in
one state is good in all states, just like a
driver's license. There is a bill in Washington now to
deregulate suppressors. Some of you may call them silencers. That's
not a good term. Suppressors is the right term. It
suppresses the sound. It doesn't silence them. There's a two
hundred dollars tax every time you buy a suppressor. That's
(08:33):
not fair. They're actually a safety device. They help save
your hearing if God forbid, you had to fire a gun,
maybe in a home defense situation. We need to do
away with the regulation. I hope that bill goes through.
Then there's the issue of alcohol, tobacco, and firearms. This
agency has been weaponized by the left to hand down
(08:53):
all kinds of tyrannical regulations on gun owners.
Speaker 2 (08:56):
Making an end er on around Congress.
Speaker 1 (08:58):
Maybe it's time the poof go away well Congress. And Burlson,
a great friend of this program, has offered up that bill.
Speaker 2 (09:06):
Here he is on Real America's Voice.
Speaker 11 (09:08):
And just last year they went into the home of
an of staining individual in Arkansas and shot him in
the head because he was purchasing too many firearms. This
agency just continues to mess up. And really, what Trump's
letter when he made the four and sixty eight million
dollar cut, he says it all this agency consistently violates
people's constitutional rights. They're not trying to uphold the Constitution.
(09:32):
And so this is an agency that's duplicative and it
needs to go.
Speaker 2 (09:36):
All right, can that be done? Could we get there?
Speaker 1 (09:39):
I want to bring in now someone who knows more
about guns than.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
Most people across the country.
Speaker 1 (09:45):
He is the two way columnist for Bright bart News.
Aw R Hawkins is with us.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
AWR. It's good to see you, my friend.
Speaker 4 (09:52):
All great to be with you, buddy.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
All right atf is this a possibility or is this
shooting for the moon?
Speaker 4 (10:01):
Well, I think it's a possibility.
Speaker 12 (10:03):
But I think we're also dealing with what you said,
Grant when you begin this segment that Republicans often get
in and then they cool their jets, and I don't
understand it.
Speaker 13 (10:13):
Let's come in and run rough shot over the left, Grant.
I believe we agree on this. I won't put words
in your mouth. I despise the left, and I especially
despise leftist bureaucrats and what Burleston's trying to do here.
If you watch my writings, you know I love what
he's trying to do. I make a point to highlight
what he's trying to do. Why would we cut funding
(10:35):
to the ATF? We could completely eliminate them, Grant. I know,
when I read the Second Amendment, it says I have
a right to keeping bear arms. It doesn't say I
have a right to keeping bear the arms the ATF
lets me keep and until it says that the ATF
needs to go, Grants, they just do all right.
Speaker 1 (10:53):
So there are certain functions that are useful for the ATF.
I was actually a firearms dealer, a federal firearms license holder.
Speaker 2 (11:00):
I no longer hold that license.
Speaker 1 (11:01):
But I'll tell you the ATF was actually fairly easy
to deal with.
Speaker 2 (11:05):
They answered a lot of questions for me.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
You've got to have somebody regulating who's allowed to sell
guns in the United States, right from a dealer level.
How do you do that without the ATF? Or maybe
you don't do it at all.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
I don't know, Grant.
Speaker 13 (11:22):
I mean, I kind of have that you know, Reagan,
if you paraphrase Reagan, Reagan would say, the people can
be trusted with freedom.
Speaker 4 (11:33):
But I'm with you.
Speaker 13 (11:34):
I know there would have to be some degree of
regulatory oversight on FFLs to be sure everybody's in line.
But does the ATF have to do that or can
we at least cut them to such a degree that
that's all they do. Maybe if we do that, we
found an acceptable medium there. I don't know, Grant, but
I'm definitely not arguing with you about that. Understand your point,
(11:56):
but they have They're so easy to weaponize, my friend,
they were weaponized under Biden. Not only did they take
innocent American lives, as Bernison pointed out, but they criminalized
hundreds of thousands of law body citizens with regulatory gun
control they passed by FIAT.
Speaker 4 (12:16):
It's just ridiculous.
Speaker 1 (12:19):
Well, there's other things too, like their bomb division and
looking at explosives that they handle. But to me, that
could easily be wrapped into the FBI or another agency
like that. There's no need to have that even under
the purview of ATF.
Speaker 4 (12:35):
Agree hundred percent, Agree one hundred percent.
Speaker 13 (12:37):
I don't know why the FBI couldn't do some of this,
and I don't know, and I also believe this grant.
Speaker 4 (12:44):
I don't know if this plays into it.
Speaker 13 (12:46):
This is more pragmatic look or perhaps it's practical, but
I believe the ATF's brand is so wounded I don't
know how it ever recovers, and so I believe there's
going to be a lack of trust of the ATF
from the Biden era going forward with law abiding citizens
because they believed they were demonized, they were criminalized. And
(13:07):
so how do you ever recover from that grant? I mean,
how does the agency ever recover?
Speaker 1 (13:13):
Well, they certainly did put an awful lot of rules
down that made it very difficult to exercise your Second
Amendment right, and hopefully President Trump is going to continue
to unwind some of those rules. National reciprocity, to me, though,
is probably the biggest issue. You and I have been
talking about this literally for years. You can speak for me, AWR.
You and I have been good friends for years and years.
(13:35):
We know how each other think this is a must,
and I just don't see the momentum.
Speaker 2 (13:40):
It's like they all of a sudden feel like, well,
we're not.
Speaker 1 (13:42):
Being attacked, so we can just kind of sit back
and relax. Well, why don't we just go nailing and
pushing this stuff through legislatively.
Speaker 4 (13:51):
One hundred percent. Yeah, that's what I was saying when
we began.
Speaker 13 (13:53):
I mean, I don't understand the cool the JITs mentality.
I prefer that mentality says we've got them on there,
les run over them, and let's get this done. Because
national reciprocity isn't about scoring the legislative victory. It's not
about those things. It's about Americans being safe. It's about
Americans who are in Indiana being able to drive into
(14:17):
Illinois and still having a handgun on their person to
defend their lives and their family. It's about Americans who
are in Arizona still being able to drive into California
and having a handgun on their person to defend their
lives and their family. I mean, I could keep making
that point, but that's what it's about. It is about
defending life and liberty. It's about a full exercise of
(14:39):
the Second Amendment rather than an abridged exercise. And this
has to be passed.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
Absolutely. Nobody does it better than you, AWR. Hawkins, when
it comes to this issue. I appreciate you fighting for
it as always and I always appreciate you coming on
the show.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
Buddy.
Speaker 4 (14:55):
Thank you great seeing you, my friend. Have a great night.
Speaker 1 (14:58):
Absolutely, you two make sure you check him out at
Breitbart dot com. I mean, all the two way news
you need, you're gonna.
Speaker 2 (15:05):
Get it right there from AWR.
Speaker 1 (15:06):
All right, folks, I want to talk now about immigration,
illegal immigration specifically, and our quest to reigning in.
Speaker 2 (15:16):
You can't fully rein in illegal.
Speaker 1 (15:18):
Immigration unless you've got all the facts right. Well, we
know that illegals put a massive drain on this country
from all the crime and evil doing that's committed, from
the fentanyl that's pushed in here.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
But what about from a healthcare perspective. There is a.
Speaker 1 (15:33):
Bill that has passed through the legislature and the Arizona
Senate that is heading to the Democrat Governor Katie Hobbs
desk that would ask any hospital that accepts Medicaid money
to ask what is your legal status and keep track
of the money spend. It's not going to deny coverage
to these illegals, but it is going to track it
(15:54):
finally gets some idea of what this is costing us.
It's a good bills on the left like this leftist
senator in Arizona.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
They don't get it.
Speaker 14 (16:07):
I don't think that any person would identify themselves with
the words illegal alien. They are people, and they might
be undocumented, but they're not aliens. We don't have any
aliens from space.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
It just goes to shay, how dumb they are. That's
exactly what they are. They are illegal aliens. That's how
it's spelled out in law, by the way, and she's
wrong on that.
Speaker 2 (16:39):
She looks like it. I'll pack up too, by the way, bred.
Speaker 1 (16:44):
Again, they are always coddling the criminal, not the taxpayer.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
Watch this as they're debating this bill in Arizona.
Speaker 15 (16:54):
But I just want it on the record that I
think it absolutely is germane that this is going to
increase reluctance for people who need medical care and that
they are going to be less likely to seek care
because of legislation like this. And I think that if
that isn't the intention, that it's important that it's understood
that that will be the outcome.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
We have for mister explain our votes at the.
Speaker 16 (17:15):
Show, mister chair, may I respond, in finality, then they
should stay home in their home country if they want
to have care.
Speaker 1 (17:25):
It's pretty simple. You want healthcare, stay home. But you know,
if you can sneak into America and houndor Joe Biden
to get the best healthcare in the world for free,
I guess you go ahead and do that too.
Speaker 2 (17:36):
That's coming to an end. No more of that bold.
Speaker 1 (17:39):
You know what, as Peter says it, Well, all I'm
with me now is the Arizona State Senator who made
that comment.
Speaker 2 (17:45):
By the way, Republican Wendy Rodgers is with us. Senator.
Is great to have you back on the program. It's
been too long.
Speaker 16 (17:51):
It's been too long. Thank you, Grant. You answered me
at the eleventh hour last night. We're on a long
recess now and we've been bad mightily in the trenches
over here in Arizona.
Speaker 1 (18:04):
All right, So you played a big role in getting
this passed through. It goes to the governor's desk. Why
is this important in your opinion that you start collecting
this data?
Speaker 16 (18:15):
Well, thanks for the question. It's just nuts and bolts.
People are being denied care, who are citizens, Hospitals are
going under These costs are extraordinary, yet there's no number
on what the costs are. And so Florida did this.
You know why reinvent the wheel. They have great bills
(18:38):
that go through that I see. And so we ran
this and honestly, I'm surprised it got this far because
I was in that committee. It's the Military Affairs and
Border Security Committee, and I'm the only retired military member
in the Arizona Senate, and so of course I'm on
that committee. And what you did and see was this
(19:02):
whole argument that that gal with the white hair made
to me about how it's discriminatory and how it's racist,
and how she gets stopped still ostensibly because she's Hispanic,
and all this kind of thing. And I responded to her.
I said, you know, I was just down at the
(19:24):
border and we were wending our way back into Arizona.
The twenty mile stretch there of two lane highway, and
I was stopped by Customs and Border Patrol, asked for
my identification and so forth, and who was in the
car behind us. There were two cars in our party,
(19:46):
and we were happy to give our information to Customs
and Border Patrol. And my friend who was driving told
me that in the whole four years of Biden, he
had never seen anybody on that twenty mile stretch yet
we saw four different clusters of customs and border patrol.
(20:08):
And so this whole weaving it into we can't be
doing this, we can't have accountability, we can't know where
our dollars are being spent because it's racist, is just
a complete sham.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
It certainly seems to me.
Speaker 1 (20:23):
Is you're coming up with legislation ideas for legislation, you'd
want to have the numbers to back up the plans
that you're going through with. Now this goes to Katie
Hobb's desk. She's an awful governor. You're governor of Arizona.
She's vetoed an awful lot of bills. Do you expect
her to veto this one?
Speaker 16 (20:41):
I do, sadly. And you might ask, well, Wendy, why
do you run these bills that you know she's going
to veto? Well, it's because I was sent to Phoenix
to the Capitol by four different rural counties to run
good legislation. And that's my job. And so by doing
(21:01):
that we hold her to account. She is being put
on record now in so many ways as to not
protecting us, not protecting children, not protecting the border, and
all kinds of things that when we hopefully get a
replacement governor in twenty twenty six, we're going to have
(21:21):
a banner session. And he even said, now, I'm personally
for Congressman Andy Biggs, who said in my district up
in Pace in Arizona just last Saturday evening and Eli
Crane was there and our great state Party Chair Genas
Swaboda was there, and Andy said, you legislators in the
(21:42):
audience better get ready to work hard because the minute
I take my hand off the Bible, we're going to
be getting bills through. And boy, I just can't wait
for that to happen, because Hobbs has vetoed I want
to say, probably two hundred and fifty some bills now
in her tenure, totally broken all records.
Speaker 1 (22:01):
Well, I'm with you, Andy Biggs. Would be a breath
of fresh air for Arizona. To you guys working together
as a team down there would just be fabulous. So
we'll wish him the best, and as always, Senator Wendy Rogers,
we wish you the best as well.
Speaker 2 (22:15):
Keep fighting and keep up the good work. Thanks for
coming on and keep me posting anything else.

Speaker 9 (22:41):
Thank you, Grant.

story go Americans held hostage in Venezuela.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
Well, we have a big update.
Speaker 1 (23:36):
Some of the families have met with White House officials today.
Speaker 2 (23:39):
That is next. Welcome back everyone.
Speaker 1 (23:51):
So you want to see why Joe Biden is not
in office, Well, he came out of his nursing home
with his hospice care nurse, Jill Biden to go on
the View with the cackling hens over there. He was
asked about the idea that he's unfit mentally and physically
to be president, and he proved while we believe that
(24:13):
he took like a minute to answer this question.
Speaker 2 (24:15):
And then well just watch was.
Speaker 17 (24:17):
How on coinn dow in interest of time? And so
we went to work and we got it done. And
you know one of the things that that well, I'm.
Speaker 18 (24:28):
Well, and Alista, you know, one of the things I
think is that the people who wrote those books.
Speaker 2 (24:34):
Were not in the White House with us, and they did.
That's the point. We don't even need to really hear
what she said. He couldn't answer the question, okay, and
then he's delusional.
Speaker 1 (24:48):
So he made all kinds of excuses about Kamala losing
and then he said he could beat President Trump.
Speaker 2 (24:55):
Watched this knowing what you know.
Speaker 5 (24:57):
Now, do you think you would have beat him?
Speaker 19 (24:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 17 (25:00):
Telling at seven million fewer vats, Yes, okay, five people
didn't show up, number one, number one, number two. They're
very close in those toss up states. It was it wasn't.
Speaker 2 (25:19):
You can't even understand what he say.
Speaker 1 (25:20):
He thinks you would have four more years talking about
a national security risk.
Speaker 2 (25:23):
Thank god all of you showed.
Speaker 1 (25:26):
Up and President Trump is now at the helm. Tells
you everything you need to know. I don't normally watch
the view. I still don't, but that tells you what
you need to know.
Speaker 19 (25:34):
All right.
Speaker 2 (25:34):
Another story that I told you, I'm not giving up.
I'm like a dog with a ball with this.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
We are going to get these American hostages home from Venezuela.
Speaker 2 (25:42):
To me, it's outrageous.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
The media isn't covering this story. There is growing concern
about the safety of these American hostages after this rescue
of the Venezuelan dissidence from the Argentinian embassy where they
were holed up for over a year. There is real
now that Maduro may take out his anger of that
brazen rescue of the Venezuelan dissidence on the American hostages. Well,
(26:09):
we started making inquiries with the White House.
Speaker 2 (26:11):
We do know there was a meeting today with the.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
Families of the hostages and Sebashia Gorka and other members
of the President Trump's team. This was Sebashia Gorka last
night on this program.
Speaker 20 (26:25):
And I'll actually be meeting with several of the families
that you've discussed in your monologue tomorrow in the White House.
Speaker 2 (26:34):
So you can bet that if I'm a meeting with them.
Speaker 20 (26:38):
As you know, the guy in charge of hostage affairs
in the Navascuity Council that my boss, President Trump, and
Marco Rubio, that acting National Scuit Advisor, they know about it.
Let me tell you something, Secretary Rubio, NASCAR advisor Rubio,
he is hell bent for lever to get these people
back home.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
That's what we want to hear.
Speaker 1 (27:01):
I want to bring in with me now the parents
of Joe Saint Clair.
Speaker 2 (27:04):
He's an Air Force veteran.
Speaker 1 (27:07):
He's been in captivity for too long now, since the
end of last year. Scott and Patty Saint Clair joined
me tonight. Scott and Patty, welcome to the program. Thank
you for coming on again.
Speaker 18 (27:18):
Thanks for having us.
Speaker 9 (27:19):
Yeah, we appreciate it grant you.
Speaker 21 (27:20):
Your voice has been amazing, and we're so glad that
you're not letting go of this bone.
Speaker 9 (27:25):
As you put it.
Speaker 1 (27:26):
Now, Well, we're not gonna We're not gonna let it go.
Can you tell me? I guess Scott, I'll start with you.
How did the meeting would the White House go today?
Speaker 2 (27:34):
Was?
Speaker 1 (27:34):
Was it doctor Gorka? Was there anybody else there? Why
don't you fill us in on how it went down?
Speaker 9 (27:39):
Yeah, doctor Gorka was there.
Speaker 21 (27:41):
We were so happy that he was willing to meet
with us and all the families and the SPIH was
also there. And you know, I'll just say up front,
we came in a little salty.
Speaker 9 (27:51):
We were very concerned about that tweet that happened about
the extraction.
Speaker 21 (27:55):
And you know, we were kind of at one moment
elated thinking that our love ones had been saved and
then find out that it was not our loved ones.
And yes, we had concern about their safety because of
Maduro's past actions. But I'll tell you, the doctor did
assure us that this action was not related to our
loved ones and that they were committed to bringing them
(28:19):
home and that they took that very seriously. So we
were able to express our concerns and we appreciate that.
Speaker 1 (28:27):
Was there any word, Patty that Maduro gets this message,
because it's really Maduro is the one we have to
worry about and how he perceives whatever action this was.
Speaker 6 (28:39):
I mean, that's our hope.
Speaker 18 (28:40):
We have been told so far that Maduro is not
responding to anybody. We know that he's locked that prison down.
We know he has a history of retaliation, especially after
knowing from Senator from Secretary Rubio's tweet about American military
precise operations taking those Venzuelan dissidents and putting them safe
(29:05):
on American soil. So we're really concerned about the safety
of our hostages, specifically the safety of my son, and
against the not having any retaliation for Maduro.
Speaker 1 (29:17):
You know, Rick Grennell went back in March. He got
six of the American hostages home. Sadly your son, and
we know about the Navy seal who is still there,
which we've interviewed his family as well.
Speaker 2 (29:31):
We're not amongst those that have come.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
Home, Scott, do you know why was your son and
Wilbert Castanada not amongst those who were released.
Speaker 21 (29:42):
The best thing we understand from the returnees, is that
both of them, both Joseph and Wilbert, with their training,
were basically they were using their skills to say, We're
not going to go through this again. Apparently they had
been taunted, told they were going to be released, subsequently
(30:03):
taken and shaved and cleaned up and then beaten and mocked,
and so because of their training they said no, we're
not doing this anymore.
Speaker 9 (30:13):
And that's what was reported from their cellmates.
Speaker 1 (30:16):
All right, letting others go before them, typical members of
the United States military, which really makes them heroes earth.
In my book, Patty, I've talked to your husband about
this before, not you yet as a mother.
Speaker 2 (30:29):
What has this ordeal been like to you?
Speaker 1 (30:31):
And simply the idea of not knowing, I can't imagine.
Speaker 18 (30:36):
Yeah, I mean, it's been a living nightmare ever since
we found out. We found out February fourth from the
returned hostages, and every single day since then we have
been fighting and advocating for Joe's release. We go to
sleep every night not having answers and wake up again
to the same exact nightmare. As a matter of fact, Grant,
(30:56):
I don't even know if my son.
Speaker 9 (30:57):
Is dead or alive.
Speaker 2 (30:59):
You know, the.
Speaker 18 (31:00):
Mother's Day is coming up on Sunday and I am
going to have one less kid at the table, And
to me, that is just heartbreaking.
Speaker 1 (31:11):
It's heartbreaking to all of us. And certainly you know,
we're praying that that is not the case. We do
know the other hostages said they did see your son
and the others alive, So we.
Speaker 2 (31:20):
Take that as some solace.
Speaker 1 (31:21):
Scott, before I let you two go, do you have
confidence that President Trump's team is doing all they can
do or should more be done? Where do you stand
on the effort to get your your son and the
other's home.
Speaker 21 (31:37):
Well, I want to report this. The meeting with doctor
Gorker went very well. He made some commitments to it's
number one, it's the top priority.
Speaker 9 (31:44):
Number two.
Speaker 21 (31:44):
He said that he would begin amplifying this in his
own social media and he'd be asking President Trump to
do the same.
Speaker 9 (31:51):
That gets our names out there.
Speaker 21 (31:53):
Secondarily, and probably even more importantly, he committed that next
week they would be convening a multi agency committee to
focus specifically on Venezuela and the hostages. So we're taking
doctor Gorka for his word. We're so happy that they
met with us, and we believe him that it is
their top priority. So it gives us something to kind
(32:14):
of put an earmark on and to continue to talk
with the administration about.
Speaker 9 (32:18):
So we trust them that they're going to get the
job done.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
Well.
Speaker 1 (32:21):
I can tell you doctor Gorka has been a longtime
friend of mine for many many years. He is a
guy you can trust. He's not going to tell you
something that he doesn't mean that. I promise you, Patty,
before I let you go, if you could get a
message to President Trump, what would you want him to
know from you tonight?
Speaker 18 (32:40):
We know President Trump that you can get the job done.
We are conservative Republicans. We voted for you twice, and
we know if anybody has the resources and has the
guts to get this done, we know you can. We
heard Gorka, doctor Gorka talk last night about how you
brought home more Howes in your short time of service
(33:02):
than Biden ever did in his four term year and
so we know you're the man to do it. Thank
you that you are taking an interest in our son.
We want his name on your desk and we want
him home.
Speaker 21 (33:15):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (33:16):
Yeah, that's what all of us want.
Speaker 1 (33:18):
Scott and Patty Saint Clair, Thank you so much for
coming on. As I told you before, we're being on
this programming strength and prayer. I promise you all of
Stinsfield's army is praying for your family and your son.
Speaker 2 (33:28):
Of course. Thank you to the both of you.
Speaker 9 (33:30):
Thank you, Graham.
Speaker 2 (33:32):
Absolutely, we'll see you again soon.
Speaker 1 (33:34):
Keep me posted for sure as we continue to follow
this story. I'm working now getting a former American hostage
that was in Venezuela on the program next week to
hear about what it was like in there. So stay
tuned for that, folks, and we'll keep on this story.
All right, we have a new pulp. We will discuss
who he is next. Frank own is with us, Father
(33:58):
Frank up next. Welcome back everyone. Well it took about
two days. We now have a new pope. Uh Father
Bob as he's known Robert Prevost from Chicago, born in Chicago,
(34:20):
was the first American pope, and America is celebrating that
he appears to be a progressive guy, though Steve Bannon
actually warned, this is one of the most progressive, liberal
style uh uh priests that we're on the list here.
So we do have a new pope. This was him
giving his speech today we translated it for you.
Speaker 2 (34:40):
Take a look.
Speaker 5 (34:41):
God loves everyone. No evil will not in the hands
of God without fear.
Speaker 9 (34:55):
United Mano and among ourselves we go.
Speaker 5 (35:02):
Forward, Disciples of Christ, Christ before.
Speaker 2 (35:09):
Us in Mondo, Abizon.
Speaker 5 (35:11):
The world needs his light, all right.
Speaker 1 (35:15):
Congratulations to him and Catholics out there who have a
new Pope. I want to bring in now a very
good friend of mine, a man I have such great
respect for. He is a pro life leader with Priests
for Life. You may remember our last pope defract, Father
Frank Pavone.
Speaker 2 (35:32):
But I want to bring in Father Pavone. Father. Welcome
to the program, Hi, Grant.
Speaker 6 (35:37):
It's great to be with you on such a historic day.
Speaker 2 (35:40):
All right. So I want to be honest me.
Speaker 1 (35:42):
The first thing I'm thinking is can you get the
collar back?
Speaker 2 (35:46):
Would this guy giving you? Is there any chance of
that happening?
Speaker 22 (35:50):
Well, you know, yes, that is possible. Yes, I am
putting the request into him immediately. And there's also a
connection here between Priests for Life and the new Pope
because our associate director, Father Dennis Wilde, is an Augustinian
and knew Robert Prevost.
Speaker 6 (36:08):
When he was a student.
Speaker 22 (36:09):
In fact, Robert Prevost as a student over at Villanova
started Villanoven's for Life, the pro life group there, so
it still exists today. So you know, look, we all
have to learn, we have to wait and see. We
have to take into account the fact that the office
shapes the man. It's not just that the man shapes
the office. And I one thing, I think we already
(36:34):
see signals from the name he has taken, from the
way he was dressed in the papal investments, from the
speech that he gave, that we're not going to have
the kind of extremes we had with Pope Francis. Is
he more aligned with Francis than he would be, for example,
with John Paul the second seems that way, But I
think there's been a course correction and I think that
(36:56):
will unfold. It all remains to be to be seen.
I want to encourage people to keep praying. So many
people were praying during the conclave, right and we had
a big prayer campaign prayercampaign dot org. But I want
to invite people to keep that spirit of prayer going
as this new pope transitions into his responsibilities.
Speaker 2 (37:15):
Well, so important for that.
Speaker 1 (37:17):
So Leo the fourteenth is the name he took What
is the significance of that name, father.
Speaker 22 (37:24):
Well, Pope Leo was known for focusing on and really
helping to establish the foundation of Catholic social teaching.
Speaker 6 (37:33):
The Church and the modern age.
Speaker 22 (37:36):
Dealing with the issues of the modern age and the
Church has developed starting with Pope Leo's encyclical rerem Novaarrum,
a very substantial body of teachings on things like politics,
like economics workers.
Speaker 6 (37:49):
Pope Leo stood up for the rights.
Speaker 22 (37:51):
Of workers, rejected socialism very very clearly and strongly. I
think we have a pope here who is going to
work much better with the Trump administration than did Pope Francis.
I think we're going to see a lot of positive
things here. The fact the name that the name Leo
(38:12):
indicates to us some very interesting things. I think he's
going to unpack them more for us as he speaks
to us in the coming days and especially at his
installation Mass, which will be an important moment.
Speaker 2 (38:26):
You know, that's good news.
Speaker 1 (38:29):
The last Pope was really pretty outspoken, very liberal guy.
I don't need to tell our audience. We know he
was a socialist. There's no doubt about it. In my mind,
this pope comes from Chicago born and Rais. I wouldn't
be surprised if he's a Democrat or he's liberal. He
had said some things about President Trump that weren't the
most friendly. But look, I don't mind you coming from
the other side of the aisle. As long as you
(38:50):
believe in the principles of the Catholic Church and freedom
and individual responsibility and liberty and these type of things
that are so important, you know, the Bible and the
Constitution or such similar documents, the Constitution based off the Bible.
Speaker 2 (39:04):
If you embrace those things, I'm good with you. Father.
Speaker 22 (39:06):
Well, well, Grant, I got well, I got good news
for it. He's actually a Republican. He's a registered Republican.
We looked into that early this afternoon, and and you know,
does that mean he's going to be a Republican like
we are.
Speaker 6 (39:18):
No, not necessarily, but we'll see. We'll see.
Speaker 22 (39:20):
What I think, it's good that we have someone who
at least understands American politics a little bit better than
Francis did.
Speaker 1 (39:28):
Were you surprised real quick that America finally got a pope.
Speaker 2 (39:31):
I wasn't sure was ever going to happen.
Speaker 6 (39:33):
No, I didn't think so either. Not at least not now.
But no, that was a surprise.
Speaker 1 (39:39):
All right, here's what I want people to do. I
want people to pray for you. I want that application
going back in as soon as possible. I'm telling you,
it was the first thing I thought of it. I said,
I'm calling him and getting him on let's make a
case today.
Speaker 6 (39:54):
Well again prayer campaign dot org.
Speaker 22 (39:57):
We even have a prayer there for that reinstatement of
me and actually grant of a lot of other canceled
priests as well.
Speaker 2 (40:04):
Has it happened before?
Speaker 1 (40:06):
And let me just let everyone know you were defrocked
basically for your very strong stance on pro life issues.
They didn't like you being as outspoken as you were.
You became a hero to so many people. But has
it happened before? And I don't know what do you
call it refrocked? I don't know what do you call it?
You call it recollared?
Speaker 2 (40:25):
Has it happened.
Speaker 6 (40:25):
Before it reinstated?
Speaker 22 (40:27):
And yes, it certainly has happened before, especially when there's
been a change in the papacy.
Speaker 1 (40:33):
Okay, well, God Willing, I hope it happens to you.
You know, I always call your father Frank Pavone.
Speaker 2 (40:38):
You will always be.
Speaker 1 (40:39):
That to me and you're such a special guy. Thank
you for coming on. I appreciate it.
Speaker 19 (40:43):
Thank you.
Speaker 6 (40:44):
Talk to you soon.
Speaker 2 (40:46):
Absolutely, we sure will.
Speaker 1 (40:47):
All right, folks, go to that website and uh, let's
get that prayer campaign going, all right, I mean it,
let's do it all right. Deed, fraud is surging. Do
not fall prey to this crime. We have details that next.
Speaker 2 (41:11):
Welcome back everyone.
Speaker 1 (41:13):
So one of the issues that we're now facing as
the administration gets their sea legs, there are many of
you out there who are not happy with Pam Bondy. Now,
let me tell you she's our attorney general. Obviously I
know this woman. I've known her for years. I've interviewed
her a number of times. Do not lose faith in
her yet. I understand things are not going at the
(41:35):
speed you want them to go at.
Speaker 2 (41:38):
But things take time.
Speaker 1 (41:40):
Especially in an agency like that that is I believe
ripe with corruption and of course the deep state at
the HELM. It takes time to root things out where
there's some mistakes along the way, maybe a little bit
with how we've been releasing information. But I urge you
to give her a little more time before you totally
lose faith in Pam Bondy.
Speaker 2 (42:00):
This is her. Just check this outd By Now.
Speaker 23 (42:04):
The FBI they're reviewing there are tens of thousands of
videos of Epstein with children or child porn, and there
are hundreds of victims, and no one victim will ever
get released. It's just the volume. And that's what they're
going through right now. The FBI is diligently going through that.
Speaker 16 (42:27):
All right.
Speaker 1 (42:28):
So she's talking about the Epstein files there, and when
I say that people are upset, they want those files again.
Speaker 2 (42:34):
What we all want is retribution.
Speaker 1 (42:37):
We want people to pay for their crimes, whether it's
Epstein and those involved with child sex trafficking, or whether
it's those of the deep state that was involved in
the persecution of President Trump and so many everyday conservatives
when it came to J six and beyond. Those are
the types of things that we want action on. Will
(42:58):
we get there, I hope. Will we get to the
point that we are all happy with it?
Speaker 2 (43:04):
I doubt it.
Speaker 1 (43:05):
I don't think we'll ever get to the point where,
you know, what we get what we deserve, But I
think we'll get bits and pieces. Look at Letitia James
in New York. It's now been announced that the FBI
is going to be investigating Letitia James. We had on
the Gentleman that came up with most of her allegations
of mortgage fraud in two states. Now the FBI is
(43:26):
picking that up. These are all signs of things moving forward.
And then of course we talk about child predators. There's
a big bus yesterday, Pambondi again.
Speaker 23 (43:35):
These depraved human beings. If convicted, we'll face the maximum
penalty in prison some life. We will find you, We
will arrest you, and we will charge you. If you
are online targeting a child, you will not escape us.
The FBI and the Department of Justice will come after
(43:57):
you and we will prosecute you.
Speaker 1 (44:01):
All right, that's all good news, right, Nobody wants a
child predator to get away, especially someone online going after
our children. But folks, listen to me, and listen to
me very carefully. I've got a sixteen year old son.
I've watched him grow up through this digital world.
Speaker 2 (44:15):
That we live in.
Speaker 1 (44:17):
No FBI agent, no Secret service agent that's involved in
this kind of stuff is going to be able to
totally protect your kid. The only one that can protect
your kid from all of this stuff.
Speaker 2 (44:28):
Is all of you.
Speaker 1 (44:29):
You have got to be up in the grill of
your children when it comes to what they're doing online
and when it comes to what.
Speaker 2 (44:37):
They're doing on the phone.
Speaker 1 (44:39):
Okay, do not be shy about it. You're the mom
and dad. I'm not preaching to you. I know you're
all great parents. I'm not preaching to you, but don't
be shy about it. All right, their future realizes us.
They get hooked into porn and all this other stuff,
it's bad news.
Speaker 2 (44:52):
So Pamboni your team can do her thing.
Speaker 1 (44:55):
You guys need to say strong and do your thing
when it comes to kids as well, and doing your part.
Pete Haggs, certainly I believe doing his part at the
Department of Justice. This is him talking about the end
of wokeness.
Speaker 24 (45:09):
We are leaving wokeness and weakness behind. No more pronouns,
no more climate change obsession, no more emergency vaccine mandates,
no more dudes in dresses.
Speaker 2 (45:28):
We're done with that. Amen to that.
Speaker 1 (45:35):
I can't play that sound by too many times because
that's how we all feel. We are done with that.
You know what, it's a family program. I can't say it.
I'll leave it to my buddy man, and every now
and then he drops one around and it cast all
kinds of problems because you know, we do go out
over air. By the way, the FCC does regulate us.
This is not just a streaming platform. There are towers
(45:57):
where you can get real America's voice. Many of you
watching right now now on a channel just like that.
So we gotta be careful. But Eggzeth doing it right
for sure. All right, folks, coming up next, what are
we going to talk We are going to talk about it.
Speaker 2 (46:12):
We could roll it forward just a little bit for me,
Thank you so much. Well, let me see.
Speaker 1 (46:19):
We are going to talk about Jasmine Crockett cutting the
line at the airport, right, and now Bernie Sanders, well
he's got some thoughts about air travel.
Speaker 2 (46:29):
Next.
Speaker 1 (46:39):
It's no secret that Democrat lawmakers are like climate zelots.
Speaker 2 (46:42):
They're green new deal all the crazy nonsense.
Speaker 1 (46:46):
We saw Jasmine Crockett first try to cut the line
to get on a commercial air flight.
Speaker 2 (46:50):
But Bernie doesn't deal.
Speaker 1 (46:51):
Bernie Sanders doesn't deal with commercial airlines. He flies private.
Even though he's a climate zealot. You think he'd apologize
or play it down a little bit.
Speaker 2 (47:00):
Nope.
Speaker 19 (47:01):
When's the last time you saw Donald Trump during a
campaign mode at National Airport?
Speaker 2 (47:07):
No?
Speaker 6 (47:07):
No, no, it doesn't.
Speaker 2 (47:08):
But he's also not fighting the aligarchy.
Speaker 19 (47:11):
No. And you run a campaign and you do three
or four or five rallies in a week. The only
way you can get around to talk to thirty thousand people.
I think I'm going to be sitting on a waiting
line at United waiting.
Speaker 2 (47:22):
You know what.
Speaker 19 (47:22):
Thirty thousand people are waiting. That's the only way you
can get around. No apologies for that. Oh me, you
think I'm.
Speaker 2 (47:28):
Going to be waiting on a line with all the
little people.
Speaker 1 (47:32):
I don't care about the climate when it comes to
speed and I have to get around the country.
Speaker 2 (47:37):
Bernie Sanders, look, I know.
Speaker 1 (47:39):
I usually say you believe in what you spew, even
though I don't like any of it.
Speaker 2 (47:44):
That's bad.
Speaker 1 (47:45):
That's hypocritical, the definition of hypocrisy.
Speaker 2 (47:49):
It's it for us. Stincefield's army.
