Hello, I'm Grace for tonight's sleep song by pray dot Com.
We will be meditating on some one hundred and eight.
Retreat to a quiet space free of distractions, and get
in a comfortable position to buy your mind and relax
your body. Make sure your back is flat and straight

(03:06):
to open up your chest and heart. Breathe in and
out slowly. Relax your neck and shoulders. Rest your hands
gently by your side or on your lap. Take a
deep breath, allow your chest to fully expand and your

(03:27):
lungs to completely fill with air. Exhale slowly and let
go of any tension in your body. Take another deep breath.
Lift your burdens to the Lord. Exhale slowly and surrender
any anxious thoughts. To calm your mind. With a clear mind,

(03:51):
focus your thoughts on God. Meditate on his love, on
his faithfulness. Know his great love for you reaches to
the heavens, and his faithfulness to the skies. With your
next breath, allow his love to fill you, warming your
heart and soothing your soul. Breathe in and out, and

(04:17):
get ready to receive God's word. The Bible reminds us
we can find victory in God's strength. With his help,
we can overcome any trouble that comes our way tonight.
Let's find comfort in His strength and hope in his power.

(04:38):
Psalm one hundred and eight from the King James version says,
O God, my heart is fixed. I will sing and
give praise even with my glory. Awake, sultry and harp.
I myself will awake early. I will praise thee, O Lord,
among the people, and I will sing praises unto thee

(04:59):
among the names. For thy mercy is great above the heavens,
and thy truth reacheth unto the clouds. Be thou exalted,
O God, above the heavens, and thy glory above all
the earth, that thy beloved may be delivered. Save with
thy right hand and answer me. God hath spoken in

(05:20):
his holiness. I will rejoice. I will divide Shechem and
meet out of the valley of Sukote. Gilead is mine,
Manassah is mine. Ephram also is the strength of mine
head Judah is my lawgiver. Moab is my wash pot
over Edom. I will cast out my shoe over Philistia,

(05:43):
while I triumph who will bring me into the strong city?
Who will lead me into dam Wilt not thou o, God,
who hast cast us off? And wilt not thou o God.
Go forth with our hosts, give us help from trouble,
for vain is the help of man. Through God we

(06:06):
shall do valiantly, for he it is that shall tread
down our enemies. Meditate on the strength and power of
the Lord. Know he can save you and help you
with his right hand. Take a deep breath, feel his
strength fill your chest and your lungs. Exhale slowly and

(06:30):
allow his strength to flow through you and his power
to rest on you. Close your eyes and imagine all
your troubles and enemies rising against you as you inhale.
Lift your fears and worries to the Lord. As you exhale,

(06:52):
imagine the Lord's mighty hands striking down the enemies that
try to rise against you, and the worries that threaten
to overwhelm you. See all of them disappear as the
Lord's power crushes them, giving you victory. Over the thoughts
and troubles that try to tear you down. Feel His

(07:13):
hands lighten your load, calming your mind and heart, relaxing
your body. Breathe in and out slowly. Bask in the
glory of the Lord. Allow his light to fill your
room and heart, keeping you warm and safe throughout the night.

(07:36):
Think of a difficult time when you put your trust
in your own strength and power rather than God's. Think
of the ways you were led astray during this time.
Confess any sins, Confess any pride you are still holding on.
To ask for God to help you be victorious over

(07:58):
your troubles and enemies by being dependent on him. Take
a deep breath, allow his forgiveness to wash over you.
Exhale slowly and release any fears and doubts you still have.
Exalt the name of the Lord. Lift your spirit and

(08:20):
make music with your soul to praise the Lord. Praise
him for his love that sustains you. Praise him for
his faithfulness that delivers you. Thank him for the victories
he has given you over your struggles and troubles. Think
of a person who needs God's help to night. Pray

(08:42):
he will deliver them from their fears. And worries from
their troubles and difficulties. With God's power and strength, you
can accomplish anything the Lord sets out before you, and
you can overcome any troubles that come your way. Not
only will He rescue you, but He will give you

(09:04):
victory over your struggles and the enemy. Tonight, come to
the Lord and ask for his help and deliverance as
you seek to walk in his path. Pray over those
who are facing persecution because of their faith. Pray God
will deliver them from their enemies and sustain their families. Tonight,

(09:29):
Pray over a specific struggle or trouble in your life
right now. Pray He will rescue you and help you
overcome the obstacles that stand in your way of following him.
Pray over you and your family as you sleep. Pray
God will protect you and preserve you with his right hand.

(09:51):
As you rest through the night, take a deep breath.
Release any tension that is still lingering from today. Put
your trust in the Lord. Invite God's power and strength
to restore you and rejuvenate you as you sleep Tonight,
