Speaker 1 (00:03):
Reality with the King is hosted by me Carlos King.
I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your
favorite shows from the Real Housewives in Atlanta, New Jersey
and my own creation, The Love and Marriage Franchise and
Bell Collective. Every episode we recap reality television from the
Real Housewives Franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset. In

(00:27):
addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or
scripted as well.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
Rain Drops.

Speaker 1 (00:37):
We are here to talk about the latest episode of
the Real Housewives of Potomac. This episode is the girls
still on their cast trip and a lot of things
take place. The first thing first was the continuation of
Stacy Me and Dustice Michiganders.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
System yes yes, yes, yes.

Speaker 4 (01:00):
Being grilled about whether or not she is dating Monique Samuels,
a former Pertomac housewife husband Chris Samuel.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
So, just to recap everybody, Ashley is on ten defending
Jaselle against you know, whether or not she has a
new boyfriend, as she's like, look, word on the street
is you're dating Chris Samuel's. And one thing that Stacy
did say was that he's a great guy. He's a

(01:32):
great father and look, I give.

Speaker 2 (01:36):
It Ashley a hard time. I do sometimes, but Ashley
did her job.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
Because Ashley was asking the questions that I was asking.

Speaker 2 (01:44):
To the screen, like I know all this, like close,
aren't you.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Guys for you to intimate he's a good father and
all these things. But Stacy never quite answered those questions.
So that part was interesting to me. So, Claudia, do
you do you believe Okay Stacy, who I love? Stacey
has been accused since last season of bringing on this
guy TJ as a paid actor to play the role

(02:13):
of her boyfriend. Athlete is alleging that she was told
that Stacy reached out to somebody who knows Chris to
see if they could meet and that's how they were introduced.
Do you believe that Stacy did that in order to

(02:37):
possibly have a new storyline to bring on this new season?

Speaker 5 (02:40):
Yeah, and it worked.

Speaker 6 (02:46):
And if you again, I look at people's body language
and the things that they are not saying.

Speaker 1 (02:52):
Right.

Speaker 6 (02:52):
So, first they asked her if she was first of
the NFL player that played for the Washington Redskins. She's
getting uncomfortable. The camera cuts her. That they great editing
by cutting her. She's like looking uncomfortable. Then she never
really answered about whether she hunted him down at first.
Then she's like, he's a great father or great friend.
How did we get here to this great father great

(03:14):
friend thing? Because you did, in fact reach out via publicist. Listen, honey,
we all do that. I've had a publicist look me
up before with somebody that was almost on Housewives with me,
but it didn't happen. Wait, but after I met we
were you didn't meet him, but he was.

Speaker 5 (03:29):
It was in the NBA, And.

Speaker 6 (03:34):
I'm so glad no one can ever put us together
and attach us now because I'd have been embarrassed at
the end.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
He is, he's still in the NBA.

Speaker 6 (03:43):
No, but when we were in Atlanta, his little tfo
y'all investigators wanted to look whatever. Me and him were
involved in a five car pile up accident right when
he was trying to go back, and we had to
keep it on the low because it didn't want him,
didn't he wanted to affect him getting his next another contract.
So we all and like people grow by the accident

(04:05):
scene where I think we're on eighty five eighty one
of those freeways and we got rear ended and four
of the cars hit us. I had really bad whiplash
and we were in the car together, so we had
to keep that.

Speaker 5 (04:18):
On the lo Lo lo lo Low. I'm giving you
all crazy tea. I got to put this in my book.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (04:24):
Anyways, that was a publicist that reached out to me
and said I have someone I want you to meet,
and I was like, I don't know because.

Speaker 5 (04:29):
I see she's like no, no, no no.

Speaker 6 (04:32):
And then he took a private jet to meet me
from our first date to an island that I was
at working. So I'll tell you about it later on
who it was, but I'm definitely not putting out there
now because I do not. So that was so when
I at the end of my season seven, they were
like asking me about the next season, and they MEMBERINI

(04:52):
made a big campaign about people need to stop showing
who they're in a relationship with.

Speaker 5 (04:56):
So I had the call with Lauren and them.

Speaker 6 (04:58):
They were like, we can't imagine you not coming back
season and they were like, we need to talk to
your love for interest.

Speaker 5 (05:03):
I'm like, well, it's too soon.

Speaker 6 (05:04):
We've only been dating for like a couple of months.
So I got him to be on the phone with
the production. They you didn't know this.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
They spoke for an.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Remember I left after season seven and I was working
another show that they called him back season eight.

Speaker 6 (05:19):
Okay, So they had talked to him on the phone
for an hour and he was like yes, an hour.
They were so excited they would have an NBA Bravo
collect like it would have been huge because at the
time he was still mhm and he is famous like
trust and belief, like y'all people will gag. And I
had people like to say, I can't.

Speaker 5 (05:39):
Get a man. I don't have a man.

Speaker 6 (05:40):
I'm very very good at keeping my shoes like quiet,
like I got married without people knowing, like you know
what I mean. So please with me with the I
can't get it. And when I do get a man,
he's going to be of stature. It's going to be
a leader. It's going to be or someone that's got
stuff going on. I don't just go get with I'm
not just gonna with the local whatever you know. I mean,

(06:02):
like it's not happening. I have a certain kind of
guy that attracts me and turns me on. So anyways,
I say all that to say this. Publicists are the
middle person all the time, the middle person all the
time where they'll reach out and put a feeler out
to see so you don't look like you're not on
blast like on social media.

Speaker 3 (06:20):
You know.

Speaker 6 (06:20):
So it's sick and it's a yeah. So I do
believe she did that. Not mad at these stacy, I think,
you know, but it was crazy to pick someone so
close to home. But then she went on to like
sing this man's praises that someone that's been talking to him.
So you may not have answered the question of did
you go reach out, but you did answer it with
your non answer, because then she was graving about how

(06:42):
great of a man. That's like if you ask me, oh,
how do you know? I mean, do you know this person?
I'm like, oh, I didn't really know, but then.

Speaker 5 (06:49):
I didn't reach out to him.

Speaker 6 (06:50):
But then you have all these great personal things to
say about them because you know him.

Speaker 5 (06:55):
As she did her job, and I'm here for.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
I did a great job. And Claudia is right.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
You know.

Speaker 1 (07:00):
Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt when they were married, they
did talk about how their publicists hooked them up together
and said, I think you guys shouldn't meet. So it
is something that goes on in Hollywood, and look, the
thing with Stacey, it's another sort of Hollywood accusation that's

(07:20):
on her reputation in terms of Look, she was accused
of hiring TJ to be her boyfriend. These are things
that TJ said, and now she's been accused of being
set up by publicists to date Chris Samuel's.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
Which is very interesting.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
That's some of your thoughts on that.

Speaker 7 (07:42):
My thoughts are that Stacey Rush's addition to the Real
Housewives of Potomac has changed that show forever.

Speaker 3 (07:50):
And I think it is similar for sure.

Speaker 7 (07:52):
And I think that it's similar because it changed the texture,
It changed the fabric of the show, right. I think
that it was similar to the impact that Kenya and
Portia made when they joined Atlanta in season five. That
show was never the same again, never it was. It
always felt different. This season feels different. Last season felt different.
In the new we were all saying how new and

(08:14):
fresh and fun the show felt, and we couldn't understand
why because Mea was still there. Right this season, me
is gone, We're able to kind of we're able to
really feel the personalities in the group and really see
the me that was just for fun, pray, we're just
fucking with you mea congratulations, but it just feels different.

Speaker 3 (08:39):
She changed the tone.

Speaker 7 (08:40):
Stacey's one of those rare birds that does not have
to uh seek fame from her performance during combat and
argument confrontation, right, she has a personality.

Speaker 3 (08:53):
Everything she fucking does is funny.

Speaker 7 (08:56):
When she was in her Confessionals this week singing that
song talking about dancing, and she was like, oh, I
snortedn't and she was laughing into the camera that you
can't buy that.

Speaker 3 (09:04):
That's natural personality.

Speaker 7 (09:07):
So much of her personality is so infectious that people,
now that she has won the hearts of the fans
of the Real Housewives of Potomac, they have gone back
into the archives of her content from QVC when she
was a host on QBC. There is a Twitter account
dedicated to clips from her QBC days where they take

(09:27):
just short clips ten seconds maybe thirty second clips of
her describing items on QVC in a very robust way, okay,
and they clip them down and they have populated an
entire Twitter page full of that.

Speaker 3 (09:43):
So Stacey changed the show. I love it. Hell yeah.

Speaker 7 (09:46):
She went out to dinner and schmoozed up next to
Chris Samuels to have to bring some value, some spice
to this show, and it worked.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
It also, it works so.

Speaker 7 (09:57):
Damn good Monique coming back about that, you know what
I'm saying, Stacy's impact once again, Monique got a job
from that.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
So this is great, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (10:07):
And I think that she handles herself well when when
Giselle and especially Astley, because Ashley throws things at people
figuratively speaking, of course, she throws things at the other
cast members in a much more nasty, you know, sharp
edged way, like actually a smile at you and call
you a whore so fast. You know what I'm saying, Well, yeah,

(10:28):
well you were. She does that all the time, and
she did that, she tried to do that to Stacy,
and Stacey turned that right back on. She said, let
me clear this up for you right now. I'm back
with my husband. She put that ring up so fast.
Everything actually said was out the window.

Speaker 5 (10:48):
I listen.

Speaker 6 (10:49):
I know people gave her Stacy all a hard time beginning,
including us, and she's fun.

Speaker 5 (10:55):
And I like like her.

Speaker 6 (10:57):
When I was watching the show, and I did watch
the whole thing, and I even went back and worked
some of the last time. Last week again, I was like,
the way she doesn't get she's gonna win because she
doesn't get emotionally, like emotionally when they be coming for her,
even when it's five against one, four against one.

Speaker 5 (11:14):
She's like in her own.

Speaker 6 (11:15):
Little kind of poo through world and that makes it good,
Like she doesn't like someone like KK.

Speaker 5 (11:22):
Who is I gotta just say this about this lady.
I want to just make a point.

Speaker 6 (11:26):
She is dropped out gorgeous, her body, her face, she
looks really good. She's a beautiful girl, like she really is.
But I feel it with her. She closed. She's sensitive,
but every little thing and she cocks everything and she
like lets you know she notices every little thing.

Speaker 5 (11:41):
She don't let none of it go right.

Speaker 6 (11:42):
Which I'm kind of like that too, Like you ain't
about to get that way of getting no shots off
on me. Stacy is the polar opicer of that where
people been throwing darts at her. She's just whether she's
affected or not, she don't let nobody know that she is.
It doesn't seem like, it doesn't seem like it gets through.
And I will say this about the girls this episode.

(12:03):
Everyone was working overtime being me and girls. There was
so many comments being flung. I was like, god damn,
like they was. It was so many little passive, aggressive
and aggressive little jabs that everyone was thrown at each other.

Speaker 5 (12:16):
Now that's either good TV to you or you're like,
god damn.

Speaker 6 (12:19):
Like the whole time it was like someone was getting
shot thrown every single scene. There was not one scene
where a jab of sub was not being thrown. And
it's a little exhausting. I don't want every episode to
be like that because it makes it where a read
is not even a read anymore. It's like, uh whatever.
But when every single scene is you trying to jab someone,

(12:41):
everyone was getting in on everyone was doing it.

Speaker 5 (12:43):
It was a lot. I thought it was person that
it was a lot.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (12:46):
No, we talked about that and last week was was
way too much for me. I still enjoyed the episode,
but I thought it was too much of that antagonistic
personality that I thought that everyone adapted to.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
And the these.

Speaker 1 (13:01):
Shows work when you have out of seven housewives, one
or two who is the antagonist, and you can't you
can't have seven, it's it's not the right show to
be on. And it's the reason why I agree with
the two of you when it comes to Stacy, because
Stacey is aloof and and and she's the moment I

(13:24):
knew Stacy had the I and the tea is when
they talked about her breath and her response was, well,
have be a break.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
If the read is my breaths think that they have
me a breath man.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
And they had nothing to say after that. And that's
why when you look at her in this episode, even
being approached about Chris and how everybody at the table
had this this on camera reaction, it was it wasn't

(13:58):
this is how I felt.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
I felt it fell flat to me. I feel that
the Chris Samuel's ever all required all of that.

Speaker 1 (14:10):
And I do think if I had listen, I'm enjoying
this season, but Claudia brought up something and I want
to just add some some context to it, especially when
it comes to KK and especial when it comes to
what Jessa said about Stacey adding this different texture to Potomac.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
What I will say is this, not every housewife has
to play up their personality. You do know what I mean?

Speaker 1 (14:43):
We know that Astley the ship starter like that, that's
who she's been since day one.

Speaker 2 (14:47):
We know that Gizelle's a force multiplier who is the attagonists.
We know that who she is. We knew that Karen
is the one that don't.

Speaker 8 (14:55):
Start now like we will have fun, but the moment
you clock me, I'm gonna call you a ditsy bitch,
I'm going to talk to me.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Yes, like that's that's proverb on his Twitter.

Speaker 3 (15:08):
That's right, So.

Speaker 2 (15:11):
I will say.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
What's interesting is I do feel like everybody is trying
to show up as the force multiplier and it only
works when you have one or two.

Speaker 2 (15:22):
And I think, look, let that be just zelling Ashley's job,
like that's that's their job.

Speaker 1 (15:27):
I don't want anybody else to feel the need to
play that role because Stacy's winning to the sheer fact
that Stacey is doing the opposite of what we expect
from a housewife, and that's a good thing.

Speaker 6 (15:39):
It feels like everyone's acting like they're all on notice
to not keep their flute the glass. It feels like
everyone's trying to are to like I'm gonna make sure
I'm still a housewife, and I'm like, yeah, y'all are established.

Speaker 5 (15:50):
You don't have to do all that. Like every single.

Speaker 6 (15:51):
Episode, some episodes too chun some episodes like Damn, You're
on ten all the time, and.

Speaker 5 (15:58):
And I didn't like how it seems like they have
like a.

Speaker 6 (16:04):
A pack, like a wolf pack mentality on these shows,
where in the beginning, we're all gonna hate Stacy. Okay,
let's all attack Stacey. Now it's like we're all gonna
get on Angel. And then I feel like she's it's
hurt her now and it kind of gives like she's
a newbie. She has let's skin in the game. She's
coming off having a baby. She's not feeling good about

(16:24):
her body right now. She's she's like not in her
normal weight. It's kind of like easy, kind of like
I don't know, it's punching down a little bit, you
know what I mean. I kind of felt bad for
her this episode when she started crying and then they
showed a picture of her and she said, I'm gonna
I used to be a red carpet correspondent and a
lot of my identity came from my looks, and I'm
not there right now.

Speaker 5 (16:45):
Like she knows, she's not feeling good about us.

Speaker 6 (16:47):
I also, that's the first time in me think you know,
how we were thinking like we were talking about how
she's having a hard time because she's watching it as
a fan. I think she's watching it as a fan,
and she's also watching it as someone that everyone else
is feeling her like they're flawless, they're snatched, they're skinny.
She's not feeling one hundred percent right now. And you're
coming into the mix new with these girls, you know,

(17:10):
like that's gonna make you feel uncomfortable and not feel
like you're regular.

Speaker 5 (17:13):
You're gonna be off.

Speaker 1 (17:15):
I actually it's funny brought that up, Claudia. I actually
agreed with you on this too because I didn't see it,
but you are allowing me to see something different.

Speaker 2 (17:24):
Because one thing I always say to people is I'm
not a woman, you know, like because.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
I'm a gay man, I'm felinine, I'm not a woman.
I will never sit up here and try to ever
understand there feels to.

Speaker 2 (17:38):
Be a woman. I don't have that ability. So me
being very honest, when I saw.

Speaker 9 (17:45):
The scene of Stacy crying and she told just Gil
she thought she was being body shamed, I as a man, right,
it didn't make sense to me because I'm like, no.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
They're clocking your faith too. Not being body shame. You're
being face to shame, you know, like you're being filtered shame.

Speaker 2 (18:05):
I didn't get it. I didn't understand it.

Speaker 1 (18:08):
And then Claudia, Claudia actually says something that I'm now saying.

Speaker 2 (18:12):
Oh, I'm having the aha moment.

Speaker 1 (18:14):
I now understand that this woman because I think Angels
beautiful by the way, that's why they did it.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
I'm like, hey, listen, I'm a man. I don't see
anything wrong with her body. But again, I'm not I'm
not her.

Speaker 6 (18:28):
She definitely has the baby weight, like I'm gonna keep
it a bug. She's definitely overweight from what she's used to.
When they flashed back, she was stint in. The face
she had back then was closer to the filter face,
So I get it, Like, listen, the filter face, well
be that.

Speaker 8 (18:46):
I mean, look, I'm gonna sit this one now because
I don't know.

Speaker 6 (18:54):
She's not feeling good about herself, so she's gonna filter
the hell out of them pictures. The face is gonna
be different, the body gonna be diff and she's gonna
sit there and say no, it's not because in her
mind that she wants to look at she used to look,
she don't look like that right now?

Speaker 5 (19:05):
She doesn't, and she doesn't I have.

Speaker 7 (19:08):
The utmost sensitivity, like I have the utmost respect, grace
and sensitivity for her as a new mother.

Speaker 3 (19:14):
I don't.

Speaker 7 (19:15):
I'm like, much like what you said, Carlos, to echo
your sentiment, I don't think it's our place to be
common and body shame in women. It's y'all know. I
don't even give it up like that with my can
That ain't what I do. What I will highlight is
the difference between I feel like we saw again the
theme of two faces keeps coming up here right with Angel, Right,

(19:36):
there was a totally different Angel in scene with the
other cast members than the Angel we get in her confessionals. Right, Yep,
she is talking cast shit about these other women in
her confessionals. She's talking about the way they look. She's
talking about the things that they have or don't have.

(19:56):
She's making slick Joe low key slick references about people's
financial status. Is husband's jobs.

Speaker 3 (20:06):
All operable operating table?

Speaker 7 (20:09):
Ever even think of so like seeing her cry and
beat and feel so feel body shamed, which I'm sensitive
to that because I don't think it's cool never to
punch down, like we talked about earlier.

Speaker 3 (20:20):
I punch up.

Speaker 7 (20:21):
I'll say the worst shit in the world about you,
but I'm never gonna punch it down with it, you
know what I'm saying. So I didn't like seeing her cry,
but then it felt like, if you could dish it,
take it. I'm just gonna put it like that. If
you can dish it, you need to be able to
take it. Tough en up while you're crying in the
scenes and then popping it in your confessionals.

Speaker 1 (20:39):
This is reality with the King, and I'm Carlos King.

Speaker 2 (20:42):
Let's get back into the show.

Speaker 6 (20:46):
She's uncomfortable, she's out of re leave with these girls. Also,
she also lied. This is something I forgot the clock
last week and bring it up when she said that
when they got to the airport that nobody greeted her.
I went back and looked at that. I reround it
four times and Wendy hugged her, and she got hugged
by like a couple of people. So go back and
watch it right on that part in the show when

(21:07):
she says nobody said hello to her or greet her
at the airport. They showed it in a flashback where
they did, and I'm like, I kind of feel like
she's she's digging a hole for herself, Like I want
to be empathetic to her, Like I do feel like
there's a real thing there about she's not feeling good
about herself. So she's she's definitely not on point right
now with where she's thinking.

Speaker 5 (21:28):
She's not thinking straight.

Speaker 6 (21:29):
She's saying one thing and being the big bat wolf
for confessionals. But then in the scene, in the moment,
she's not stand up because she's uncomfortable. She's intimidated by
these women. She's one hundred percent intimidated by these women.

Speaker 5 (21:40):
That's what it feels like to me.

Speaker 6 (21:42):
So then when you're in the safety of your confessional,
you pop off and you talk to shit, but you're
not able to be that same person and do it
in the scene.

Speaker 2 (21:49):
So I mean, but no, Dustin, I mean, I'll say this.

Speaker 1 (21:56):
That I want to have her doesn't Obviously, I actually
have a better understanding of Angel based on what Claudia
is saying, because to me, it does track because and
the reason why I tracked to me it is only
because she said body shame and and and again. As
I was watching it, I was like, that's not fair

(22:18):
to Dezel to say that because it's Zilla, come on
your body, but that Claudia is highlighting that, Look, this
woman doesn't feel right altogether, but primarily her body that
isn't what's used to because I'm now thinking this, this
woman has watched the show and wanted to be on
this show for a minute.

Speaker 2 (22:37):
I'm not gonna say how many years.

Speaker 10 (22:38):
So knowledge was thinner toot to say that the moment
you got cast to be on the show, you're probably like, no, yes,
so to go in because.

Speaker 2 (22:50):
When she was crying, where's is coming from? But now
I'm like, oh.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
I now see it because again when I Farlow's King,
look at Angel, I think she is so beautiful. I
love the fact that she's Kirby. I'm really big on
women on these shows. Like I said before about Bell Collective,
I have a very Kirby casts and all have different
body shapes and all of them right, but I love

(23:18):
seeing that representation on these shows.

Speaker 2 (23:20):
And I thought, like, kudos.

Speaker 1 (23:22):
To produce of the network to cast as beautiful Kirby woman.

Speaker 2 (23:27):
Now, but now that with Claudia is saying.

Speaker 1 (23:29):
I'm not like, oh I didn't I didn't know that
there's there's a possibility that Angel post birth doesn't.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
Feel like herself. And when they clocked.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
Her face pune, she intern, Oh my god, they clocked
the one thing I was insecure about, and that's everything.

Speaker 2 (23:48):
So I now understand Angel.

Speaker 3 (23:51):
I agree. Also, I'm sorry, go ahead.

Speaker 5 (23:56):
I talked a lot ahead.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
No, but this this women ship, so I feel like
you need to get you. You know what I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (24:01):
You need to get to my memory pre metopause.

Speaker 6 (24:05):
When I moved to When I moved to Dallas from LA,
I was like one hundred and forty five pounds.

Speaker 5 (24:11):
I was like very out of twenty six inch waist.
My waist is small, B.

Speaker 6 (24:15):
Size boobs whatever, like I was like model sin right.
But even in La, I thought I was big because
that's in LA that's like almost thick.

Speaker 5 (24:24):
I moved to Dallas. I got to relax. I'm on
the radio.

Speaker 6 (24:26):
We're eating grits at six o'clock in the morning, and
like brisket because everyone's advertising at barbecue. So I gained
thirty pounds very very quickly. Now it maybe go from
a B to a D cup. Naturally, everybody thought I
had a boo job I didn't realize how much weight
I gained because I'm still thinking, oh, I'm still thinking
I'm looked the way I did in La. I remember
someone came to my radio station and it was someone

(24:48):
from La and they were walking behind me and they
were like, damn, you got big out here, and I
was like oh. And then I never felt good after that,
Like I had been trying to chase it since. And
I've been on OZAMPI like five times. I ran seven
miles a day, droning the pandemic. Like and no matter
what people would say, You're beautiful, Claudia, beautiful, but I

(25:09):
didn't feel beautiful. I did not feel the way I was.
I look, I post do he backs all the time.
She's probably looking at her old reels, her old footage,
or when she felt that she was at her best.
I know I was doing that all the time, like
I gotta get back, and until I get back, I'm
not worthy. I don't feel good about who I am.
This is like you you think this is cute. You
should have seen me back then. And it took a

(25:30):
long time to get comfortable with the extra weight, you
know what I mean. And that's a bit And then
she's also probably dealing with the you know, I don't
know if she has she had postpartum or any of
that stuff, but you do have from what I hear,
a big emotional like you're dropping the hormones and then
all this stuff. I just don't think she's a happy
person about herself in general. She does have a good
husband from what we know, because she makes little jabs

(25:52):
that she's nice, but then she says some mean girl shit.

Speaker 5 (25:54):
Sometimes definitely yes, she's like, oh, you know he's a starter.

Speaker 3 (25:59):
Yep.

Speaker 6 (25:59):
Oh he gave me five thousands. She's trying really hard
to be like, I'm here too, I'm one of y'all too,
I'm good enough too. And she's doing it with little
microaggressions that it tells me all I need to know.
She's not feeling good about herself for now, so where
she can't get a jab in like I got a ring,
you don't.

Speaker 5 (26:17):
I have a husband, and my husband husband don't.

Speaker 2 (26:19):
Play about me.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
He's about to send the jet And I say, angel I, look, baby, she's.

Speaker 5 (26:25):
Over compensated good about herself. That's a woman. And I listen,
I read, we all read people for a living. Yeah,
and she's not going to ever say it.

Speaker 6 (26:35):
She can't say it to those girls because that's not
the space to feel vulnerable. You can't because everything will
be used.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
To get the space receive that.

Speaker 1 (26:42):
But you know, but I want to hear from you too,
because you know, outside of that, Stacey, Stacey, we.

Speaker 3 (26:49):
Love you, always, mind, forever in our hearts. Yeah.

Speaker 7 (26:54):
No.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
But the thing with Angel that I will say justice
on point as well as the fact that Angel, I
need to know which one you're gonna be. If you're
gonna be the me and girl, I'm here for you, sister.
If you're gonna be the passive girl, I'm here for
that too. If you're a lady sound by queen. Okay, baby,

(27:16):
live it up. But we gotta pick a Lane's sister.
So when she is having these conversations and she is
saying things like the five thousand dollars, my husband will
play about me. He listen to private Jeff of me girl,
And then we do see her having a good time
at Wendy's party. But the moment she spoke the kk

(27:38):
a kk was a wet blanket. You know, her aptitude
did change.

Speaker 2 (27:44):
So I am confused about who is Angel Now.

Speaker 1 (27:49):
I will say that today, even today, Claudia has to
tell me understand her a lot more.

Speaker 2 (27:55):
So, thank you, Claudia.

Speaker 1 (27:58):
I'm still wondering, like, Okay, well, all that being said,
I'm hoping that we get to know the real Angel
because I don't feel like this episode even helped me
know her either, because she does appear to be two
faced dustin.

Speaker 5 (28:13):
She don't keep the same energy.

Speaker 7 (28:15):
And while I'm giving her grace and and that's just
how I live my life, that's the way the person
I am.

Speaker 3 (28:22):
You know what I'm saying, gizelling them don't.

Speaker 7 (28:24):
Owe her shit for whatever issues she's going through or
image issues or whatever. That's not their responsibility to manage
that even handle her with care for that they're not
required to, especially in an environment like an ensemble cast
reality show that you know, involves a lot of conflict.

Speaker 3 (28:42):
People are gonna mention things that may make you uncomfortable.

Speaker 7 (28:45):
They're gonna say shit that you won't like, and so
the the the entitlement. You know what I'm saying that
that people should give her some sort of grace when
she hasn't given anybody any when it comes to her
takes her opinions the way that She's chosen to answer

(29:06):
questions laughing to.

Speaker 3 (29:09):
Message certain things. You know what I'm saying, It just
is what it is.

Speaker 7 (29:12):
So Angel, I think is trying, whereas Stacy is effortless.
And I think that's the difference, right, because while we
do like Stacy for having an opposite or an unexpected
reaction to some of the antics of her cast members,
we don't like her just because she's doing something unexpected.
We like her because it's natural. You can get into

(29:34):
the space of trying to be contrarian just for the
sake of and you end up like a Marlowe Hampton
who we loved for many, many years. But once Marlowe
was given the floor and she started, she had the
opportunity to make decisions.

Speaker 3 (29:47):
You know what I'm saying. That messaged certain things through
her behavior.

Speaker 7 (29:51):
It wasn't making sense if you would anticipated person going left,
Marlowe was gonna go right no matter what.

Speaker 3 (29:58):
That's not a winning stre either.

Speaker 7 (30:01):
I think authenticity here is the most important element that
people need to consider.

Speaker 3 (30:07):
Especially to THEMN Housewife.

Speaker 7 (30:09):
So Angel, get in there, say what's on your mind,
but call it exactly what it is. You know what
I'm saying, Go in there. Look, I feel like shit today, ladies.
I don't like the wy that I look. And ever
since I had my kid, you know, it's been tough
for me to like feel good about the thy that
I look. So that being said, I got a short fuse.
Don't fucking piss me off, you know what I'm saying,

(30:30):
and just lea with it. So then they are disarmed,
you know what I'm saying, And you can go ahead
and exist. The putting on is what's getting annoying with
Angel on.

Speaker 6 (30:41):
This very well said, and yeah, being self deprecating if
you can't, that will help. But like you're above it all, y'all.
My husband, we rich, we got this, we got that.
And then the next day you crying. I didn't like
to switch up with when KK went to go lay down,
and then when she was gone, Angel had a blest

(31:01):
with the other girls, and then the next day she
was mad again. And it's like, I'm not saying she's
by polar but that's what it's gonna give to the
people there, like damn, like we don't know, so it's
gonna she's making it. These are self inflected injuries. You're
making it harder for the women to actually embrace you.
And these people are very smart, very bright day clocket,
so they're gonna like not have too much patience, Like

(31:21):
you're only gonna get a couple of times doing this
where they're gonna kind of like they're gonna be like
done with you, and you're gonna be the forever villain
where they're all gonna be there's always someone that they
want to gang up on and don't let it be you.
It was Stacey, now, it's you.

Speaker 5 (31:33):
It's you now.

Speaker 6 (31:34):
And I was rooting for for for Angel, but makes it.

Speaker 5 (31:39):
Harder when she does stuff like that. I didn't get
why she like she.

Speaker 6 (31:42):
May progress with the ladies and then went backwards when
she's around her front. I don't know why she's doing
that or why she's playing for her girl so hard.

Speaker 1 (31:50):
Yeah, I think it's one of those things where and
this is just me knowing my history producing these shows
that when a current reality star or in this case,
housewife bring you on the show and you get the
housewife title, it's like this allegiance, you know, like I'm

(32:10):
brought to this motherfucker like be loyal to me. And
I am wondering if that's if this blind loyalty is
what Angel has to KK.

Speaker 2 (32:22):
I really want. I mean, the see is already filmed.

Speaker 1 (32:27):
Ak's gonna have a very, very, very tough reunion based
on this season. Dustin is right when it comes to
how people were really advocating for Marlowe to get a peach,
and a lot of people felt that, but Marlowe got
the peach.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
That Marlowe wasn't who they thought.

Speaker 1 (32:49):
She would be as a peach holder, right, And marlow
has said her own reasons as to why that didn't
happen in her regrets, and she's been very vocal about that.
I do wonder if Jazzy, looking at this season, has
those same regrets, because you know we'll get towards the end,
but Jazz is having a tough time.

Speaker 2 (33:07):
I'm not Jazzy.

Speaker 1 (33:08):
KK is having a tough time because KK really is
coming across like she's not having fun. Everything annoys her
and that's not the KK we fell in love with.
But before I get to the end, I do want
to get into the ladies talking about Giselle having a boyfriend,

(33:30):
because what.

Speaker 2 (33:32):
Brezielle does well that I'm not mad at personally is
the fact that.

Speaker 1 (33:39):
She gives a lot to this show in terms of
making sure shit happens, because without her, I don't know
what will happened. But she does skate off easy when
comes to her relationships. So I love the fact that
this episode all the ladies were like, no, we're gonna
talk about this man. And to Claudia's point, vulnerability will
always make you likable.

Speaker 2 (33:59):
I thought Gizill looked so likable blushing over.

Speaker 1 (34:03):
This guy she's dating, because we need some sort of
balance and to see her smile and get coy like
that's what we all do when we're meeting somebody we
either are falling in love with or we're dating, And
I thought it.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
Was sweet to kind of see that side of her.
But I want to ask you guys this, how did
y'all feel when Wendy.

Speaker 1 (34:28):
Said, like, you know, because I consider you a friend,
I think we're friends. And people are saying that Wendy
got what she wanted, which is the friendship of Jazel.
Is that something you believe Dustin?

Speaker 3 (34:44):
Yep? Well, do I believe she wanted a friendship with Giselle? Yes?

Speaker 7 (34:48):
Do I believe she got a friendship with Giselle? No,
Zil don't like no, damn Wendy Gizelle. They never liked Wendy.
Gizelle used Wendy in season five because they was all
pissed at money. They couldn't stand mony they had been
on her going and so once the fight shit happened
and Wendy clamoring for the adoration of the people who

(35:08):
she deemed were heavy hitters on this cast, she ran
right over there, licking up, ran behind them and shit
sharing their views until they turned on her the very
next season because she was inconsequential to them right and
miscellaneous to them, So they decided, hey, let's have some
fun with her this season. Who were around some shit

(35:29):
from the blogs or whatever?

Speaker 3 (35:31):
Worked like a charm. She bit the bait like a fish.

Speaker 7 (35:33):
With whatever on the hook. Worm the worm on the hook.
Thank you friend, And you know that happened with Wendy.
The jig ben up. You've always wanted to be friends
with Robin and Giselle specifically. You ain't really care about
nobody else, but you felt like those were the most
powerful women on the cast, and you want their approval,

(35:55):
and you wanted their friendship and their camaraderie on the cast.
This was a example of Wendy, she just stopped the game,
that charade that she had been playing.

Speaker 3 (36:05):
Since season what season was that six?

Speaker 7 (36:07):
Since season six, she's been playing a game with Giselle
as far as their relationship is concerned.

Speaker 3 (36:13):
You know, damn well, Giselle Brian does.

Speaker 7 (36:17):
Not consider Wendy yourself or a friend before all this
legal shit.

Speaker 3 (36:22):
Okay, the gloves are off.

Speaker 7 (36:23):
Now you see how her and Robin just talked about
this shit so casually on Reasonably Shady. Go check out
their podcast episode when they discussed Wendy and Eddie's charges.
Wendy and Zel ain't never been friends, and that's why
that shit went down the way it did on the show. No,
and that's what you get, honestly, Wendy always russishing to
kiss somebody's behind on the show, try.

Speaker 3 (36:45):
To get approval. That's what happened.

Speaker 7 (36:46):
Now. That's one thing, Wendy. I think she looks gorgeous.
She looked gorgeous this episode. And she had on the
red flowing shit out there on the sand. She looked gorgeous,
legs all up in the air. She looked beautiful, you
know what I mean. But this is where she pisses
me off. It took me right back to season five
when she was sitting in Karen's house okay, and when

(37:08):
they were confronting Monique after that physical education with her
and Candice and Wendy had that black leather jacket and
you don't.

Speaker 3 (37:19):
Have it and that is why she was doing all
of that.

Speaker 7 (37:22):
It took me right back there to her kissing Jaselle's ass.

Speaker 3 (37:26):
I did not like that scene.

Speaker 6 (37:29):
Wow, that an't really be added to that. I'll just
say did on my friend.

Speaker 5 (37:32):
Well, yeah, and I again you I haven't watched the.

Speaker 6 (37:39):
Podcast reasonably shady yet, but that says at all. I
was gonna say, just wait till Wendy comes back. Well
the next season, and you'll see how much of a
friend they are. Because if you think people are gonna
be able to resist the earth to use that as
a reader, that's gonna be all we gonna hear about
next season.

Speaker 3 (37:58):
That's it.

Speaker 5 (37:58):
Hide your bags they gonna be. It's gonna be vicious.

Speaker 6 (38:03):
You think this year was a little a lot of
little jabs, wait till next season if Wendy comes back,
because I don't.

Speaker 5 (38:08):
Know, listen, you know you got correct or something.

Speaker 2 (38:13):
We're going that's so Claudia you know, justin half of
her story. Again, So Wendey wore a black I don't
have a leather jacket.

Speaker 1 (38:22):
When you wore a black leather jacket and had office
shoulder like this Partia?

Speaker 3 (38:27):
Wow, Yes she did.

Speaker 6 (38:34):
She did.

Speaker 7 (38:34):
And it took me right back to that same And
it was in the energy, Claudia of her wanting to
be in the group in the end crowd with the
click down with the crew.

Speaker 3 (38:44):
You know what I'm saying, That's what it was. And
she was so.

Speaker 7 (38:49):
She was so confidently casting judgment upon mor Nique, and
it was pissing me off.

Speaker 6 (38:55):
So it was like she thinks, as long as she's
with the girls over here, she don't care, like she
can be mean to the other girl.

Speaker 5 (39:02):
With the big dogs up here.

Speaker 6 (39:03):
Is it like that?

Speaker 5 (39:05):
Yeah, I'm glad I was never like that. I never
gave a.

Speaker 6 (39:08):
Fuck who liked me, friend, Yeah, never care, not afraid.
I don't care if you're a head bitch, a second bitch,
third bitch.

Speaker 5 (39:18):
I do not care.

Speaker 6 (39:19):
I'm staying on what I think. It could be a
thousand y'all against me over here, and that's it. I'm
standing on my business. I'm not a fan of nobody
on these shows. So that's how you you know, you
go in there and be a fan white of your
cast members, you will be all him and and Han
and going along with ship that you don't really your
core doesn't really go with because you want to approval
and that makes a harder time for you. Not saying

(39:41):
she's doing that, but I'm just saying reality stars in general, Angel,
lessen to you, like stand on your own thing, like
be who you are one hundred percent of the time.

Speaker 5 (39:49):
Because I'm rooting for her, but we it's it's it's it's.

Speaker 6 (39:53):
A turnoff when you Rarahu and you're confessionals and then
you ra with then you tail between the legs when
she's it's you gotta pick which one, mama, because it's
going to confuse the audience on who you are.

Speaker 7 (40:06):
And they really gonna get her ass too at the reunion,
and by her as I mean Angel, because at this point,
you know, we're watching what they've already recorded.

Speaker 3 (40:14):
They haven't had a chance to confront her about the ship.

Speaker 7 (40:17):
She's talked to them confessionals yet, so they gonna tear
her ass up at that reunion. I'm sure she's gonna
have a tough time. My girl k is gonna have
a tough time. Unfortunately, we know Wendy gonna have the
time of all times at the reunion there.

Speaker 3 (40:32):
If I hope she's there, I really hope she's there.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
I definitely see her being there for sure. She listened, Claudia.
She's been promoting the show every Sunday.

Speaker 1 (40:41):
She promoted it last night, so I don't see a
reason why she wouldn't be there, Claudia Dustin.

Speaker 2 (40:51):
Before I move on to the ending of the episode,
I do want to read to you guys.

Speaker 1 (40:57):
Angel said a a tweet recently, right after we take
Monthery Night Live last week, So I.

Speaker 2 (41:07):
Want to from Angel Massy.

Speaker 1 (41:16):
She tweeted, I have so many thoughts and feelings about
this show.

Speaker 2 (41:26):
I'll wait until the end of the season to spill.

Speaker 3 (41:30):
However, then shut up, shut up.

Speaker 7 (41:36):
I don't understand why you're saying anything, because what is
the point of that. You just wanted to feel like
you were getting some off your chest. All that does
is send people running in circles. It's a waste of
everybody's damn time. That was stupid to tweet. If you're
not gonna say share your thoughts and your feelings on
the season, then don't tell us you have thoughts and

(41:56):
feelings on the season, because.

Speaker 6 (41:59):
That how a bookmark that So when later Rembride October
thirty first, Yeah, I think she's gonna have a lot
of regrets when she sees the show and see how
she's coming off in the commentary of Damn, I should
have stood more in business, I think. And it sucks
when it's too late, like when it's already shot, you're like, fuck.

Speaker 5 (42:20):
You know.

Speaker 6 (42:20):
My only hope is if I get asked back for
a second season, because you know, when you watch it
and you're like, damn, because just the first time, right,
So she's not really knowing how she's coming across, and
she's singing it in real time like how we are
in her in the scene. She probably not even realizing
that she's coming off like this.

Speaker 1 (42:35):
Yeah, it's gonna be challenging, so loove next season. I
think we all can guarantee Karen's.

Speaker 2 (42:40):
Coming back to the show. I mean opened up with her.
Who's that be? Eight Houselives.

Speaker 5 (42:50):
You said, Tia, Tia go, you do?

Speaker 3 (42:54):
I love Tia, I do too, But you asked me
who I think We'll go?

Speaker 6 (42:58):
Yeah, but she's really like, she's not a force multiplier,
She's just entertaining.

Speaker 2 (43:03):
I know.

Speaker 1 (43:04):
But you know what, because Dustin said something, just go
back a little bit before I go to the end.

Speaker 2 (43:09):
When Dustin talked about Stacey.

Speaker 1 (43:12):
Bringing the energy of a different texture to Potomac the
way Portia and Kenya did to Atlanta, which I said
from day one, and Dustin knows, I feel the exact
same way I said. And Kenya single handily rature of
that Atlanta and.

Speaker 2 (43:32):
Baby, and that's that's that's undebatable.

Speaker 1 (43:35):
So when you said that about safety, the other person
I thought of was Tya because I thought that this
but you are right when you talk about Stafecy is
so different.

Speaker 2 (43:47):
And I'm spoking to the people involved with the show,
like where's Stacy, Like she is everything, Like I'm so
happy they cast her.

Speaker 11 (43:58):
So when I look at Stacey, when to look at Tia,
Tia gives me what Stacey gives me in the sense
of just so unique and different and doesn't try to
be anything but herself and and.

Speaker 3 (44:13):
And I don't know, just still don't hit for you?
You said what and it still don't hit for you?

Speaker 2 (44:19):
No, Tia hits for me.

Speaker 3 (44:23):
It's something missing and you know it.

Speaker 7 (44:25):
There's a there's the element, the difference between Stacey and Tia.

Speaker 3 (44:30):
They're both original flavors, right, their original. She's original. It's
star quality.

Speaker 6 (44:36):
But see no, but no, no, I mean, would you
rather lose Tia, lose Stacey.

Speaker 5 (44:46):
Rather Lucy if you had to pick one?

Speaker 1 (44:47):
And if it was my choice, I would keep both
and lose someone else.

Speaker 2 (44:51):
And I'll tell you.

Speaker 5 (44:54):
Who who's got.

Speaker 2 (44:56):
But that's the thing. Hear me, hear me, hear me out.
When Kenya Porsche came on Atlanta, I produced that produces
a five, right. I remember receiving phone calls about like, baby,
this this, this woman named Kenya Moore is twirling.

Speaker 1 (45:16):
All of Atlanta giving that show hell, And I'm like,
what are you talking about? And then I was invited
to Nimi's Shoe Dazzle event and as her friend, right,
so I went there, not as a producer. And that's
when Kenya King dressed up as Phaedra and I said,
with those butt pads, Yeah, I didn't see this one before,

(45:40):
and I'm like, what.

Speaker 5 (45:43):
Can you don't give a damn? I showed you what.

Speaker 2 (45:47):
I was widely intrigued. So again this season had Porsche
and Kenya, but the talk of the town was this Kenya.

Speaker 1 (45:56):
So I have to say, I remember everyone saying Kenyan
Yan and Kenya and Porte was was not considered like
the main attraction her first season.

Speaker 2 (46:06):
So I sell that to say, I feel.

Speaker 1 (46:09):
Like, let me not just say that, because God forbid,
they said, calls to pay a portion.

Speaker 2 (46:13):
I'm not so stop it.

Speaker 1 (46:15):
What I'm saying is I think Stacy is such a
star that I would never compare her and Tia right now,
the way you could not compare Porsche and Kenya their
first season.

Speaker 2 (46:28):
But Porsche obviously emerged.

Speaker 1 (46:31):
As like this amazing star that she is, and I
think Tia has.

Speaker 2 (46:35):
I would love to see what Tia does next season.

Speaker 12 (46:37):
So although I think, although I think Stacy's star power
clearly blinds everyone's, I do think, don't sleep on Tia
just yet.

Speaker 1 (46:47):
I think Tia. I would give Tia one more season.
How would you to really see what happens? I'm I'm,
I'm I'm intrigued.

Speaker 2 (46:58):
But CLAUDEA, do you.

Speaker 7 (46:59):
Do you for the sake of conversation? Right, since we're in,
Since we're here, let's stay here for a second, right
Because I think the difference between the two is that
we have to acknowledge the difference between the two when
it comes to TIA's journey thus far and Porscha's first
season journey going into our second season, right, there was

(47:21):
a sharp pivot going in from season five to season
six in who Porsche was on the show. Season five
Porsche and seasons six through thirteen and season sixteen Porsche
are two totally different people. Oh yeah, completely different. It
says if two different people walked into the casting rooms

(47:42):
both seasons. So unless Tia think about a Porsche divorce,
Cordell got her boobs done, started talking about sex, totally
changed up her.

Speaker 3 (47:51):
She was a step for.

Speaker 7 (47:52):
Wife at first, or at least cosplaying as what do
they call it, a trad wife. That's what they call
it now, right, she was a trad wife at first,
completely did at three sixteen. Now she's throwing ass, talking shit,
hitting people in the head. She totally turned into a
different person on this cast. I don't know how much
room as a mother of your grown almost children, husband,

(48:15):
you know what I'm saying, I don't know how much
room there is for a pivot, really when it comes
to what Tea brought to the show this season. In
order for her to have that same sort of impact
and be relevant to the show right, there would need
to be a shift in what you can offer. And
although I've enjoyed the hell out of Tia thus far,

(48:36):
I don't know the difference between keeping the Angel versus
keeping Tia. Angel is more connected to the cast, and
so there's an opportunity there for bonds and connections and
shit to be broken, weak and straight so far between
Angel and Tiya, Yes, Angel, Okay, Tia has great commentary

(48:57):
and it's fresh and oh that's kind of cool and
then British accent. And I think her kids are amazing,
you know what I'm saying. And I enjoyed seeing her
scenes as a mom. I will watch a Tia show,
but I would rather watch Angel as a housewife than
Tia as a housewife.

Speaker 6 (49:12):
What she's saying, I kind of feel like she's like,
the more we talk about it, she like when she
pops up, she's definitely a light.

Speaker 5 (49:18):
She brings fun.

Speaker 3 (49:19):
Yeah, but how some.

Speaker 6 (49:21):
People like I just feel like she's could almost be
like a supporting member, like a friend, because in her life,
her life is into her credit. There's not a lot
of dysfunction there, not delusional like Stacy, which makes her interesting.
Angel do you know that some darkness going on there.
She's not happy with herself, so we don't know more
about that. Giselle, you know, she's a shit starter. I

(49:46):
feel like with Tia, she's fun, like she's a fun friend.
Oh bring a homegirl, bring a homegirl. She's fun, she's fun.
But maybe she's gotta have to mix it up a
little bit with somebody, get into with someone, or I
don't know, stand for something, because like right now, she's
just it's like a fun one liner here and there.
I get what you're saying, but I love it. I
love what she brings the show me too.

Speaker 1 (50:07):
And and that brings me to what we saw at
the end of this episode was the battle between Jazz
and KK that has been brewing since they both were
on the show last season, fighting for a champagne flute.

Speaker 2 (50:20):
The housewife prop and KK one.

Speaker 1 (50:25):
Jazz is super enjoyable to watch this season.

Speaker 2 (50:30):
This episode, I smiled a lot looking at Jazz. So
Jazz and KK are there, there's this tension brewing, and
they didn't show.

Speaker 1 (50:43):
Us everything else going to happen, So they did a cliffhanger.
But what we're seeing is the fact that Jazz is
intimating that KK said something so bad about Wendy that
on a scale of one of five, and Wendy of
our heard about it.

Speaker 2 (51:00):
How mad she would get, she said at a point five.

Speaker 1 (51:03):
And these two are starting to really open up Pandora's
box in terms of what they said to each other
when they were in friendly spaces. When you look at
Jazz and KK and what appears to be the destruction
of a friendship they did have, what are your thoughts
on that, Claudia, Do you really think they have to

(51:23):
do with two girls talking about each other Jazzny said
the topline in which KK said anything these things.

Speaker 2 (51:31):
About Wendy, they were in a good place, meaning Wendy
and KK.

Speaker 1 (51:36):
Or do you think it's two women who are trying
their best to be a housewife and that's a little.

Speaker 5 (51:45):
Bit of both.

Speaker 6 (51:46):
Ain't nothing worse and get into it with someone that
is close to you knows well the body's are buried.
Let me tell you something. When they were having the conversation,
when they were talking shit about Wendy allegedly, do you
think Jazz was just sitting there like, oh, not saying anything. No,
they probably was both talking shit.

Speaker 5 (52:03):
I hate when girls do this shit.

Speaker 6 (52:07):
Don't just tell my part, don't cut my part out
of the text messages and just show. Don't just cut
your part out and show mind. Y'all were both if
y'all were friends or cool, y'all was keyking, y'all was
both talking shit and now when we're out cool, now
you want to let it out. You was saying shit too.
I don't like when people do that, when they use
some stuff that was said when y'all was cool, cool,

(52:27):
and y'all was like, you know, having a little kikey
about something that's to me should be like, I get it,
but I don't like it. I hate when women people
do this shit. They tell this stuff happens all the time.
Tell tell, tell me why she was so comfortable saying
this stuff about Wendy to you, because y'all was both
talking about the lady. It was never just one person

(52:48):
sitting there just listening and saying, oh, no, that's you
shouldn't say that about Wendy.

Speaker 5 (52:53):
They both was talking shit.

Speaker 6 (52:54):
So I bet when it comes out and now they're
gonna start dropping bombs and then of course they got
that the extra layer of one got to be a
housewife and one didn't. So now when once one person
takes the gloves off, now it's gonna be oh, now
it's on, Now it's up. And now you're gonna hear
some real bad stuff about from both of them. Now
they're about to both let the chopper sing, and they're
both gonna be letting out ship that they shouldn't have.

(53:14):
That happens. And let me tell you, every friend circle,
even us, our friend circles, you and your friends, we
all have a shady chext thread where you feel comfable
with your people people where you.

Speaker 5 (53:26):
Talk your shit. That's not that's normal. It happens. Now.

Speaker 2 (53:29):
You said that, though I could be to hear your thoughts,
I didn't have to say. I was lently talking to
somebody the other day about the fact that I think if.

Speaker 1 (53:37):
Everybody said back and said, look, everybody has been guilty
of either on the receiving end or being the sort
of instigator and talking shit.

Speaker 5 (53:48):
And and the thing is this, Even people you like
you made that day to.

Speaker 1 (53:52):
Say, I'm in my forties, so I've had enough life
experience to know that talking behind someone's sounds so crazy,
but hear me, I'll does it.

Speaker 6 (54:03):
Let's be honest conversation, because let's have real one.

Speaker 8 (54:09):
Everybody breathing has had conversations about another person when that
person was not in the room. And on the surface,
it can be you talked the bottom behind your.

Speaker 2 (54:21):
Back and behind my back. No, I set a conversation
about you and you weren't there.

Speaker 1 (54:25):
However, like Claudia said, if you want to know what
I said, I can tell you to your face.

Speaker 2 (54:30):
I have nothing to hide.

Speaker 1 (54:32):
But we're all guilty of having conversations with about another.

Speaker 2 (54:36):
Person when that person's down the room.

Speaker 1 (54:38):
And Claudia is briden the sense of look, you all
have had a moment as friends to where me doesn't.
At Claudia had a conversation and Claudia said something about.

Speaker 2 (54:51):
A person that I know, and I said there and
listened to it.

Speaker 1 (54:56):
I should not be considered fake because I listened to
my other friend say something about somebody that I know
who I consider the friend. To me, that's what to y'all,
I don't give a ship get involved.

Speaker 5 (55:07):
So if you tell on me, yes, I'm not gonna.

Speaker 2 (55:10):
Been tell you know. Colonia was saying it about you.

Speaker 1 (55:13):
I actually agree with you, and that's why I don't
like the fact that they were going there, because I
thought it was a desperate move.

Speaker 2 (55:18):
Or a battle. But Dustin, who what think I love
about Dustin?

Speaker 1 (55:24):
Dustin will let you know immediately his bias when it
comes to this person is my friend and that's my favorite.

Speaker 2 (55:30):
I'm gonna say it what I'm willa say. So, Dustin,
what are your thoughts about this? Yeah?

Speaker 7 (55:34):
You know, I'm old school when it comes to that
kind of ship. I don't believe in talking about your
friends behind their back. There there are and again, yes,
we all have conversations. We are discussed things with there
are degrees. There's varying degrees of appropriateness when it comes
to conversations that you should have. Again, y'all know, this
is probably the only place in my life where I'm

(55:55):
conservative and traditional right come to that friendship shit, discussing
your friends having your friends back, y'all know me.

Speaker 3 (56:05):
I'm very old school like that.

Speaker 7 (56:07):
So I don't do the talk about your friends with
another one with this one, with that one.

Speaker 3 (56:11):
I don't do that.

Speaker 7 (56:12):
Now, if we having a conversation and certain things come up,
we discussing something that's one thing. But I'm not gonna
go behind my friends back, Nor am I gonna sit
behind my friends back and let somebody.

Speaker 3 (56:23):
Dog them out and talk about them like a dog.
We adults.

Speaker 7 (56:27):
If y'all have y'all challenges in your relationships, that's expected,
and you may have a net. Somebody might not like you, Claudia,
or somebody might not like you, Carlos. Somebody might not
like me and have their own issues with us. They
can talk about that, But them calling me some things
or calling y' all things, you're not finna just disrespect
my friend like that around me just because y'all got

(56:50):
a problem, you know.

Speaker 3 (56:51):
So there's a balance, there's a line there that exists.

Speaker 7 (56:55):
Of course, we have opinions, we share them, we laugh,
make jokes. That's different to me than talking about somebody
behind their back. That's two totally different things to me.
So I think we need to give ourselves a little
bit more grace because I'm agreeing with you both.

Speaker 3 (57:11):
That's not wrong.

Speaker 7 (57:12):
If you have a conversation and something comes up or
someone has an opinion on something, that don't mean that
you're wrong for witnessing that conversation.

Speaker 3 (57:20):
But if you participating in it.

Speaker 7 (57:22):
If you're speaking disparagingly of me, if you're allowing them
to disrespect my family, and you know, just cross a
line to me, there's just a line there that exists.

Speaker 6 (57:32):
So, like you said, degrees, like you know, we have
friend circles, Like we had a friend circle there was
four girls and here in Dallas, which we've actually disabandoned since,
but we used to have.

Speaker 5 (57:41):
Fun and we would pop up a little bit.

Speaker 6 (57:42):
But there was certain characteristics of certain people in the
group that we we say it like and sometimes maybe
two people talk from here, not trashing, but it was like, well,
you know what, she's gonna do nothing else, you's gonna
be late.

Speaker 5 (57:53):
Well yeah, I'm gonna You're gonna we it on white shoes.

Speaker 6 (57:55):
You know, it ain't like evil like right character of things,
but like little luck, everyone had said something about when
it's like it could be to that degree. But then
don't go back and say Claudie was talking so bad
about you, how you always late and you never that
you was right there with me and when you was
a green and it was playful and you.

Speaker 7 (58:14):
Didn't tell me before. That's why I thing right there, motherucker.
If you if somebody was talking shit about me and
you held on to the knowledge of that until you
got mad at them.

Speaker 3 (58:24):
Then fuck both of y'all. That's how I look at it.
You know what I'm saying, Like you was in there.

Speaker 7 (58:29):
You you are just as far out to me as
that person because you allowed it and it was cool
until you got mad at them.

Speaker 3 (58:36):
Now you want to tell me all this ship. Fuck
both of y'all.

Speaker 6 (58:39):
They say, that's mess when you find out who they
are on mad Day when they managed and I don't like.

Speaker 2 (58:44):
It, And I think that's why I guess.

Speaker 1 (58:48):
My first thought was, all right, this is this is
gonna get unnecessarily messy because I just don't like it
when you feel like you said Claudia, and I said,
when you're having conversations, and all of a sudden a
private conversation we had, and no, I'm gets exposed when it.

Speaker 2 (59:10):
To put twenty on ten because we don't.

Speaker 1 (59:12):
Know what KK did say, and I feel like we've
been dangled as Karen, uh what did We still don't
know what KK said about Wendy too Jazzy, and we've
been teased about this for two episodes and.

Speaker 5 (59:27):
Look, it might be nothing, it might be something like,
it's not.

Speaker 2 (59:30):
Thank of the shop.

Speaker 1 (59:31):
I hope it's not be major because we're being teased
about us for two weeks.

Speaker 6 (59:36):
If someone would have did me like that, if I
was a k and I heard that, what.

Speaker 5 (59:40):
Did I say?

Speaker 2 (59:40):
Bitch saying?

Speaker 6 (59:42):
Say what I said right now? Don't be Danglo's care
for we know what did I say?

Speaker 3 (59:46):
We did at the end of the episode.

Speaker 7 (59:49):
Yeah, with that silver de Or bag sitting on the table,
you know, Keanu be having our ship if you if
you peep like she we and our friends were watching
the show and we were laughing. And because Giselle had
on them poochie pants and Keana had on the poochi too.
I think it was a dressed and she had the
advisor cap with the seat through visor bream one and

(01:00:10):
all Poochie had to talk. That's for the fashion people.
But yeah, Keana be having her ship on. But at
the end of that episode she caught it so great.
But at the end of that episode she called Jazzy out.
She was like, yo, I can.

Speaker 3 (01:00:24):
Only be accountable for whatever it is.

Speaker 7 (01:00:26):
I know, I said, so unless you want to tell
me what I said, And Jazi said she kept it
to herself because the timing of whatever, She's a legend
Kiana to have said what she said, that the timing.

Speaker 3 (01:00:39):
Of her saying it would be hurt really hurtful to.

Speaker 7 (01:00:41):
Wendy whatever that meant. All these riddles and ship what's
going on meant that.

Speaker 5 (01:00:49):
One got a page the other one. So now I
know everything.

Speaker 2 (01:00:55):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:00:57):
It's funny.

Speaker 2 (01:00:58):
Everybody does it. It's hilarious. We'll talk about like freaking
Billy Hills, Well she got the.

Speaker 7 (01:01:04):
Peach basketball wise, you know, got her peach.

Speaker 2 (01:01:15):
Yes, it's actually that's why I think it's hilarioy. So look,
we will see what happens with this. But I actually.

Speaker 1 (01:01:26):
I am glad that we were able to address a
lot of things going on with Angel because I do
feel like, you know, that's the one thing to me
that I do feel isn't as definitive in terms of
like what their storyline is as the other. So I'm
hoping that we get to see something different from her

(01:01:47):
after this trip ends, so that you know, we get
to get settled in her world and to see what.

Speaker 3 (01:01:53):
That looks like.

Speaker 7 (01:01:54):
So I just want to make one more no regarding
Angel in her defense actually, but in Angel's defense their
body shame and shit is time out for that?

Speaker 3 (01:02:06):
Because I don't know where the motherfuckers are from.

Speaker 7 (01:02:08):
But Angel is a woman who people deemed desirable right
her curves, her body.

Speaker 3 (01:02:15):
That's not a negative thing. So I don't know.

Speaker 7 (01:02:18):
What metric or rubric people are holding her to or whatever,
but that's a desirable woman where I come from and
in a lot of other parts of the country and
the world.

Speaker 3 (01:02:27):
And people should consider that.

Speaker 7 (01:02:29):
You sound lame to me if you body shaming her
for putting on weight after having a kid, that's lame.

Speaker 3 (01:02:35):
She's a happy woman. She's a sexy, curvy woman.

Speaker 6 (01:02:38):
Like it's one thing they put lazy down in bags
of pistachios, and yeah, I do all the time. But
she actually gave birth to someone, like you know what
I mean, Like that's it's gonna take a minute. And yeah,
I just don't think she's happy about what she had
that cheapy song, which it wasn't really that flattering. I
know she in the room, she felt uncomfortable lasses on. Hell,

(01:03:00):
that's a that's she's shown you what like her body languages,
she's not really.

Speaker 5 (01:03:05):
Comfortable right now. I am. I'm assuming I hope you
don't get mad at me.

Speaker 3 (01:03:10):
Insight, it's reasonable for you to say, yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:03:13):
Actually, I'm glad you brought that up.

Speaker 1 (01:03:17):
So Rang Jos, let us know what you think in
