Join Amanda as she guides you through a 5-minute open eye meditation to connect your inner and outer vision!

Keep your eyes open, look out the window or sit outside in nature, and fixate your eyes on something while gazing your eyes down at a 45 degree angle. Allow your eyes to get hazy and out of focus - be ok with the discomfort!

This 5-minute active reset will help clear your vision. Take notice of what appears to you, what ideas and insights pop into your head, or what becomes clear during the meditation!

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi everyone, it's Amanda riger Green. This is an open
eye meditation. You can do it seated or lying down
wherever you are. You want to fixate your gaze. When
we do open eye meditations, we not only enhance our
external vision and our sensory perception with what we see,

(00:22):
we tap into and enhance our internal vision. So we
marry our inner eye with our outer eyes. So wherever
you are, let's first take a deep, cleansing breath. Inhale,
Fully open your mouth audible sigh. Two more inhale, exhale,

(00:50):
audible sigh on this last inhale. Imagine your spine elongating,
finding length, and as you exhale, relax with your eyes open,
fixate your gaze whatever is in front of you, Allow

(01:19):
the stillness, Allow any irritation or discomfort to gently release,
letting your eyes relax, the back of your eyes, your eyelids,

(01:42):
keeping them open, bringing your awareness to whatever is in
front of you. Feeling the energy in your body wherever
there is tension, signal it to release. Keeping your eyes open.

(02:10):
You may feel a little uneasy, you may feel calm
whatever is arising, Embrace it, keeping your eyes open, focusing

(02:31):
yet losing focus maintaining your gaze, recognizing what you are
aware of, listening to my voice, listening to yourself, looking

(02:53):
outside of yourself, and looking inside of yourself. Notice if
there are any sensations in your body, the sensation in
and around your eyes. Keeping your eyes open, you can blink,
but maintaining your gaze, noticing if you see any colors,

(03:21):
if sounds are becoming more pronounced, Being gentle with yourself,
allowing all tension to be freed, finding space within now

(03:47):
in this moment, asking for divine awareness, asking what you're
ready to heal, what you're ready to let go of,
what you're ready to surrender. With your eyes open, bring

(04:10):
your awareness to your heart, if you need to, put
a hand on your heart, feeling the gentle beat of
your heart. Eyes open, asking what you're ready to heal,
Knowing that you are worthy of freeing yourself from any limitations,

(04:34):
any fear, any doubt, any pain, any struggle. That you
are worthy of freedom, You're worthy of happiness, You're worthy
of optimal health and well being. You are abundant, just

(04:56):
as you are hm with your eyes open, deep inhale, exhale, release, now,
closing your eyes, bringing a smile, to the corners of

(05:16):
your lips, taking another deep breath, exhale, not mistake
