It's Monday so it's time for another #MotivationMoment!

You'll never believe the incredible impact women have on the business world. From owning a staggering number of small businesses to being the driving force behind consumer decisions, women are the true powerhouses of the economy. As a savvy entrepreneur, I've always recognized the immense value of catering to the needs and preferences of women, and the latest statistics only reinforce this crucial fact.

But here's the thing: it's not just about the numbers. Women bring a unique perspective and a wealth of ideas to the table, constantly innovating and pushing boundaries in every industry. Their contributions are not only invaluable but also indispensable in shaping the products and services we rely on daily.

Now, I don't want to spoil the surprises, but trust me when I say that the role of women in business is far more significant than most people realize. From the boardroom to the household, women are the key decision-makers, influencing everything from the cars we drive to the products we use in our homes.

So, my advice to all the aspiring entrepreneurs out there is simple: always keep the woman in mind. Understand her needs, cater to her preferences, and never underestimate her power as a consumer and a business leader. By doing so, you'll not only tap into a massive market but also create products and services that truly resonate with the most influential demographic in the world.

Get ready to have your mind blown by the incredible facts and figures we're about to unveil. It's time to celebrate the unstoppable force of women in business and learn how you can harness their power to take your ventures to new heights!

Speaker 1 (00:02):
What's up. This is the people Shark. Here Damon John
with a motivation moment for you. Courtesy of that Moment
with Damon John, a production of the Black Effect podcast
Network and iHeartRadio. Women own about forty two percent of
small businesses in the United States. That's thirteen million businesses.

(00:27):
National Women's Business Council provided us this information. Women are
behind so many more business ideas and products than you know.
They're contributing in so many ways to the economy and
providing products we use every day. So I want you
to think about this. I want to make sure that
you understand the importance of women when it comes to

(00:49):
not only this large number that we see of women
own businesses, but the customer. The woman is generally the
customer in any relationship at the household as well as
the personal consumer. Women shop ten times every one time
a man shop. So when you have a product, you
need to always consider does it relate to women? Now,

(01:13):
I don't care if it's a male dominated product, but
the woman is usually the decision maker of products. Let's
stake cars. I've said this many times. Up until the seventies,
car makers went out and they only made cars marketed
to men muscle cars in this and that they would
later on understand that the mother of a household is

(01:34):
the one who is dictating the type of car that
she believes and needed for the household. As well as
of course, when women are attracted to certain cars and
they like it and it happens to be a man
is going to purchase the car for him, so of
course he wants to make sure that he impresses the woman.
Women are the decision makers in the home and in

(01:57):
the retail business. And think about it, for every single
man listening to me, I am joking, but I'm not
tell me a product that you have purchased that you
can put in the common area of your home. I'm sorry, man,
you will probably not have anything in that common area
besides maybe a lazy boy. And then even after that,

(02:20):
in your man cave, that man cave gets shrunk down
by by twenty or thirty percent because the real boss
of the house says, I need some more space. So
there you have always think about satisfying the women's need
because they are the top purchaser and as you see,
the top business owners. So two and in every week
