Hello, I'm Grace for tonight's sleep song. By pray do
we will be meditating on Psalm one eleven. Be still
before the Lord and know he is the powerful, almighty
God that created the world and that has sustained his
people throughout generations. Invite the presence of this awesome and

amazing God as you prepare to meditate on his word.
Ask for him to help open your mind and heart
to hear his word and to help you relax to
find rest in Him. Tonight, get in a comfortable position.
You can lie down flat on your back or sit

(03:41):
straight up in a chair with your shoulders back. Rest
your hands gently by your side or in your lap.
Breathe in and out slowly through your nose. With each breath.
Feel your heart rate slow down and your chest open up.

(04:01):
Focus on opening your mind to receive God's word. Take
a deep breath, lift your anxious thoughts to the Lord.
Exhale slowly and feel God lift your burdens, calming your mind,
heart and body. Close your eyes and take a few

(04:24):
deep breaths until all your stress and anxiety has been
surrendered to God and you are ready to listen to
tonight's psalm. The Bible reminds us we can put our
trust in God because of the wonderful works he has
done since the creation of this world. Tonight, let's acknowledge

(04:46):
the goodness of God and allow his praise to fill
our hearts with joy. Psalm one eleven from the King
James version says, praise ye the Lord. I will praise
the Lord with my whole heart in the assembly of
the Upright and in the congregation. The works of the

Lord are great, sought out of all them that have
pleasure therein. His work is honorable and glorious, and his
righteous endureth forever. He hath made his wonderful works to
be remembered. The Lord is gracious and full of compassion.
He hath given meet unto them that fear him. He

will ever be mindful of his covenant. He Hath shewed
his people the power of his works, that he may
give them the heritage of the Heathen. The works of
his hands are verity and judgment. All his commandments are sure.
They stand fast forever and ever, and are done in
truth and uprightness. He sent redemption unto his people. He

Hath commanded his covenant forever. Holy and reverend is his name,
the fear of If the Lord is the beginning of
wisdom a good understanding, have all they that do his
commandments His praise endureth forever. Meditate on the wonderful works
of the Lord. Reflect on his power, Take delight in

his faithfulness. Praise the Lord with your heart and allow
his joy to nourish your body and renew your spirit
and mind. Take a deep breath, be filled with his
glory and majesty. Exhale slowly and allow his glory to

warm your body and lighten your heart. Feel secure in
His righteousness and feel safe in His glorious presence. Take
another deep breath as your lungs fill with air. Imagine
God filling you with everything you need, and exhale slowly

and allow His provision to satisfy your bones and your soul.
Allow his bread to sustain you throughout the day, and
his word to sustain you throughout the night. Think of
a time when you followed your own path and did
not keep God's commands. Acknowledge any unconfessed sin. Ask for

the Lord's forgiveness. Ask him to reveal any ways you
need to turn away from, and any areas in your
life you need to dedicate to him. Repent and allow
his wisdom to guide you. Take a deep breath. Allow
God's righteousness to vindicate you. Allow His love and grace

(07:50):
to redeem you as you exhale. Release any shame your feeling.
Know He has already rescued you and redeemed you. Rejoice
in His holy and awesome name. Praise his salvation. Praise
him for the mighty deeds he has done for you.

(08:12):
Thank him for always working on your behalf. Thank him
for the ways he has provided for you. Think of
a person who needs to be reminded of God's promises.
Pray God will draw their heart toward him and will
remind them of who He is and who they are

(08:32):
to him. Pray they will be satisfied with His love
and be transformed by his grace. Tonight, we can pray
to the same God that parted the Red Sea, the
same God who healed diseases and blindness, and the same
God who was willing to do miraculous things for you today.

(08:56):
Be bold and confident as you approach the Lord tonight
and lay your requests before the Almighty God. Pray for
God to give you wisdom. Pray he will help you
follow his commandments and have a good understanding of His
kingdom and our world. Pray for God to provide for

you in a specific area of your life. Pray you
will not worry and put your trust in Him as
you wait for his provision. Pray for God to protect
you as you sleep. Pray He will refresh your mind, body,
and soul with his presence to night, Breathe in and

(09:42):
out slowly. Trust God to provide for you. Trust Him
to keep you safe through the night. With your next exhale,
surrender any stress and anxiety that is still lingering from
to day. Surrender your life to the Lord. In this

(10:04):
sweet surrender. Rest in His mighty hands and find peaceful
rest that will restore you and rejuvenate you for to morrow.
