Speaker 1 (00:00):
Let us pray, and he continued there a year and
six months, teaching the Word of God among them Acts
eighteen eleven. It takes time to learn to understand your word.
Thank you for your patience with me. Lord. Paul stayed
a year and a half in Corinth, educating the new
converts how to follow you. Thank you for the fellowship
(00:23):
of believers, pastors and mature mentors that teach me how
to read your word and apply it to my life.
They correct me and love and pray for me to
continue growing. They help me understand how to keep shedding
my corrupt old nature. Thank you for the grace that
covers me as I learned to walk with you. I
(00:46):
wanted everything yesterday, but character takes time to develop. Keep
me patient, Lord, as you heal me. Amen. Thank you
for listening to today's daily Prayer for more inspiration and
an incredible message from our feature pastor. Stay tuned to
pray dot COM's Sunday service.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
Hey everybody, Michelle Jackson here. You know, one of my
greatest honors is being a local church pastor. You know,
I know many of you tune into life in the
Overflow podcast, and I'm so grateful for that. But my
day to day is not podcasting or influencing, it's being
a local pastor.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
And I thought it would be amazing.
Speaker 2 (01:40):
Just to share a little bit of how God moves
in the local church with you here on the podcast.
So take a listen to this sermon that's already in progress,
and I pray that it blesses you today. Tell your
neighbor my sermon title for today. Let him do it,
Let him do it. I'm gonna be encouraging you today
(02:02):
from some scriptures because I believe that we're in the
season in the time. Apostle Nesbit brought it to us
from Isaiah forty three nineteen last week.
Speaker 3 (02:11):
Behold, I do a new thing.
Speaker 2 (02:13):
And I believe the Lord has been preparing us for
this new season for quite a while. It's been prophesied
even in Isaiah sixty five eight that the new wine
is in the cluster, that God is preparing something. He's
preparing us for something new. And I just want to
encourage you to let him do it. Let him do it,
(02:36):
let him do it. Think about and if you have
a Bible, you're gonna turn to Isaiah forty five. We're
gonna get there, But you can't get there first. For
maybe some of y'all may brought paper, which is good,
let's bring it back old school. I wanna encourage you
because in John chapter two, Jesus' mother Mary knew way
(02:58):
he carried, but Jesus knew it wasn't his time yet.
But but Mary said to him, okay, but then what
does she tell the servants. Whatever he tells you to do,
do it because she knew that the Lord would move
in an atmosphere of faith. She knew that even though
(03:20):
it wasn't technically the time for Jesus to start, that
our father is moved by faith. So letting him do
it is the posture of obedience. It's the posture of faith.
It's the posture of surrender that says, God, I don't
have your full perspective, but whatever you asked me.
Speaker 3 (03:41):
To do, I'm gonna do it, and I'm gonna let
you have your way.
Speaker 2 (03:47):
So I just want to encourage you that there have
been some things on your heart that the Lord's been
asking you to do, and it's taught to your future,
it's taught to the progression of you moving forward.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
And you've been.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
Halting between two opinions. You've been halting, and the Lord
is saying, let me do it. So I came to
encourage you and to say, let.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
Him do it.
Speaker 2 (04:13):
Let him do it in you. Let him do a
new thing in you. Let him arise in you and
afresh in a new way. Let him cause purpose to
come alive in your heart like never before, because you're
responding to the now word, the rainma word that's coming
to you by faith.
Speaker 3 (04:29):
Amen. So the new one is in the cluster.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
What that means is that the grapes are being preserved,
they're being cultivated, they're being watered. Right, and how many
know the church has gone through a pruning season. We
kind of talked about this two weeks ago when we
were talking about how storms come not always to destroy us,
but sometimes they come to sweep us into the place
(04:56):
of destiny, to cut off things that don't belong. And
really that that's a symbolic way of talking about pruning.
Gardeners know that when they prune a plant, they prune
it because not because something's wrong, but that if they
left it how it is, something.
Speaker 3 (05:15):
Would be wrong in the future.
Speaker 2 (05:17):
Right, Perhaps they are branches that have become diseased or
dead and if they don't cut them off, then it
would cause the whole plant to die.
Speaker 3 (05:27):
Right.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
Sometimes it's that branches have begun to grow in a
wrong direction and then it will cut off the life
source of the plant.
Speaker 3 (05:36):
What am I saying?
Speaker 2 (05:39):
God knows the season and the time that you are in.
He knows how to handle you and to cultivate you
to the place of his appointment. And sometimes we don't
want to let him do it because we're like.
Speaker 3 (05:54):
Don't cut that, don't cut that, because we have.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
An idea in our mind of what it is supposed
to look like, and that becomes a stronghold for us.
So I came to encourage somebody, and I'm preaching good already.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
I know.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
I came for somebody today to say, let him do it,
Let him do it, let him have a control, let
him have authority in your life, Let him be Lord
and master. Come on, we want to saving part, but
we don't always want to be the bond servant of
the Lord.
Speaker 3 (06:30):
Come on, we.
Speaker 2 (06:31):
Don't always want to be the one that is on
his agenda versus our agenda. But I came to tell
you that if you're gonna be a part of the
new thing, that God's doing it requires us to.
Speaker 3 (06:42):
Walk by faith and not by sight.
Speaker 2 (06:45):
Come on, he needs some saints that are willing to
get into a position of faith where it's beyond how
they feel. It's beyond what they have to understand. It's
beyond what they.
Speaker 3 (06:56):
Can pray through to get it.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
It's to that next super natural dimension that you've never
seen before, because he's saying, behold, I'm doing a new thing,
and you have to perceive it by the spirit give
God praise. Ephesians two, chapter ten says that we are
his workmanship, that we are his poema, that He is
(07:22):
creating in us a new in Christ Jesus, and that
we can do the good things that He's planned for
us long ago.
Speaker 3 (07:29):
Most of us think we're already good.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
That's why we don't let him do it, because it's
better than where we started from. I don't know about you,
but I was brokbusted and disgusting. Come on, I'll tell it.
You might not, but I know the Lord has brought
me a mighty long way, and I perceive that. But
there's still more, someone say, more than God wants to
(07:54):
do in this season in your life, and you haven't arrived.
I haven't arrived, arrive until we're with him, And so
it's important that we get into this position of allowing
him to.
Speaker 3 (08:07):
Move in our life again.
Speaker 2 (08:10):
Again, that there's still things that we would allow him
to do correct mold shape, because he is the potter
and we are the clay. Are you in Isaiah forty five?
Speaker 3 (08:26):
Yet?
Speaker 2 (08:27):
Okay, I had to let y'all get there. That was
your free part, all right, Isaiah forty five? It says,
woe unto him who strives with him who formed him
a pot among earthen pots. Does the clay say to
(08:51):
him who forms it, what are you making? Or your
work has no handles? Woe to him who says to
a father, what are you beginning?
Speaker 3 (09:06):
Or to a woman? What with?
Speaker 2 (09:08):
What are you in labor? Let's read it again because
I was in the wrong translation. Amen, I'm in the
new living Now. What sorrow awaits those who argue with
their creator?
Speaker 3 (09:21):
Does a clay pot argue with its maker?
Speaker 2 (09:23):
Does the clay dispute with the one who shapes it, saying, stop,
you're doing it wrong? Does the pot claim, how clumsy
can you be?
Speaker 3 (09:33):
How terrible it would be?
Speaker 2 (09:34):
If a newborn baby said to its father, why was
I born? Or if it said to its mother, why
did you make me?
Speaker 3 (09:42):
This way?
Speaker 2 (09:43):
Made the Lord out a blessing to the reading of
his word. These verses describe the questions of a generation
that you've been called to be the answer to. Every
time there was sin or iniquity in the land, the
Lord called the man when he saw what nine of
what was happening in Ninevah, what did he do?
Speaker 3 (10:05):
He called Jonah. Jonah didn't want to go.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
And many of us are in this position where we
don't want to get into the fray, We don't want
to get into what's controversial. We don't want to be
the answer to the thing that God's called us to.
Speaker 3 (10:19):
So instead we're in a position.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
Of murmuring and complaining and saying we're not gonna go.
And so I came for those who would have us
in a wilderness in this season.
Speaker 3 (10:32):
And not going into the promised land.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
And my prophetic word for you today is let him
do it. Let him do it, because you know pottery.
I love pottery. First of all, let's just start there, right.
I don't know if there are any other creatives in
the room, but I took all mediums of art in
high school and college. I absolutely loved it. Anything to
create something from nothing gets me so excited. And that's
(10:58):
the mindset of our father. He takes materials, he takes
growing up with an alcoholic father and getting married to
the wrong person, and he takes that and he molds
it into a prophetic vessel. He takes the clay of
our life. He takes our addictions, he takes our abandonment,
(11:20):
and he allows us to be people who are gifted
with compassion and mercy. Come on, he takes something and
makes He takes nothing and makes something out of it.
He takes our brokenness, our pain, and he makes something
beautiful out of it. So at this point in your life,
you come too far to turn back.
Speaker 3 (11:41):
Now. Come on, you've come too far to give up now.
So while you fighting him, let him do it.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
The verse is say, why would you argue with the maker?
Why would a pot argue with the maker? See, most
of us drink bottled water. We don't even know how
plastics may But in antiquity eight thousand BC, pottery already existed.
That's how old pottery, arts and crafts are, and people
(12:12):
actually use them, you know, they found the parchments of
the dead seas girls and what clay pots. So there
was something that the potter was able to do that
was masterful, that could stand the test of time.
Speaker 3 (12:29):
And they drank water and collected rain water.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
If you go to Megido or any place like that,
you will see that there are potshards that are still
there thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of years later.
Speaker 3 (12:43):
What am I saying, God wants to do.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
Something in you that would stand the test of time,
that would that would stand the test of storms, that
would stand the test of time and trouble. And so
now you're arguing with him saying, I don't think it's
supposed to look like this.
Speaker 3 (13:04):
What can I say it to you like my mom
would say it to me, who died and left you
in charge?
Speaker 2 (13:13):
We are disputing over what our life is supposed to
be shaped like and look like.
Speaker 3 (13:18):
And we don't see the whole picture.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
We don't see all the uses that will have and
why this season is important. I came to encourage somebody
who's going through pain, who's feeling the tearing from the
last season, to come into the new season and is frustrated.
Speaker 3 (13:37):
In this moment.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
Came to encourage you that your frustration is shaping you
for what's ahead.
Speaker 3 (13:45):
Don't give up, don't.
Speaker 2 (13:46):
Give in, don't become weary and well doing, because God
is producing in you what you need for your next season.
Speaker 3 (13:59):
So verse you're doing it wrong, you're doing it wrong.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
Everything that God makes has a divine purpose.
Speaker 3 (14:09):
And God does not make junk.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
Every season of our lives, even when it seems like
we're not being used and we've been placed on a shelf.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
Could it be that God puts you on display?
Speaker 2 (14:23):
But instead we're so inward in our focus, we're so
self centered, and we're so concerned about.
Speaker 3 (14:30):
What it looks like that we can't get a God vision.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
And so I came to encourage someone today and say,
let him do it.
Speaker 3 (14:40):
Well. However he wants to move in your life, Let
him have.
Speaker 2 (14:45):
The final say, Let him be the final authority of
the design. I you know, I'm sharing with you all
today a little bit of my personality that you might
not have expected. That's fine judgement, if you want to,
it's cool. So I love creative things. I love creating things.
(15:07):
And I shared on Instagram a while ago that I
was working on my guest room and I was picking
out pink colors and different and it came out so
well right.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
But I'm bringing that up because God takes pieces.
Speaker 2 (15:22):
Of this and pieces of that, and things from here
and things we think that don't have value, and he
uses them to shape us to be effective. And sometimes
the Holy Spirit is prompting us to share things from
our past or to share things that we've been through,
and we're like, I don't even let him get the
(15:44):
glory from bringing you through that.
Speaker 3 (15:47):
We'll be a shame to share certain things.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
But when he's prompting you to share it, it's for
the blessing of the other person, because there's glory in
your story. So you know, when you're creating a place,
I really wanted it to be a place and where
someone could come and rest and to be refreshed and
be able to sleep through the night and you know,
(16:11):
feel like they're not under my feet. I really wanted
it to be a place where someone could just come
and stay with me and not have to worry. I
was preparing a place for someone. One am I saying.
When God is creating and shaping your life, he's the
potter where the clar He has a destination and a
(16:34):
place in mind.
Speaker 3 (16:35):
He already knows.
Speaker 2 (16:36):
What's gonna fit and what's not gonna fit the design
the picture that he's creating, and so some things that
he does it seems.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
Like, well, this seems like it's extra. It's not.
Speaker 2 (16:49):
It's purposeful. There's purpose. There's purpose in everything that God
does in your life. So wouldn't it be terrible? It
says if a a newborn babysit of this spot, or
why was I born? There's a generation of people who
are asking this question, why was I born?
Speaker 3 (17:09):
Why did you make me this way?
Speaker 2 (17:14):
And the Lord is looking for vessels of honor who
will allow him to use them to give a biblical
world view and call them into the family of God. So,
now are you understanding what I'm saying. There's some things
that we don't quite understand why it is happening in
the world right there are some things that we're like,
(17:37):
how could this be on the rise? How is it
that my children and my grandchildren have to grow up
in this time?
Speaker 3 (17:44):
What's happening God?
Speaker 2 (17:46):
And he's saying, behold, I'm trying to do a new
thing through you so that you can be the answer
to the problems today.
Speaker 3 (17:54):
If you'll receive what I want to do.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
In you, and through you come on and give God
for the new thing that he wants to do in you.
So let him do it as a heart condition. See
let's go back to the wedding at Cana and John
chapter two. Jesus mother could have been so familiar with
her son that she could have provoked him and not
(18:21):
the miracle power right, the humanity part of Jesus.
Speaker 3 (18:25):
I'm your mother, so you must do this and see
some of us.
Speaker 2 (18:32):
Instead of getting into that faith position, we get into
the flesh position, and we frustrate the grace of God.
So I'm trying to help you to let him do it.
The posture is faith. Faith knows that God is always
the answer. Faith knows that God, that Jesus, the Lord
(18:56):
Jesus Christ, is all ways the answer. Now how it's
gonna happen. Faith doesn't try to do the math on
the miracle.
Speaker 3 (19:04):
Faith believes.
Speaker 2 (19:07):
Faith says He's all powerful, he has the capacity to
do it, and all I have to do is trust.
Speaker 3 (19:14):
Him with it.
Speaker 2 (19:16):
All I have to do is lean not on my
own understanding, but in all my ways acknowledge him, and
He'll put me on the right path to take the
next step.
Speaker 3 (19:26):
Faith is a is a positioning.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
So right now in your life, there are many things
where God is saying, I'm calling you out of where
you've been into a new direction. Even as Abraham was
called out of his out of his father's house into
the land that he would be shown it takes faith.
(19:51):
It's gonna take faith for you to get there. If
it was the same level of faith you operate in now, guess.
Speaker 3 (19:57):
What you be comfortable. You'd be comfortable and most likely.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
You and I we wouldn't have to trust God on
the level that he's demanding right now for the business
to go where God's directed, for your family to be
able to accomplish the vision that He's placed in your heart,
for you to have the quality of relationships that the
Lord wants to bless you with that you even long for,
(20:29):
it's going to take faith. So right now where you are,
bow your head, because I believe the Lord is healing
us and transforming our mindset even now to understand his sovereignty. Father,
we just thank you right now that we are in
(20:52):
your presence, and Lord, we thank you.
Speaker 3 (20:58):
That when we confess.
Speaker 2 (21:00):
Our sin, you are faithful and just to cleanse us
of all unrighteousness. So for the things that we have
tried to control, for the outcomes that we've tried to manipulate,
even in your name, Father, we repent right now, and
we say we're not going to complain.
Speaker 3 (21:20):
We're not going to fight you.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
We're going to surrender and allow you to have your
perfect way in our life. Let us not be the
one that the strife emits from. But that peace comes
like a river today as you lead and guide us
along the way in Jesus name.
Speaker 3 (21:44):
Amen, Come on.
Speaker 2 (21:46):
He wants to do a new thing, and new means
a prototype. You know, when manufacturers and companies they come
up with a prototype of.
Speaker 3 (21:57):
Something, there's only one meaning.
Speaker 2 (22:01):
You can't look at someone else or past move or
what it was to get a pattern to emulate. When
God says he wants to do something new, it means
he wants to birth something you have not seen. He
wants to do something that cannot be replicated. I would
(22:25):
call out a country, but I think we might be
in trouble with them right now. But y'all know they
used to replicate any handbag.
Speaker 3 (22:33):
Y'all know it was made in I'm not gonna say it,
but that's not what God does.
Speaker 2 (22:41):
When he says, behold, I make rivers in the desert,
it means that water wasn't there and that he brings
it in. So when he says he wants to do
something new, we have to be about his face, looking
at him, interacting with him, becoming those people of prayer
(23:04):
so that he can show us the pattern, so that
we can be those patterned saints of this dispensation. We
can't copy the old. You can't copy the old and
get the new. You can't copy the old and get
the new. Practically speaking, right, So, as I was preparing
(23:26):
my guest room for my guests, Da da dah, my
locks started, you know, dysfunctioned, like you know when you
do it.
Speaker 3 (23:33):
When you have a smart home, it's a dumb home
sometimes because stuff goes low battery. Right.
Speaker 2 (23:40):
And so it's like, okay, well, I can't use the
key because the key no longer fits the door because
I made it electronic.
Speaker 3 (23:47):
Right.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
Okay, what am I saying? Some of us want to
use old keys for new doors.
Speaker 3 (23:59):
Right.
Speaker 2 (24:00):
It's like I couldn't access my home with the keys
I was given.
Speaker 3 (24:04):
Because I changed the locks.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
There are new doors that God wants to take you
through that require new keys. But if you don't let
him do it, if you don't let him interact with
you through prayer, through the word, letting him shape you,
reshape you, and to give you that authority, because keys
always mean new doors and authority, then we are we
(24:27):
are in a.
Speaker 3 (24:27):
Place where we aren't going to be able to get
in the preveted word.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
That Jamie Tuttle brought at the Men's Conference with that
there was new doors for you, and that these were
supernatural doors. So they require what supernatural keys, and so
we have to be about his face to be able
to get those keys to be able to walk through
those doors of opportunity and elevation and provision. When you
(24:54):
walk through the door of God's assignment in this season,
everything you're lacking right now in this moment, it's all
the other side of the door. So that's why I'm saying,
you gotta let him do it. You gotta let him
help you get through the door. And the only way
you can go through that door is by faith. So
(25:17):
I'm string you today, I'm sterring you. I'm string you
on purpose. I'm using common things to explain a supernatural
thing because we miss it.
Speaker 3 (25:30):
We miss it. We miss it because.
Speaker 2 (25:32):
We don't We don't get that when he who tries
to wake us up to pray and we're like hum
and roll over, that we're missing the door. That might
have been the prayer time where you got.
Speaker 3 (25:49):
The revelation that you need for this season.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
It might have been in that prayer moment that God
would have deposited something in you for what you need.
Come on, we have to be about his face in
this season so that we can get the direction that
we need to move forward into the new. The new
(26:15):
requires pioneering. The new requires pioneering. Pioneering is work. Many
of us have gotten to the place that, because you know,
we do microwaves, everything's instant So we're in a place
(26:35):
where we don't like to do work.
Speaker 3 (26:39):
If it's not an immediate reward, an immediate.
Speaker 2 (26:41):
Result, we back off because we're used to it being instantaneous.
And even the children of Israel they were like that too,
because forty years in the wilderness, they would get manna
right only on going into this abb but did they
get a double portion, just so you know, But it.
Speaker 3 (27:01):
Didn't even last to the next day.
Speaker 2 (27:02):
They could get a fresh you know, portion, and God
met their needs every single day and they became conditioned
to that. But when they went into the land to promise,
the Lord said, okay, now I've placed you in a
land that can produce for you. So now you got
to produce from the land. And they had to learn
(27:24):
how to work the land, till the land to get
the giant grapes. You know that they had brought back
all that, they had to learn how to produce that
for themselves. What am I saying, God, who began a
good work in you, will finish his work until the
day of the Lord Jesus Christ.
Speaker 3 (27:42):
But the question is, well we let him work in us?
I don't know. It's up to you, but I'm.
Speaker 2 (27:48):
Encouraging you in this season to let Him do a
new thing in you. Let him take you in the
progression from dependency like a baby with the sincere milk
of the word, to be able to handle strong meat.
Some of us believe we're ready already in that season,
but our lives say otherwise. Hello, So let's let's let
(28:13):
him do a work in us so that we can
be positioned for the place that God's taking us.
Speaker 3 (28:20):
Amen. Amen.
Speaker 2 (28:22):
The Potter knows what he's doing. He has a he
has a design in mind for your life. And you know,
most of us have seen the movie Ghost. I'm not
saying go watch it, okay, but in the you know,
I gotta just give a caveat because every I'm not
giving a recommendation on that one. Okay, the theme is demonic.
(28:43):
But the point is is that the Potter's wheel. Most
people are used to looking at a potter's whel that
has a pedal that runs by a motor, and it
moves very quickly, right, and that the potter begins to
throw the clay and cause to happen, water to happen
for it, to shape it and to cultivate it, and
(29:05):
to pull it into position.
Speaker 3 (29:08):
Right. So sometimes in our.
Speaker 2 (29:10):
Life we are being pulled in many directions and we're
wondering which one is the Lord. But if we fully surrendered,
meaning God has access to every place in our heart,
we're not holding anything back, then we should just relax.
(29:31):
Because whatever he's pulling on, whatever he's tugging on, whatever
he's manipulating, whatever he's saying, go this way, do this,
don't say that, don't talk to them, move this, whatever,
however he's directing you is for the design that he
has for your life. Some of us are waiting on
healing to be man manifest in our body, and the
(29:53):
Holy Spirit's been talking to us about diet, about different things,
about heart conditions, about forgiveness of about different things.
Speaker 3 (30:01):
Let him do it because on.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
The other side of his prompting is what we're asking for.
Because everything that pertains a life and comeliness he's given
us in his word.
Speaker 3 (30:16):
He's given us through his word.
Speaker 2 (30:18):
And so when he lets a word begin to begin
to trouble us wherebo, We're like, Oh, I know that's
in the scripture. I gotta go look that up. I
gotta go read that, I gotta go study that, I
gotta go.
Speaker 3 (30:30):
Meditate in that.
Speaker 2 (30:31):
There is medicine in that word for this season for
us to be able to walk whole, to walk healthy,
to walk in authority, to walk in power, to walk
in grace.
Speaker 3 (30:46):
And so he's doing it again.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
So it requires us to have that humility, to have
that to have that attitude to say, Okay, God, I'm
gonna let you do it again. I'm gonna let you
do a new work in me again. Last thing I'm
going to share when I went to the academy here
(31:10):
at the church had a school at one point in
elementary school, and it seemed like every week when we
had chapel my mom who was the principal, so you
know how that one with the other kids when she
paddled them because that was still legal. Another story for
(31:31):
another time. But she would sing this song change my heart,
Oh God, make it ever true, make me more like You,
every week, and then it would get awkward because Missus
Jackson would cry at the altar with all the kids right,
(31:53):
and the parts of the song said, you are the potter,
I am the clay.
Speaker 3 (32:00):
Mold me and make me. This is what I pray.
Speaker 2 (32:06):
Change my heart, O God, make it ever true, Change
my heart, O God, make it more like you. Some
charismatics are in here because y'all know the song. It
might be vineyard music. But the point is is that's
what this is about. Letting him do the work is
(32:27):
a heart posture that says, whatever season I've been in
with Jesus to this point has been good, but there's
more that he has for me, and so I position
myself for him to be able to mold me, to
shape me, to have access to my heart again, not
just have access to my days, you know, because we
(32:50):
start our day with the word. We you know, take
charge of our mornings. We command the morning. We have
our way of doing it. These we have songs that
we sing, and we will admit they've lost their freshness.
They don't touch us and convict us like they used to.
But a heart now that says, Lord, I am going
(33:14):
to abandon myself to the.
Speaker 3 (33:16):
New and let you do it.
Speaker 2 (33:19):
It's a heart that sings that song. Change my heart, O, God,
naked ever true, Change my heart, O God, Make me
more like you.
Speaker 3 (33:34):
That's the goal.
Speaker 2 (33:35):
Not to be a copy cat, not to be a
poor man's whoever you idolize other than Jesus, but to
be who God's called you to be.
Speaker 3 (33:46):
Because that's enough.
Speaker 2 (33:48):
That's enough for everything that God's called you to do
and be who you've been called to be is enough.
You've got enough faith, You've got enough grace, you've got
enough anointing for what's God has called you to accomplish.
Speaker 3 (34:02):
So let him do it.
Speaker 2 (34:05):
