Speaker 1 (00:01):
Morning Run with Amy and TJ and iHeartRadio Podcast. Good
morning everyone, and welcome to Morning Run. It's Monday, September
twenty second. I'm Amy Robots and.

Speaker 2 (00:12):
I'm TJ Holmes and I'm told I just confirmed today
officially fall.

Speaker 1 (00:17):
Yes, as of two nineteen pm Eastern time, the autumnal
equinox has begun.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
So that means summer is over. Yes, huh, something about
that sucks. I like fall.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
Fall is my favorite, he said. I love love love fall.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Hi, Well, happy firs day, A fall to you all.
A lot happening in this Morning Run and roobes He's
won Grammys, he's a fashion icon. But Harry Styles just
did something that makes me a super fan. Yeah, no kidding, folks.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
I just got chills. I'm looking at my because what
he did this weekend blue mind mind Okay.

Speaker 2 (00:57):
And we will get into and why the two of
us who are runners are so excited about it. But
this is a big, big feat. Also, where do you
I guess maybe in a movie theater? Where else do
you kind of sneak a text in? Like in a church?
Where do you try to sneak a text in when
you shouldn't be texting?

Speaker 1 (01:14):
Pop class, in an office meeting, or in a classroom
where you're supposed to be paying attention to something else.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Okay, Well, trying to sneak a text just cost a
guy seventy five thousand dollars for doing so, and he
did it in a very public manner, in which how
are you not going to get called doing it? We'll
explain this was NFL related. Also is Spidey? Okay, this
sounds kind of serious. Tom Holland I.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Had to go to the hospital, yeah, on Friday with
a stunt. So his stunt gone wrong is how it
was described.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
All Right, we'll see how he's doing. Also, look, even
if you are just a side WNBA watcher over the years,
you know the name Cheryl Swoops and you know Lisa Leslie. Well,
there's someone now in the WNBA making a case for
being the greatest of all time because she has now
done something neither of those two women could ever do.

(02:05):
So I'll explain what that is. And this is a
huge day in medicine, is it not.

Speaker 1 (02:10):
Well you use the word medicine. I think a lot
of people might be skeptical. It's a huge day allegedly
in combating a disease that has puzzled a lot of
folks as to how and why it happens.

Speaker 2 (02:25):
It impacted a lot of families just talking about autism.
But a huge announcement supposed to be coming from the
Oval Office today. We'll get into that. Also, as a reminder,
look at that phone the Apple podcast app top right
corner on our show page. Just click that button says follow.
You can get the updates coming to you. You don't
have to go looking for them. Also, do you want
to tell you this morning on the run, the state
of California has passed a law to d mask ice agents.

(02:47):
There's a mass shooting in Indianapolis over the weekend. Pam
Bondi is feeling some heat from Trump and unbelievable new
rules going into effect at the Pentagon for reporters. But
we have to start this morning robes with the memorial service.
A lot of folks were looking forward to just what
that scene was going to be like, and it was overwhelming,
it was emotional, it was powerful.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Yesterday in Arizona, that's right, We begin our run on
this Monday, yes in Arizona, where Charlie Kirk's widow delivered
an emotional tribute to her husband yesterday, which included a
very powerful moment. She said, she forgives the man who
assassinated him.

Speaker 2 (03:23):
We couldn't help you. Just sit up. You're almost stunned
when it happened. And I think the crowd took them
a moment before they then applauded. It probably was a
standing ovation, but it was an incredible, incredible moment she did.
She spoke in front of a packed State Farm Stadium
in Glendale. Estimated two hundred thousand people were there. Only

(03:44):
sixty four thousand could get in, but they had an
overflow area and then robes you were saying, I just said,
other people just came to the area, so you had
that many folks there to honor the conservative activist Charlie Kirk,
who was killed September tenth during his appearance on a
Utah College campus. How his wife gave details about seeing
him after he was shot, describing seeing the wound and

(04:04):
a slight smile on her husband's face.

Speaker 1 (04:07):
Now, in addition to Erica, there were a lot of
speakers basically the who's who of the Trump administration cabinet
members Rubio Hegseeth, RFK Junior Tulci Gabbart as well as
the White House Chief of Staff, and we kept hearing
the same types of things, Folks calling Charlie Kirk a martyr,
talking about their faith, talking about how he was christ

(04:28):
Like and how that was his mission, that he was
not the political activist that people describe him as. He
was more so someone who wanted to turn people towards faith,
young man especially, and used the political realm to do so.
That was really interesting, all right. Next up, President Trump
was the final speaker and delivered a forty minute plus

(04:50):
Is it exactly forty minutes?

Speaker 2 (04:51):
I don't know? That was me just.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
Okay, it was estimating forty plus minute speech in which
he praised Kirk as one of the country's brightest stars
and he called him the mess builder of people.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
And as the President honored Kirk, his remarks veered off
into politics a plenty. He mentioned how well his tariffs
have been helping the economy. He mentioned how safe DC
is now and said he's also going into Memphis and Chicago.
He got in digs at the governor of Illinois as
well as former President Biden. There was even a moment
when he said he hates his opponents. This was bizarre,

(05:23):
I think, even objectively saying, and he was complimenting Charlie Clerk,
Charlie Kirk saying, you know, this is a guy he
always preached you don't hate your enemies, you wish them well.
And Trump said, nah, I'm not like that. I hate
and he.

Speaker 1 (05:37):
Did, yeah, he emphasized hate, yeah, and said I don't
want the best for them. Yeah, all right. Well. The
President also unexpectedly teased a major announcement today on autism.
In the middle of his eulogy to Charlie Kirk, the
President took the time to tell the crowd that he's
going to have an Oval Office event today and in
Trump's words, he said, I think we found an answer

(06:01):
to autism.

Speaker 2 (06:02):
If that were only true, I mean, I guess we
should be hopeful. Right now, everybody's skeptical because it's being
widely reported that the administration is going to link autism
to thailanol. The administration is expected to claim a link
between autism and women taking thailanol during pregnancy, and will
advise that women only take it for high fevers. Now.

(06:25):
Thailand Al is the most commonly used pain reliever among
pregnant women, pregnant women are not told to take advil
because of the risk of miscarriage and birth defects. You
were explaining this to me. This is just you understand.
You can't take appleprovin you can't take advil, right.

Speaker 1 (06:41):
All right, when you're pregnant there, you can't take almost anything.
In fact, one of the only things you can take
is thailanol and benadryl. Those are really your only two
options if you have any issues whatsoever. And the rest
of it, well, it's too much of a risk to
the fetus.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
So they're gonna link this now to Thailand all they
Thilanol has already come out and put out a statement
saying this is hogwash. I mean, for the most part
that's I'm paraphrasing, but I can't wait. This event is
going to be something.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
To Yeah, it's four pm Eastern time? Is that what
it's scheduled for? All right, We will certainly keep our
eye on that. But in the meantime, next up on
our run, the TikTok deal is done. The White House says, yeah,
they are one hundred percent confident that a deal has
been reached to keep the popular social media app running.
Right here in the US.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Yeah, I mean, come on, it's like the boy who
cried rule, who is going to shut down? No, it's not.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
You're never worried.

Speaker 2 (07:31):
We are. It's under the proposed agreement, the Holy Grail algorithm,
that TikTok uses will now be controlled by US investors,
not a Chinese owner. White House Press Secretary Carolyn Levitt
said the agreement might be signed in the coming days
and that Oracle CEO Larry Ellison would lead up the effort.

Speaker 1 (07:48):
All right. Reminder here, Congress passed that bill last year
to ban TikTok in the US unless it's Chinese owner divested,
but the January deadline kept getting kicked down the road
with one extension after an other extension. There were four
in total. But now it appears we may have a
lasting deal that will allow us all to just breathe easier.

(08:08):
That TikTok's not going anywhere, all right.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
Continuing on the run, Now, let's sad out to California,
where the state is trying another tactic to combat Trump's
immigration raids by telling immigration agents to show their faces.
Governor Gavin Newsom signed a new law over the weekend
that bans most law enforcement officers from wearing masks while
carrying out their duties.

Speaker 1 (08:29):
This is in direct response to recent ice raids in
the Los Angeles areas, where agents often wear masks when
they're making those arrests. The government says the masks are
necessary for the safety of officers and their families because,
you know what they say, They're just doing their jobs.
But in the current political climate, they are concerned about
officers being identified, targeted, and then potentially becoming victims of doxing, etc.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
That's it makes sense. That does make sense. Now other
states are looking at similar measures. But get this, the
California measure doesn't even go into effect until twenty twenty six.
As we continue on the run now, President Trump mincing
no words on true social that's maybe no surprise, kind
of a surprise at who he was directing it to
this time. It was at his own Attorney General, Pam Bondi,

(09:16):
wanting her to take immediate legal action against several of
his political adversaries.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
Trump complained, and I'm going to quote him here, that
nothing is being done about former FBI Director James Comy,
Democratic Senator Adam Schiff and New York Attorney General Letitia
James writing, we can't delay any longer. It's killing our
reputation and credibility. Justice must be served now, followed by
three exclamation points. All three of those folks we just named,

(09:44):
not surprisingly, have all been very vocal critics of Trump.

Speaker 2 (09:48):
Now, both Schiff and James are being investigated by the
DOJ for mortgage fraud. Both have denied any wrong doing,
calling the investigations politically motivated. The DOJ is investigating Comy
for his role in the twenty sixteen Trump Russia probe. Now,
Trump also was on social media to announced he's nominating
senior White House aide Lindsay Halligan to replace Eric Sebert,

(10:09):
the attorney who was overseeing the mortgage fraud investigation into
Letitia James. Yes, the guy who didn't sue the woman
that sued Trump is out of a job. So now
Trump has put somebody in there who's probably going to suit.

Speaker 1 (10:23):
I have to tell you, I had this story when
I was trying to write it all was about three
pages long because of all the back and forth and
all the lawsuits, and I was like, wait, this is
way too complicated. I just had to take it all out.
My head was exploding. But Trump made it very clear
that Siebert did not leave on his own accord. He
wanted everyone to know this. Siebert didn't just walk away. No,

(10:43):
he wrote this, he didn't quit. I fired him exclamation point,
adding that he removed Sebert from his position because of
his unusually strong support from Virginia's Democratic senators. That too
sounds politically motivated. But who am I?

Speaker 2 (10:59):
He didn't quit, I fired him, as she didn't dump me.
I dumped her exactly? Is that one of those things?
Continuing on the run? Now? Some new and pretty remarkable
rules are going into effect today for reporters covering the Pentagon,
and rule number one only report what we say you
can report. In a pretty stunning and unprecedented restriction on

(11:20):
the press, the Pentagon issued a seventeen page MIMO that
explains reporters must now sign a pledge agreeing now to
gather or report on anything other than what excuse me,
let me get that right. A pledge agreeing not to
gather or report on anything other than what the Pentagon
wants you to report on. Yes, folks, that is exactly

(11:43):
what it sounds like. They are telling reporters. You have
to agree that you won't report on anything other than
what we give you the okay to.

Speaker 1 (11:54):
Report on, which is not free press. Unheard, that's unbelievable.
That is so frightening. But let's go further. Here's what
the government says. The Department of War remains committed to transparency. Okay,
I'm confused now, to promote accountability and public trust. Wow,
extra confused now, However, the Department of War information must

(12:17):
be approved for public release by an appropriate authorizing official
before it is released, even if it is unclassified. This
is this is not a free press. That is incredibly frightening.
They've also restricted reporter's access and movements throughout the Pentagon.

(12:39):
They will now need escorts in an area where they
didn't before. Look, I was a Pentagon reporter for at
least six months and way back when during the war
with Iraq. To imagine that all those folks gathered in
that press room have to sign a pledge, can't go
to the bathroom, can't go to the wherever without an escort.
This is stunning and scary.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
And they say they will revoke credentials if you do
not abide by these rules. Critics are loudly screaming at
there's reeks of intimidation. You could see though. They have
had some ugly leaks, embarrassing for them, but maybe necessary
for the public. Remember the chat, the signal chat, they
were texting back and forth about war people.

Speaker 1 (13:21):
Yes, I remember that really really well.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
And then the Iran strikes where it came out that
there was an assessment that said, yeah, maybe we didn't
hit everything we wanted to hit, and that got out,
so it was it's kind of been a headache. And
if this is the way they solve it, my goodness.
You cannot report even if it's if it is unclassified stuff,
you can't say anything without our approval. That that's tough

(13:43):
to take in.

Speaker 1 (13:44):
That's the scariest story of the day, all right. Next
up on the Run, we head to Indianapolis, where it
was an exceptionally violent weekend with a total of fifteen
people shot, including a mass shooting early Sunday morning that
left two people dead and five others injured.

Speaker 2 (13:59):
Yeah, three of the big I'm still in critical condition,
the other two listed as serious but stable. Investigators say
the shooting habit outside a shopping center parking lone. At
least one person of interest has been detained so far,
no arrests have been made. We'll stay with us here
on this Monday morning run. When we come back a
text is it worth seventy five thousand dollars? Also, Harry Styles,

(14:21):
I am now one of his biggest fans. Ain't got
nothing to do with his music. Also, we certainly hope
Spider Man is okay. It seems like that web might
have come loose. And also a new case for the
greatest of all time in women's basketball.

Speaker 1 (14:43):
Welcome back to this Monday morning run. And a Philadelphia
Eagles head of security has been fined seventy five thousand
dollars for using his cell phone. His name is Dom
Desandro and he was hit with the fine because of
where he used his cell phone.

Speaker 2 (15:00):
Yes, he was called on the phone during a preseason
game on the sidelines. There's a very strict rule for
usage of electronic devices on the sidelines. This is a
major no no in terms of cheating. You can't be
transmitting Possibly somebody could be in the stands and they
see something happen on the posing sideline. You just can't

(15:21):
have you passing information. So it's a big no no.
It's happened during a preseason game. But apparently the team appealed,
and that's why we're just getting worried about it now.

Speaker 1 (15:29):
Now, this is the same coach who went viral a
few years back when he got into a tussle with
an opposing player during a game. He was fined one
hundred thousand dollars and banned from the sideline for twenty
twenty three season.

Speaker 2 (15:42):
So yeah, there, he's had some issues.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
There are tough restrictions there.

Speaker 2 (15:47):
And they said the appeal. Part of the appeal, they
said he only had one foot in the restricted area
and one foot was out, so they were kind of saying, well,
he was just halfway in the box and they said, nah,
that's no good. He lost in there. Yes, seventy five
thousand dollars want to head to Berlin for the next
leg of our run and this leg is twenty six
point two miles where Harry Styles is. This dude is

(16:09):
why he's a fashion icon?

Speaker 1 (16:11):
He is?

Speaker 2 (16:11):
Is he a music icon? Certainly fashion one.

Speaker 1 (16:13):
I mean, who doesn't love watermelon? I mean, yeah, watermelon suck?

Speaker 2 (16:16):
Okay, Yes, an amazing guy who is now apparently an
incredible athlete, an amazing runner. He crossed the finish line
of the Berlin Marathon over the weekend, and he did
it in under three hours. The percentage of people on
this planet who have ever done that is infintismal.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
Yeah, to say that's a major feet is an understatement.
Styles finished at two fifty nine thirteen. Guess what that
averages out to for runners out there. You will be stunned.
A six to fifty minute mile. Look, I could run
one of those, maybe two to do that and to
hold that pace, and if you actually I was looking at, uh,
how well he maintained a very solid pacing throughout. I

(16:59):
mean it really was an impressive that's so impressive. He
ran the race under the alias stead Surrandos.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
We can understand that we.

Speaker 1 (17:06):
Do wearing our favorite shoes. He had a pair of
bright peak Nike Alpha Flies. Yeah. I had to point
that out.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
It was very cool.

Speaker 1 (17:13):
Yeah, I want to give a shout out to the
Nike Alpha Flies because those are our shoes. Even though
the Berlin Marathon is considered one of the flattest courses
that can produce some of the fastest times, the conditions
were tough. Oh. I know this because this happened to
me too. With temperatures in the upper seventies and high
humidity when you cross the finish and it's so rare.
And this has happened a couple of times at Berlin

(17:34):
where it just peaks and like every other day they
say drop twenty degrees, but the day of the marathon
seventy plus degrees.

Speaker 2 (17:41):
Oh. This is actually his second marathon this year. He
ran Tokyo time of three twenty four oh seven. Now,
that is an impressive time no matter where you are.
But to see that he took twenty five minutes off
of a pace, that is a big deal. Look, as runners,
we respect this in a way that only marathon runers
can understand. That is it's almost unhuman. I don't understand

(18:03):
how he pulled.

Speaker 1 (18:04):
He brought his he brought his time done basically to
a minute. He shaved a minute half of each mile.
That is hard.

Speaker 2 (18:11):
That's incredible.

Speaker 1 (18:12):
All right, Yeah, congrats to Harry. All right. Next up
on the run after Tom Holland aka Spider Man, was
hospitalized over the weekend and filming of the latest Spider
Man installment has now been suspended after Holland was treated
for a mild concussion. He was reportedly injured during a
stunt on Friday hitting his head.

Speaker 2 (18:31):
Yeah, meeting today they're going to discuss the new filming
schedule to accommodate Holland taking a break. They say he's
sitting out as a precaution, expected to return to the
set in a few days. Maybe. He did make an
appearance with his co star and his fiancees and Dea
at charity event over the weekend, but reportedly left early
after feeling ill.

Speaker 1 (18:48):
Yeah. The highly anticipated Spider Man brand New Day is
set to open next summer with the July twenty fourth
release date. This will mark I didn't realize this Tom
Holland's fourth time playing Spidey.

Speaker 2 (18:59):
All right, continue on the run. Asia Wilson making her
case for the greatest of all time. She just won
a fourth w NBA MVP Trophy. She is the first
woman in the history of the league to do that. Now,
Lisa Leslie, Cheryl Swoops, they were sitting with three MVP
trophies also Lauren Jackson as well. But those two names,

(19:22):
Lisa Leslie Cheryl Swoops associated with with this league. And
to think now that there's someone who's won more than
they have, it's a big deal.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
Yeah, and it's really cool how the WNBA let her know.
They surprised her at the end of her team practice.
Her boyfriend played a role as well. He also knows
a little thing or two about playing hoops.

Speaker 2 (19:40):
Bam out of Bayo, you didn't want to mess with that.
Bam out of Bayo? Is his name?

Speaker 1 (19:43):
Is that really his name?

Speaker 2 (19:44):
Babe Bam like played at Kentucky.

Speaker 1 (19:47):
That's amazing to have that name. And yeah, okay, wow,
kudos to his parents on that one. Wilson and her team,
the Las Vegas Aces, are in the semi finals of
the WNBA playoffs.

Speaker 2 (19:57):
Now, she was genuinely, genuinely surprised. It was cool to
see final leg of my Runnow. New record was set
at the box office this weekend, but it was not
a record setting weekend at the box office. Japanese anime
movie Demon Slayer Infinity Castle filled seventy six percent from
its opening weekend, but still managed to finish number one
with seventeen point three million, bringing its total earnings to

(20:19):
nearly one hundred and five million domestically.

Speaker 1 (20:21):
That makes the film the highest earning anime movie ever
in this country, surpassing the original nineteen ninety nine Pokemon movie,
which brought in eighty five million. Now here's some perspective
for you. There have been more than one hundred anime
movies released since two thousand, none of them have reached
the fifty million dollar mark at the box office. Wow. Yeah,

(20:42):
So that's just a kudos to this Demon Slayer movie.
It's supposed to and the guy has really amazing reviews
ninety eight percent on Rotten Tomatoes, so it was well done.

Speaker 2 (20:50):
I'm really impressed about how much you really dug in
his stats on at the research all one hundred of
those anime movies.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
And I don't even like it, but you know what,
maybe I should give it a try, all right. Coming
in at number two, Jordan Peele's him with a disappointing
thirteen point five million and a twenty seven percent Rotten
Tomatoes score. I have to tell you this one of
the most scathing movie reviews I have ever seen. Robert
Ebert dot Com gave it a half star out of four.

(21:19):
I didn't even want to repeat what it said. It
was mean, it was awful. Mean, I mean it just
was like you couldn't say worse things about a movie
than in this review.

Speaker 2 (21:27):
No, I want to go see it.

Speaker 1 (21:27):
You kind of I kind of want to read the
review though. Again, I want to.

Speaker 2 (21:30):
Go see the movie now.

Speaker 1 (21:31):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (21:32):
We love marrl come on, I love Marlin.

Speaker 1 (21:35):
Marlon Wayans is amazing. We love Jordan Peele. I like
all of his movies, so you know it might be
worth seeing. Sometimes when you go over to the theaters
and you have low expectations, you actually get surprised.

Speaker 2 (21:44):
They can't get lower than some of the reviews you've read.
To me, this more's true. Oh we gotta go see
this movie now, all right. Also conjuring last right, still
going strong. Number three added another twelve what thirteen million
dollars roughly a total of one hundred and fifty one million. Domestically,
The Long Walk and Downton Abbey The Grand Finale tied
for fourth. The other big headline was the poor showing
and poor reviews of the star studded Big Beautiful Journey.

Speaker 1 (22:07):
Big Bold Beautiful Journey. Just said, big beautiful, big, bold
beautiful Journey.

Speaker 2 (22:12):
Okay, it was the Bold Journey with Margot Robbie and
Colin Farrell's some fantasy romance. We actually have seen so
many previews that I was curious, like, what is this about?

Speaker 1 (22:22):
It's called it's called a fantasy romance drama, and they
were saying, part of the reason why they don't think
it did well is because it didn't have that happy
ending or that, you know, the the rom coms that
so many young women love and drag their boyfriends to
have like a formula, right, this one didn't and so
it wasn't this happy. It was very dialogue driven. It

(22:46):
just people just said it just the reviews are terrible.
The acting was good. They did say that Margot Robbie
and Colin Ferrell did an excellent job with the script
they were given. But it just didn't just didn't line.
They said it should've like opened it can and had
some sort of independent following. There are all sorts of
reasons why they thought it flopped, But yeah, Deadline wrote

(23:06):
this I had to include because I loved their headline, big, bold,
beautiful journey embarked on a road to nowhere at the
box office, bringing in a meager three point five million
dollars domestically. Yeah, that's a big flop.

Speaker 2 (23:18):
That's too bad. Yeah, but you said, to your point
always about rom coms, it's the reason they follow a formula.

Speaker 1 (23:23):
You step out of it and people like their comfort food.
You can't. If you do a weird twist on macaroni
and cheese, people aren't gonna like it. It's like you
need to give people what they want when you're telling
them it's some sort of comfort food comfort movie. If
you were expecting a rom com, it's not what you got.

Speaker 2 (23:38):
Well, all right, before we let you go, though, folks,
something we'd like for you to consider it is our
quote of the day, and I will hear it for
the first time with you all.

Speaker 1 (23:45):
All right, every day is a new beginning. Stay away
from what might have been and look at what can be.
Damn it unknown.

Speaker 2 (23:56):
Okay, that hits. I was getting worked up about some
stuff that's already not going my way, lava lamp not
working forgot about a meeting that's going on. I got
to move my motorcycle across the street. All gone.

Speaker 1 (24:08):
It's life's little annoyances that will really bring you down.
But also, yeah, what things should have been or what
you could have done? I always try to tell myself
anytime I start using the word should or could supposed
to go uh ah, don't do that, stop stop stop. So, yes,
every day is a new beginning, stay away from what
might have been and look at what can be. You're

(24:32):
looking at me very funny right now.

Speaker 2 (24:34):
And with that, folks, so if you enjoy the run,
keep running today, no matter where you are.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
Hope.

Speaker 2 (24:39):
For now, I'm Tjil and.

Speaker 1 (24:40):
I maybe Robot. Have a great day, everybody,

On Purpose with Jay Shetty

I’m Jay Shetty host of On Purpose the worlds #1 Mental Health podcast and I’m so grateful you found us. I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before. New episodes every Monday and Friday. Your support means the world to me and I don’t take it for granted — click the follow button and leave a review to help us spread the love with On Purpose. I can’t wait for you to listen to your first or 500th episode!
