Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi everyone, It's Amanda Rica Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions.
Thank you for joining me today. I'm going to talk
a little bit about upgrading your consciousness and the glitches
that accompany that, because they're real and I experienced them.
I talk to a multitude of people who are really
(00:29):
struggling in their spiritual journey, in their evolutionary path, their
soul's path, and they're awakening, they're committed to it. Oh
my gosh. And as I'm saying this, a hummingbird, this
beautiful green hummingbird is flying outside my window. I'm in
my new house, as many of you know, we moved.
(00:50):
But there's this beautiful yellow cactus flower and this hummingbird
is just sitting still on a branch. So what I
love about this, and I'll break this down this magnificance is,
first of all, this message is so divinely timed for
all of us. In the shamanic wheel, the indigenous shamanic wheel,
you enter into the wheel with the reptilian, with the serpent,
(01:13):
and then you move into the mammalian, so the panther
or the jaguar, and at the north is the hummingbird,
and the hummingbird represents this higher consciousness. And if you
think about hummingbird medicine, humming birds look for nectar. They
(01:34):
do not look for weeds. All they do is they
travel around looking for the elixir of life, the nectar
of life, the gold, the beauty, the joy in life.
They're not looking for the problems and the challenges and
the fears. All they're doing is looking for the nectar.
(01:54):
And the part of the brain that hummingbird chorus responds
with is this higher receptor in our brain that taps
us into a state of bliss, a state of ecstasy.
So as we are on our path and evolving and growing,
(02:16):
many of us are exhausted right now and experiencing a
multitude of symptoms, things like burnout, fatigue, disgust, disillusionment, ridiculous
self doubt, really heavy fears. And also accompanying that are
(02:38):
physical ailments, aches, pains, stuff in our physical bodies that
is coagulating and gathering and not working seeming like it.
We're having all of these glitches and breakdowns physically. Another
thing that's happening or people's dreams are enriched and heightened.
People are really having vivid dream and remembering them. This
(03:01):
has been happening for me, and I've had many people
sharing different dreams, dream sequences, and patterns they're remembering. Also,
synchronicities are rapidly accelerating, and not not just the seeing
eleven eleven nine o'clock or the number codes and the
you know or the sweet reminders. It's more like seeing
(03:25):
glitches in the matrix where you can be thinking about
something or having a discussion with a friend and then
you're watching some kind of TV show or movie and
the exact phrase is repeated or there's some kind of overlap.
So synchronicity is really starting to accelerate on a level
that that necessarily it doesn't necessarily have explanation like it's
(03:47):
These are not the kind of synchronosies like oh, this
means love or this means my angels are watching out
for me. It's more like, no, everything is connected, there's
a divine matrix. It's more seeing glitches in the field. So,
if you are struggling right now in your spiritual journey,
(04:09):
yet you know that you're deeply committed and on the path,
you're right on time, and I want to share something
with you that is truly on my heart. I don't
feel like it's going to get easier in the months ahead.
I actually feel like this is the foray into a
more challenging time spiritually. Some of that relates to the astrology,
(04:30):
some of it relates to the numerology, and I've talked
a lot about that in other podcast episodes. We know
that we're in a nine year in numerology and we're
in the last few months of that energy. Also, we astrologically,
we will have Neptune retrograding back into Pisces. Saturn is
(04:51):
already back in Pisces Urinus will that is retrograde will
go back into Taurus. So we've got a a lot
of energy that is going to replay some old stories,
old conditioning, old patterning, and it's gonna be like fear
(05:11):
based and you know that acronym for fear, false evidence
appearing real. That's to me what what the months ahead
feel like a lot of fear, false evidence appearing real
and my egoic mind buying into it, our egoic minds
really believing the false narratives of I'm not good enough,
(05:36):
I'm never gonna be happy, I'm never gonna have enough money.
You know, this ailment is never gonna heal so big
broad stroke kind of fears and feelings and sentiments. This
is the time to really embrace, embrace what is coming
(05:56):
up for you, embracing the discomfort, embracing the challenges of
spiritutual growth, and not succumbing to it more being really
honest with it. And I love that adage, whatever we
resist persist. A friend of mine reminded me that of
that the other day, and I think Madonna said that
in her interview with Jay Shetty, And it's also one
(06:19):
of those things that comes up in a lot of
spiritual teachings and practices. Whatever we resist persist, And I
think that is such a beautiful theme for the months ahead,
especially as we close out twenty twenty five. Anything that
feels like we are fighting it is going to get
louder and louder. And the echoes for a lot of
(06:39):
people are physical right now, in the physical body, And
one of the questions that comes up a lot of
time is how do you clear energy from the physical body?
How do you let go of stored up energy and
somatic energy in the body. And I have a handful
of really simple practices that I use that work for
(07:01):
me and one of those things is humming or toning.
And this is not something that I did two years ago.
It's something that came to me over the course of
the last year naturally, as like almost a practice for
self nurturing that I started doing organically. And then what
(07:23):
was interesting from a synchronistic standpoint a week or two
after I started humming and toning regularly and thinking I
was weird while I was doing it, but I couldn't
stop doing it, like I was called to hum in
tone and I'll explain what I was doing momentarily. But
like two weeks later, I started reading a book and
(07:45):
it talking about release and humming and toning and using
the vagual nerve, you know, the vegas nerves, not vagual
vegas nerve, the nerve that runs from the bottom of
the brain stem through the gut, and how humming and
toning helps calm and regulate that part of our nervous system.
So it's those kind of synchronicities that I want you
(08:05):
to look for, where you start organically doing something or
thinking about something, and then it shows up in a book,
you're reading, a podcast you're listening to, or on some
TV series that's not even connected or talking about your
spiritual growth and development. That's where I find a lot
of echoes of clarity. But the humming and somatic release
(08:26):
that I started doing, that I found very beneficial and
soothing quickly is taking where my sternum is and put
placing my palm on my sternum and rubbing in either
a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. It depends on what feels
good to you. But a lot of times I run
counterclockwise because that's what comes naturally to me. And I
(08:49):
make a circular motion and I literally bring my tongue
to the roof of my mouth and I audibly exhale
with a hum or tone or a sigh like I mean,
I'm laughing as I do it, because I can see
myself on the screen while I'm recording this, and I
(09:09):
look like a total weirdo. But I started doing this
while I was driving, and I'd go. But I started
doing it before I even knew what I was doing.
And I kid you not. Two weeks later, I saw
some video about how when you bring your tongue to
the roof of your mouth and you audibly tone or sigh,
(09:31):
it connects the vagual nerve, which runs through the body
and the gut and the central nervous system, which is
also the throat chakra, the heart chakra, and the solar plexus.
So massaging your sternum. And the reason I like to
place my hand on my sternum is I can feel
the vibration within my body. So if I hum hmmm,
(09:55):
I can feel the vibration on my sternum. If I
audibly exhale, I feel the vibration. And by doing that
for maybe thirty seconds or a minute, I start to
create some alignment in my body and especially between To me,
(10:16):
what it feels like is my brain and my gut,
so it's like working on neural pathways. And it also
to me, and this is just me. It's not any
kind of scientific evidence, but I feel like it helps
with seratonin because we know that seratonin is made in
(10:37):
the gut and that's what affects, you know, like depression,
and it helps us with our mood. And I feel
like when I work with my vagal vegus nerve, vagal nerve,
whatever it's called, I don't even know the right name
for it. I sound like such a silly person, but
and I'm not a silly person, but I feel that way.
(10:57):
But literally, when I do this, I can it feels
like it is flushing out depression, sadness, pain, doubt, worry.
And one of the things I want to highlight because
as I'm saying this to you, a lot of what's
been coming up for me is future tripping, so worry
(11:21):
and I am typically I am not a worry ward
That is usually not one of my go tos. But
I have found myself creating stories in the future. What
if this happens, What if this happens, What if like
everything falls apart and this happens. I mean, I can
hear myself tripping really far into the future and worrying.
So I'm not going into the past and resenting. That's
(11:44):
usually and a lot of us can do that too.
I'm finding myself really projecting out into the future. So
catch yourself creating stories in your mind, the what ifs,
what if this happens, or what if I fail at this?
And it's another form of fear. It's a fear of
either losing something or not getting what you want. Usually
(12:05):
fear is two sides of that same coin, losing what
you have not getting what you want. But notice when
you're projecting into the future and you're getting out of
the present moment, and that is a really great time
to come back to that nervous system regulation and practice.
And I shared this one a few like a few
podcast episodes ago, about releasing sorrow and right under the
(12:26):
clavical both sides. If you massage that pressure point under
your clavical and then you wipe the energy down your arm,
like the sorrow, the pain, the shame, the worry, the doubt,
any heavy energies that kind of coagulate, let's call it
in the heart and lung space. Acknowledging those pressure points
(12:49):
and then physically moving them down your arms. I have
added that practice to my morning lymphatic drainage and I've
been doing a lymphatic drainageage routine for the past nine months. Regularly,
like every morning, I do a lymphatic drainage routine, and
(13:11):
I will share mine with you. It has evolved over
the months, but one of the reasons I started doing
it is because I know when we work on our
lymphatic drainage, especially in the morning after we've woken up,
it really helps our body process toxins that have gathered
during our resting state. And for me, I know that
(13:33):
physically that is happening, but to me it's also like
I am moving the energetic debris and toxins that my
higher self and astral body has processed worked on throughout
the night, and the human counterpart in me is acknowledging
that work and releasing and moving the energy through me.
(13:56):
So when I've been doing this for the past year,
that's the way that I literally frame it in my mind.
But on a physical and physiological level. The reason I
started doing it is because, I mean, I just turned
forty five a couple weeks ago, and I was seeing like,
you know, like where my eyes would be swollen in
the morning, like we're from too much salt or whatever
(14:19):
it was, and it was driving me nuts because my
eyes looked so puffy. So I thought, well, if I
started doing this lymphatic drainage, it'll clear, you know, all
the puffiness out of my face. And sure enough, it
actually really does work. So I was doing it aesthetically,
but then it turned into this spiritual practice of clearing
excess emotions, toxins, fluids, energetic debris that my astral energetic
(14:45):
body is processing and my physical body is weighted down
by So what I do and I'm going to run
through this and I tell you what it is, game changer.
It'll take you about two minutes. But if you start
to do it every morning, first of all, you'll enjoy it,
but you'll feel a difference, and you'll also feel a
difference in your mood because it'll make you smile and laugh.
(15:11):
The first thing I do is right above my clavicles.
I take my index finger, my pointer finger, and my
middle finger and I'm massage kind of right in that
space to get the limph moving gently. And I do
this for about twenty seconds. And then I move up
to my neck and I massage my neck so right
in the lymphatic system right here under my neck. I
(15:34):
know my voice is changing because I'm actually massaging it.
But I massage under my neck. I do that for
about thirty minutes. I mean thirty minutes. I do it
for sorry guys. I do it for about twenty seconds,
and I've gotten to where now I go to the
back of my neck too, because I know I'm holding
a lot of tension there. So I actually do that
for about forty seconds, and so it's just my whole
(15:57):
practice is extended. After I do that, I rub on
my clavicles and I just kind of gently massage back
and forth on your clavicles with the tips of your fingers.
I do that for twenty seconds, and then you tap.
And then you tap from shoulder to shoulder all the
way across your clavicle. You do that for twenty seconds.
Now this is the expanded part of my practice that's happened.
(16:19):
After that, from like my arms all the way down
my armpit and like on the side of my body
my rib cage, I just start like massaging and rubbing
and I do it on both sides and I do
that for about twenty seconds. And after that then I
like tap, I tap both sides all the way down.
After I do that, I go to my rib cage
(16:42):
right underneath my rib cage and I rub back and forth.
I do that for twenty seconds, and then I tap.
I do the same kind of tapping, and it's like uh,
Then I do it in my groin area. Okay, like
both sides are my groin, you rub your groin. I
know I sound crazy right now, but this is like
this stuff really works, and it's where your lymphatic system is,
(17:04):
and then you kind of like I just take my
little hands like I'm getting one of those beating massages,
you know, like that they do when they're doing your pedicure.
But I just gently like beat on either side, like
right above my thighs, like right in that area where
you know where the hip flexer is, essentially, and I
do that, and then I bend down and behind my knees,
(17:26):
I rub up and down behind my knees because limp
gathers there. And then I do the same thing. I
beat for about twenty seconds. So each of these things
I do for twenty seconds. And then almost last, I
go down to my ankles. I rub around my ankles
on the front in the back for about twenty seconds,
and then I do the little gentle tapping. And then
(17:47):
after that, I like bounce. You just kind of bounce
up and down, and I shake my hands out and
my arms out and I shake my face out like boo.
I do that, and of course I'm laughing now because
it makes me laugh my ass off, and every time
I'm doing it, I'm like, oh my gosh, I'm releasing
all these wrinkles out of my face. I mean, I
(18:08):
literally find a tremendous amount of joy in it. But
and it takes me probably about three minutes now because
I've extended my little practice. But I do this routinely
every morning, and if I forget, I'll do it in
the middle of the day, or I'll do it in
the evening. So it's not about any kind of perfection.
(18:31):
But when I'm doing it, it's physically draining and moving
lymph and toxins that have aggregated together or stuck in
my body. But to me, it is also emotionally moving
energy around, mentally and energetically, and I think it's a
(18:51):
beautiful release somatically, energetically, mentally, physically, and physiologically will help
on a multitude of levels. And so these simple practices,
the humming and the toning and really tapping into your
own vibration, your own Bodi's hum or tone, it brings
(19:14):
you back to your harmonic, your true harmonic, your true resonance.
And what we're doing is we're shifting into our higher
harmonic right now energetically consciously, but it's not clicking. So
the universe says, we need you to be gentle with yourself,
nurture yourself, love on yourself, do some daily practices that
(19:36):
get you back in touch with your body and moving
the energy in your body, and a great I wrote
a blog a while back on five D consciousness and
what five D consciousness is, and that blog has some
good insights into the first through the fifth dimensions of consciousness,
and of course there are higher dimensions, and I think
(19:58):
we're tapping into a life of that energy, but I
don't want to go into that right now, but that's
a really good reference point that blog is, so it'll
be in the show description and the show notes. But
what I want everybody to remember is if you're struggling
right now on your spiritual path and feeling tremendous heaviness
(20:21):
and depth personally, emotionally, and like you're like you know
that you're on the path, and you know that you're
summitting something huge, but you're tired. Your physical body has
ailment mentally, you're exhausted, emotionally, energetically. You are not alone.
I am feeling this and it is coming out in
(20:43):
a multitude of ways, and it's and I was laughing
because I really feel like I need a motivational speaker
on my shoulder, like it'd be really helpful if I
had like a little Tony Robbins on my shoulder. And
I don't want Tony Robbins on my shoulder, but it's
like if I had a little Tony Robins being like, Amanda,
you're so amazing, You're so You're so powerful, you're so capable.
(21:06):
Your soul is here for great things. Don't give up, girl.
Like that's I feel like I need that on the
daily right now. Like it's almost like I am really
needing to reach out connect with people where I get
my joy, my laughter, my upliftment, my truth serum, but
(21:28):
the people and experiences that remind me that my soul
is on this beautiful evolutionary trajectory that is healing and growing,
and we are in unprecedented times. We're not alone, and
this stuff is hard, it's heavy, but we're moving through
(21:48):
some of the most dense, energetic times and the breakthrough
and the joy in the other side of it. I
trust it and know it in my bones. It's incredible.
Keep going, don't succumb to the small voice in your head,
but do stay on the beam, Integrate the practices that
(22:10):
help you, and really take care of your physical body.
Do physical things that connect with your energetic body. And
I talked about in the last couple of episodes metabolizing
energy and energetic boundaries, and that episode, to me is
paramount energetic boundaries alongside of what we are physically doing
(22:36):
to take care of and nurture ourselves and our physical
and energetic bodies is imperative and being able to quickly
process and metabolize energy, but also strengthening our oric boundaries
is going to be more important than ever so we
do not collapse into the false narratives and energy and
(22:59):
fear based conditioning that I think the volume is going
to get louder and louder and louder on in the
months ahead. So your energetic boundaries, your physical and spiritual care.
This is tis the season to buckle down and commit.
And also remember that you are not alone. That we
(23:21):
are those of us who are truly committed on a
soul level to big growth and collective consciousness shifts. We're
in the midst of it, like we're in the tunnel
right now, but there's so much light through and on
the other side of that. So keep going and if
