Hello, I'm Grace. For tonight's Sleep Psalm by pray dot Com.
We will be meditating on Psalm twenty four. Take a
deep breath. Inhale and exhale slowly through your nose. With
each breath, feel your chest fully expand as you exhale.

(03:07):
Feel your chest slowly fall. Concentrate on controlling your breathing,
allowing your chest to fully expand with each inhale and
exhaling slowly to ease the tension in your body. Relax
your neck and shoulders. Breathe then and out. Clear your mind,

(03:32):
and focus your thoughts on your creator. Know he is powerful,
he is beautiful, and he is sovereign, and he fully
knows you and fully loves you. You are his masterpiece
and the plans he has for you are good. Breathe

(03:53):
inn and out and surrender your control to him. Place
your trust in him, and you will find rest for
your mind, body, and soul. Breathe in and out slowly.
Focus on relaxing any tense areas in your body. Take

(04:17):
a deep breath and exhale slowly. Let go of any
anxiety from the day, and allow the oxygen to flow
through your body, reducing the stress in your muscles and
calming your mind. Close your eyes and meditate on the

(04:38):
glory and goodness of God. With your next breath, draw
near to Him and ask him to speak to you
through his wonderful word to night. Invite his presence into
your space so that you can experience deep, peaceful sleep.

(04:58):
The Bible tells us everything and every one is the Lord's,
so we can rest assured that God is holding us
in his hands. To night. Psalm twenty four from the
King James's version says, the earth is the Lord's and
the fullness thereof the world, and they that dwell therein.

(05:20):
For He hath founded it upon the seas, and established
it upon the floods. Who shall ascend into the hill
of the Lord, or who shall stand in his holy place,
He that hath clean hands and a pure heart, who
hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

(05:42):
He shall receive the blessing from the Lord, and righteousness
from the God of his salvation. This is the generation
of them that seek Him, that seek Thy face, O Jacob, Seellah.
Lift up your heads, o ye gates and be and
be ye, Lift up ye everlasting doors, and the King

(06:05):
of Glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory,
the Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle?
Lift up your heads, o, ye gates, even lift them up,
ye everlasting doors, and the King of Glory shall come in.
Who is this King of Glory, the Lord of hosts.

(06:27):
He is the King of Glory Selah. When the world
doesn't make sense, the Bible tells us to take comfort
knowing the world is the Lord's and everything in it
is his. Tonight, let the glory of the Creator enter
your room and keep you secure. As you rest tonight,

(06:50):
Breathe in and out slowly, bask in the glory of God.
Feel his radiant light shine upon your face, filling you
with his joy and delight. Let the glory of the
Lord cover you like a blanket, keeping you warm and
secure through the night. Know his glory follows you wherever

(07:14):
you go. Focus on God's sovereignty in the world. As
the creator, he is in complete control over everything in
this world and in your life. No one and nothing
can rule over you. Take a deep breath, Breathe in

(07:34):
his protection. Breathe out your fears and worries. Close your eyes,
and take delight in his creation. Imagine God holding the
whole world in his hands. Know these are the same
hands holding you tonight as you sleep. Think of a

(07:56):
time when you worshiped something or someone other than God.
Confess any idols you are still holding on to Ask
for his forgiveness. Ask God to help you put him
above all else in your life. Take a deep breath
and allow his vindication to wash over you. As you

(08:20):
breathe out, let go of your guilt and shame. Surrender
to God's love and find inner peace and rest. Rejoice
in God's sovereignty. Rejoice in the wonderful work of his hands.
Thank Him for what he has given you. Thank him

(08:41):
for the creation he made to provide for you. Think
of someone who needs comfort tonight. Pray they will feel
God's mighty hands holding them, sustaining them through the night.
Lay your requests before God. Cast all your cares and
anxieties on him. Allow His blessings to be poured upon you.

(09:07):
Pray for God to help you be a good steward
of the resources He has given you. Pray he will
show you how to take care of his creation. Pray
your actions and words will bring glory to God. Every
day and night. Pray for God to bless you and
keep you through the night. As you go to sleep,

(09:30):
allow the joy of the Lord to lighten your heart.
Take a deep breath. When you exhale, release any tension
and stress that is still lingering from today. Relax your
neck and shoulders. Feel your body soften and your mind settle.

(09:51):
As your body relaxes, allow God to refresh your soul
and bring you peace to help you rest through the night.
