Love it, Johnny boy. I always love when you're here.
And I know that when there's work, you run on
the work and sometimes you're not here. But today I'm
very blessed to have you as my brother.
Speaker 1 (00:19):
Thank you.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
I have some other great, great people on the couches today.
Speaker 1 (00:24):
It's a new look.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Like you know, hey, we like to change things up right.
It's never the same thing, Otherwise you're gonna get bored.
But I'll tell you what, I'm never ever bored with
k DJ. How you doing? K DJ?
Speaker 1 (00:35):
Good, my friend.
Speaker 4 (00:36):
It's always a pleasure to be back at the most patriotic,
the most patriotic venue in the galaxy.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
Yeah, he's stepping it up well now since we know
that there's Martians under the sea and you know under
the South, under the North bawl. Did you hear that one?
Oh my goodness, it's crazy.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
Hey.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
On the far run of my immediate ride is Lisa
as a Relly. She has so been missed, so much, Lisa,
You've been traveled in the world. He was in Florida.
Where else have you been in I'm so happy to
see you.
Speaker 5 (01:05):
Been to Italy and very happy to be back here
in New York.
Speaker 6 (01:08):
I would wish everyone, hope everyone had a wonderful Columbus
Day weekends, all honorees to my Italian heritage.
Speaker 3 (01:15):
When you go overseas like that, I imagine you love
coming home though, right, nothing like America.
Speaker 5 (01:20):
God's It's the God's honest truth. I can't deny. When
we get back.
Speaker 6 (01:23):
To the States, we feel like, Okay, Western civilization is
the way to go.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
Man. I've been all over too. I did a lot
of Italy trips over there and went to get some
spagheti and meat pulls. You know, it wasn't really as
good as it was here in you know, at the
homeland here, which I feel, Hey, we got another great
guy next to us, sovia Guy Leggio Legio Legio, right,
he wants to do a single leg takedown on you.
He is a wrestler, you know what, real dedicated man.
(01:52):
Because in order for you to be a wrestler, you
have to be dedicated. So I want to introduce Guy
because God is going to be taking a position locally
in the Republican Party. We're trying to get him in
this guy, tell us who you are, where you're from,
What are you doing here? Tell me?
Speaker 7 (02:13):
Huh, well, thank you for having me.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
I'm here. My name is Guy Legio.
Speaker 7 (02:18):
I'm running for this Suffer County Legislative District nine and
I'm a base of fireman for forty years volunteer fireman.
I'm a forty year Union bricklayer. I'm also a I
was a varsity wrestling coach for twenty seven years at
East heys Of High School. I've done a lot of
great things. I've done a lot of I've donated a
lot of things. I've donated a big a dollar wrestling
room to the eastys Of High School. I also got
(02:41):
an armory and bashaw that we turned it into a
UPK center I got for a dollar for the school.
Speaker 2 (02:46):
You make things happen, don't you. That's what it sounds
like to me.
Speaker 7 (02:48):
I also served our country and I was a four
year veteran of the United States Navy part of the
multinational PEAPs Keeping Force in Baby ut Lebanont.
Speaker 2 (02:57):
God bless you man. You know we need you to
run for office. What office are you running for?
Speaker 1 (03:01):
Southern County Legislative District.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
Not Suffolk County Legislature. Patriots like that.
Speaker 1 (03:07):
Military.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
I like to see the military running for offices to
help America first agenda.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
Yeah, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
Besides, you have I heard there was a fat guys
allowed in there.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
Take it easy. I was a lot bigger. I lost
a couple of Once you.
Speaker 3 (03:21):
Get to that way class, they can't wait your wigh.
Speaker 2 (03:24):
I feel safe. I'm six feet apart right now. And
plus we already thought if I got to wrestle this guy,
my brother's going to wrestle with me, because that's the
way it goes.
Speaker 3 (03:33):
If anybody wants to know family first important, that's together.
Speaker 8 (03:38):
DJ guy, can I ask you a question. I don't
have kids.
Speaker 4 (03:41):
I don't know anything about this. I keep telling people
that you got to run for school board because we
let the comedies take the school boards, and now they're
showing pornography and whatnot to these kids. And when you say,
you know, I don't want you teaching my son that,
they're trying to just say, well, you can't opt out anymore.
And in Jersey, if that Mikey Cheryl wins. She's going
(04:02):
after homeschoolers, say here's your lgbt FBI stuff you got
to learn, and we're going to test your own kids
later on. She's planning to do that. Can you I
just think the school board is one of the most
important things. You were a school board member.
Speaker 7 (04:16):
I am still a school board member. Yeah, eighteen years now.
I've been president five times and uh, you.
Speaker 2 (04:21):
Know it, your mic up, guy. I want everybody to live.
Speaker 7 (04:24):
Very very important being on a school board. I think that,
you know, you have to be a true community leader.
You have to make decisions people don't want to hear,
you know, and and you know you're talking about stuff
that that does come to the table with the LBGQ
and you know, the bathroom situation or what are you
gonna name this? It's all it's crazy stuff, you know,
And you have to make decisions. People don't like decisions.
(04:46):
People don't like people making a straightforward decision. I'm a
straightforward guy. I make straightforward decisions and you know where
you stand when I'm there. But being on a school board,
it's a it's a great thing. And you know what,
people people don't participate enough on their child education and
all that kind of stuff.
Speaker 1 (05:02):
They wouldn't leave it up to a lot of people.
And it's not you know, school parents fault and so
parents fault.
Speaker 4 (05:09):
So Joe the Box here, he's got a friend named
John Solomon from Just the News, and he was on
TV yesterday he.
Speaker 8 (05:16):
Was saying this.
Speaker 4 (05:16):
He said, I talked to a former Cuban communist agent
and he said, here's their plan, and number one was
go after the kids, because it's easier to change a
young person's mind than an older person's mind. And how
they did that was went for the school boards, took
them over. So we got how can we get these
animals out there?
Speaker 7 (05:34):
You're seeing that right now in New York City now,
because in New York City, what's going on holding young people?
Speaker 1 (05:39):
And I, you know, like I said, I tell it
like it is.
Speaker 7 (05:42):
The young people are making these decisions and they're coming
through and they're bullying their way through these politics things.
And I don't like the way it's going in New
York City. And I tell you something right now, we're
in trouble. If some people get in office, Yeah.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
You're not going to stop that from happening, because they've
already cheated, lied and stolen. There was something in the
Bible from Deuteromedy that I saw. I happened to come
across because somebody mentioned I was about du to Ramedies.
I really had to find out. And what God said
in the land of Israel will be ruled by Israelis
or the Jewish people only. Never should we allow a
(06:17):
foreigner to run our land. And this is from dud Ramedy.
That's how old that was. Somebody can verify that. I
know it was there. And we can't let Madamie from
another comedy run the place. We can't let Omar and
her family. Now we got some serious issues. Donald Trump's
clean enough? Do I feel that? Now? I'm sorry I
(06:37):
got crazy. Lisa, you went on school board yourself. Did
you come across these kind of things that you know?
And okay, you got a good question for guy on
his efforts.
Speaker 1 (06:46):
Great.
Speaker 6 (06:46):
I've been on boards, not on school boards, so I
work with school boards in my organization.
Speaker 5 (06:51):
I've been in education for thirty years.
Speaker 6 (06:54):
We will teat but I understand that something that school
boards face, which will face when you're on hopefully when
you get into your legislative seat, right, is that there
are recommendations and guidelines that come down from the state
New York.
Speaker 5 (07:08):
Right now we have a one party.
Speaker 6 (07:10):
State, which is difficult for people in many positions.
Speaker 5 (07:13):
That may disagree with that.
Speaker 6 (07:15):
Right, And so just what Kevin was speaking about, all
those things regarding the changes that you also mentioned were.
Speaker 5 (07:21):
Put into law and put into the New York State constitution.
Speaker 6 (07:24):
And so now these school districts are held to you know,
the standard of meeting that or.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
The electric bill.
Speaker 5 (07:33):
So the electric bill.
Speaker 9 (07:34):
So yeah, the electrics went out.
Speaker 6 (07:36):
So therefore obviously gone is speaking right now to what
I've said, what happened.
Speaker 7 (07:43):
So what you're talking about is unfunded mandates too that
they keep handing down, and unfunded mandates that's coming down
from the state that the taxpayers have to pay for.
This is stuff we're not being locally ran. We're being
driven by New York State and the federal government in
a lot of ways, where school boards, the schools should
be driven by their local members.
Speaker 6 (08:02):
That's right, excellent, excellent, I'm so happy to hear that.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
Yeah, so you've served your country, you serve your community,
you've put out fires, and now you're going to go
for this legislative position. Do you have to move to
Albany if you get elected?
Speaker 1 (08:18):
No, but I got to cover a lot of things.
Speaker 7 (08:19):
I got to cover the fires, I got to break
in the houses, I got to do everything when that happens,
because we've got to change a lot of things that
are going on on Long Island.
Speaker 2 (08:27):
Well, I like the community here and since you're in
our actual community, you know, we want to be very
supportive of you. So do you got like a website
or how I mean, I guess the GOP funds, whatever
you want to do kind of like.
Speaker 7 (08:40):
Yeah, it's friends of Guy leg you know. You know,
that's that's what I'm running under. And again, my platform
is simple. I'm a I'm a regular hardworking guy and
I want to bring the working people to the table.
And even if I don't like your ants, and I'm
gonna bring it to the table. So it's hurt, and
that's important in everybody's life. They need they're paying the bills,
they need to be hurt.
Speaker 1 (08:57):
You know.
Speaker 3 (08:57):
One of the big things that I respect about you
because I grew up one of my you know, that
person that I look forward to, looked up to, was
the wrestling coaches, you know, and wrestling is at the
beginning of it. It's like a discipline that you have
to have to be a wrestler. How are you with
the children that they like you or most of the
kids Afraydia.
Speaker 7 (09:18):
No, I have to tell you I built some great teams.
I have to get a shout out to my dad
who passed away. God bless My father is the founder
of kid wrestling on the Holy East Coast. His name
was Jumper Legio and that's his name, and they named
a lot of stuff after my dad.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
And he taught me to you know what.
Speaker 7 (09:35):
I had a great mentor in life, and I am
doing the same things he has.
Speaker 1 (09:39):
And I built some.
Speaker 3 (09:40):
The wrestling coaches that my brother and I had were
state champion wrestlers too, and they became very good friends
with us. We also friends with them to do social
things with him. But one of the guys I like
was Finn because he was all, wait, you know, and
he would.
Speaker 2 (09:57):
The good guy.
Speaker 3 (09:57):
We're gonna laughing about Flint went the brothers, the Flint
twins were a little older than us, yes, but the
wrestling coach was also Finn was his name too, and
we liked him because he was our way and we
used to He used to teach us wrestling. We were
good man, We loved it. It was a great, great sport,
great learning thing.
Speaker 2 (10:13):
Well, I love the fact how the respect for your dad.
These are the things that we want to bring back.
We got a lot of things happening here at the warehouse,
and in particular tonight, I know we got well over
one hundred seats that have already been purchased to come
in tonight for Charlie Kirk. The Patriots podcast is going
(10:33):
to be covering memorial for Charlie and what an incredible
movement he has had. We got like fifty seconds, Lisa,
did you see the effect of that while you were
in Italy? Were you there when Charlie was there? And
also I want to hear from the people how they
felt about Trump when you were there. If you got forty.
Speaker 6 (10:53):
Seconds, yeah, absolutely, it's amazing to see when you're there
in person versus what you're hearing on the media. And
I will say that they really knew about the details
of Charlie Kirk's assassination and they were very upset about it.
The regular locals and also the shopkeepers where we went
for certain events. It wasn't something that I expected, but
(11:15):
I was so heartened to see and that they were
also supportive of Trump. Because Maloney right for Italy, Trump
gave her great applause yesterday.
Speaker 5 (11:27):
During his speech. So, yes, Italy is behind Trump.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
That's a great thing to see. Everybody's behind Trump and
God is pushing him good.
Speaker 10 (11:42):
It's a live look at Chicago, Illinois this morning. No,
we're not in black and white this morning. It's just
really dark. You see Lake Michigan off there. I'm sure
it's a little bit chillier there than it is in
West Palm Beach here in Long Island. We've had ups
and downs with the weather. We're going to just keep
it in Illinois. Our discussion in Illinois for this segment
right now. Welcome back to American Sunrise Early Edition. I'm
(12:02):
Jake Novak Special. Welcome to those of you on the
Getter and the Rumble Chats, watching and commenting on Subsack
and on X. You can watch the show live on
X and then you can keep the link and watch
it all day if you like.
Speaker 9 (12:15):
Why not.
Speaker 10 (12:17):
Illinois Governor JB. Pritzker is openly now in defiance of
the federal government. He's been that already, but now he's really,
I think going too far. Listen to his threat against
ICE agents who are just doing their job and trying
to apprehend illegal aliens, dangerously legal aliens in his state.
Speaker 9 (12:34):
Listen is to what he's threatening them with. Check it out.
Speaker 11 (12:36):
The tables will turn someday. These people should recognize that
maybe they're not going to get prosecuted today, although we're
looking at doing that, but they may get prosecuted after
the Trump administration for the things that they did because
the statute limitations won't have run.
Speaker 10 (12:54):
Emily Finn joins us. Now, Emily, let me get this straight.
You're an ICE agent arresting a danger, You're a legal alien,
and the governor of Illinois is threatening to arrest you,
maybe not now but later.
Speaker 9 (13:06):
Are you kidding me?
Speaker 12 (13:07):
It makes absolutely no sense, Jake. I mean, his sole
job right is to keep the people of Illinois safe,
to make sure that they are happy, that his constituents
are safe and having normal lives. And this is the
one thing that he should be throwing his weight behind
and supporting. He's calling President Trump. I saw this article
in the Daily Beast trying to say that President Trump
(13:28):
has mental health issues because of his crackdown on crime
through ice throughout the entire country. And that is just
unbelievable because the president for the Democrats over the past
four years actually had mental health issues.
Speaker 13 (13:39):
He was asleep at.
Speaker 12 (13:40):
The wheel for four years and that's why crime has
been running rampant all over the US and so finally
President Trump is doing something about it and JB. Pritzker
really needs to get his priorities in check.
Speaker 9 (13:50):
Yeah, I have a personal message for JB.
Speaker 10 (13:53):
Pritzker if he's listening or if someone wants to send
this clip to him. The Democratic Party is using you.
You using you and your money and your big mouth
as a useful idiot. If you think that the DNC
is going to let you get within a million yards
of the White House, you're the one who has mental
illness problems. They will never let you touch the presidency.
(14:16):
There's not going to be a real primary process, like
the Democrats haven't had a real primary.
Speaker 9 (14:20):
Process since two thousand and eight.
Speaker 10 (14:21):
You think they're going to change it now, you will
not be the person that they crown as their nominee.
Speaker 9 (14:26):
This is why he's doing all this stuff. Emily, I'm
sure you've seen it.
Speaker 10 (14:29):
I know there's a lot of talk about that in Chicago,
though you're in Florida now, but you did live it,
you did live there. This guy actually thinks he's going
to be president one day. How can we get him
out of this delusion?
Speaker 1 (14:39):
I don't know.
Speaker 12 (14:40):
I don't know if there is a way, But the
Democrat Party is in shambles right now that someone like
this actually thinks that they have a chance of getting
that crown and getting the nomination. The fact of the
matter is, though, Jake, even if he does, even if
he pulls off some miracle and is able to convince
the party to throw their support behind him, he's never
going to convince the American people with a record like this,
an anti S fifty record like this, He's never going
(15:02):
to be successful in any run on a national scale.
Speaker 10 (15:05):
Yeah, I mean, listen, the Democrats road map to success
for years, to winning presidential elections was taking people from
red or purple states. Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, whatever you
think of those two guys, at least they learned how
to campaign in states where there was some kind of divide,
where the vote wasn't a foregone conclusion. But people like
(15:26):
Kamala Harris and JB. Pritzker and Gavin Newsom, who never
faced any real challenges, not from the politicians in their
state because they're one party states, and certainly not from
their local news media. They are going to get lousy
national candidates. It's like getting a kid out of high
school and then throwing him in the NFL. They need
seasoning and he doesn't have it. Emily Finn, thank you
so much for joining us. We'll see you in the
(15:47):
eight to ten am hours and again tomorrow here.
Speaker 12 (15:49):
Thank you love their chat this morning, Jake, thank you
so much.
Speaker 10 (15:52):

I know it's only October, but everyone get this item
on your Christmas list right now. It's called the Truckle,
and I will have all the details about the Truckle
and what it is exactly when we come back American
Sunrise Early Edition.
Speaker 9 (17:15):
We're going to be back.
Speaker 13 (17:16):
Stay with us.
Speaker 10 (17:41):
As we get further into fall, these live shots from
the American cities are going to get darker and darker
on this program. I apologize that's the way it goes,
but this is a live look at Atlanta, Georgia. Welcome
back to American Sunrise Early Edition. Let's take a look
at where the markets are going to open this morning.
And boy, when I show you these numbers every morning,
you know, I think that most days those numbers kind
of hold that they're positive in the morning, they end
(18:02):
up positive at the close in the afternoon. Boy, we've
been up and down. There have been some really volatile days.
A lot of money's being made on buying and selling
and just volume the last couple of days because we've had.
Speaker 9 (18:13):
Opens and then things go crazy one way or the other.
Speaker 10 (18:15):
Yesterday mostly higher, we closed, but it was all over
the place. Again, looks like we're going to open higher.
But take a look at gold, folks. Forty two fifty
nine per ounce just keeps reaching new all time highs,
and the percentage gains on a day to day basis
are also big. Look at that one point four percent
the gain right now for gold crude oil still well
below sixty bucks a barrel, even though it's up this morning.
(18:36):
That's an interesting number as well. Now let's take a
look at bitcoin. Bitcoin not really joining this party lately.
It's at one eleven again, down from that one twenty
five high we had about ten days ago or so.
But that's the way that's going Hey, I want to
talk about the whole situation with the rare Earth's battle,
because I know this is something that's a little bit
(18:56):
confusing for folks, and everybody knows. Of course, the mainstream
media is not going and explain it to you. Treasury
Secretary Scott Besson, however, did do a good job of
explaining the rare Earth situation and how we got into
this mess here in the United States. Scott Besson said
the same thing I said yesterday on this program, and
the day before a guest on this program said, rare Earth,
all those minerals that are needed, all those medals that
(19:17):
are needed for high tech type stuff and things in
your car, things in our weapons systems, they're actually not rare.
Speaker 9 (19:23):
As this Treasury Secretary said, and we've been saying.
Speaker 10 (19:25):
What's rare is the ability to mine them and to
refine them properly. The United States used to do that
a lot. Why did it stop. The answer is China, China.
The Chinese companies that do all the mining, that do
all the refining, undercut the American companies. In other words,
they went to the large tech companies, they went to
(19:45):
the auto companies, and they said, we can do this,
we can deliver this for you cheaper, even though it's
going to be mined in another country. They undercut the
American businesses and so they stopped paying all that money
to refine and mine the rare earth.
Speaker 9 (19:59):
This is basically a tree aid violations.
Speaker 10 (20:00):
It's called dumping when you bring in a product or
a service at a much lower price than anyone could afford.
The government backs up the companies doing that in their
country so they can afford to live and eat while they.
Speaker 9 (20:10):
Destroy our businesses.
Speaker 10 (20:12):
That's why we got into this mess with rare earth
because basically our mining companies and refining companies are being
undercut by China. This was an act of economic warfare,
and now we're trying to get back that. That is
why we're in this renewed trade battle with China. They
actually started it. And now I sound like a third
grader when I say this, but they started it by
undercutting our mining and refining businesses. That's my best explanation.
(20:34):
Now go tell everybody else who's bothering you about it.
All right, Now, here's something I know will actually warm
your heart or everyone's hearts. I know we've all been
worried about the banks. I know you go to sleep
every night worrying about Goldman, Sacks and JP More. I'm
just kidding, but they are doing really, really well. This
has been a week of the bank's earnings reports. Bank
of America, Wells Fargo, the aforementioned Goldman, Sachs, and JP
(20:56):
Morgan City Group. They all came out with their earnings
reports this week and guess us what they're real and
they're spectacular in an atmosphere when the FED is lowering rates,
the FED is lowering rates on the amount of interest
that the banks have to pay each other, or the
banks have to pay the Fed. In other words, they're
getting money and cash from the government at a much
lower rate than they're lending it out to you and
(21:17):
me or investing it out to others. They love these
kinds of situations that banks are getting rich. The investment
banking world has also woken up. That's independent of the FED.
There's been a lot more mergers and acquisitions. The rich
are definitely having a very good summer and fall. I
know you're worried about them, but you don't need to
pretty worried about them anymore. Okay, now this AI stuff
is starting to get really real Walmart, kind of real
(21:41):
Walmart announced yesterday and the day before that now they're
going to be using AI and chat GPT in particular
for Walmart dot Com. Now, for those of you who
don't know, Walmart dot com has been probably the most
improved and powerful e retailing website in America over the
last ten.
Speaker 9 (21:59):
Year years or so.
Speaker 10 (22:01):
It is getting very very good. It is starting to
really cut into Amazon's business. When was the last time
you thought anyone would ever say that? And so for
Walmart to embrace an advanced AI program on their website,
which is already gaining on Amazon and something Amazon isn't.
Speaker 9 (22:17):
Quite doing yet, that's a big deal.
Speaker 10 (22:20):
And that is why Walmart shares, by the way, closed
it an all time high yesterday, and the day before
that they did it as well. It keeps going higher.
Walmart is basically it's the revenge. It's the Empire strikes back, folks.
They may end up winning this battle with Amazon in
the end, after all, and what an amazing story that
would be. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, start your engines.
Speaker 9 (22:50):
It's moving America.
Speaker 10 (22:51):

percent off your order. Thirteen billion dollars. That's how much
Stilanceis says it's going to put into its US operations
over the next four years. We've been talking about this
for years, and on this show we've been talking about
it four weeks. I love some of the Chrysler products.
I love some of the Jeep and Dodge products. But
(23:37):
every time Stilantis, which is the latest owner of Chrysler,
Jeep and Dodge, you know, they've had a lot of owners,
including Mercedes obviously was an American owned company at one time,
it never seems to work. The Jeep brand is really
the only one that's very, very strong. But more power
to them. They say this thirteen billion dollar investment over
the next four years is going to create five thousand
new US automaker jobs that would be great. I'm certainly
(24:00):
hoping it works out for them, but they've got to
do something about some of their models that are just
not as reliable as Ford and GM's models, let alone
the Japanese models. But hey, they do make some amazing jeeps.
And speaking of stillants and jeeps, last week, I told
you about how the Grand Wagoneer was going to stick around,
but they were getting rid of Stilantis was just the
regular wag Wagoneer brand. This is similar to what they
(24:22):
did with Cherokee. Although they brought Cherokee back, they kept
Grand Cherokee got rid of.
Speaker 9 (24:26):
Now they're bringing it back.
Speaker 10 (24:27):
I'm sure they'll bring Wagoneer back one day also, but
for the time being, it's just going to be the
Grand Wagoneer. And with that change comes a price change
as well. Now, this year's Grand Wagoneer, the cheapest one
you can get, retails for about eighty seven thousand dollars.
Next year, the new Grand Wagoneer is going to have
a lot of options, including some expensive ones, but they
will have one that it will be under sixty five
(24:50):
thousand dollars, So look for that for those of you
who have been about twenty grand short of getting the
wagoneer that you want.
Speaker 9 (24:55):
Now you can get it.
Speaker 10 (24:57):
Here's some encouraging safety news. When the Triple A conducted
a test in twenty nineteen, it tested all these automatic
car safety features to see how well they did avoiding
hitting pedestrians at night. They all failed. This was six
years ago. None of them did, none of the models,
none of the new technology did well at all, which
is really disturbing because seventy five percent of pedestrian deaths
(25:20):
on the road come at night. Well, what a difference
six years makes. Now sixty percent of those programs worked perfectly.
They avoided sixty percent of the pedestrians in these tough
nighttime situations.
Speaker 9 (25:33):
I know that's not perfect. That's still a lot of
people getting hit. I get it. But that's a big
jump forward.
Speaker 10 (25:38):
And I want to point out one model in particular,
the twenty twenty five Toyota Camry, had a one hundred
percent success rate with its automatic safety feature not hitting pedestrians.
Speaker 9 (25:48):
So there you go. All right, Now for.
Speaker 10 (25:50):
The most important part of this program and probably the
rest of our lives.
Speaker 9 (25:55):
Okay, I'm stretching it a little bit here, but Ford
Ford has.
Speaker 10 (25:58):
Teamed up with a company called a Cut Above Buckles.
It's a boutique metal workshop in Utah, and they have
created something called the Truckle that's truck and belt buckle
put together. It's a handmade belt buckle that can hold
a Ford keyfob. You can look this up and see
pictures of it and buy it online if you want to.
(26:19):
I will give you my address so you can buy
for me. I think I need this thing, Yes, I
want and need this item. Each truckle features an intricate
engraving of an F one fifty Ford F one fifty
front end on the cover plate, and then the usual
you know forour.
Speaker 9 (26:33):
Blue oval, their little logo.
Speaker 10 (26:34):
They're blue oval straw sitting proudly on a truck's license plate. Now,
the number nineteen seventy five is on also every truckle
as well, because nineteen seventy five was the year that
Ford introduced the Ford F one fifty, so it's the
fiftieth anniversary. That's why they're doing this. It goes for
a two hundred dollars. That's not bad. I think it's
thirty four dollars if you also want the belt. So
(26:55):
if you just buy the buckle. It's two hundred bucks.
What a bargain. It hasn't deterred fans that price tag.
It has already sold out the first wave of them.
They're gonna make more. Anyway, It's called the truckle. I'm
teasing you here. I'm not showing you the actual truckle
because I want you to check it out. It's a
lot of fun. Anyway, there you go, the truckle. Okay,
back to work. Gotta get back to work here and
stop with my wish list. Remember the magistrate in North
(27:17):
Carolina who didn't pass the bar by the way, who
let the career criminal go before he killed Ukrainian refugee
Irina Zurutska. Well wait until you hear something else about
that magistrate. That My next two guests after the break
uncovered all by themselves, American Sunrise Early Edition will be
right back.
Speaker 8 (27:41):
For two hundred and fifty years, they've stormed beaches, broken lines,
and made history and blood and valor. From the black
sands of Meat with cheeborn to the streets of Polusia.
No win to be too strong, and no mission too hard,
no fight too far. This Saturday reel America's Voice takes
(28:06):
you to the heart of the Marine Corps legend, hosted
by Steve Bannon with Ben Berkhwam and Amanda Head on
the ground, joined by battle tested veterans and military experts
who lived the brotherhood of the Corps. Explosive action, raw power,
unshakable pride. This is Marine two point fifty from Sea
(28:28):
to Shore. Coverage begins this Saturday at noon Eastern only
on Reel America's Voice. Because freedom wasn't given, it was earned.
Speaker 10 (28:42):
It's Thursday, October sixteenth. Here today's top stories. Democrats continue
to try to look desperate and angry all about a
shutdown of their own making. The latest stunt was allowed
near riot outside of Speaker Mike Johnson's office. Then here's
something the Democrats really should get really upset about.
Speaker 9 (29:01):
This is Harry Enton.
Speaker 10 (29:03):
He's the polling guru over at CNN, and he says
their chance of winning the twenty twenty.
Speaker 9 (29:07):
Six midterms are plummeting.
Speaker 10 (29:10):
Now the question is where the Republicans do the work
to keep the Congress. An independent investigation has uncovered shocking
evidence about the North Carolina magistrate who freed the career
criminal who murdered Ukrainian refugee Arena Zarutska. That's Jabi Prisker
you're looking at. He's all in favor of freeing innocent people.
Speaker 9 (29:30):
Too. Guilty people do.
Speaker 10 (29:32):
You're not going to believe all the stuff that I
have for you on this story from our guests who
uncovered the information. American Sunrise early edition continues. Now, that
was my fault. I decided to throw in another picture
of JB. Pritzker there, because honestly, I'm at all joking aside,
this guy is threatening federal agents ICE agents who are
(29:54):
just doing their job trying to arrest dangerous illegal aliens.
This isn't somebody who's just selling candy on a street.
By the way, If they were doing that, we would
have heard these stories, all right, the old The best
they've got is Kilmer Abrego Garcia, who was probably a
child human trafficker, and we know he was a wife beater.
Speaker 9 (30:12):
That's the best they got. If ICE were really.
Speaker 10 (30:14):
Arresting a bunch of innocent, pathetic, sympathetic people, we would
have heard millions of their stories.
Speaker 9 (30:19):
By now, not so much. And JB.
Speaker 10 (30:21):
Pritsker literally wants to arrest ICE agents who were trying
to protect the American people. Just incredible. So I'm not
upset that we threw his picture up there again. But
I have something really interesting for you here. I love
it when ordinary Americans prove that they can be a
lot better than the mainstream media when it comes to
real journalism. So joining us right now from two separate locations,
this is high tech today our Patrick.
Speaker 9 (30:43):
Mcveay and Shannon Connor.
Speaker 10 (30:44):
They host an x spaces and a rumble stream called
jinxt sip and it's a website also called jinxsip dot com.
And first I want to remind the audience about the
story that we're going to talk about here. This is
the murder of Irina Zaruska, the Ukrainian refugee ever want
to see in the surveillance video who was on a
commuter train and in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the man
(31:05):
behind her, a career criminal with massive number of arrests,
was let free on the streets. And as this video
will continue, I'm not going to show you, obviously all
the gruesome stuff. He ends up stabbing her to death.
Now Patrick and Shannon have found something about the magistrate.
We know that it wasn't a full judge, but a
magistrate judge who freed this guy. As you see, he
is about to stab and kill this woman. He had
(31:26):
many arrests, many violent arrests. Now we learned that she
probably didn't pass the bar. But Patrick, and Shannon, you
found out something else about this woman in the last
few days.
Speaker 9 (31:35):
Tell us about that. Let's go to Shannon first.
Speaker 14 (31:37):
Ladies First, yeah, you know we have you know, we
dug in and we found a lot of evidence that
she actually does not live in North Carolina, which would
make her completely ineligible to be a magistrate in Mecklenburg County.
It's kind of wild stuff.
Speaker 10 (31:58):
Patrick tell us the woman that we're talking abou her
name is Teresa Stokes, Is that correct?
Speaker 9 (32:03):
And where does she live?
Speaker 15 (32:05):
Yes, there's Teresa Stokes, and all all evidence points towards
her living in East Lansing, Michigan.
Speaker 9 (32:13):
Not all right, so Carolina at all.
Speaker 10 (32:17):
So what was some of the evidence, either one of
you can join in here. What was some of the
evidence that you found, I mean, was it like mortgage
stuff or what was some of the what were some
of the documents that you uncovered?
Speaker 15 (32:30):
Well, so we I did a Fourer request for the
qualified voter file for Michigan, and her and her wife
are registered to vote in Michigan. Her wife updated her
registration in twenty twenty four, which was an entire year
after she was appointed in North Carolina as a magistrate.
(32:55):
That's one of the big ones.
Speaker 10 (33:00):
And I think there's also some kind of residency as well, correct,
I mean, you have you even have the address. We're
not going to let people know, I mean, we don't
want to have people harass anyone, but there's also an
address that that's involved here, right, Shannon, Yeah.
Speaker 14 (33:11):
Yeah, So we were able to do, you know, just
basic public information checks, and we were able to confirm
that her their most recent address is in East Lansing, Michigan.
Her wife actually had received a speeding ticket in the
state of Virginia about six months after the appointment, and
(33:33):
their address on that speeding ticket is there at least Lansing,
Michigan address in state of North Carolina they have, I
believe it's sixty days after moving to the state to
actually update their address.
Speaker 10 (33:47):
Incredible, Patrick, I want to ask you, were you surprised
about how easy it was to find this information and
what do you think about the fact that there's been
almost no further investigation to this by the mainstream media.
I mean not even like the local channels in North Carolina.
You would think that this would be a hot story.
Ever since you guys put this out on X, it's
(34:08):
gotten a lot of traffic. I mean, if I'm a
local news director in Charlotte or Raleigh or anywhere in
North Carolina, I'm saying to my you know, some reporter, Hey,
get me something on this person. Let's and it doesn't
seem like they did it. Does that surprise you that
you guys were the first to find this all out?
Speaker 15 (34:24):
It was very surprising because there were even other people
on X that dug into her, and I guess they
didn't realize that everything pointed back to Michigan, nothing pointed
to North Carolina other than her wife was from North Carolina.
That's the only thing that pointed to Carolina.
Speaker 10 (34:45):
Interesting, you know, Shannon, I want to ask you a
bigger picture question, and you know, again, this is going
beyond just your investigation.
Speaker 9 (34:55):
Although I'm going to guess this played.
Speaker 10 (34:56):
A little bit of a role in what maybe motivated
you to go find this, But it really does feel
like there's a coordinated effort in the blue cities, even
if they're blue cities and otherwise red states for major
lenience on criminals. But I don't necessarily think it's necessarily
to get their vote. They're not looking to release that
guy who killed Arena Zruska so he can go vote
(35:17):
for the Democrats. I don't I have a feeling he
doesn't vote. I'm just gonna I'm gonna go out on
the limb there. But it feels like they're trying to
create a cultural and an on the ground reality in
some of these cities where maybe people feel like they
are afraid that then maybe they won't go outside, maybe
they won't actually peek into what their politicians are doing.
(35:38):
It's almost like they've got like kind of a thug
army going on. It's a lot of clockwork orange stuff
kind of going through my mind. I wonder if you
see it the same way, Shannon.
Speaker 14 (35:46):
You know, I really do by myself. I live in
a blue state. I'm in a deep, deep, deep blue county,
so I feel like I am stick out like Ahsorthom
a little bit. But you know, I see it a
lot here as well, that you have people people that
are doing things that are heinous and they're getting out
on bail or they're just not getting the charges that
(36:07):
they should be having, And it seems like they're really
just trying to not have a judicial system where they
are just letting everybody go free because they feel like
it's inhumane to have them incarcerated.
Speaker 9 (36:22):
But it's not.
Speaker 14 (36:23):
It's for the safety of everybody else around them. And
I think it's just something that eyes need to be
on because it's not just Charlotte, North Carolina that this
stuff is happening.
Speaker 1 (36:32):
Again.
Speaker 10 (36:33):
Have either of you Patrick O'Shannon seen the movie Demolition Man,
where the so called peaceful leader of that society in
the future deliberately lets out violent criminals every once in
a while so that they can sort of reassert their power.
Am I crazy? Have you seen that movie? It's with
Wesley Snape since the Western Sloan.
Speaker 9 (36:49):
But this is.
Speaker 10 (36:49):
Actually, this is something that at least some of our
fiction authors kind of new is a little bit part
of the political power structure.
Speaker 9 (36:57):
Obviously this kind of happened must have happened in ancient times.
Speaker 10 (36:59):
I don't know you've seen this film, and either one
of you, because that's really.
Speaker 9 (37:02):
The plot there.
Speaker 14 (37:03):
Yeah, I haven't I'm sure.
Speaker 1 (37:06):
I have not.
Speaker 10 (37:08):
Okay, well, I may have ruined the plot, although I
don't think it's that much of a spoiler alert. I
do want to ask you, though, also about what you
think the response to this should be from, let's say,
the more established political class. I think that, for example,
the Republican Party. And this is something that President Trump.
President Trump had a lot of messages during his twenty
(37:29):
twenty four campaign, but one of the ones that I
thought really resonated really well was when he basically said, look,
this is the party of common sense. Now I'm the
candidate of common sense. I don't know how you can
lose this argument if you go before the American people
and say, hey, you don't like.
Speaker 9 (37:43):
This policy, that policy. That's one thing, But.
Speaker 10 (37:45):
Can't we all agree that someone with sixteen or seventeen
violent arrests shouldn't be freed on the streets by someone
who isn't even a resident of our state, who didn't
pass the bar. And if you can't definitively say you're
against that, then you shouldn't be running for any office.
I mean, honestly, has anyone I should ask you, has
anyone approached you in North Carolina? Any politician or group
(38:07):
and said, hey, can we get more of your information?
Speaker 9 (38:09):
Can can you help us push this out?
Speaker 10 (38:11):
Or am I the only one who's who's publicizing your
work nationally right now?
Speaker 15 (38:17):
You would be the only one so far? Yes, yeah,
nobody has reached out.
Speaker 10 (38:23):
All right, Well again, you know what I would love
for to listen. I love the title exclusive guys, but
this is just too important. Seriously, if anyone is those
of you who are watching this clip, this needs to.
Speaker 9 (38:33):
Get out there, you know.
Speaker 10 (38:34):
And I also think one more question I want to
ask you is whether you're seeing another thing that.
Speaker 9 (38:38):
I'm seeing here. I think a lot of this has
to do with DEI.
Speaker 10 (38:41):
Now, this really makes me scratch my head a little
bit because North Carolina has plenty of African American residents,
and there are a number of states, including red states,
that basically have quotas they want to have a certain
number of minority people in particular positions, whether it's magistrate,
judge or maybe at a state university and things like that.
I have a feeling that they're so desperate to fill
(39:02):
these quotas that they're okay with importing people from another
state just to fill the quota. Even though, as I said,
there's plenty of African Americans who are probably a ten
times more qualified than Teresa Stokes is for that job
in North Carolina. But maybe they just wanted a Democrat
or someone who would do what they told them because
they have this to hold over their head. Hey, you
don't do what I want, and we're gonna let everyone
(39:23):
know you're from Michigan and didn't pass the bar. I mean,
I feel that that is also a narrative at play
right here, Shannon.
Speaker 14 (39:30):
I do think that you are possibly right. The judge,
the clerk of Superior Court that actually nominated Stokes to
her position that she's in now. She has been a
very vocal proponent of DEI all the way dating back
to twenty eighteen, just very vocal about it, all right.
Speaker 9 (39:51):
Patrick McVay and Shannon Connor. They are You can find
them on jinxtsip dot com.

Hey, if you're tired, if you're tired of thin and
lifeless hair, tell me about it. If you cringe every
time you see another clump in the shower drain that
was thirty years ago for me, then your hair probably
needs more protein.
Speaker 9 (40:28):
Boy, I wish I knew that then.
Speaker 10 (40:30):
Just like our muscles lose protein as we age an atrophy,
our hair loses protein as well, leading to thin, dry

Coming up, what is CNN polling guru Harry Enton so
riled up about David Brody and I will discuss when
American Sunrise Early Edition comes right back. It's a live
(42:10):
look at Peaks Island, May and some of them be
asking why is it so much brighter there?
Speaker 9 (42:14):
Well, Maine juts out to the east.
Speaker 10 (42:17):
It's further east, so they get an earlier sunrise and
the rest of us.
Speaker 9 (42:20):
I used to live in Maine for a short time.
I was never at Peaks Island. That's a beautiful spot.
Speaker 10 (42:25):
That's a new I like when we have these newer
shots and we go all around the country.
Speaker 9 (42:29):
So thank you for that control room.
Speaker 10 (42:31):
And yes, just a few minutes on this program, I
did reference and commit a spoiler on the movie Demolition
Man starring Wesley Snipes and Sylvester Salone. But sometimes movies
help us understand crazy things going on our society, and
believe it or not, that movie, for some reason actually
explain some of the things that Democrats are doing right now.
Speaker 9 (42:49):
So check it out.
Speaker 10 (42:50):
Welcome back to America's sunris E Leaders, and I'm Jake Novac.
I want you to check out CNN's Harry Enton. I
see him at football games, by the way, on many
weekends here he is going easy about something other than football,
and you can tell why he's upset.
Speaker 9 (43:02):
Check it out.
Speaker 16 (43:03):
Okay, So you know, if you go back six months ago,
you go back to April k Ball, when what were
we looking at, Well, we were looking at the Democrats
with a very clear shot of taking control of the
US House of Representatives. According to the Calshi prediction market odds,
we saw him in an eighty three percent chance. But
those odds have gone plummeting down. Now we're talking about
just a sixty three percent chance, while the gopiece chances
(43:25):
up like a rocket, up like gold, up from seventeen
percent to now a thirty seven percent chance.
Speaker 9 (43:30):
So we'll look like a pretty clear Harry Entton.
Speaker 10 (43:35):
You know, he's a Democrat and he admits that, but
he he's usually pretty truthful. I don't know how much longer.
He's going to last at CNN if he keeps telling
the truth. David Brody tells the truth, he joins us.
Right now, I'm surprised it's still at sixty three percent.
I mean, what the Democrats don't seem to understand, in
my opinion, is how unpopular some of these positions are.
If they just generically say we don't like Trump, then
(43:57):
they do fine. But when they come out in favor
of illegal aliens, when they start saying, oh, you shouldn't
attack gunboat drug gunboats and all that kind of stuff,
I mean, these are incredible. And when they say they
want boys in the girls locker room, don't they see
how incredibly unpopular those positions are.
Speaker 1 (44:14):
Yeah, and they've learned nothing.
Speaker 17 (44:15):
They've learned nothing from the from the twenty twenty four election.
Speaker 1 (44:18):
Zero.
Speaker 17 (44:19):
They've doubled down, they triple down, and as they continue
to double and triple down, you see the numbers go
down and down.
Speaker 1 (44:26):
You mentioned all of that.
Speaker 17 (44:27):
How about the well this has to do with a
legal immigration, but how about having Margarita's with the Maryland
Dad Air quote, Uh, you know, I mean this is
what they think their ticket to victory is going to
be absolutely not. Do they not understand that going against
Trump like this in such a vicious way didn't resonate
(44:48):
the first time?
Speaker 9 (44:49):
It didn't they resonate the second time.
Speaker 1 (44:51):
And it won't in the midterms as well.
Speaker 9 (44:53):
That's right, all right.
Speaker 10 (44:54):
I cut into your time with my talking about demolition Man,
but you got two hours coming up on the big Show.
Speaker 9 (44:58):
I'll see you here on early edition to mine
