Speaker 1 (00:03):
Morning, you're roped out to under the arena and join
the Battle to Save.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
America with your host Sean Parnell.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
Good evening, America, Welcome to Battle Brown Live. This is
the show where we kick ass, and we take names,
and we lock horns with the radical left. We never quit,
we never surrender, and from sea to shining Sea and
everybody in between. Welcome Patriots on this glorious, glorious Monday.

(00:34):
And I gotta tell you I got a packed packed
show for you today because I didn't have a show
on Friday because we were down in Washington, DC for
Dave McCormick's swearing and of course, a newly elected senator
from Pennsylvania. We flipped the seat here in Pennsylvania, one
of the few swing states to do that. We got
rid of Bob Casey, we kicked him to the curb.

(00:56):
We got Dave McCormick in there now. But Commander Mellie
and I went down there on Friday. That was amazing.
I'm going to tell you about that here in a second.
But I got I got like like planning this show.
Brock when he was still training me up to do
this stuff, used to make fun of me for how
many pieces of sound I would pull for like a
three hour show, And I mean and rightfully so a

(01:17):
lot of nubes do that, but I feel like, you know,
and by the way, I'm still a nube, but I
feel like I pulled sound from Friday and all the
way throughout the weekend and of course today, And there
has been a lot that has happened, which is surprising
considering that it's really last weekend, was really the last

(01:38):
weekend of Christmas break in fact last week, and of
course I took the week off the week before. We're
kind of holiday ish type weeks, and it didn't feel
like regularly scheduled programming. It feels like regularly scheduled programming.
Now we're back in a battle rhythm and that is

(01:59):
a very very good thing. Lots of OG members of
the Battle crew back in the chat today. It's absolutely awesome,
and we got some new folks in here, and I'm
telling you, welcome to the show. To anybody that's watching
or listening to this show for the very first time,
this is largely regarded. The chat on this show and

(02:20):
the community on this show is largely regarded as the
best un rumble I cannot even tell you how many
times I hear that, and that warms my heart because
when we first started this, you know, I think you
go back and watch the first couple of episodes that
I did solo that were really you know, with a

(02:40):
political bent. That's one of the first things I said,
this is your show. It's about building a community to
save this country. And guess what we did. We won
an historic election this cycle, and we did it through
community building. And really this show. You know, hey, we're
a smaller audience, but we pack up pretty bigun and
we're getting bigger by the day. We're making a real

(03:04):
difference here, I think. And when I say we are
getting bigger by the day, I mean it. We're almost
to twenty thousand subscribers followers here on this show. That
is crazy to me because just last year when I
first started this show, I probably had three hundred followers,
and that's because Brock told a lot of Wendy's audience
to follow me when Wendy was live on the radio.

(03:26):
But we've come a long way and that's because of you,
So thank you all. And you know, right at the
top of the show, OG's you already know this stuff,
smash that like button, that little grin thumb beneath the
video for those that don't the like button or smashing
the like button helps us make the leaderboard. And we've
been making the leaderboard every single day now. When a

(03:48):
lot of the big dogs were off, and what I
mean by big dogs is some of the bigger shows
on Rumble were off for like the last two weeks,
we were in the twenties. I mean, I was think Battleground,
this show, our show. We were like twenty eight, which
we've never really been that high before on the leaderboard.
Of course, the leaderboard is on Rumble. It's the top
fifty shows on Rumble. We were like a twenty eight.

(04:09):
Wendy Bell was like two. But it's pretty damn cool
just to be on the leaderboard or somebody who's been
doing this for just a little bit over a year.
So for those of all who maybe missed a couple
of shows over the holidays, of course, completely understand that
I saw. I think Kathy said just waiting for things
to calm down a little bit in the live chat
before the show, and Kathy I could not agree more.

(04:33):
You know, I took a week off for the show,
over Christmas realized very quickly when we're you know, it's
an honor to me to be the you know, to
have the torch passed from my parents and my grandparents
to me for Christmas. We love every single second of
it have and then and then of course you got

(04:54):
five kids, You've got Sanna visiting. It's just a crazy,
hectic time. And yeah, it took the week off from
the show. I don't think there is a way that
I could have done it anyway, given myself fully to
the family that week, but it wasn't much of a
of a week off. And I mean, and I say
that it was a blessing. I'm not complaining at all.

(05:15):
Don't misunderstand me, especially if I'm articulating myself poorly. The
following week was also pretty crazy, and today was even crazier.
I feel like with the Trump transition coming, it's just
NonStop in a good way. But you know, look, I

(05:35):
feel like this nation, you know, I'm a little bit
on edge as we approach Trump's inauguration, but today mostly
peaceful protest Day January sixth, huge day in certifying Trump's victory.
We're going to talk about that here in a second
but if you missed the show last week, then you
might have also missed the fact that I filled in

(05:56):
for Clay and buck Sexton and Clay and buck Sexton.
Speaking of passing torches, Clay and Buck Sex, Clay, Travis
and Buck Sexton had the torch passed to them by
Rush Limbaugh and their time slot. It's the biggest radio
show in the country. I think they're on like something
like two hundred or five hundred plus stations all across
the country. I really connected with the producers on that show,

(06:18):
and man, are they real pros. But the senior producer
is a guy named Greg. He's a really great guy.
And you know, I think Greg could tell that, you know,
I was a little bit nervous doing the show, but
he did everything that he could to really put my
mind to these Like any good producer does you. Brock
did that for me when I first got into this.

(06:39):
You know, Chris on Jesse Kelly show does that for
me when I host for Jesse Kelly. These are really
great producers. Greg has been was Rush Limball's producer, and
it's kind of an amazing thing to be able to
sit in that chair both for Klay, Travis and Buck
Sexton and then Rush Limball before them. But the producer
sent me this today in my mail. This is a

(06:59):
Rush Limball mug. It says Rush Chief Patriotism, Police Limbaugh
on here and then on the back. You recognize that,
of course, but it says officer, Patriotism and police force.
It's like an old school Rush Limball mug, which is
pretty damn awesome, especially when you consider that my dad

(07:19):
loved Rush Limbaugh, and by the way, I am not
and will never be on his level, but what a
cultural icon he was. Greg also sent me Rush's book,
which is pretty awesome. Look a, this is old school
Rush right here, the way things ought to be. This
is pretty awesome, right, I mean, every day is a blessing,
especially when you consider that we're not guaranteed tomorrow, and

(07:42):
so every day we should live every day as if
it's our last. So of course I mentioned that, yes,
today is mostly peaceful protest day, and I'm kind of
a lot to talk about here, folks, So sorry if
I'm talking about personal stuff before I get into the news.
I promise you we'll get into all of that and
more on this show. But it's mostly peaceful protests. Day,

(08:03):
but also it's my middle daughter's Natalie's. It's her birthday.
She's an insurrection baby and it's her birthday today and
after the show we are going to go out and eat.
And she turns fourteen today, so that is amazing. And
then my youngest son, a couple of like about a
week later, like maybe ten days later, it's his birthday

(08:24):
as well, and he turns twelve. So when my grandmother,
and I've said this before on the show, but she
used to say, don't blink, and I feel like I
tell this story all the time. Last January when it
was their birthday, I said the same story. But these
kids are just growing up so fast. So we love you. Natalie.
Happy birthday on behalf of every member of the battle

(08:45):
crew of mcgroin, Nation of the Nunchucks. If Dan Nunn
and his peeps are here for the show, just on
behalf of everybody I know, we love your. Happy birthday
to Natalie. Fourteenth birthday to Natalie. Okay, can we tell
talk about the swearing in of the US Senate. Melanie
and I got to go down there. It was an

(09:06):
amazing experience just to watch the Republicans take back the
majority in the Senate with Kamala Harris having to swear
them in. That was very gratified. Let me just say
that was very gratifying because she had to basically swear
in the new Senate majority as the losing presidential candidate,

(09:29):
which was awesome. But she also she also when she
kicked it off, she screwed up the pledge of allegiance.
So check us out.

Speaker 3 (09:37):
Listen and pledging allegiance to our flag, Pledge Allegiance in
the United States.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
And now listen. You're probably thinking that, oh, man Sean's
gonna savage Kamala Harris now, but you know what, I
think that I probably won't. And do you know why
because she's probably pretty nervous. And when I filled in
on Wendy Bell's show, you know, of course he did

(10:09):
the pledge right at the top of every show. I
messed up the pledge once when I was really nervous,
despite it being written written down for me right in
front of me. So I think that we can give
Kamala Harris maybe a little bit, can we can we
actually let me come over to live chat? Can we
give Kamala Harris a little bit of some grace there?

Speaker 4 (10:28):
On?

Speaker 1 (10:28):
The pledge or should we just say to hell with her?
Let me know in the live chat. I want to
see what you say, give Kamala grace or or or
say hell no, the hell with her. I want to
hear what you have to say. And I see what
Loki said because she was drunk. I got to tell
you that would not have been hard to everybody. Wiser

(10:49):
says yes, I'm getting a couple of yeses, Bob Brian
say yes, and I get in a lot of f hers.
I'm going to get a lot of no's, so a
good mix here. But yeah, if I were Kamala Harris,
let me just say it, I lost in the historic
way that she did, in a landslide of epic proportions.
I might be drunk at eleven thirty in the morning
when they swear in the Senate. As well, something else

(11:13):
that happened that day in Washington. D C was the
Speaker of the House vote and unfortunately I wasn't on
the air when that. I didn't have a show on
Friday night, so I couldn't address it then. But I'll
tell you listen this. I know that many of you
all have issues with Speaker Johnson and I think that

(11:35):
in many ways I've addressed us on the show, but
I'm going to recap it for people who are just
back with us here. Speaker Johnson has made some bad
decisions in his time as Speaker, in his short time
as Speaker, but I'll tell you just so you have
all the facts, because this isn't often talked about. He
was kind of fed what we call on the what

(11:57):
we call in the military a shit sandwich. Forgive the
forgive the knuckle dragging terminology. I'm a knuckle dragger. You
can take the guy out of the infantry, but you
can't take the infantry out of the guy. I'm sorry
to say, actually not sorry to say, but Speaker Johnson
took over for Kevin McCarthy, and all of Kevin McCarthy
had his he had his committee people, in his loyalists

(12:19):
and key positions. He didn't really have an opportunity to
make his imprint on the on on the conference, on
the Republican Conference, so he kind of just was filling
in with a razor thin majority and Republicans having the
ability to file a motion to vacate the chair if
he really messed up. So there's not not making excuses

(12:40):
for him. I do think he made some mistakes that
he did not have to make leading up to this vote. However,
I would have been all for, you know, voting for
you know, a Speaker Jim Jordan or another consensus candidate
Byron Donald whoever, if he emerged and said, oh my gosh,
the entire GOP conference is behind them, I would have

(13:02):
been fine with that. But unfortunately that wasn't the case.
And I laid out the parliamentary process for people on
the show that if Republicans messed around with Speaker Johnson,
imperfect as he is, if they messed around with Speaker Johnson,
there was a chance the Democrats could really play games
with Trump's certification of his election, because if you don't

(13:22):
elect a speaker, the House is frozen in parliamentary paralysis.
You can't appoint committee heads, you can't swear in new members. Oh,
by the way, you can't certify election results on January sixth,
and if it drags out the January twenty guess what
if the election hasn't been certified, Biden and Harris are gone,
Trump and JD can't be sworn in, the Speaker of
the House hasn't been voted on yet, so the third

(13:44):
line of succession can't take the presidency or fill in
as an acting president, and then it would have fell
to ninety one year old Chuck Grassley in the Senate,
all the while the Democrats plodding behind the scenes to
sabotage the president using a deep state while we fight
amongst themselves. The point that I'm trying to make is
that I would have rather had a flawed Speaker Johnson, who,

(14:06):
by the way, had President Trump's endorsement. And what I
just so again quick recap for people. If we all
generally speaking, believe that a president is entitled to their cabinet,
whether they're a Democrat or Republican, a president is entitled
to their cabinet, to their closest advisors, then shouldn't Trump
also be entitled to the speaker of his choice. Well,

(14:26):
that was in this case, Speaker Johnson. That's a quick
This is just my logic. You don't have to agree.
I believe the Speaker Johnson was not perfect, but I
also believe any delay could have had disastrous consequences for
President Trump and for me. Getting President Trump in the
Oval office at noon on January twentieth is more important

(14:49):
than anything. I have said that the most dangerous period
in this country will be from November sixth to January twentieth,
after President Trump won, because all the bad guys still
control all the levers of power, and they've demonstrated an
unbelievable willingness to abuse that power in the lead up
to the election, and will certainly do it again when

(15:11):
they still have power before Trump is ascended. So this
all worries me. But those worries have been allayed now
that Speaker Johnson was elected Speaker on the very first vote. Listen,
I'm gonna say it again. Guys are probably gonna tell
me to shut up and move on. And I understand
that Speaker Johnson was imperfect, but he was all we had.

(15:34):
And I would might we need Trump in office, rather
have Trump in office and have a flawed Speaker than
no flawed speaker and Trump not in office. I just
I have neither right. I want Trump in office. He's
the driving force behind the Republican Party. He's the leader
of the Republican Party. Nothing can stand in our way
from that happening. And so we cleared what was a

(15:56):
very critical hurdle on Friday. Reason why that is important
is it not only was Speaker Johnson elected, but the
House locked down their rules package for the one hundred
and nineteenth Congress. The House turned around that day and
swore in new members for the one hundred and nineteenth Congress.
They met this weekend. Over the weekend, I met many

(16:16):
members did, especially a lot of leadership. Some members went
home they weren't supposed to, but some members went home.
But the vast majority of the GOP met over this
weekend to hammer out the first ninety days of the
Trump presidency, and they planned to be pretty damn aggressive
in the first ninety days, which is necessary. And the

(16:36):
reason why it's necessary is Joe Biden, that animated corpse
that is in the White House right now, is the
worst president in the history of our country. And it
is not even particularly close. We know he's not cognitively there.
So that means somebody behind the curtain is pulling the

(16:58):
strings future GOP Congress, GOP Senate, GOP controlled White House,
like you got to investigate who the hell's actually making
the decisions behind the scenes. I think that's actually a
fairly big priority of the Trump presidencies. Investigate who's actually
making these decisions. Because I got news for you, folks.
We didn't elect them, I can tell you that much.

(17:20):
But as if you needed more proof that Biden was
the worst president of all time, chances are you don't.
But he gave Hillary Clinton and George Soros the Presidential
Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian war award in our country.

(17:41):
Hillary Clinton is one of the most destructive forces in
my lifetime in American politics. The entire Russia collusion hoax
can essentially be laid right at her feet. She has
never once been held accountable for deleting thirty three thousand
emails and having classified information on a private server. Remember

(18:05):
what do you mean and wipe it? Wipe down my
email like server with a cloth like wipe it. Not
of course, he met bleach bit destroying all the evidence
with hammers. Can you believe that she was never once
held accountable for any of that? Yet here we are
with Trump. He was a sitting president, the ultimate declassification authority,
and they threatened to throw President Trump in prison for

(18:26):
the rest of his life. I mean, it's absolutely ridiculous
that we've come to this point in our country. But
this is a slap in the face of the American people.
It's a slap in the face of law and order.
And George Soros is the same thing. He is one
of the most destructive forces in American history. Let me
tell you something about George Soros, Folks, there is no
other country on the face of the planet that wouldn't

(18:48):
kick George Soros out of their country yesterday for the
things that he has done to this country. These Soros
funded das release violent criminals back out onto the street,
which is why violent crime has spiked the historic levels
in this country. George Soros has worked overtime to destabilize

(19:11):
our currency here, He's worked overtime to destabilize our American
political system. Here, he has worked overtime to knock the
United States of America down a peg. And that no
other country would allow one of its citizens to do that.
I mean, we're the USA, but this guy is a

(19:32):
is an unbelievably damaging force. And here the Democrats, what
they do is just throw this stuff in your face
all the time. The lack of the lack of accountability
is something that's just extremely concerning to me because a

(19:54):
lack of accountability for elites on either side of the aisle,
but most notably, most of the time it's Democrats. In fact,
I can't think of a single time where it wasn't
just simply Democrats. But when there's no accountability for elites
in our society, it can lead to a dangerous place

(20:15):
where society takes law and order into their own hands.
And that's not something that we ever want to see.
And so, but this is what the Democrats do. They
throw this stuff in your face all the time. And
as if these presidential medals of freedom to Soros and
Hillary Clinton, and word enough, there were others, but Hillary

(20:38):
and Soros were the two big ones. You have. Joe
Biden just forty five minutes before this show went live,
released eleven Yemeny terrors from Guantanamo Bay just days before
leaving office. All of these terrorists were captured in the
aftermath of nine to eleven, and Joe Biden just released them.

(21:00):
And when you add that to the fact, when you
add to that the fact that Khalid Sheik Muhammad is
not going to be very likely not going to be
receiving the death penalty anymore because of Joe Biden and
a Joe Biden plea deal. It really makes you wonder

(21:20):
if this guy's not some sort of destructive Manchurian candidate. Look,
I know it sounds crazy, but I don't see how
you make these decisions as commander in chief, whether you're
a Democrat or Republican. These decisions of releasing terrorists, releasing
violent criminals onto the streets, arresting January six ers and

(21:42):
throwing them in prison, and allowing them to languish in prison.
I don't know how you make these decisions while simultaneously
saying that you love this country. I think those two
things are mutually exclusive, So that being the case, one
can come to the reasonable conclusion that no, Joe Biden
and the people who are actually making these calls don't

(22:03):
in fact love the country, not at all. But folks,
the globalist agenda is collapsing. I'm gonna tell you about
that here in just a second. But let me first, boy,
I have been going on and on and on. I'm sorry,
I'm looking over here in the live chat. Really a

(22:23):
lot to talk about today, Sorry, folks. This went on
for twenty straight minutes. At the top of the show.
Oh and let me tell you something. Let me tell
you something else. Just a quick admin note. We've got
Savage Rich Barris on deck to come back this week.
I know he had last week off. Is this a
crazy week? Folks? Remember he cooks dinner's first Family on

(22:44):
New Year's Day. Savage Wednesday fell on a on New
Year's Day, and then he traveled out of town shortly after.
While he's on deck to come back this week, and
then also promised to come back this week as Brian
Dean Wright for Right Night. And this Right Night's going
to be very important because Brian and I have been
texting all weekend, and I just want to let you
know I am, of course watching very closely the Louisiana

(23:05):
terrorist attack news, and honestly the strange news out of
Vegas with the cyber truck bombing that turned out to
be a thirty seven year Green Bray Special Forces guy
shot himself with a Desert Eagle supposedly in the driver's
sheet of the cyber truck blew up with fireworks. I'm

(23:27):
just telling you, there's so much strange stuff that is
surrounding that, and all of these influencers putting out all
of this stuff, it's hard to really know what's true.
But Brian has been all over this. Like again, I
told you, he's texting me all weekend about it. We're
going to do a deep dive on this, and he

(23:49):
and I are going to talk about this when he
comes back on the show this week. So I kind
of want to refrain from talking about it with you
until that point because this stuff is just so strange
and I don't want to get out over my skis
ahead of my skis on this one. So we've got
a great lineup of shows this week, so make sure
you stick with us. Okay, The globalist agenda is totally collapsing.

(24:13):
The Italian Prime Minister, who by all accounts is a
right wing populist, you know, in the same vein as
Donald Trump, was at mar Lago, and I'm told that
Trump's meeting with her was fantastic. They're able to do
some pretty amazing things, talk about some pretty amazing things.

(24:36):
So I think that's a great thing. Trump's already stepped
into the role as president and is already fulfilling his
duty and obligation is as president by meeting with these
prime ministers at mar Lago. But again it's important to
note that she's also a populist. So Maga is ascendant, right,

(24:56):
not just here in America but all over the world.
You know what else happened today on January sixth, the
mostly peaceful protest day Justin Trudeau of Canada, maybe Fidel
Castro's son, I don't know. I mean that's the rumor. Anyway,
that's the conspiracy theory. And I say conspiracy theory, and

(25:18):
I mean that in the lightest possible terms, because all
my conspiracy theories have come true. But he resigned today. Listen.

Speaker 5 (25:27):
I intend to resign as party leader, as Prime minister
after the party selects its next leader through a robust
nationwide competitive process. Last night I asked the President of
the Liberal Party to begin that process. This country deserves

(25:48):
a real choice in the next selection, and it has
become clear to me that if I'm having to fight
internal battles, I cannot be the best option that election.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
Michef Side said, there is not a bigger globalist, I
mean outside of Claud Schwab himself than Justin Trudeau and
the fact that he's gone because Pierre Polivar is going
to destroy him in the up and coming election. Now,
Pierre Polivar is also a right wing Canada First national populist,

(26:24):
or he's a he's just a he's just a populist
and loves his country, wants to see Canada return to
a free republic, a free Canada. MAGA is ascended all
over the world. This is a great thing for us
in global stability, folks, because you know that people who

(26:46):
put their country first, what comes often with that. If
you're putting the American people first, if you're putting the
Canadian people first, if you're putting the Italian people first,
you don't so willingly throw them into the fire into
these forever wars. I mean, part of putting your people
first is to take care of them and make sure
that they have everything that they need on the home

(27:07):
front and that we're not getting them involved in forever war.
So I think that that MAGA is one of those things,
is one of those globalist movements that's picking up steam
because the world, especially in critical places, is really sick
and tired of business as usual. And look, the Democrats
are doing everything that they can to cling to crazy

(27:31):
to stop Trump, to undermine this man before he takes office.
I mean Mershwan's ruling that he's going to make Trump
sit in a virtual sentencing where he's going to convict
him of these quote these fake crimes in New York.

(27:53):
But say, oh, no jail time, folks. This is a
political maneuver in the truest sense of the word. The
Democrats simply want the talking point that you are a
convicted felon. All this time, all this entire year, Democrats
have been calling Trump that, despite the fact that he's

(28:15):
not been convicted of anything. They just why but Mershawan
is going to convict him. He's gonna waive the jail time.
He's already, he's already said you're guilty. He's gonna wave
the jail time. Of course, Trump's gonna ascend to the
Oval office here in a couple of weeks. But the
Democrats won two for the next four years be able
to call President Trump a convicted felon. This is I

(28:37):
want I say this because I want you to pay
attention to the narrative that's going to be building in
the next couple of weeks. It won't surprise you. The
Democrats have been doing this for the past year. But
watch how the Democrats celebrate law Fair, celebrate Juan Marshawn's
ruling here, and the thing was a complete joke from
the very beginning. It's a shame that this stuff happened

(28:59):
in America. We got a couple of flags here from
Aunt Cindy. See Patriot Riders raided the stream. Welcome Patriot Riders.
We love having you here. Great to have you here
on Battleground Live. Also, Pat, thank you for the rumble
rant tips you got you got two here, thank you.
But Pat pat says, you think the donations the Biden

(29:23):
Live Library fund have gone up by the millions since
those medals were given out to all those rich traders
the other day. Uh yeah, I do, Actually, Pat, Yeah,
I do. Because this is how this game, Oh, Patriot Raiders,
Patriot Raiders. I didn't say riders. Jeez, Oh my gosh. Sorry,
Uh yeah, Pat, That's how this game is played, quid

(29:44):
pro quo all the way. So okay, so let's talk
about some positive stuff. So today, mostly peaceful protest day.
Kamala Harris had to come out and certify an election
that she lost and it was pretty awesome and we're

(30:06):
going to celebrate that now. But here's Kamala Harris talking
about doing her constitutional obligation.

Speaker 3 (30:11):
Peaceful transfer of power is one of the most fundamental
principles of American democracy. As much as any other principle,
it is what distinguishes our system of government from monarchy
or tyranny. Today, at the United States Capital, I will
perform my constitutional duty as Vice President of the United
States to certify the results of the twenty twenty four election.

(30:35):
This duty is a sacred obligation, one I will uphold,
guided by love of country, loyalty to our constitution, and
my unwavering faith in the American people. As we have seen,
our democracy can be fragile, and it is up to
then each one of us to stand up for our

(30:58):
most cherished princeip books and to make sure that in
America our government always remains of the people, by the people,
and for the people. May God bless you and make
God bless the United States of America.

Speaker 1 (31:17):
That has got to sting. I'm just saying that that's
got to be tough, because rest assured the Democrats tried
to rig this thing like they did in twenty twenty.
You just look at some of the swing seats in Wisconsin, Nevada,
and Arizona. A lot of the election math didn't add

(31:41):
up in those statewide races for Kerry Lake in Arizona,
Sam Brown and Nevada, and Eric Hubby in Wisconsin. I
mean just Eric Hubdy especially got screwed over because not
only did they try to pull some real shenanigans in
the cities of Wisconsin like Milwaukee, they even had America

(32:02):
first in Libertarian Canada on the ballot that siphoned away
more than what his margin of loss was. Democrats tried
this but too big to rig. Whoever made that slogan
on the Trump team was a genius, and I wish
I could tell you who it was. I'd probably find out.

(32:23):
In fact, maybe I will, but it was a genius
because there is something too too big to rig. The
Democrats can only cheat and as far as the voter
rules will let them go. And so if just everybody
shows up and swamps the vote, which is also a
Trump term, then there's really nothing that the Democrats can do.

(32:46):
And especially when you add to that that Trump shaved
traditional Democrat shaved number. He took from traditional Democrat voting
blocks like Black Americans and Latino Americans. So Trump ran
an inside straight here. His margin of victory in Pennsylvania
was really unbelievable. Unbelievable that he won by the margin

(33:12):
that he did, I think well over one hundred and
seventy thousand votes. But even CNN had to recognize and
actually heard that Kamala Harris was nervous. It wasn't feeling
good about having to certify her own loss. Despite what
she says there, she's proud to do her constitutional duty.
Even CNN took Kamala to Harris to task a little

(33:34):
bit on this right.

Speaker 6 (33:35):
I was told by a source familiar with her thinking,
Jacob to throwback to you that she is stealing herself
for this moment where she is going to be presiding
over her own loss. Thank you, MANI.

Speaker 1 (33:51):
To be fair, now, Kamala drinks day, drinks all the time,
I'm told, But to be fair, I'm fairly certain that
I would probably have been drunk if I had to
do what she did. So that leads us to Kamala
Harris officially certifying her own loss. Got to celebrate this.

(34:13):
Folks celebrate the small victories when we have them, and
by the way, this is no small victory. This is
a big one.

Speaker 3 (34:19):
The votes for President of the United States are as follows.

Speaker 2 (34:23):
Donald J.

Speaker 3 (34:24):
Trump of the state of Florida has received three hundred
and twelve votes.

Speaker 2 (34:28):
Kamala de Harris.

Speaker 3 (34:48):
Kamala de Harris of the state of California has received
two hundred and twenty six votes. The whole number of

(35:11):
electors appointed to vote for Vice President of the United
States is five hundred and thirty eight. Within that whole number,
a majority is two hundred and seventy. The votes for
Vice President of the United States are as follows. JD.
Vance of the state of Ohio has received three hundred
and twelve votes. Timwalls of the state of Minnesota has

(35:46):
received two hundred and twenty six votes. This announcement of
this state of the vote by the President of the
Senate shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons

(36:07):
elected President and Vice President of the United States, each
for a term beginning on the twentieth day of January
two thousand and twenty five, and shall be entered together
with the list of the votes on the journals of
the House and the Senate.

Speaker 6 (36:28):
Thank you very.

Speaker 1 (36:29):
Much, Eilan. Now listen, maybe you all saw this, maybe
you didn't, but I love this stuff to me watching
stuff like this, and I hope that you all feel
the same way. Maybe you don't, and that's okay if
you don't. But watching this stuff, this is history unfolding

(36:50):
before our eyes. And when I say Donald Trump won
a historic victory, holy smokes, do I mean it? Now?
Listen to this. It's mostly peaceful protest day to all
of us. But the media has been going apoplectic with

(37:11):
j six bullshit. I still don't think that they realize
that the American people, and I mean this in the
most sincere way, that the American people do not give
a shit about January six at all. So to my

(37:33):
friends who are Democrats, which I have none, but to
Democrats out there who might be hate listening, those folks
who give thumbs down on the show, keep doing this stuff,
keep making elections about January six, keep using the term insurrection.
Can we just say for a second how insane that

(37:53):
term was. I've said up before in the show, I
laid out my thought process how I think the term Well,
I don't think. I know they deliberately chose the word
insurrection two days after January sixth, because they intended even
back then to weaponize an insurrection argument in course in

(38:14):
court fourteenth amendment argument barring President Trump from ever running again,
kicking him off the ballot, and they tried that in
swing states all across the country. This was a planned
set up from the very beginning. So to Democrats keep
going all in on the crazy and believe me when
I tell you these people are insane. Just look at

(38:37):
the Democrats doing a January sixth moment of silence at
the Capitol entrance. I'm telling you, these people are the
biggest cornballs in the fricking world that.

Speaker 7 (38:47):
Day, whether we were on the floor, whether we're carrying
a camera or a microphone, whether we were in uniform,
protecting those who we serve, who we were, remember we
find ourselves to be today.

Speaker 5 (39:03):
We ask that you would.

Speaker 7 (39:04):
In some way transform our memories, that the blessing that
we would have would be to be the reminder of
the calling to which you have called us to serve
you carefully and faithfully to deal with all that comes
across the threshold, enemies within, the enemies from without our

(39:25):
own country. We pray then that we would serve you
now even more careful, even more specifically.

Speaker 2 (39:37):
Intending.

Speaker 7 (39:40):
To preserve all that you have given us. This experiment
that is so precarious that in this we would be
the strength the foundation to our future. May these memories
only strengthen our fortitude to serve you then, from now

(40:01):
and always.

Speaker 1 (40:02):
You know, got another flag from Aunt Cindy here and
Gie Fontes, thank you, my friend for the rumble rant
tip and Buckeye Patriot Raider. Is this newlywed with a
new handle gifted one subscription to Battleground Live. You've heard
of these gifted subscriptions, but someone's gonna have to explain
it to me in the live chat. I'm not sure
what this means, but I like the idea of gifted subscriptions.

(40:27):
If it's what I think it is. I'm not really sure, though,
so someone has to explain to me what that is.
But bump and mcgroin says, Hey, Dems, here's an idea.
Let's start calling today Ashley Babbitt Remembrance Day and listen,
I I love that. I could not agree more with that.
Ashley Babbitt Remembrance Day. That is a great you know,

(40:50):
that's a great idea because really the Democrats push this
fake narrative that police officers were killed on January sixth.
Nothing could be further from the truth. They still throw
up this lie out there today. In fact, a Massachusetts
congressman was just on CNN today saying that multiple police

(41:11):
officers were killed on January sixth. This is just a
straight up conspiracy theory. It did not happen. The only
people who died on January sixth were Trump protesters, and
Ashley Babbitt was one of them. So, I mean, but
all of these Democrats shenanigans. It's just these people. These
people are just the most absurd people on the face
of the planet. And now Monica Lewinsky's boyfriend, Jake Tapper,

(41:34):
listened to him and his historyonics about January sixth.

Speaker 8 (41:37):
All right, right now, you're looking at images from the
floor of the House of Representatives. Members of the House
and Senate are gathering in what is there, and there
is a speaker Mike Johnson and Vice President Kamala Harris.
It's obviously a bipartisan or even nonpartisan event where the

(41:59):
leader of this country come together to count the electoral votes.
There's Ted Cruz, a Senator from Texas who was one
of the main individuals who helped cause what happened four
years ago.

Speaker 1 (42:14):
By I find that to be totally despicable because the
last time a Republican won the presidency and no Democrats
challenged the electoral count in the House of Representatives was
nineteen eighty eight. So challenging the electoral count Democrat Republican

(42:36):
wins is a common thing that people do all the time.
So for Jake Tapper to say that Ted Cruz caused it,
and you want to know why Jake Tapper said that,
is because Ted Cruz backed my lawsuit that challenged Pennsylvania's
unco constitutional no excuse mail in ballot law in twenty

(42:59):
twenty went all the way to the United States Supreme Court.
It was a rigorous constitutional argument. Mike Kelly, Congressman Mike
Kelly was on the case with me. The radical leftist
Pennsylvania Supreme Court case. Listen to this, listen to this.
The radical Pennsylvania Supreme Court, radical left this Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

(43:20):
They didn't address the merits of my case. In fact,
they said, oh, everyone said voter fraud didn't exist. My
case wasn't about voter fraud. My case was all about
an unconstitutional law that allowed the rollout of no excuse
mail in ballots, in other words, sending in a mail
in ballots for no reason whatsoever. Up to that point,
in Pennsylvania, you can only do it for four very
specific reasons. Having no excuse was not one of them.

(43:42):
Violated our Pennsylvania state constitution in several different ways. I
had case law going back all the way to the
Civil War. So when I saw that the PA Supreme
Court talked about voter fraud, I realized very quickly that
they didn't even bother to address my case. So we
appealed to the United States Supreme Court. But before we
did that, the pap Court dismissed my case again a

(44:03):
constitutional election law case with prejudice, meaning that anyone in
the state of Pennsylvania can bring a lawsuit on Acts
seventy seven and challenge its constitutionality except for me. See
other Democrats do that. If Republicans did that, it would
be headline news all across the country of a weaponized
court system, and oh my gosh, acl you would be involved.

(44:25):
But if you're a Republican, the courts are completely weaponized
against you. But Ted Cruz back that lawsuit one hundred percent.
Ted Cruise also, you can go back and look this up.
Ted Cruz also offered to argue this case because it
was very rigorous constitutionally and very rich in constitutional history.

(44:48):
Ted Cruz actually offered to argue this case on the
floor of the United States Supreme Court, a sitting United
States senator offering as a lawyer to argue a case
in front of the US of pre court. I'm sorry,
it's kind of cool that having been involved in all
of this history and never thought this would be possible.
That's pretty darn cool that folks a little behind the

(45:09):
scenes stuff there for you. That's exactly what Jake Tapper
was referring to when he said that Ted Cruz caused it.
So to Jake Tapper, endorsing and backing what is a
constitutional case on the merits all the way is tantamount
to inciting an insurrection, which, by the way, is crazy

(45:31):
to use the term insurrection. Already said you know a
couple of reasons why. But also in order for it
to be an insurrection, we have to believe that Buffalo
man would have been sitting president of the United States.
Buffalo Man, I mean, come on, yeah, but it's the
Democrats have been absolutely histrionic about January sixth. All day today.

(45:54):
Listen to the view, try not to let your IQ diminish.

Speaker 9 (45:57):
I think we need to find moral clarity, you know,
in this country. And I just remember after January sixth,
you had someone like Mitch McConnell placing the blame on
January sixth where it belonged squarely on Donald Trump's shoulders.
And then you started seeing people backtrack that and losing
their moral center. You had Condoaliza Rice I believe, on

(46:18):
this very show saying, you know, we need to move
on from January sixth. I say, no, you don't move
on because January sixth was an atrocity. It was one
of the worst moments.

Speaker 2 (46:26):
In American history.

Speaker 9 (46:29):
And when you think about the worst moments in American history,
you know, like World War two, things that happened, you know,
like the Holocaust, chattel, slavery, we need to never forget
because past becomes prologue if you forget any race.

Speaker 1 (46:50):
Oh my, so now j six again, the only people
who were killed were Republican protesters. Now these dipshit liberals
are equating January sixth with the Holocaust or slavery. These

(47:12):
people are so stupid that they're actually dangerous. They are
intergalactic level stupid. It is a travesty that somebody like
Sunny Hosten has a platform as big as she does,
as dumb as she is, and the Democrats they just lie,
I mean about everything. Listen to AOC about January.

Speaker 9 (47:38):
Six I didn't think that I was just going to
be killed. I thought other things were going to happen
to me as well.

Speaker 6 (47:45):
So what sounds like what you're telling me right now
is that you didn't only think that you were going
to die, you thought you were going.

Speaker 4 (47:50):
To be raped.

Speaker 6 (47:51):
Yeah, yeah, I thought I was, And that you now understand,
having thought about it, is because of your experience.

Speaker 8 (48:01):
Yeah yeah, I think so.

Speaker 3 (48:03):
I think so.

Speaker 1 (48:05):
AOC wasn't even there. AOC was blocks away from the protest.
I mean, I'm not trying to diminute. I mean, like her,
she's just a liar. She's just a liar. She wasn't
fearing that she wasn't there. This is all performative and
it's actually very sinister because social media companies. I'm sorry

(48:25):
to take a trip down memory lane, but I refuse.
And we're one of the few shows that goes hard
at January sixth, or are some of other really good
ones out there, But I refuse to let this insurrection
narrative take hold because it's completely bogus, it's dangerous, it's fake,
and the social media companies were all in on it.

(48:46):
They went out of their way to kick Trump off
of Twitter and every social media company at the same
time to make sure that he couldn't get his message
out when he was calling for peace. But here is
a supercut from a great indodent journalists named a muse
on X. If you're not following him, you should, but
a supercard of Trump calling for peace.

Speaker 10 (49:07):
Listen, if you have to go home now, we have
to have peace. We have to have law and order.

Speaker 1 (49:13):
We have to respect our great people.

Speaker 4 (49:15):
In law and order.

Speaker 10 (49:17):
I know that everyone here will soon be marching over
to the Capitol Building to peacefully and patriotically make your
voices heard. We have to have peace. So go home.
We love you, and go home and go home in peace.

Speaker 1 (49:41):
So it looks like mus pulled that from Trumps superpack,
but absolutely right, Trump called for peace that day. But
I mean, all of this is important because what the
Democrats did was fabricate a narrative. They elevated it in
the media, made it seem like it was true, A
lie travels halfway around the world before the truth even

(50:03):
has a chance to get it shoes on. I don't
know if that quote, I mean, I don't know if
I just made that up now or mess up the quote,
but you get the gist. What the Democrats do, everything
about their platform are complete lies, complete lies. And guess
what else the Democrats are doubling down on now. They're

(50:26):
doubling down on Biden's cognitive decline that they think that
he's still to this day in perfect working order. Folks.
The Democrats have learned nothing. They're doubling down on lies.
And as they continue to double down on lies, I
think that they're gonna get more and more unhinged and dangerous.

(50:49):
And the interesting thing about the Democrats is that none
of them seem to know why they got their asses
kicked this cycle. I mean that, I think, put very simply,
the Democrats took their base for granted for probably the
better part of thirty years. They didn't, you know, unions.

(51:16):
They have taken the union vote for granted for thirty years.
They don't care about unions. They don't care about the
working man. If they wouldn't, if they cared, they wouldn't
be rolling out this insane Green New Deal. If they cared,
Biden wouldn't be banning offshore drilling in the lead up
to him relinquishing office, which, by the way, is a
slap in the face to Americans who voted for Donald Trump,

(51:39):
who wanted to reverse almost every Biden policy, because the
man is an absolute disaster. So when Biden is doing
this stuff and the Democrats are doing this stuff, they're
showing to you that they don't care about the will
of the American people. They only care about their agenda.
They only care about the future of regressive politics. So

(52:00):
they're banning offshore drilling. They don't care about the working man.
And when you take your base for granted and you
do things that hurt your base, they don't show up
for you. I mean that perhaps is oversimplified, but that
is why the Democrats lost. But one of the few
voices of reason in the Democrat Party is James Carveon.

(52:21):
He knows why the Democrats lost, and if they were smart,
they would listen to him.

Speaker 4 (52:25):
I'd say, well, first of all, I totally agree with
that person. It's very depression. But if you're doing political strategy,
you know if you have an airplane crash, you got
to go back and find out what went wrong. You
don't say, well, let's just forget about it and move on. No,
it was the flap set in the right setting, or
you know, was there something that the pilot didn't pay
attention to. I don't know, but it is sort of depression.

(52:47):
But you know, Michael has a simple, basic groove of politicss.
Voters want an election about them, They don't want an
election about you or your opponent. And for too much,
we lost that. I lost it myself. We made it
about Trump and we didn't make it about voters, and
that's all. It's never a good idea. And how could I,

(53:09):
at eighty years old, been doing this for fifty years,
lapse into that level of stupidity
