(00:27):
down to rest this evening, I come before you with
an open heart and a closed mouth. I know that
you are a righteous judge, and that your judgment is
good and comforting. I trust that you will protect me
from all evil as I sleep tonight, and that your
(00:51):
angels will encamp round about me so that no harm
can come my way. May your presence be felt in
my dreams as you guide me to the paths of righteousness. God,
ask that you fill my heart with the warmth of
(01:16):
your love and replenish my soul with the peace only
you can give. May my troubled thoughts find solace in
your mercy, and may the serenity of your gentle voice
be enough to calm my restless spirit. And I pray
(01:38):
that with your guidance, I will become the best version
of myself, bearing fruit like a tree planted by the
streams of living water. Thank you, Lord for being my protector,
my Provider and my heavenly Father. May the glory of

Speaker 2 (03:16):
Hello, I'm Grace. For tonight's Sleep Psalm by pray dot Com.
We will be meditating on Psalm seventy five. Sit in
a comfortable position with your back straight and your shoulders back.
Rest your hands gently on your lap. Rest your feet
flat on the floor. Take a deep breath. Exhale slowly
(03:42):
and release the stress and tension in your muscles. Breathe
in and out slowly. Feel your chest rise and fall
with each breath. Take a deep breath, allow your lungs
to completely fill with air. Hold your breath for a
(04:03):
few seconds. Breathe out and feel the oxygen flow throughout
your body as you take deep breaths, feel your heart
rate slow down, feel your mind calm, and your body relax.
Clear your mind and focus your thoughts on God. Know
(04:26):
he is the righteous judge who treats everyone fairly and
shows mercy to those who love him. Know he is
the sovereign King who rules with his love, compassion, and peace.
Breathe in his mercy and love. Breathe out your fears
and anxiety. Open your mind and heart to receive God's word.
(04:52):
Ask him to bring you hope and comfort. As you
listen to Tonight's song, the Bible reminds us God is
final judge, and he will overthrow those who seek to
harm us and destroy us. We can find hope in
the sovereignty of the Lord, and we can find rest
in his promise to rescue us from the darkness of
(05:14):
the world. Psalm seventy five from the King James's version says,
unto thee, O God, do weak, if thanks unto thee
do weak. If thanks for that thy name is near,
Thy wondrous works, declare, when I shall receive the congregation,
I will judge uprightly the earth and all the inhabitants
(05:37):
thereof are dissolved. I bear up pillars of it. Sillah,
I said, unto the fools, deal not foolishly, And to
the wicked, lift not up the horn, Lift not up
your horn on high. Speak not with a stiff neck.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west,
(05:59):
nor from the south. But God is the judge. He
putteth down one and setteth up another. For in the
hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the
wine is red. It is full of mixture, and he
poreth out of the same. But the dregs thereof, all
the wicked of the earth, shall wring them out and
(06:21):
drink them. But I will declare forever I will sing
praises to the God of Jacob. All the horns of
the wicked also will I cut off. But the horns
of the righteous shall be exalted. In the end, God
will cast the final judgment. We will be lifted to
(06:42):
His dwelling place, where we will spend eternity. Tonight, Let's
find hope for our future and rest for our present.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath. As your
chest rises. See the Lord lifting you up and setting
you at a place of honor at his table. Exhale
(07:05):
slowly as your chest falls. Know the Lord will bring
down the wicked and make them drink from his cup
of judgment. No matter how dark your nights are in
this world, know the light of the Lord is shining
upon you as one of his righteous. Open your eyes
(07:26):
and know your future is secure in the righteousness of
the Lord. Know his salvation has redeemed you, and his
love will sustain you through the night. Take a deep breath.
Exhale slowly and release any anxiety about your future. Release
(07:47):
any tension in your body. Rest in his hands. Think
of a time when you doubted the wisdom of God's
timing and try to take matters into your own hand.
Confess your doubts, Confess when you have judged others unfairly.
(08:07):
Ask for his forgiveness, Ask him to help you. Trust
his timing and trust him to judge fairly. Take a
deep breath. Allow his mercy and love to wash over you.
Exhale slowly and release any guilt and shame you are
carrying with you to night. Rejoice in the sovereignty of
(08:31):
the Lord. Thank him for being a righteous judge that
shows mercy to his children and that holds the wicked
in this world accountable. Thank Him for the ways he
has shown you mercy in your life. Think of some
one who needs to experience God's justice in an unfair situation.
(08:52):
Pray he will intervene on their behalf. Pray he will
protect them as they wait for him to act. Lay
your requests before the Lord. Cast all your fears and
anxieties on him. Know he will answer your prayers in
his perfect timing. Pray God will deliver you from the
(09:14):
evil in this world. Pray he will lead you away
from temptation and down his path of life and righteousness.
Pray God will protect you and your family as you sleep.
Pray his hands will keep you safe and secure through
the night. Breathe in and out slowly. Put your hope
(09:39):
in the sovereignty of the Lord. Trust him to keep
you in his perfect peace as you sleep. Close your
eyes and allow God to refresh your mind, body, and
soul as you rest to night,
