Hello, I'm Grace. For tonight's Sleep Psalm by pray dot Com.
We will be meditating on Psalm one hundred and fifty.
Take a deep, cleansing breath. Allow the oxygen to fill
your lungs, rejuvenating you. Exhale slowly and feel the oxygen

(03:35):
flow throughout your body, healing you, restoring you from your
head to your toes. With your next breath, focus on
relaxing your body and releasing the stress in your muscles
and joints. Take a deep breath, contract the muscles that

(03:57):
feel tense. Hold your for a few seconds. Exhale slowly
and soften your muscles and joints. Relax your neck and shoulders.
Rest your hands gently by your side. Take a deep breath.

(04:18):
Lift your anxious thoughts to the Lord exhale slowly and
release the stress and anxiety from today. Take another deep breath.
Open your mind and heart to hear God's truth. As
you exhale, allow his presence to calm your mind and

(04:41):
heart and to prepare you to receive His word. God's
word reminds us the importance of worship. Worshiping the Lord
fills our heart with joy and hope, and it unites
his people and draws us closer to the Lord. Psalm

(05:01):
one hundred fifty from the King James version says, Praise
ye the Lord. Praise God in his sanctuary. Praise him
in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his
mighty acts. Praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise
him with the sound of the trumpet. Praise him with

(05:25):
the psultry and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance.
Praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon
the loud symbols. Praise him upon the high sounding symbols.
Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye

(05:46):
the Lord. The book of Psalms closes with the song
of praise. The Psalmist invites dancers and singers and musicians
to come and dance, sing and play the sweet song
of surrender and joy. Tonight, unite with all of creation,

(06:08):
with all of the Lord's people, and sing a beautiful
song celebrating the One True God who is worthy of
all praise. Close your eyes and imagine a wonderful celebration
taking place in the sanctuary of the Lord. Hear the

(06:29):
sweet sound of music playing to the sweet words of
the Lord. Listen to the beautiful voices of his people,
singing together as one voice, rejoicing in the Lord in
one spirit. See the dancers sway back and forth to

(06:50):
the music, declaring the greatness of the Lord with their moves.
Join the choir and the dancers, the symbols and the
tim and rejoice in the goodness of the Lord. Take
a deep breath, lift your spirit and heart to praise
Him in the mighty heavens where he sits on his

(07:13):
glorious throne. Exhale and feel your heart overflow with joy.
Bask in the glory of the Lord, in the light
of his presence. Feel his glory shine upon you, taking
delight in your praise, warming you with his love, hope

(07:36):
and joy. Rest in the powerful presence of the almighty God.
Acknowledge any unconfessed sin before the Lord. Confess any doubts
you have of God's goodness. Confess any ungratefulness that is
in your heart. Confess any envy or jealousy you have

(07:59):
of other believers. Bring everything to the Lord and ask
him to transform your heart and align your spirit with
His will and his word. Breathe in his love and forgiveness.
Breathe out your sin and shame. Rest in the Lord

(08:21):
and his goodness. Know he will be faithful to complete
the good work he began in you. Think of all
the mighty acts you have heard the Lord has done.
Think of all the mighty ways he has moved in
your life. Praise Him for his goodness and faithfulness. Rejoice

in his power and strength. Thank Him for his salvation
he has given to you and to so many others.
Thank Him for rescuing you and delivering you. Thank Him
for the wonderful things he will do you and through
you in the future. Think of a person who needs

(09:06):
to hear of the mighty acts of the Lord. Pray
God will empower you to share his salvation with them.
Pray he will soften their heart and they will accept
His love, grace, and truth. Lift your requests to the Lord,
Lift the desires of your heart. Ask the Lord to

(09:30):
continue to pour out his blessing and favor upon you
and your family. Know you can call on him day
or night, and he will help you and comfort you.
Pray for the Lord to unite his people in our world.
Pray we will live together in peace and share the

(09:51):
good news with every one we know. Pray for the
Lord to keep you and bless you. Pray he will
help you pass the faith on to the next generation
in your family. Breathe in his joy and peace as
