and serving others. Allow my desire to serve to be
as strong as yours. Help me to see and take

to others. May you continue to guide me along the
path to greatness.

Speaker 3 (05:43):
This week has this month we know the theme of
the month is that that I that I may know
Him who is the hymn.
Speaker 2 (05:56):
Jesus. Amen.
Speaker 3 (05:58):
And so this whole month we've been focusing on knowledge
of the crystals Jesus Christ and the power of his resurrection.
Speaker 2 (06:11):
Amen.
Speaker 3 (06:13):
Now, if you've been paying attention, there are a few
scriptures that have been mentioned more than once this month.
Can somebody give me one of that scripture without looking
at your notes?
Speaker 2 (06:32):
What does it say? Resurrection? Hm, that's it cloud for her.
That's like sixty percent of the verse that is in there.
Speaker 3 (06:50):
Anyone else PHILIPPI and chapter three, verse ten, anyone else?
Speaker 2 (07:00):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (07:01):
The Bible says that I may know Him and the
power of his resurrection, and the ESV version it continues
to say, and may share in his sufferings, that being
becoming like him in his death.
Speaker 2 (07:20):
Paul is saying that he desires to know him and
the power of.
Speaker 3 (07:26):
His resurrection, and he further on goes to say that
he might partake in his.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
Suffering so that he can become like who like Jesus
in his death.
Speaker 3 (07:38):
This is the type of knowledge that makes a man,
that brings transformation in the life of a man. Amen.
Now want us to emphasize on the word no there.
The Greek word used for know there is ginosko.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
Amen. Ginosko.
Speaker 3 (08:00):
Genosco is knowledge that is gained from experience, and so
it goes beyond her knowledge. It goes beyond being having
knowledge of a being or of something. It is having
knowledge from relating with someone. Genosco is having experiential knowledge.
(08:28):
Somebody say experiential knowledge, experiential knowledge. This is the same
word that was used in the Book of Luke chapter one,
verse thirty four, when Mary was asking the angel, she said,
how shall these things be? Seeing that I know not
a man, the word nor their use is genosco, seeing
(08:50):
that she has not had intimate relationship with a man. Now,
the same word that Hebrew equivalent of genosco is yr dad.
And you can find in the Book of Daniel chapter eleven,
verse thirty two. Can we see Downiel chapter eleven, verse
thirty two. Daniel eleven thirty two. It is that then
(09:15):
such as do wickedly against the covenance. Shall he corrupt
by flatteries? But the people that what do know Dear God,
they shall be strong and do exploit. It is knowledge
that goes beyond the head knowledge. It is knowledge that
goes beyond fat It is a type of knowledge that
(09:39):
comes by experience. Somebody said, you know, school, we are
getting there.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
Amen. Now, this type of.
Speaker 3 (09:48):
Knowledge takes time. It takes what time. And no one
can boast that the fully known God. Because God is
an infinite god, His wells are deep.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
No matter how you drink, you cannot exhaust the world
of God.
Speaker 3 (10:13):
And so As believes we need to desire to know
him beyond what we've heard about him, beyond what I'm
saying right now concerning him. It's an intimate type of
relationship that burns knowledge.
Speaker 2 (10:31):
Amen.
Speaker 3 (10:33):
Somebody said that I may know him. See when I
went to the last I gave this example. A man
and a woman. Somebody slides into the DMS. Maybe he
sees a certain woman, he sees a certain man that.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
He likes.
Speaker 3 (10:52):
And so as they are going back and forward on
Instagram in my time. The questions that you usually asks
you are getting to know somebody as simple questions, what
do you like or don't you like? What's your favorite color?
What are your hobbies? I don't know the type of
(11:12):
questions you people are asking now in this generation, but
in my time, those are the questions you ask. And
so sometimes and so, peradventure, the lady might reveal that,
you know, I just like to watch movies. My favorite
color is black, and on weekends I like to climb mountains. Now,
(11:38):
on that onset of communication, what you are receiving is
information you are yet to partake of, that which this
lady or man is speaking of. You have not gotten
into the experience of the person yet. Amen, you have
not yet gotten into the experience of this person until
(12:04):
maybe it gets to a point when you guys start
talking or dating.
Speaker 2 (12:11):
Then when you.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
Start going places, you see that this lady is always
wearing black. It goes beyond what she said to you.
Now you get to experience it. You find that maybe
on the weekends you like to sit home as a
man just to watch sports. But now you're in the
(12:32):
mountain somewhere camping in the night, put to your life
in danger because you have come to experience this person
that every saturd day she herself did she must find
herself in the bush somewhere camping at night. And so
because you are doing this dating, you have no choice
(12:54):
but to experience this part of this person. This is
the type of knowledge that we are referring to. That
power was referring to Philippians chapter three, vers Ten, that
he may know him intimately experientially in the name of Jesus. Now,
one of the ways we come into this knowledge of Him,
(13:17):
that is Christ Jesus, is by beholding. If you realize
the tail end of Philippians chapter three, verse ten, he
said that being confirmed. So there's a transformation aspect here
that is supposed to happen when you come to know Him.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
It goes beyond knowing of God.
Speaker 3 (13:46):
It goes beyond having factual knowledge hearing what someone has
said about God. It is about experiencing God for yourself.
Experiencing God for yourself is that that I may know
Him and the power of His resurrection.
Speaker 2 (14:07):
Amen.
Speaker 3 (14:09):
And so this knowledge is supposed to burthen transformation. You
cannot be in Christ for ten years and you are
still the same. There's something wrong that means that you
are stuck in the basic level of knowledge that is
idle in Greek having factual knowledge about God, but you
(14:31):
have not yet experienced God himself. It is possible to
be a believer having the Holy Ghost and stay at
that level of knowledge.
Speaker 2 (14:41):
It is possible.
Speaker 3 (14:45):
A Paul is saying that we might come into a
type of knowledge that is relational. And one of the
ways that we come into that knowledge is what I
call beholding. Someone says, beholden, beholding.
Speaker 2 (15:00):
Beholden.
Speaker 3 (15:02):
When I say beholding, what comes into your mind? Can
somebody help me? Maybe two people? When I say beholden,
what comes into mind? Anyone seeing to be near?
Speaker 2 (15:22):
To be near?
Speaker 3 (15:23):
Okay, just the choice you are going to say something.
It is when you show something. That's another definition of beholding.
Speaker 5 (15:35):
But okay, to beholdest to see, like the actually experiences
the tangible presence of God or in culture.
Speaker 3 (15:45):
Okay, So does that mean that you are seeing just
to see or it goes beyond just normal seeing.
Speaker 5 (15:58):
Experiences like experiencing the yah the tangible presence of God?
Speaker 3 (16:07):
Okay, thank you now. Beholding is gazing upon something, fixing
your eyes on something. It goes beyond just looking at
It is looking upon amen. It is looking upon you
are fixing your eyes on Him and in beholding, you
(16:30):
are not asking God for things. You just want to
spend time with him. You just want to be intimate
with him. It goes beyond your needs when you are beholding.
So you might have financial issues, you might have educational issues,
you might have health issues, But in beholding, you are
(16:55):
saying that nothing compares with this intimate time with the Lord.
Somebody says, beholden now the scripture that we'll look at time.
Second Corinthian, Chapter three, verse eighteen. The Bible says, but
(17:17):
we all, somebody says, but we all, with open face, beholden,
as in the glass, the glory of the Lord changed
into the same image, from glory to glory even us
by the spirit of the Lord. Now you need to
(17:43):
understand the pretext of this scripture. The Bible was talking
about Moses. When Moses spent forty days with God on
top of Mount Sinai, the Bible says, when he came down,
his face was shining, and because his face was shining,
Moses did something.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
He covered his face.
Speaker 3 (18:06):
He put a veil on his face so that the
people will not see what he had experienced. But the
impact of what Moses did was that he caused the
people not to see that the glory or the shining
off his face because he spent time with the Lord
(18:28):
to receive the Law was fading away. And because Moses
covered his face with a veil, they thought that that glory.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
That Moses came with with the Law was permanent.
Speaker 3 (18:42):
And so the Bible says, that is why, even at
this time when the Old Covenant is being read, that
it's a veil on their hearts. But then he says,
but we all he's talking about believers with an open face.
That means there's no veil on our faces. And for
you to be able to behold the Lord, number one,
(19:03):
you need to be a believer. You need to accept
Jesus Christ as your Lord than personal savior. Then you
can behold as in a glass, the glory of the Lord.
And he said, you are what you are changed into
what the same image, from glory to glory. And so
once you come into the saving knowledge of Christ, you
(19:24):
receive a measure of glory.
Speaker 2 (19:27):
But to be transformed to a higher level of glory,
you need to be able to behold.
Speaker 3 (19:33):
You are beholding God. You are fixing your eyes on him.
Your gaze is upon him. I want us to underline something.
He said, you are beholding us in a glass. If
your phone is paid off, can you highlight that.
Speaker 2 (19:50):
In your phone? If you're still owing to mobile, don't
highlight it. They might take it from me. He said,
you are changed. That's a transformation that takes place. Now.
Speaker 3 (20:06):
The key here is you are beholding us in the glass.
In another transformation. It says, as in a mirror. So
although you are looking onto Jesus, or you are gazing
upon Jesus, one of the things that happen is that
he reflects yourself to yourself, and it says you are
beholding us.
Speaker 2 (20:27):
In a mirror. Now, the thing with the mirror is
that you cannot look at multiple things at the same time.
Speaker 3 (20:34):
Even when you're looking in the mirror, you can only
gaze at one thing, no matter how big the mirror is.
If you stand in front of the mirror, you can
either see yourself and if somebody is standing here, you
can either see them.
Speaker 2 (20:46):
So what this scripture is saying is that this beholding
is personal. Is personal?
Speaker 3 (20:55):
Such a personal beholding that brings about transformation. Amen, it
brings about what transformation. But we are and he will
strove towards twelve, verse two, he said, looking on too, Jesus,
(21:20):
the author and the.
Speaker 2 (21:21):
Finish of our faith. Amen.
Speaker 3 (21:24):
In Mark chapter three, verse thirteen to fourteen, he said,
and he going up into a mountain and call it
onto him whom he will.
Speaker 2 (21:36):
And they came onto him.
Speaker 3 (21:37):
And he ordained the twelve that they should be with him,
and that he might send them forth to preach.
Speaker 2 (21:45):
In the name of Jesus was the first rule. He said.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
They will be with him, they will behold Him before
they will be sent out.
Speaker 2 (21:58):
This beholding.
Speaker 3 (21:59):
This it's not intimacy with God, bird's transformation. And so
you notice if you begin to practice behold, then you
notice that maybe you had issue with anger, you had
issue with pride, you had issue with jealousy. But as
you consistently behold God, he begins to highlight those things
(22:21):
to you.
Speaker 2 (22:22):
That is when that transformation will begin.
Speaker 3 (22:26):
Now, am I saying that transformation does not happen when
we go that ast corporate like this? No, but there
are certain things that only personal intimacy with God can
unveil and reveal. As you behold in the mirror in
the name of Jesus. Import terms of beholding, let me
(22:49):
go quickly you will come to know yourself through knowing God.
You don't know yourself. You don't know yourself. Is that
breaking news? You don't know yourself. You can only know
yourself through beholding, because God reviews.
Speaker 2 (23:11):
Yourself to you. Amen.
Speaker 3 (23:15):
And we can look at the same scripture. Second Corinthians,
chapter three, vers.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
Eighteen.
Speaker 3 (23:20):
When you behold, it reflects your heart, and you come
to the point that you know that.
Speaker 2 (23:27):
You are insufficient. Let me read it again.
Speaker 3 (23:30):
Beholding reflects the heart of a man who knows they
are insufficient. Second Corinthians, Chapter twelve is nine. Second Corinthians
twelve nine. This is Paul speaking. He said, and he
sat on to me. My grace is sufficient for thee
for my strength. It's made perfect in weakness. Most gladly.
(23:54):
Therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the
power of Christ may rest upon me. You cannot begin
the step the process of transformation if you do not behold,
Because if you do not behold, what you are doing
is that you are not acknowledging that you, as a man,
(24:16):
you have insufficiencies. Every man upon the face of this
earth is an insufficient person. By our own strength, we
cannot do anything. Once you come into beholding, what you
are saying to God is I know I am insufficient.
Speaker 2 (24:36):
That is why I am here. I know that's something
in me that is causing me to perpetually sin. That
is why I'm here. I know pride that's eating me up.
That is why I'm here.
Speaker 3 (24:58):
Because there's no other way of transformation except by God.
Speaker 2 (25:04):
You can have the Holy Spirit in you and still
be doing jakusku things. It is possible.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
If that wasn't the case, Paul would not need to
write any letters because the people who was addressing these
were people he filled with the Holy Ghost. So it
is not just about having the Holy Ghost, it's about
the Holy Ghost having you. Somebody said, I will behold
(25:39):
beholding brings about transformation from glory to glory. Like I said,
let us look at Galatian chep the four Ust nineteen
Galatians four nineteen Galatians four nineteen. Please, he said, my
(26:00):
children of whom I traveled in bet again until Christ
be what formed.
Speaker 2 (26:05):
In you.
Speaker 3 (26:07):
All the troubles that Paul went through, so that we
will approximate to becoming like Christ. He says, so that
Christ is formed in you, so that when somebody sees you,
they can tell that you.
Speaker 2 (26:23):
Have been with Christ.
Speaker 3 (26:27):
Concerning the Apostles, the Bible says that they were not
not letable men.
Speaker 2 (26:32):
They did not go to school.
Speaker 3 (26:34):
But when people saw them, they knew that they had
been with Christ because there was a tangible evidence of
their beholding Christ. Amen, and iaire for the three verse one.
I sire for the three verse one. But now that's
(26:54):
said the Lord that created the underlying create, oh, Jacob,
and he that form D or Israel.
Speaker 2 (27:02):
Fear not, for I have redeemed D. I have called
D by name.
Speaker 3 (27:06):
Now, ad mind, he's using two words here, create and
then he later used the word form. Create and form
are not the same thing. Create is to burnt something
new into existence. So he said, I created you, and
your name was Jacob. But through process you were formed
and you were changed into Israel. What God is, what
(27:33):
beholding can do for us, believe us, is to take
us from a point of creation to the point of formation.
God wants us to look like Christ Jesus. And one
of the ways that we become that is by beholding.
Speaker 2 (27:47):
Amen.
Speaker 3 (27:49):
It reveals the state of your heart. For the sake
of time, I'm not gonna go there. It makes you
a carry off his presence, except the three verse six.
When you are able to consistently behold God, it makes
you a carrier of his presence. Then Peter said, silver
and gold have I none, But such as I have,
(28:09):
I give id and the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth,
Rise up and work. He said, I don't have silver.
The man's time was outstretched. He was looking for corns.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
He said.
Speaker 3 (28:23):
The coin you're looking for, I don't have it. The
silver you're looking for, I don't have it. The gold
that you're looking for, I don't have it. But I
have something. I have something with Christ. When you begin
the process of beholding, you begin to gain something with Christ.
He said, I have something with Christ. And what Peter
(28:46):
had with Christ was better than silver and gold. He
could make a man that had not work than his
life before, a man that had no work, to rise
up and work. I would choose to behold God than
to behold mortal things that should be the idea of
every believer.
Speaker 2 (29:03):
I would choose to behold God.
Speaker 3 (29:05):
I would choose to fix my eyes on Jesus, done
on mortile things. Because this man what he was looking for,
he thought he needed silver and gold, but what he
needed was the ability to work.
Speaker 2 (29:19):
And Peter was able to give him that because he
knew God.
Speaker 3 (29:24):
If our knowledge of God is not producing anything, we
have to check ourselves.
Speaker 2 (29:29):
If our knowledge in God is not.
Speaker 3 (29:31):
Producing anything, If we cannot boast that because of my
knowledge in God, I or if you cannot say that
what I have I can give to you in Christ,
then our knowledge must be a questioned.
Speaker 2 (29:45):
There was a time I went to dollars and I
knew that the people, some people needed the gift of
speaking in tongues. I had not done that before.
Speaker 3 (29:56):
I have not minished that the gift of speaking in
tongues before. So the first I was a bit scared,
but I knew what the Bible says, that building up
yourself in your most holy faith, praying the Holy Ghost.
And so there came to a point I prayed, to
a point that my faith was built up. The faith
(30:18):
was built up to a point that I begun to
realize instantly, then I was in Christ. Who Then I
am in Christ, And by the grace of God, three
people begun received a gift of speaking in tongues.
Speaker 2 (30:33):
Somebody said that I may know him that I may
know him.
Speaker 3 (30:38):
How to practice beholding and around that, how to practice beholding.
Number one, you allocated time in a day to spend
with God through the word and prayer, without distructions, without distractions.
It's very important, without distractions, without distractions. And so you
(31:07):
set at time if it's turned pm to eleven pm.
Every single day, even if you're sick, make sure you're there,
even if you just lost your job, make sure you're there,
even if you just had the miscarriage.
Speaker 2 (31:26):
Make sure you're there.
Speaker 3 (31:28):
Because as you consistently do that, what is happening in
the spirit is that God is taking knowledge of you,
that He is above all things in your eyes. And
once you continue to do that, God brings you into things.
It brings you into his character. He reveals his character
(31:49):
and his likeness to you. Once you consistently do that.
David said, early, would I seek d early? Will I
see d early? Well, if cety somebody said I will behold,
I will be hoped. One of the advice I tend
(32:09):
to give any man that is about to get married,
and I'm fortunate to be invited into the bachelor party,
is that you and your wife find the time to pray.
One of the things what happens, or one of the
benefits of doing that, is that even when you fight,
you know that.
Speaker 2 (32:28):
At nine pm is time for prayer.
Speaker 3 (32:31):
It drives you to solve issues before the going to
the alto of God. It will force you to solve
any issues before going to the alto of God.
Speaker 2 (32:44):
And as you behold God, you.
Speaker 3 (32:46):
Become like Him. In the name of Jesus. Shall we
rise and pray? You're saying, Lord, thank you for your word.
And as your word have come, what has come? Help
me to take my secret.
Speaker 2 (33:04):
Place with you. Seriously, in the name of Jesus, open
up your mouth and pray. Tell the menam hunt, tell.
Speaker 3 (33:18):
For the God.
Speaker 2 (33:19):
We see you all Lord, for God. Everything we do
here in the blood of Jesus. We behold you today
in the name of Jesus.
Speaker 6 (33:26):
We yearn to see you this morning, O Lord, and
may you have your way in the mighty name of Jesus.
Speaker 2 (33:32):
We prayed.
Speaker 6 (33:35):
In the Mighty name of Jesus, we pray, Amen, flow
me onto Jesus this morning, this Sunday morning. I'm happy
to see you. We are happy to see you. Are
you ready to praise Jesus this morning? Amen, I welcome
you to praise Jesus this morning with me and also reflect,
and also reflect and say who are mine? That you
(33:56):
are mindful of me and that you visit me this morning? Amen,
Let's praise Jesus. Say, man, who am mine? That you
are mindful love me, that you hear me.
Speaker 2 (34:12):
We're not called. Is it true that you are thinking
of me? How you love me? It's amaz who are mine?
Speaker 6 (34:31):
Who send alone Jesus this morning, that you hear me
all Lord hear me waiting cold?
Speaker 2 (34:43):
Is it true you will be like God human unity.
Speaker 5 (34:49):
God was severed and through it all God's promise remain
true me. This is the Chosen People. Listen to the
Chosen People at the Chosen People dot com. That's the
