Speaker 1 (00:17):
The Charlie Kirk Show starts now.

Speaker 2 (00:21):
I mean, I believe that transgenderism is a mental disorder
as it was diagnosed.

Speaker 3 (00:27):
In that you don't think any people are like born
quote unquote in the wrong body.

Speaker 4 (00:32):
No, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
I think people might think they're born in a different body,
but I believe it to be a mental disorder, as
most of clinicians did up until last five or ten years.

Speaker 3 (00:42):
Well, you know this is another one where there will
kh me. I mean, I did a whole thing on
how I think we do disagree on this.

Speaker 4 (00:49):
By the way, I do think there is that just there,
not being born in the wrong body. But are you
bringing up signal again?

Speaker 5 (00:54):
I thought they gave that up doing because that is
a separate jobs.

Speaker 3 (01:02):
It's the same old stuff from the media.

Speaker 6 (01:07):
That's an old one.

Speaker 4 (01:08):
Try finding something new.

Speaker 7 (01:11):
It is way past time that heg Seth should either
quit or be fired. And I think the question is
going to be, well, will my Republican friends, who I
know care about our national security? How many more examples
of chaos at the Pentagon before they will find their
voice and be willing to step up and speak out

(01:32):
on the fact that this guy should no longer be
Secretary of Defense.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
Is it that serious you think, Senator that Hegseth potentially
should be charged with some sort of crime for violating
top national security secrets.

Speaker 7 (01:47):
I'll leave that for lawyers to make that determination.

Speaker 8 (01:50):
My mission is clear.

Speaker 9 (01:53):
I'm focused, I'm prepared, I'm ready. I've been trained by
the BED. I went to Howard University that overturned legal
segregation in this country. I've been taught in those class
from But our good Marshall once thought, I'm not afraid
of no, President Donald Trump. We're ready for you.

Speaker 10 (02:15):
We're coming for you.

Speaker 4 (02:17):
Or is there any part of the Bible you think
is true?

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Well, no, it's a true important question, meaning like they
were documenting King David.

Speaker 4 (02:25):
Yes, King David are real thing. There are, there are
shards of it that are I'm sure Jesus was a
real person. Well that we don't know. That is not indefinitive. Okay,
so it really is not. I don't know how.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
It could be that so many intelligent people can wall
off a part of their mind and believe in something
that part of their mind must know.

Speaker 4 (02:44):
Is not true.

Speaker 2 (02:45):
Ironically, I have the same struggle. I don't know how
somebody as intelligent as you, and I'm.

Speaker 4 (02:50):
Not trying to offend you. I cannot believe time out moment.

Speaker 11 (02:55):
I'm just the next scene xtor here giving to you
for a metal Salvador if you here last night for
three and nine colleagues seeks a man that Filmyra Greco
art up to.

Speaker 10 (03:05):
Be released is being held in violation and a recent things.

Speaker 12 (03:08):
Word ordered expressly telling the Trump administration to perpetuate facility.

Speaker 13 (03:14):
Is coming home for that.

Speaker 14 (03:15):
Because we go out there as Democrats all the time,
they say democracy is the most important thing we have
to defend democracy.

Speaker 4 (03:22):
We fail to acknowledge that this generation.

Speaker 14 (03:24):
Democracy is what put us through school shooter girls and
school shootings. It would put us through the climate crisis
and so much more.

Speaker 4 (03:30):
What we have to do is prove that democracy matters.

Speaker 14 (03:32):
Like standing up to the special interests that are killing
the American dreams and making our young people lose faith
not only in the our party, but the future of
this country.

Speaker 4 (03:41):
That is why we're doing for you. Personally is somebody
Shoe Dankok.

Speaker 3 (03:45):
He's an authors of the Democratic National Committee.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
He is the vice chair of.

Speaker 3 (03:48):
A Democrat Natural Committee, and he's run against other Democrats.

Speaker 4 (03:52):
I would like to know, and you went to last cow,
does he have a fiduciary duty toward Democrat? If our
work for if you were for News Nation, you can't
promote See in there. I'm thinking, Al, I don't know
if I have standy, but I might get the DMC
ten dollars and can shoot it. He's a contemptible report
if you shooe.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
I hear all these stories, all these articles, all the
Trump voters, they regret what they did back in twenty
twenty four.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
I'm here to tell you, uh, very few of them
regret what they did.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
Back in twenty twenty four.

Speaker 4 (04:24):
What are we talking about Trump.

Speaker 3 (04:25):
Voters looking back at twenty twenty four?

Speaker 4 (04:26):
We got a new poll out. The poll was conducted
this month.

Speaker 13 (04:29):
What percentage would change their vote to a different candidate.

Speaker 1 (04:32):
We're talking just two percent, just two percent.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
That's not even a wide spa on the road.

Speaker 5 (04:37):
And then there's this additional one percent who say they
would rather not vote.

Speaker 15 (04:41):
And then you asked, okay, the same question to Kamala
Harris voters, and it turns out the.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
Numbers are rather similar.

Speaker 7 (04:46):
So if there was a repeat, if folks got to
be able to redo their vote, that they had back
in twenty twenty four.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
Would the result be any different? I doubt it would be.

Speaker 16 (05:02):
Every day is a battle for your mind, raging information
coming from every angle, but the will to the sieve
fear not.

Speaker 4 (05:10):
You found the place for truth, the.

Speaker 16 (05:12):
Voice of a generation that still has the will to
believe in the greatest country in the history of the world.

Speaker 4 (05:18):
This is the Charlie Kirk Show. Buck a lot. Here
we go.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Okay, everybody, Radio stations across the country honored to be
with you. As always, we're here live in the Bitcoin
dot Com studio for the full hour. We have a
friend of mine and someone who needs no introduction, Megan
Kelly from The Megan Kelly Show. Listen to her podcast
all the time, and now she's a guest on our program. Meghan,
great to see you. Thanks for making the time.

Speaker 10 (05:44):
Great to be with you.

Speaker 2 (05:46):
So, Megan, there's a lot happening right now. And I
recently went on the Bill maher Show. I want to
get your reaction on Bill Maher's seeming movement to the center.
I remember you went on Real Time with Bill Maher
on h You did very well. I think you were
talking about fascism or something. This was five or six
months ago, if my memory serves me correctly, you were

(06:07):
wonderful as always. He seemed a little more hostile then
than he is now.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
What's going on with Bill Maher?

Speaker 2 (06:14):
And is it a sign that more reasonable people in
Hollywood were in the comedian world that were once liberal
or moving our direction.

Speaker 17 (06:23):
It's happening, but as you know, it's very rare for
those with the TDS to come out from under the TDS.
You know, it doesn't happen that often, but you can
kind of see it happening real time with Bill Maher.

Speaker 10 (06:35):
He came on my show. I want to say the
previous spring.

Speaker 17 (06:38):
I was on a show late October, right before the vote,
and he was yes, calling Trump a fascist and ripping
on Trump in any number of ways, which Trump watched
and wanted to talk to me about the next time.

Speaker 10 (06:51):
I saw him right before the vote. But in the spring.
Just go back a little further.

Speaker 17 (06:56):
Spring of twenty twenty four, he came on my show
to promote his book. And Bill likes me, and I
like Bill, and I've gone on his show many times,
but he can't stand Trump. So we were sitting on
set and a lot of this is true of a
lot of liberals who don't actually watch my show. They
all just think I don't like Trump because they just
remember the fight he and I had back in twenty

(07:16):
fifteen sixteen. So for a lot of liberals, they like me,
and they will pull me aside and kind of whisper
in my ear about how terrible Trump is, and then
when they hear me defend him, they get kind of horrified.

Speaker 10 (07:25):
So Bill comes on my show and.

Speaker 17 (07:28):
He starts saying stuff about how Democrats don't deny elections,
and we start I start fact checking him on Hillary
and and it dawned on him in the midst of
that interview that I was a Trump supporter. And honestly, Charlie,
from that point forward, he did not even look me
in the eye like he a switch flipped and you
could tell he was. He just moved me into a

(07:49):
different category of like, Okay, here we go Trump cultist.

Speaker 10 (07:53):
And it wasn't a great interview.

Speaker 17 (07:54):
I mean, it did well because it was very spicy,
but it wasn't like we weren't connected.

Speaker 10 (07:58):
And I much prefer to have like a real connect
with my guests is they come on, as you know.
So then he invites me on his show. And by
the time we get to November or late October before
the vote.

Speaker 17 (08:07):
He had changed a little a little bit I could
like he's looking me in the eye.

Speaker 10 (08:11):
Who was listening to me? But he made very clear
he was voting for Kamala.

Speaker 17 (08:15):
He knew she was a moron, but he totally believed
she could do it more than Trump could do it.
And he said that to me on stage and then
behind the stage, and then over the past you know,
six months, five months, however long it's been. The light
bulb's really going on with him because he's doing all
these things that you know, Bill loves all these executive
orders on DEI and the gender madness he and Bill

(08:39):
doesn't want an open border, and Bill's very where we
are on the gender stuff, like.

Speaker 10 (08:44):
So totally I don't think he can help himself. And
plus he's a comedian. He appreciates funny.

Speaker 17 (08:49):
So once Trump starts to do things that you actually
really appreciate, you can hear his humor in a new way.

Speaker 10 (08:55):
You can see him in a new way. So it's starting.
You can see he's going to be a maga voter
in three and a half years.

Speaker 2 (09:03):
And I will say this that I think deep down
he wants to find what is true, and he's been
a big critic of organized religion, and part of my
conversation with him was very focused on that, and it
was we don't see eye don't so well.

Speaker 10 (09:18):
It was very interesting.

Speaker 17 (09:19):
But I love listening to you on that because I
always learned something.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
Thank you, thank you, And I felt that even that's
more to add. But on the second part of the conversation,
I'll do that with him. But to his credit, he
went after the woke stuff. I mentioned this in the
discussion as hard as he did other organized religion, because
the woke stuff turned into a pseudo counterfeit religion. You
talked about this, you saw this in your kid's schools,
you saw this in the community, that it was spreading

(09:42):
with almost evangelistic zeal and, to his great credit and
great personal cost to him, kind of losing his liberal card,
he spoke out against that. And I think that tells
us a lot about somebody's character.

Speaker 10 (09:56):
I think Bill Mahert is fearless like he.

Speaker 17 (09:59):
Let's I forget why he got canceled the first time.
When he was hosting the show Politically Incorrect. You were
still in your cradle. But it was right after nine
to eleven, and he said he wasn't defending the Islamic terrorists,
but the question was were they brave? And Bill said, well,
you can't say they're not brave. I mean it's pretty

(10:20):
brave to drive fly planes into the World Trade Center.
He in no way meant to compliment or support the
Islamic terrorists. He was just making like this sort of
you know, sort of controversial obviously observation on what they
were and what they weren't. Now that that is a
courageous remark to make, even by Bill. He's always called

(10:43):
it how he's seen it. And even if he gets canceled,
the next show comes and he does the same thing,
and he net net over time. I think he's proven
to himself that his audience will stay with him even
if he offends them, even if he's not totally lined
up with them. They appreciate his honesty and truly used
but his authenticity. And that's what I love about Bill too.
He's I mean that to a fall, yes, but we

(11:05):
love that about it, like our side of the isle
loves that. And one other point on the wokeness, and
you mentioned me and we pulled our kids out of
the schools and all that. I was talking with your
producer before the show, and we were talking about how
the young people, like the eighteen to twenty one year olds,
are going to be the most conservative generation we've seen
in decades, and.

Speaker 10 (11:24):
That is due in part to Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 17 (11:26):
Everybody watching the show knows that it's one of the
reasons you're sent from God. But it's also as much
as I love to pass pat the right on the back,
it's also because of those schools we should pat them
on the back too. You know, as the mother of three, well,
two teenagers now and an eleven year old boy, they
are so sick of sitting in you know, Pride Month,

(11:48):
Women's History Month, Native American Month, all the I mean,
my fifteen year old said, why why why did the
gaze get a whole month and the veterans only get
a day.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
Like smart, Smartly brilliance.

Speaker 17 (12:01):
It's driving them, It's just the left is driving them
into the arms of the right.

Speaker 2 (12:07):
And look, I don't know how old your son is,
but he also probably asked the questions, says, is there
any day for me or any recognition of my existence
or am I just the villain in every possible story,
in every meta narrative that is presented in academia, it
is that the white man is the problem, and it
is the arch villain on the top of the pyramid.

Speaker 17 (12:29):
And so, just to remind you, in the school we
pulled them from in New York, which is one of
the best schools in the country, private boys school, the
final straw for us was they were there was a
mandatory reading circulated amongst the faculty, and the position by
the author, this woke leftist black professor at some no
name college that was now mandated reading. Was it posited

(12:53):
and I'm quoting here in every classroom where white children
learn there is a future kill cop. We were okay, goodbye.
I mean, that's child abuse, That's what that was. And
it was the reason that we ultimately pulled the kids.
You know, a year earlier, when he had been in
third grade, they'd unleashed the gender man as asking each

(13:14):
boy how sure he was he was a boy? Everybody
in the whole third grade class they had to raise
their hands and not a one scale of one to five,
how sure are you you're a boy?

Speaker 10 (13:22):
That's fine, not.

Speaker 17 (13:23):
At all, very confused. Most of the kids are just
confused and why they're asking these questions. So all of
that is terrible and abusive as it is is having
exactly the reverse effect of the one the left hope for.

Speaker 2 (13:36):
Yeah, and it's the pendulum is shifting and they don't
seem to be adopting and just that that's such a
great example adapting.

Speaker 1 (13:43):
I should say, where from the Pride month, nad of
American month.

Speaker 2 (13:46):
It's so within the fibers of our school system, it's
within the coding of all higher and lower education. It
is uh, it's it is turning young men, especially to

Be right back, Okay, okay, everybody, welcome back.

Speaker 2 (17:26):
Megan Kelly continues with us. There's a new article in
the New York Times. Larry David writes, quote my dinner
with Adolph, of course, making fun of Bill Maher's conversation
with and his dinner with President Donald Trump. Now I
can't help but think this is the guy who used
to make fun of how society would over ascribe the
Nazi term too flippantly. Remember, of course, the episode Soup

(17:50):
Nazi in Seinfeld or Uncle Leo who'd say, oh my
toast is burnt, it must be an anti semi Larry
David has become the monster that he once mocked on Seinfeld.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
What's going on here, Megan? This is I would say extraordinary,
but par for the course.

Speaker 17 (18:09):
Yeah. I mean he's got a long history, unfortunately, of
doing this to people. Alan Dershowitz has been railing for
years about how Larry David and he saw each other
in Martha's vineyard and they used to be friends, apparently
more than friendly, just actual friends.

Speaker 10 (18:23):
And he screamed at him.

Speaker 17 (18:25):
He got in Alan's face because Alan defended Trump on
the first impeachment. I mean, Alan's a constitutional lawyer, and
he defended Bill Clinton on his impeachment. He defends the
law irrespective of who's gotten caught up in it.

Speaker 10 (18:38):
He defended O. J. Simpson, for God's sake. So, but
this was a bridge too far for Larry David.

Speaker 17 (18:43):
And so Bill Maher, who is critical of Trump every
episode he has literally every single episode and says very
nasty things. In fact, one of the things Trump was
so happy about when I saw him after my Bill
Maher appearance was.

Speaker 10 (18:58):
How much I gave it to him.

Speaker 17 (18:59):
I got right right back in his face because Bill
was saying terrible things about Trump when Trump was watching it,
thinking this is very irritating. Every night, he's other. That's
not enough for Larry David. You have to hate him
in your heart. You have to always act like it
must be all incomplish.

Speaker 1 (19:13):
That's that's exactly yes, keep going, Yes, that's exactly right.

Speaker 17 (19:17):
Yes, and so and then Larry David reportedly, you know,
Cheryl Hines rfkj's wife works on that show. She played
his wife and now his ex wife on that show.
And there were rumors this is not confirmed by me personally,
but there were rumors all over the Hollywood press rags
that she was getting blowback when he came out and
endorsed Trump and when he first threw his hat into
the political ring at all, because you know it wasn't

(19:38):
going to hurt Joe Biden or Kamala Harris says when
he was running as a dem because that could help
Trump and God forbid, and that Cheryl had to be
sure to like play it right down the middle, like
that's just my husband, that's not me, kind of having
to disavow her husband because she's on Larry David's show.

Speaker 10 (19:53):
These people are sick. They're sick.

Speaker 17 (19:55):
I talk about this all the time. For seventeen years
I lived on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. I
did not have a friend who was a conservative. You know,
my friends at Fox, yes, but no one in my
neighborhood or from my kids' schools, nobody. They were all leftists.
If you made politics the stakes of your relationship, you
are going to have zero friends in where I lived
on the Upper West it was just the most convenient

(20:16):
place to get my kids into school and for me
to work at Fox. How what kind of a freak
is like this where you can't privately have your own
views like in the case of Cheryl Hines, or publicly
be one of Trump's chief antagonists, but have one night
where you try to see his humanity. That's all Bill

(20:37):
Maher did such a risk that Bill Maher could be
co opted. You know that he actually could. As I
said in four years vote Maga that they have to
start training him now. He's got to be beaten and
demonized and get the full up.

Speaker 1 (20:51):
I totally agree.

Speaker 2 (20:52):
But I think Bill Maher's got a little Joe Rogan
and him. I think he's gonna he's gonna only go
closer to team reality.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
I think he is not going to be bullied.

Speaker 2 (21:00):
I think the more you antagonize him, he kind of
says the fu I get that kind of energy from him,
very similarly where they're gonna push him more into our arms.
Let's play again this this, This was Larry David's creation.
He used to make fun of the flippant use of
Nazi this and Nazi that. Play cut two fifteen.

Speaker 4 (21:23):
Medium turkey chili medium crab bisk. You didn't get any bread,
just forget it, let it go. Excuse me.

Speaker 3 (21:43):
I think you forgot my bread, bread extra two dollars,
but everyone in front of me got free bread.

Speaker 4 (21:49):
You want bread, yes, please, three dollars, nothing for you.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
And of course it was a comical look at the
soup Nazi and this was the idea that you don't
call everyone Adolf, you don't call everyone hitler, you shouldn't
throw That was kind of the undercurrent that Larry was
getting at.

Speaker 1 (22:10):
But this off bet.

Speaker 2 (22:11):
I'm reading it, Megan my dinner with Adolph, and the
New York Times ran this trash forty five seconds comment
on that this is like a screed that you would
find on the deep bowels of discord or Reddit.

Speaker 17 (22:24):
I mean, to his credit, he's sticking with the message
that the Democrats were peddling before the election. He's just
the only one right. Barack Obama tried to tell us this.
Kamala Harris told us this. All these Dems, Michelle Obama
at least she didn't show up to the Trump inauguration.
She stuck by her original accusation too. They all told
us he was Hitler, and then they're out there glad

(22:45):
handing with him, showing us.

Speaker 10 (22:46):
That it was all bull. None of them believed it,
and Larry David believes it.

Speaker 17 (22:52):
He's actually sticking by I have people I know from
NBC who would say to me back then, it defines
your entire character, whether you up to Trump or not.
He's an existential threat to the country. He is a
Hitler esque character, and your whole character is defined by
whether you're four or against.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
We'll be right back.

Speaker 18 (23:16):
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm
Terrence Bates. The first White House Press briefing of this
week is scheduled to happen in about thirty minutes. Will
of course be covering it for you live here on
Real America's Voice. Then later this afternoon, President Trump will
attend the swearing in ceremony for the new Chairman of
the Securities in Exchange Commission, Paul Atkins. That ceremony is

(23:38):
going to happen in the Oval Office. Atkins was officially
sworn in on Monday. He previously served as an sec
Commission member from two thousand and two to two thousand
and eight. Meantime, with college graduation season right around the corner,
President Trump and his speech writers are getting to work.

Speaker 6 (23:55):
On at least two graduation speeches.

Speaker 18 (23:57):
Forty seven says he has accepted invitations to deliver the
commencement addresses at the University of Alabama as well as
at West Point University. Last year, then President Joe Biden
addressed the graduating cadets at West Point.

Speaker 6 (24:12):
Vice President J. D.

Speaker 18 (24:13):
Vance is in India this morning working to broker a
bilateral trade deal and tariffs. He's meeting with Prime Minister
Narenda Modi, who says progress is being made on an agreement.
Today's meeting comes on the heels of President Trump meeting
with major US retailers on Monday, including Walmart, Home Depot Lows,
as well as Target. The discussion focused on the Trump

(24:35):
tariffs and the likelihood that they'll raise the cost of
everyday goods, particularly those that are imported. The retailers in
attendance rely on imported goods, with more than half of
the Walmart and Target imports coming from China. At the moment,
China is the only country not enjoying a terriff re
prieve amid its refusal to negotiate. As a result, Chinese

(24:56):
products are under a one hundred and forty five percent levy.
The late Pope Francis's funeral will be held on Saturday.
President Trump is expected to attend. In the meantime, we're
also learning that Pope Francis died of a cerebral stroke,
which led to a coma and irreversible heart failure. A
public viewing as he lies in state, will reportedly happen

(25:18):
tomorrow through Friday at Saint Peter's Basilica. Back here in
the United States, President Trump has ordered that all American
flags at the White House and other federal government buildings
and military installations around the world be flown at half
staff in memory of the Pope Francis will be buried
in the papal Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, as was

(25:39):
his personal request.

Speaker 6 (25:41):
That's a quick check of your headlines. I'm Terrence Bates.

Speaker 1 (25:55):
Miss Charley Kirk is a terrific person.

I want to pick your legal mind here and also
your media public relations expertise.

Speaker 1 (26:53):
I gotta be honest.

Speaker 2 (26:54):
I predicted incorrectly. I thought that smart Democrats would look
at the case of Abrago Garcia say this one is
not exactly the one to go all in on, you know,
the guy with the MS thirteen knuckle tattoos, allegedly the
wife beater, and let's just say not exactly a boy
scout record. Democrats have now too we know of, have
flown to this foreign country, El Salvador, to try to

(27:14):
petition for the release of a foreign citizen. I want
to understand that they are advocating for a foreigner to
come back to America. There's actually five or six Democrats
that are now visit. I only was aware of two,
but I guess it's five or six. My team tells me, Megan,
what's going on here?

Speaker 17 (27:31):
You know, if they were really looking for a poster
boy to support the one that would work politically, why
haven't we had heard more about the gay hairdresser?

Speaker 7 (27:39):
Right?

Speaker 17 (27:40):
We heard so much, like, look, if there's a gay
hairdresser just cutting hair, mining his own business, and they
shipped him off to this prison in l Salvador.

Speaker 10 (27:48):
Weird How they haven't gone back to him.

Speaker 17 (27:50):
Weird How they decided to cash in all their chips
on an MS thirteen gang member. Something tells me something's
off with the gay hairdresser story too, because this appears
to be the best they could find.

Speaker 10 (28:00):
Let me just make something clear.

Speaker 17 (28:02):
If the Trump administration had sent this guy to Columbia
to North Korea, there would be zero problems.

Speaker 10 (28:10):
He already had a notice of removal.

Speaker 17 (28:13):
He already had due process that to which he's entitled
before we deport him.

Speaker 10 (28:18):
It happened in twenty nineteen.

Speaker 17 (28:20):
He went before an immigration court and then he went
before in a Pellet immigration court and they both said, you're.

Speaker 10 (28:24):
Out of here. We've seen enough.

Speaker 17 (28:26):
They discussed the gang ties because they were trying to
figure out whether he should be held on bond while
they tried to figure out what to do with him.
And they said, now he's an MS thirteen gang member,
we're going to hold him. He should not be roaming
while we try to determine this. But they decided you
need to go home, sir, get out. He said, oh no,
not home, not home. It's dangerous for me there because
this other gang wants to kill me. So they said, okay,

(28:47):
you don't have to go back to El Salvador, but
you do need to get out. And at that point
it was up to him to them get out or
take his chances that he would be plucked out at
any moment by any president's ice team and sent out,
including back to El Salvador. If just one thing happened,
if the gang that was out to get him, which

(29:08):
was a different gang other than MS thirteen, if that
threat were eliminated, and that threat has been eliminated under
this new president there, Bouquet, all these gangs have been eliminated.

Speaker 10 (29:17):
So okay, at worst, what the.

Speaker 17 (29:19):
Trump administration did here, at worst, in the Democrats argument
was he didn't have a judge say Okay, that gang
is no longer around.

Speaker 10 (29:28):
Gavel clicked, get out. That's literally all this guy would
be entitled to. That's it. But it's so much worse
than that.

Speaker 17 (29:33):
All right, So yes, and I agree this is a terrible,
terrible political thing for the Democrats are so dumb wife
abuser and MS thirteen gang member.

Speaker 10 (29:41):
They never tell you he was caught with two other
MS thirteen gang members.

Speaker 17 (29:44):
I mean, I'm not like a gang expert, but all
the gang experts I read about online tell you MS thirteen.
It doesn't hang a lot around with the Charlie Kirks
of the world. If you want to go up on
the street corner Charlie and just like shoot the you know, no,
it would be a no.

Speaker 10 (29:58):
You'd have to prove it. He was just wearing a
Chicago Bulls sweatshirt.

Speaker 7 (30:01):
That's it.

Speaker 17 (30:02):
Like that was just totally out of context. Yet he
was wearing MS thirteen gang colors, as they all do.
They wear those same red and black colors. Chicago Bulls
sweatshirt in this context is very common, and had the
tats and was with two MS thirteen members, and had
testimony by a confidential informant saying he was MS thirteen
and this is the rank he held, and this is

(30:23):
the nickname, all of which is irrelevant.

Speaker 10 (30:25):
We don't care. We don't have to prove he as
a gang member at all. It's totally irrelevant.

Speaker 17 (30:28):
It's only relevant to the public fight over whether the
Democrats should be defending this guy. But he's gone, he's
already been adjudicated removabull. The only problem is we didn't
remove him, and then when we did, we technically weren't
supposed to remove him to El Salvador without saying that
that threatening gang, which by the way, sounded like total
bolt anyway, but let's just pretend it was real, had

(30:50):
gone away.

Speaker 10 (30:51):
So that's him. Here's the bigger problem.

Speaker 17 (30:54):
We had ten million illegals in this country, according to
like CPB back in twenty twenty, back in twenty twenty,
and they always underestimated a little, but according to CPB,
we had over eight million come in under Trump, not sorry,
under Biden, not under Trump, Underbiden the four years of Biden.
So now we're at some eighteen million rounded up to
twenty just so it's an easy number, twenty million illegals

(31:15):
in this country. We just saw the latest numbers on
the hairy end and data drop analyzing all the polls,
fifty six percent of Americans. This is a cross parties
want all illegals gone, all, not some, not just the
most dangerous all. We've got about five hundred thousand who
committed additional crimes when they were here. So Tom Holman
has said, we're starting with the worst first. Those five

(31:36):
hundred thousand a our number one priority. Everyone can agree
on those. And yet what have we seen from day one?
Obstruction law, fair pr wars by these Dems trying to
stop even just the five hundred thousand. And by the way,
he's only on like twenty two to twenty five thousand.
Trump is he's only gotten about twenty two thousand of

(31:56):
them out so far, Tom Holman, and he's doing his
level best, but he'd been fought by sanctuary city mayors,
by the ACLU, by woke leftist court judges.

Speaker 10 (32:05):
He doesn't have enough money.

Speaker 17 (32:06):
He's begging for more money so that we can house them,
because he's running out of jail space to put the
ones he has caught. So he's been hampered and biting
with his hand tied behind his back from the start.

Speaker 10 (32:16):
But they're going truly for worse to the worst.

Speaker 19 (32:18):
We're doing criminal gang members from Emma's thirteen and trend
To Iragua, and the ACLU is pretending like Joe Biden's
daughter Ashley just got deported on each one of these.

Speaker 17 (32:32):
So it's a massive war that Trump has taken on here.
And you know it goes without saying, but every single
one of these guys came into this country and many
committed additional crimes without any of us getting due process.

Speaker 10 (32:44):
Lake and Riley had no due process.

Speaker 17 (32:46):
Josh Lyn Nongaro, twelve year old girl killed at the
border in Texas by trend To aragu and members, no
due process for her. No one even asked a single
question about whether she could go on living. But these
guys get all the due process in the world, and
each one gets his own ACLU District Court, Appeals Court fight,
Supreme Court fight, and now culminating in overnight on Friday,
the Supreme Court halts all deportations under the Alien Enemies

(33:10):
Act until further notice.

Speaker 11 (33:12):
Just none.

Speaker 2 (33:13):
Now, So yeah, let let's let's be clear about that.
So the Supreme Court has paused the use of the
Alien Enemies Act?

Speaker 4 (33:20):
Is that correct?

Speaker 10 (33:21):
And so yes, to deport people.

Speaker 2 (33:23):
But is that going to be heard in greater length
and decided upon, hopefully this summer session.

Speaker 17 (33:29):
Yes, yes, that will be decided. That's not yet been
finally adjudicated on the merits. But it's just yet another
hampering of what Trump's trying to do. And they appealed
it from the from the lower court, the Circuit Court
of Appeals, before it had even been fully briefed, Before
they even had had a ruling from that court, they
brought it up to the Supreme Court saying, we'd think
that he's going to deport more, we needed to weigh

(33:50):
in immediately and without briefing, without anything. The Supreme Court's like,
you're right, okay, hold everything, which was not not the
right thing to do. I mean, it's some of tweeted
this out the other day, and I totally agree. If
you are a Trump appointed justice, or even just a
so called conservative justice on the High Court, and you
find yourself on the wrong side of Alito and Thomas,
you've decided the case wrong.

Speaker 10 (34:11):
You're doing it wrong.

Speaker 17 (34:13):
Those two are the most conservative stallwarts. The Trump justices
so far haven't been that dependable. I gotta be honest,
these are not our best. You got to go back
further and get the most conservative and by the way,
they're not getting any younger Alito and Thomas, so it's
somewhat disturbing in an event, So he lost that fight
for now. The problem is he can use other methods,
but they all clearly require a level of notice an

(34:36):
opportunity to claim asylum, like immediate removal, expedited removal, which
is what you know when they say Biden deported four
hundred and fifty thousand illegals, Biden really cared, No, that's
not what he was doing. He was turning them away
at the border. That's the very limited border enforcement he did.

Speaker 10 (34:51):
He let in over eight.

Speaker 17 (34:53):
Million, Okay, that's a minimum he let in, but some
half a million got turned away at the border because
they must have been like breathing fire to get turned around.

Speaker 10 (35:02):
Under Biden, in.

Speaker 17 (35:03):
Any event, you can do that with expedited removal, and
you really don't have to provide any due process unless
they're claiming asylum, you don't have to give them any
due process. Well, Trump enlarged expedited removal to the whole US,
saying I can remove you from.

Speaker 10 (35:16):
Anywhere under this procedure.

Speaker 17 (35:18):
But if they claim asylum, they get a notice, they
get a hearing, they get the chance to plead.

Speaker 10 (35:23):
Oh poor me, poor me.

Speaker 17 (35:24):
So he switched to Alien Enemies actually try to expedite
the process to get these people out of here. The
clock is ticking, you know, he's thinking, I have one
hundred days, maybe two years at the outset, and the
House is going to come in to enact my agenda
in this department. If we're really lucky, he has four years.
But we've got what we have about eleven thousand removed

(35:45):
per month. We are not going to get rid of
even a million at this rate, never mind eighteen million,
despite the fact that the majority of Americans want it.
So Trump is trying to find ways to put the
pedal to the metal. Use the Alien Enemies Act. Then
they can't claim asylum. Very minimal do process kind of
if any And at every turn the ACLU, which is

(36:05):
declared itself co president, is shutting it down thanks to
the help of these leftist judges.

Speaker 2 (36:11):
Declared themself co president is a phenomenal way to put it.
And was it even in our founder's intent, in your belief,
your legal opinion that a district Court judge can issue
a nationwide injunction. Shouldn't this be focused where? Okay, if
you want to do an injunction, have it pertained to
your district or even your circuit. Not what happens in

(36:32):
Maryland needs to pertain all the way from Guam to
Seattle to Dallas, where they can enjoin the whole nation.
All takes is one Trump paiding judge to slow down
what the people voted for. That is not quote unquote democracy.

Speaker 4 (36:47):
Megan, My view on that.

Speaker 10 (36:49):
Is, Look, it's worked on our side too.

Speaker 17 (36:51):
That's how we shut down Title nine, Joe Biden's changes
to Title nine under his presidency.

Speaker 10 (36:56):
And I was all for it, totally all for it.

Speaker 17 (36:59):
But what to happen now as the High Court, the
Supreme Court can see that this is clearly being used
as a tool to stop the entire political agenda. The
democratically voted for agenda is they need to act quickly
and more judiciously on all the cases coming up before them,
not just the ones that the ACLU say are emergencies.

(37:19):
Because trend to Aragua and MS thirteen members are about
to be shipped off to El Salvador.

Speaker 10 (37:25):
That'll get him out of bed.

Speaker 17 (37:27):
How about some of the Trump requests to enlarge his
powers or to recognize his valid powers under for example,
the Alien Enemies Act, or to act more swiftly that
those they slow roll on those they want full briefing
on those they really want to kick around for a while.
So what the Supreme Court needs to do, I think,
is issue a powerful order very soon on the merits,

(37:47):
especially on Alien Enemies Act. We already have an opinion
on the books. It was passed in seventeen ninety eight.
On the books in the late nineteen forties is a
Supreme Court opinion saying this statute is barely reviewable, Like
we really, this is clear that the founders didn't want
judges to second guess a president saying we're in a

(38:10):
war and these people have invaded us, and or these
people have invaded us or conducted an incursion and they
need to be thrown out. They did not think because
it's called a political question which judges cannot decide under
our constitution, they did not think judges should be having
the final say on those. So they created very limited
ways to review things done under that Act. And the

(38:32):
sooner the Supreme Court gives a serious brushback to lower
courts on the merits of that thing, the better off
trump will be.

Speaker 2 (38:40):

You take the blue pill. The story ends, You wake
up in your bed and believe whatever you want to do.
You take the red pill. You stay in wonder, and
I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes.

Speaker 6 (40:04):
It's the Charlie Kirk Show.

Speaker 21 (40:10):
The female fencer who publicly took a stand against transgender
athletes and women's sports is now no longer a member
of her college team. Stephanie Turner refused to face her
male opponent at a Maryland tournament last month. This video
went viral of her taking a knee. USA Fencing referees
then disqualified Stephanie from the tournament.

Speaker 10 (40:32):
Here she is in her own words.

Speaker 11 (40:35):
My opponent was a little bit confused, thinking that I
was maybe hurt, and I said, no, I am refusing
to fence you because I'm a woman and you are
a man. I have much love and respect for you,
but I will not compete against you. I am a woman,
and I have an athletic disadvantage to men, so I
compete in the women's division, which is where I rightfully am.

(40:57):
But he has been given this opportunity to in the
women's division. The idea that they're creating, they're expanding the
women's is just essentially making it an open tournament that
can include them, and it ends up hurting me and
other girls.

Speaker 10 (41:14):
Did you see? I mean, that was so classy the
way she did that. Wow.

Speaker 1 (41:25):
Okay, everybody, welcome back.

Speaker 1 (41:33):
Megan Kelly continues with us.

Speaker 2 (41:35):
And also we're live here from the Bitcoin dot Com studio,
so that Supreme Court timeline is very important, and the
oral arguments on national injunctions is rather noteworthy. There are
so many injunctions right now, Megan, it's hard to even count.
I mean, we're talking about one hundred to almost I
think over two hundred of them, one of which which
I know is a passionate topic for you, and I

(41:56):
wanted to conclude our time talking about it, which is
no men in female sport words. Still, as I go
to these campuses, there are still young feminists that come
up to the mic that say, Charlie, I don't care
if there is a man undressing next to me. I
don't care if there's a man. It is progress, it
is equality.

Speaker 4 (42:13):
What is this?

Speaker 2 (42:13):
Where are we in this fight, Megan, you have done
such great work, yeoman's work, pioneer work, moving public opinion
away from this trans insanity.

Speaker 1 (42:23):
Are we winning? Are we making progress? And now we
see the courts have to end up mediating some of this.

Speaker 4 (42:28):
Where do things stand?

Speaker 17 (42:30):
We're making massive progress when yes, we're winning. I won't
say we have one that it's over, it's not over,
but we are definitely winning. We are light years ahead
of where we were even just three years ago. You
saw last week the UK's top court ruled only a
woman is a woman, not a man pretending to be
a woman. Sorry, I mean that's huge in the UK.
They're more woke than we are, so that was a

(42:50):
big That was a big moment. And by the way,
hat tip to people like JK Rowling, without whom it
wouldn't have happened.

Speaker 10 (42:57):
You know, you do need these strong and it's helpful.

Speaker 17 (42:59):
I think if it's a woman, but strong female characters
to stand up and say no, what we're arguing over
is men invading women's spaces. But the leftist pro trans
crowd would like you to forget the fact that we're
arguing over men men trying to argue women's spaces.

Speaker 10 (43:20):
They want us to see a.

Speaker 17 (43:21):
Dress and like a Dylan mulvany Adam Zapple shaving and
just say that's the same as me, and that's not
the same as me. Just to ask Riley Gaines who
had to get naked in front of a fully intact
Leah Thomas formally will with his penis hanging out in
her locker room while you know he was clearly you
look at his social media, it's very clear. Go read
the Daily Wires report that this guy's an auto ginophile,

(43:43):
meaning he gets off one undressing woman.

Speaker 2 (43:48):
That is a vast majority of men to female masquerade
in autoginophilia.

Speaker 4 (43:52):
Please continue.

Speaker 17 (43:53):
Who wants their daughter or to themselves be a part
of some strange man sexual fetish. I don't want to
be there when the guys want to be carried around
like a baby in a diaper. I don't want to
be there when they want to get whipped in chains
with the S and M. I don't want to be
there when they're having their Autogonefela Felia fulfilled with hard

(44:14):
ons in the women's locker room. When I'm trying to
get ready for my swim meet or my daughter's trying
to get ready for her soccer game.

Speaker 10 (44:20):
It's grossly inappropriate.

Speaker 17 (44:23):
Look at that guy in Canada, that shop teacher Kayla Lemieux,
with the enormous fake breasts. He tried to claim that
he grew them, that he actually has some male conditioner
that forced them to grow. And our friends up north
in the Evil Top had, as Michael Knowles refers to it.

Speaker 4 (44:38):
Allowed it.

Speaker 10 (44:39):
They allowed this guy to They allowed.

Speaker 17 (44:41):
This fifty year old to swim against twelve year old
girls and change in their locker rooms. It's gone too far.
The girl in Massachusetts who had all of her teeth
knocked out by a boy pretending to be a girl
playing girls field hockey. You know the thing that never happens,
according to Meghan Rapino, tell it to the girl who
now has no teeth, and all of the girls on

(45:01):
her field hockey team who had to watch it and
broke down.

Speaker 10 (45:04):
Screaming in horror.

Speaker 17 (45:06):
You know how much blood and bone came out of
that girl's face on the field hockey field, and they
had to keep playing against this guy who was taller
than all of them and stronger than all of them,
but said he was a girl and grew his hair
a little long, so we had to pretend. You just
have to reframe the debate into actual facts and then
we win. And I've said this before, we cannot seed

(45:32):
the language at all. Believe me, I started, I was
saying all the preferred pronouns. I thought it was mean,
not too I didn't want to be rude. I couldn't
imagine myself looking at somebody like a Caitlyn Jenner who's
been kind of on our side even on these issues,
and being disrespectful enough to look at Caitlyn and say he, well,
I can do it. And I actually believe Caitlyn would

(45:53):
be okay with it because he understands what we're arguing
for here.

Speaker 10 (45:57):
You can't win a debate about.

Speaker 17 (46:00):
Out her not being allowed to come into the locker room,
that she shouldn't be able to play on girls sports.
You've already lost. You've seated the language at the top.
So we have to maintain our factual adherents. And by
the way, it applies to your children too. You know,
I've told all my kids, if anybody ever tries to

(46:20):
make you say your pronouns, you just tell them you're
not comfortable with that language.

Speaker 10 (46:23):
You're not going to talk about yourself like that period.

Speaker 17 (46:26):
Don't let them suck you in or your kids in,
especially at the college level, because it really is a
slippery slope.

Speaker 10 (46:32):
And not only do we not need to get.

Speaker 17 (46:33):
Sucked down, but we need to telegraph to everybody else
this is dangerous and actually it's it's really disgusting. And
I know, Charlie, the thing to say, the thing to say,
the proper thing to say, I don't care what you
do in your private life, Well I do care. I
actually do have an issue. Women are not address. They're
not a costume. And I don't appreciate looking at somebody

(46:54):
pretending they're me.

Speaker 2 (46:55):
With their You can't appreciate womanhood. Megan, God bless you.

Speaker 4 (46:59):
Thanks so much.

Speaker 1 (46:59):
Check a but mcan Kelly show second hour.

Speaker 4 (47:01):
We're coming up.

Speaker 18 (47:17):
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice news break. I'm
Terrence Bates. The first White House Press briefing of the
week is scheduled to happen here within the next couple
of minutes. Will of course be covering it for you live.
We'll take you there live. You can see the podium there.
We're just waiting for White House Press Secretary Caroline Levitt
to take the podium, and then we'll take you there.
In the meantime, later this afternoon, President Trump will attend

(47:39):
the swearing in ceremony for the new Chairman of the
Securities in Exchange Commission, Paul Atkins. The ceremony is going
to happen in the Oval Office. Atkins was officially sworn
in on Monday. He previously served as an sec Commission
member from two thousand and two to two thousand and eight.
And with graduation season right around the corner, Trump and

(48:00):
his speech writers are getting to work on at.

Speaker 6 (48:02):
Least two graduation speeches.

Speaker 18 (48:05):
Forty seven says he has accepted invitations to deliver the
commencement addresses at the University of Alabama as well as
at West Point. Last year, then President Joe Biden addressed
the graduating cadets at West Point as well. The late
Pope Francis's funeral is going to be held on Saturday,
and President Trump is expected to attend. In meantime, we're

(48:27):
also learning that Pope Francis died of a cerebral stroke
which led to a coma and irreversible heart failure. A
public viewing as he lies in state will reportedly happen
tomorrow through Friday. All of that will be at Saint
Peter's Basilica. Back here in the US, President Trumps ordered
that all American flags at the White House and other
federal government buildings and military installations around the world be

(48:50):
flown at half staff, and memory of the Pope Francis
will be buried in Papal Basilica of Saint Maria Maggiore,
as was his personal request. Well garner the days of
the Biden era loan forgiveness program. If you owe student loans,
get ready to pay up or else. The Department of
Education says it will begin collecting on student loans that

(49:12):
are in default next month. The collection efforts will include
garnishing of wages. Right now, about five point three million
borrowers are in default on their federal student loans. The
Trump administration's move brings an end to a record or
to a period excuse me, of leniency that's been in
place since the COVID nineteen pandemic began. In fact, no

(49:33):
federal student loans have been referred to collection since March
of twenty twenty, which is five years ago. Collection efforts
will begin May fifth through the Treasury Department's offset program,
which withholds government payments like tax refunds, federal salaries, and
other benefits from people who are passed due on their
debts to the government after a thirty day notice, The

(49:53):
department will then begin garnishing wages.

Speaker 6 (49:57):
Vice President J. D. Vance is in India this.

Speaker 18 (49:59):
Morning working to broker a bilateral trade deal in tariffs.
He's meeting with Prime Minister Narenda Modi, who says that
progress is being made on an agreement. Today's meeting comes
on the heels of President Trump meeting with major US
retailers on Monday, including Walmart, Home.

Speaker 6 (50:16):
Depot, Low's, and Target.

Speaker 18 (50:18):
The discussion focused on the Trump terriffs and the likelihood
that they'll raise the cost of everyday goods, particularly those
that are imported. The retailers and attendants rely on imported goods,
with more than half of Walmart and Target's imports coming
from China. At the moment, China is the only country
not enjoying a tariff for preeve admit.

Speaker 6 (50:37):
Its refusal to negotiate.

Speaker 18 (50:39):
As a result, Chinese products are under a one hundred
and forty five percent levy. Well, that's a quick check
of your headlines. As always, we appreciate you being here
with us. I'm Terrence Bates. Tax Day may have passed,

(51:01):
but for millions of Americans, the real trouble is just beginning.
If you miss the April fifteenth deadline, or if you
still owe back taxes, the IRS is ramping up enforcement,
and every day you wait only makes things worse. With
over five thousand new tax liens filed daily and tools
like property seizures, bank levies, and wage garnishments, the IRS

(51:21):
is applying pressure at levels we haven't seen in years.
Increased administrative scrutiny means collections are moving fast. There is
good news, though, there's still time for Tax Network USA
to help. If you're self employed or if you're a
business owner. Even if your books are a mess, they've
got it covered for you. Tax Network USA specializes in

(51:42):
cleaning up financial chaos and getting you back on track fast.
Even after the deadline, It's not too late to regain control.
Your consultation is completely free, and acting now could stop penalties,
threatening letters, and surprise levees before they escalate. Call eight
hundred nine oh five eight thousand, or visit TNUSA dot
com slash rav You may have missed April fifteenth, but

(52:05):
you haven't run out of options. Let Tax Network USA
help before the IRS makes the next move.

Speaker 2 (52:24):
Welcome back to the Bitcoin dot Com stude everyone. Today,
for hour two, I want to play you an extended
cut of my conversation with Bill Maher on the Club
Random podcast.

Speaker 1 (52:33):
Now we touched on a lot.

Speaker 2 (52:35):
My full thoughts will be available on the Charlie Kirk
Show today, so make sure you subscribe. We go through
my experience and realizations and more so to make sure
you subscribe and stay tuned for that. But for this hour,
radio play you some snippets of what was quite an
in depth conversation.

Speaker 4 (52:48):
Enjoy this. So you don't think any people are like
born quote unquote in the wrong body. No, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (52:56):
I think people might think they are close. There's a
book of the Bible. I think you'd love.

Speaker 3 (53:02):
Song of Solomon, Song of Solomon, crossby Souls in Nash Song.

Speaker 4 (53:06):
Of Solomon's all about sex. Charlie Kirk here, I am
here Kirk reporting for duty. That's what they call me.
How are you nice to meet you? Thanks for having
us us? Well for me? Is there someone thanks for
having me?

Speaker 22 (53:25):
Not?

Speaker 4 (53:26):
Expecting trouble. Are you not quite travel with security? Unfortunately?

Speaker 7 (53:30):
You do?

Speaker 12 (53:31):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (53:32):
Wow? Like what kind you know? Security? Like bodyguards?

Speaker 3 (53:38):
You know, when I went to Europe in twenty fifteen,
I had like three two Israeli bodyguards and my security
person was right after the.

Speaker 4 (53:49):
One of the Islamic.

Speaker 3 (53:52):
Unfortunate incidents? Was it the Paris There was two, There
was two big things at that time Paris. Right, what
year was this twenty fifteen?

Speaker 2 (54:03):
Okay, so that would have been a Charlie Hubdo situation.
Bough certainly was there before for calling you?

Speaker 4 (54:08):
I think?

Speaker 2 (54:08):
And then there was a tolerant Muslim. Yes, and you
know I've been very You've been extraordinary on that.

Speaker 4 (54:14):
Thank you. So we weren't like extraordinary to you, but
we were like very like I a man, probably, Oh
they really do, no you you've been very outspoken on
the woke stuff. Oh yes, I.

Speaker 3 (54:28):
Mean, and they just the way within a religion they
hate their own apostates more. I would say, they hate
me more because I'm supposed to like get on the
short bust of crazy town with them, and I won't.

Speaker 4 (54:43):
And yet I'm still a liberal and still like you.

Speaker 3 (54:46):
Know, I mean, we probably could argue all day about
Donald Trump and what he's doing, which I'm not down with.
But you know, it's always the people who are closest
to think, oh gosh, you shouldn't have you're a traitor somehow.

Speaker 4 (55:04):
All because they thought you were one of them, and
that I am one of them. They're not one of me.
I mean, it's the liberals of Jews that they've left you.
You look well, I think I.

Speaker 3 (55:13):
Feel like there's liberal and woke are two completely different things.
It was the theme of my last stand up special
that I just did a few months ago, and it's
basically I mean, it wasn't the whole special, of course,
but it was a large part of it devoted to that,
to proving that case that you know, what liberals believe,
woke is something completely different. It's very often the opposite

(55:36):
of it. You know, Liberalism is let's live in a
colorblind society.

Speaker 2 (55:40):
That's the goal. Woke's goal is we see race everywhere
in a subsession. Yes, okay, so that's not liberal.

Speaker 4 (55:48):
You change. Liberal is they're a two state solution. Woke
is river to the sea.

Speaker 3 (55:53):
Okay, those are just don't take my word and say
you're that you took this and took it to you
got off the f train, you fell asleep and you
got all the twenty stops too far. And don't blame
me for that. Drink no good, thank you. You don't
drink no or smoke pot. And you're married and super Christian.

(56:13):
We're going to go on great.

Speaker 4 (56:14):
You know this is this is going to just be perfect.

Speaker 3 (56:17):
But can I just ask you because I want to
find out a lot about you, because you're you're obviously.

Speaker 4 (56:22):
A super bright guy. But you do think that I
have the right to live completely opposite than you do.

Speaker 2 (56:28):
I think you can get as drunk as you'd like,
and you're you're that kind of an American, right, You're
not forcing your opinions.

Speaker 4 (56:36):
As I'm not here to say you can't. What do
you do? Okay, So you think pat should be legal?

Speaker 2 (56:41):
That's a complicated I have a very unpopular view on pot.

Speaker 23 (56:46):
You know.

Speaker 4 (56:47):
Can I tell my case on pot? Please do.

Speaker 2 (56:49):
It's not the depression that it might be causing, or
the fact that might be hurting kids' brains.

Speaker 4 (56:54):
It's the smell. It's the stench that drives me crazy.

Speaker 3 (56:58):
It's not hurting their brains. I mean kids shouldn't do it,
of course kids shouldn't. Definitely hurt didn't hurt my brain.
But let me ask, do you think that more more
teenagers are doing pot today or that before legalization?

Speaker 2 (57:10):
Oration? You know, what do you think usage rates are
going up or down? I don't know answer.

Speaker 4 (57:14):
Oh, you'll be fascinated by this, because you know, I'm
not married. So I go out.

Speaker 3 (57:19):
So sometimes I'm out with like people who were a
great deal younger than me. I don't know how they
get in my group, what they do, and so I've
been to sometimes parties like the Hollywood parties. And this
is probably not most of America exactly this way, but
I wouldn't be surprised if it's that different. And first
of all, in this town, it's all run by like

(57:39):
the Nemple babies, the Neple babies, the trust Fund kids.

Speaker 4 (57:43):
Is all these little funny two year old the jab
Pretzker types.

Speaker 3 (57:47):
Well, no, no, I'm sure I know who you mean.
The governor of Illinois inherited. Yes, it's everywhere now, even
on the Lakers.

Speaker 4 (57:56):
Hey, that's that's real privilege there. You know you've got
some privilege if you can get.

Speaker 3 (58:00):
Well, Okay, I don't want to what Lebron met at
me like he is at my friend stephen A.

Speaker 4 (58:07):
But I mean that is I you know.

Speaker 3 (58:09):
But the point is that when you go out to
these I've been to these parties where like it's a
bunch of twenty two year old kids and none of
them are smoking pot.

Speaker 4 (58:18):
Why they're on real drugs pots.

Speaker 3 (58:22):
So like my generation, it's like I couldn't find pot
at one of these parties.

Speaker 4 (58:27):
I was the only were asking me for it. A
few kids wanted They're all.

Speaker 2 (58:31):
They take this this, They've got psychedelic ls.

Speaker 4 (58:36):
Oh whatever, a Katamy.

Speaker 1 (58:39):
We're interrupting this program for a special live report.

Speaker 18 (58:42):
The latest White House Press conference is underway. Let's listen
in the Caroline Levitt like church.

Speaker 24 (58:47):
As a mark of respect for his memory, President Trump
ordered flags be flown at half staff, and he will
be traveling to attend his funeral in Rome. The President
will depart from Washington on Friday morning and return to
the United States on Saturday evening following the funeral service.
I can also confirm the dates of the President's trip
to the Middle East. He will travel to Saudi Arabia, Qatar,

(59:09):
and the United Arab Emirates from May thirteenth until May sixteenth,
and on Thursday of this week, President Trump will welcome
Norwegian Prime Minister at the White House for working visit.
The two leaders will discuss trade and regional security. This
will be the thirteenth head of state visit of President
Trump's term. Already at the border, President Trump continues to

(59:30):
deliver on his promise to make America safe again. The
Wall Street Journal captured the Trump effect in a recent article,
Border crossings grind to a halt as Trump's tough policies
take hold. US Customs and Border Protection recorded its lowest
Southwest border crossings in history in March, and we're seeing
the same successes at our northern border.

Speaker 8 (59:50):
Here's how the New York Post put it.

Speaker 24 (59:52):
Northern border sector, previously overrun by illegal migrancy's dramatic drop
in crossings. We haven't seen anyone since November end.

Speaker 8 (01:00:01):
Quote.

Speaker 24 (01:00:02):
According to US Customs and Border Protection, just fifty four
illegal aliens were apprehended in the Swanton sector of our
northern border, which stretches more than three hundred miles in March.
This is a drastic ninety five percent drop from the
more than one thousand border crossings that were caught in
March twenty twenty four. This is a main hotspot area
that recorded more than eighty percent of all apprehensions along

(01:00:24):
the northern border during the twenty twenty four fiscal year.
A new reporting from The Washington Times fully highlights the
difference in Joe Biden's disgraceful approach to the border compared
to President Trump's.

Speaker 8 (01:00:35):
Under Trump, border.

Speaker 24 (01:00:36):
Catch and release has dropped ninety nine point ninety nine
percent from worst Biden month. You can't get much better
than that. This statistic, in particular, is astounding. Border patrol
agents caught and immediately released one hundred and eighty nine thousand,
six hundred and four illegal aliens into the United States
in December twenty twenty three, at the height of the

(01:00:57):
Biden border crisis, but under President Trump, border patrol agents
caught and released only twenty illegal aliens into the US
in the month of February. Thanks to President Trump, operational
control of the border is becoming a reality. In the
Administration's historic enforcement measures are yielding huge results. Illegal aliens
are finally getting the blunt message if you cross the

(01:01:18):
border illegally, you will be swiftly deported and never returned
to the United States of America. Efforts to arrest the
criminal illegal alien invaders are continuing to ramp up. ICE
Chicago arrested a Mexican national convicted of predatory sexual assault
of a child in Cook County, Illinois. This week, ICE
Denver arrested a Mexican national convicted of sexual assault of

(01:01:41):
a child in Houston County, Texas. ICE Miami arrested a
Nicaraguan convicted of aggravated battery in Hillsborough County, Florida. ICE
Houston arrested a Salvadorian national convicted of attempted sexual assault
of a child in escape in Dallas County, Texas. And
ICE Chicago arrest to the Mexican national convicted of aggravated

(01:02:02):
sexual abuse of a minor in Illinois. Despite the democrats
insane objections, President Trump will continue to inbolden law enforcement
officers to arrest dangerous legal alien criminals and keep our
communities safe and also, thanks to President Trump's America First
economic approach, investments continue to pour into our country. Swiss
Pharmaceuticals Company announced they will be investing fifty billion dollars

(01:02:24):
in the United States over the next five years, creating
twelve thousand new quality jobs. Regeneron Pharmaceuticals also agreed to
pay Fujifilm Technologies more than three billion over the next
decade to help manufacture its medicines in the United States.
It's a top priority for President Trump to ensure we
are producing critical medicines and pharmaceutical drugs right here in America,

(01:02:46):
and that is exactly what we continue to see happen
every day. In other news, the Trump administration has announced
we will put an end to Joe Biden's illegal loan
bailout attempts. No student loan has been referred to collections
since March of twenty twenty.

Speaker 8 (01:03:01):
That comes to an end on May fifth.

Speaker 24 (01:03:04):
The Department of Education will resume involuntary collections for borrowers
with defaulted federal student loans. The student loan portfolio controlled
by the federal government is nearly one point six trillion dollars,
but fewer than four out of ten borrowers are in repayment.
This is unsustainable, unfair, and a huge liability for American taxpayers.

(01:03:26):
Debt cannot be wiped away. It just ends up getting
transferred to others. So why should Americans who didn't go
to college, or went to college and responsibly paid back
their loans pay for the student loans of other Americans.
The Trump administration will never force taxpayers to pay student
loan debts that don't belong to them. Student loan borrowers
need clarity, and we're finally giving it to them. Borrowers

(01:03:48):
will now be clearly expected to repay their loans, and
those who default on their loan obligations will face involuntary collections.
The government can and will collect defaulted federal student loan
debt by withholding money and borrowers tax refunds, federal pensions,
and even their wages. America is thirty six trillion dollars
in debt. We must get our fiscal house in order

(01:04:08):
and restore common sense to our country. If you take
out alone, you have to pay it back. It's very simple.
President johnp will not kick the can down the road anymore.
Before we open it up to questions. Today, I want
to commend our pool photographer who is in the room
with us today. ABC News photojournalist Melissa Young is retiring
after forty four incredible years on the job covering here

(01:04:31):
at the White House. Melissa, congratulations. You have the largest

(01:04:55):
round of applause I've ever heard in this room. So
there's something we can all agree on. And you've had
an credible career here covering the White House. So congratulations
to you, and we hope you enjoy retirement. I'm sure
you will, and everybody else in the room will be
very jealous of you as you're enjoying your rest. All right,
let's get to it. We have an individual in our

(01:05:15):
new media seat today.

Speaker 8 (01:05:16):
His name is Tim Poole.

Speaker 24 (01:05:18):
He's a political commentator and a media entrepreneur with millions
of followers a very big platform. Currently hosts tim cast irl,
a daily news and discussions show, and The Culture War,
a weekly podcast exploring cultural and political issues. His programs
feature in depth conversations on topics such as free speech, censorship, identity, politics,
and societal change, often engaging with a diverse range of guests.

(01:05:40):
He's in Washington today because we are also hosting a
local media row across the street in the Eisenhower Building,
which is a testament to our commitment to bring new
voices into the White House to cover the President.

Speaker 8 (01:05:50):
And this administration. So Tim, why don't you kick us off? Today.

Speaker 5 (01:05:53):
Yes, many of the news organizations that are represented in
this room have Martin lockstep on false nared such as
the Very Fine People hoax, the Covington smear, and now
what's being called the Maryland Man huax, where an MS
thirteen gang member adjudicated by two different judges I believe
is just simply being referred to as a Maryland Man
over and over again. Now, in an effort from the

(01:06:14):
White House to expand access to new companies, you've created
this new media seat. So I'm wondering if you can
comment on following this expansion, You've had numerous outlets to
disparage the companies that you've had sit here as well
as the reporters. I'm wondering if you comment on the
unprofessional behavior as well as elaborate if there's any plans
to expand access to new companies.

Speaker 8 (01:06:36):
Sure well. We certainly welcome diverse viewpoints in this room,
which is.

Speaker 24 (01:06:40):
One of the reasons we have you in here, and
there's many new faces in this room in comparison to
the previous administrations.

Speaker 8 (01:06:45):
We want to welcome all viewpoints into this room.

Speaker 24 (01:06:48):
We welcome unbiased journalists who really care about the truth
and the facts and the accuracy. And you rightfully pointed
out the Maryland Man story, which I from this podium
when The Atlantic published it on that very first day
to this podium, and said, this is wrong. The press
in this room have this story wrong. And we have
seen more and more evidence come to the table that

(01:07:08):
we have had all along. We were always right. The
President was always on the right side of this issue
to deport this illegal criminal from our community. And it
is despicable to see the media continue to refer to
this individual as someone who is just a peaceful man
living his life in Maryland. This was and always has
been an illegal criminal, an MS thirteen gang member, and
a designated foreign terrorist. And the administration maintains our position

(01:07:31):
to deport these individuals from our community.

Speaker 8 (01:07:33):
So thank you for being here. Tim, It's great to
see you. Thank you, Dasha. Why don't you kick us off?

Speaker 10 (01:07:38):
Thank you everything, appreciate you.

Speaker 25 (01:07:40):
I have two questions, one on the Pentagon and another
on the economy. You said on Fox News that the
entire Pentagon is working against Secretary heg Sin, but the
people who were fired were passs owned guy. So how
do you square that and what do you say to
concerns that that's bad management.

Speaker 24 (01:08:02):
They were Pentagon employees who leaked against their boss to
news agencies in this room, and it's been clear since
day one from this administration that we are not going
to tolerate individuals who leak to the mainstream media, particularly
when it comes to sensitive information. And the Secretary of
Defense is doing a tremendous job, and he is bringing

(01:08:22):
monumental change to the Pentagon, and there's a lot of
people in the city who reject monumental change, and I think, frankly,
that's why we've seen a smear campaign against the Secretary
of Defense since the moment that President Trump announced his
nomination before the United States Senate. Let me reiterate, the
President stands strongly behind Secretary Hegseth in the change that
he is bringing to the Pentagon and the results that

(01:08:42):
he's achieved thus far speak for themselves.

Speaker 25 (01:08:45):
ABI investigation into the leaks, the Secretary said that these
people would be prosecuted.

Speaker 10 (01:08:50):
So is the FBI investigating?

Speaker 24 (01:08:51):
You have to ask the FBI, You have to ask
the Department of Justice on what they plan to do.
But certainly we take leaks with the utmost seriously across
this administion. You've seen people fire from the Department of
Homeland Security. The President has made it clear it's an
unacceptable behavior.

Speaker 10 (01:09:05):
On the economy, Caroline.

Speaker 25 (01:09:07):
Peter Navarro said that it's perfectly possible to do ninety
deals in ninety days.

Speaker 10 (01:09:13):
We haven't seen one just yet.

Speaker 12 (01:09:15):
How soon might we see a deal?

Speaker 25 (01:09:17):
And what evidence can you share that progress is being
made in these trade negotiations.

Speaker 24 (01:09:22):
Well, I spoke to our entire trade team this morning.
There is a lot of progress being made. We now
have eighteen proposals on paper that have been brought to
the Trade team. Again, these are proposals on paper that
countries have proposed to the Trump administration.

Speaker 8 (01:09:36):
In to our government.

Speaker 24 (01:09:37):
You have Secretary Bessett, Secretary Lutnik, Ambassador grew Or a,
NEC Director Hast and Peter Navarrow, the entire trade team
meeting with thirty four countries this week alone. We are
moving at Trump's speed to ensure these deals are made
on behalf of.

Speaker 8 (01:09:52):
The American worker and the American people.

Speaker 24 (01:09:54):
And just yesterday it seemed to get a little bit
lost in the news, and I think it's a disservice
to the American public that did The Vice President announced
terms of reference for a trade deal with India.

Speaker 8 (01:10:05):
That is a big deal.

Speaker 24 (01:10:06):
We know when we look at the numbers the monetary
trade barriers and the non monetary trade barriers from India,
they have been ripping off the United States and American
workers for a very long time. So the fact that
the Vice President with Prime Minister Modi on that trip
in India announced these terms of reference, which is essentially
a framework to move the ball forward to sign a
good trade deal between our two nations, is great progress.

(01:10:30):
And it speaks to the work ethic and the real
labor that's being put into this effort by the President's
trade team.

Speaker 23 (01:10:35):
Sure, go ahead the proposals that you talk about, Is
that enough to extend the pauses on these reciprocal character
so that the President need to see these deals inc
and signed, to offer any sort of additional extension beyond the.

Speaker 24 (01:10:50):
Ninety days, Well, look ask me in July when the
deadline hits. I know I'll be answering those questions from
all of you in this room. There's a lot of
time left, and the President's trade team is working again
at Trump's speed, as quickly as they can to ensure
that these deals.

Speaker 8 (01:11:04):
Can be made for any of those conversations.

Speaker 23 (01:11:06):
Yet with China.

Speaker 8 (01:11:07):
Happening, I actually do have something to share on that.

Speaker 24 (01:11:09):
I asked the President about this before coming out here,
and he wanted me to share with all of you
that we're doing very well in respect to a potential
trade deal with China. As I mentioned, there have now
been eighteen proposals in more than one hundred countries around
the world who are wanting to make a deal with
the United States of America, and the President and the
administration are setting the stage for a deal with China.

(01:11:30):
So we feel everyone involved wants to see a trade
deal happen, and the ball is moving in the right direction.

Speaker 10 (01:11:36):
Sure, setting the stage for a deal with China.

Speaker 8 (01:11:39):
What does that mean?

Speaker 26 (01:11:39):
Is the President spoken directly with she.

Speaker 24 (01:11:42):
I don't have anything to read out on a direct
talk between the President and President She, but we will
continue to keep you updated.

Speaker 27 (01:11:49):
And Secretary Besson reportedly today total investors that the trade
stands off with China he expects will be de escalating
soon because, as he described it, reportedly, the situation is unsustained.
Is the President considering taking steps to de escalate the situation?

Speaker 24 (01:12:03):
Again, I just read you words directly from the President
the United States. Those are moments ago. That's where his
head is at right now.

Speaker 26 (01:12:09):
Wow, Sure, Carolin, I had two questions, one on immigration.
I went on China first. On immigration, roughly, how many
illegal immigrants and aliens do we have in our country
and how many does the administration plan on deporting.

Speaker 24 (01:12:21):
Sure, well, you'd have to ask the Department of Homeland
Security for a specific number, but we suspect it's definitely
in the millions, perhaps upwards of twenty million people that
were allowed into the country illegally by the previous administration,
and the President and his team are focused on deporting
as many as we possibly can, and they are.

Speaker 8 (01:12:40):
Moving as quickly as possible.

Speaker 24 (01:12:42):
The President's team has made it clear we need more
funding from Congress to do more. We need more ICE
agents out on the ground doing this very important work.
And we also need rogue district court judges to stop
acting as a judicial activists trying to block the administration
from deporting illegal criminals from our nation's interior. The American
public elected the president to do this, and he's following

(01:13:03):
through with that product.

Speaker 26 (01:13:04):
Well over a quarter million Chinese nationals in our country
right now. On student visas. Does the administration believe there's
any national security concern when it comes to those over
a quarter million Chinese nationals in our country?

Speaker 24 (01:13:14):
Well, as you know, when it comes to foreign visas,
the Secretary of State remains has the right to revoke
visas of those who we feel are acting in an
adversarial way to our foreign policy interests here in the
United States. He has that authority according to the Immigration
and Nationality Act. So I would defer you to the
State Department for any individual case. But they are looking

(01:13:34):
at individuals who are given the privilege of being on
a visa in our country, and if they are acting
again adversarial to our foreign policy interests, their visa can
be revoked and they should be aware of that.

Speaker 8 (01:13:46):
Sure, go ahead, Yes, I'm calling on you.

Speaker 14 (01:13:49):
You're welome.

Speaker 28 (01:13:50):
The last wee week, several countries have warned their citizens
about travel to the US, and the Department of Commerce's
own stats know that from a lot of show that
from a lot of countries the number.

Speaker 4 (01:14:00):
Of visitors is falling.

Speaker 28 (01:14:01):
So the way about any message for people that might
be reconsidering business or tourism travel to the US.

Speaker 8 (01:14:07):
Where did you see that report?

Speaker 4 (01:14:10):
Coming from the Department of Commerce.

Speaker 8 (01:14:11):
Said what it's hard to hear you.

Speaker 28 (01:14:13):
Sorry that visitors from a lot of country have fallen
from a lot of countries have fallen in the last
three months.

Speaker 24 (01:14:19):
I'd have to look at that report to comment on
the merits of it. I think most people around the
world recognize the United States of America is a great place.

Speaker 8 (01:14:25):
To do business.

Speaker 24 (01:14:26):
It's a beautiful place to visit, and they should certainly
come here because it's a much safer country than it
was four years ago under the previous president.

Speaker 8 (01:14:33):
Libby good to see you.

Speaker 29 (01:14:34):
A question about this upcoming announcement from HHS to ban
food dies. During the first week of the administration, the
FDA announced that it's pulling its plan to ban menth
all cigarettes. So two questions for you, how do you
square a ban on menthol cigarettes being pulled and then
announcing this ban on food dies? And then how does
the president feel about this upcoming band that's the RK

(01:14:56):
that RK is.

Speaker 8 (01:14:56):
Going to ensure.

Speaker 24 (01:14:57):
Well, look, the Secretary of Health and Human Services. President
nominated him because he trusts him to make this country
healthy again. It's not just a slogan, it really is
a movement that has broken ground across the country. There's
millions of people who believe in RFK Junior Secretary Kennedy
and what he's doing. I don't want to get ahead
of HHS with this historic announcement later and the details

(01:15:17):
of it, but obviously the Secretary feels that he has
reason and evidence to announce the ban on artificial dies
later and I'll let him speak to that this afternoon.

Speaker 8 (01:15:25):
Phil the President.

Speaker 15 (01:15:27):
Starting process of reclassifying more than fifty thousand cut O
O employees as schedule f We've already seen him march
through a number of government agencies. I'm curious, should we
expect mass firings or is this a case by case approach,
a scalpel or a floodshamer.

Speaker 24 (01:15:43):
Well, look, as you saw on Friday, the President put
out a statement about it. The Office of Personnel Management
reclassified workers. They're now called schedule policy slash career, And
all the President is trying to do is ensure that
federal workers are being held accountable for corrupt be behavior.
If they are engaging in corruption as a government worker,
they should no longer have their job.

Speaker 8 (01:16:04):
I think that's pretty common sense.

Speaker 24 (01:16:06):
He also believes that bureaucrats should be acting in accordance
to the will of the American public who duly elected
this president, not just this president, but all future presidents.
If you work for the government, you should be adhering
to the will of the American public and advancing the
administration's goals and interests. And if you are not doing that,
then you should go find another job whose interests you

(01:16:27):
align with. So as for specific firings, I would defer
you to the specific agencies, but the President in this
move and Office of Personnel Management, it will make it
easier to get rid of rogue bureaucrats who are engaging
in corruption.

Speaker 15 (01:16:41):
Another question, real quick. A federal court rule last Thursday
that Google's dominance of online advertising and tech markets violated
US antitrust laws.

Speaker 4 (01:16:52):
I know the President has spoken to a.

Speaker 15 (01:16:53):
Number of folks in big tech, and you know Google
CEO is even at his inauguration.

Speaker 30 (01:16:59):
I'm curious what is the President's reaction to.

Speaker 16 (01:17:02):
That court ruling.

Speaker 8 (01:17:03):
I'll have to ask him and I'll get back to
you film. Thank you, Er, You're welcome.

Speaker 31 (01:17:06):
John, Thanks a lot carols and economic questions for you.
Kevin Hassett has been a key economic advisor to the
President in both of his terms in twenty twenty and
he still is and he still is just in my
office absolutely. In twenty twenty two, he said that the
independence of the FED.

Speaker 6 (01:17:23):
Is super important.

Speaker 4 (01:17:25):
That's a direct quote.

Speaker 31 (01:17:26):
Is that something that the President subscribes to this He
still believe in the independence of the Federal Reserve.

Speaker 24 (01:17:31):
Look, I think the President has made his position on
the FED and on Powell quite clear. The President believes
that they have been making moves and taking action in
the name of politics rather in the name of what's
right for the American economy. The President has the right
to express his displeasure with the FED, and he has
the right to say he believes interest rates should be lower.

(01:17:54):
He believes Americans should be able to borrow money cheaper
than they currently are right now. And I also to
Kevin Hassett about the FED as well, and he has
called into question the Fed's independence and whether they are
actually doing things again out of the best interest of
the economy or are they doing it for partisan reasons.
The President wants to see interest rates lower. He has

(01:18:14):
made that quite clear.

Speaker 31 (01:18:16):
If I may, I'm sorry, what more Caroline is developed?
I said two economic questions about the dollar. We've seen
the dollar at multi year lows versus the Euro and
other currencies around the world. Is it the administration's policy
for a strong dollar? How does it view the dollar
versus other currencies around the world.

Speaker 24 (01:18:35):
The President wants to see the dollar remain as the
world's reserve currency for our long term physical stability and
our economic growth. He's been quite clear about that.

Speaker 8 (01:18:45):
Sure. And then to the woman behind you who I
haven't seen before, welcome, go ahead, Mary Birthday, and then
the Supreme Court and that's okay, that's right. On Earthday, Yes,
the Earth Day everyone.

Speaker 32 (01:18:57):
I saw the president true thing about the garbage pile
up from China in the Pacific. And then I believe
Lee Selden is headed to San Diego to investigate the
pile of sewage from Mexico. Can you speak to what
the White House has planned for Earth Day and anything
in that area?

Speaker 8 (01:19:11):
Farina? Sure, I do have points from the EPA administrator.

Speaker 24 (01:19:15):
Zeldon's doing a fantastic job and they are always sharing
their accomplishments with the White House, which we very much appreciate.
He will be traveling. I believe he's in California today.
For sewage situation.

Speaker 4 (01:19:28):
Here you go.

Speaker 24 (01:19:29):
Administrator Zelden met with his Mexican counterpart to discuss steps
Mexico needs to take to ensure the water entering the
United States is clean and safe, and he's holding a
press conference in San Diego today with elected officials and
local stakeholders on the Tijuana River sewage crisis. I would
also add from the President himself, he is always maintained
he wants America to have the cleanest air, in the

(01:19:50):
cleanest water, and we want to do what's right for
our environment and for our earth, and a lot of
that is making sure that we have clean and sustainable energy.
And we know that we produce natural gas cleaner and
more efficiently than any country in this world, and the
President wants to see that continue.

Speaker 4 (01:20:05):
Thank you.

Speaker 32 (01:20:05):
And then on the Supreme Court, I know the Court
is hearing a case dealing with parents who don't want
their kids having to read gener ideology books and schools.
Can you comment on that case and what the Trump
administration hopes to see come from that.

Speaker 24 (01:20:16):
Sure, we hope the Supreme Court will do the right thing,
and the President has been very clear he stands on
the side of parental rights. And he believed strongly that
parents should have a greater say in their children's education
in the content if you will that children.

Speaker 8 (01:20:29):
Are being exposed to in our public school system, Sure,
go ahead.

Speaker 24 (01:20:32):
One thing, hi, I'm Carolina Lumetta with World News Group.

Speaker 33 (01:20:35):
The administration ended in temporary protections for Afghans, including several
hundred Christians who have been punished by the Taliban. Is
the president considering any exceptions for Afghans who could face
death or torture if they returned to their home country.

Speaker 24 (01:20:48):
So let's just be clear about one thing. We didn't
end that proactively. It expired, and it's because the previous
administration illegally parolled millions of people or hundreds of thousands
of people, I'm sorry, into the country and then gave
them temporary protective status, which again is a temporary status.

Speaker 8 (01:21:07):
It's not a permanent status in this country.

Speaker 24 (01:21:10):
And if there are individuals here who came in through
the Biden administration who want to claim asylum, there is
a legal process.

Speaker 8 (01:21:16):
To do that and those cases will be adjudicated by
a judge on a case by case basis.

Speaker 24 (01:21:21):
We have a legal immigration process in this country for
a reason, and all this administration is trying to do
is effectuate that.

Speaker 8 (01:21:28):
Reagan, Thank you, Carolyn.

Speaker 10 (01:21:30):
I have two questions for you. Immigration.

Speaker 12 (01:21:32):
March deportation numbers were down slightly from the same time
period last year. Scotis recently ordered a pause on deporting
trendy RAB members with the Alien Enemies Act. I'm curious
what other tools the administration is looking at to boost
those deportation numbers.

Speaker 24 (01:21:49):
Sure well, we are obviously complying with the court's order. However,
it was a temporary pause. The Supreme Court basically said
sit tight and they will follow up with an order.

Speaker 8 (01:21:58):
And we're confident that.

Speaker 24 (01:22:00):
The Supreme Court will rule in the side of law
and recognize the President absolutely has the executive authority to
deport foreign terrorists from our nation's interior under the Alien
Enemies Act. We feel very strongly about that, and we're
confident the courts will side with the President and his
executive authority. As for deportations, we continue to deport illegal
criminals under Title eight, which is an immigration authority given

(01:22:23):
to our border patrol agents and the Department of Homeland
Security to deport illegal criminals from this country, and the
administration continues to do that at record speed as quickly
as they can with the resources that they have.

Speaker 12 (01:22:35):
They recently dropped charges against the MS thirteen leader in Woodbridge, Virginia,
with the idea that this will expedite the deportation process.
Does the administration plan to drop charges against other criminal
illegals to speed along the deportation process.

Speaker 24 (01:22:49):
You'd have to ask the Department of Justice. Obviously that's
within their purview, and I can't speak for them. However,
it is our goal to deport as many illegal criminals
and aliens from our country as we possibly can, as
quickly as we can.

Speaker 8 (01:23:01):
Jackie, thank you, Caroline.

Speaker 22 (01:23:03):
We've heard so much with this Saudi trip planning, and
the Presidents mentioned it himself before, but I don't think
we've ever heard on the record what he hopes to
achieve in Saudi Arabia and what the purpose of the
trip is.

Speaker 8 (01:23:12):
Sure well, the President looks forward to this.

Speaker 24 (01:23:14):
It was supposed to be his first foreign visit, but
of course now he is going to Rome this weekend
to honor the Pope and attend the funeral. The President
looks to strengthen the ties between the United States and
these countries and which he will be visiting He'll be
having many bilateral meetings and talks, and we look forward
to the trip and hope to see many of you there.

Speaker 22 (01:23:32):
And the meetings in London this week, do they have
any nexus with the plans in Saudi Arabia.

Speaker 8 (01:23:37):
I can't speak to that. However, I do have an
update on meetings.

Speaker 24 (01:23:41):
When it comes to the Russia Ukraine war, I was
just in the Oval Office with the President Steve Woodcoff,
and they wanted everybody to know that the negotiations continue.
We feel again we're hopefully moving in the right direction,
and the Special Envoy Steve Woodcoff, will be heading to
Russia again later this week to continue talks with Latim.

Speaker 10 (01:24:00):
Is that why Rubio is not heading to London. Is
he accompanying Witkof to Moscow?

Speaker 24 (01:24:05):
I can't speak for the Secretary of State's travel schedule.
I'd forer you to the Department of State.

Speaker 22 (01:24:09):
More probably just about the peace agreement, the talks that
are ongoing, Lubo had said. Secretaryrubio had said that if
things don't go the right way, that the US might
need to take a step back.

Speaker 10 (01:24:20):
What does stepping back look like? Does that a step
back from brokering peace.

Speaker 22 (01:24:25):
Or would that imply a broader withdrawal from US support
for Ukraine and the war.

Speaker 24 (01:24:30):
Look, I think it would be unwise for me to
broadcast that from this podium. Ultimately, that's a decision for
the President to make. But he's made it very clear
he wants to see peace, he wants to see this
war end, and he wants to stop the killing on
both sides of this war. And he's been very clear
about that for quite some time. And he has grown
frustrated with both sides of this war, and he's made
that very known.

Speaker 8 (01:24:51):
Brian.

Speaker 34 (01:24:53):
Last week, the President we talked about nonprofit groups, specifically
taking non crew and and he did that there could
be further actions taken against nonprofits. Does the White House
have any plans for any sort of actions against NGOs,
nonprofits or other similar groups?

Speaker 4 (01:25:11):
Is any of that coming up?

Speaker 6 (01:25:12):
Is that being worked one at this time.

Speaker 8 (01:25:14):
I'll have to check in with our policy team and
get back to you.

Speaker 1 (01:25:17):
Sure, thank you, Caroline, Travis.

Speaker 6 (01:25:19):
Stillmore with that, you fought times?

Speaker 30 (01:25:21):
Are some colleges using taxpayer funds to further political agendas?

Speaker 1 (01:25:25):
And what is the administration's response to Harvard's lawsuit?

Speaker 8 (01:25:28):
Sure?

Speaker 24 (01:25:29):
Well, the President has made it quite clear that it's
Harvard who has put themselves in the position to lose
their own funding by not obeying federal law. And we
expect all colleges and universities who are receiving taxpayer funds
to abide by federal law.

Speaker 8 (01:25:44):
It's quite simple.

Speaker 24 (01:25:45):
And the President made it clear he's not going to
tolerate violations of federal law. He's not going to tolerate
illegal harassment and violence towards Jewish American students or students
of any faith on our campuses across the country. And
so we will be responding to the law suit in court.
And again it's quite simple. If you want federal dollars,
obey federal law.

Speaker 30 (01:26:04):
I just quickly follow up on China any response to
reports that China is targeting US trade allies with potential
retaliatory measures for supporting US agendas.

Speaker 24 (01:26:15):
I think the numbers in the sheer number of countries
that have reached out to the United States and reached
out to this administration to cut good trade deals speak
for themselves. The entire world knows that they need the
United States of America and they want to do business here,
and so will stay focused on cutting good trade deals
on behalf of the American worker.

Speaker 8 (01:26:31):
Stephanie, thank you some.

Speaker 28 (01:26:33):
The additional details from the President's call with Nan Yaku today.

Speaker 8 (01:26:38):
I did speak to the President about it. It was
a good call.

Speaker 24 (01:26:40):
They spoke particularly about Iran and the negotiations that are
underway with that with Iran in the United States, and
the President has made it very clear repeatedly, but I'll reiterate,
there is no daylight between the United States of America
and the State of Israel. He stands strongly behind our ally,
He's made it quite clear when it comes to our
that we want to see a deal of in Iran

(01:27:02):
has a choice to make.

Speaker 8 (01:27:03):
But the President has also.

Speaker 24 (01:27:05):
Made it very clear, and he reiterated that in his
call with Prime Minister net and Yahoo today about the
need for Iran to never obtain.

Speaker 8 (01:27:12):
A nuclear weapon.

Speaker 24 (01:27:13):
I do have one more bit of news that I
would like to share with all of you, and we
want second to find it, and it's in regards to
the terrorist attack that took place in India earlier today.
The President has been briefed by the National Security Advisor
and he's being kept up to speed as more facts
are learned.

Speaker 8 (01:27:31):
What we know already is.

Speaker 24 (01:27:33):
Dozens were killed and even more were injured in a
brutal terrorist attack in a popular tourist location in South Kashmir.
President Trump will be speaking with Prime Minister Modi as
soon as he possibly can to express his heartfelt condolences
for those lost, and our prayers are with those injured.
In our nation's support for our ally India. These types
of horrific events by terrorists are why those of us

(01:27:53):
who work for peace and stability in the world continue
our mission. So we'll give you a readout of that
call later this afternoon. There's a lot of work to
be had. You may hear from the President later this
afternoon as well, and we'll see you all later.

Speaker 8 (01:28:04):
Thank you very well.

Speaker 3 (01:28:05):
We're any Americans among the stool American system.

Speaker 18 (01:28:09):
So you were just listening to the latest press briefing
at the White House. Caroline Leavitt at the podium running
down a number of things, specifically President Trump's upcoming specifically
President Trump's upcoming, his upcoming schedule. Excuse me, the potus
is going to be going to the funeral for Pope Francis.
He'll leave on Friday morning and return Saturday evening. That

(01:28:30):
of course, is going to be a major meeting of
heads of state and world leaders from around the world.
President Trump also will be going to Saudi Arabia, Cutter
and the United Arab Emeralds next month. Why you ask, well,
Caroline Levitt spoke to that as well. We don't have
that clip for you right now, but she basically said
that he's going to go there to discuss a number

(01:28:51):
of bilateral issues and to meet with heads of state
from across the Middle East. So that's going to be
something that we'll be watching again. President Trump will be
going there at the beginning of next month, beginning to
mid of next month. He also talked a lot about
border security issues, and those are some of the things
that Caroline Levitt really took a number of questions on,
people asking about the SCOTUS and its most recent ruling

(01:29:12):
as it relates to border issues. Also, the immigrant the
Maryland Man, as he's been described in many of the
mainstream meetings.

Speaker 6 (01:29:21):
She talked a lot about that as well.

Speaker 18 (01:29:22):
And then of course there were a number of questions
she had to address as it related to tariffs and
the fact that so many countries are now reinvesting in
the United States here's what she had to say on
that specific.

Speaker 24 (01:29:33):
Issue about our community's safe and also thanks to President
Trump's America First economic approach, investments continue to pour into
our country. Swiss Pharmaceuticals Company announced they will be investing
fifty billion dollars in the United States over the next
five years, creating twelve thousand new quality jobs. Regeneron Pharmaceuticals
also agreed to pay Fujifilm Technologies more than three billion

(01:29:57):
over the next decade to help manufacture its medicines in
the Unit States. It's a top priority for President Trump
to ensure we are producing critical medicines and pharmaceutical drugs
right here in America. And that is exactly what we
continue to see happen every day.

Speaker 18 (01:30:13):
And those comments about investments here in the United States
come as Vice President Jade Vance is in India meeting
with the prime minister there. They're of course talking about
tariffs and trying to reach a deal on a tariff
agreement and having bilateral talks about the economy. As I
mentioned earlier, President Trump said to visit the Middle East
next month here just in a couple of weeks, he'll
go to Saudi Arabia, Cutter and the United Arab Emirates

(01:30:36):
will He'll also be meeting with leaders there talking about
trade issues as well as other things.

Speaker 6 (01:30:41):
Caroline Levit addressed that as well during her press conference.

Speaker 18 (01:30:49):
All right, apparently we don't have that either, So again,
there's a wide ranging news conference there involving Caroline Levitt.

Speaker 6 (01:30:56):
A lot going on there.

Speaker 18 (01:30:57):
We of course will continue to cover it for you
through the day here on Real America's Voice.

Speaker 6 (01:31:03):
Again.

Speaker 18 (01:31:03):
President Trump expected to attend Pope Francis's funeral over the weekend.
He'll be leaving on Friday, returning Sunday night. But again
he'll be on the world stage once again during that funeral,
as a number of world leaders are going to attend
that particular funeral. In the meantime, we're also learning that
Pope Francis died of cerebral stroke which led to a

(01:31:23):
coma and irreversible heart failure. A public viewing as he
lies in the state is expected to happen tomorrow through Friday.
That will happen at Saint Peter's Basilica here in the
United States. So President Trump has ordered that all American
flags at the White House and other federal government buildings
and military installations around the world are going to be
flown at half staff in memory of the Pope. Francis,

(01:31:45):
by the way, is going to be buried at the
Papal Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, as was his personal request.
And President Trump will be there for all of it.
That's a quick check if your headlines. Now, let's get
you back to the Charlie.

Speaker 35 (01:31:58):
Kirkshow one hundred percent American maid darn proud of it.

Speaker 4 (01:32:21):
The Charlie kirk Show and the after party is just
going to be awesome. You're up there with me and
my dad God, and it's just you know.

Speaker 2 (01:32:33):
What do you think would create a better society or
better action? People that think that there isn't there isn't
afterlife based on how you act, or people that think
there isn't one.

Speaker 3 (01:32:41):
That's a great question, because it certainly can turn people
either way. It can make you fly planes into a building.
I'm not speaking of any specific example.

Speaker 4 (01:32:50):
I can't think of anything. I can't either, but it
can make you do that. You'll admit that. Sure, it
could also make you do like blow up Oklahoma City too. Yes,
And it can.

Speaker 3 (01:33:00):
Also and I fully acknowledge that it also keeps millions
of people in line, like Mark Wahlberg. I'm guessing without Catholicism,
he just looks like a guy who'll beat in a
lot more trouble. But I think it just has made
his life, you know, much more under control. So there's

(01:33:23):
one Mark Wahlberg I think really benefits from Catholicism. But
I think there's lots of people like that. They just
like they truly are worried that if they do something
out of line, illegal or immoral, that the devil will
in short order after they die, be poking them in
the end with a pitchfork, And so they don't do that.

Speaker 2 (01:34:45):
More of my conversation with Bill Maher Do you are
you at all worried that when a nation becomes too
secular it might not know what it believes. There's no
cultural cohesion, there's no glue that keeps it together.

Speaker 3 (01:34:58):
But this isn't good nation. It says it isn't secular.
There's a bunch of religious.

Speaker 4 (01:35:02):
Readings increasingly secular though, Well, thank you. I'm trying, but
I appreciate.

Speaker 2 (01:35:08):
You are quite the evangelist cause of no afterlife and
my creator.

Speaker 4 (01:35:13):
You know what.

Speaker 3 (01:35:13):
It creeps up a little, but people People always are
going to want it.

Speaker 4 (01:35:18):
They want that.

Speaker 3 (01:35:19):
People always are going to want to believe a story.
It's much better than the truth, which is that things
are random. We don't know the big questions. We don't
know how we got here. We don't know why we're here.
We don't know how the universe started. We're alone in
the universe. You know, is there a God? What is
the nature of God? Which one is the right God?

Speaker 4 (01:35:38):
We just don't. Nobody knows. I mean, that's why they
call it faith. Do you hope you're wrong? That's that's
the most important ques that's a great question. Well, how
do you hope there's a heaven?

Speaker 3 (01:35:56):
I hope they figure out how I can live forever?
I like you to hear with you, Charlie, drinking this
and smoking great time. I really can't imagine it better.
I mean I can't.

Speaker 4 (01:36:11):
And maybe it is. I'm sure it is.

Speaker 2 (01:36:13):
I'm sure you know people have, but but something in
you probably hopes that I don't know. Yes, Hitler gets
ultimate judgment or the most evil things?

Speaker 4 (01:36:21):
Right? Something? And you want to see your loved ones
and I don't think about it. There's got to be
a desire something. A lot of people just think about it.
I know, but I'm just saying Hitler comes up a lot.

Speaker 2 (01:36:36):
He really fair enough. Let's that there is a desire,
that there's some something beyond this that is just OK,
yes I do.

Speaker 3 (01:36:48):
But I mean it's very hard to find that justice
on earth asking Aid's baby.

Speaker 2 (01:36:53):
That's why when you say, hey, I'm happy here, there's
a lot of suffering on earth too. And that's the
is and some of the Christian argument.

Speaker 3 (01:36:59):
And some of it is you know, we we obviously
can see it comes from no bad deed done, you know,
child children with cancer. Of course, it's it's it's And
then they say, well that's you know, God works in
mysterious ways, which is sort of a get out of
jail card.

Speaker 2 (01:37:14):
It's the kind of non Admittedly, it's the hardest we
as Christians have to explain unjust suffering.

Speaker 4 (01:37:21):
Atheists have to explain everything else. How do you explain it?
We don't.

Speaker 2 (01:37:24):
It's hard. It's a mystery. We can say God works
mysterious ways. We can say original sin. However we don't
have to explain creation or the miracle of life, or
no love for justice, or.

Speaker 3 (01:37:35):
We don't have to explain it either because it's not
explainable because we don't know.

Speaker 4 (01:37:41):
We say we don't know. That's honest.

Speaker 3 (01:37:44):
You say, no, somebody told a story a long time ago,
and we're going to stick with that. That to me,
I'm not trying to be insulted.

Speaker 4 (01:37:54):
You can't offend me, trust me. I mean that you
could be as crude or as.

Speaker 3 (01:37:57):
Okay, I just mean that it's not but I find
that intellectually embarrassed.

Speaker 4 (01:38:02):
That's fine.

Speaker 2 (01:38:03):
And so is there any part of the Bible you
think it's true? Well, no, it's an important question. I mean,
like so when they were documenting King David, Yes, King
David are real, thig, there are shards of it that
are I'm sure Jesus was a real person.

Speaker 4 (01:38:20):
Well that we don't know. That is not a definitive.
It really is not. And I'll tell you why. And
I'm sure you know this.

Speaker 2 (01:38:27):
The Gospels are written from seventy eight to one to
twenty correctness, so they're about thirty to forty years after Jesus' life.

Speaker 3 (01:38:35):
No, they're from forty to seventy years after Jesus r.
Earliest one is Mark and that's the one with seventy
a d. It's the destruction of the Temple. That's why
it's the bleakest one. It's the one that ends with Father.
Why have that forsaken me? Okay, so we see that
history does involve itself in what's going on. You kind

(01:38:56):
of have to read between the lines. But here's the
question I've asked four here. How come the Gospels? We
know everything in the New Testament is either the Gospels
or Saint Paul.

Speaker 4 (01:39:06):
Or the Book of Acts, which is written by Luke. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:39:09):
Right, The Book of Acts is the best evidence that
Jesus is real.

Speaker 1 (01:39:13):
We're back tomorrow.
