chariots and some in horses, but we trust the name
of the Lord, our God, Psalm twenty verse seven. Dear Lord,

(00:30):
While some may put their trust in governments, I will
put my trust in you alone. I know you set
the course of history, and I rest assured in your plans.
When I find myself distressed and disquieted, please bring me peace.

(00:56):
Remind me that although the world brings tragedy and struggle,
you offer comfort and victory. I do not want to
be ignorant of the world's issues. Instead, I want to
be a part of the solution, ultimately striving to glorify You.

(01:22):
As I rest tonight.

He is strong enough to carry the weight of your
burdens from today. With your next exhale, surrender your stress
and anxiety to Him and find rest in his arms.
Breathe in and out slowly. Feel your chest rise and
fall with each breath. When you breathe in, allow your

the Lord hear thee in the day of trouble the
name of the God of Jacob, defend thee. Send THEE
help from the sanctuary, and strengthen THEE out of zion.
Remember all thy offerings and accept thy burnt sacrifice. Selah,
grant THEE according to thine own heart, and fulfill all

(05:25):
thy counsel. We will rejoice in thy salvation, and in
the name of our God, we will set up our banners.
The Lord fulfill all thy petitions. Now know I that
the Lord saveth his anointed, he will hear him from
his holy heaven with the saving strength of his right hand.

(05:49):
Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we
