she has in place for her protection. But when it
comes to her pet being put down, our pets are
like our babies. I'm showing up too. I'm popping up
over there.

like you said, the pet is the baby. So this
was so interesting. B the department. The Sheriff's department said
when they arrived, they did not find any evidence of
criminal activity. Denise Richard's attorney said that Denise did not

violate her restraining order because she made the visit after
confirming that Aaron was not present in her home home.
He additionally claims that after retrieving some of her dogs,
Denise learned that Aaron have put down one of her
other dogs without her knowledge or permission, which Aaron's team

On the fourth of July, talk about fireworks. Aaron files
for divorce, okay, citing and reconcilable differences, and that's when
the tsuonamy of allegation started to come out, where Denise
Richards filed for the temporary restraining order. She has alleged
physical abuse, pushing, slapping, choking. She has alleged that he's

been tracking her. She has alleged that he stole her
personal laptop with new photos and private messages, and she
has alleged that he distributed them to private the private
content to the media. On the seventeenth of July, the
court does grant her temporary restraining order and schedules are

hearing for permanent protections. So that's the latest in terms
of what's been happening. And what we just found out
recently is the fact that she did go over to
the house that saying her name where he's living there
with his entire family child.

Here here's the thing. It's always interesting when the man
files first. I need not to be said. And again
I'm not basing this off of anything other than I
pay attention to who files first. I would say the

same thing with respect to I would say the same
thing with respect to child support. When a man files first,
there's always something to be said or stated. Now, whether
it was preemptive because he knew what she was going

to trigger this restraining order, but I'm wondering, is it
a reaction to him filing for divorce or does it
really have merit to him doing all of these things
You typically playing devil's advocate here. You typically cannot get

You have to show some kind of proof right of
the things you're alleging in order to be granted this
restraining order. But it's just a restraining order, it's not
a protective order. So we're I'm paying attention to what
was filed, what was submitted that it was granted. Did

There's a photo that she posted of her having a

And she may have not filed for a protective order
because they're living in her house. Protective orders are a

lot more difficult to get around versus a restraining order.
She still has rights to her own property. They may

protective order. So you know, there's a number of reasons
why she did a temporary restraining order versus a protective order.

Because the domestic abuse didn't just start. She's citing that
it had happened a variety of times through out their marriage,
So she could have just gotten to a place where
enough is enough. He could have just been prompted to,
oh my gosh, this is about to come out. Let

of variables of factors leading into why the decisions were made.
But again, we should watch this closely because it seems
like Denise is spiraling a bit or he's just being vindictive.
He could just be being vindictive of I'm going to

the Real house Wives franchise, he still has clients and
his business of healing to consider, so he might be
trying to paint her as she was painted before with

for her to come back in a real way with
new freshness, like she goes through her divorce. She's back
on the dating scene. This, this, this is the perfect
way to get back. She was a fan favorite for

the show. I loved her. That's when I really started.

Barcel and so hey, Denise made it happen for the franchise.

everyone's an expert. If it's true he put her dog

to know the truth when we're not there. Yes, she's
a little quirky, but maybe that's why she's appealing. Life
is not always easy for us. Another comment said, I

feel sorry for that guy. Another comment says, I did
not think her procedures made her look that different, not
like some people after cosmetic surgery. So look, there are
people out there who, like you said, Courtney, are questioning
the validity of this entire situation.

know her and her attorneys in the divorce, is it

if she protecting her assets. The fastest way to get
through a divorce like this is if you can prove, Hey, listen,
this man was abusive to me. He was violent towards me.

she's entitled to his whatever he's got going on monetarily,
So we don't know what she's seeking. She got enormous
amount of payout when she divorced Charlie Sheen. She also

of it? Is he just trying to do it to
embarrass her? Are these accusations real founded? And what does

If what's being reported that she showed up at the

right to judgment. But honestly, and listening to his statement
through TMZ, he's kind of really in a rock and
a hard place. He has to let this thing play out.

allegations of abuse, stolen devices, and leaked nude photos. It's

claimed he could transform your life and heal your energy.

You're right, Carlos, this isn't just a celebrity couple breakup.
This is a full blown pr and privacy war. A
woman known for controlling her image is now fighting to
protect her body, her name, and her sanity in court
and in the headline. So for me, the question, just

the question isn't just whether Aaron crossed the line. It's
how many lines were blurred to begin with. For example,
she went from wild things to OnlyFans. Denise has always
owned her sexuality, but when that ownership is weaponized like
it was in like it is being in this case

by someone you trusted the most, her husband, That's not
just the scandal it's a matter of survival for her,

at his home amid their divorce and restraining order. The

Lost Hills Shares Apartment responded to to a call around
four forty pm on Sunday to the Calabasas home owned
by Denise that Aaron currently shares with his parents and brother.

Not Aaron, his brother, his mama, and his daddy is
living in the house that Denise Riches owned. Let's just
set on that forth that she owns that she owns. Okay,
you own house. It's her house and he's living there
with his parents like he's Jack and Christie and Jennet
from Three's Company.

I just don't get it, but I digress.

So what happened was this Denise allegedly arrived unannounced.

I mean, how can you unannounce your own house.

Own home, right, Like, how can you listen? Well, it
could be because she has a restraining order. She knows
he's lives there, so she's she's technically she doesn't. He's
saying she didn't announce that she was coming to her
house that she knows we're occupying. She has this restraining order,

she's kind of violating then her own restraining order that
she has in place for her protection. But when it
comes to her pet being put down, our pets are
like our babies. I'm showing up too. I'm popping up
over there.

No, I'm popping up and I'm popping off because that,
like you said, the pet is the baby. So this
was so interesting. B the department. The Sheriff's department said
when they arrived, they did not find any evidence of
criminal activity. Denise Richard's attorney said that Denise did not

violate her restraining order because she made the visit after
confirming that Aaron was not present in her home home.
He additionally claims that after retrieving some of her dogs,
Denise learned that Aaron have put down one of her
other dogs without her knowledge or permission, which Aaron's team

there's his source says that is one hundred percent falls.
So this divorce is getting messy because the thing is this,
Denise Richard is a wild thing, punt intended, and Aaron,
based on his behavior on the Housewives of Beverley Hills, Courtney,
he had some wild things going on. And I don't

mean the monster between his legs. I mean exactly what
he was doing.

her straining order on you, Courtney, I'm gonna give you
a heads up that I'm going to be within what
or two foot of your presence.

It's sticky because they're living on her property. So, and
it says that he was there he slid through the
side door to avoid a confrontation with her. That's what
the article states that they alleged that Richards began screaming
and banging on the door about her dogs, which prompted

Aaron to leave through a side door. But again, like
you were saying, this is not her house. So I
think it's it's interesting to kind of go back words
like this is the icing on the cake, and a
lot of people aren't aware of the timeline of all
the all the uh, you know, the original offences some people.

I'm a huge fan of Denise Richards back from the
Wild Things Days. Uh loved her. She was a nineties
and two thousands icon. We all were with her when
she was married to Charlie Sheen and that tumosualous uh divorce.

So she's you know, she's no stranger to this drama,
this kind of levels of chaos. She's just a beautiful
bombshell all pun intended, a beautiful bombshell who creates a
bombshell of chaos everywhere she goes, and.

understand that when we're what I found so fascinating is

slap in the face if I have to file a
restraining order and then I also have to allow you
and grant you permission for you and your whole family
to live on my estate. Uh So she's probably spiraling

in a number of ways and a state mind you
that people in the comments were saying was purchased by her,
uh her ex husband Charlie Sheen and his mega millions.
But I digress, I digress. We should probably go through

their relationship and now this alleged crime timeline as we
all have.

Oh no, for sure, for sure, because the thing is this,
Denise Richards met Aaron after meeting him at his Malibu
wellness clinic. So they got married in September of twenty eighteen.
A year later, Okay, one year of marriage is when
Denise Richards signed on to be on The Real Housewives.

Aaron is there. He's very awkward. Listen.

He's a handsome guy, very awkward. She talked about his
big penis. She talked about how many times they have
sex a day, which to me is this if you
are a wife, and I want to say this, I

what he's also he was also an American sex and
bowl he was the man, right, So when you go
from that to an ill energy healer, they might be

the eye that meets the the third eye or the

marriage was going through some turmoil, especially if you and
the five other people watch her spin off called Denise
Richards and her Wild Things, Courtney, I.

On the fourth of July, talk about fireworks. Aaron files
for divorce, okay, citing and reconcilable differences, and that's when
the tsuonamy of allegation started to come out, where Denise
Richards filed for the temporary restraining order. She has alleged
physical abuse, pushing, slapping, choking. She has alleged that he's

been tracking her. She has alleged that he stole her
personal laptop with new photos and private messages, and she
has alleged that he distributed them to private the private
content to the media. On the seventeenth of July, the
court does grant her temporary restraining order and schedules are
(15:29):
hearing for permanent protections. So that's the latest in terms
of what's been happening. And what we just found out
recently is the fact that she did go over to
the house that saying her name where he's living there
with his entire family child.
Speaker 3 (15:47):
Here here's the thing. It's always interesting when the man
files first. I need not to be said. And again
I'm not basing this off of anything other than I
pay attention to who files first. I would say the

same thing with respect to I would say the same
thing with respect to child support. When a man files first,
there's always something to be said or stated. Now, whether
it was preemptive because he knew what she was going

to trigger this restraining order, but I'm wondering, is it
a reaction to him filing for divorce or does it
really have merit to him doing all of these things
You typically playing devil's advocate here. You typically cannot get

You have to show some kind of proof right of
the things you're alleging in order to be granted this
restraining order. But it's just a restraining order, it's not
a protective order. So we're I'm paying attention to what
was filed, what was submitted that it was granted. Did

she just use her celebrity status.

All Accordney, Yeah, I don't know. You saw that? And
how to cut you off?

There's a photo that she posted of her having a
black eye.

Yeah, so do you. I'm assuming and I'm gonna show

I'm assuming, but you ma's a good question, Denise Richards.

Did we've seen the photo?

If she submitted that, is that grounds for a temporary
restraining order? Or if you're showing that you have a
black eye, should that have been in your opinion, something
that is like a permanent just based on the the photo.

I think no, it should have been a protect I'm
just curious why didn't she file for a protective order?
And she may have not filed for a protective order
because they're living in her house. Protective orders are a

lot more difficult to get around versus a restraining order.
She still has rights to her own property. They may
have had to leave her property if she got a
protective order. So you know, there's a number of reasons
why she did a temporary restraining order versus a protective order.

Because the domestic abuse didn't just start. She's citing that
it had happened a variety of times through out their marriage,
So she could have just gotten to a place where
enough is enough. He could have just been prompted to,
oh my gosh, this is about to come out. Let

me beat her to the punch. There is a lot
of variables of factors leading into why the decisions were made.
But again, we should watch this closely because it seems
like Denise is spiraling a bit or he's just being vindictive.
He could just be being vindictive of I'm going to

keep my name on all the bloggers' mouth I want
to if he if they're no longer a part of
the Real house Wives franchise, he still has clients and
his business of healing to consider, so he might be
trying to paint her as she was painted before with

her divorce from Charlie Sheen. She's not the victim, She's
the villain. Like, this is not the first time she's
been painted as the villain in any situation. She's been
pegged as a mean girl, that pretty ain't always pretty.

Beverly Hills. But the persona of what we think she
is and who we believe she is is very different
