strength and my satisfaction to be drawn from your spirit.

(01:11):
There is nowhere else where I can truly feel at home.
Blessed are those whose hearts are highways to Zion, and
those whose hearts will stop at nothing to be close
to you, O, Lord of Host, hear my prayer and

Hello, I'm Grace for Tonight's Sleepsalm by pray dot Com.
We will be meditating on Psalm eighty four before we
listen to God's word. Retreat to a quiet space where
you are free from distractions yet in a comfortable position,

(03:27):
and focus your thoughts on God. Close your eyes and
take a deep breath. Visualize God's presence filling your room
as your lungs fill with air. Hold your breath for
a few seconds. Exhale slowly, and release any anxious thoughts

(03:49):
to God. Allow His powerful presence to free you from
the burdens that weigh heavily on your heart. Lie down
flat on your back or sit up with your back
straight and your shoulders back. Practice taking deep breaths inhale

(04:10):
and exhale slowly through your nose with each breath. Feel
your abdomen expanding and contracting, pushing the air from your
lungs into your belly, and allowing the oxygen to flow
freely throughout your veins, nourishing every cell in your body,

(04:32):
restoring you and rejuvenating you. Open your mind and heart
to hear God's word tonight. Allow his truth to bless
you and sustain you. Allow his voice to lead you
to a safe, quiet place where you can sleep peacefully

(04:53):
throughout the night. When we seek God and dwell in
his presence, the Bible tells us we will grow in
his strength, grace, and glory to night, find comfort in
his presence, and joy in his light. Psalm eighty four

(05:14):
from the King James version says, how amiable are thy tabernacles, O,
Lord of Hosts, My soul longeth yea even fainteth for
the courts of the Lord. My heart and my flesh
crieth out for the Living God. Yea. The sparrow hath
found an house, and the swallow a nest for herself,

(05:37):
where she may lay her young even thine altars, O,
Lord of Hosts, my King and my God. Blessed are
they that dwell in thy house, they will be still
praising thee Sillah. Blessed is the man whose strength is
in thee, in whose heart are the ways of them who,

(05:58):
passing through the valley of Bakkar Dah make it a well.
The rain also filleth the pools. They go from strength
to strength, every one of them, and Zion appeareth before God, O, Lord,
God of Hosts, hear my prayer. Give ear, O, God
of jacob Sellah. Behold, O God, our shield, and look

(06:22):
upon the face of Thine anointed. For a day in
thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather
be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than
to dwell in the tents of wickedness. For the Lord
God is a sun and shield. The Lord will give
grace and glory. No good things will he withhold from

(06:44):
them that walk uprightly, O, Lord of Hosts. Blessed is
the man that trusteth in thee. Reflect on the glory
of God. His light shines bright like the sun, dispelling
the darkness that surrounds you. Dwell in His glory, where

(07:05):
you will find refreshment for your mind, body, and soul.
Take a deep breath, allow the radiance of his glory
to shine upon you, filling your heart with joy and
keeping your body warm throughout the night. Exhale slowly and

(07:25):
surrender to the Lord. Put your trust in him. Allow
his light to cover you like a shield and protect
you from darkness. Allow his light to strengthen you as
you sleep. Breathe in and out slowly. Take another deep

(07:46):
breath as your lungs fill with air. Imagine God filling
you with his grace, giving you new life. Exhale slowly
and imagine his grace spreading throughout your body, reaching the
depths of your soul, anointing you, setting you apart for

(08:08):
His glory in a dark world. Bask in his presence
and find satisfaction for your soul in the living God.
Acknowledge any unconfessed sin that makes God feel far away
from you. Confess your struggles and your need for him.

(08:28):
Ask for his strength and grace to help you overcome
the sin that hinders you from experiencing his glory. Take
a deep breath, allow his forgiveness to wash over you.
Exhale slowly and let go of your guilt and shame,

(08:49):
knowing his grace covers your struggles and sin. Rejoice in
the strength and the glory of the Lord. Thank God
for poor word, Bring out his blessings and favor upon you.
Thank Him for his provision and protection. Think of someone
who needs to experience God's presence tonight. Pray he will

(09:13):
draw their heart toward him and they will dwell in
His joy, peace, and hope. Tonight. Lay your requests before
the Lord. Tell him the desires of your heart. Know
he will bless you when you put your trust in him.
Pray God will pour out his blessings and favor upon you.

(09:37):
Pray he will keep you on his path so that
you can experience the good things He has in store
for you. Pray his truth will transform you and help
you grow in your walk with him. Pray he will
be your guide during the day and your strength during
the night. Pray you will dwell safely in the presence

(10:01):
of the Lord tonight. Pray he will protect you as
you sleep. Breathe in and out slowly, Bask in the
glory of the Lord. Allow his presence to lighten your heart,
calm your mind, and brighten your spirit. Take a deep breath,

(10:25):
feel your muscles tighten, Exhale slowly, and release any tension
that is still lingering today. As you relax, allow his
presence to keep you in his perfect peace as you
rest through the night,

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
