Hello, I'm grace for tonight's sleep Psalm by pray dot com.
We will be meditating on Psalm four. First, let's get
in a comfortable position to open our mind and hearts
to receive God's word. You can lie down flat on
your back, or you can sit up straight in a chair.

(02:59):
Relax neck and shoulders, rest your arms by your side,
and take a few deep breaths release any tension in
your body. Close your eyes and breathe in and out slowly.
Close your eyes and focus on God's promises, on his faithfulness.

(03:24):
Know he cares for you and he wants to lift
your burdens and give you rest for your mind, body,
and soul. Take a deep breath and allow your chest
to fully expand as you exhale, release the stress you
are carrying from today. Open your eyes and invite God's

(03:48):
presence into your room as you get ready to listen
to His truth. Breathe in and out slowly, Be still
and know that God is with you, ready to renew
your mind and spirit tonight. You can find comfort in
knowing God hears your prayers and He will give you

(04:12):
relief from your worries and fears, so that you can
rest peacefully in His presence. Psalm for from the King.
James's version says, hear me when I call, O, God
of my righteousness, Thou hast enlarged me when I was
in distress. Have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer. O, ye,

(04:38):
sons of men, how long will ye turn my glory
into shame? How long will ye love vanity and seek
after leasing? Saylah? But know that the Lord hath set
apart him that is godly for himself. The Lord will
hear when I call unto him. Stand in awe, aw

(05:00):
and sin not commune with your own heart upon your bed,
and be still, saylah, offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and
put your trust in the Lord. There be many that say,
who will shew us any good Lord? Lift thou up

(05:22):
the light of thy countenance upon us. Thou hast put
gladness in my heart more than in the time that
their corn and their wine increased. I will both lay
me down in peace and sleep, for thou Lord only
makest me dwell in safety. The Bible tells us to

(05:44):
turn to God in our distress and lay our requests
before him. Let's find comfort in knowing God is with
us and he hears our cry. He will relieve our
stress and anxiety and deliver us from our troubles. Close
your eyes and invite the presence of God as you sleep.

(06:08):
Allow his peace to wash over you, knowing you will
dwell in His safety Tonight, No harm will come to
you as you rest in the powerful presence of God.
Nothing and no one can overcome the power and the
strength of the Lord. You are safe, You are secure,

forgive you. Remember, God can use all the brokenness in
our lives, including our mistakes and failures. Commit to follow
Him and trust Him tonight. Breathe in and out, allow

His mercy to wash over you. Know you have been
set apart for the Lord. Thank the Lord for forgiving
your sins. Praise Him for choosing you and setting you
apart to do his good work. Think of a specific
prayer God has answered your life, and thank Him for

hearing you and answering your prayer. Think of someone you
might be angry with or someone you may be struggling
to forgive. Ask God to help you forgive them and
reconcile with them. Let go of any bitterness and resentment
you may be holding on too. Breathe in and out.
