mind and spirit with tonight's sleep Psalm. Lord, I love
the habitation of your house, the place where your glory dwells,
Psalm twenty six, verse eight. Dear Lord, as the days accumulate,
(00:30):
so do the opportunities for sin. I want to walk
with integrity before you and trust you without wavering. I
pray that you would test my heart and search my
mind tonight, explore the chasms of my soul and cast
(00:51):
out corruption from within. I want to make my bed
in your truth and comfort my soul with your love.
Saturate me in your word and keep it on my
mind as I close my eyes to sleep, Search me
(01:16):
and sanctify me according to your love and truth. Redeem
the parts of me that do not glorify you, and
set my feet on solid ground as I blissfully slip
into slumber. I trust you a work your perfect will
(01:43):
in me. In Jesus' name, I earnestly pray, Amen, thank
you for praying with me. I'm Bishop TDEs inviting you

Hello, I'm Grace. For tonight's Sleepsalm by pray dot Com.
We will be meditating on Psalm twenty six. As we
begin this meditation, let's get comfortable. Lie down with your
back flat, lay your arms gently by your side, and
(03:11):
relax your neck and shoulders. Take a few deep breaths
with each inhale. Focus on breathing in slowly until your
lungs are completely filled with air and your chest fully
expanded With each exhale, Breathe out slowly and release any
(03:35):
tension in your body. Breathe in and out slowly. Close
your eyes and focus your thoughts on God. Meditate on
his faithfulness, on his unfailing love. Know He will never
leave you or forsake you. He will stay with you
(03:58):
as you sleep and keep you safe and secure through
the night. Take a deep breath and reflect on how
much God loves you. Remember who you are in Him,
a child of God that is deeply valued and loved.
(04:18):
Know he cares for you, and he is always working
on your behalf as you inhale, Breathe in his love
and let it fill your lungs. Exhale slowly and release
today's worries and anxieties to him. Feel the stress and
the tension leave your muscles as your body relaxes. Focus
(04:43):
on opening your mind and heart to hear God's voice.
Ask for him to speak to you tonight. Allow his
still small voice to calm your mind and soothe your
soul tonight. Put your trust in the Lord, Surrender everything
to him, and rely on him to give you peaceful rest.
(05:08):
Psalm twenty six from the King James version says judge me,
o Lord, for I have walked in mine integrity. I
have trusted also in the Lord. Therefore I shall not slide.
Examine me, o Lord, and prove me. Try my reins
and my heart, for thy loving kindness is before mine eyes,
(05:32):
and I have walked in thy truth. I have not
sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.
I have hated the congregation of evil doers, and will
not sit with the wicked, I will wash mine hands
in nacy. So will I compass thine altar, O, Lord,
that I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and
(05:55):
tell all thy wondrous works. Lord, I have loved the
habitation of thy house and the place where thine honor dwelleth.
Gather not my soul with sinners, nor my life with
bloody men in whose hands is mischief and their right
hand is full of bribes. But as for me, I
(06:17):
will walk in mine integrity, redeem me, and be merciful
unto me, my foot standeth in an even place in
the congregations. Will I bless the Lord? When we commit
to the Lord, the Bible tells us he will deliver
us and give us rest. Relying on God for our
(06:39):
needs allows him to do more than we can imagine.
He vindicates us with his mercy and justice. He defends
us against our enemies with his strength. He keeps his
promises and his word with his faithfulness. He gives us
deep RESTful sleep with his peace. As you prepare to
(07:00):
rest completely, surrender to God, take delight in his faithfulness
and unfailing love. Breathe in and out. Focus on controlling
your breathing. As you breathe in, allow the fullness of
God's glory to fill your chest and lungs. When you exhale,
(07:26):
allow his glory to spread to your hands and toes,
softening your joints. Take a deep breath, close your eyes
and imagine God's holy dwelling place. Look upon the brilliance
of his face and feel the radiance of his glory
shine upon you. Allow his warmth to envelop you, keeping
(07:51):
you warm and secure through the night. Praise His name
and feel the joy lighten your heart and brighten your spirit.
Breathe in and out, slowly feel your heart rate slow
down as his presence calms your mind, body, and soul.
(08:13):
As you surrender to God, invite him to examine your
mind and heart. Ask him to reveal any offense in you.
Confess any sin lingering from the day. Take a deep
breath and allow His mercy and love to wash over you.
Know there is no shame for those committed to the Lord.
(08:37):
Think of a time when God has delivered you from
an unfair situation. Praise Him for his justice. Praise Him
for his faithfulness in your life. Think of some one
who needs God's vindication to night. Pray he will restore
their reputation. Pray God will comfort them with his presence
(08:58):
as they sleep. Lay your requests before God. Ask for
his help and guidance in your life. Surrender your anxious
thoughts and allow His peace to put you to sleep.
Pray for God to deliver you from a difficulty your facing.
Pray you will completely trust Him tonight and find rest.
(09:23):
Pray for God to surround you with godly men and
women with whom you can walk the path of life
and righteousness. Pray for God to relieve you of your
stress and anxiety so that you can experience deep, peaceful
sleep tonight. As you go to sleep, rely on God
(09:44):
to take care of you and sustain you through the night.
Know He is always faithful. Take a deep breath. When
you exhale, release any tension and stress that is still
lingering from to day. Relax your neck and shoulders. Feel
(10:05):
your body softened and your mind settle. As your body relaxes,
allow God to refresh your soul and bring you peace
to help you rest tonight.
