Speaker 1 (00:03):
Reality with the King is hosted by me, Carlos King.
I'm an executive producer who have produced some of your
favorite shows from the Real Housewives in Atlanta, New Jersey
and my own creation, The Love and Marriage Franchise and
Bell Collective. Every episode we recap reality television from the
Real Housewives Franchise to The Bachelor or Selling Sunset, in

(00:27):
addition to celebrity guests, whether in the unscripted space or
scripted as well.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
I'm happy to be here, Claudia, you were in Vegas.

Speaker 1 (00:39):
I want to start this conversation rain Drops by talking
about Bravo CoV before I get to all the tea
that came out of it that I was waiting for
all weekend to talk to Dustin.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Claudia about Tadia. You were there live in action. You
look gorgeous. Padia is so sweet.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
She took videos of the rain draw talk about how
much they love our Monday night show and how much
they adore our recaps.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
But Claudia pack the picture now was.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
It never been a Bravocan And I'm like, Damn, I
wish Bravokan was around when I was on at the
height of Housewives because you get so much love. But
even though I'm ten years removed, the enthusiasm was through
the roof, Like because a lot of the housewives don't
walk around Bravo kan they are very much They'll come
off for our panel and then they'll go to, you know,

(01:29):
a booth or something, but they're not walking around amongst
the people like that, so they're very excited when they
do get to touch and say something to someone that
like it's a big deal, Like it's a really big
you know, and I you know me, I'm with the
people like I always love that, Like I'm not the
security keep me away, No, come on, let's take a picture.
And when I tell you like hearing straight from the

(01:51):
fans of housewives, they're so funny. Every single one of
them told me they watch Monday Night Lives. Every single
one of them was like they will hold when you
were there, they will like I love them. I watch
every Monday Night and I'm like yes, And I'm like, well,
I said, do you mind if I get you on videos?
I got a few, but what I sent you out
was a small representation of all the people that stopped

(02:11):
me and talk about the show, and not only the
fans watch the show, but all the girls on the
show watch the show like I. I won't say who,
but a few of the new few housewives i've you
know started following me from Potomac, which I I love that,
like they are watching what we say, they are watching
what we think, and it was amazing. I Drew my cousin, Drew,

(02:32):
you know, the Jordan family. We kept missing each other,
but we were texting to all and trying to meet
up because she was like, imagine if we walked around together.
She wanted to do that, but it was just my
feet were hurting too. But it was just too much.
It was like overwhelming. But I think it's something that
if we went to next year, Gay will go crazy.
We should definitely have a little set up there and.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
Just I would love to go to work next year.
Will come.

Speaker 1 (02:56):
Yeah, I would love to see Dustin and you actually
Claudia to moderate panels.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
Would I would? I would.

Speaker 1 (03:06):
I would personally take my depth a card white to
see Claudia and dust and moderate the Atlanta panel panel.
I would.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
I would only want to be the audience and it
would be you.

Speaker 3 (03:22):
Know, we've kept it very much a block with all
the Housewives shows and there may be some people that
may feel like it's you know that may not be
the biggest fans of some of the things we said,
but we would it would be a very honest panel.
Wouldn't be one of them fake ask kiss and ones,
or wouldn't be hostile just to have a moment. It
would be honest. We're not on that, you know, we're
not trying to got you moment. It'd be like honest,
like yo, let's ask.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
They had that.

Speaker 5 (03:45):
They had the radio host Kiki Monique shout out to
her right, but she was heavily featured in this season
of Orange County uh in a capacity, we'll just say that,
and they had she was moderating on the main stage
and she so, I don't think we've said anything too controversial,
you know what I'm saying that if Kiky Monique's ask

(04:06):
can get up there on the stage, I'm sure we'll
with open arms.

Speaker 1 (04:10):
I'm advocating for Claudia and Dustin to host a panel.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
We can do it. We'll give them a good rate.

Speaker 2 (04:18):
M No, because listen, a lot of things try to
spin this weekend. Speaking of your cousin juic So Dora.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
Yes, I if there.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
Was an award for the most improved housewife. It would
be juice of Dora.

Speaker 6 (04:40):
To be able to knock out two of your components
in one breath is what housewives are made up, especially
in Atlanta.

Speaker 2 (04:51):
So rain drops. In case you missed my recop up
for the weekend.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
The Atlanta panel that included Drew, Angela Oakley, Poorsha Phaedra.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
I hate when this.

Speaker 4 (05:04):
Happens Mea, Kelly, Cynthia, Yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Okay, here we go, we get I'm checking out our
levels after Claudia. So with that being said, the Panama
hosted by the amazing journalist.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
Wait Zi.

Speaker 1 (05:31):
Rachel Oh, sorry, so, Zuri Hall Di Perton. We'll get
to that later. Former Bachelorette Rachel Lindsley, Thank you. Dustin
moderated the panel and baby Drew Sodora read the fuck
out of Shamia, who she called Shassi and Kelly. She
pretty much said to them, Claudia and Dustin, you know, listen, me.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
And Shamia have a performance. We're performing later.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
I don't know why she thinks, you know, she's all
of that when both me and Kate Michelle sings better
than her. She also said that look when it comes
to Kelly's restaurant, Nana's Chicken of waffle.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
She prefers waffle House.

Speaker 7 (06:16):
She gathered them a one punch and at that moment
I said, Juice a Dora Center Peach Atlanta.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
Woman, you are Claudia because that's your cousin.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
How proud are you of how Drew has emerged as
a shade assassin.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
I am so proud. But that's that Jordan blood, you know.
I mean, look at the other grades out there. Michael B. Jordans,
Michael Jordans, we are Claudia Jordan ju one of the
biggest clutch. I mean, she she really won to the end,
even of Jordan's all beautiful people that will you know,

(07:03):
they want that smoke. I'm very proud of her. I
know we have spoken before privately in our group text
about advice we would give to Drew, like as like, hey, man,
tell your cousin she'd better step up. I don't need to.
I don't need to, because, oh, cousin, I'm very proud
of you, and I will be down there to do
a scene with you when you hours resume filming. We
have talked about it. We're gonna do a little Sun

(07:24):
Sun together. But I'm very proud of her because before,
when I really wasn't watching the show, I would always
hear about Drew getting dragged. They drag her for her
or she dresses, they drag her for line, they drag
her for this, that and the third. And I think
it kind of like it created a monster in a
way because she took a lot of those hits and
she was able to chill, a marinate. And I don't

(07:46):
think she's as emotionally triggered as some of the others
now because she's used to but them coming for her.
And when you are just like used to taking arrows
in your back, arrows, arrows incoming fire from all angles,
we do develop a thicker skin. She doesn't look out reactionary.
Some of the other girls get like I love Samia,
but she reacts when people come to her, Kelly, they

(08:06):
all react, brick react. She's a queen of reacting, just overreacting.
Drew will take the hit and then give you a
very poise yet precise clap back back where you look stupid.
And I always say this, whoever controls their emotions won
the fight. So now Drew, all those years of y'all

(08:28):
dragging her. You have created this, y'all helps her become
this because now y'all should don't get to her like
I used to. She's used to having a target on
her back, so she's handling y'all, and I'm here for it.
I love it, Cousin Drew, I can I cannot wait
for the next family reunion. We will have nice Kiki.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
DiCaprio.

Speaker 3 (08:48):
Are thoughts not just Ario?

Speaker 4 (08:51):
That's right, Okay, get on my titany now.

Speaker 5 (08:57):
I was very, very very proud of what I say
saw from Druce Sodora on that on that stage at
Bravo Cohn during that Viva Loss Atlanta Peaches panel. Okay,
I was very impressed by what I saw quick on her.

Speaker 4 (09:10):
Feet in real time in the moment.

Speaker 5 (09:13):
Could it have been pre prepared maybe, you know what
I'm saying, but hey, it worked. It landed as one
of the people who was a part of some of
the initial I'm not gonna say dragon of Drew, but
I definitely had critique.

Speaker 3 (09:26):
For her, right right you were, and I did to Dustin.

Speaker 1 (09:31):
I said that it was giving Tyler Perry's.

Speaker 4 (09:34):
In the beginning.

Speaker 5 (09:35):
Yeah, and shit, some of the critique was was healthy,
right because there was a vicious critique on like some
of her styling choices and ship. Drew's a beautiful woman
who we've loved from many projects before the Housewives of Atlanta, right,
She's been around acting for a very long time.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
People wanted to see her at her best.

Speaker 5 (09:54):
If she was gonna come into this environment in space,
and what we saw on that stage at Brabo Kan
was or at her best.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
She looked good, she sounded good, she was composed and.

Speaker 5 (10:04):
Poised, just like Claudia just said, all the elements it
takes to be the victor, and you know that inverbal
sparring that they do on the Housewives shows and on those.

Speaker 4 (10:13):
Stages, and it was good to see, you know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
She tortured me and Kelly asses up and they were
sitting right next to her, immediately to her right and
left when she did it, so she was pointing from
side to side and elbow linked gloves.

Speaker 4 (10:25):
It was perfect. It was perfect. So shout out to Drew.

Speaker 5 (10:29):
That's what we wanted to see, and it made her
appear to be on even footing with the rest of
some of the veterans on the stage. Right when it
comes to being able to withstand all that people forget.
Drew as a child actor like Claudia says, she's had
a lot of practice with rejection and being scrutinized, being
under scrutiny, you know. So that's nothing new for her,

(10:51):
and I'm so glad that this finally clicked in her
head how to take with her all her experiences bring
them into the housewives space and play the game the
right way. We're now getting to see that, and I
love it. I'm glad she tore them up. She started
on that reunion last year when they had that yellow one.
I did not like her dress, but that's okay, I
have to wear the motherfucker, you know what I'm saying.

(11:13):
So she said on the end of that couch and
tore their ass up that whole region. Yes, I told
you she was on that couch the whole time, you know,
going off, you know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (11:25):
So I was.

Speaker 3 (11:26):
Happy in the world of track and feels like, you know,
they always put the uh, the the people with the
hot the fastest times in the middle lanes. That's a
favorable lane, lane three, four and five. You want to
be in, and when you're on the outside you're a
long shot to win because you are at a disadvantage.
You're away from the package at your back or away

(11:46):
in front of you, like lane eight, lane one. They
basically put Drew in lane eight and she still won.
And that you have to be so good and focused
to be away right like you know, you're already going
there with the disc managed mentally, because what's the thing
that people always talk about, Oh, who's sitting in seat
number one, the closest hand in the season, And so

(12:07):
you going there like, oh, okay, that's what they think of me.
They're putting me on the outside like iron ship or
I didn't really bring it this season. So for you
to get there, overcome the psychological downgrade they give to you,
and then still light.

Speaker 4 (12:18):
Them up happy to see you.

Speaker 3 (12:21):
Imagine how she's gonna be this year when she rightfully
isn't well. I still I still think they're gonna do
a journey. They have some thing against her for some reason.
But if she's even one seed in, she's gonna violate.

Speaker 1 (12:33):
Based on what based on what I've seen and listen,
I said this, it's no secret. Whoever gets the first seed,
you are considered the star of the season. It's not
a secret. All shows do.

Speaker 5 (12:45):
That, which is crazy because they had Jin in the
first seed on O seed, but that's another.

Speaker 4 (12:53):
Should have been anyway. But we'll talk.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
Go ahead, Okay, thank you baby, So I are with you.
I will say this, I listen, we'll.

Speaker 1 (13:03):
See the season and I won't say this, and we'll
get to Potomac. One thing about this show that I
love the most is the fact that it's unlike any
other show where we just don't talk about the scenes
and move on. We really do have a healthy, educated
conversation on you know, the state of the industry, reality,
the casts, and all this other stuff.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
Which is romber giving Drew her much deserved flowers.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
I want Drew as of now we'll see the season
to have first chair with the reunion.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
I think she deserves it. She had it before. But
I think Drew.

Speaker 1 (13:35):
I think Drew is Atlanta's shade assassin because she does
in the Apolis way, and I think we need to
really look out for her. What I will say is this,
the biggest buzz Bramo Cotton had to me was Atlanta.
M hm. You guys can tell me your thoughts from
that too. There is something about Atlanta. That just creates

(13:55):
a firestorm of conversation. As as we get to recap
Potomac later in this episode. It did make me think too,
like there is something about that show and the other
shows to where it moves me. It gives me something
that to anticipate. And we'll get into the Potomac panel too.

(14:19):
But it didn't have any bus and but Atlanta did,
and it made me miss Atlanta. And as we're going
to get in to Potomac, which, by the way, Patoma's
a good show.

Speaker 2 (14:29):
It's a good season. Shout out to the production in
the cast.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
But I feel like the spark isn't there when it
comes to Potomac. There's nothing that I'm rushing home to, like,
I can't wait to see this.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
You can say what you want.

Speaker 1 (14:44):
By last seasons Atlanta Housewives, that was musty fucking TV. Yeah,
I think I think the three of us, if I
could speak for the three of us, I think we
got our rocks off waiting every Monday to.

Speaker 2 (14:58):
Talk about the kingion of it all, the brit of
it all, the Shanmia versus portion of it all.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
You don't like conversation, it was, it activated the three
of us in a way that that I think we
just had the best time doing again for Toma's spine.
But Atlanta just has something that I feel like all
shows should take note of. And I'm looking forward to

(15:25):
Atlanta and I want Atlanta back on my motherfucking TV
screen tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (15:30):
Go ahead, Claudia.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
It was a big poster when you first walk in
to Bravo Khan and it's like, maybe, I don't know,
fifty feet wat long of all the headshots of like
the housewives, right, all the Bravo talent, and of all
the people right of all the housewives. Guess who was
front and center if you picked one housewife of all

(15:55):
the house Nope, Leini wasn't even on there. Nope, a
person again. Angela Oakley was the middle photo. They had
all the housewives of all the franchises. Okay, not not
past but current, right, you know, they had all them
up there and front dead center middle was Angela Oakley

(16:19):
of all of them. I thought that nothing like that
happens by accident, right, everything is thought about. When they
it was like all the yes, it's you walk into
the convention center and you look up and there's like
maybe forty of them of the Bravo Talent and Angela
Oakley was in the middle and you know, and I

(16:42):
was like, wow, that was kind of you know, I
don't really know a lot of the white ladies on
the other shows. Like when you'll be mentioning people, I'm like,
who Who's that?

Speaker 4 (16:51):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (16:53):
I don't know them, So I don't know her. My
Mariah Carey voice, I don't know. I don't know. I
don't know her.

Speaker 5 (16:58):
I know one you need to know, and that's Bronwen
Newport from Salt Lake City.

Speaker 4 (17:02):
Because bron went down.

Speaker 5 (17:05):
On the ass Claudia in a way that you would appreciate.
She just packed up this friend of the show saw
Lake named Brittany, who went with an extra like a
bonus osma.

Speaker 4 (17:17):
She was like kind of dating him or whatever. On
the show.

Speaker 5 (17:21):
Long story short, she made a joke that she constantly
makes about Bronwin's clothes being constume in our fashion. Bronwen
is sitting on the stage Claudia in a huge polka
dot cuture outfit with a big ass hat right literally
sitting like she got dropped into the clothes, and Brittany
makes her joke. The camera cuts straight to bron When Claudia,
she goes, Oh, Brittany, I'm so glad that I can

(17:44):
make you relevant with your little joke. You know, every
time I see you, I'm a new cuture here you
come with the same old tire read and the whole Yeah,
bar wa, Kindie erupted it. You gotta see it. She's
like us, like you will like Bronwin Newport. So that's
a that's a white one to watch.

Speaker 3 (18:02):
And there's no lady. Let me tell you something, the
white lady love. I was getting in there all all
my white queen's out there.

Speaker 4 (18:09):
Yeah, I appreciate y'all.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
Y'all, y'all gave me life. And they were so funny,
like they were like, why are you not on a housewives?
Will you go? Are you? Are you here because you're
coming back? You know, they talk about you all the time.
And I'm like, listen, I'm not here for that. Do
you watch Monday Night Live? And do you watch accidentally formed?
They said, yeah, they watched the show, and I was like, okay,
but I want to get more familiar with some of
the others. And I did see the trailer. They did
play the trailer of Real Housewives of Rhode Island. Did

(18:34):
you see that?

Speaker 4 (18:35):
Yes? Oh good?

Speaker 2 (18:38):
How rich the richness?

Speaker 1 (18:41):
I felt like I was watching where Megan Mark and
Prince Harry was staying.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
Do you know what I mean? Like the architectural of
the house was so massive.

Speaker 1 (18:52):
And look that's how break the wealth back to it
was like eight.

Speaker 3 (19:01):
Rhode Island has very, very very wealthy people and then
very poor. There's a street of boulevard actually ten miles
drive in Newport, Rhode Island, and all of us that
grew up in Rhode Island, a lot of us have
our palms there and they have insane mansions that like
the Vanderbilts would own. Taylor Swift has a house there.

(19:24):
We can you can drive right by Taylor Swift's home
when I go home. My mom's like, there's where Taylor
Swift lives. She has a house there. Extreme wealth where
some of the mansions are so expensive that the families
couldn't keep them up that they are now they're tourist
attractions like they're owned by I guess maybe the I
don't know what it is. But when I tell you

(19:45):
wealth like England, like artifacts like golds on the walls,
bullshit that Trump has put in the white up rush,
real gold chandeliers overlooking a cliff. Uh, you know, firecliff mansion.
I'm telling you, I don't know who these ladies. I do.
I've been going from Rde Island for a while, but

(20:06):
there is a lot of wealth in Rhode Island, Old
New England money, Pilgrim money. Going back to England.

Speaker 1 (20:12):
I can tell about the houses. I'm looking forward to it.
I'm a big Jersey fan. Shout out to Teresa and
her brother Joe for reuniting.

Speaker 4 (20:20):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 2 (20:21):
You know, we'll see what happens with that.

Speaker 3 (20:25):
You're gonna get the wealth of Beverly Hills and probably more,
and the attitude and the rat white ratchetness of a
real Housewives of New Jersey.

Speaker 4 (20:35):
I'm with it. I'm with it.

Speaker 5 (20:37):
I've been excited about it since they announced that that franchise,
that that that new franchise was coming.

Speaker 4 (20:44):
I'm with it.

Speaker 3 (20:46):
It's very hard to tell who's they all look.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
Like Glorious there.

Speaker 5 (20:51):
One lady on the cast looked exactly like Dolorous from
New Jersey.

Speaker 4 (20:56):
In the trailer, they were like, we were friends.

Speaker 1 (21:02):
This is reality with the King, and I'm Carlos King.
Let's get back into the show.

Speaker 5 (21:09):
I know we got to move on because we got
to pack agenda tonight. But have you guys heard any
of these rumors? We never talk about rumors and any
of that ship scuttle. But but let's do it for
a second, because I'm hearing a lot about a Houston
based franchise. So I'm hearing a lot about that. What
are you hearing, Carlos in the streets.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
Of eyes lit up?

Speaker 4 (21:34):
Are you hearing?

Speaker 5 (21:35):
I know if you obviously any official correspondence you've heard
off the record, you can't share, right, But are people
far off with that? Or is there are there more
new you know, cities coming or new franchises coming?

Speaker 4 (21:48):
One specifically, I.

Speaker 1 (21:52):
Sometimes frequent Giselle's word on the street block Yes. I
sometimes play I'm a Joyce Hood reporting yes on my YouTube.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
So as I'm in the streets of.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
Reality television, I heard the same thing as well.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
I've heard the same thing.

Speaker 5 (22:16):
Really, I'm hearing all black casts too, That's what I've
been hearing.

Speaker 2 (22:23):
Claudia, what times your doctor's appointment? Is it?

Speaker 4 (22:26):
That means all right, I'm not doing this. Bring it on.

Speaker 5 (22:31):
I think it's a great time for a new all
black franchise. I think it's a great time for new
franchises period within the Housewives universe. Look how Sart Lake
City came out of nowhere and just blew us all away.
So I think Rhode Island has that potential. And I'm sorry.

Speaker 4 (22:46):
With all that medical money, all them doctors.

Speaker 5 (22:48):
And ship in the Houston area, I feel like we can,
you know, we can really get some rolling down in Houston.

Speaker 3 (22:55):
So because the way they fumbled Dallas with them try
ass casts and they got mad when I said this before,
and I don't give a fuck.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
Who got mad.

Speaker 3 (23:06):
Uh, Carrie got mad at me because she thought she
took it. I was. I was talking about her. But
I was like that they would have the show would
have been canceled. They had more spice. I know a
lot of wealthy black women that were interviewed for the show,
and they just kept they just kept passing on them.
I actually had an interview with them as well. But
I got it right when I started Fox Soul and
so they they would always every year entertain testing and

(23:27):
then no one ever get added. So when it got canceled,
you know, you know, I said my ship, I was like,
well there's a lot of talent here. They could have
would have been spicier. It could add some spice, and
Carrie decided to jump out and be like, well we
had a you know, I'm like, first of all, calm
down your name, calm down, calm down with the four
hundred thousand views because we had ten x at in

(23:48):
season seven and that was your peak and that was
you know. But anyways, we're all good. Now, we're cool.
Now we haven't meetual friends. I try to keep if
the truth all to do change your truth. If we
reporting on your truth bothers, you then change your truth.
You you felt like you want to pop up to me.
I had nothing. I wasn't talking about her individually. I

(24:10):
would I would never put that weight of one person's
back on a franchise.

Speaker 5 (24:14):
It yes, for reason no, but but I do want.

Speaker 3 (24:20):
To carry I see you out.

Speaker 4 (24:22):
You know.

Speaker 1 (24:24):
Us who are the Dallas Wing and Andrew carry list.
I'll say this, I enjoyed and it's gonna be a
very controversial statement.

Speaker 2 (24:35):
It's fine this show, but like does that? I like Dallas.

Speaker 1 (24:43):
The first couple of seasons that showed to me worked
because of locking.

Speaker 2 (24:49):
You know, it's it's it is what it is, you know.

Speaker 3 (24:53):
Yes, they needed more Leanzo. They only had one person,
needed more or someone to like yeah, like not just one.

Speaker 4 (25:00):
Yeah, Charlene.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
Those girls were lost.

Speaker 1 (25:05):
They literally was lost without her. They didn't know what
to do because she activated all of them. She was
great television. And I'm gonna leave it at that. At
the end of the day, it went to show that
that world. I'll say that world because Audia's point. They
did pick a world of prenticeships in that particular group
instead of expanding outside of the social scene of charitable

(25:29):
you know, events, because that was the focus.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
Of that show.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
And at the end of the day, I don't care
how rich you are and all the money. If you
ain't good TV, your money needs nothing.

Speaker 4 (25:40):
You suck.

Speaker 2 (25:42):
So I agree with you when it comes to that,
I want to talk about let's do this.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
As I always looked at the Brava con clips. I
don't want to get your thoughts because obviously I don't
know y'all.

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Keep it a buck. I could not help but think
of Nini Leaks.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
Yeah, And when I say that, I'm being very honest,
And I talked about this my podcast over the weekend.
I put myself in ninie shoes, and I was wondering,
how does she feel when she watches these clips of
these women being celebrated and being heralded. And Claudia, who

(26:27):
obviously I will always consider it to be an iconic
force on the show. Claudia getting mobbed after being on
the show one season. I wondered, Wow, if Nini was
there and you see the franchise grow, And I thought
about Kenya, and I thought about those two women, particularly because.

Speaker 2 (26:48):
I'm like, I just felt sad, and this is me.

Speaker 1 (26:52):
I haven't spoken to the two of them, so trust me,
this is only coming from me. I thought about Nini
and Kenya a lot, two women who I felt break
by Brick built that show, you know, and were synonymous
with the success of it. And you know, Vicky gobbleson

(27:15):
is got asked back for season twenty of OC, and
congratulations to her as well. But you know, if I'm
being completely honest, I thought about men and I thought about.

Speaker 4 (27:28):
You know, her attitude during season eleven and twelve.

Speaker 2 (27:34):
Well, let's talk about it, let's have a conversation. I
just thought about, how do you think about that?

Speaker 1 (27:39):
But I did think about the fact that, look, everybody
has done something or says something that they would want
to take back, and I'm not here to speak on
that on people's intentions. I would go on the record
saying I have not spoken to anybody about this, neither.

Speaker 2 (27:58):
Do I want to be. It's not my business.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
You know, I better tell you about how I feel
about when people come from me. So I'm definitely gonn
step at anyone else's shit. But I just felt that
because I sometimes look as a viewer and as a viewer,
and I just I don't know, I really thought about her.

Speaker 2 (28:16):
I thought about Kenya, and I thought about like their.

Speaker 1 (28:18):
Legacy and what will make of their legacy. So you know, Dusin,
what are your thoughts on that, Like, do you feel
like the legacy of Nini and Kenya.

Speaker 2 (28:31):
Will be erased?

Speaker 4 (28:33):
I don't think it can be.

Speaker 5 (28:34):
Number one, I don't think it's possible for erasure, true
erasure to happen of their impact to the Real Housewives
of Atlanta and to Bravo as a network and everything
else else that is affected there after. But listen, I'm
looking at it as a fan as well, I guess
from my commentary, and I appreciate everything you just said

(28:55):
because just like you mentioned Nini Leaks and Kenya Moore
two examples of women who have greatly impacted the success
of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, and it would make
sense for them to be included in the celebration of
that world.

Speaker 4 (29:09):
Right.

Speaker 5 (29:10):
However, as a viewer, we were set through season eleven
at the reunion where Nini sat there and refuse to
engage with any of her cast members. We set through
her in season twelve, slamming the computer down during the
virtual reunion, refusing to participate, spitting Sunflower Seeds and her castmates.
Then she had personal issues that we know she was

(29:31):
in some sort of legal engagement of the network and
of NBC Universal. She's made several comments that were and
not alleged right. These are directly from her accounts. She's
made the comments that were extreme to say the least,
you know, so there's obviously a path back from that.

Speaker 4 (29:51):
I don't know what that path looks like for her.
I hope they figure.

Speaker 5 (29:54):
It out because I miss seeing her on TV on
Bravo specifically. Nini Leaks is an immensely talent to television personality.
She's a great actor. She proved that during her time
on a New Normal on NBC. She really showed her
acting chops and so there's talent there, you know, two
time Broadway performer.

Speaker 4 (30:13):
There's things that Nini could be doing.

Speaker 5 (30:15):
I just could be doing rather And as a viewer
and as someone who was a fan of Nini, especially
the early seasons one through six, I don't know why
things stalled out completely in her camp. One of the
best parts about being a fan of Needing Leaks was
watching her.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
Achieve things that people didn't see possible for her.

Speaker 5 (30:35):
We loved seeing her go do other shit, be on
other shows, you know, exist in other spaces and entertainment.

Speaker 4 (30:41):
That was part of the fun.

Speaker 5 (30:43):
So when her attitude started stinking, when she started fumbling
what doing what looked like her fumbling opportunities and shit,
it was confusing for all of us. So I'm with you.
I want to see a redemption arc for her. I
think she deserves it based on her talent alone. Real talk,
fuck how you feel about her personality. Ninia is talented
and she really should be working and we should be

(31:05):
enjoying her talents more. There's got to be a line
there for the personal and the professional, and I think
sometimes that can be blurred as a reality star, but
you have to work ten times. It's hard to define
that and keep it separated. Like that song sit, you
got to keep it separated, you know what I'm saying.
Hopefully still see success, but it would have been nice

(31:27):
to see her included. Now Kenya Moore, that's a different
conversation because there was an event, an incident that we
all saw play out where we saw her face. Very
real consequences and very real determinations were made and she
was removed from the show. That's fresh, that's new, and
it's related to one incident. So there's a lot of

(31:49):
really electric opinions attached to that, and I personally believe
Kenya Moore should be back on the cast.

Speaker 4 (31:54):
But that's just me.

Speaker 5 (31:55):
I'm sure you have the reasons that she's not, so
I got that.

Speaker 3 (32:02):
I'll say this about Nini.

Speaker 1 (32:06):
She is.

Speaker 3 (32:08):
She went down that path that a lot of people
who are getting new money and new fame go through,
and you have to be careful with keeping that ego
in check because all the entire demise of her career
is all self imposed. It is not from an outside source.
It's all from the call coming from inside the house

(32:29):
and I recognize that people are gonna say this is
a personal thing. I don't even give a damn wage
I'll say about that. I'm speaking as someone who is
highly qualified to speak on this, as someone who's been
in the game for thirty years. I've been famous before
all these housewives except Candy. Okay, so let's be very clear.
My resume goes back to nineteen ninety seven ninety eight.

(32:53):
So with that being said that we're clear on that
this is not hate in any shape or form. But
when you get on a show and you have overnight success,
it does something to certain people's brains if you're not prepared.
One thing about people who have struggles, and this is
why a Candy burst, a kid yamore, a lot of
other women that have like kind of grinded it out

(33:15):
for years. They have had they understand that. They don't
just they're not old this. They have earned it. They
have climbed up a ladder, been knocked down, had to
figure it out and get back up there. It didn't
just happen overnight. When something happens for you overnight and
you blow up overnight, if you are not grounded and

(33:35):
prepared and don't have the right people around you, your
ego will tell you, fuck you, I'm that, bitch, I'm rich,
I'm that. And you start looking down at people where
someone like the rest of us that have like grinded
out for years, we understand that the Lord give us
and the Lord take it away. And when you come
on that, when you go downhill, you better keep your

(33:56):
ass and checking your ego because you're going to be
wanting another job again. So when you go on your
upward trajectory and you shit on people on the way up,
and you start looking down your noses at people, the
very people that like loved you and loved your like
you're down your how humble you are, how down to earth.
They don't like this new situation of seeing like upgrade

(34:19):
your bags and your teeth and your body and your
house and your car. Is hell yet, And I'm gonna
celebrate you when you do that. But don't be getting
shitty with people. Don't then assault cameramen. Don't refuse to
go on cast trips when you don't like the person
that's head of that cast trip. Don't think you're bigger
than the program, because you will get humbled and you

(34:40):
will not be bigger than the program. And when you
lose your opportunity and you're like, hey, guys, remember me,
I'm the one that built it from the ground up,
and you did, and you should get that credit. But people,
there's so many people here that want your spot that
sometimes a production company will take that l and say, yeah,
she would make our ratings go through the roof. But

(35:02):
I just don't want to deal with a headache that
comes with it. It's too much of a price to pay.
Nine leaks. I don't think that it's the end of
the road for you because you are so charismatic and
you still have I bet you if if I got
mob at that convention, girl, you would have been mobbed. Like, okay,
you would have, but you have to be You've got
to show some kind of humility. And this is not

(35:22):
me telling a black woman to make herselves smaller. Which
you can't shit on the companies and the people that
helped you along the way. You can hold people accountable
that did you dirty. But like, it's the attitude and
I've witnessed it for myself, so I'm speaking from someone
that knows what they're talking about, and that's I think
what the problem is we haven't like, maybe there's a

(35:42):
one on one interview with someone again. Maybe maybe Carlos
says you again where you're like, listen, people have wrong
me And she has every right to say that. But
I have to still recognize the errors of what I did,
how I contributed to it. Hey, maybe I wasn't the
easiest person to deal with. Maybe I gave production a
hard time, and if I could do it again, I

(36:03):
probably wouldn't do that. I bet you something as small
as that, well that's not small would make people be like,
you know what, Maybe she's changing. We're willing to do
it again. But when people have these budgets, they don't
want to deal with that shit. No one wants to
deal with your ass feeling like you're big in the
program and be obnoxious When I got to sit there
and shoot with you for twelve hours. I see.

Speaker 5 (36:23):
My thing is to Claudia, right, I just hit me
in my head right now when you were talking about
that for years and y'all know professionalism is important to
me too, Right.

Speaker 4 (36:35):
For years, Nini would would.

Speaker 5 (36:37):
Talk about how she was perspectful, she was professional on
other sets when she would go do other work, like
when she was. She was great on Fashion Police on
E right, and I remember her talking about white people.

Speaker 3 (36:47):
Are gonna act right, but then when you're a black cast,
you're gonna act up.

Speaker 4 (36:50):
No sorry, wake it up, Claudia.

Speaker 5 (36:52):
But I remember her saying, how you know I'll come
to these sets and I don't even ask for a lot.
I just want water in my check on time. You
know everybody knows on time. I'm easy to work with
or whatever. So that to me means that, Nini, you
know the value of being pleasant per se.

Speaker 4 (37:09):
You know the value.

Speaker 5 (37:09):
You know how to do what you need to do,
and you need to do it, so when you act
out and act otherwise, you know what you're doing then too.
And that's the part that makes me struggle with like
looking at her as a victim. You know what I'm saying,
because you know better, you know what you're doing, Nini.
We all know how hard we work for opportunity, for visibility,
for all of those things.

Speaker 4 (37:29):
So to see somebody who.

Speaker 5 (37:30):
Has the talent and is now being met with the
opportunity fumble it and you're a fan of their personality
and what they do is really disappointing.

Speaker 3 (37:39):
So and I do think there was a time she
was professional. But then I think when when you're not
used to fame and you get it overnight quickly, it
does and it's not just a ninny thing like I
hope y'all don't think I'm just trying to drag her.
I'm just saying, you see, with other people, Jocelyn's another
example of that, when you get fame overnight, it sometimes
can turn you into a narcissist or turn you into

(38:02):
someone that's a little unbearable to be around. I remember
Nini had a thing here in Dallas and a play,
and we were actually in a decent place, and I
had had promoted on my radio station and she was
posting by the show, she didn't whatever, that's fine, and
then she was gonna host a meet and greet here
in Dallas. Well, people paid extra money to be there
for that. She got mad with something with the play
and we didn't want to come out of her dress room.

(38:22):
And then she was leaving after the play and didn't
give these people to meet and greet. They begged me
to go in there, and I had to explain for
her and cover for her. And this is when I
was we weren't like this I was like, listen, she
wasn't feeling well whatever I said to cover for her.
But when you do little things like that, you may
think it's just a play, it's just a little black movie,
or it's just a little low budget production. But producers

(38:45):
talk among themselves, and Nini, you came into the business
and blew it up. It would be a tragedy for
you to not get back on something on that level again,
because you do have so much charisma. You're funny, you know,
like all persons should decide you're funny, and you deserve
to be on something. But you've got to humble yourself
and you've got to get that spirit out of you

(39:06):
where you look down on people and people not beneath
you because you're famous, they're not.

Speaker 5 (39:11):
And Nini knows how to take a note too. She
knows how to listen to all this and take the
note because when she met Marlow in season four and Neini.

Speaker 4 (39:18):
Started dressing better. So you can take a note from somebody,
you know how to take a note.

Speaker 3 (39:23):
I mean, look how amazing our hair has been ever
since season seven Our Housewives. Her hair has been fucking
flownless ever since that. George Washington wig reed happened, So
I would like to say I contribute to that. Sorry, Carlos,
I know we make it a little difficult right now.

Speaker 2 (39:36):
Fine, listen, he's like car cut up you guys.

Speaker 3 (39:43):
I'm sick, so I have an excuse. I'm not myself,
my brain is and I'm tired.

Speaker 4 (39:46):
So we're stick and.

Speaker 2 (39:47):
Tired, okay, and I'm about to wake it up. So
that's my contribution with that.

Speaker 1 (39:54):
I will say this as somebody who was there the
first day, Needi. Okay, there's no instruction manual that one
receives when they come from anonymity to a global sensation, right,
I'm not here to make excuses for anybody. What I

(40:15):
will say is I've seen worse things happen where other
women are celebrated. I've seen other women who are still
on these shows do something worse than She's ever done
that are still working. I've seen other women of different
races say worse things publicly and they're still working and back.
What I will say is this, I'm not here to say,

(40:38):
should it would have put up? What I will say
is when it comes to Ninni Leaks, I don't think
Leaks has done anything worse than some people have done.
I think for me, there's always room for grace if
one has the opportunity to confront things head on, to say,

(40:59):
let's have a real conversation.

Speaker 4 (41:02):
Right.

Speaker 1 (41:03):
There's people who have said the worst things about me possible, Right,
I mean the most horrendous shit about me who I've
given opportunities to and the way I operate, I'm never
going to clap back at anybody. And that also doesn't
mean that I'm going to hold a grudge either. I'm
somebody who understands that. Look, I don't know what it's

(41:25):
like to be a reality star, and the reason why
I create a reality with the King is because I
wanted to give reality stars the opportunity to be seen.
And again, there's reality stars who do the craziest things, right. However,
I always try to find room where grace is needed

(41:49):
if they are at a place to offer that, and
I really.

Speaker 2 (41:54):
Want to say that you have to be at a place
to offer that.

Speaker 1 (41:57):
I think we've all done said things that we wish
we could take back.

Speaker 3 (42:02):
But you know what I mean, and I think I've
done nothing.

Speaker 1 (42:05):
Ever, the perfect patty that is Claudia Jordan. You know
that I think we've all done things that we wish
we could take back. But but I definitely think, I
definitely think. I definitely think it's one of those things
where I am just somebody who feels like, if someone

(42:28):
is ready to come, let me wish my mic is there.
If someone is ready to come to the table with
a plate full of grace, I think that's the first step.

Speaker 2 (42:40):
One thing my friend said to me recently. I'm a
really good friend of mine who's in the business.

Speaker 1 (42:45):
She said to me, Carlos, you can't expect someone to
accept the apology when you want them to.

Speaker 2 (42:58):
And that struck with me. What do you made?

Speaker 1 (43:01):
And she was like, that person who deserves the apology.

Speaker 2 (43:09):
You have to wait on them to receive it. God,
that was powerful. We were talking about this life in general.
So I will say that.

Speaker 1 (43:18):
One thing I will say is Andy Coleman has said
that him and Nini haven't texting, So I think that's
a step in the right direction. When it comes to
Kenya Moore, I will also go on records saying I
love all of my girls that I've worked with on
that show, and Claudia obviously, you know we had our

(43:38):
wonderful one season together but of all the girls that
I work with on the show multiple seasons, I will
always go on records.

Speaker 2 (43:46):
Saying Kenya Moore was nothing short of lovely to me.
To me, she was she was, she was lovely.

Speaker 1 (43:54):
And I just think when it comes to reality stars,
I think, look, there should always be an opportunity where
breaks should be given.

Speaker 2 (44:04):
If if if if if the person.

Speaker 1 (44:07):
Is at a place to offer that, because it is
pt of you know this too, and that's why I'm
so glad you're talking about it. It's a tough gig.
It's a tough gig. It really is a tough gig.
But I think, you know, I think I think involved
should be able to like we should.

Speaker 3 (44:28):
But I feel like, at what point do we stop
treating grown as adults as children, because like they should
get like, you don't, no one owes you anything in
this business, right they? And the fact that any of
us entire panel, included in Every Housewife was blessed with

(44:48):
an amazing opportunity and then to ship on your opportunity
when you could be working at Walmart, where you could
be working construction. Not that these are bad jobs, but
they're not as glamorous as being a housewife. It's something
that I don't know. Maybe I'm very protective over every
single gig. This included everything else. Oh my god, you
didn't have to give this to me. Thank you. No,

(45:11):
you didn't owe me shit.

Speaker 2 (45:16):
Not to cut you off. I will say this.

Speaker 1 (45:17):
I will say this Claudia, and obviously Dustin knows it's
him too, but.

Speaker 2 (45:23):
Claudia, obviously being a former housewife.

Speaker 1 (45:26):
I will say at the end of the day, and
I was going reck for saying this to the world,
Claudia has been the most gracious.

Speaker 2 (45:34):
When it comes to me. On a personal level.

Speaker 1 (45:36):
Claudia has personally sent me text messages, sent me videos
of gratefulness.

Speaker 2 (45:43):
I thank you, You've done this for me.

Speaker 1 (45:46):
Claudia has done interviews saying Carlos has done X, Y
and Z for me. And I will say, after producing
creator and as a person who gives people opportunities, I
will say this, that does go a long way so
that when I do have openings.

Speaker 8 (46:02):
I.

Speaker 2 (46:03):
Remember those things. I do remember, and I'm like, Claudia,
you want to do this.

Speaker 1 (46:08):
So Claudia's defense, you are one of the most most
wonderfully gracious women I know.

Speaker 3 (46:18):
And I thank you. Carlos and I thank you for
saying that because I appreciate it. I am a girl
from the smallest state in America that has a little
bit of a lisp that is forgetful of hell and
has a cussing problem, right, So thank you. So every

(46:39):
time I get something, it is not that you guys
owe me something because I'm so beautiful and I'm just
so everything. No, I'm like you see me. Thank you.
I will never shit on a fan. You will never
hear me being at the airport in Atlanta and me
putting my hand in people's face up off me and
your girls like that, you know what I mean. And

(46:59):
that's a that's person inside work. You gotta do like,
that's a personality thing. And I don't know if you
have to decide to change out when you're sick of
being like that. Every single person that comes up to
me and dus I know you like this as well.
It's like, oh my god, thank you. It's not like
a yeah, you know it. It's not that. And you

(47:20):
got to adjust your fucking attitude because no one owes
you anything. And when you have other reality stars that
are out there, listen, before Ninni, there was there was
New York. Okay, there's always going to be other people
out there that are good and talented that want your spot.
So when you are blessed with the opportunity, please don't
piss it down the toilet, with arrogance, with rudeness, with

(47:45):
even shitting on the very people that put you in position.
And yes, I don't know her life, and it's not
just attacking anything. It's not just her. There's other people
out there that I'm like, damn, you got blessed. It's
like the people that win the lottery. I'm like, how
you blow that?

Speaker 4 (47:58):
How do you blow that?

Speaker 5 (48:00):
I think authenticity is important, especially when you expressing gratitude. Carlos,
just like you said, you appreciate it. The moments for
Claudia was sincerely, you know, thankful for different things. You
also know when somebody blowing smoke up your ass too, Carlos.

Speaker 4 (48:17):
You know, so you.

Speaker 5 (48:22):
Got to be authentic, You got to be sincere, and
people got to believe the words that you say. When
you say I'm to people, Carlos believes what you say,
and so when you express that gratitude to him, it
hit and it mattered.

Speaker 4 (48:34):
You just got to keep it real at all times.

Speaker 5 (48:36):
And part of being able to keep it real you
have to you have to have a healthy ego right
in order to show gratitude to someone to tell thank you,
you have to be able to say, that's not taking
anything away from me to thank this person, because that's
genuinely how I feel.

Speaker 4 (48:53):
I'm grateful for this opportunity. Let me thank them.

Speaker 5 (48:56):
As long as you have access to your humility and
you have that perspective, I think that you can be sustainable.
And that's a great way to tell who's not humble,
who's not gracious, and who's not offering gratitude because they
stop working, they fade out. The people you see who
stay consistent and have great relationships, you can see that,

(49:17):
you see it.

Speaker 4 (49:18):
It's the proof is in the pudding. You know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 3 (49:21):
Don't just be humble when you need another job. Now,
humble when you're at your heights. When you're at your
height and you're humble. To me, that speaks vines when
everyone's humble when you need to get back on. But Carlos,
I appreciate that about you because you know I have
a sharp tongue. Doesn't just too we that's you know,
we ram but we need this kind of balance in life.
Right there's people that would just say no, fuck that.

(49:42):
I know, you blew it, that's it. And then it's
like you got to like, well we should, you know,
and that's what makes the world go around. Actually, this
is a healthy panel that we have here and healthy
discussion to see things from both to hear from both perspectives,
you know what I mean. And I like that about
you do get people like you. You do breathe life
into people, and you do give chances and chances and chances,

(50:05):
and you're very kind to people. Uh maybe that's something
I need to work on where I'm like, man, I'm
like that CARDI B mean when it's when she's like
when we got beef forever.

Speaker 1 (50:15):
Yeah, it's like thank you for that.

Speaker 2 (50:19):
It's no, no, listen, I wanted to have that.

Speaker 1 (50:22):
I literally told my my brain dropped over the week,
and I said, I brought it up on my Saturday
show and then I said, I will get Claudia in
Dustin's POV on it because.

Speaker 2 (50:32):
I just I just thought it was a larger conversation. Again,
this was this is all me.

Speaker 1 (50:36):
I Meani tweeted nothing said nothing, no, said anything, did
say that she wants kneed me back on the show,
and that's when we think about her.

Speaker 2 (50:47):
And again it's it's just my heart.

Speaker 1 (50:49):
Was full and I was in a moment that I
thought about Kenya and I'm gonna end with this one
one to move on.

Speaker 2 (50:55):
I just listen. It's it's.

Speaker 1 (51:03):
It's took to do this job, do you know what
I mean? Like this a very tough gig, and I
just wish that. And that's why I keep you.

Speaker 3 (51:13):
Wish you're gonna work out with her, right.

Speaker 2 (51:16):
But that's why I'm enforcing. I'm enforcing that I wish
all parties because I don't think.

Speaker 1 (51:20):
I don't think the onus is on one person. No,
if all parties involved. Me and Claudia joked about how
many Claudate got into it was Hollywood.

Speaker 2 (51:29):
The CLI custs me out.

Speaker 1 (51:30):
But I didn't you use words that weren't in the
Webster dictionary a little bit. But I knew that at
the end of the day that me and my girls
will be fine because I'm in love with Claudia, like
that's calleis my baby doll.

Speaker 2 (51:50):
So I was like, we'll get past this, like we'll
move on.

Speaker 1 (51:53):
So That's why I keep saying, like I just want
all parties involved to always find a place of a
room for it. But like my friend said, I also
am now understanding that when you're ready to apologize to
a person, you can't expect the other person to accept
it immediately.

Speaker 2 (52:12):
And that's fair. But I'm all about being fair and
that's being fair.

Speaker 1 (52:16):
So with that being said, I want to move on
to Potomac because.

Speaker 2 (52:23):
Monique Samuel's is back on the show.

Speaker 1 (52:25):
So, Claudia, I know you're just getting back to watching Potomac,
but I'm pretty sure you know Monique Samuel is the
Binder Queen. Yes, yeah, so she is back on Potomac.
Ashley has there with her. Dustin is obviously somebody that
has seen every single frame of Potomac since the inception.

Speaker 2 (52:50):
Amongst other shows. So justin what did you think about
Monique Samuel's come back.

Speaker 5 (52:57):
I was happy to see her back, and I feel
like Monique being on it be back on this show,
so I was happy to see her back. You know
what I'm saying, I think that Monique is divorced now.
I think that she's looking at life a little differently now.
She still has her menagerie. Right, she got all them
goddamn animals all over the house. But everything else has changed,
you know what I'm saying. Her kids are older, she's

(53:18):
not married anymore. I think that she can exist on
that show a little differently now, and so I'm actually
glad to see her back.

Speaker 4 (53:26):
I love a redemption story.

Speaker 5 (53:27):
I was a person who felt like Monique got a
bad deal in season five after that physical altercation. I
was one of those people who felt that way strongly,
and so seeing her come back and have conversations to
kind of build a bridge with these ladies, I love it.
I was very happy to see Monique back. Not them

(53:48):
fucking animals, but Monique. Yes, I was happy to see.

Speaker 3 (53:52):
I saw Candice at a drag show that was for
Real Housewives of Politics, and she was there. She looked
absolutely beautiful. I know that's you know that those who
had that fight, but I do too. She's always been
reading for me. I like se Monique. I feel she's
gonna wake it up and I know we're gonna get

(54:13):
into it. But Kay was messy as hell.

Speaker 1 (54:17):
Yeah, yeah, do your job live.

Speaker 3 (54:22):
She didn't even let her breathe, like she just got
here and they were like, Oh, I thought you knew
each other. You don't know Stacey ready, Oh wait that
was the other Samuel.

Speaker 4 (54:29):
I was like, student of the game.

Speaker 5 (54:33):
She pulled a Gazelle on Gazelle right there in the
moment she did with Giselle, but she did it first,
and I was so happy for Kiana. Y'all know, I
want her to be successful on this show. I think
she has what it takes.

Speaker 2 (54:44):
I think has a crush on I think.

Speaker 5 (54:47):
She's a beautiful woman, but I think she has what
it takes to be on this show. You know what
I'm saying, Like, like, she has it and so I
just want her to harness it appropriately.

Speaker 4 (54:56):
And seeing her think quick on her feet in that
moment made me hope.

Speaker 3 (55:00):
She gagged, was like, we don't know what's going on here.

Speaker 2 (55:08):
Stacy gives you QBC no matter what situation.

Speaker 4 (55:11):
She said, that's her superpower.

Speaker 2 (55:13):
That's the beauty.

Speaker 1 (55:14):
Like the fact that the message happening and she and
she just went straight into like, I don't know what's
going on here. This seems weird. I don't know what
they're trying to do. I thought it was great. Kkate
shook it up and look, let's get some activation going on.
I'm looking forward to seeing what happens, what it brings,
the idea of what we can find out about how

(55:35):
Monique feels about Stacy.

Speaker 2 (55:38):
Whatever Stacey's going to say.

Speaker 1 (55:39):
Because remember we only know that Stacy and Chris went
on a date courtesy of the producer cam.

Speaker 2 (55:45):
So Stacey hasn't admitted on camera, in front of these girls.

Speaker 1 (55:50):
On camera that she went out a date with him.
But we will see if that does come out. So
I'm looking forward to seeing what happens that. And speaking
of another house I mean speaking of who I think
should be a housewife and and could be a formidable player.
Jazz got married. She had a wedding in Claudia, City

(56:12):
of Dallas. Yes, and I want to see Jazzz as
a as a housewife. I think maybe the wealth we
talked about the wealth money, the wealth of Rhode Island.

Speaker 2 (56:25):
Jazz and her man got money. I when I when
I interviewed Jazz.

Speaker 1 (56:29):
Last year on my podcast and her now husband joined
the conversation and they're like this very young, attractive couple.
And I think people don't understand. Remember at Atlanta when
we had ed Hartwell, a a a who was a

(56:52):
an athlete currently you know, on on a team. I
want to see that when it comes to you know, Potomac.
He is an athlete that is currently playing. He's on
the field. She is a wag, and I think the
wag world would be interesting to see. So I'm team Jazzy,
I'm team Keyanna. I want them to continue filming and listen.

Speaker 2 (57:14):
I want some. I want some like spark and and
and Potomac.

Speaker 1 (57:20):
Look, Whindy's situation, her legal situation obviously happened after the season. Well,
well that is something that would have been great to
watch on fold, like we did Erica Jane, we did
Teresa Judies with their legal situation. But nonetheless, I'm here
for KK and I'm here for Jazzy.

Speaker 3 (57:38):
I liked Ashley's drag name she gave to everyone, and
she gagged Giselle. She gave her the name serving just.
I was like, yo, oh my god.

Speaker 4 (57:48):
That was actually.

Speaker 5 (57:51):
Call each other them names and ship. It's probably ain't
even about that. Probably is about seeing everybody you ain't
seen in a while, saying what's up to everybody whatever,
keeping it moving. We don't stand around at the college. Well,
since his pride, you're gonna be so sucks a lot.

Speaker 4 (58:05):
We all do that. So I understand they was having
fun and ship.

Speaker 5 (58:08):
You know, I understand that. I appreciate it because it
came from a good place. Please don't misunderstand what they
were supported.

Speaker 3 (58:17):
But I was just like, actually, but everybody liked there
is except the only person that like it was just
out so you got the conor Jizzy. The only person
I didn't like. Their name was Shady, but I thought
they were kind of tongue in cheek funny.

Speaker 4 (58:30):
They were. It was fun and I think they look cute.

Speaker 5 (58:33):
I also, have y'all seen their looks for the after
show for Potomac, Yet the ladies looked gorgeous on that
after show.

Speaker 4 (58:40):
I'm talking about good, good, good.

Speaker 5 (58:43):
Wendy and Keana got the funk down on them after
show looks. They actually, actually actually has been looking good
all this season, that new confessional look with the bangs
and the tie and ship and the actually, whoever's been
Star Island her, you've been doing a good job.

Speaker 3 (59:05):
Hergeous angel woke it up this episode too, She she
she again a little red to to Wendy a.

Speaker 4 (59:14):
Little bit okay about that?

Speaker 5 (59:16):
So this is so the Angel, her sister Ingrid proved
all of our points right, Angels not being herself and
her scenes with the cast we saw eating an ice
cream with that sister, big sister named Ingrid. You anytime
your big sister name is Ingrid, that's a mean name,

(59:36):
you term your big sister is stepping like that. You
know you gotta have that fire in you anyway. And
the way Angel was was was letting it fly in
that conversation with her sister Ingrid. That's the comfort level
that we need to see Angel have her cast scenes.
And I'm sorry but saying slipping comment under your breath

(01:00:01):
when Gazelle walked into the bar and Pride telling well
hate my fellow egg all low like that that they
had to caption it on the damn screen for us
to know what you were saying.

Speaker 4 (01:00:10):
That's not how, that's not it's not She.

Speaker 3 (01:00:13):
Needs to say it with her chest like she says
that when she's with her friends in the group chat
and her sister.

Speaker 5 (01:00:17):
Yeah, like, because she was interesting sitting down at the
ice cream parlor with her sister.

Speaker 4 (01:00:21):
Didn't y'all feel like that?

Speaker 3 (01:00:22):
That's what's frustrating about her. I think we all agreed
she shows us that she has it in her and
we'll show it when she's one on one over here.
But then won't I think we talked about this. She's
a fan of the show. I think she's a little
bit intimidated to stay to their face, but behind the
back she has a smoke. You know, I think she
still say it.

Speaker 5 (01:00:39):
I wish she would be like, I've been watching this
show for so long, so it took me a minute
to get in the groove. But like saying, so that
we can neutralize all that, I personally felt like based
on some of her Her and Keana did a lot
of press together during Bravo Come, So when they were
walking the carpet and being interviewed by the outlets and stuff,
they were together and Angels and Kiana's disposition to a

(01:01:02):
certain like Bravo Khan is fun right those interviews, the
time that you're allowed with the.

Speaker 4 (01:01:07):
Different media outlets.

Speaker 5 (01:01:08):
In short, you can't really do a deep dive of
anything serious. You need to have fun, put a little
zinger in it, show your personality, and be a beat.

Speaker 4 (01:01:17):
Keiana and Angel walk down that press line.

Speaker 5 (01:01:19):
Like so, first of all, she is a classic textbook,
you know, I thanks agected to that. I mean, she's
wrong with it, like so, it was just too serious,
you know, And I think that I don't know if
they're going to get it in that capacity.

Speaker 4 (01:01:31):
I think Kiana is starting to get it right because
this is her second Yeah, Angels still all to learn.
I don't think that's a healthy pairing for that reason.

Speaker 1 (01:01:41):
And to piggy back off, to pig it back off
of what you're saying what we did see doing the
Bravo khan Ric Harpet. The reporter did ask Angel about
Gazelle and Claudia Dustin.

Speaker 2 (01:01:54):
She called Gisell a geriatric Regina George, saying they're mean girls.

Speaker 4 (01:02:00):
Which.

Speaker 2 (01:02:04):
Okay, well he did the soul the fact.

Speaker 3 (01:02:05):
So look, Angel, no, Angel, no, Angel.

Speaker 1 (01:02:09):
No, it's it's I we want you to win.

Speaker 2 (01:02:15):
Yeah, but it's well we listen, we called it from
the beginning.

Speaker 1 (01:02:18):
I said to y'all, my opinion is I think Angel
gave great casting tape to get the flute, like someone
I worked with at Atlanta.

Speaker 2 (01:02:29):
And Claudia shut up. I'm know what you're talking about.
So so.

Speaker 4 (01:02:49):
Yo needed today. But here we just do this.

Speaker 3 (01:03:02):
You know what I tell you. Everything I said back
about Nannie, she was right, and Niani, I see you now,
I see they to be like this exactly exactly, exactly exactly.

Speaker 4 (01:03:15):
Over here.

Speaker 3 (01:03:17):
Oh my god.

Speaker 2 (01:03:19):
No, I think she gave great Cassio tape.

Speaker 1 (01:03:21):
But I think the moment the rit light was on
that camera and they and I think the producers were.

Speaker 2 (01:03:26):
Like, uh, who is this? That's that's what I saw.

Speaker 1 (01:03:33):
I don't I don't like it when a person reads
in a confessional. There's a lot of confessional gangsters on
these shows that once Carlos came on. Anyways, I thought
that because I'm not I'm not going there.

Speaker 2 (01:03:46):
I thought at the end of the day, Angel proved
what we.

Speaker 1 (01:03:49):
All suspected is she is somebody that deserves to be
on the show.

Speaker 2 (01:03:55):
But the moment she's all of those girls, honey, mama,
is I know what I know? Dustin, I'm not I'm
not being shady. I have experienced this.

Speaker 9 (01:04:08):
What happens is this, and I'm not exaggerating. You're watching
television when a when a and this is not just
for housewives. When a reality star is entering a.

Speaker 1 (01:04:20):
Known institution, a known show, They've watched it, and just
like how let's have a real conversation. We've all been
in situation watching television where there's scripted like.

Speaker 3 (01:04:32):
You don't see me texting you niggas right now.

Speaker 2 (01:04:37):
Y'all don't see me.

Speaker 10 (01:04:38):
Y'all again, you don't see that, you don't see my
text the alerts going off.

Speaker 8 (01:04:49):
Breen dropped, Ye, one of the names have been on
the show, but I love seeing in the current iteration
of their lives.

Speaker 3 (01:05:03):
Are any of those right?

Speaker 4 (01:05:04):
An? You said? The first name?

Speaker 5 (01:05:06):
You said, I love seeing the current iteration of their life.
But they should have never been on that show. But
I think I like her fascinating the first name, she.

Speaker 2 (01:05:14):
Said, I would say, all number two some degree, but
number number two for sure.

Speaker 3 (01:05:24):
For sure?

Speaker 2 (01:05:25):
Be sure this is up playing the plane shut down,
it's over.

Speaker 3 (01:05:37):
Yes, you're gonna say, now, you guys.

Speaker 2 (01:05:40):
I'm landing the plane, all right, So here we go.

Speaker 3 (01:05:45):
Yo, you too, better have locks on your phone. We
better never lose our phones. Okay, if we lose if
any one of us lose our phones, it's goning big up.
Put the screenshots up about Bravo con next year.

Speaker 4 (01:05:56):
I've been deleted all that ship anyway. I don't keep like.

Speaker 1 (01:05:59):
That, okay, So what I will say is I think
we've all even the rain drops.

Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
There's people who want to be a part of Monday
Night Live. That thing.

Speaker 1 (01:06:11):
Oh, I can do Dustin and Claudia and Carlo's job,
and we make it look easy, right.

Speaker 2 (01:06:17):
And I think when some people join the show.

Speaker 1 (01:06:19):
They if I was at that dinner table, I would
have said this. I would have done that, And I
want to get the gig.

Speaker 8 (01:06:27):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:06:29):
This, So look, I think the jury saw the Angel
the trailer. The mid season trailer was released for Potomac
and Angel seems to have some things going on for
the rest of the season. Claudia and Dustin. It appears
that there's something going on one of her homes and

(01:06:51):
something going on. It's guys watched the trailer. It's Angel
may have a great story that we'll see towards end
the season.

Speaker 2 (01:06:59):
That make on.

Speaker 5 (01:07:05):
Because according to the midseason trailer, remember Giselle and them
were trying to say that Angel and her husband got evicted.
That already pissed me off. We know, damn well, they
didn't get evicted. We know that they can afford to
live in a home if they need to. So that
being the story was did they get put out?

Speaker 4 (01:07:20):
That house.

Speaker 5 (01:07:21):
That's about to piss me off, okay, because we know
it's not true, and I don't feel like wasting four
or five fucking episodes arguing about a bunch of bullshit
that don't even make no sense, you know what I'm saying.
Of Course, they didn't get fucking evicted if the air,
Even if they did it was related to something, you
know what I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (01:07:39):
They weren't.

Speaker 5 (01:07:39):
They weren't destitute, and so I just don't even want
to explore that path I heard they got to put
out on it, Like that's just a waste of our time.
We couldn't getting to know her and Ingrid because Ingrid
don't give a fuck. She need to film with her sister,
Ingrid more Angels and we could be watching that instead
of watching these watching the cast, you know, manipulate this

(01:08:00):
situation to be something stupid. I just that for me personally,
just me speaking for myself. When I saw that, I
was like, Damn, that's what we're gonna do with Angel?
And you feel did she did she or didn't she
get put out?

Speaker 4 (01:08:13):
That's what the damn story is.

Speaker 3 (01:08:14):
And she's clearly on broke. I like seeing her by
real quick because unrelated. I really liked the scene with
Tia and her family with the kids and the husband.
I thought that was too.

Speaker 5 (01:08:30):
Daughters they look like they look just like their father,
but when they smile, they had that smile like the
their father from here to hear and Tia from here
to heart.

Speaker 3 (01:08:42):
They seem like they have a great relationship like their
family dynamic is super cute. I love how her husbands
are there they are. We need to see more functional,
not dysfunctional, functional relationships like I really liked seeing them.
That was nice to say.

Speaker 5 (01:08:57):
I agree club, I'm here for Tia.

Speaker 1 (01:09:00):
I love Tia and No so Potomac. Great episode. We'll
see what happens next week. Reality with the King is
