Speaker 1 (00:02):
This is the primal scream of a dying regime. Pray
for our enemies because we're going to medieval.
Speaker 2 (00:10):
On these people.
Speaker 1 (00:12):
You've not got a free shot.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
All these networks lying about the people, the people have had.
Speaker 1 (00:17):
A belly full of it. I know you don't like
hearing that. I know you tried to do everything in
the world to stop that, but you're not going to
stop it. It's going to happen.
Speaker 4 (00:24):
And where do people like that go to share the
big line? Mega media?
Speaker 3 (00:29):
I wish in my soul, I wish that any of
these people had a conscience.
Speaker 1 (00:34):
Ask yourself, what is my task and what is my purpose?
Speaker 5 (00:38):
If that answer is to save my country, this country
will be saved.
Speaker 4 (00:44):
Worry you use your host Stephen Kama.
Speaker 6 (00:49):
Twenty four thousand dollars a year, we'll get a seventy
dollars tax break, enough for a tank of gas or two,
but a family and the richest point one percent gets
a two hundred and fifty five thousand dollars tax break,
enough for a new Lamborghini, and it keeps getting better
for the richest of the rich.
Speaker 7 (01:06):
Republicans make the tax cuts for Bill kare.
Speaker 5 (01:09):
Here, Joe, But you're listening to the twenty twenty six
midterm right there, folks, so a lot of soory. You're
doing the budget commande. I hear they're going to try
to force a vote. We're going to be in and
out monitoring this. I think Chip Roy and Ralph Norman,
some of the budget hawks, some of the deficit hawks
are all over the same. This thing doesn't work right now.
(01:30):
We've got to rethink this, so we'll see how this
plays out. Johnson's saying he wants to bring I think
to overall to the floor on Monday, the whole thing
to kind of meet this Memorial Day time friend that've
got to pass. The sentence already said not going to
pass in the Senate, not gonna come close.
Speaker 1 (01:46):
They're gonna have to rework it.
Speaker 5 (01:47):
So we're going to be going in and out of
this throughout the rest of the war room, and then
a big analysis and.
Speaker 1 (01:53):
Assessment at in the five to seven hour.
Speaker 5 (01:57):
By the way, George Simeon, who joined his labst night
in Parish, was there with the expatriate Romanians. He's been
going around to Europe make sure he's got all those votes,
is going to join us tonight. I want to go
to Romania our own Tom. Dan's normally in Greenland, but
today in Romania. Get us up to speed.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
Tom.
Speaker 5 (02:16):
You're over there as kind of an observer and to
provide kind of moral support. How does this populist nationalist
Sovereigntists party, how's it look? You already had one election
stolen from How do we look for Sunday?
Speaker 3 (02:29):
Hey, everybody is ready here, Steve, great to be with
you and the Posse.
Speaker 7 (02:33):
We're getting close to the moment of truth here.
Speaker 3 (02:36):
Everybody's excited, confident, this about running through the tape. They
really believe the numbers are behind them. They like what
they're seeing, especially what it's not. I think the Posse
won't be surprised to hear that there's a phenomenon here
that's the silent George Simeon voter, kind of like you're
silent Trump voter.
Speaker 7 (02:56):
And that's significant.
Speaker 3 (02:57):
You know, once you have the operatus of the state,
go go to work against the incident insurgent campaign and
even go to to disqualifying and taking taking people of elections,
then you can't really put a lot of stock into poles.
And as we saw in the first round, these polls
were way off.
Speaker 7 (03:14):
I know there are some things out here I.
Speaker 3 (03:16):
Don't want I don't want people to get taken away
by the misdirect because we're in that zone here. So
you know, think Wisconsin and a Trump pole and you
know twenty twenty where we know how that came out.
But you're going to see you're going to see numbers
that are going to show Dan ahead. That's just not
the case. And when you when you factor in the
(03:37):
h this kind of called a spiral of silence. That's
the significant kind of an eight point kind of gain
that we see.
Speaker 7 (03:47):
So people are good.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
That's about running through the tape, big execution.
Speaker 7 (03:51):
It's gonna be a bigger vote.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
You're going to also have a significant portion coming in
from the diaspora voter.
Speaker 5 (03:59):
So you've got what about God, that's why he's out
and you were able to get to the diaspor Tom
What about what about this issue of them stealing it?
Speaker 1 (04:07):
You know they've already they've already rejected.
Speaker 5 (04:09):
One election where they won outright, Uh, George got forty
percent of the vote last time.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
They freaked out.
Speaker 5 (04:16):
What about the EU, the Party of Davos, the deep state.
Speaker 1 (04:21):
Over in Europe stealing this thing on Sunday.
Speaker 3 (04:24):
Hey, hey, look, polls are big media and and and the.
Speaker 7 (04:27):
Brussels brigade right, that's leading those.
Speaker 3 (04:30):
And there's really marginal downside to not attempting every last
thing if you're really looking at the uh, you know,
the last screams of a dying regime here. That's the
same in here. So the best thing you can do is,
uh make it too big to rig.
Speaker 8 (04:45):
Right.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
That worked in in Pennsylvania, work in Transylvania, and that's
the that's the game plan here. You just kind of
go out, you run through the tape, you get a
lot of eyes on the poles.
Speaker 7 (04:57):
George and his team have lined that up, you know, thankfully.
Speaker 3 (05:00):
Here it's a paper ballot, one day vote Tomorrow, it's
a little bit different.
Speaker 7 (05:05):
They go into a day of silence.
Speaker 3 (05:07):
So as of seven am tomorrow, you know, there's a
white out in terms of no discussion of the campaign
publicly on TV and media and that includes social media.
Speaker 7 (05:19):
Now, so that's a much.
Speaker 3 (05:21):
Different phenomenon than a barnstorming last twenty four hours that
we have here. But you know it's going to be
it's going to be a battle like any others. There's
nobody's going to hand you this even though it's been
taken away from you a few times here.
Speaker 5 (05:36):
So, brother Dan's what's your social media? How can people
follow up me? We'll try to get you on tomorrow
morning on the Saturday Morning Show. We've also got a
couple of the people flying in from Europe we're going
to try to get Also, we're going to be there
on Sunday.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
How do people follow you?
Speaker 7 (05:54):
Sure?
Speaker 3 (05:55):
I'm met on Twitter x at Tom Dan's t O
M the A N S c f A uh and also, uh,
I wanted to give a shout out to Will Done
here is a good friend. He's uh uh head of
the College Republicans of America and has really been helping
(06:15):
on the polls front, helping George and team crunch numbers
and and uh really some fule effort.
Speaker 7 (06:21):
So we'll be given.
Speaker 3 (06:22):
We'll be tweeting out, giving up updates and and looking
forward to keeping the posse.
Speaker 1 (06:27):
So what's that Twitter? What's the Twitter feed? One more time?
So what's the Twitter feed? One more times? So we
can follow up.
Speaker 3 (06:33):
At Tom Dan's c f A Chartered Financial Analysts.
Speaker 5 (06:39):
Make sure you're make sure you own the up and up. Okay,
Grace Moe, let's get that out of everybody. Tom Dance,
thank you so much, brother.
Speaker 7 (06:46):
Thanks.
Speaker 5 (06:46):
I think Tom's the handsome one and Paul's the smart one.
I may have a reverse identical twins. Thank you, sir,
Paul Love the infamous the phrase it will not be said.
Project twenty Captain Fanel Rabbi Wilecki, who's one of the
smartest guys I know. He's got to bring a peace
(07:06):
up about everything that took place in the Middle East
this week. And because there's a lot of criticism on
Nen Yahoo and the Israelis are loss and saying, hey,
you're not seeing the big picture. The Chinese Communist Party
is who lost? Give me a minute or two before
we talk about your your take on Edloose's book or
theory the case historically, How do you think it went
(07:27):
this week?
Speaker 1 (07:27):
Who are the winners, who are the losers?
Speaker 8 (07:34):
Segments basically, which is to say that we have secured
peace again, not permanently, but we've reinstituted the Abraham Accord
mindset that was in the first administration to tell the world, hey,
we're not going to be involved with you know.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
Picking and choosing who runs what countries.
Speaker 8 (07:51):
In the Middle East and then we're going to let
you guys run your own atmosphere in your own region.
Will monitor, but that's not our big it's not our business.
And that allows the United States government to then get
its sites back on the right thing, the main thing,
which is the government that wishes to displace us and
destroy us, which is the Chinese Communist Party that runs
(08:12):
the People's Republic of China. So I think in this
geo strategic sense, it's a major win for the United States,
and it should tell China and you know, the people
inside the Communist Party that we see you, and we
know what you're doing, and you're not going.
Speaker 2 (08:29):
To continue to get away with what you've been doing.
Speaker 5 (08:34):
You know, I've said many times I was on one
of those battle groups in the North Arabian Sea in
the work up for the hostage rescue attempt in Iran
or in Persia back in seventy nine.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
And eighty.
Speaker 5 (08:51):
Ed Luce had a very specific take, and I'm a
big advocate of this book. You want to really find
out about the National Security Council, how it evolved, and
Kissinger and all this and just an amazing.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
THURSI back in time to the seventies.
Speaker 5 (09:04):
You very much disagree with Ed Loose and his take
on what Brazinski and Brazinsky has a platform for President
Trump's coming a President Reagan coming in and taking down
the evil empire.
Speaker 8 (09:14):
Sir, Yeah, I mean, yet, I'm not against people reading books,
and I'm sure it's very fascinating to read. But what
I took from yesterday's discussion was that it came across
as a bit of a Hay geography, you know, the
biography of a saint, and the you know, this idea
that what.
Speaker 2 (09:32):
Was said and wasn't what wasn't said. So what was said.
Speaker 8 (09:35):
Yesterday was you know that it was really the Zabrinsky
that you know, influenced Reagan's notion of I win you
die as he was talking about America's reaction and.
Speaker 2 (09:47):
Response to the Soviet Union.
Speaker 8 (09:49):
I've talked to people that were alive in working in
the first Reagan administration and around him, and they patently
they say, say, it's patently false that you know, this
was not something that Reagan co opted from Zabrinsky. The
same with this idea that you know somehow that he
you know, restored defense spending. I came in in eighty six,
(10:12):
and the defense spending was restored under Ronald Reagan. It
was his build up, It was his idea of peace
through strength, wasn't Carter's. And you live that in the
seventy nine to eighty timeframe. The same thing with this
idea that you know there was Zabrinsky that helped lure
the Soviets into Afghanistan just seems to be a little
(10:32):
bit of a hagiographal approach of how he writes about him,
the same with the pope and things.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
Of that nature.
Speaker 8 (10:39):
And it was also discussed today said that you know,
Zabrinsky wasn't a pessimist like Kissinger about America's foreign policy
in America's.
Speaker 9 (10:47):
Future, And the things that I've read and.
Speaker 8 (10:49):
Researched here say that that's not necessarily true. And I
will give you now the two things that really didn't
get discussed yesterday that really are the lasting, true, lasting
negative legacies of Zabrinski and Carter. One is nineteen seventy
nine switching recognition from Taiwan to the Chinese Communist Party
(11:10):
in Beijing. The lasting impacts of what that did in
establishing most Favored Nation status that Zabrinsky was very supportive
of and.
Speaker 2 (11:20):
This idea that he talked about.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
You know that he died, but he.
Speaker 5 (11:26):
Hang but he what Kissinger and Nixon did with malse
tongue and showing lie back in what the early seventies
didn't that almost it just start an evolutionary I'm not
saying I agree with it, but sort of evolutionary movement
that the CCP is going to be the recognized government
of mainland and eventually going to have to get away
(11:47):
from representative recognizing Taiwan at least as the rest of.
Speaker 8 (11:53):
That's a conventional wisdom is that what Kissinger and Nixon
did in seventy seventy one ultimately led to what happened
in seventy nine, But I think that's not necessarily true.
It was the belief system of Zabrinski especially that thought
that we must cooperate and destabilize and end the destabilization
by cooperating with China, and so there was a way
(12:15):
to be able to work through a different way to
continue to recognize the legitimacy of Taiwan. We had a
command there since nineteen fifty five called the Taiwan Defense Command.
They shut that down, so we are now in a
position where we're militarily in a bad position because of
that decision that was made back in seventy nine that
(12:36):
could have been adjusted. And then the other one that
he did, which is the Panama Canal, and it was
under Carter and Zabrinski, and it was Zabrinski that really
was pushing Carter, saying you must do something because there's
these threat of riots there. And I have colleagues that
served in the canal zone during that time frame, and
they they're adamant that those threats about riots and that
(12:57):
the canal would collapse and fall, you know, you know,
would stop the flow of traffic was an exaggerated threat,
but they used that. And this is where I suggest
that Zabrinski was actually a pessimist about America as well,
because he sought to pull back America and to make
us weaker, and he trusted this notion that we could
(13:19):
cooperate and engage with the Chinese Communist Party, and even
up until right before he died, when he was eighty
five years old, he was interviewed and he made similar
such comments. So he was unreconstructed, in my opinion, from
the seventies, all the way through until his death, that
he believed in engagement with the Chinese Communist Party. And
(13:39):
he's known as a Hawk, and he's known as an
anti communist, but he is really an anti Russian because
he was Polish. So I think his Polish roots explain
his views of the Soviet Union, which he really talked
about as a Russian empire more than he talked about
them being a communist led a regime.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
So I think we need to be look at it. Yeah, great,
I love it. I love that. Counter your team up
perfect to post Hovic.
Speaker 5 (14:05):
We're gonna get on and talk about the election in
Poland and the Middle East, all of it.
Speaker 1 (14:09):
Captain. You don't have social media, do you. Eventually we'll
have to talk you into that.
Speaker 2 (14:14):
I might have something in American greatness.
Speaker 1 (14:18):
American greatness this weekend.
Speaker 5 (14:19):
Okay, we'll look forward and push it, Captain Fanel the
smartest of the smart and keeping it on the main
thing was the takedown of the Chinese Communist Party, the
freeing of Laobaijing.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
Captain, thank you so much for joining us today from overseas.
Speaker 5 (14:34):
Appreciate your thank you. By Wow, Brazinski was not anti communist.
He was anti Russian. He was anti Russian because of
his Polish roots. A lot of people said that's why
he kept trying to push him towards Afghanistan and away
from an invasion of Poland. D Jack Pasobic next in
(14:54):
the war room.
Speaker 4 (15:00):
Here's your host, Stephen K.
Speaker 8 (15:02):
Baan.
Speaker 5 (15:04):
There's a very fluid situation with the budget committee, but
I think three votes kills it from coming at a committee.
Make sure the guy go back and working right now.
Chip Roy Norman and Andy Clyde Andrew Clyde of Georgia
think Clyde's a no. Breaching from Oklahoma's been showing a
number of times. Joshua breaching, think breaching maybe a no.
(15:26):
But it looks like three, four or five maybe five notes,
don't know, but I'll say they got three right now.
Who knows. Very flexible situation. Maybe we're gonna start twisting
some arms. That's the case. It kind of goes back
and you've got all kinds of issues people have on everything.
So we will continue to monitor that directly. Field of
(15:47):
Greens real organic superfood. I take that in the morning
of my shot. I put it in the water before
I get the warpath coffee bruin you get a twenty
percent discount. Fieldegreens dot com. Doctor Kim and the team
over there. This will give you a jolt. This is
the all of your fruits and vegetables that you need
every day. And it's not the kind of artificial way
(16:10):
that other people that advertise dramatically on cable TV, particularly
cable news. This is real organic superfood Field of Greens.
Fieldgreens dot Com twenty percent off. Go check it out today.
Promo code war Room or promo code Bannon, maybe use
them both get forty percent. Who knows, doubtful, but tried out.
You will not regret it. You'll feel great by taking this.
(16:32):
Jack Posobik, you just had. Captain Fanel's probably one of
the smartest guys that know. Say, hey, look on this
new book by ed Loose about Brazinski. Ed Loose, the
columnists and senior editor at the Financial Times of London
US editor. He says, hey, Brazinski wasn't anti communist because
he rubbed up on the Chinese Communist Party and try
(16:54):
to gage her. He's just another in just another poll
who's anti Russian.
Speaker 10 (16:59):
Your thoughts, sir, well, Steve, I mean, keep in mind
that for a lot of the neocons and neoliberals that
have come to the United States, these actually emerged as
the Trotskyites. So the Trotskyites were pushed out of the
Soviet Union when Stalin took over them, and this school
(17:19):
of thought was pushed out of places like Poland, placed
on the periphery like Bestarabia, Ukraine, Victoria Nulin her family.
They were pushed out. They come to the United States,
and so they hate Russia because they view themselves as
the people who should be ruling Russia. It's not that
(17:39):
they're not communists. They're still communists. They were just the
communists that got pushed out in one of the many
communist purges that took place. So Stalin took over, he
had the Stalinization. Prior to that, you had the Bolsheviks
that pushed out the Mensheviks. That's when Lenin took over,
and Leninism, Marxist Leninism, took over the party, took over
the country and took over the revolution.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
This is what you always have. And so Brazinski, he's.
Speaker 10 (18:02):
Coming to this from the perspective of again, he's not
anti communist. A lot of these guys aren't anti communists.
What they are is their anti your version of communism.
They want their version, their wing of communism, to be
the one that's in power. And this is basically set
the stage for where we are today with the system
(18:24):
of globalism which emanates from Brussels and other globalist nodes
Davos obviously, this mini Davos that just took place over
the last couple of days in Poland, where they're trying
to get their hooks in anywhere they can because they
can see this system creaking apart.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
That's what President Trump is doing with these tariffs.
Speaker 10 (18:43):
That's why he's put the infrastructure in place to break
the system of globalism and free the countries of the
people that are still behind it, the same way in
many ways that we broke the system of the Cold
War and the Iron Curtain and all the countries of
the War's up Pact. We're under that. This is a
liberation movement. That's what mag is about, and that's why
(19:05):
these elections. People say post so, why do you going
to Romania while you're interviewing the Romanian presidential candidate. I
thought you were America first. Why are you talking about
the Polish election? Yeah, you're Polish does care about.
Speaker 1 (19:14):
No, no, no.
Speaker 10 (19:15):
What we carry is about liberating the central animating force
of every country being its people. The superpower of every
country is its people. That's why we talk about the
Laubaijing in China. That's why we talk about the Russian serfs,
the Russia. Jadie Vance got in trouble for talking about
Chinese peasants, But what he's talking about is caring about
(19:35):
the people over the oligarchs that would be in control
of these countries and these massive, supernatural supranational international systems.
Speaker 1 (19:45):
And that's why we're focused on this. In Brasiinski, Yeah,
he was one of the.
Speaker 10 (19:48):
Guys that built a competing system of communism which we
now call globalism today, in order to compete with the
Soviet Union.
Speaker 5 (19:59):
You're talking about the these elections that are going we
folks in Romania, the second round, the first round of
Poland kick kicks off. We've got a great sovereignty movement
over there. It looks like they're trailing in the polls
and maybe even getting farther behind.
Speaker 1 (20:11):
But talk about this event. This is actually in the fix.
Speaker 10 (20:15):
Yep, go ahead, if I could, if I could throw
out on that Atlas intel. You remember those guys out
of Brazil. They were they they were number one in
in the Brazilian elections. They actually underestimated Bolsnaro the first
time around. He came out overperformed to everything, and they said,
you guys are They said, you were being too uh here,
being too pro Bolsonaro, and then he came out and
overperformed that.
Speaker 1 (20:35):
Atlas Intel was out.
Speaker 10 (20:36):
This morning, which I think is probably going to be
the last poll going into the first round of the
Polish elections on Sunday, and this has got the conservative
about a point up over the liberal over there over
the globalist and folks, remember Atlas Intel, they were the
ones that called seven for seven of the swing states
and that Donald Trump would narrowly win the popular vote
(20:57):
and all of that.
Speaker 1 (20:58):
So why is a bomb they have this? And this
is the way Davos works.
Speaker 5 (21:02):
They have this huge conference of investors and crypto and
tech and all this, and it's all Obama's administration and Obama,
I'm here, is getting paid a million bucks to go
give a speech over there. Is any of this accurate
as they try to gun deck to just try to
dominate media with all these globalists and all these great
left wing Americans on the eve of the selection.
Speaker 10 (21:23):
Sir Well, Steve, and the great Voycheck Pablchek, who's been
a long time member of the War Room Posse, has
been posting this up and giving us the translation to English.
And so I'm drifting off of him, drafting off of
him a little bit here, But what he's saying is, it's.
Speaker 1 (21:41):
Very clear to me.
Speaker 10 (21:42):
You've got Barack Obama, John Kerry, Francis Fukuyama, Valerie Jarrett,
and Apple Bama, who is from the Atlantic, who's married
the crown Princess of Globalism at the Atlantic, who's married
to Sikorski, the Minister of Defense of the current globalist
prime ministership in Poland. Today, they're all over there speaking
(22:02):
by the way, Alex Soro speaking in conjunction with Huma Avidan.
I don't know if they're married or if they've got
like some kind of thruptle thing going on over there.
And but of course we all know her connections to
Hillary Clinton and to Anthony Wiener. They're all there today,
and Steve, we can sit there and talk about, Oh,
it's so terrible, and they're doing all this. Why have
(22:24):
they decided to make Poland their stand. I'll tell you why.
Because they're losing Romania, and because what do Poland and
Romania share along with Hungary. They are the eastern borders
of NATO with Ukraine. This is all about Project Ukraine
and that the globalists plans for Project Ukraine have completely
gone down the tubes. They didn't want Donald Trump to
(22:46):
come back, they didn't want these peace deals. They've got
this huge thing going on. I don't want to make Sunderstan.
They're making Pole in their last stand until Farage takes over.
The Tory Party becomes from minister.
Speaker 5 (23:01):
The two go to people we can count on in
Europe happened to be an easier Hungary victor orban and
Hungary in the polls, correct, I mean that's our go
to guys are the guys that have always spent more
than two percent of GDP. You never had to be
a supplicant of that defense. The Poles get it as
they're a true ally, although I'm not crazy about their
leadership now. The Polish people are a true ally to
(23:22):
the Americans, sir.
Speaker 8 (23:25):
Well.
Speaker 10 (23:25):
Absolutely, and at times Poland has been called the fifty
first state because America and Poland are so connected, because
they viewed America's role in the breaking of the Soviet Union,
the freeing and liberation of Poland from the communist infrastructure,
along with, by the way, a certain Pope who we
all remember very fondly, Pope John Paul the Second. My
(23:47):
brother and I had the opportunity to pay our respects
to dearly departed Pontiff at his tomb in Saint Peter's
just a few days ago. And so we remember all
that went on that fused this relationship between the United
States and Poland. And remember, Poland was one of President
Trump's very first trips to Europe when in the first administration,
and he gave what is quite frankly, I think his
(24:09):
most full throated endorsement of the ideology of the defense
of Western civilization as originally constituted that he's ever given
anywhere in his entire political career. And he's went to
Warsaw and he talked about the history of the Warsaw uprising,
fighting against fascism, fighting against communism, and that the Polish
(24:30):
people said, it's very clear the things that carried them
through throughout all of their oppression that they faced from
the Roman Empire or seizing the Russian Empire on they
focused on their language, their culture, and their faith, and
they never gave up their language, their culture, and the faith.
And that's something by the way, that America can also
(24:51):
learn from the polls as well. As we have faced
these headwinds as well.
Speaker 5 (24:57):
Jack, we got to bounce, but two things I got
to bring up real quick. Cash is just announced they're
going to send the fifteen hundred people at the EPP's
going to come on an interview he's doing with Maria
Bartarimo play on Sunday morning, that he's getting all the
FBI folks out of the headquarters at monstrosity, at brutaliss
monstrosity right there on Constitution Avenue. He's going to they're
(25:19):
going to empty that out starting this summer. In addition, Comy,
what UPSESSI me about this Comy thing is that he's
not being investigated for all of his other crimes. That
this thing comes up with the seashells. Give me a
minute of your thoughts before we bounce.
Speaker 10 (25:34):
Well, like Steve, everyone remembers, we campaigned and quite forcefully
on the direct dismantling of the FBI, and so I
certainly applaud this move. The Jaeger Hoover Building is absolute
eyesore in Washington, DC. I was talking before about how
America became. We fought the Soviet Union for so long
that we became this sort of dei version of.
Speaker 1 (25:54):
The Soviet Union ourselves.
Speaker 10 (25:56):
And you see this reflected in the character of the
architecture and the building of Washington, DC. That's why that building,
by the way, not only should the agents be removed,
it should be.
Speaker 1 (26:06):
Stripped brick by brick.
Speaker 10 (26:07):
And by the way, James Comy his job should be
having to haul the bricks away piece by piece like
he's one of the one of the Israelites building the pyramids.
Just in the opposite way for everything that he did,
by the way, not just for some social media posts,
but for everything he did to this country and what
he did to President Trump in twenty sixteen and twenty seventeen.
Speaker 5 (26:29):
Jack, where do people go to get particularly this very
important weekend, to get all the updates from Jack Pisobic.
Speaker 10 (26:35):
Now we'll be up on Twitter, will be up of
course on Human Events daily here two pm Eastern as
well as throughout the weekend.
Speaker 1 (26:43):
We'll have it up as well.
Speaker 5 (26:45):
Thank you, Jack Psobic, great work, Budget Committee.
Speaker 1 (26:50):
By the way, Charlie Kirk follows.
Speaker 5 (26:51):
Us at noon two hours of Nationalists Populism served up
hot short break or room.
Speaker 4 (27:00):
Here's your host, Stephen K Bam.
Speaker 1 (27:04):
Okay, we're going to jerald a couple of things here.
Speaker 5 (27:06):
As soon as the committee starts to vote right now,
I count three and three kills it at least for
to day, makes them go back and rethink this thing.
We're going to go live to that. Josh Hammer joins us.
Josh and actually as the lead story we talk about
I've quoted about the second hundred day or the second
hundred day is more important than the first that ten
years on June fifteenth is the tenth anniversary of Trump
(27:27):
coming on the Golden Escalator. And I say that's all
a preamble to what's going to happen in this one
hundred days. Most importantly, the conversions of these crises is
the constitutional crisis of President Trump's Article two powers in
these radical judges that are basically up in his grill
Supreme Court yesterdays supposed to be fourteenth Amendment, it turned
(27:47):
out to be something quite different. Are we in that
crisis right now?
Speaker 11 (27:50):
Josh Hammer, Steve Donald Trump is facing a judicial insurrection
the likes of which no president in American history has
ever faced, at least literally least since Abraham Lincoln during
the Civil War, with Chief Justice Roger TONI trying to
subvert him in every move. I mean, this is actually
no exaggeration, the largest scale, most sprawling, subversive Article three
(28:12):
judicial activity in at least a century and a half.
And they did this the first time around. Steve Donald
Trump faced sixty four so called nation wine injunctions from
rogue lower court judges during his first term, which by
the way, was more than the first forty four presidents combined.
And they picked up essentially right where they left off
in this second term. Despite the fact that Justice Clarence
Thomas in the so called travel band case Trump versus
(28:33):
Hawaii back in twenty eighteen, Justice Thomas wrote in a
very pressing concurrence, he said, We're going to have to
step in here and stop these so called nation in
junctions unless they do so of their own volition. And
you know, the judges have not done so of their
own volitions.
Speaker 1 (28:47):
So here we are. So you're right.
Speaker 11 (28:48):
So the case that was argued yesterday, this Cassa case,
is a birthright citizenship case.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
It has to do.
Speaker 11 (28:54):
With the magnificent and legally substantively fourteenth Amendment correct Donald
Trump birthright citizenship executive order saying that the children of
legal aliens are not automatically conferred citizenship. But the posture
of this case and specifically the way that the US
Solicitor General's office, the current SG is John Sower, the
former Solicitor General Missouri, fantastic, fantastic lawyer, former Clerk to
(29:15):
Justice Scalia. The sg's office right now is in very
very good hands under Slicer General Sour. I think that
the lawyers Steve made a tactical decision to try to
argue this about the scope of relief rather than addressing
the Fourteenth Amendment question head on. That's not to say
that they are not confident in their convictions. They should be.
Their argument on the fourteenth Amendment is correct. Rather, they're
(29:37):
probably just counting votes here, and they're probably saying that
I cannot count five votes at this current time to
uphold Donald Trump's executive orders. So they're trying to go
for a slightly different argument here, trying to go for
a ruling on the scope of so called nationwide injunctions,
which in my column today I argue is actually just
as arguably even more important issue. It is at least
(29:57):
just as an important issue because when you have rogue
lower corps judges that are starting to slap these so
called nationwide injunctions here, well beyond the confines of what
the judicial power of which the Article three, Section one
clause one investing clause speaks, when you have judges that
can just bring an entire executive program to a halt
from their rogue chambers in Hawaii, Florida, Maine, you have
(30:19):
literally subverted America's constitutional structure. You have made this a
system of unvarnished judicial supremacy, of judicial despotism. Abraham Lincoln
I mentioned him earlier, you know, he was kind of
the famous combatants against judicial supremacy. In his first inaugural address,
he said that the candid citizen must confess that if
we the people allow final decisions about our law and
(30:41):
politics to be settled by the judiciary, there the people
will have ceased to be their own rulers. And fundamentally, Steve,
you know, the patriots of seventeen seventy six, this country
was founded to rebel from the tyranny of King George
the Third in Britain. There they did not do so
in order to simply willfully subjugate themselves of their own volition.
Iterations later to a distinctly black robed form of tyranny.
(31:03):
That is not what they signed up for, that is
not what our constitutional charter suggests. And God willing, the
Court will do the right thing here and rule that
these so called nation wide junctions are unconstitutional because they
exceed the bounds of the judicial power of Article three.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
Josh, where do people get the column?
Speaker 11 (31:20):
The comms available in Newsweek, La Times actually believe it
or not draw real clear politics. Daily Caller Daily said, no,
you name it. It's up everywhere, Steve.
Speaker 5 (31:29):
And where do people go to give your social media?
Because you're putting up stuff all the time. I want
people to follow it.
Speaker 11 (31:34):
Yeah, So I'm on ex Josh Underscore Hammer Instagram is
Josh B Hammer my own show that Josh Hammer Show available,
are We're a podcasts are Souls? And then I have
my new buck out as well. Israel and Civilization, the
fate of the Jewish Nation, and the destiny of the West.
Speaker 1 (31:48):
Josh, thank you.
Speaker 5 (31:48):
I heavy back on next week to talk about do
we need to resolve this by the end of June
when the court goes on at summer break the Josh Hammer.
Speaker 1 (31:56):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (31:56):
This article is amazing. It gets to the heart of
what happened yesterday the Supreme Court. Thank you, Sir joshamber
so correct about Abraham Lincoln.
Speaker 1 (32:05):
Very honored. Tim Alberino, thank you for being in the
in studio here.
Speaker 9 (32:09):
It's my underserve.
Speaker 1 (32:10):
You're called the Why you call the real Indiana Jones?
Speaker 9 (32:13):
Well, I'm an explorer and I've done a lot of work.
Speaker 5 (32:15):
In Peru, Peru, and so in Peru. Pru's got many
aspects to it. You've been in the Amazon part of it.
Speaker 9 (32:21):
I lived for ten years, Yeah, in the in the
Amazon basin in Peru.
Speaker 5 (32:24):
Why would you live ten years in the Amazon? Because
that that's the hot that's the headwaters of the Amazon.
That's right, That's like going.
Speaker 1 (32:30):
Up the Nile to the to the what Sudan and
Ethiopia going to?
Speaker 2 (32:35):
Right?
Speaker 5 (32:35):
Yeah, you're like rich Sir Richard Burton, Is that who
you base yourself on?
Speaker 12 (32:39):
I actually dropped out of high school in my senior
year and moved to Peru when I was eighteen years old.
Speaker 5 (32:44):
Your parents wanst have loved that. They what was the program?
Speaker 12 (32:49):
Well, I was just very desirous of adventure and I
wanted to get out and experience different cultures, and American
suburbia didn't suit me.
Speaker 9 (32:59):
Well, what did you learn.
Speaker 1 (33:00):
In ten years in the Peruvian Amazon?
Speaker 7 (33:02):
Oh?
Speaker 12 (33:02):
God, I learned a lot, but I really adapted well
to Proving culture. I love Perving culture, especially the jungle culture,
and I learned Spanish.
Speaker 5 (33:11):
What is the jungle culture? When you say you love
Peruving culture, what did you love?
Speaker 12 (33:14):
It's a very simple life, it's very wild. I think
Peru's one of the last wild places on Earth. Peru
in parts of Africa, obviously, but there's so much to
discover in Peru. It's it's definitely one of the most
mysterious places on the planet. There's still lost cities being
discovered all the time. In fact, we discovered one a
few years ago. That's the Inca civilization, the Inca, Yeah,
and then a bunch of pre pre Inca civilization pre
(33:37):
Inca civilizations wow.
Speaker 13 (33:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 9 (33:38):
And I think there's actually evidence in.
Speaker 5 (33:39):
Because the Inca is one of the most sophisticated empires
ever created.
Speaker 12 (33:43):
The Inca were the Romans of the are more so
than the Aztecs. That's crazy, I would more so than
I mean, they're they're kind of equivalent to the Maya.
You know, they built big cities and had an empire
of ten million inhabitants.
Speaker 9 (33:58):
So I mean they were very, very incredible.
Speaker 5 (34:00):
Bizarro and the Conquista that was their big take one
hundred and seventy two. So why is a guy that
specializes in the Amazon or your explorer you're here and
you've got a briefing this week from Congress about the UFOs. Well,
our big thing here on the UFO is just a
misdirection play given everything we got to do about the
(34:20):
deep state. So tell us about Burlson, because we love Burles.
Congress and Burlson.
Speaker 12 (34:24):
Let me tell you I was with Congressman Burlissa yesterday
and he briefed me on some of the stuff that's
been going on in Washington. Here in Washington, and there's
a lot of there's been a lot of important UAP
related things going on here in d C. They've had
several very important meetings. Yesterday or the day before yesterday,
they were briefed by the FBI, the UAP Caucus members
(34:46):
went over to the FBI and asked them some very
pointed questions about u A p UFOs, and this included
Congressman Eric Burlison, Congressman Tim Burchett, Congresswoman Anapauline Aluna, those
three of all over it. They're the core group in
Congress who's working on this issue. And they're working tire tirelessly,
and they're fiercely intelligent.
Speaker 9 (35:08):
And they're all maga, and they're all.
Speaker 12 (35:09):
Maga for sure, and they're they're they're dedicated one hundred
percent to getting to the bottom of the UAP reality.
Speaker 1 (35:18):
And what do you think that is? You specialize in
this front?
Speaker 5 (35:21):
Yeah, you're a constant guess of my favorite of all shows,
Coast to Coast, right.
Speaker 12 (35:27):
Sognor George No, George n App. Yeah, those guys are great.
Speaker 1 (35:30):
And of course the original, the great one, Art Bell.
Speaker 9 (35:32):
That's right.
Speaker 12 (35:34):
So we are in a we're kind of in a
post disclosure world now. I mean we've had two hearings
in Congress because of President Trump. Because of Yeah, I
would say I think Trump is going to be a
disclosure president.
Speaker 9 (35:46):
I really do.
Speaker 12 (35:47):
Obviously, this is a disclosure administration. I mean, we're going
to get the eventually we got the files on JFK.
Hopefully the Epstein stuff is coming soon.
Speaker 9 (35:56):
And I would I would.
Speaker 12 (35:57):
Fully expect Trump to be a disclosure president and to
make moves to inform the American people of the UAP reality.
Speaker 9 (36:06):
And I mean, we've had two.
Speaker 12 (36:07):
Hearings and we've had some amazing witnesses who have firsthand
knowledge of what's called the Legacy program. The legacy program
refers to a crash retrieval program, and we're talking about UFOs,
and David Grush.
Speaker 9 (36:20):
In the first hearing, who was who has worked for Air.
Speaker 12 (36:23):
Force Intelligence, disclosed the incredible reality that we have. The
United States government has involved, has been involved in the
recovery and reverse engineering of a non human.
Speaker 5 (36:37):
Craft, a systematic recovery and reverse engineering, not just not
just something somebody made off an actual government the kind
of thing we're trying to cut, whether USI D or whatever.
All the government programs kind of have budgets and the
people that work it and and and you've got to
keep it up to speed about how you're doing.
Speaker 1 (36:54):
Correct.
Speaker 5 (36:55):
So it's official government kind of bureaucratic response exactly right.
Speaker 12 (36:59):
But this is deep deep state. I mean, this goes
deeper than the deep State. This is the biggest secret
that our government has. Nothing is bigger than this that
when you talk about UAP especially, you know, we're way
beyond lights in the skies. We're way beyond our UFO
is real. Now we're talking about crash retrievals, and David
Grush in the first hearing said, not only have we
(37:20):
retrieved the craft, we've retrieved the quote unquote biologicals associated
with the craft and.
Speaker 5 (37:26):
Beyond human biological so it would mean like things like folks,
non human, non human folks.
Speaker 9 (37:32):
That's right, that's RYO officially. That's where we are right now.
Speaker 5 (37:35):
Hey, let me ask you know one that this is
because it's one of things it shocks me is that
this does not get more attention.
Speaker 1 (37:44):
And one of the reason is then get more attension.
Speaker 5 (37:46):
The types of people that could drive the attention the
Magabase are sitting there going, you know, they're stealing our country,
the Deep States all over hell. We don't even have combing.
The thing obsessed with combing the seashells is screw the seashells.
This guy should have been on an investigation. They want
to should be in prison. All rhetoric but so the
magabase included nine. Even say in this audience, who naturally
would be saying, yeah, what the hell get you are
(38:07):
hesitant because they're saying it's a misdirection. It's a distraction.
It's because this stuff has obviously been known for you.
So what is forced it? Do you have a counter
argument that this has just been forced recently and it's
not a misdirection play.
Speaker 12 (38:20):
I don't believe it's a misdirection. What's forced it is
the whistleblowers, specifically David Grush.
Speaker 9 (38:25):
I mean, he broke the ice on this thing, and.
Speaker 1 (38:27):
He explained who Grush is for the audience.
Speaker 9 (38:29):
David Grush was intelligence.
Speaker 12 (38:30):
He was working for Air Force Intelligence and he was
assigned to investigate in an official capacity, to investigate the
question of UAPs.
Speaker 9 (38:38):
And what happened was he ran.
Speaker 12 (38:40):
Up against a program what they referred to as the
Legacy program, the crash retrieval program. That he ran up
against this program, and he was not allowed to be
read into the program.
Speaker 9 (38:51):
They wouldn't tell him anything about it.
Speaker 1 (38:53):
It was so classified.
Speaker 12 (38:54):
It was so classified that even in his official capacity
investigating this phenomenon, they would not tell him anything. And
then he received threats to his life, certainly to his career.
Speaker 9 (39:06):
And he was he's he had he's had confirmation from
individuals who are highly.
Speaker 5 (39:10):
Played, and he testified a year ago or year I
think a year or two or a year or two
ago was the first hearing.
Speaker 12 (39:17):
They had another hearing last year and that featured some whistleblowers,
namely lou Elizondo.
Speaker 5 (39:22):
But Gruss was about a year and a half or
two years ago. He came forward, which was shocking at
the time, but that's when we're in the middle of
Biden had stolen the election and exactly nobody could get it.
Speaker 9 (39:30):
It's kind of bad timing for UAP disclosure.
Speaker 1 (39:32):
Well, that's the question. Is it is it?
Speaker 5 (39:36):
Is it the reason the deep state wants it out
now because there's so much going on there?
Speaker 12 (39:40):
That question, That is a good question. I've often thought
about that because.
Speaker 5 (39:43):
Because normally these would be this is what people have
talked about for fifty years. Is every science fiction movie,
this would be the front page of daily mail every day,
and people couldn't get enough of it because wald O hearings.
Speaker 12 (39:54):
It's not so it's the phenomenon is real, but is
it is it being utilized as it distraction to keep
people away from the Epstein files, for example, to keep
people away from all of the nefarious activities happening in
the deep state. It's possible, but nevertheless, the phenomenon is real.
Speaker 1 (40:12):
Why did you we.
Speaker 5 (40:12):
Got thirty second year hold you through the break for
our last sement, given everything that you work on, all
your interest, Why have you shown so much interest in this?
Speaker 12 (40:21):
Because I've come up, because I've experienced the reality myself.
I saw one of these crafts at close range. It
was forty feet above my car. I saw it in
brook Park, Ohio, where I grew up, and this was
maybe twelve years ago, and it hovered above my car
for at least thirty seconds. And I was with my
brother in law.
Speaker 5 (40:39):
And he saw it too, and he saw and you're
not a tenfol You're you're not hanging. Tim Alberino is
in the in the house here for congressional briefings from
Birch at apl and of course Burlison. We love all
three of them. Short break back in the warm in
Emoli who Stephen came that no vote yet as soon
(41:04):
as we're cut, we're probably going to toss out to
Charlie Kirk Charlie or handle that on the on the
twelve noon. Something's got to happen here, folks. You gotta
get your arms front it. Alberino here, we haven't covered
this enough. And one of the reasons is that isn't
a destruction enough given your expertise in this area. What
did you learn from Burlison over the last couple of
days to say, hey, look, I think this thing's ready
(41:25):
to go to the next step of disclosure. And also
we've only scratched the surface of finding out what the
government knows.
Speaker 9 (41:30):
Correct.
Speaker 12 (41:30):
Yeah, and that's you know, the real issue with Congress
is that these programs, these legacy programs, have completely circumvented
the oversight of Congress and the American people, and they're
using our money and they want to know why. And
this is really at the core of the interest in
Congress of what's going on here because it's the completely circumps.
Speaker 5 (41:51):
But it's also circumvented, at least in the first President
Trump and his oversight. If you were in the oval
right now talking to President Trump, what would you tell
him and the two or three things you think he
ought to do on the executive branch, Because it's an
executive branch program to get his.
Speaker 1 (42:06):
Arms around it.
Speaker 12 (42:06):
You know, I don't believe that the president doesn't have
the need to know, according to what I call the
dumb state, because a lot of these projects are housed
in deep underground military bases, and the president doesn't have
the need to know or the classification, the proper classification
to get down.
Speaker 1 (42:20):
Full full stop.
Speaker 5 (42:21):
You're saying that they don't believe the commander in chief,
according to the consternation, has a need to know.
Speaker 9 (42:26):
It's presidents are transitory, they come and go.
Speaker 1 (42:28):
This is class program.
Speaker 9 (42:29):
This program has been going on for a decade.
Speaker 12 (42:32):
So has President Trump been briefed on the UAP question, Probably,
but at a superficial level. And even if he were
to say, Okay, I want to get into one of
these the S four facility, for example in Nevat, I
want to get in there and I want to see
the craft, they would deny him access.
Speaker 1 (42:46):
They would do this again. They would do one now.
Speaker 9 (42:48):
They would deny the president of the United States.
Speaker 5 (42:50):
So when we talk about we just had Josh Ammer
on the we talk about President Trump's Article two powers
chief executive. You can cut budgets and fire people. The
second is commander in chief of the forces, and no
court can come before him. You're saying the way to
your knowledge, these programs work in the deep state works
in this. They believe Trump has no need to know
on this and no access as commander in chief.
Speaker 12 (43:11):
Yes, some presidents have been briefed, but they really at
a superficial, superficial level. Yeah, I mean they may know.
I mean Trump very well.
Speaker 5 (43:19):
Because why should people not think you're a nutcase? By
said about a ten fold half by.
Speaker 12 (43:22):
We Well maybe maybe six years ago they might have.
But if you pay attention to what's been happening in
this in this city, I mean, we are in a
post disclosure era.
Speaker 9 (43:30):
This is a fact. This is no longer a theory.
It's not a conspiracy theory.
Speaker 12 (43:34):
UAPs are real, and according to the whistleblowers, they're non
human in origin.
Speaker 5 (43:40):
The reason I felt there was something up here, It
was a misdirection, but at least real. When they put
out the gun camera footage from Navy fighter planes, when
the Pentagon puts that out, I mean, that's as real
as dealers you can get in the nice stay saying
we saw the gun camera and you heard the pilots
talking to each other. I said, whoa, this is a
this is a pretty big this is a pretty big
(44:01):
This thing's got reality about I don't know where it goes.
I don't know what it means, but that's a whole
different level. And I said, what nail is the Pentagon
releasing it now?
Speaker 9 (44:07):
For that's right?
Speaker 12 (44:08):
Yeah, it really began in twenty seventeen when The New
York Times published the Nimtz Incident. They had leaked footage
that was provided to them of what's today known as
the tictac Ufo, and that video has never been debunked.
Speaker 9 (44:22):
Neither has the Gimbal video.
Speaker 12 (44:23):
You know, there were three that were confirmed by the
Pentagon to be real, and that was the Nimtz incident video,
the tictac Ufo, the Gimbal incident, and Go Fast. They've
attempted to debunk Go Fast, but Gimbal and Nimets they
cannot debunk those. And those appear to be advanced aerospace
vehicles that are capable of incredible aerial maneuvers. And we're
talking about you know, supersonic speeds, fast making right angle
(44:47):
turns at thousands of miles per hour. This is a
new kind of technology. The new physics that we're unaware of.
And this is the reality that these congressmen are grappling
with right now. And you know, for the most part,
they're getting stonewall everywhere they go.
Speaker 9 (45:02):
The FBI.
Speaker 12 (45:03):
What I heard from Burluson was that the FBI was
very impressive. They were very concerned about the situation. But
they don't according to the guys that he talked to,
they don't really know a whole lot more than upologists,
than people who studied this thing for a long time
in the private set.
Speaker 5 (45:18):
Are they dismissing it as you guys are in a
wild goose Chase suggests something serious.
Speaker 12 (45:22):
But we know where's We're in as bad a shape
as you are. No, they understand that this is a reality.
Everybody who these congressmen talk to understand understand.
Speaker 5 (45:31):
But do you understand what you're saying? Do you understand
you're saying that in the most powerful nation on earth
that has a constitution, that the commander in chief of
the armed forces, right the one that's constitutionally deputized to
do this, that there are elements of the government not
just about what's going on in Iraq or Russia or
China or anything like that. But they have a very
sophisticated and expensive program. They've recovered these vehicles, they recovered
(45:54):
the biologics. They are reverse engineering and that they don't
believe in. They don't believe that he he's eligible to
be read in Congress. They would get some sort of
black program to finances, but the American people don't know
about it, right, That is so revolutionary if it's true.
Speaker 9 (46:10):
It is true.
Speaker 12 (46:10):
And you know the as I said, presidents are transitory
these special access programs. This is the biggest secret we have.
We are reverse engineering non human technology. And orth I'm
gonna go to Lindell, say where do people get you?
Where they go to get your social media?
Speaker 1 (46:26):
All your ways?
Speaker 5 (46:27):
You put out a number of books, your your stuff.
I wrote a book called We Had Round a couple
of years ago.
