Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi, everyone, It's Amanda Rigord Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions podcast.
I'm thrilled you're joining me today. We are going to
talk about dreams. This is definitely a dreams one oh
one advanced so it's going to give you a multitude
of ways and perspectives to really think about and utilize

(00:31):
your dream life. So the first place to start with
this is, you know how everybody talks about the importance
of our sleep. We know our sleep is important, getting
a RESTful night's sleep, How it's healthy for our nervous system,
our quality of life, our productivity, our cognition, our focus.
I mean, we can go on and on about the

(00:52):
benefits of sleep. But what makes me laugh a little
bit about this is the benefits of sleep from me
is that's when I go into another dimension of reality.
It's the most effective time of our life is our
sleep life. The sleep life is where the action happens,
and then we come back into our bodies and play

(01:15):
things out, you know, and live on this linear, three
dimensional plane. But when we go into our dream state
at night and we're in deep sleep, we are actually
shifting into higher dimensions of reality. We're working with the
astral body, we're working with our higher self and in

(01:36):
the multiverse, in the quantum field. So it's like, oh
my gosh, it's the most underutilized time of the day
is our sleep. So if you're anyone out there who
really doesn't pay attention to your sleep and the importance
of your sleep, do it, because that's when the magic happens.

(01:59):
And I have worked with my dreams and my sleep
life and my higher self since the light bulb came on,
and I've shared the story about the first time I
ever was in my bed and talking to my higher self,
and I directly had just this shocking download and awakening

(02:21):
and spiritual experience where the first time I communicated with
my higher self, my higher self directly responded to and
through me, and it was connection with God and the
divine and my infinite consciousness. And I mean it was
like lightning surge through my body. And I know when
it was. It was May of twenty thirteen. I take

(02:44):
my sleep very seriously, and for the last decade plus,
my sleep is a non negotiable priority. And of course
life happens and things happen, and there are nights when
I have restless sleep or I've got things on my mind.
I mean, because Goodness knows, we have a lot on
our plate, and there are nights when I don't get

(03:06):
enough sleep. But in general, as a rule of thumb
and as a lifestyle, my dream state and sleep state
is when I feel like I am downloading, upgrading, cleansing, healing,
and I want you all to really grasp on to that.
And I know many of you out there know this stuff,

(03:28):
believe it, see the relevance and the benefit from it.
But now more than ever, with this acceleration of energy,
so much is happening in our day to day and
our consciousness, and it's evolving so quickly. The body, our
physical body, needs its autonomic time to rest, while our

(03:49):
higher dimensional body, our astral body, working with our higher self,
the infinite and the divine, is integrating. So we are processing.
It's like we're downloading and translating higher frequencies into the
physical dimensions. And yes, while it is about us individually,

(04:11):
it's also about us collectively. I love it when friends
reach out and they're like, you're in my dream tonight.
First of all, I'm like, what was I doing? What
were we doing together? And sometimes it's hysterical, funny stuff.
Sometimes it is like weird, wacky quantum stuff. It always
blows my mind because I'm like, yeah, we're up there
doing the work, you know, And whether I remember it

(04:33):
or not, a lot of times I don't. I'm like, oh, yeah,
I knew I was with you. Nope, that usually doesn't happen.
And if I dream about somebody and I feel like
we are processing or connecting or have some mystical experience together,
I reach out to them and share that as well.
So if you have that happen where you feel like
you're connected with someone in a dream and it feels

(04:56):
amazing and safe and loving, definitely reach out. But of
course we those instances in dreams where we have people, places,
and experiences that are shocking, painful, jarring, frightening, And I'm
going to get into some of the basics of that
and how you can effectively and qualitatively respond. So, first

(05:17):
and foremost, if you haven't really concertedly worked with your dreams,
the first place to start is working with your higher self,
because that connection and that intention in your sleep state,
it's paramount the recognition that you are working with the
higher version and multiverse versions of you that are connected

(05:40):
to God, to the divine, to source energy, and that's
your gateway, your direct conduit or channel to that. So
what you want to think about is when you go
to bed at night, you can make your list. You
can have twenty five things going on and children needing
you and a spouse, or the stress of your job

(06:03):
from the day and the fears of the unknown. Whatever
is creating stress and just disorientation and busyness in your mind.
If that is going on for you, let it roll
for a little bit. Give yourself a full on five
minutes to just be all up in the gunk of
life before you settle into bed. And are you going

(06:24):
to do this perfectly? No, but consistency is key. So
the things that I'm going to suggest today in working
with your higher self or potentially working with your astral body,
whatever you choose to do, choose to do it for
thirty days, not twenty one days, even though that creates
a habit. Just say, okay, I'm going to do my

(06:45):
absolute best and commit to this for thirty days because
that's where you will see tangible results and evidence, not
only in your connection to your higher self, your intuition,
source God, clarity. You will also start to feel an
upgrade in your consciousness and your body, especially working with

(07:07):
the right and left hemispheres of the brain. And I'm
gonna dial down and explain this more, but with the
higher self. Like I said, if you've got stuff going
on in your life, take your five minutes to make notes,
check list, you know, go into all your tangents, get
all the kinks out so you can relax into your space.

(07:28):
And it really just takes a few minutes as you're
settling down and going to sleep, but creating some intentional time,
whether it's thirty seconds, one minute, or ten minutes as
your body transitions into rest, that is such fruitful time
making that intentional space. And believe me, there are plenty

(07:51):
of nights where my head is hitting the pillow and
I'm barely remembering to pray and talk to my higher self,
so sometimes I just fall asleep. Then that it just
is what it is. Because of the day we're human,
that stuff happens. But for the most part, nearly every
single night I make space and time to ease into

(08:12):
and be intentional with my higher self and the directive
of my astral and fifth sixth seventh eighth, ninth dimensional
work in the higher planes while I sleep. So more
than anything, it's taking thirty seconds a minute, ten minutes
to literally start to pray and mantra. And if you're

(08:35):
going to talk to your higher self. You can say
your prayers, you can do your nightly routine, but you
want to add in things like as you relax and
you relax your body so you can breathe, and I'm
going to do a sleep meditation that will help your
body start to relax into and marinate into this space.
So if you need a little bit of support and help,

(08:58):
We're going to do a special podcast that you can
utilize anytime just to get into that state. And I'll
give you some prompts and visualization and breathing techniques to
really allow your body to start to create deep relaxation
with intention. But you create that space, and then you
say your prayers and you include your soul, your higher self,

(09:22):
and you say, Soul, Higher Self, as I sleep tonight,
please allow me to heal, to grow, to create clarity
in this circumstance or situation. You give your soul a directive,
and this is the important part about it is you

(09:45):
do it with emphasis. Like, hey, soul, Amanda is really
freaking important. Amanda's body, her biology. I know she's working
in the multiverse and in multiple layers and levels of time,
and there's a lot of stuff going on, but she
is sovereign, she is paramount. Hey, this gal needs her body.
Her physical body needs rest, rejuveliation, and relaxation as she sleeps.

(10:09):
But on the astral plane, in these higher dimensional frequencies,
help Amanda to process whatever will be most effective and
in the highest good, in the greatest good for her
greatest path forward, the greatest path forward of the people
that she interacts with, and all of humanity and the cosmos.

(10:33):
As cheesy as I sound when I say that, like,
I literally mean it, believe it, know it. It flows
out of my body. So if it the bare minimum,
I'm like, hey, sol, hey, I yourself. Please allow Amanda
to wake up, rested and rejuvenated, and you do the
work you know what's best. Take me to the highest
path for everybody everyone involved. Thank you so much. Oh,
I gotta go to bed. I mean, like, if I'm

(10:54):
in a hurry, it's quick like that, and it's autonomic,
but it's become natural and I see the results, but
I believe it, so be kind of emphatic, you know,
and be a little bit bossy. And it's funny because
when I say that, I'm laughing because so often my
prayers are God work through me, Soul work through me.

(11:15):
So I'm bossy, but I'm not bossy. I'm really emphatic
in my sovereignty and my autonomy. But I'm also saying, hey, Soul,
Hey God, Hey Infinite, Hey Divine. I know you know
the roadmap and the highest roadmap. Y'all lead the show,
but make sure Amanda wakes up rested, rejuvenated, and she

(11:38):
integrates whatever downloads are coming through in the healthiest, most
effective way throughout the night and in the day to come.
So there's an emphasis and there's an openness simultaneously. I'm like,
I'm ready for the adventure. But make sure Amanda wakes
up rested and rejuvenated and is healthfully and organically synthesizing

(12:02):
this healing, these upgrades, this evolution, bringing in these higher frequencies.
I get really emphatic about it because I know it works.
And let me share a story with you from the
early days when I saw this the most effectively, when
I was really playing with my higher self and dreams.
Like I feel like I was in a research lab right.

(12:23):
I was totally in life and life was happening. But
I remember very clearly one night I went to bed
and I had a really big business meeting the next day,
and I was stressed about it and everybody's politics and
agendas and egos and my own agenda and ego. I
remember as I was going to bed that night, I

(12:44):
was talking to my higher self, Hey, give me the
highest path forward, you know, help me out in this instance.
As I was saying that, I said something along the
lines of Haysul, Hey, higher Self, connect me with these people,
and I said their names and their higher selves for
our greatest path forward. I know we have a meeting

(13:06):
tomorrow and I don't know how it's gonna go or
the answers, but I want it to be organic. I
want it to be for the highest, greatest good. Connect
all of us work it out up in the astral
plane for the highest good, and show me in my
waking state. And I set all of that, and the
next day the meeting was canceled. So the meeting was canceled.

(13:34):
I was like, oh my gosh, what happened. This meeting
is canceled. It's so important. There's all these deadlines, you know,
there's like my human erratic stress going on. And then
all of a sudden, it was like a bolt of lightning.
It was like, oh, I ask for the highest good,
the highest and greatest good for me and for every
party involved, and this meeting has been canceled today. And

(13:56):
I remember laughing, being and thinking it was the weirdest,
most curious thing. But what I didn't do is I
didn't take it personally or get into fear, because it
was like, oh, I ask for the highest good, and
the highest good was not for us to have a
meeting and there to be resolution or whatever it was about.

(14:16):
It was that the meeting was not supposed to happen
today yet or ever. And I don't remember specifically what
unfolded in the story, but I do remember whatever came
to pass in the day's forward. It was like bigger, better, brighter, clearer,
more organic, and everything worked out great. It was easy,

(14:38):
It was amazing whatever it was supposed to be. So
when you ask for the highest path forward, and if
you do have like a meeting, or if you've got
a conflict, with someone and you've really been struggling or
you're really working to discern something, whether you're in an
addiction or a toxic relation, or you've got something going

(15:02):
on with one of your children. The deal is you
don't intervene with anybody else's free will and put your needs,
wants and what the little you says would be the
best path forward if this person would just get in
line or they would do this, this is not what
this stuff is about, because if you do that, you'll
either you'll get more frustrated, more toxic, more in health.

(15:22):
It'll just create more chaos. So it's surrendering it to
the divine. So you say things like, Okay, hey, higher Self,
I'm struggling in this scenario and potentially with these people.
Connect with their higher selves and my higher self, and
I'm open to the highest path forward. Show me help
me open that up. And it's an act of intentionality,

(15:46):
emphasis and also surrendering to something greater that is aligned
with higher dimensional reality and your divine design. And if
you practice that for thirty days and not you don't
have to talk about the same person in your dream
for thirty days, but talk to your higher self and
just keep saying, Higher Self, I'm in so much fear

(16:09):
about XYZ. Heal that fear. Heal it from the inside out.
Or I'm struggling so much with money and abundance and prosperity.
You know, I don't want to struggle in this anymore.
I want to surmount it and supersede it. You take it,
you reformulate it, and show it to me. Hey, Higher Self,

(16:31):
this physical disease, this cancer, this addiction, it's got a
hold on me, and I have too much vitality. You
take it and transmute it, and then repeat it over
and over and keep giving it up to your soul
and the divine. So that's like a one to oh
one in working with your higher self and working with dreams,

(16:55):
and this ties into your dream state because when you
work with your higher self and then you remember dreams
in those states, they can give you very profound clues
to what's going on under the tip of the iceberg.

(17:16):
So think about the dream state like an iceberg. We're
what you can see above the water. Our three D
reality is the iceberg that you can see when you're
on the Titanic, the cruise liner, and the dream state,
the astral plane. The subconscious energy is that big, huge,

(17:38):
remaining piece of the iceberg. And what you're doing is
you're like like with your sonar, You're going down into
the depths so you can see the tip of the
iceberg and what's under the water. So you start to
see with a greater periphery. So as you wake up

(17:59):
in the morning, after you've started talking to your higher
self and you begin to potentially remember dreams, and as
you talk to your higher self, you can say things like, Soul,
higher Self, God, help me to remember my dreams when
I wake up. And the only thing that I know

(18:19):
that helps with beginning to flex the right and left
hemispheres of remembering dreams is you have to keep a
dream journal. And it's a pain in the behind because
it's freaking hard work and it takes about seven minutes
of your morning and it's the hardest muscles you will
ever work in your brain. And believe me, I've done it.

(18:39):
I do it, and it's right when I wake up.
And I have literally had to tell my husband. I've
had to say, hey, Dennis, I'm working on dreams this
next month. So if you will wake me up in
the morning, you know, tap me, wake me up, and
then don't talk to me for ten minutes. And I've
done that without telling him that, and then he'll be healing, like, hey,

(19:00):
how's it going. Good morning, here's your coffee, which is
all these loving things, right. I really appreciate him for that,
and I'm like, stop, shut up. I'm trying to remember
my dreams. And then it jolts me out of the
memory of my dream and it actually really scrambles my
day because in my morning state, right when I wake,
I mean we're standing and walking between the worlds, it's

(19:20):
very liminal where you can see all of the iceberg.
So if you actually add in distress, frustration, annoyance right
into that state, it kind of conditions the day. It
screws with the channels of energy. And yes, sometimes like
a child will wake you up or the dogs are
right up in my face. Life happens, So you got
to roll with it when it doesn't work. But if

(19:42):
you can set the intention and maybe communicate to your
children or your spouse, hey, for the next thirty days,
I'm gonna practice this. So if we can set this up,
like set yourself up for success, and then when you
wake up, first thing in the morning. You're not gonna
want to record your dreams cause you're freaking groggy and
they're conf fusing, or they're unclear, or you just want

(20:02):
to wake up. It's like going to the gym or
a new workout plan or whatever it is. It's not
easy at first. So writing the dreams down, and I'll
tell you this, I found it more effective for me
to grab my phone and I'd do my dreams on
my notes in my phone rather than writing it out,
because I find it really difficult to write out with

(20:23):
my journal first thing when I wake up, I'd rather
do it like lying in bed, and so I just
type it out on my phone in my notes. So
you do what works for you, and this is what
I always share. You do it in bullet points. You
do not need to write out a narrative or the
whole story. You just bullet out what you remember, and
it's like one thing leads to another. I'll start writing

(20:44):
something out and then I'm like, but wait a minute,
who was that or what happened there? And it's like
I can literally feel the right hemisphere of my brain
searching and stretching and trying so hard to communicate with
the left hemisphere of practic, decality, logic, writing, getting all
of that down on paper or you know, in my

(21:05):
phone notes. It's so difficult on a neuroplasticity level, but
it's wildly effective, and it has these reverberations that help
with your intuition, your clarity, your peace, your sense of
connection with your higher self throughout the day. And if
you do this for thirty days straight, even if you

(21:26):
know six or eight days out of the thirty days
are kind of flubbed up and messed up, so what,
because that's gonna happen. But if you commit for thirty
days to talk to your higher self at night and
then wake up in the morning and spend six eight
minutes whatever it is, recording your dreams, even when it's
like I can't remember anything, you can remember you write down. Yes,

(21:50):
you get to see some patterns, and there's other things
that can come from this, But more than anything, you
will start connecting places in your conscious and in your
brain that connects with higher dimensions of reality and frequency.
And you will see within a week if you do
it and you commit to it, and you're like, it's

(22:12):
hard and it's annoying, and it's groggy, and it's bizarre.
You will see within a week some changes in your awareness, perspective,
and state of being. So practice this and start there.
If you've already worked a lot with your higher self,
here's the second piece to that. What is going on

(22:33):
that I see right now is we're doing tremendous work
in the astral plane. We always do tremendous work, but
right now because of the energy acceleration and linear time
and multidimensional time beginning to converge and kind of overlap
and crossover. I call it bleed through. There's a lot

(22:53):
of bleed through in the energy. What is happening is
in our astral state, there is this processing of fears, pains,
old gunk in the psyche, the subconscious, our genetics, our DNA,
stuff that is ours, stuff that's in our bloodlines, our ancestry,

(23:17):
stuff that is in the a ancestry of humanity from
millennia back, old fears, fight or flight stuff, aggression, anger, frustration,
a lot of heavy, old karmic stuff and stuff in
the collective consciousness of humanity, everything that they call junk DNA.

(23:40):
That stuff is starting to activate, and it's stuff that
is like not ours, not mine, but it is in
the lineage of humanity. So does this sound wild and wacky?
I'm sure it does to you. When I am sleeping,
the way I dream most of the time is in vignettes.
So I do not usually dream a store like a

(24:00):
dream where it's kind of like we did this and
we walked over here. Every now and then I will,
but in general, I dream in like twenty five frames,
and they're all these different vignettes, so I can feel
myself processing lots of scenarios very rapidly with different people,
different players, different energies, and wherever you are in your

(24:22):
dream state. And I've mentioned this before. One of the
biggest things if you're analyzing your dreams, you're wanting to
know what they mean. What does this stuff mean? Because
everybody wants to know what they mean? Right, The biggest
thing is to say, well, how did I feel in
that dream. I've shared this before in a podcast and
it's very relevant to help. Is if you are, you know,

(24:44):
in a car, and you're with someone and they're driving
is erratic and out of control, you think, okay, well,
how did you feel while you felt out of control?
You felt afraid, you felt helpless, you know, you felt terror,
whatever you were feeling, what do you think the person
who was driving the car was feeling, What was the
car feeling, What did the environment feel like? So you're

(25:08):
getting this emotional feeling quality because what we're doing is
rapidly processing emotions and rather than taking it personally or literally, like, oh,
my sister was driving the car and she's always the
one that has to be in control. You know, maybe
it is very literal in that sense, right, But it's
not so much about what the person in the dream

(25:30):
means to you or is showing you. It's more about
the emotions and the stuff in your psyche that your
psyche is saying, we need to get these fears out,
you know, the control versus the lack of control. All
of the polarity that shows up in your dream is
again like the right and the left hemispheres working to

(25:50):
synthesize so as best you can. When you're dreaming and
you're going to analyzing, you're like, gosh, what was all
of that about? Instead of taking it super personally, you
really look at the feelings and the emotion and the
experience and what lesson is that teaching you? Like, what

(26:11):
are you processing. And I just got off the phone
before recording this podcast with somebody who called me and
was like, Amanda, you're not gonna believe what happened last night.
She's been trying to heal some old patterns in relationships
with men, okay, like hello, who can relate out there? Right?
And she was needing to take her daughter to the
airport this morning, and last night this guy comes over

(26:34):
that she's been talking to but they're not dating. That
they tried to date and it didn't work out, but
it's still kind of blurry, right. They were just hanging
out and visiting and she's like, oh my gosh, I
am so exhausted and I have to get up really
early the next morning to take my daughter to the airport.
And she's like, you can stay or not, but I'm
going to bed. She went to bed, and in her
dream she was in this beautiful home. She said it

(26:57):
had water features. It was this gorgeous, beautiful, light, airy home.
And the guy, I know, the guy. He's a nice guy.
He's got his own set of junk and stuff. I
don't think he'd harm a fly. Like he's a cool guy, right,
but like probably not the guy for her, or at
least not the guy for her at this time. You know,
they're both trying to grow and do stuff, but they're

(27:17):
still trying to co mingle and do it together. But anyway,
so she says, there's this beautiful home and she says,
the guy shows up in her dream and he literally
looks like the Joker, like the Joker from Batman, and
he was terrifying and he shows up in her house
and he is like coming to attack her. He says, Brook,

(27:38):
you need to wake up in the dream, and she said,
I sat straight up in the bed and she goes,
he was like there at my house. She said, I
woke up terrified. I couldn't go back to sleep. And
she said my first inclination was to think, I've got
to get him out of this house. This guy's a
mass murder. Oh my gosh, she's gonna do something horrible.
But she's quick and she goes, oh my gosh. She said,

(28:02):
it's not about him, and I was like, heck, no,
it's not about him. It's about your patterns with men,
and that you've known for the past three weeks because
you've talked to me about it, that you're supposed to
set a better boundary and like, hello, you're an adult,
and you're like, just stay, I'm going to bed. You know,
if you're really gonna adult, you're gonna say, hey, i've
got to get up early. You go home. I mean,
it's like simple stuff. But it was not about him

(28:26):
being a bad guy. It was like it woke her
up and terrified her enough, and she said, I realize
I need to set some better boundaries. I'm being wishy
washy here, and he's not the Joker, but he's coming
in my energy field and other men that have been
in her life that she's doing healing work around that

(28:47):
she's deeply committed to. She's like, I've got this beautiful
house and the house is me, but I keep inviting
the joker into my house and I'm too afraid to
set a boundary. Do it with love, because she's not
aggravated at this guy or even terrified of this guy.
And there's no reason I know this sounds funny but
for her to be. But I'm sharing this with you

(29:10):
because people are calling me and talking about dreams all
the time, and they can feel so personal because she
could have taken that dream as like, oh my gosh,
this guy's a madman. He's gonna come murder me in
my sleep, and you do all this bad stuff to me,
and it's like it wasn't about that. It was about
waking her up to her behaviors and being committed to

(29:33):
some change and getting the message. And she's had multiple
dreams like this around other scenarios where she's woken up
in terror, but it's old fear, terror processing through her, trauma, pain, chaos, dysfunction, madness,
I mean, the joker madness is processing through her. So

(29:54):
when you analyze, you know whether they're jolting, like somebody
dies or gets murder in your dreams. That happens, and
it will jolt you awake. Usually, yes, are there people
who have precognitive and prophetic dreams, absolutely, but I find
that most people are not having precognitive dreams. They are

(30:17):
literally working on downloading and processing fear, and sometimes it
has to like radically jolt us and get our attention.
So if you've had terrifying dreams as of late, take notes,
but look at the fears that it's bringing up for you,
so you can say, oh, I didn't even know my

(30:40):
fear was that deep in my genetic makeup, and it's
not always about fear. I'm using those like terrifying dreams
as the ones that really imprint on us. But sometimes
we also have beautiful dreams, right, we have loving dreams

(31:01):
where it is like elated, beautiful, ecstatic, and you wake
up and you're like, oh my gosh, I can't believe
what just happened. I mean, like you shoot into another
dimension or you're on a spaceship, or you know, you
see a loved one in your dream who has passed
away and they give you a message. So there's the

(31:23):
fear side and the terror and the shock that's happening,
and then there's also us moving into divine states of
energy where it's awakening, ecstatic, enlightening, mystical, transcendent. You know,
both my parents are deceased. When they show up in

(31:44):
my dreams, sometimes they show up and they're kind of peripheral,
you know, like they're doing something mundane. And other times
they show up and it's like whoa, they just gave
me a gift or showed me something. And when you
have those kinds of dreams that really imprint something beautiful

(32:05):
and awakening and loving and happy or joyful on you
make sure that you not only recognize what the joy was,
what the beauty was, what the essence of the message was,
but that you also know that that's part of your
code to imprint on humanity and in your purpose, your meaning.

(32:30):
So think about that deeper. Like I'll give you kind
of example of a dream that I remember. And this was, gosh,
I don't know, twelve years ago. It was the first
time I remember my dad coming to me in a dream.
It was the first time I remember my dad coming

(32:51):
to me in a dream. And I had changed my
whole life. I had already connected with my higher self,
had the spiritual awakening, and things were downloading very rapidly.
And my dad was in my dream and he had
bought me a house, and it was here's a house again, right.
He had bought me this beautiful white house. And I'm
from Louisiana. Originally it had this like kind of Louisiana

(33:13):
southern architecture. It was beautiful, it had a pool in
the backyard. I mean this house. I was like, Dad,
this is amazing. This is like my dream house. And
it was all white, like it was a blank canvas
for me to decorate it. There was no furniture in it.
My two dogs were there, Texan Wheezy, and I remember
he was walking me up the driveway and we were

(33:35):
putting luggage out by the curb for the garbage men,
and he was like, we need to get all this luggage,
all this baggage out on the curb. And he looked
at me and he said, Amanda, quit giving your mom
such a hard time. She's doing the best she can.
Just love her. And it was funny because I don't

(33:57):
think up until that time, I really how hard I
was on my mother. She was pretty hard on me.
She was pretty strict and oh, you know all the things,
but I was really hard on her. And I remember
right then I got that message and I was able

(34:18):
to start lightening up and changing my behavior so we
could have a more quality, loving, more gentle relationship. And
it happened. It happened. I mean, yeah, you know, we
have life up and downs, but in general, it changed
the quality of things. So if you have a dream

(34:38):
that makes a beautiful impression on you, how can you
take that into your day or into your life or
apply it to your life. And that's the big thing
that you want to ask. I have a listener, and
she reached out and she has a like a great
question about crystals, crystal grids and working with your dreams.

(35:00):
So I sleep with crystals all the time, and I
mean more often than not. There's crystals by my bed,
usually under my pillow. I mean, my husband will be like, God, Amanda,
why do you have to have the sharp ones? Because
he'll reach under my pillow and he'll be like, oh,
why that one? That's a dangerous crystal. So sleeping with crystals,
you know when I'm doing that, and I'm talking to

(35:21):
my higher self, like I'll hold a crystal or as
I sleep, I'll put one on my chest or on
my third eye, or under my neck, or under my
pillow or at my feet, Like I intuitively follow what
the crystal tells me. So just be like, where do
I put this crystal? Do I put it under my feet?
Do I put it under my pillow? Do I sleep

(35:42):
with it in my hand? To start? Because it's gonna
fall out of your hand in the night. You just
ask and you do what intuitively comes to you quickly.
There's no right or wrong. Just ask and you do it,
and you make your own magic. But a lot of times.
If I am sleeping with a crystal, I will specifically
talk to that crystal while I'm talking to my higher

(36:02):
self and say, hey, Crystal, keep Amanda grounded, safe, healthy,
you know, in the highest light while she sleeps, so
she can also do her work in the astral plane
and healthfully integrate that back into her body. You know,
I'll ask it to work with me for my highest light.
That's an easy thing you can do anytime if you

(36:24):
want to create a crystal grid in your bedroom around
your bed. It's not hard at all, and it's kind
of magical and a lot of fun. My rule of
thumb with that is you do it intuitively. But I'll
start under my bed and I'll usually put one, you know,
at the very center of the bed, at the headboard

(36:46):
and at the base board under the bed, and then
I'll build the grid out from there. It's like a
geometrical shape that I just naturally build and like I
kind of set all the stones. You know, I might
get eight stones, twelve stones, fifteen, sixteen stones, it's whatever
I have that I want to work with. You can

(37:07):
start with a cross if you like, and I'm not
talking about a Christian cross. I'm talking about like one
line and then the other line. So you maybe do north, south,
east west, you hit the four cardinal points. That's a
really good place to start. So do headboard, footboard, left
side of the bed, right side of the bed. But
you do what works for you strategically place the stones.

(37:30):
But anytime you are creating a crystal grid, once you
get all the stones place, you want to activate it.
And I will usually choose the center stone as my
activation stone, and I literally take that center stone and
I start touching it. It's almost like I'm creating laser
lines in between each stone. You know in all those

(37:55):
bank heist movies where they have all the lasers in
the museums and then the banks. That's the way I
think of a crystal grid is there are all these
laser lines that I am activating. So you don't have
to do it perfectly, you know, could you do it
through the medicine wheel from the south to the west
to the north to the east and be very shamanic

(38:16):
about it? Sure, like what you do what works for you.
If you have a pattern or a flow, or if
you just want to be creative, intentional, intuitive and artistic
about it, you do it, But for me, I think
of these laser lines of energy that I'm activating. And
another question I received is in working with dreams or

(38:37):
creating a crystal grid, which crystals should you use? You
can use any crystals, anyones that you love that you
resonate with, go with it. If you want some specific
recommendations for sleep and working with dreams and my energy
field in that space, I'm usually always going to use

(38:57):
celianite and tourmaline because they balance energy. Black turmaline is
really good for psychic energy. It creates a lot of
energetic resonance. You all know. I don't love the word
protection because it implies that we need protecting from something.
So to me, I say, turmaline creates extremely safe energy,

(39:20):
healthy energetic boundaries, and it does on an energetic level,
So the black turmaline is great for that, while the
cellionite is cleansing, clearing, detoxifying, or quartz quartz is great
for this. Just clear quartz crystal is like the zero
in numerology. It's the frequency of the zero. It's amplifying infinite, pure, pure,

(39:46):
positive potential and light and detoxifying at the same time.
So I love the junxtaposition of the strength and like
the darkness of the urmaline, and then the amplification and
detoxification of the celeanite or quartz crystal. But other stones
I love to work with in the dream state are

(40:09):
malakite because malakite is a heart chakra stone, but it
is also exceptional for electromagnetic frequencies, energetic boundaries, amplifying and
conducting energy. I also love moonstone because moonstone Hello. When
we're working with our dreams and what's below the surface

(40:30):
in the iceberg, moonstone helps us connect with the moon,
our dreams, the subconscious, the unconscious, our emotions. So moonstone's fabulous.
Labradorite is excellent because it's like the wizard magician stone,
and it has so many magical properties that are also

(40:50):
very grounding yet high, high, high frequency. Kinite Kinite is
one of those stones you can't go wrong with it.
If you're building a crystal grid and working with dreams,
whatever you get, add some blue stones into it, meaning
Kaininite is one of those, and it aligns with all
the chakras, all the energy fields. It'll kind of like

(41:12):
hit every point. But you could get sadalite, you could
get lapis you could get blue cowcite. Any blue stone
to me is really helpful in the dream state because
bluestones usually have some sort of connection with the throat chakra,

(41:34):
which is not just about the words we speak, but
what we hear, so it helps attune that place in
your body and those frequencies. So I love including like
lapis or sod light. Those are some of my favorite
stones to work with in the dream state. But you
can't go wrong a good piece of amethyst or rose quartz.

(41:55):
Another stone I work with all the time in my
dream state is smoky quartz. Smokey or rutilated quartz, I
find is a very powerful dreamstone for me, and you
find what works for you. So in working with dreams,
the rule of thumb is if you want to remember
your dreams and utilize your astral travel, your astral state

(42:20):
while you're dreaming, make a commitment to do it and
say I'm gonna do this for thirty days, just like
I'm going to the gym and I'm not gonna like it.
It's not gonna be easy, and I'm gonna have to communicate.
You know, if you don't live alone and you don't
naturally just wake up to an alarm and then can
spend that time marinating while the snooze is on or whatever,

(42:40):
and taking your notes on your dreams. You've got to
like tell your family or tell your kids, Hey, I'm
gonna do this. Mom's gonna need this much time, make
the space. It's like seven minutes of your mourning that
over the course of thirty days, you will start to
get down loads. Your psychic abilities will enhane, you will

(43:00):
have clarity in your path. There's a multitude of things
that can happen, but also your ability to connect right
and left hemispheres of the brain by actually taking the
time to document what you're remembering, and then you get
to go back and reread that stuff and be like, WHOA,
I didn't remember that, but that's what happened. Whoa, Oh

(43:23):
my gosh, so and so just showed up today and
I felt the same way. Oh, how can I respond
to that? So it's like a call and response. As
you start kind of making correlations in your dreams and
processing what's coming up, you will start seeing patterns in
your waking state. And what almost autonomically has happened for

(43:48):
me and I've seen it in other people, is they
begin to respond differently to scenarios, like they're breaking patterns
for themselves that are beginning to unlimit not only their potential,
but the essence of who they were when they came
on to this planet, their soul. And I know that

(44:09):
sounds so deep and bizarre, but I'm seeing this stuff
for myself in boundaries and communication and my actions, and
what it's doing is it's creating greater peace, greater clarity.
Is it easy? No? Because I'm like, I can feel
the growth, But I'm also like, WHOA, I don't want

(44:30):
to stop working with my dreams because I feel like
I'm becoming more conscious, Like I can feel cognition in
my brain like I've never felt it before. So there's
so many ways we can work with dreams. And that
is again the tip of the iceberg, but hopefully that
gives you some really good food for thought. And the

(44:54):
one thing to take away is if you're gonna work
with your dreams, choose to do it and do it
every night for at least thirty days. Commit to it. Otherwise,
the synapses that you're working to fire and wire or
whatever it is you're wanting to heal or find clarity

(45:15):
around it's kind of like you're going to start, but
you're going to stop, and wouldn't you rather just see
it through? Because the gifts and the clarity and the
acceleration of awareness and consciousness that this has to offer
you is worth the commitment to working with your dreams.

(45:39):
So dream big, dream every night, and rise higher, move
into higher states of frequency. Be well, everyone, Thank you
