Hello, I'm Grace for tonight's sleep psalm Byprey dot com.
We will be meditating on Psalm ninety two as we
prepare to listen to a psalm of praise. Let's open
our hearts to worship the Lord. Get in a comfortable position,

(03:23):
lie down flat on your back, or sit straight up
in a chair. Maintain a good posture to open up
your chest and your airway. Take a deep breath through
your nose. Feel the fresh air, rejuvenate your lungs. Exhale
slowly through your mouth, and feel the oxygen flow to

(03:47):
your heart, lightening its load, allowing it to slow down
and relax. Close your eyes and think of all the
wonderful works if the Lord has done. Reflect on the
beauty of his creation, Reflect on the beauty in your life.

(04:09):
Take a deep breath and feel the joy of His
works enter your lungs. Exhale slowly, and allow his joy
to flow through your veins and warm your heart. As
your mind and body relax, focus on receiving God's word.

(04:30):
Ask God to refresh you with his truth and remind
you of his faithfulness. Allow his voice to lead you
to a quiet place where you can rest Inhale and
exhale slowly. The Bible tells us cultivating a heart of

(04:51):
worship will bring a fresh perspective to our lives and
help us stand firmly in the Lord. Tonight, Let's praise
God and experience his joy and peace to lighten our
hearts and calm our mind as we prepare for rest.

(05:12):
Psalm ninety two from the King James's version says, it
is a good thing to give thanks unto the Lord,
and to sing praises unto thy name almost high, to
shew forth thy loving kindness in the morning, and thy
faithfulness every night upon an instrument of ten strings, and

(05:34):
upon the sultry upon the harp, with a solemn sound.
For thou Lord hast made me glad through thy works.
I will triumph in the works of thy hands. O Lord,
how great are thy works, and thy thoughts are very deep.
A brutish man knoweth not, neither doth a fool understand this.

(05:57):
When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all
the workers of iniquity do flourish, it is that they
shall be destroyed forever. But Thou Lord art most high
for evermore. For lo thine enemies, O Lord, for lo
thine enemies shall perish. All the workers of iniquity shall

(06:19):
be scattered. But my horn shalt thou exalt like the
horn of an unicorn. I shall be anointed with fresh oil.
Mine eyes also shall see my desire on mine enemies,
and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked
that rise up against me. Though righteous shall flourish like

(06:40):
the palm tree. He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
Those that be planted in the house of the Lord
shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall
still bring forth fruit. In old age. They shall be
fat and flourishing. To shew that the Lord is upright.
He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.

(07:06):
Meditate on the faithfulness of the Lord. Find joy in
his mighty deeds, in the wonderful works of his hands.
Close your eyes and breathe in and out slowly. Feel
your heart pump to the music of wonder and joy
playing in your soul. Hear your spirit shall praise est

(07:30):
to the Lord. Take a deep breath, lift your burdens
to the Lord. Exhale slowly, and allow his glory to
fill your heart and mind with sweet melodies of his faithfulness.
Breathe in and out slowly. Flourish in the Lord's presence.

(07:54):
Allow his provision to sustain you every day and every night,
keeping you healthy for life. Grow in the Lord's glory.
Allow his light to shine upon you and give you
strength to remain firm in the darkness of the night.
Firmly root yourself in God's word, and he will rejuvenate

(08:17):
your mind, body, and soul. Think of the last time
you've spent praising the Lord during prayer. If your prayers
are filled with more asking than thanksgiving, ask him to
fill your heart with gratitude and your mind with positive thoughts.

(08:37):
Confess the times when you grumbled and complained rather than
humbled and praised Breathe in his forgiveness. Breathe out your
anxious thoughts. Know the Lord is patient with you, and
he will spend a lifetime giving you the nourishment you
need to help you grow into the person he create

(09:00):
hated you to be. Praise the name of the Lord.
Rejoice in his love and faithfulness. Thank Him for the
wonderful things he has done in your life. Thank Him
for being the rock on which you can stand. Think
of a person who needs to experience the joy and

(09:20):
goodness of God. Pray he will remind them of his
wonderful works and of his faithfulness in their life. Pray
he will renew their mind and spirit with his melody
of love. Lift up your requests to the Lord. Know
he is faithful and he is always working on your behalf.

(09:46):
Pray God will bring mature believers in your life to
encourage you in your walk with him. Pray God will
teach you his ways and help you grow in Him
so that you can stand tall and the end. Pray
God will fill your heart with his praise and help

(10:06):
you rest securely in the joy of His salvation. Take
a deep breath, allow your lungs to completely fill with air.
Breathe out slowly, release any stress and tension in your muscles.
Relax your neck and shoulders as you unwind for the night,

(10:32):
Drift off to sleep, listening to the sweet song of
the Lord's goodness and faithfulness playing in your heart
