Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi, everyone, It's Amanda riger Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions.
Thank you for joining me today. We are going to
get into the astrology of September. If you listened last week,
we dove into the numerology and I separated these out
because both of them create this crescendo climactic energy and
(00:32):
they really needed space to separate out the frequencies and
energy so you can collaborate and work with them together.
September is eclipse season. Eclipses are they're about beginnings and endings.
They essentially initiate a six month cycle of beginnings and
(00:55):
closure simultaneously. But it's like the start point. So the
start point sometimes can feel drastic or dramatic and show
up that way, whether it's on a global scale or
personally in your life. And for me, when I am
aware of this, it can take the edge off of
(01:18):
it personally a little bit, and then I can better
embrace the process, embrace the energy of what I am
letting go or surrendering to, or what is formulating to
be called in and called forward. And for me right now,
I just want to be super transparent, as many of
(01:38):
you know, and I have shared my husband and I
are in the process of moving to South America as
we speak, so as this airs, I will be getting
on a plane to head down to Ecuador. And it
came to the realization on Sunday morning that I'm actually
moving to the southern hemisphere of the world. And that
was you know, I mean, that just is what it is.
(02:00):
But also it's like, oh my gosh, I'm going to
see different stars. And also the fall equinox that happens
in the northern hemisphere in September is the spring equinox
in the Southern hemisphere. So there's this reorientation of energy
and seasonal energy from a different vantage point. And for me,
(02:21):
I know that was deep, right, and I guess more
about that later, but I just wanted to share that
with you. And then we are in massive transition right now.
We have like no furniture in our house. I am
sitting on an old chair and recording this. My desk
is still here, but it is leaving this evening. So
this is my farewell podcast from this desk and this orientation.
(02:44):
But it's been one of those days for me that
has felt very much like an eclipse. And it's funny
how often the frequencies because this morning I was just
mapping out and thinking about and contemplating or tuning in
to the astrology and energy frequency of September to be
(03:04):
able to share information and energy with you. But it's
funny because this happens to me often, and I know
because some of you have shared this with me, is
when we map forward and become aware. Oftentimes it's like
it can happen to us in real time before the
astrological events or the numerology happens, because we're in training
(03:26):
our field and it's not so much that we're projecting,
but we're in training with so when we're ready, the
energy calls in. And today has felt like a total
eclipse for me. I got a call from my husband
that our transportation of the dogs, getting the dogs on
a flight to Ecuador, there have been some massive changes
(03:48):
with that, and that if you know me or what
I've shared, my dogs are like my children. They're my
sensitive spot. And as far as this move goes, I
know that we can make the move. And we're moving
with luggage right we are not moving with any cargo
except four or five pieces of luggage each and then
our dogs. So getting the dogs there has of course
(04:10):
been the most sensitive and imperatively pertinent part for me
for as far as their safety, minimizing their displacement or trauma.
I mean, we've done everything, but we got a call
today that there's an embargo on pets out of most
of the southern airports, which includes Austin and Houston because
(04:31):
of the heat. And you know, our flights are scheduled,
everything is set to go, but this you know through
a monkey wrench, because the first proposal was that we
kindle them for a month while we're down there, meaning
kindle them in Texas. And so I just started crying.
I deeply know and trust that they are going to
get there and get there safely. But the human part
(04:54):
of me, the sensitive part of me, felt fear and
just disc in that uncertainty where there was certainty and
a plan being created. And if you think about the
numerology of the nine and you listen back to that podcast,
being in a nine universal month in September, in a
(05:14):
nine universal year, the nine is about surrender, letting go, trusting, accepting,
and Eclipse season can feel that way. But in the
course of an hour, I got a call back from
my husband and he said. The pet transport company that
we're working with he led with. You know, they're really
quite amazing. They're really working hard on this to make
(05:36):
sure we can figure out the safest way for them
to get there. And they're thinking about picking up our dogs,
driving them to Denver, Colorado, where it's cooler, and then
having them fly from Denver to Ecuador. So I don't
know what is unfolding, but what I know is my
guides and angels and soul I am imprinting that they're
(05:58):
going to get there safely with the least amount of
displacement trauma, and it is going to be easy and divine.
And so I was driving while all of these conversations
were going on and tie and all the things, and
then I looked in my rear view mirror and there
was a white Volvo behind me. And my mom had
a white Volvo, so when I see white Volvos, I
(06:18):
think of my mom. And then oddly enough, I looked
up and there was this bumper sticker on the car
ahead of me that was like a black labrador, and
in the center of the black labrador was a red cardinal.
I don't know what the bumper sticker was for or
the advertisement was. But cardinals. Cardinals are such spirit animals,
right their cardinal energy, which is we're moving into the equinox,
(06:42):
the fall equinox in the northern hemisphere and the spring
equinox in the southern hemisphere. But that's cardinal energy which
ushers in something new. But how weird to see a
dog with a cardinal at the center of it. So
it was like, in that moment I had said to
my guide and my soul, hey, let me feel this
stuff tenderly and truly my own grief and letting go
(07:07):
of control and logistics. But I'm calling in all the
guides and angels to pave the way because I trust,
I believe, I know an eclipse season feels like that.
It's the tenderness of endings, the chaos, the logistics, the
things that feel faded almost, the emotional waves of uncertainty,
(07:30):
and then this simultaneous knowing that there's a higher orchestration September.
The frequency is about honoring endings and trusting the passage
way that is opening. And I just explained to you
that I'm like, shoot, I'm having to practice this. I
feel it, you know, irl, right now? So whatever it
(07:55):
is that you are walking through, encountering and experience and
saying personally through the month of September, I implore you
to think about your tenderness as things are maybe a
little bit crazy logistically or chaotic, but be tender with yourself,
(08:16):
let yourself humanly emote. And that's what was funny is
as I was driving, I was thinking old versions of
me would either go into a hyper emotional state or
a dissociative state, meaning I'd either feel so much that
it would create overwhelming chaos and kind of insanity in
my own energy field and mind, or I just full
(08:40):
on dissociate, like block it out. I don't have to
deal with it. It's not really happening. And I did
neither of those things. I found the tenderness of the
center point. Where does that show up for you? This
is what eclipse energy can feel like. It's not abstract.
It's these cosmic events in the sky that we live
(09:02):
out in our hearts and our bodies, and eclipse season
has a way of stirring up endings, transitions, and oftentimes
the unexpected, and the astrology reflects some drastic, unexpected energy.
And I'll get into that in a moment, but for me,
this is showing up right now, especially in logistics and uncertainty.
(09:23):
And then on the back end of that, I got
a phone call from a friend that a dear colleague
of mine is actively dying and was admitted into an
inpatient unit in hospice where she and I worked together
in Houston. And this woman took me under her wing
back in twenty ten and mentored and guided me. She
(09:44):
had a ton of moxy. So on the back end
of the emotional stuff with the dogs, I get a
phone call that a colleague and a deer mentor is
really transitioning. And I didn't apart from feeling that deeply
and the sadness, and I know I can't be there.
I can certainly send flowers, but I just pulled my
(10:07):
car over and I called the hospice inpatient unit to
talk to their director, who I got her voicemail, but
you know that's neither here nor there, just to express
to her who this woman was and the legacy, see
she left on the place in which she's dying. So
it's kind of been a day. And if I feel
a little weepy or tender or raw to you all,
(10:30):
I wanted you to know why I'm in transition and change,
and I know so many of you are too, with
whatever you're walking through, and we're in this together, right,
And I do trust that these moments are, these soul events,
their rights of passage, and they press us. It presses
(10:50):
me to honor the sacredness of closure, but to hold
the faith when things feel wobbly, and also to remember
that grief and grace also arrive hand in hand. And
that's what today has felt like. Before I jump into
the numerology, let me just say I want to echo
(11:12):
the energy of the nine and the numerology that this
month offers us an invitation to bow into what is closing,
whatever chapter is changing for you, be it a role
or a relationship, or how you carry yourself, your identity,
(11:33):
your value system, your beliefs, whatever is changing. It doesn't
mean that we won't feel a sense of loss or
sadness or uncertainty. It means that those emotions are actually
part of the passage, and when we allow them to
be felt, we create space for something new to emerge.
(11:55):
And it's so funny because I'm like, I'm speaking to
you from this space today, So a simple practice right now,
and you might want to pause this afterwards and do this,
and I invite you to do it, is to just
pause and name what is closing for you, speak it aloud,
write it down, and really sit with it for a moment.
(12:17):
Maybe you place one hand on your heart and I
would say another hand on your belly, like solar plexus
and heart energy, and you can say something along the
lines of I trust this ending is part of my
greater unfolding, and it can take some of that grief.
It's this self nurturing way to hold yourself through whatever
(12:40):
right of passage or change or shift that you're personally experiencing.
Let's jump into the astrology, so we start September out
September first, Saturn is retrograde. Let's jump into the astrology.
(13:04):
So we start September out September first, Saturn is retrograde.
Saturn has been retrograde, but it's been retrograde in aries.
But Saturn on September first retrogrades back into pisces. So
it's at the twenty ninth degree of Pisces, the anoretic degree,
which is sometimes like a critical point. It creates a
(13:25):
tremendous amount of urgency in whatever sign it's in. So
this is in Pisces, which is the end of the zodiac.
It's connected to water and our emotions, our collective consciousness, mysticism, spirituality,
but also insanity, craziness, and delusion. You may be feeling
(13:49):
some urgency in your energy field at the beginning of
the month, but this retrograde back into Pisces is the
first domino to fall of a couple of dominoes that
are quite significant. Neptune will also retrograde back into Pisces,
and I think it's next month in October. But when
(14:10):
both of these planets that are very close together right
now in the sky nearly conjunct, are moving backwards and
having us revisit the last couple of years, essentially because
Saturn was in Pisces for the last two and a
half years ish arbitrarily, it's having us revisit in order
(14:32):
to finalize, to close out, to recognize more clearly. And
this is going to be happening for a few months,
so it's going to feel like a replay. And when
you feel some old sentiments, feelings, emotions, experiences re emerge
that you weren't maybe thinking of, and yes, we're in
(14:52):
a clip season, so that's kind of primed the pump
for it, right And in a nine month of closure,
we don't get a nine yar universal month in numerology
in a nine year, but every nine years, so there's
a lot of kind of closure element coming. But anything
that feels like you're having to revisit or review something,
a lesson that you feel like you've learned, or an
(15:14):
experience that you thought was over and done with, that's
Saturn saying are you really done? Did you really forgive?
Did you really let that go? Did you really have faith?
I feel like Saturn sometimes is do you really have
what it takes? Meaning do you really put your money
where your mouth is? And I don't mean that from
(15:34):
a heavy masculine perspective. Saturn matures us, it grows us,
it evolves us, and pissy and energy dissolves us. That's
what neptune and energy does. So this is a phase
over the next few months because Saturn will be retrograding
in Pisces for a few months before it stations direct
(15:54):
and then moves forward and goes back into arees. It's
going to be watery, it's more sensitive, it's a little
bit less tangible. Even though Saturn is about tangibility, Pisce
certainly is not. It's dreamy, it's ideal, it's creative, it's subconscious,
it's unconscious. So it's going to ask us to restructure
(16:17):
long term commitments with what truly aligns with our frequency.
Forward our frequency as we shift into the spring of
twenty twenty six, and in the spring of twenty twenty six,
mostly February late February, both Saturn and Neptune will conjunct,
and they will conjunct at a little bit more than
(16:39):
zero degrees of areas the world axis, the zero point
of the zodiac. So this is big stuff, right, and
I just want you all to recognize that and be aware.
But it is about the dissolving of structures that are
not supporting you as you move forward old Blaf's behaviors,
(17:01):
and a great place to contemplate this is really asking
yourself what patterns or connections no longer support your essence,
your resonance, your true note. Maybe think about that. And
one last thing I want to say about, especially the
twenty ninth degree of Pisces piss and energy or twelve
(17:26):
house energy in astrology, the shadow side of it is
definitely addiction, insanity, toxicity. It's got a heavy, almost dangerous shadow.
Dangerous in the way that it's a fine line between
(17:48):
genius and madness, right, And that is the line that
sometimes pisceans walk is they can feel that depth of madness,
but can they alchemize it into genius or clarity, pure
heart centered love. So you may be feeling at times
really untethered or off kilter. And I would suggest that
(18:10):
you work with some crystals that are grounding, So things
like red jasper pyrite, black turmaline, A tiger's eye comes
to mind, that anchor you into the present moment, so
you don't get caught in the delusions of your mind.
And I'm saying this as much to you as I'm
(18:31):
saying to myself, because I know what that feels like,
where I can run away with my own thoughts, with
my magic magnifying mind and not truly be present to
what is happening in the moment. So toxic relationships, toxins
in the body, addictions, emotional highs and lows. I mean,
(18:51):
pisces can also be a depressive energy, right, So if
you are prone to bouts of depression, you may experience
a little of that in the months ahead, and rather
than feeling that you're falling prey to it or you
know it's weighing you down, maybe let it flow through you.
You tell on yourself, you ask for help, use your
(19:15):
self care and your resources so you don't feel alone
and you don't feel stuck, and then dig down deep
for that light that faith. On September second, Mercury will
enter Virgo. Mercury loves to be in Virgo. It rules Virgo,
so I love Mercury and Virgo energy. Of course, the
(19:35):
sun is currently in Virgo and Virgo is it's practical,
it's quality oriented, it's about being useful and also being
of service. But when Mercury enters Virgo, our communication comes
more detail oriented and precise, very clear, and can become
very aligned with our intention. So having Mercury transit Virgo
(20:01):
is a great time to be clear in your communication,
and it's also a really functional time to get stuff done.
One of the things that I love about Virgo season,
or when Mercury enters Virgo especially, I feel like I
can get the details of life done without as much
emotional stress because I tend to wax more watery sometimes
(20:26):
and feel emotional overwhelmed. But Virgo energy and especially having
the sun and mercury there, gives me the mental focus
to accomplish things efficiently and with quality, and it can
feel very satisfactory. So it's really practical kind of energy.
(20:46):
But also think about your intentions during this time. What
is it that you'd like to accomplish throughout the month
of September. You know, have you been wanting to clean
your closet out because Virgo is a great time to
clean house, right or have you been wanting to get
rid of some furniture and buy some new pieces. You know,
(21:06):
what are you cleaning out? What is something not a
huge undertaking, but something that would feel really good to
you to not tackle, but really take on in a
way that feels like it's service to yourself, Like by
cleaning out your closet, it'll feel good to walk in
(21:27):
and it's organized, because when we organize something in the
third dimensional plane, it helps us organize things mentally and
emotionally and internally. And I find that to be a
very useful quality of mercury in Virgo. So clear a
small space and also know that there's a heightened sense
(21:48):
of day to day life and routines and your wellness
that's amplified with both mercury and the sun in Virgo.
And it's a really good time to focus on your wellness,
meaning do my daily routines add wellness into my life
and being or are they subtracting from So just a
(22:10):
couple of tweaks in your day to day routine can
make a big impact in the months ahead. And maybe
it's that you know, this is one of my go
to suggestions, is getting up thirty minutes earlier to have
a little bit of quiet time before the kids get
up or before you're rushing out the door for or
(22:31):
maybe it's your sleep routines, your evening routines. What is
one thing in the midst of your day you could
tweak or change or incorporate to add value, to add
wellness and wholeness. Now, this is important between I would
say the first of the month and the ninth or tenth. Arbitrarily,
(22:53):
Urinus is stationing retrograde. It station's retrograde in Gemini on
September the sixth. When any planet station's retrograde, it's punctuated
in the sky. We feel the energy more poignantly, it's stronger,
it's amplified. And there's also an astrological aspect that occurs
(23:14):
on the third where Mercury will square Urinus, and so
Mercury is superactive with Urinus. And both of those are
related to the mind, the thinking mind, the logical mind,
the intellect, and Urinus the higher mind. So there's a
lot of Uranian electrical charged energy in the first ten
(23:35):
days of the month. There's also an eclipse. Okay, we're
going to get to that in a minute, but I'd
say the first ten days of the month. Really paying attention,
you can have genius insights, downloads, ideas, there can be
shock and revelation. Originality can come from this. It's expect
the unexpected energy, but to be aware of it and
(23:57):
to make it useful in some way, shape or form.
You're in a station's retrograde the sixth of September, and
it's in Gemini, in the early degrees of Gemini. A
lot of times insights and subconscious awakenings arise here or
downloads from the cosmos. So pay attention to your intuitive
(24:20):
hunches or nudges and any subtle downloads. But Urinus is
always guiding us towards freedom, towards liberation. So you might
get something that comes through that's a little shock and awe,
and it might seem like it's breaking you down, or
you know, putting a hitch in your gidea up. I
think that's probably the wrong way I said it. But
(24:41):
whatever a kink in your hose, Let's say it's like
putting a kink in your hose when actually maybe the
hose needed to be kinked so it could flow better
once you straightened it out. So any hitches or glitches
that arise in your field or your experience, maybe they're
reorienting you think of it that way. And it's a
(25:02):
great time to keep a journal around dreams or sudden
insights and symbols or messages that come through your dreams.
What are the symbols that are in symbology you're seeing
in your dreams. But the energy is amplified, and it
really does not only amplify the higher mind, it can
amplify galactic connections, intergalactic connections, and it can feel sometimes
(25:27):
eruptive shock revelations. Urinus also impacts geomagnetics, and as you know,
there are lots of things happening geomagnetically with Earth and
the Sun because of all of the solar cycle activity
happening with solar flares and the Sun's energy. And what
they found geologically with what's going on is when the
(25:50):
Sun is having these massive eruptions and coronal flares, the
Sun will have its spews and its spurts and its highs,
and then days later the Earth will respond, meaning there
will be earthquakes, wildfires. I know that right now personally,
and this is just a nod to and a lot
of love I'm sending out, but I know that in
(26:10):
the Northwest, in the Oregon area, there have been massive wildfires.
And I have a dear friend and client who lives
near Bend, Oregon, and they had to evacuate their home
because that area was burning. And I believe that their
house is still standing today, but it may not be tomorrow.
And I know that that's going on and that's displacing people.
(26:32):
But just like the floods we've had, so there's this
urinous energy and it's slowing down can also cause bigger
things that may be happening on the Earth's surface. As
far as the earthquakes and eruptions and fires and water.
So just know that these things astrologically have a resonance,
(26:53):
have a relationship, and it's curious and interesting. But I
am sending a lot of love and safety and compassion
to the people in Oregon that have been experiencing these wildfires.
On a similar note, and something kind of cool astrologically
(27:15):
that's going on, there is an interstellar commet called three
I Atlas, and this comment is coming into our Solar
system from another galaxy. Like this is happening as we speak.
And basically where it's coming in it aligns with our
ecliptic plane and it's like about five degrees from the
(27:38):
ecliptical plane. And you don't have to know what that means,
but it's weird because it lines up with the eclipses
a little bit, but it comes in at that closest
point a comet. Okay, like a comet is coming in.
It's called three I Atlas. You can look it up
and google it if you're curious about these things. But
this other body is coming in to our solar system
(27:59):
and it comes in as close as it will in
late October early November. But think of this as like
a new cosmic messenger. I think it's quite auspicious. Deep down,
what I feel is that it's bringing in new intelligence,
new energy into our solar system and energy field. But
(28:21):
I just wanted to throw this in there into the
mix because it's energy coming in parallel to the ecliptic
plane that will electromagnetically influence us on Earth and in
our solar system. So just be aware of that and
think about comments. Comments are usually messengers. They signify something.
(28:43):
So we've got some unprecedented kind of interstellar wild galactic
activity that is impacting Planet Earth and impacting us energetically,
and then we have eclipse season. Just kidding, just kidding,
but you know, my little wicked laugh was kidding. So
(29:03):
September seventh, there is a full moon total lunar eclipse
in Pisces, and I don't have it in front of me,
but I believe it's at fifteen degrees. But this total
lunar eclipse eclipses, remember trigger six month cycles. It is
a full moon lunar eclipse, which means it triggers a
six month cycle of closure. And it is in Pisces,
(29:24):
which means the sun is in Virgo, the moon is
opposite Virgo in Pisces. We will put it in the
show notes and verify this, but I'm pretty sure it's
at fifteen degrees, So check out the notes and the
description on the podcast. But find out where fifteen degrees
of Pisces hits your chart and where fifteen degrees of
Virgo hits your chart, so you'll know what axis in
(29:47):
your natal chart, what houses it's activating, and what axis
apart from the Virgo Pisces axis in your house system,
so you can drill down a little bit for clarity.
But eclipses are about full lunar eclipses. Of course, they
are psychic, they're emotional, they're very relational. Lunar eclipses are relational,
(30:07):
meaning we're usually feeling things, sensing things in our energy
field with ourselves and others, and usually there are emotional
tides that accompany this. And for goodness sakes, it's in Pisces.
So recognize that there is a six month window of
closure in Pisces, which is spiritual, it's emotional. It is
(30:31):
about dissolving, releasing anything that no longer serves you in
order for your evolution forward. And I would definitely around
this eclipse on this eclipse, do some journaling work with
your dreams. Ask your soul whether you know what you
(30:53):
are letting go, of shedding and releasing in this space,
or you don't know, Ask your soul to clarify it
for you and to organically guide you through it, naturally
guide you through it versus it feeling emotionally erratic. I
would also light a candle for this eclipse, like this
(31:15):
is candle lighting eclipse energy meaning something that is sacred,
something that is reverent. Or you could make a crystal
grid out under the moonlight, you could write your intentions out,
put them under the moonlight, you could charge up some moonwater.
But a candle to me, feels reverent. It feels like
sacred reverence. And light that candle for your future self
(31:40):
and what your future the light of your soul and
your essence coming through. And allow that candle and that
flame burning to represent what you're moving towards and what
needs to or is dissolving, allowing that to unfold organically
in the months ahead. And one thing I'll say, as
(32:02):
far as my experience with eclipses, eclipses can have like
a climactic apex kind of thing, a drastic event can happen.
You know, again, a lunar eclipse can feel very emotional,
so it can be emotional upheaval, but usually in the
six months forward, Like if you jumped six months ahead.
(32:22):
When I look back at the eclipse point and I
look over the course of what's changed for me, what
I've let go of, how I've grown, I'm like, oh, whoa,
that's what happens since September. So if you jump into
March of next you know, February March of next year,
when we'll be an eclipse season again, then you're like, whoa,
(32:43):
Like between the fall and the holidays and into the
first of the year. So we're not there yet, but
that's always for me a great anchor point. And you
could say, right now, since we're in September, you could
go back to the eclipses in March, and if you
have the Numerology guidebook, that's all outlined for you, and
you can go back and review some things that were
(33:06):
going on in March for you and look at what
has transpired in the months in between where you are today,
and that will help anchor you in this eclipse and
the next the solar eclipse that will follow it. A
little bit later in the month, but ultimately this piscean
eclipse has quite a bit of emotional energy attached to it.
(33:31):
So honor your emotions, maybe see where you don't have
to be capsized by them or completely shut off from them.
Kind of in what I was sharing with you that
I'm going through today, really being in the tenderness of
the energy and knowing that any grief or pain or
struggle is energy working through your body and it needs
(33:53):
to work through emotionally. This is also a good time
to close something out, by the way, if you know
something is coming to a clie and you want to
have a conversation or take agnet action. It's also a
good time for forgiveness, like this isn't real, Like the
Caly eclipse holds the space for you to do it.
And I find for me when I do very important,
(34:16):
poignant things that may be hard things. You know, we
could do hard things. I sound like Glenn and Doyle,
and I'm like, you know, Glenn and Melton Doyle, we
can do hard things sometimes when we do those hard
things that are the right thing or the wise thing,
and we do them on or around an eclipse. I
tell you what like exponential growth. A lot of times
(34:38):
happens when we really show up, even if it is
something that is painful or difficult for us. But when
we show up in integrity, okay, September eighteenth, we kind
of jump energy. There's not like there's not a lot
happening in astrological transits, but it's a lot. On September eighteenth,
(34:59):
Mercury will already be through Virgo and it enters Libra.
Totally different vibe. When Mercury is in Libra versus Virgo
so early in the month through the eighteenth, No, that's
when you got your focus and your mojo and your
practical energy going, because when Mercury enters Libra, it is
it's more poetic and romantic and harmonious and a little
(35:21):
bit of acquiescing energy, like oh you can do it,
or I don't care what we have for dinner, So
it can be indecisive, whereas with Virgo it's like just
do it, get it done, what needs to be done next?
With Libra it's like, I don't know what do you
want to do? And you know this is coming from
a Libra because most of you all know I am
(35:42):
a Libra son and moon, but my natal Mercury is
in scorpio, so I don't think like a Libra. I
am a Libra, but I don't think like a Libra.
I think more like a like a penetrating scorpio. But
I know my Mercury's in Libra and they're easy going.
Often times they go with the flow, but then on
(36:04):
the shadow side of that, they sometimes disregard their own truth,
their own voice in order to keep the peace. So
be mindful of keeping the peace or avoiding conflict, because
it's just easier than having the difficult conversation. And words
become an art form in relationships with Mercury in Libra
(36:29):
because Libra is an air sign. Mercury rules air signs
and some of the earth signs. But that being said,
Libra is about artistry, so our words can become artistic
and poetic and more creative. It's also a great time
that ushers in collaboration. And of course the sun will
(36:52):
enter Libra in a few days after this, but it's
it's kind of ushering that in. And it's also a
great time, I would say, with Mercury in Libra to
write a love letter or a letter of gratitude, to
someone or make a phone call or send a text
to let somebody know how much you love and appreciate them,
(37:12):
And remembering that your words matter, your words and relationships
and not only the words you speak to other people.
The voice inside your head, Does my inside voice match
my outside voice? And finding balance, because ultimately Libra is
about balance and harmony, and in a higher octave, it's
(37:34):
about resonance and synergy cohesion. On September nineteenth, Venus will
enter Virgo and I have a little smile on my face.
My natal Venus is in Virgo, and it's like the
most unsexy thing in the world, because I mean, Venus
is sexy, right, and Virgo is practical and that. And
(37:54):
I just basically told you the gist of Venus in Virgo.
It's like practicality first, past second, and I'll tell you
who else is Venus is in Virgo. Is Kim Kardashian.
And she's actually, like I'm being I'm given a cheeky example,
but she's a great example of it because she's super
aesthetic and very like control freak, meticulously organized in her
(38:17):
aesthetic and that brings a sense of love and beauty.
Venus and practicality Virgo. That is probably the clearest, easiest
expression where I see Venus in Virgo in its element
would be Kim Kardashian like her styling her closet. I mean,
you all know, like her selfies Like I know that
(38:38):
that's funny example, but it's so penetrating. And I know
that for myself, I'm not to that degree of all
of those things. But I know for me usually practicality
comes before passion, and that's a weird thing to know
about yourself, right, But also I have learned to create
(38:58):
passion before practicality and to let go of some of
the perfectionistic Virgo tendencies. So with Venus in Virgo, it
can also feel like refinement. It's a very refining energy,
especially around the things that Venus governs, love relationships, beauty, finances,
(39:21):
I mean like it. Venus touches a lot of human stuff.
So becoming aware also of subtle acts of service. I
will say this that Venus and Virgo usually the love
language is acts of service. And that's my love language
is acts of service, well right up top with gifts,
(39:42):
and it usually gifts to me. And I think I've
shared this with you all before my husband can remember
to get something for me at the grocery store that
I like and didn't ask for, and to me, that
is not only a gift, it's an act of service.
That's my love language Venus in Virgo's love language is
acts of service. So can you do generous acts of service.
(40:02):
Maybe this time of year you pay it forward a
little bit, or maybe somebody pays something forward to you
and you're blown away and you feel loved. But it's
really a time of refinement in the way that you
show up in your day to day life and in
creating some harmony in the sense of your service and
your relationships. But it also is probably a pretty good
(40:24):
time to focus on your finances, meaning, because Virgo has
that sense of quality and practicality, it might be a
great time to balance your checkbook or get rid of
a couple of subscriptions that you're not using. It's not
a time of excess, Venus and Virgo doesn't love excess necessarily.
It loves quality. So it is about precision, refinement quality.
(40:47):
Think of it that way. On September twenty first, we
have the new moon partiall solar eclipse. In Virgo, it
is at twenty nine degrees of Virgo. Why is this important.
It's important for two reasons, well, multiple reasons, but the
(41:09):
two that I'm going to highlight are here. We have
that anoretic degree again, but it's the anoretic degree of Virgo,
the opposite of Pisces, where Saturn stepped back into twenty
nine degrees of Pisces. This eclipse is at twenty nine
degrees of Virgo. It's a new moon eclipse. The Sun
and the moon are joined there. Additionally, if you remember back,
(41:34):
we had a new moon in August, on August twenty third,
at zero degrees of Virgo. So it is the second
of two new moons in Virgo. One was at the
zero point, and this one, the second one, is at
the anoretic degree, the last degree, that degree that creates
urgency and clarity and in Virgo, precision, refinement, some of
(41:57):
the things that I just discussed. But it is also
an eclipse, a solar eclipse, where it's a seed point,
a karmic threshold, a moment of presence and awakening. This
is an ideal time to plant seeds, and Virgo is
about practical action. So if you're writing down your intentions
(42:20):
and wherever this falls in your chart at twenty nine
degrees of Virgo, seeing what house it's in, so it
gives you a little bit more flavor or drilling down
to the energies. But it's a great new moon not
only to write down your intentions, but to take some
action around those intentions. And it doesn't have to be big, old, big,
(42:41):
bold action. It's more about something that is quality oriented,
picking up the phone, reaching out, drafting an email, starting
to clean out your closet. I don't you know, whatever
it is doesn't have to be huge stuff. It's just
demonstrate to the universe what you're calling in energetically. And
(43:05):
this is also a great eclipse. And remember that eclipses
fall along the lines of the north and south nodes
of the Moon. Right now, the south note is in Virgo,
the north node is in Pisces. I have discussed that
on this podcast, A really great place to revisit. That
is my conversation earlier in the year with Hannahs elsewhere
where we talked about the astrology of twenty twenty five.
(43:28):
A big thing we talked about was the north node
of the moon in Pisces, the south note in virgo.
The north node denotes the collective trajectory and the South
node is where what we are moving away from, and
essentially this energy says we are moving towards less perfection
and schedules and tangible guidelines and results and moving more
(43:54):
into creative energy that comes through that can also be
seen as divine, are perfectly beautiful. So this eclipse is
really activating these Both eclipses are activating the North and
the South node. But what I find that I've already
seen after the North and South nodes shifted months ago
(44:16):
into this axis is I'm becoming easier on myself. Many
of us are perfectionists, right, It's just either hardwired in
us or part of a coping mechanism we place where
our own worst critics, we put higher expectations on ourselves
and then as a result we project that onto other people. Whatever.
However that dance works for you. But I have really noticing,
(44:40):
been noticing for myself that I have been letting go
of shifting, dissolving perfectionist tendencies in and around myself and
especially in day to day life routines and schedules. Virgo
virgo in energy, where it's like gosh, I don't have
(45:02):
the energy for this today, and I don't want to
just perform. I want to show up present. I've shared
that with you all before, dropping this scaffolding of performance
or summoning something even when I don't got it right.
I know that's not correct grammar, but that's what it
feels like. When I don't got it, I can just
still show up and show out. I don't really do
(45:23):
that anymore, and doing it has become unnatural, and that's
a version of me letting go of this extreme perfectionism
or an accountability that actually denies my truth or happiness
because I'm afraid that fill in the blank, somebody's not
going to love me, or if I don't get it
all done, they're going to think that I'm a slacker,
(45:43):
or you know any of those old stories. So really
look at your perfectionism over the course of this year,
or what has shifted in your day to day life
and routines. Your wellness goes about wellness. So this is
a new moon to plant seeds around your health, wellness
and well being, to start a new routine, daily routines.
(46:06):
But it's also about planting seeds of joy and authentic
self expression, your presence, and being able to lighten up
on the frameworks that you have created for yourself. How
are those frameworks changing? Have they become less rigid so
(46:27):
you can feel more true, more free. On September twenty second,
Mars enters Scorpio again. This is like my season, my
natal Mars is in Scorpio as well, so I'm very
familiar with this energy on a personal level. But Mars
is fiery and Scorpio's flipping intense. So there's this deepening
(46:50):
of passion and courage and creative drive. And usually the
creative drive comes from pain, because what does Scorpio like
to do. It likes to alchemize. It's like if it's
not painful, it doesn't really mean something. And like again,
like I said, I'm familiar with this energy, but Mars
creates some intensity. I mean it kind of lights things
(47:12):
on fire a little bit, but it's more like boiling water.
So it can amp up our passion and our desire body,
our sensuality, our sexuality. But it's also an opportunity to
align truer with your authentic self expression. And Mars and
(47:34):
Scorpio can have a sharp tongue it can be quick
to react, quick to judge, very like definitive and black
and white in what it thinks or knows or believes
or conceives or perceptualizes. And again, I like, I understand
this energy. But that being said, utilize Mars's transit through
(47:57):
Scorpio to tap into what you're passionate about, your desire, body,
what you're enthusiastic about, what lights you on fire, what
gives you your mojo and your excitement. When do you
feel not amped up but really engaged Mars in scorpio.
(48:17):
When it's engaged, it's all in. There's like a hyper focus.
And I'll give you a simple example of this for
me personally. When I feel that my Mars in Scorpio
is really on its game, I also have mercury in scorpio,
as I mentioned, So these two together create this energy.
But if I'm sitting at our bar and I'm typing
(48:38):
and sending some emails and my husband walks in and
I'm not in my office, mind you, I'm sitting out
where I'm like fair game to anybody. I'm not with
the door closed in my office, but I'm sitting there
and I'm typing an email and he starts talking to me,
It's like, don't talk to me right now. Let me
finish this email and then I'll pay attention to you.
Like I can't do two things at once. When I'm
really engaged with something, Like if I'm engaged with the
(49:01):
email or what I'm finishing out or what I'm doing,
i don't want anything else to come in because I'm
giving it my full energy field. So it can feel
kind of blunt or drastic that way. Notice if that
comes up for you, and I will tell you. A
positive aspect of this that I find for myself is
it's not a multitasker. It's like engage, focused, get or done,
(49:24):
and then we move on to the next thing and
we do it with as much intensity. And that's the
other shadow part is everything seems to be passionate and intense.
So remembering to like chill out, not take yourself too seriously,
be easy is the medicine through this. So use the
focus to bring through your passions and your creativity, but
also recognize when you're overdoing it or getting too blunt,
(49:48):
too drastic, so to speak. So channel that energy, but
channel energy that ignites your soul on September twenty second,
the sun will enter Libra. So this of course is
the fall equinox in the northern hemisphere and the spring
equinox in the southern hemisphere. As the sun enters Libra,
we enter into a new season, and the season is
(50:11):
ushered in through balance, harmony, relationships, and also there's an
air of poetry and romance. But it's also Equinoxes are
times when there's equal light and equal darkness. So this
equinox is a time where we have equal light and
(50:32):
equal darkness, and that's like a threshold moment. That's a
time where balance is coming into our seasonal energy onto
our planet. But also asking yourself, where am I coming
into balance? Where am I imbalanced? And what can you
do on the equinox that demonstrates balance for you today?
(50:58):
And maybe it's you take your lunch hour and you
go do something pleasurable or related to your self care,
or something that gives you a little bit of break
so when you get back to work you're fully engaged.
Or maybe it's you go out with friends one night
and you get a babysitter for the kids, and you
do it on a Tuesday night, because why not rather
(51:23):
than it being stressful, like changing up some routines to
reorient your sense of balance in your day to day life.
I love the equinoxes. I'm having a little bit of
I don't know if nostalgia, maybe sadness is the word,
because we are moving and I am thrilled about moving
(51:44):
to Ecuador and to South America. But I love the fall.
My birthday is in October. As soon as pumpkins show
up at the grocery store, it is my happy place.
I love the weather of fall. But to know that
I'm literally moving and it's not the I'm like, how
am I going to miss the fall equinox this year?
(52:06):
But it's it's not true. It's not the thing. It's
just it's more of an esthetic thing for me, which
is such a Libra thing to say, right, So anyway,
make it significant, Make make the equinox significant for you
on September twenty second, But do something that signifies balance
for you in whatever aspect of your life intuitively comes
(52:31):
to you. And that's pretty much the astrology for the month.
Like I said, there's a lot of astro astrology, a
lot of numerology, and one thing that I do want
to mention in closing is I mentioned the frequency field,
and the frequency field is a community that is coming
into play that I've been working on behind the scenes
(52:53):
to create. But it's essentially a living, energetic space to
hold and move through these ships together. It's not about theory,
instruction and teaching. It's truly about resonance, attunement and emersion
in the energy itself, in the field itself, and feeling
supported to feel, to transform, to release, to integrate in
(53:17):
these universal frequencies in real time. So if you are
feeling drawn to be a part of this or know
more about this experience and it's calling to you, definitely,
you can go to soul pathology dot com. There's a
banner on the top of my website you can get
on the waiting list for when we formally announce this.
There's just a window that we are offering where you'll
(53:39):
get communication around it, and we'll put a link to
that form in the show notes. More will come on that,
and it'll probably officially kick off either in late September
or early October, whenever I can get my feet and
body firmly planted in the Southern Hemisphere and am ready
to entrain with and so that space in community and
(54:03):
in the virtual world. So find out more about that
and check it out. Thank you all for listening. And
I'm just going to close with a little bit of
a sacred prayer or blessing for all of us through
this eclipse season and this climactic season month of numerology.
(54:23):
But as we all stand in this eclipse corridor, where
may we both honor the endings and beginnings that we
are moving through in our lives. May the unknown become
a sanctuary of trust, where grief, joy, fear, and faith
(54:44):
can all coexist in the same breath. And may every transition,
whether it is a transition of place of the heart
or life itself, be held in resonance and reverence, knowing
that nothing is lost, it's only transformed. May you transform
(55:06):
and may you soar all. Right, next time I see
you all or talk to you all and connect, I'll
be in the Southern hemisphere. Be well, everybody. Thank you
