Speaker 1 (00:02):
Every day is a battle for your mind, raging information
coming from every angle, but the will to the sieve
fear not.
Speaker 2 (00:10):
You found the place for.
Speaker 1 (00:11):
Truth, the voice from a generation that still has the
will to believe in the greatest country in the history
of the world.
Speaker 2 (00:18):
This is the Charlie Kirk Show. Fuck a lot, here
we go.
Speaker 3 (00:24):
Okay, everybody radio stations across the country honored to be
with you.
Speaker 4 (00:27):
Is always happy Wednesday.
Speaker 3 (00:29):
We are here live in the Bitcoin dot Com Studio,
your gateway to democratized finance. Lots to talk about today.
We're finally back in our studio. We've been traveling all
week San Diego. I was in San Francisco yesterday. We
will recap that I was in San Diego doing events there.
We are also in Long Beach as well. Lots to
cover and I've been just chomping at the bit to
(00:53):
be able to get in on this Tom Tillis's story.
Andrew did a great job filling in yesterday talking about
Senator Tom Tillis from North Carolina decided now to oppose
Ed Martin as Washington DC US attorney. So let's set
the stage here and set the table. So the DCUs
(01:14):
attorney is arguably the most important US attorney when it
comes to politics the president. Anything that happens in the
jurisdiction of Washington, d C. Which is a lot of
power broking and a lot of activity, falls under the
DCUs attorney. Now, the Washington DC US attorney in years
(01:38):
past have been enemies of the MAGA movement, have been
out of control. The DCUs attorney Matthew Graves, which we'll
get back to in a second, was the architect of
the out of control January sixth behavior.
Speaker 4 (01:55):
So this is a big one.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
President Trump put in on a temporary and a provisional base.
Ed Martin let me tell you about Ed Martin. Ed
Martin is the real deal Ed Martin. It's part of
the Phyllis Schlaffley coalition.
Speaker 4 (02:13):
Ed Martin.
Speaker 3 (02:16):
Literally ran the Phyllis Schlaffley Eagles for years from Missouri.
A lawyer and a truly committed patriot. Now I'll fully
acknowledge that President Trump picked someone that was very conservative,
(02:37):
very outspoken, not your normal kind of cut DCUs attorney type.
He's a threat to the uniparty in Washington DC because
he is willing to push the boundaries of what is
normal and acceptable.
Speaker 4 (02:52):
In the best possible way.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
So Ed Martin, in just this couple of weeks and
just with a couple of months of being DCUs attorney,
has probably been the best performing US attorney that President
Trump has put in, without a doubt. He's actually gotten
stuff done. He has or reorganized this office. He's fired
(03:18):
bad attorneys in the DC office. And that is a tough, difficult,
very very very overwhelming assignment. And Ed Martin has taken
it with his head down, punching, punching, punching. So President Trump,
knowing that Ed Martin has been restoring integrity, has decided
now to put Ed Martin as the permanent nominee for
(03:40):
DCUs attorney. Ed Martin is a bulldog, and that is
exactly what we need, and that is what President Trump
has earned. President Trump was facing seven hundred years in
federal prison. He gets the DCUs attorney that he wants.
And remember he did not get the US attorney that
he wants. The Senate quietly without there was a vote,
(04:04):
before there was a vote, rejected President Donald Trump's Attorney
general's nominee, which of course was Matt Gates. So then
we got Pambondy Okay, I like Pam, but that wasn't
Donald Trump's first choice. So now we go to the
DCUs attorney and you would think after President Trump was
facing nearly a thousand years in federal prison, after President
(04:26):
Trump has been shot was spot.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
Every day is a battle for your mind, raging information
coming from every angle, but the will to deceive.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Fear not.

Speaker 3 (06:44):
Literally ran the Phyllis Schlaffley Eagles for years from Missouri.
A lawyer and a truly committed patriot, now fully acknowledge

not your normal kind of cut DCUs attorney type. He's

knowing that Ed Martin has been restoring integrity, has decided
now to put Ed Martin as the permanent nominee for

DC US attorney. Ed Martin is a bulldog and that
is exactly what we need, and that is what President
Trump has earned. President Trump was facing seven hundred years
in federal prison. He gets the DC US attorney that
he wants. And remember he did not get the US
attorney that he wanted the Senate quietly without there was
(08:32):
a vote. Before there was a vote, rejected President Donald
Trump's Attorney general's nominee, which of course was Matt Gates.
So then we got Pambondy Okay, I like Pam, but
that wasn't Donald Trump's first choice. So now we go
to the DCUs attorney And you would think after President
Trump was facing nearly a thousand years in federal prison,
(08:53):
after President Trump has been shot, was spied on Byron
intel agencies, you would think that it would be an
EA box to check. After he won a popular vote
and an electoral vote landslide. The first Republican in twenty
years to win a popular vote was George W. Bush
in two thousand and four. You would think that President
(09:13):
Trump would get.
Speaker 4 (09:14):
The benefit of the doubt.
Speaker 3 (09:15):
And we are told that we control Congress. We are
told that we control the house in the Senate, but
do we really so then Tom Tillis, the US Senator
from North Carolina who is in cycle right now, comes
out and does the following let's play cut two twenty four.
Speaker 5 (09:39):
He is I don't believe he's being advanced to the
markup and I'm met with mister Martin, he seems like
a good man. Most of my concerns related to January sixth,
and he built a compelling case on some of the
fifteen twelve prosecutions that were probably heat of the moment,
bad decisions.
Speaker 6 (09:59):
But where we probably have a difference is I think.
Speaker 5 (10:03):
Anybody that breached the perimeter should have been in prison
for some period of time.
Speaker 6 (10:07):
Whether it's thirty.
Speaker 5 (10:07):
Days or three years is debatable, but I have no
tolerance for anybody who entered the building on January the sixth,
and that's probably where most of the friction was. So
the difference wasn't that they should be charged, in my estimation,
it's by how much I indicated to the White House.
Speaker 6 (10:22):
I wouldn't support his nomination.
Speaker 4 (10:24):
Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
Speaker 3 (10:25):
There is a lot of stuff wrong with that number one.
He is basically saying anyone who breached the perimeter, including
Siaka Massaqui, who went into the US Congress for ten
seconds to say a prayer.
Speaker 4 (10:38):
And then left.
Speaker 3 (10:38):
He's talking about non violent people that need to be
thrown in jail. He's talking about Grandma's that had US
constitutions in there perse holding it up. We're not even
talking about the violent folks. We're not talking about the
people that smashed windows, not to amy of the people
that hit police officers.
Speaker 4 (10:57):
You could get a trespassing fine.
Speaker 3 (10:59):
But Tom Tillis the reason he's not voting for Ed
Martin is the fact that he wants to see prison
time for people that quote breached the perimeter, even though
in certain circumstances police held open the doors. Now, Tom
Tillis and I actually agree on one thing. We agree
on something fundamental and it needs to be repeated. I
(11:23):
want to see the North Carolina Senate seat remain Republican.
Speaker 4 (11:28):
It's in cycle.
Speaker 3 (11:30):
Former governor of North Carolina and very popular Democrat Roy
Cooper is thinking about running for the North Carolina Senate seat,
which would be a very difficult task for anybody, including
Tom Tillis, to go up against. So I have agreement
with Tom Tillis. I don't want to lose that Senate seat.
Speaker 4 (11:48):
Be bad.
Speaker 3 (11:49):
We want President Trump to be able to confirm his
nominees well. We want President Trump, if there is a
Supreme Court justice, to be able to fill it easier
than not. We do not want to give away Senate
seats to Democrats. It is never helpful to do kamikaze
missions because it makes you feel good. It is never
helpful to go on a suicide pact just to try
(12:10):
to teach somebody a lesson. But here is where Tom
Tillis is so fundamentally wrong, beyond that ridiculous clip that
you just saw, is that Tom Tillis thinks that by
opposing President Trump's nominee for the DCUs attorney, he thinks
(12:33):
that will improve his electoral chances.
Speaker 4 (12:36):
It's actually going to do the opposite.
Speaker 3 (12:39):
And I don't mean just in a primary race, I
mean in a general election. What Tom Tillis is doing
is he is he is committing a fatal error. The
number one factor in Tillis's reelection is President Trump's approval.
And there's a reason why Tom Tillis is twenty points
(12:59):
less popular in North Carolina than President Donald Trump. And
when Trump's administration looks weak, his approval goes down. So
what Tom Tillis and all of these DC consultants around
him say, stand up the Trump. That will improve your
chances in North Carolina. And what will happen is that
all of a sudden, Tom Tillis will run for the
Senate and they'll look at the numbers and Tom Tillis
(13:21):
might lose, and they'll say, why is it that five
hundred thousand people showed up to vote for Trump and
they were nowhere to be found for Tom Tillis.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
This is why.
Speaker 3 (13:31):
And this is a broader point that we are going
to make this entire hour, which is people ask a
lot about the midterms, and we just had an amazing
investor retreat at Turning Point USA in San Diego, and
they say, Charlie, what is the key to the midterms?
And there's a lot of keys, but the most obvious
one is that if you cannot even get close to
replicating the electorate that want us the election in twenty
(13:54):
twenty four, a bunch of people are going to stay
at home because why reward senators in Congress that don't
do anything?
Speaker 4 (14:02):
And they don't understand this.
Speaker 3 (14:03):
They take MAGA for granted, and you should never take
your base for granted. It is the number one fatal
flaw that you can make in politics. And Tom Tillis
is committing that publicly, and we'll talk more about it
after the break. Good Ranchers is amazing, amazing partner.
Speaker 4 (14:20):
Guys.
Speaker 3 (14:21):
You guys got to check it out right now, Good Ranchers.

Okay, everybody, welcome back. I want to tell you about
y Refi And as you know, y Refi is the
supporter of our viral cultural Phenomena campus tour. Yesterday, I
was on campus San Francisco State University. Look at that
crowd there in San Francisco, and that crowd would have
been even bigger if we were on the main campus.
We were relegated to some sort of a AstroTurf cage.
Speaker 4 (15:48):
I'm not kidding.
Speaker 3 (15:49):
They put us on some sort of innermural field off campus.
They had to check IDs and check bags before students entered.
And still well over one thousand, seven hundred students attended.
And I know that because they had to click every
single one in and they gave us the official tally
at the end. One thousand, seven hundred students attended at

San Francisco State University. All made possible by why why

Speaker 4 (16:39):
Why refight dot com be right back?
Speaker 3 (16:55):
Welcome back, everybody email, let's freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com.
And it gets even worse with the Tom Tillis's example.
We are here at the Bitcoin dot com studio. Tom
Tillis went out of his way to vote for Merrick Garland.
This was Tom Tillis's statement when it came to Merrick Garland.
Speaker 4 (17:13):
Quote.
Speaker 3 (17:14):
Merrick Garland has an outstanding record serving our country and
as a deep understanding of the law, his experience reflects
his extensive legal knowledge and unbiased application of the law,
and his long standing reputation of bipartisanship has earned the
respect from both Democrats and Republicans. After talking to him
(17:37):
and participating in his confirmation hearing, I have no doubt
he will serve our country well. He voted for Merrick Garland.
Tom Tillis did. But it gets even worse. And the
reason why I think this is emphasizing is that he's
not Susan Collins. If this was Susan Collins doing this,
(18:00):
cut her a lot of slack. She represents Maine. Trump
didn't win Maine. He won a singular district in Maine. No,
Tom Tillis represents himself to the voters in a different
way than how he votes, and for that, you will
receive the greatest criticism. When you represent yourself to your
voters one way and you do something the opposite. That
(18:22):
is a violation of representative government. It is a breakdown
of the consent of the governed. That means you will
say one thing to your population and do another. Susan
Collins doesn't vote the way we like her to. However,
she has voted when we absolutely need her. She is
a team player, and she doesn't represent herself as a
maga person. She goes to her voters and says, I'm
(18:46):
going to be an open minded, independent, center right Republican. Fine,
thank you, Susan Collins for giving us another Senate seat.
You will not receive criticism on the show.
Speaker 4 (18:55):
You just won't.
Speaker 3 (18:57):
But people who will are those that go to their
voters and say, I am Maga, I am Tom Tillis.
I stand with President Trump. I represent the red state
of North Carolina. Whoa whoa, whoa, whoa whoa, And then
you go and vote this way unacceptable. And it gets
even worse than that. Tom Tillis voted for Matthew Graves. So,
(19:21):
Tom Tillis, this is what is so incomprehensible. Tom Tillis
voted for Biden's DC US attorney, but he won't vote
for Trump's US attorney. Tillis approved Tony Blinken. He voted
for Janet Yellen. He voted for Lloyd Austin, he voted
(19:42):
for Gina Romando. He voted for Li Si Monico, the
number two at DOJ. He voted for Pete boodhaj Edge,
and then of course Merrick Garland and Matthew Graves. But
he won't lift a finger to vote for Ed Martin.
And to be honest, before I saw the tape, I
(20:02):
thought that Tom Tillis's reason he did not vote for
Ed Martin would be like, oh, he was too radical
because he was part of the Phyllis Schlafley Eagles, something
like I anticipated that or he had some social media
posts that I don't like. But the reason he gave
was that, oh, I want every single person who breached
the perimeter to go to jail from thirty days to
(20:25):
three years. I'm sorry breaching the perimeter, mister Tillis. This
was not Normandy Beach. The vast majority of people on
January sixth, the vast majority waltzed in through an open door. Now,
if Tom Tillis's argument would have been, look, I'm still undecided.
(20:45):
I think Ed Martin is a little too relaxed on
January sixth. It was hard for us. The violent people
shouldn't gotten.
Speaker 4 (20:51):
Pardons, but I'm gonna try to work through it. That's reasonable.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
But his argument, of all the reasons that you could
oppose Ed Martin is that you want to put a
look at that's a perfect clip.
Speaker 4 (21:01):
Thank you guys, great pull.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
Tom Tillos's argument is all those people who are just
walking as if they're trying to board a Delta Airlines flight,
that they should all go to jail from thirty days
to three years. Look, they're opening the interior the doors,
and I'm not discounting that. Everybody in January sixth acted properly.
Of course not there were some people that acted improperly.
(21:27):
But this is Tom Tillis's argument. His argument is that
I'm going to oppose Ed Martin because he does not
publicly say that every one of these people should serve
huge life sentences. And then the final and then the
most obvious objection that I would then have for Tom
Tillis is why is this at all applicable? They all
(21:48):
got pardons, So why is that question even relevant towards
his potential DCUs attorneyship? How is that a relevant question? Oh,
it's a cumpus to show us where he's at. You
have to wonder does Tom Tillis actually want to hold
on to his US Senate seat? And again we agree,
(22:10):
Tom Tillis and his DC consultants agree with the Charlie
Kirk Show. We do not want to hand over a
US Senate seat.
Speaker 4 (22:18):
That is bad.
Speaker 3 (22:19):
No one wants to do that. But that's actually what
he's doing. He's actually doing that. We're the ones that
are trying to tell him, here's how you keep your
Senate seat. You keep your Senate seat by getting the
millions of people that only show up for Trump and
they will vote for his fighters, and Tom Tillis has
given the people in North Carolina no reason to show
(22:40):
up for him.
Speaker 4 (22:40):
Be right back, Welcome back.
Speaker 7 (22:49):
To this Real America's Voice news break. I'm Terrence Bates.
The papal conclave is underway with one hundred and thirty
three cardinal electors from seventy countries seeking to name the
next pope. The gathering is said to be the most
geographically diverse in the faith's two hundred year history. Before
going into private and secretive deliberations or two thousand year history,
(23:10):
excuse me, before going into these private deliberations. The cardinals
celebrated Mass this morning at Saint Peter's Basilica. The Dean
of the College of Cardinals presided over the mass, encouraging
his colleagues to find a pope who prizes unity and
sets aside his all or his own personal interests. Recently
deceeize Pope Francis named one hundred and eight of the
(23:31):
one hundred and thirty three so called Princes of the
Church who will choose his successor. Now the eyes of
the Church will watch the chimney over the Sistine Chapel
for smoke. Black smoke means a vote has failed. Yeah
means a vote has failed to determine a new pope.
White smoke indicates the Catholic Church has a new leader.
The electors will spend the next three days balloting and
(23:53):
trying to seat a new pontiff. If there's no decision
after three days, balloting will be suspended for twenty four
hours to allow the Cardinal electors time to reflect. By
the way, no conclave has lasted longer than four days
since eighteen thirty one. Well, the streets and children of
America are a little safer this morning thanks to the
FBI's Operation Restored Justice. The nationwide sting netted two hundred
(24:16):
and five accused child sex predators in just five days.
Attorney General Pam Bondi says there were at least one
hundred and fifteen children who were victimized leading up to
the arrests.
Speaker 8 (24:28):
Is these depraved human beings. If convicted, we'll face the
maximum penalty in prison some life. We will find you,
We will arrest you, and we will charge you. If
you are online targeting a child, you will not escape us.
The FBI and the Department of Justice will come after you,
(24:50):
and we will prosecute you.
Speaker 7 (24:53):
Parents are being encouraged to monitor what their children are
doing online because that's one of the prime places child
sex predators are praying on kids. The FBI says the
predators often pose as kids online in order to gain
their victims trust. That's a quick check off your headlines.
I'm Terrence Bates.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
Early treatment from socialistment saves lives.
Speaker 2 (25:27):
The Charlie kirkshow is back?
Speaker 4 (25:29):
Okay, everybody, welcome back.
Speaker 3 (25:30):
Let's go to Patriot Mobile Patriot Mobile dot com slash
Charlie and remember we are here at the Bitcoin dot
Com studio. Patriotmobile dot com is a great way to
be able to have your values in alignment. You should
always be looking of how your purchases can align your
values always and I can do a better job of that,
(25:51):
and I need to always challenge myself to do a
good job of that. You've heard me talk about Patriot
Mobile for a while and you probably know that for
years they've stood in the gap for every America that
believes in freedom and that freedom is worth fighting for.
Go to Patriot Mobile dot com slash Charlie. Or you're
worried about coverage, don't be Patriot mubiles one of the
few cell phone providers that operates on all three major networks.
(26:14):
The fact is, if you have a cell phone service
in this country today, you can get exceptional or even
better service with Patriot Mobile. That's why they offer a
coverage guarantee that others cannot. Or maybe you've not joined
Patriot Mobile because you think making the switch is painful.
I'm here to tell you that it is not. Go
to Patriot Mobile dot com slash charlie. Still locked into
a contract not a problem. Patriot Mobile's contract buyout program
(26:37):
covers up to five hundred dollars per device. Go to
Patriotmobile dot com slash charlie. Patriotmubble's contract buyout program again
covers five hundred dollars per device. So on one side,
it is a time for choosing. Patriot Mobile exposes a
time for choosing very simple. One side, you can choose
the woke, the trans stuff. You can choose all the
(27:01):
stuff that is destroying America, and that's where most of
you are sending your money.
Speaker 4 (27:05):
Just the truth.
Speaker 3 (27:06):
On the other side is the Patriot side, where you
get the same service, even better service, for less money,
and then your money is going in alignment with your values.
So it's a time for choosing, and I encourage all
of you to reject the woke.
Speaker 4 (27:19):
And just make the call.
Speaker 3 (27:20):
It's Patriotmobile dot Com slash Charlie. I'm in constant touch
with Glenn. He's a phenomenal person. The entire team there.
Use promo code Charlie and get a free month of service.
Portions of this program are brought to in part by
Patriot Mobile. That is Patriotmobile dot Com slash Charlie. So
let's just continue a little bit more on this Tom
Tilla's theme, and I'm gonna connect it to the twenty
(27:41):
twenty six midterms.
Speaker 6 (27:43):
Again.
Speaker 3 (27:43):
We are still a ways out from the midterms, so
people are asking about it all the time, Charlie midterms, Charlie, midterms.
And I always say we're going to underemphasize the midterms
here on this program because the over emphasis on midterm
elections prohibits you from the way that you should. It
disallows you from doing the stuff that the prior voters
(28:06):
actually told you what to do, or the prior election
told you what to do. So I want to deemphasize
it because the over fixation of election and midterms and
midterms and midterms it is poisonous. We are too hyper
midterm politically focused. And that is the excuse that everyone
in DC gives. Well, I can't make tough votes because
(28:27):
I got a tough election coming up. You were just
given your seat in a mandate. And Tom Till has
voted for this guy. He voted for Matthew Graves. He
voted for one of Joe Biden's top attack dogs against
patriotic Americans. Here's Matthew Graves, who Tom Till has voted
for and refused to vote for Donald Trump's Ed Martin
(28:50):
Total Patriot Play Cup two eighty.
Speaker 9 (28:52):
Two and what happened inside of the building. An important
note when it comes to our prosecutions about those who
remained outside the building, we have used our prosectorial discretion
to primarily focus on those who entered the building. Are
those who engaged in violent or corrupt conduct on Capitol grounds.
(29:12):
But if a person normally entered the restricted area without authorization,
they had already committed a federal crime. Make no mistake,
thousands of people occupied in the area that they were
not authorized to be present in in the first place.
Speaker 3 (29:30):
I now have a great one liner question that I
will use at my final campus tour stop on Friday.
I have a great one liner. Oh thank you Matthew Graves,
and thank you Tom Tillis. And I love questions like this,
and I learned this from the great Dennis Prager that
we should all pray for.
Speaker 4 (29:46):
Which is a what is worse question?
Speaker 3 (29:48):
What is worse walking into the US Capitol Building peacefully
or coming across the southern border illegally?
Speaker 4 (29:58):
What is worse? What deserves more scrutiny from our US attorneys? Now,
I'm not even saying.
Speaker 3 (30:05):
Both are good. That's not the question. You must make
moral judgments. That is what politics is about. You must
decide where you should focus your attention. When illegals come
into this country, they don't say within the rope lines.
They're also not citizens of the country that are coming
into And I'm not making an excuse for people that
(30:26):
were violent.
Speaker 4 (30:27):
That's not the point. That's not what we're talking about here.
Speaker 3 (30:29):
But I just can't help but think that, well, Matthew
Grapes is, they've already committed a crime. Hey, pal, fifteen
million people are committing a crime of eight USC thirteen
twelve by not notifying the government of their presence here
in America. You can look it up eight USC. Thirteen twelve.
They are currently violating federal law. But Tom Tillis's bet
pal Matthew Graves created the largest manhunt in federal government history.
(30:54):
You would have thought that on January sixth someone who
detonated a thermonuclear weapon. Also, when people go into the Capitol,
they don't end up having anchor babies, or undercutting US
wages or going on overstretched US welfare programs, but illegals
do so. According to Tom Tillis, and according to Matthew
Graves and that whole regime that he supported, those folks
(31:17):
that are staying within the rope lines, wearing maga hats,
taking selfies into Capital Rotunda. Some of what's saying prayers
with their pocket constitutions. That is worse than trend de
Aragua coming across the southern border and squatting on our homeland.
You must develop a moral hierarchy, everyone must. Some things
(31:38):
are worse than others. Stealing a pencil from Walgreens is
not moral acceptable, but is infinitely better than raping a child.
We all know this, it's self evident. But Matthew Graves
and Tom Tillis, they would say, well, these people have
already committed a crime.
Speaker 4 (31:53):
Have you ever heard them.
Speaker 3 (31:55):
Say that about the twenty to thirty million illegal people here.
Speaker 4 (31:58):
In this country?
Speaker 3 (31:59):
Have you I've ever heard them talk about eight USC
thirteen twelve ever? Have they ever used that language? No,
but they use it against their own citizens so openly. Yes,
you're right, Matthew Graves. Hyper technically they have a trespassing violation.
In fact, if you look at all the left wingers
that trespass in Congress, which is basically a weeklier, monthly occurrence,
(32:22):
from the Students for Justice of Palestine to the Projamas
crowd to the abortion fanatics when Roe versus Wade was repealed.
These people storm Congress all the time, and they get
trespassing solicitation fives. Yes, you use your proscratorial discretion. Thanks
to Tom Tillis to be able to go after Americans,
(32:44):
and this all segues together. There is going to be again,
this is going to be the summary of my midterm
coverage for like the next month is I can't stand
talking about elections because it makes people paralyzed against legislative actions.
It makes people all of a sudden in a place
of fear. But there will be, and I'm predicting it
(33:08):
right now. If Congress does not start acting with force
and with vigor and with results, there will be the
disappearing MAGA voter put the cut up on screen. DC
consultants are gonna wonder what happened? Where did all these
folks go? And I'm not trying to make a prediction.
(33:28):
I hope I am wrong, but I'm seeing it coming
because voters are coming up to me all the time.
Just this map right here, guys, any map, any of
the Senate maps. Voters are coming up to me all
the time, and they're saying, I love Trump, see how
Hardy's fighting, but why would I vote for my local senator?
Then here are some of the top races. The top
(33:49):
five races are an open Senate seat in Georgia. I'm
not open. I'm sorry, that's not correct. It is an
it's open because Kemp is not running it. I didn't
mean it that way. Incumbent Democrat Senator John Aussif open Senate.
Speaker 4 (34:01):
Seat in Michigan, that's what I meant.
Speaker 3 (34:02):
Open Senate seat in New Hampshire, and then hold Maine
and hold North Carolina. We have fifty three Senate seats.
We should be just fine. Now, George is gonna be tough.
George is gonna be hard because Kemp is not running.
I'm not a fan of Kemp, but Kemp would have
had a much better chance than somebody else and there
won't be national money pouring in. Kemp would have had
national money. Sheheen is not running New Hampshire and so
(34:23):
it's an open seat. So that image is actually incorrect.
It's an old image. But if you guys want to
actually expand your power in Washington, d C. If you
want to hold on to power, then you must do
what you said you're gonna do. And I have a
very provocative question that so many of you in this
audience are feeling. And I'm trying to bang this over
(34:44):
the head of these US senators. I a US senator
called me yesterday right after I got on campus at
San Francisctate University. A great guy comes on the show.
I like him, He says, Charlie, I don't know ed
Martin's gonna be hard. I said, do any of your
colleagues understand, and let me say this in very simple language,
that you relay it. They will cease to be in
the majority if they don't do what President Trump requests,
(35:06):
and they don't believe that.
Speaker 4 (35:09):
You are a product of your environment. You are.
Speaker 3 (35:11):
If you're around a bunch of US Senators, you start
thinking like them. You start thinking that the American body
politic is like the Senate clerks. And I could tell
you that even being around the ruling class, as I
reported back on Sunday for two hours, you'd start to
see the allure of how your worldview can be shifted
(35:32):
around neatly tailored expert testimonies. And these US Senators fail
to recognize that the rank and file of the people
of North Carolina, the first time voters that we helped
bring out at turning point action of all of our
campus events, Tom tell us, they are not going to
show up for you. They just won't. And it's not
(35:52):
that they'll even vote for the Democrat. It's that they'll vanish.
They'll look at their mail and ballot and say, waste
of time. We saw this in the Hegseth fight, in
the Tulsa fight, in the Bobby Kennedy fight. Did they
learn nothing? And the answer is yes, they learned nothing.
And it shouldn't even be that shocked to a system.
Speaker 4 (36:14):
But it is egregious.
Speaker 3 (36:15):
There is no excuse, I'm sorry, There is no excuse
where you go and vote for Biden's DC US attorney
and Biden's United States Attorney general, and you will not
vote for Trump's US attorney.
Speaker 4 (36:26):
And the excuse you give is that we didn't give.
Speaker 3 (36:28):
Harsh enough prison sentences for people that stayed within the
rope lines after the doors are open for them. It's
an egregious violation of the social compact, an egregious one.
At that point, you can just say to yourself, well,
I can't evaluate nominees well, very simple, and I don't
(36:55):
say this with any delight. I don't seek this controversy.
I want to hold onto the North Carolina Senate seat.
I've been pulling for Tom Tillis to find this inner maga.
But when someone violates this, you got to call him out.
I'm not trying to divide the Republican Party. I'm trying
to actually strengthen it. And that is the final point,
is the Republican Party actually falls apart, it collapses.
Speaker 4 (37:23):
And it's a tough moment to say.
Speaker 3 (37:24):
Because the midterms that will then be coming and in
the future elections, the voters in this audience, they're either
going to launch primary campaigns or they're not going to
vote for you because you took them for granted the
number one rule of politics. And Trump did this better
than any other leader I think in the last one
hundred years. I mean, I can't think of any political
(37:45):
leader that did this better. Is he had a base
first political strategy. It is against the Carl Roads of
the world. He had a base first political strategy and
it worked because your base can get bigger, you can
get new low prop voters. And Tom Tillis, I'm begging
for you to give Trump voters an excuse to vote
for you. But you are actively hostile against us. You've
(38:08):
declared war on us, and because of that, the chance
of you getting elected in a general election is going
down tremendously. It's too bad, because you are handing a
Senate seat to the Democrats. You are doing this, Tom Tillis,
You're doing this to yourself and with that you're damaging
the country and the Republican Conference. You might think you're
(38:30):
being all sanctimonious and uppity and a good person, but
you are now jeopardizing this hard won Senate seat in
North Carolina for being principal a bunch of garbage.
Speaker 4 (38:42):

Charlie Kirkshow Podcast Day. Right there, Welcome back everybody, great song.
(41:00):
Let's see here, Let's go to my patriots supply. Look,
a lot of stuff is happening right now. India and
Pakistan are nearing war and that could be boy if
if one of them drops a nuke on the other.
They hate each other that can be very, very bad.
You have to stay prepared. Everybody at my Patriotsupply dot Com.
There's something happening with our farmland here in America. As
(41:21):
in getting off attention, not getting uugh attention. The Chinese
are buying up hundreds of thousands of acres of US farmland.
They've taken control over critical supply chains, things like fertilizer,
animal feed, and farming equipment. Why it's clear they're tightening
their grip on global food production and if things go south,
we need to be ready. That's why I trust my
Patriots Supply their America's largest emergency preparedness company. And right now,
(41:43):
when you get four weeks emergency food supply, you get
four free seventy two hour food kits with twelve days
of food absolutely free. These four weeks of delicious meals
lasts up to twenty five years, delivering two thousand plus
calories every day. We can't control what China does, but
we can control how heared we are. Go to my
Patriots Supply dot Com to claim your twelve days of
(42:04):
free food. That is my Patriots Supply dot Com. My
Patriots Supply dot Com portions of the Charliekirk Show are
brought to in part by my Patriots Supply dot Com.
That is, my Patriotsupply dot Com email us as always
freedom at Charlie Kirk dot com. So India and Pakistan
are on the verge of a war. What does this
(42:24):
mean exactly? Well, here's the basics. Pakistan is one hundred
percent Muslim. Remember they sheltered Bin Laden and have been
a very very sneaky actor. India is mostly Hindu. They
don't care for each other much at all. There's an
region called the Kashmir that they dispute. There was just
a Muslim terrorist attack on tourists there, which Pakistan seems
(42:45):
to be linked to. So India is furious. There were
air and missile strikes on nine different sites in Pakistan,
killing a few dozen people. Reportedly, some airplanes have been
lost on both sides. These are big countries. They have
more more than one point seven billion people between them,
and lots of people that said, very simple, this is
not our war. Maybe we slightly favor India because they're
(43:09):
retaliating to Islamic terror, but that should go no further
than moral support.
Speaker 4 (43:14):
That is it.
Speaker 3 (43:15):
This is not our conflict to get involved in. I
do not believe this will escalate in any way, shape
or form to nuclear power. And look, we hope for negotiations,
but this is a great test of whether or not
every conflict is America's problem. And both are nuclear powers,
by the way, and most people don't know that both
Pakistan and India have nuclear weapons, which actually then will
(43:37):
decrease the likelihood of any either of either side using
nuclear weapons is the fact that both sides have mad
mutually assured destruction. Trump said yesterday that India is willing
to drop all of its tariffs by the way, on
trade at the United States, which is good for icing
out China, because India very well could become the new China.
What you're seeing there is demonstrations on the Kashmir border.
(44:00):
I think they think these are kind of like two
birds peacocking at each other, but instead of two birds,
it's like Pakistani's and Indians peacocking at each other. Very strange,
but again, more power to them. They could do whatever
they want, and so this is them at the border.
They kind of are taunting each other. You actually can
go see this live. They have tickets where you can
go to the Kashmir border. They actually have arena seating
(44:21):
where you can watch this, and they do this like
every day at four or five pm where the Pakistani
and the Indian armies. This is a visualization of this
is not our culture, This is not our fight. We
have nothing to do with this. If they want to
go high step and high kick their way into a war,
I hope they don't. A lot of innocent people die
in war. War is terrible. The only role that we
(44:42):
should have is to help negotiations and have moral support.
We should not supply armaments. I'm sure Lindsay Graham and
John Bolton are already on a plane somewhere to New
Delhi try to figure out how we can annex Pakistan
or try to give F thirty five's no enough of that.
Speaker 4 (44:58):
This is not our fight, this is on our region.
We hope for a cease fire.
Speaker 3 (45:02):
We hope that this does not result in more unnecessary deaths.
Ro Kana was already suggesting that we get involved. These
neo cons know no limits to our own borders. You
know what, we should get involved in the cartels. That
we should, We should very much get involved in the cartels.
(45:22):
We should get involved against the Chinese Communist Party, not militarily,
but by every other mean again, I'm just looking at
this high stepping stuff. They're still in the eleven hundreds.
If this escalates to also pressure us to take refugees, Nope,
not gonna happen. Stuff we should get more involved in. Yesterday,
(45:44):
in a lesser covered news story, we seized three million
fentanyl pills from the Cineola drug cartel yesterday, the largest
such seizure in American history, enough to kill two hundred
million Americans.
Speaker 4 (45:58):
That's what we should get involved in.
Speaker 3 (46:00):
The full force of the government should be in protecting
our own citizens. If Indian and Pakistan want to tragically
high step their way into a war, they have the
agency to do that. I hope they don't.
Speaker 4 (46:11):
I pray they don't. We should try to negotiate peace
and for a settlement.
Speaker 3 (46:15):
But that's it, no more than that. That's what America
first looks like. We defend our citizens. They want to
high step their way into it, that's their prerogative. Second
hour coming up, email us as always Freedom at Charliekirk
(46:55):
dot com. And remember we're here live in the Bitcoin
dot com student your gateway to democratize finance, that is
the Bitcoin dot com studio. There are men still winning
female championships all across the country. President Trump signed an
executive order saying no men in female sports, but states
are actively defying it.
Speaker 4 (47:14):
They say, oh, what good as a president?
Speaker 3 (47:15):
Who cares if you want a popular vote? Who cares
if ninety percent of the country doesn't want this? It's
irrelevant to them. Well, the fight is on in California,
of course, where Gavin Newsom told me that he had
a problem with this. Was Gavin Newsom lying? Or is
he too much of a coward to do anything about it? Well?
Joining us now is Sophia Lori, outreach director for California
(47:37):
Family and host of a This is a Woman podcast.
Speaker 4 (47:42):
Sophia, welcome to the program. How are you.
Speaker 10 (47:45):
I'm doing well. Thank you for having me on, Charlie.
Speaker 3 (47:48):
So, Sophia tell us the state of state of affairs,
I should say, in California and a little bit nationally,
are men still winning competitions, awards and medals over female athletes?
Speaker 11 (48:02):
Unfortunately they are, especially in California. You know, Trump put
out this great executive order and just days later cif
who's the governing body of high school sports in the
state of California said Nope, we're not going to follow it.
We're going to continue to allow boys to compete in
girls sports, to be in their locker rooms.
Speaker 10 (48:18):
And we're seeing that happen this weekend.
Speaker 11 (48:20):
We're going to watch a male who is right now
first in three different track events compete against girls and
beat out the girls for the position of finals.
Speaker 3 (48:30):
So tell us about ab Hernandez. So ab Hernandez I
actually brought up to Gavin Newsom. Let's start with this. Actually,
let's play cut to sixty six. This is my conversation
with Gavin Newsom. Play cut two sixty six. It's like,
you right now should come out and be like, you
know what, the young man who's about to win the
state championship in the long jump in female sports, that's
(48:51):
that that shouldn't happen.
Speaker 4 (48:52):
You as the governor should step out and.
Speaker 6 (48:53):
Say no, no, And I appreciate and like, would you.
Speaker 4 (48:56):
Do something like that? Would you say no men in
female sports?
Speaker 12 (48:58):
Well, I think it's an issue of fairness. Completely agree
with you on that. So that's easy to call out
the unfairness of that.
Speaker 2 (49:04):
There's also a.
Speaker 12 (49:04):
Humility and grace, you know that these poor people are
more likely to commit suicide, have anxiety and depression, and
the way that people talk down to vulnerable communities is
an issue that I have a hard time with as well.
So both things I can hold in my hand. How
can we address this issue with the kind of decency
that I think you know is inherent in you but
(49:26):
not always expressed.
Speaker 3 (49:28):
So, Aby Hernandez, the person in question is in first place.
That's a biological man and three different track and field events,
and he's competing in the woman's category in preliminaries.
Speaker 4 (49:40):
Tell us more.
Speaker 10 (49:41):
Yeah, So this.
Speaker 11 (49:42):
Saturday at or Belinda High School, we have the CIF
preliminaries and he right now is in first for high jump,
long jump, and triple jump. And so these girls are
going to have to be competing against them, and let's
be real, he's going to beat them. He has these
biological advantages. I've been able to talk to some of
their girls and some of the families that are competing
this weekend, and they know it's unfair and the fact
(50:04):
that they have to go into preliminaries and not just
be ready to compete, not just make sure they got
enough sleep, make sure they ate the right things, make
sure they trained hard enough for the preliminaries, but they
now have to focus on the fact that there is
a boy competing against them that no matter how hard
they train, that he is going to outperform them because
of these biological advantages.
Speaker 10 (50:23):
And you know, we've worked real hard in California to
push back on this.
Speaker 11 (50:26):
We had actually two save Girls Sports bills this year.
Speaker 10 (50:29):
I testified in support of one of them. It was
Assembly Bill eighty nine by Assembly Wooning Kate Sanchez.
Speaker 11 (50:35):
And I was actually able to quote that clip of
Governor Newsom saying it's deeply unfair that boys are in girls' sports.
And guess what, he actually doesn't care about this issue,
because when that bill had a hearing, where was he?
He was nowhere to be found. And when his office
was asked for a comment on the save Girl Sports bills,
he said his office doesn't make comments about current bills,
(50:56):
which is a complete lie.
Speaker 3 (50:59):
Yeah, and so again we can go through the list
that your wonderful organization has composed. I don't know if
I'm allowed to name these names off because they might
be minors, so I'll instead just name the school if
that's Okay, there's someone at Sonoma Academy who's a man
who is on pace to win across country and track
and field championship. Half Moon Bay High School Volleyball, Waldorf
(51:20):
High School Volleyball, basketball and soccer, Aby Hernandez. We talked
about Martin Luther King High School cross country, the Buckley
High School cross country, soccer, track and field, the Buckley
High School volleyball, Davis Senior High School skiing and mountain biking,
Davis Senior High School track and field, Davis Senior High
School across country. Now, what I find really interesting about
(51:40):
that list that you compiled.
Speaker 4 (51:41):
As a side.
Speaker 3 (51:42):
Note, there are schools that have multiple trans athletes. What
is the likelihood of that? So this is a this
is something that is not yet a majority. It happens
a lot. What's the likelihood of it happening that half
that list actually is from a overlapping of schools.
Speaker 4 (52:00):
This seems to be a social contagion.
Speaker 11 (52:03):
Absolutely, it's extremely evident that teachers are pushing this agenda
on students.
Speaker 10 (52:08):
We see the schools, some of the schools you listed.
Speaker 11 (52:10):
We're getting pictures sent NonStop of trans flags, Pride flags,
BLM flags hung up in these teachers classrooms, and so
it really goes to show as these grown adults are
pushing this ideology, this trans ideology on students, they're going
to start falling for it.
Speaker 10 (52:26):
And like you said, these are miners, these boys.
Speaker 11 (52:29):
Whether or not we agree with what they're doing, and
we absolutely do not agree with them being girls' sports
or pretending to be girls. They are victims to this too,
and it's because of what these teachers are pushing.
Speaker 3 (52:40):
Yeah, and so I want to dive a little bit
deeper into this, and so is it true that we
actually have no idea how the magnitude of this. I mean,
one thing that Trump administration could do is they could
demand information that they could say, hey, we we not
only we prohibiting it, but we are requiring, since you
receive federal money, to know if you have men in
(53:01):
female sports, you guys had to have somewhat informally, in
a gorilla tactic way, compile this list.
Speaker 4 (53:07):
Is that correct?
Speaker 6 (53:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 11 (53:09):
Absolutely, it would be great to have that force being
put on California, being put on CIF because right now
there is no way to fully track those schools and
athletes that you listen off. That's just what we've been
able to pull together, but we know it's happening up
and down our state and more than we can even imagine.
So if we could get President Trump to come in
and force California to start keeping track, that would be phenomenal.
Speaker 3 (53:33):
What what is the rank and file of parents in California?
What are they saying about this? Is word starting to
really get out. The fact that there's now dozens of
these instances of men winning female championships.
Speaker 10 (53:49):
Word is definitely getting out.
Speaker 11 (53:50):
Parents are truly extremely upset in the state of California.
We saw just two years ago as study come out
showing that sixty eight percent of Californians do not agree
with boys in girls' sports. So this is a winning
issue in California. Yet our governor's doing nothing, Our Democrat
legislators are constantly killing bills on this topic, and so
(54:11):
the parents are ready for there to be a change.
We saw when there was the Save Girls' Sports Bills hearings,
one hundred people showed up to urge a yes vote.
We're getting people to show up this Saturday. Parents are
showing up to school board meetings across the state of
California and urging people to save girls' sports. So no
matter what people like to think about California or say
California is a lost cause, it's absolutely not.
Speaker 10 (54:32):
And the parents are fighting back.
Speaker 3 (54:35):
In closing here what are the marching orders? And also
I do want to ask do this this also means
that the boys who are stealing these girls' championships, do
they get access to the girl's locker room.
Speaker 6 (54:46):
Yes.
Speaker 11 (54:46):
Currently, in the state of California, since twenty thirteen, boys
have been allowed to access locker rooms and bathrooms, the girls'
locker rooms and restrooms, and so it's been a big
issue and we need to put an end to that.
And the way people can get involved and make a
difference is CIF is acting like Californians don't want this
change that Californians don't want to stop boys being girls'
(55:08):
locker rooms and sports teams. So we need to make
sure CIF knows Californians and Americans are over what California
is doing. So at Californiafamily dot Org, we just launched
a petition urging CIF to save girl sports. So if
people can sign up for that, we'll get that in
the hands of CIF into their president John Becker and
make sure they know where we stand.
Speaker 4 (55:30):
Very good.
Speaker 3 (55:30):
And again, the Gavin Newsome cowardice is remarkable not speaking
out on this and saying what he said on the
podcast he is, he's such a fraud through and through.
Speaker 4 (55:41):
If I may use that language.

a scam and artificial intelligence is going to replace so
many jobs. It will make millions of college graduates wondering
why did I go to college in the first place.
It's interesting when I go to the college campuses. Sometimes
(59:32):
I'll have some hecklers. At Long Beach, I have some
hecklers whenever. In San Francisco, whenever the topic of AI
comes up, everyone gets really quiet. You could almost hear
a pen drop or a pin drop. Even the protesters
shut up when I start talking about AI because they
(59:53):
know these kids know they're using chat GPT to write
their essays. They're using graw to answer questions. Nobody knows
what the impact of AI will be, but it will
be immense. It could be really good, it could be
really bad.
Speaker 4 (01:00:12):
But they know it.
Speaker 3 (01:00:13):
These nineteen year olds on campus know that they are
going to be disrupted. Despite all the ranting about trans
stuff and open borders, when AI and that topic gets surfaced, woo.
Speaker 4 (01:00:28):
They listen intently.
Speaker 3 (01:00:30):
We know that we will replace a lot of jobs, but
also could destroy a lot of expertise. What if nobody
young knows how to write an essay anymore, that's the
future that we are barreling towards. What if nobody knows
how to do their own research. What if nobody knows
how to think critically? What if nobody knows how to code?
AI could basically destroy the expertise of a generation. However,
(01:00:53):
the jobs that are a little AI proof for now
until robotics to them. But honestly, robotics is still way
far out from replacing these jobs. Human dexterity is going
to be the hardest thing for AI to replace, and
being conservative is very AI proof. Amusingly, so, we have
job protection here on the Charlie kirkshow just reading the
(01:01:14):
news every day. I told this to a certain guy
on CNBC. I said, you know that Ai is going
to take your job soon. Wonderful piece here from the
Wall Street Journal. I had them printed out for us,
But here's in the Wall Street Journal. High school juniors
with seventy thousand dollars a year job offers. Companies with
shortages of skilled workers look to shop class to recruit
(01:01:38):
future hires. Quote like, I'm an athlete getting all the
attention from all these protems.
Speaker 4 (01:01:43):
This is not people associology degrees.
Speaker 3 (01:01:46):
This is not people studying communications, This is not people
studying North African lesbian poetry. No, it is high school
juniors with seventy thousand dollars a year job offers.
Speaker 4 (01:01:58):
In Philadelphia.
Speaker 3 (01:01:59):
Elijahs won't graduate high school until next year, but he
already has a job offer one that pays sixty eight
thousand dollars a year. Rios is seventeen years old, is
a junior taking welding class at a Catholic high school.
Employers are dealing with a shortage of workers as baby
boomers retire. They've increasingly begun courting high school students like Rihosts.
By the way, this is why we should not import
(01:02:20):
cheap labor. This is a perfect example. If you import
a bunch of cheap labor. Yes, companies get labor for less,
but then Rios would not be offered seventy thousand dollars
a year. It's a perfect example of you restrict the
labor market and high schoolers benefit.
Speaker 4 (01:02:39):
Now, mind you, Rios does not need to go to college.
He doesn't need to get a four year degree.
Speaker 3 (01:02:46):
There are eleven million job openings right now where you
can work with your hands. It's the muscular type labor
that pay more than a living wage sixty eight thousand
bucks a year. I know a lot of people that
would want a job for sixty eight thousand bucks a
year at age eighteen, No college debt, no indoctrination, no
lazy river, seventy thousand bucks a year. Jenny Cantrell, eighteen,
(01:03:13):
is working at Conistrano, a plumbing An HVAC mechanical contractor
hosted her in his summer camp in Massachusetts. She credits
the camp for pequing her interest in plumbing and accepted
Costrano's job offer without looking elsewhere.
Speaker 4 (01:03:26):
Quote.
Speaker 3 (01:03:27):
I already had that connection, she says, that's right. This
is a long piece in the Wall Street Journal that
details how now kids are getting high, high paying jobs
in the trades. If you can make seventy thousand dollars
right out of high school right now, you most certainly
should not go to college. And it's not just tuition,
but it's your time as well. It's the compound interest
(01:03:47):
of the extra earnings of those four years. But let
me tell you the biggest problem. The biggest problem is
not the kids. The biggest problem is not the trades.
It's all of you listening right now. That are parents
that are afraid and ashamed of turning to your neighbors
and saying that my kid a welder. You, as a
suburban parent, think that you are a failure if your
kid does not go to University of Iowa. You, as
(01:04:08):
a suburban parent, think that your kid is a failure
if it doesn't go to see you Boulder. That if
you turn to your neighbors and turn to your relatives
and you have Christmas and Thanksgiving and they say, oh,
what is Elijah doing, Oh, Elijah's a welder, they'll scoff.
They'll look at it as if you failed or you
fell short. Parents stop making decisions based on the social
currency from snobbish elitist left wing socialites that act as
(01:04:32):
if you need to make your decisions because you don't
have the Stanford Mom bumper sticker on your lexus. Instead,
you should say, my kid has a seventy thousand dollars
a year job with no debt, working with his hands,
not in doctrinity, loves the country. Your kid is trans
I win be right back.
Speaker 7 (01:05:02):
Welcome back to this Real America's Voice newsbreak. I'm Terrence Bates.
Homeland Security Secretary Christi Nome is in Illinois dropping the
hammer on the state's Democrat Governor J. D.
Speaker 6 (01:05:11):
Pritzker.
Speaker 7 (01:05:12):
In fact, she posted up right in front of his
home earlier to talk about the fact that his state
is a sanctuary state.
Speaker 13 (01:05:22):
Since twenty seventeen, Illinois has been a sanctuary state. The
results have been absolutely disastrous for people who live here.
In twenty twenty, Governor Pritzker expanded access to taxpayer funded
free healthcare for illegal aliens. It has cost the citizens
of Illinois one point six billion dollars. He has been
incentivizing illegals to come here and.
Speaker 3 (01:05:41):
To live in this state.
Speaker 7 (01:05:44):
By the way, Illinois of course, is home to J. D. Pritzker,
and Pritzker is actually out with his own response, saying
that he is going to refute some of what Secretary
Nome has come to a state to talk about and
other headlines this morning. We're also keeping an eye on
the situation in Rome. Of course, the Vatican is home
to one hundred and thirty three cardinals. Right now, those
(01:06:07):
cardinals are going to decide who the next pope will be.
The electors are from about seventy different countries and they're
seeking to name the next pope. The gathering is said
to be the most geographically diverse in the faith's two
hundred year history. Before going into private and secretive deliberations,
the cardinals celebrated in Mass this morning at Saint Peter's Basilica.
(01:06:28):
The Dean of the College of Cardinals presided over that
mask and encouraged his colleagues to find a pope who
prizes unity and sets aside all personal interests. Recently deceased
Pope Francis named one hundred and eight of the one
hundred and thirty three so called Princes of the Church
who will choose his successor. In the meantime, the eyes
of the world will be fixed on the chimney over
(01:06:49):
the Sistine Chapel. Black smoke will billow out of it
if there's a failed vote. The first vote is anticipated
here within the next hour or so.
Speaker 6 (01:06:58):
That's when the.
Speaker 7 (01:06:58):
First smoke will indicate whether the electors or where the
electors stand on the process, while white smoke will indicate
that the Catholic Church has a new leader. The electors
will spend the next three days balloting and trying to
seat a new pontiff. If there is no decision after
three days, balloting will then be suspended for twenty four
hours to allow the cardinal electors time to reflect. However,
(01:07:21):
no conclave has lasted longer than four days since eighteen
thirty one. That's a quick check of your headlines.
Speaker 2 (01:07:37):
Truth in coming. It's the Charlie Kirk Show.
Speaker 3 (01:07:41):
Okay, everybody, As you know, we've gone very very viral
on TikTok as. Reminder here in the Bitcoin dot Com
studio billions and billions of views. Let's show those pictures
again from San Francisco State University. What does a mechanic
and an auto shop owner in Georgia, taco restaurant operator
in Arizona and life saving medical Innovator in Tennessee all
have in common. Well, they thrive on TikTok and we
(01:08:03):
thrive as well. You can see these crowds here. A
lot of those kids watch us on TikTok. In fact,
seventy four percent of businesses on TikTok say TikTok has
allowed them to scale their operations, increasing sales and expanding
new locations, and that growth means jobs. Today there's over
seven and a half million US businesses on TikTok, employing
more than twenty eight million people. Small businesses thrive on TikTok.
(01:08:24):
We thrive on TikTok. Learn more about TikTok's contribution to
the US economy at TikTok economic Impact dot Com. That
is TikTok Economic Impact dot Com. Portions of our program
are brought to in part by TikTok. Right now, there
is a conclave happening in Rome. Now, I am not Catholic,
but I have great reverence for the Catholic Church and
for Catholics, and some of our audiences Catholics. Some of
(01:08:46):
our audience is not Catholic, but this should matter to everybody.
This is arguably the most high profile religious official on
the planet involves geopolitics, it involves issues of morality and
helping us to unpack that is John Yepp, who is
runs Catholics for Catholics.
Speaker 4 (01:09:05):
He is live from Rome. John, great to see you.
Speaker 3 (01:09:09):
Thank you for taking the time first educate our audience
on what is a conclave, who is voting and what
can we expect.
Speaker 14 (01:09:19):
It's great to finally be on the Charlie kirkshow and
what a way to do it right here from Rome
with an incredible view of Saint Peter's Basilica behind me.
You mentioned conclave Latin word for key. So what just happened?
About two hours ago? One hundred and thirty six men
journeyed over to the Sistine Chapel designed by Michael Langelo.
(01:09:40):
They locked themselves in all their lack of trunks for
taking from them and what are they doing? They don't
come out, Those cardinals don't come out until they would
together wear it choose the man that will leave two
billion Catholics around the world. So that's what a conclave is.
This is a tradition that goes back almost really to
(01:10:00):
the foundation of the church two thousand years ago, and
it's a special moment for Christians and non Christians alike around.
Speaker 3 (01:10:06):
The world, and so they're going to meet what exactly
happens in these deliberations and what what is the process?
And this is very rare, right, I mean, this is
only the third time in my lifetime that such a
conclave is occurring.
Speaker 4 (01:10:27):
It is rare. So what's happening.
Speaker 14 (01:10:28):
Obviously, we know that Pope Francis died the day after
Easter or right after j D. Vance and him had
that special moment together that way, and then these past
two weeks have been extremely extremely important, Charlie, because you know,
even if you're not Catholic, you probably understand that we've
had a pontificate under Poe Francis which has genuinely created
a lot of scandal for for Christians across across the world.
(01:10:51):
You know, there's been a lot of just obfuscation on
on on Catholic doctrine and biblical principles. And it's been
a time, he's passed two weeks for the Catholic faithful
to voice their concerns which they have in abundance, to
these men and let them know we want to return
to Orthodoxy that's been so essential. Right, So these cardinals
(01:11:11):
have spent the last two weeks hearing and meeting on
their own. This is actually the first time that they
had been gathered together in roughly ten years, so they
themselves have also had time to get to know each other.
But now it's up to them. Like I said, there's
no electronics. They've cut it themselves off from the outside world,
and it's time to listen. You know, I will say, Charlie,
(01:11:31):
if you're not Kathy like, wait, great, So what is this?
This is like John twenty one being lived out right
before your eyes that moment in Christ told Peter.
Speaker 4 (01:11:40):
He told them two verbs.
Speaker 14 (01:11:42):
He told him, I want you to feed my sheep
boskey from Greek, and I want you to shepherd point Monte,
feed and shepherd the sheep. Christ needed Peter to do that.
So what we're what these men are going to be doing.
They're gonna be choosing that successor of Peter to continue
to leave to administer the Catholic flocker the world.
Speaker 4 (01:12:01):
So let's talk about some of the concerns.
Speaker 3 (01:12:04):
Pope Francis was not necessarily well received by all Catholics.
And I'm not speaking I just know from Catholics I know,
like Taylor Marshall or Jack Posobic privately and publicly Michael Knowles.
They definitely would have some objections with some of his statements.
What are you looking for in the next pope, what
(01:12:25):
do you think could be improved upon?
Speaker 4 (01:12:27):
And who are the front runners?
Speaker 14 (01:12:31):
Cardin Mueller, he's the former head of the Doctrine of
the Faith. He had a great stand and he said, look, people,
this is not about conservatives or progressives. What we want
is either an orthodox or we want not a heterodox
cardinal or a pope. In other words, we want someone
that's faithful to traditions of what we believe. For two
thousand years you had Pope Francis, who you know, he
danced with traditional things like the blessing of same sex marriages.
(01:12:53):
On the geopolitical scale, he signed that horrendous deal with
the Yes China He's communist party, which really sold out
the underground church over there and gave the power to
the Chinese communists that ability to name bishops, something that's
never been done Charlie in two thousand years.
Speaker 4 (01:13:12):
So what are we looking for.
Speaker 14 (01:13:13):
We're looking for someone who's gonna be what the popes
are supposed to be. There's a Latin title for them,
pontifix Maximist. That literally means the greatest bridge builder, a
bridge builder for what between God and Jesus Christ. The
day we failed to mention that name over and over
again is the day that we have failed as a
as a as a as a Christian religion. Okay, So
(01:13:34):
that's what we're looking for in a pope. And also
just even on a ju political scale. You know, Charlie,
you and I grew up in a time where we
lived got dump all the second Ronald Reagan. Look what
they were able to do, uh, to bring down the
Iron curtain. Okay, think, think big. Imagine if we had a.
Speaker 2 (01:13:49):
Pope process a special live report.
Speaker 6 (01:13:52):
Welcome back to everyone.
Speaker 7 (01:13:53):
We're taking you live to the Oval Office where President
Trump is getting ready to help in the swearing in
ceremony for the new ambassador to China.
Speaker 15 (01:14:01):
Celebration of our own and the victory was mostly accomplished
because of us, whether you like it or not, we
came into that war and we won that war, and
we had a lot of help from a lot of
great people, a lot of great allies. But I think
there would be nobody that would say that we were
(01:14:21):
not the dominant force in that war and we don't
celebrate it, and I think that's a great disservice to
the people that lost their lives and people that fought
so hard in winning World War Two. And also a
separate victory Day for World War One, and we're going
to be doing that too. It was American tanks and
(01:14:41):
ships and trucks and airplanes and service members that vanquished
the enemy eighty years ago. This week without America deliberation
would never have happened. And so we have to pay
tribute and homage to those people that gave us victory.
Speaker 6 (01:15:02):
And we did something else that people don't talk about.
We rebuilt the world.
Speaker 15 (01:15:08):
All of these countries that were destroyed, we helped them rebuild,
and that's something that for the most part, others did
not do. So with this proclamation, we are here by
honoring the incredible sacrifice and heroism of millions of Americans
who served in World War Two, along with the unprecedented
(01:15:30):
mobilization home front that helped deliver this great triumph. All
Americans should take pride in what these incredible patriots have achieved.
Speaker 6 (01:15:40):
So I just want to say happy Victory Day to all.
Speaker 15 (01:15:43):
So we are celebrating every year now I can guarantee
for four years. But I think after that we're going
to have two victory Days, World War One.
Speaker 6 (01:15:53):
And World War II.
Speaker 15 (01:15:54):
This is World War II Victory Day. In the future,
we're going to have a major celebration of each day.
We're not going to have days off because we don't
have enough days in the year. We have too many
celebrations already. But we're going to have Victory Day and
for World War One world War two, and without us,
(01:16:18):
those wars would not have been one.
Speaker 6 (01:16:22):
I think we can say that would not have been won.
Speaker 15 (01:16:25):
And I think it's time that the United States start
taking credit for their achievements.
Speaker 6 (01:16:31):
And it's I really believe it's a shame, you know.
Speaker 15 (01:16:35):
I was watching for the last week and I noticed France,
I noticed other countries all getting ready for Victory Day,
and I said, that's sort of strange because David just
added something. He said, we also rebuilt the world, and
I didn't have that, and I should have that that
was a big factor. But I noticed all of the countries,
(01:16:57):
Russia having a big day to me, and by the way,
they lost millions of people and they were absolutely a
major factor, but there was no major factor like us.
We won the war and we want it with the
help of others, but everybody was celebrating with the United
States of America. And I said, you know, I think
(01:17:19):
it's time that we start celebrating victory. And that's what
we're doing. So now for the reason that we're here.
But I asked David, would it be appropriate if I
did that? He said, absolutely, that's a big thing that
we're doing when your swearing, and very big thing. But
(01:17:39):
now for the real reason and a reason that I'm
very proud of, because he's been my friend for a
long time, we're swearing in our next ambassador to the
People's Republic of China.
Speaker 6 (01:17:49):
What timing, David, what timing?
Speaker 15 (01:17:52):
Only you could have picked this timing.
Speaker 6 (01:17:55):
I picked him a long.
Speaker 15 (01:17:56):
Time ago, but it just happened to come doing a
pretty important date. But our friend David Purdue, Senator David
Purdue joining David this afternoon or his incredible wife Bonnie
has been at his site for a long time. Their
sons David and Blake, their daughter in law Danielle, and
(01:18:17):
daughter in lawa Charlotte, and their grandsons David Hudson and Jack.
Speaker 6 (01:18:22):
That's a beautiful family. Congratulations. I didn't think you had
it in you, David. Something that's pretty amazing. Look at that.
Speaker 15 (01:18:31):
Our new ambassador brings to this position a lifetime of
experience at the highest levels of business and politics, and
he is.
Speaker 6 (01:18:40):
At the highest level.
Speaker 15 (01:18:41):
Over four decades in business, he rose to lead several
major American corporations, including as the president and CEO of
the footwear giant Reebok, where he did very well. He
did a great job, and later CEO of Dollar General. Likewise,
he did a great job. David also lived and worked
in Singapore and Hong Kong for several years, developing a
(01:19:04):
wealth of experience negotiating and doing tremendous business deals for
lots of different leaders that he worked with. Following his
tremendous business success as an executive, David stepped forward to
serve American government, and as we all know, in twenty fourteen,
he was elected United States Senate in Georgia, and he
(01:19:27):
was very popular, very respected from day one. He served
on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and was a tremendous
partner to our administration. During my first term, I dealt
with him a lot, and he solved a lot of problems.
Now I'm interesting David to help manage one of America's
most complex and consequential foreign relationships, and I.
Speaker 6 (01:19:50):
Know he'll do a fantastic job.
Speaker 15 (01:19:53):
As our lead diplomat in Beijing, David will work to
promote American interest and stability in the the Indo Pacific,
help stop the flood of Chinese fentanyl across our borders,
which we have to do. We lost I believe three
hundred thousand people last year, seek fairness and reciprocity for
the American worker insured, the safety of our citizens overseas,
(01:20:17):
and promote peace.
Speaker 6 (01:20:18):
In the region and in the world.
Speaker 15 (01:20:21):
And I'm confident that he will do an exceptional job.
Speaker 6 (01:20:24):
He's an exceptional man.
Speaker 15 (01:20:27):
And make our country very proud and make our country
very safe too. So David, I want to congratulate you.
This is as big as it gets, and the timing
is unbelievable, but it's time that we have somebody like this.
This is a very very extraordinary man, and you're going
to do a fantastic job and say hello to President
(01:20:48):
she when you're over their place.
Speaker 6 (01:20:50):
Okay, thank you very much, Marco. Would you do the service.
Thank you. Just put your left hand and lose a
right rasure.
Speaker 16 (01:21:01):
That I am all right, I stated I, David Purdue.
Speaker 17 (01:21:05):
Do solemnly swear, Do solemnly swear that I will support
and defend, that I will support and defend the.
Speaker 16 (01:21:11):
Constitution of the United States, the Constitution of the United States.
Speaker 9 (01:21:14):
Against all enemies, against solid enemies, foreign and domestic.
Speaker 6 (01:21:17):
Foreign and domesty.
Speaker 8 (01:21:18):
That I will bear true faith, that I will bear
true faith and allegiance and allegiance to the same, to
the same. That I take this obligation.
Speaker 17 (01:21:26):
Freely, that I take this obligation free without any mental.
Speaker 16 (01:21:29):
Reservation, without any mental reservation or a purpose of evasion
or purpose of evasion.
Speaker 6 (01:21:34):
And that I will well and that.
Speaker 16 (01:21:35):
I will well and faithfully discharge and faithfully discharge the
duties of the office and duties of the office on
which I am about to enter, in which I'm about
to enter.
Speaker 6 (01:21:44):
So help me, God, So help me God.
Speaker 1 (01:21:46):
Congratulations.
Speaker 10 (01:21:47):
Maybe some.
Speaker 6 (01:21:56):
David, would you like to say something.
Speaker 16 (01:21:57):
Now, mister President. I'm humbled to be in this office today.
I love what you've done with this office. I like
the Declaration of Independence. I want the world to know
that I know this man personally. He loves this country
and I am glad to be your man in China.
Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 15 (01:22:17):
I think, just for the sake of formality, here we go, David,
come on up, come on up here, Bonnie.
Speaker 6 (01:22:25):
That's what it's all about, right, and now we send
you on your way. That's your luck. Well right behind you, David.
Speaker 15 (01:22:37):
Congratulations, everybody, congratulations.
Speaker 6 (01:22:42):
Any questions.
Speaker 18 (01:22:44):
Secretary just told lawmakers that a tarriff exemption for certain
baby items like car seats is under consideration. Will you
exempt some products that families right?
Speaker 15 (01:22:53):
No, no, no, I'll think about it. I don't know, I
really don't. I want to make it nice and simple.
I'm not looking to have so many exis emptions that
nobody knows what's doing.
Speaker 6 (01:23:01):
We have to make it very simple.
Speaker 15 (01:23:03):
But I'll take a look at its President.
Speaker 10 (01:23:07):
There are rumplings in Washington.
Speaker 8 (01:23:08):
That's some House Republican moderates are opposed to defunding planned
parent putting this year's reconciliation package. What do you say
to those members and are you supportive of them?
Speaker 6 (01:23:17):
Well, I don't know yet.
Speaker 15 (01:23:17):
I have to see because you're just telling me that
for the first time. Well, we'll work something outs what
are you.
Speaker 17 (01:23:22):
Hoping your representatives will get out of the talks in
Switzerland on China? And secondly, what is China need to
do on federl specifically what he wants to go.
Speaker 6 (01:23:30):
They have to stop Fentanel from coming in a big part.
Speaker 15 (01:23:33):
And I had that understanding with President she before I
left last time, and we had a deal and he
would have honored the deal. But when Biden came in,
of course nothing ever happened with him. He didn't know
what the hell he was doing. But that would have
saved a lot of lives. That election cost us a
lot of lives and a lot of heartache. The fact
that we went through four years of misery and you
(01:23:54):
look at what's coming through the border and the job
of getting murderers out of our country. Somebody, so many
bad things happened. The wards you wouldn't be having You
wouldn't have October seventh, you wouldn't have Russia fighting with Ukraine.
You wouldn't have had that disaster in Afghanistan, you wouldn't
have had inflation. All these things would have not taken place.
(01:24:15):
So sad to see what happened. Any other questions.
Speaker 6 (01:24:20):
Administration sending migrants to Labia. I don't know. You'll have
to ask Homeland Security please.
Speaker 10 (01:24:30):
Said Russia was asking for too much to add to
the work. Given that, do you still have its propletence?
Speaker 6 (01:24:35):
When did he say that earlier this morning? Well, it's possible,
that's right.
Speaker 15 (01:24:40):
He may know some things that because I've been dealing
with this and some other things.
Speaker 6 (01:24:45):
But we are.
Speaker 15 (01:24:46):
Getting to a point where some decisions.
Speaker 6 (01:24:51):
Are going to have to be made. I'm not happy
about it. I'm not happy about it. Okay, on the
talks and switch one, what do you expect to do?
What do you hope to come up? We'll see.
Speaker 15 (01:25:00):
I mean, look, it's we were losing a trillion dollars
a year. Now we're not losing anything, you know, That's
the way I look at it. We were losing with
China on trade at trillion dollars a year more actually
one point in one, but let's say a trillion.
Speaker 6 (01:25:14):
You know what we're losing now nothing. That's not bad.
Speaker 3 (01:25:19):
It's funny if you ceasefire and hostage a proposal.
Speaker 15 (01:25:22):
For as before you head in the region next week
where where in gossip in Gaza? Well, we're going to
see what's happening there a lot of talking about Gaza
right now. You know that, right, so you'll be knowing
probably in the next twenty four hours.
Speaker 3 (01:25:40):
As to the word Indian pack said, what's what's your position?
Speaker 6 (01:25:45):
Oh, it's so terrible.
Speaker 15 (01:25:46):
My position is I get along with both, I know
both very well, and I want to see them work
it out. I want to see him stop and hopefully
they can stop now. They've gone tit for tat, so
hopefully they can stop now. But I know both, We
get along with both, the countries very well, good relationships
with both, and I want to see it stop.
Speaker 6 (01:26:06):
And if I can do anything to help, I will.
I will be there.
Speaker 15 (01:26:11):
By the way, unrelated, but I guess it's all related
when you look at the world nowadays, Rwanda and the Congo,
we've made a lot of progress in getting that disaster stopped.
We've had a very talented person over there, and we've
made a lot of progress with Rwanda and Congo fighting
a very violent war.
Speaker 6 (01:26:31):
By the way, China.
Speaker 18 (01:26:33):
Says, in order to have substantive negotiations, you have to
bring down your one hundred and forty five percent tariffs.
Are you open to pulling back your tariffs in order
to get China to the negotiating table.
Speaker 3 (01:26:42):
No Senator Tillis has come out against Martin as US attorney.
Do you have any response to that.
Speaker 15 (01:26:50):
Well, it's disappointing, because you know, I know it, he's
very talented.
Speaker 6 (01:26:55):
Crime is down in Washington, d C.
Speaker 15 (01:26:57):
Street crime, violent crime by twenty five percent, and that's
people have seen.
Speaker 6 (01:27:04):
They've noticed a big difference. So I haven't. I didn't
know that.
Speaker 15 (01:27:07):
But if he if anybody voted against him, I feel
very badly about it, only in the sense that in
this short period of time that he's been there, crime
is down twenty five percent in Washington, D C. But
that's really up to the senators. If they feel that way,
they have to vote the way they vote. They have
to follow their heart and they have to follow their minds.
Speaker 1 (01:27:31):
The rebet goal, are you going to make kind of help?
Speaker 15 (01:27:33):
They're going to ask me about that when I get there,
and I'll have to make a decision.
Speaker 6 (01:27:38):
I don't want to.
Speaker 15 (01:27:38):
Hurt anybody's feelings. I don't know if feelings are going
to be hurt. Why have a case right over here.
It's called Gulf of America. And I guess a lot
of people get ideas from US, but the Gulf of
America was something I thought should have been named a
long time ago. I'm going to be given a briefing
on that. It was just done, and I'll make a decision.
Speaker 17 (01:28:00):
Is the US position that Iran can have an a
richeral program as long as it doesn't we reach the weapons.
Speaker 6 (01:28:05):
We haven't made that decision yet.
Speaker 15 (01:28:07):
We will, but we haven't made that decision yet, kind
of said.
Speaker 18 (01:28:11):
The US initiated the trade talks this week and in
that ASH position hasn't changed.
Speaker 10 (01:28:16):
Are you still confident you can reach a deal of chara?
Speaker 15 (01:28:19):
They said we initiated, Well, I think they ought to
go back and study their files.
Speaker 6 (01:28:25):
Okay, I do think that go ahead?
Speaker 14 (01:28:27):
Well, were ease should a support restrictions to some of
these Gulf countries and also make announcements.
Speaker 15 (01:28:33):
Regards we might be doing that, Yeah, and civilian and
it'll be announced soon. Well, we're gonna take a look.
We're gonna take a look. But you know, we had
really a very good as you know, we had a
very good uh outcome with the Hooties and we honor
their word and they made a commitment, and we dealt
(01:28:56):
with other countries that were close to them and their surrogance,
and we honor all of their.
Speaker 6 (01:29:02):
Words and we'll see what happens.
Speaker 15 (01:29:04):
But I think, you know, I believe that hopefully that's
over with and they'll leave the ships alone, you know,
just leave those ships alone.
Speaker 6 (01:29:14):
But so we do we take their word for it.
It was you know, we hit them very hard.
Speaker 15 (01:29:18):
They had a great capacity to withstand punishment. They took
tremendous punishment and you know, you could say there's a
lot of bravery there that it was amazing what they took.
But we honor their commitment and they gave us their
word that they wouldn't be shooting ships anymore, and we
(01:29:38):
honor that. I want to thank you all for being here.
I want to congratulate David for doing his family. He's
going to be really an incredible ambassador to China, have
no doubt about it. And we're going to work together
very closely. Thank you all very much.
Speaker 6 (01:29:53):
Thank you, thank you.
Speaker 4 (01:30:00):
All.
Speaker 7 (01:30:00):
Right, So that was President Trump. You just saw the
swearing in of David Purduh as the new ambassador of China.
Of course, that's happening right before President Trump's representatives are
going to be meeting with Chinese trade officials to talk
about tariffs. That is set to happen on Saturday in Geneva, Switzerland,
so that's obviously something we're going to be watching. President
(01:30:21):
Trump also answering a number of questions from reporters there
in the Oval Office as he compares to continue his
day with some of the other things happening today. We'll
of course have more here on Real America's Voice, but
for now, let's get you to break
