Speaker 2 (02:37):
Hello, I'm Grace for tonight's sleep song by pray dot Com.
We will be meditating on Psalm one hundred and ten.
Take a deep, cleansing breath. Allow the oxygen rich air
to fill your lungs. Hold your breath for a few seconds.
(02:58):
Exhale slowly, feeling the oxygen flow freely through your veins,
strengthening your body. Take another deep breath. As you exhale,
release the tension in your muscles, and relax your neck
and shoulders. With your next breath, focus on clearing your
(03:21):
mind of any distractions. When you exhale, let go of
any anxious thoughts from to day. Surrender your worries and
doubts to the Lord. Know you are safe in his
sovereign hands. Close your eyes and focus your thoughts on Jesus.
(03:44):
Think about his love and strength displayed in his sacrifice.
Think about his power and sovereignty that will be on
display in the final battle. Be thankful for his sacrifice
and become for did by his future reign. When there
will be no pain and suffering for those who love
(04:05):
and seek Him. To Night's psalm gives us a glimpse
into the power and authority of Jesus and into a
future when He will judge and rule over the nations.
As you listen to God's word, find hope in the
future that is secure in Jesus. Psalm one hundred and
(04:26):
ten from the King James version says the Lord said,
unto my Lord, sit thou at my right hand, until
I make thine enemies thy footstool. The Lord shall send
the rod of thy strength out of Zion. Rule Thou
in the midst of thine enemies. Thy people shall be
willing in the day of Thy power, in the beauties
(04:49):
of holiness. From the womb of the morning. Thou hast
the doo of thy youth. The Lord hath sworn and
will not repent. Thou art a priest forever after thee
the order of Melchizedek. The Lord at thy right hand
shall strike through the kings. In the day of his wrath.
He shall judge among the heathen. He shall fill the
(05:10):
places with the dead bodies. He shall wound the heads
over many countries. He shall drink of the brook in
the way. Therefore shall he lift up the head. Meditate
on the holy splendor of the Lord. Visualize him ruling
in his glory and power. See his light pervading every
(05:33):
dark corner, revealing truth for all eyes to see. Picture
him with his mighty scepter, ruling over all the nations
and fighting to bring his truth and justice to the world.
Take delight in his sovereignty. Allow his hope to fill
you with his joy and peace. Tonight, take a deep
(05:57):
breath as your chest rises, lift your spirit to celebrate
the victory of the Lord. Exhale slowly and allow his
praise to warm your heart and soothe your soul. Know
there is nothing to fear, for our Lord will triumph
over the evil and darkness in our world. With your
(06:21):
next exhale, surrender all your fears to the Lord and
feel his presence comfort you and calm your anxiety. Think
of any doubts you have of Jesus and who he
claimed to be. Take a deep breath and lift these
doubts to God. Ask for his help to answer your
(06:44):
questions and to understand who he really is. Exhale slowly
and allow his truth to fill your mind and body,
and to lighten your heart. Breathe in and out slowly
with your next exhale. Release any guilt and shame you
(07:05):
may be carrying with you because of your doubts. Know
the Lord is strong enough to handle your doubts, and
his love never fails. You. Rejoice in the powerful name
of Jesus. Exalt the Lord our God. Thank him for
his salvation in which you are safe and secure. Thank
(07:27):
Him for choosing you to do his good works in
this world. Think of a person who has not accepted
Jesus as their savior. Pray God will open their heart
and reveal his truth. Pray they will encounter Jesus and
accept his gift of salvation. Lift your requests to the
(07:50):
sovereign Lord. Know in his power and strength he can
provide for you and protect you every day and night.
Put your trust in him. Pray for courage to share
the good news with others. Pray God will give you
the words to say when you tell others about Jesus.
(08:13):
Pray for strength to stand firm in your faith, especially
during times of persecution. Pray God will give you discernment
as you navigate our culture. Pray for peace as you
sleep pray God will comfort you with his word and
with the bright future you have with the King of Kings.
(08:37):
Take a deep breath, allow his peace to wash over you.
Exhale slowly and release any stress and tension that is
still lingering from today. Breathe in and out slowly. With
each exhale, focus on relaxing a different part of the
(09:00):
until your muscles and joints soften, from your head to
your toes. As your body relaxes and your mind calms,
rest in God's presence and allow him to refresh your mind, body,
and soul as you sleep peacefully throughout the night.
