neglect that calling. As I lay my head to rest
(01:13):
and slip in to sleep, remind me that much is

Hello, I'm Grace. For tonight's sleep song by pray dot Com.
We will be meditating on Psalm twenty one. Let's prepare
your body and mind to listen to God's word. Let's
take deep breaths and focus on relaxing every area of
(03:07):
your body and calming your mind. Get in a comfortable position,
relax your neck and shoulders, Rest your arms gently by
your side. Take a few deep breaths. Inhale and exhale
slowly to release any tension in your body. Close your
(03:31):
eyes and breathe in and out slowly. Clear your mind
and focus your thoughts on God. Remember who he is,
the almighty one that upholds you, strengthens you, and sustains you.
(03:51):
Meditate on his goodness, on his faithfulness. Bring today's worries
and anxieties to Him and allow him to alleviate your
stress and find rest in His presence. Take a deep
breath and feel his hands. Lift the weight from your shoulders.
(04:13):
Breathe in and out slowly. Feel your chest rise and
fall with each breath. When you breathe in, allow your
lungs to completely fill with air before exhaling. When you
breathe out. Release the stress and tension in your muscles.
(04:35):
As your body relaxes, focus on opening your heart to
hear God's voice. Listen to your heart beat and focus
on breathing in and out slowly until your heart rate
slows down. As you get ready to meditate on God's word,
(04:56):
ask for him to speak to you tonight. Allow his
comforting voice to give you peace and hope to night.
Find rest in the goodness and faithfulness of God. The
Bible shows us worshiping God fills our hearts with joy
and hope, which can help calm our minds and renew
(05:21):
our spirit. Psalm twenty one from the King James's version says,
the king shall joy in Thy strength, O Lord, and
in thy salvation. How greatly shall he rejoice? Thou hast
given him his heart's desire, and hast not withhold in
the requests of his lips. Sailah, for thou preventest him
(05:45):
with the blessings of goodness. Thou settest a crown of
pure gold on his head. He asked life of Thee,
and thou gavest it him even length of days, forever
and ever. His glory is great in thy salvation, honor,
and majesty hast thou laid upon him. For thou hast
(06:09):
made him most blessed forever. Thou hast made him exceeding
glad with thy countenance. For the King trusteth in the Lord,
and through the mercy of the Most High, he shall
not be moved. Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies.
Thy right hand shall find out those that hate Thee.
(06:33):
Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the
time of thine anger. The Lord shall swallow them up
in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them their fruits.
Shalt thou destroy from the earth and their seed from
among the children of men. For they intended evil against Thee.
(06:54):
They imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able
to perform. Therefore, shalt thou make them turn their back.
When thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings
against the face of them, be thou, Exalted Lord in
thine own strength, so we will sing and praise Thy power.
(07:17):
Worshiping God before you go to sleep can give you
a new perspective of your day and help you focus
on positive thoughts. Calming your mind and relaxing your body.
Reflecting on His goodness and faithfulness reminds you of all
the great things He has done, giving you hope that
(07:40):
brightens your spirit and soothes your soul. To prepare you
for deep, RESTful sleep, Relax and take a deep breath.
Breathe in slowly, allow your chest to fully expand. As
you feel your chest rise, Remember how God has helped
(08:02):
you rise above your circumstances and overcome your troubles. Breathe
out slowly as your chest falls. Remember how your fear
and troubles fell at his right hand. Rejoice in his victory.
Breathe in and out. Close your eyes and imagine his
(08:26):
never ending blessing and favor being poured out over you.
Allow the joy and comfort of His presence to flow
through your body, providing relief and relaxation. As you prepare
to sleep, Think of a time when God granted your request,
(08:46):
but you do not give him the glory. Ask for
his forgiveness and give him the glory. To night, take
a deep breath and be filled with his grace. As
you breathe out. Let go of your guilt and shame.
Surrender to God's love and find inner peace and rest.
(09:11):
Rejoice in God's faithfulness. Praise God for the times he
has answered your prayers and given you the desires of
your heart. Praise Him for all the good things in
your life. Think of some one who needs the Lord's
help to night, Pray for God's intervention in their circumstances.
(09:34):
Pray for them to be filled with His hope and
peace as they lie down to sleep. Lay your requests
before God. Cast all your cares and anxieties on him.
The Bible tells us he grants our requests and he
takes delight in blessing us. Pray for healing in a
(09:57):
specific area of your life. Pray God will restore you
as you sleep to night. Pray God will cultivate a
heart of worship within you so that you will praise
Him every day and experience joy that lightens your heart
and refreshes your soul. Every night, Pray for peaceful rest
(10:20):
that will rejuvenate your body, keeping you healthy for life.
Take a deep breath. As you exhale, release any tension
and stress that is still lingering from to day. Relax
your neck and shoulders. Feel your body soften and your
mind settle. As your body relaxes, allow God to refresh
(10:46):
your soul and bring you peace to help you rest
through the night.
