New documents are blowing open the Biden autopen scandal and
now putting a serious spotlight on Kamala Harris. There are
newly uncovered internal documents that are shedding light on what
was going on at the White House on former President
Joe Biden's use so the auto pen and alleged outsourcing
quote unquote of decision making during his final year in office.

The former president has insisted that he personally made all
decisions regarding the pardon executive orders and calling claims the
contrary quote ridiculous and false. But the memos tell a
different story. The internal memos and emails indicate that critical decisions,
including clemencies, were quietly delegated to others, others who were

the United States of America. Now one of the others

of his term, the standard had been abandoned. According to

what it says on a February twenty twenty one draft
memo distributed to top White House officials. Now, by February
of twenty twenty four, authorization for clemency actions increasingly relied

the United States of America. That according to a draft
memo circulated by the White House Counsel's office, Yes, that
would be the White House's lawyers quote. Given the President's schedule,
it can often take days or weeks for the President
to review and approve the clemency package, the lawyer's memo read.

The Chief of Staff's office has been helpful in getting
the paper in front of him for his review, he
previously asked the White House Council discussed the candidates with him,
although in the last round, the vice presidential approval was
sufficient to obtain his approval. The lawyers noted so again
in writing, the lawyers at Biden's White House were saying,

He's not running the show, it's the Vice president and others. Now,
the Trump White House concluded that this memo shows the
former president was effectively outsourcing clemency decision to Harris during
his final year, and, by the way, to put it
in perspective, during his four years in the White House,
Biden granted an unprecedented four thousand, two hundred and forty

five acts of clemency, more than any previous president on record.
All of Biden's pardons from December to January, including those
of his family members as well as doctor Anthony Fauci
and General Martin Milly, were reportedly signed not by the President,
but signed by auto pen. In fact, there was only

one preemptive pardon, one pardon that was signed by the president,
and that was for his son Hunter.

actually even deciding who was getting pardons or clemency, which
brings up the bigger question are these pardons and clemency
actually legal? Now that is a question this administration is
obviously looking into.

Very carefully to the numbers I'm about to give you,
and I want you to understand just how big the
lies were to act like the economy actually wasn't in
terrible shape when Democrats were in charge and they were
running for reelection, they just made up hundreds of thousands
of jobs.

We just got these new.

Numbers in that there was almost a million, nine hundred
eleven thousand fewer jobs were created between April of twenty
twenty four and March of twenty twenty five.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics is saying that isn't just
a revision.

That is a revision that is on a level that
clearly is straight up fraud.

Look at polling when they have a margin of air
of plus or minus three percent, or if it's a
bad pull four percent. If it's a horrific poll five percent,
you're telling me the federal government sucks so bad at
counting jobs same people, by the way, they're supposed to
be collecting taxes on these jobs, that they got it
wrong by nine hundred and eleven thousand jobs.

The answer is obviously no. What does this mean.

It means the labor market was weak, extremely weak, well
before the tariffs kicked in. The job market was frozen
in twenty twenty four as well. In fact, the average
job gain revision showed just one hundred and forty seven
thousand jobs per month. That is an average job gain
after revisions of seventy one thousand a month. Now, this

annual quote revision process is normal. What's not normal is
how big they're missing these numbers. The Bureau of Labor
Statistics does it every year, and they apparently just lie
when Democrats are in office.

I'll give you an example.

Last August, right in the heat of the election, the
labor the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported negative eight hundred
and eighteen thousand fewer jobs. Yes, these were large, massive
corruption revisions, is how I describe it. Why did this happen?
It happened because they wanted to say the economy isn't

as bad as it really was when Joe Biden was
running for reelection. So the takeaway, and this is what
I want you to really understand. Number one, Donald Trump
clearly inherited a massive mess. It is a absolute scandal
of gigantic proportions that our government was lying to the

American people trying to make you feel like things are
better than they actually are. Caroline Levitt, the White House
pre Secretary, said it this way.

Quote Today the Bureau of Laboratistics.

Released the largest downward revision on record in history. I'm
going to say that again, the Bureau of Labor Statistics
released the largest downward revision on record ever. Why did
this happen because they wanted Joe Biden to win? Carolin
Levitt said, it provides more understanding online. President Donald Trump

took action to address concerns about reporting accuracy at the Bureau,
with Levitt saying it proves that President Trump was right.
Biden's economy was a disaster and the Bureau of Labor
Statistics is straight up broken. The White House added quote,
this is exactly why we need new leadership to restore
trust and confidence in the death on behalf of the

financial markets, on behalf of businesses, policymakers, and families that
rely on this data to make major decisions. Now, the
White House on August first released a list of errors
and missions by the Bureau of Laboratistics.

By the way, this is like their entire job, which.

Is accused of inaccuracies and also now in competency. And
the White House also pointing a finger at Commissioner Erica
Mickin Tarfer, who was appointed to the role by former
President Joe Biden. Among those examples, was not only them
issuing another massive revision of these jobs, more than eight
hundred thousand were overestimated and what was the second largest

downward revision for the BLS as well.

And so this means two in a row.

Okay, two years in a row they were lying to
you about how bad the numbers were, or they were
just making up literally almost two million jobs that didn't exist. Now,
Donald Trump fired Erica just hours after the release of
the July jobs which showed weaker than expected job growth
and significant downward revisions for May and June. That's when

the Left was like, you can't do this as a
nonpartisan Well, it is partisan, clearly. It was because she
created two million jobs out of thin air to help
Joe Biden and the Democrats. The Labor Secretary, by the way,
posting on Tuesday that the negative drop of numbers from
the Bureau of Labor Satistics reveals a quote problem, saying
today's massive downward revision gives the American people even more
(12:29):
reason to doubt the integrity of data being published by
our government. It's imperative for the data to remain accurate, impartial,
and never altered for political gain. Now, within two weeks
of firing the individual who's overseeing this insanity, Trump also
named Heritage Foundation chief economists and Tony to lead the Bureau.

His nomination is also waiting Senate confirmation, something that I
think clearly should be done as soon as possible. Which
brings me to Steven Moore, former Trump campaign senior economic advisor.

next week after we got the key jobs report for August,
the first one since President Trump fired the Commissioner of

over the accuracy of the data, the report.

Jobs added in August than expected, only twenty two thousand
versus the estimate of seventy five thousand, and the unemployment
rate now at its highest level since October of twenty
twenty one. We also got revisions showing twenty one thousand
fewer jobs created in June and July than previously reported.

one of the takeaways from this report is how increasingly
unreliable these jobs numbers are. And you know, we talk,
you and I and Maria talk about this every first
Friday of every month, and we're seeing these gyrations in
the numbers. And also one of the things that hasn't

been really widely reported is that there's two surveys. One
survey had a big increase in jobs by I think
I don't remember the exact number, close to three hundred thousand,
whereas the one that's reported the headline number was what
twenty eight thousand. So we need to clean up these numbers, Cheryl,
because it's we make so many economic decisions based on
(14:39):
these jobs numbers. And I've been doing this for thirty
five years. I think, look at the re estimates. They
keep changing the numbers every month.

I would ask you something, but by the way, you
listen to what Steve Moore says. He's saying, and it's true,
so many people make business decisions off of this data
and information. By the way, that's why this data is
supposed to be done by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
It's supposed to be non biased in the way that
it is done. And we have a very clear problem

here where there has been a massive politicization of these
numbers to try to help out democrats when they're running
for office. They created two million jobs that they knew
weren't there, just so the economy would look like it's
better than it actually is now. Also, I think the
American people understood how bad it was, and so they like,

that's why they voted for Donald Trump.

Mickin Tarfer, who was appointed to the role by former
President Joe Biden. Among those examples, was not only them
issuing another massive revision of these jobs, more than eight
hundred thousand were overestimated and what was the second largest
(11:40):
downward revision for the BLS as well.

And so this means two in a row.
Speaker 4 (11:45):
Okay, two years in a row they were lying to
you about how bad the numbers were, or they were
just making up literally almost two million jobs that didn't exist. Now,
Donald Trump fired Erica just hours after the release of
the July jobs which showed weaker than expected job growth
and significant downward revisions for May and June. That's when
(12:06):
the Left was like, you can't do this as a
nonpartisan Well, it is partisan, clearly. It was because she
created two million jobs out of thin air to help
Joe Biden and the Democrats. The Labor Secretary, by the way,
posting on Tuesday that the negative drop of numbers from
the Bureau of Labor Satistics reveals a quote problem, saying
today's massive downward revision gives the American people even more
(12:29):
reason to doubt the integrity of data being published by
our government. It's imperative for the data to remain accurate, impartial,
and never altered for political gain. Now, within two weeks
of firing the individual who's overseeing this insanity, Trump also
named Heritage Foundation chief economists and Tony to lead the Bureau.
(12:51):
His nomination is also waiting Senate confirmation, something that I
think clearly should be done as soon as possible. Which
brings me to Steven Moore, former Trump campaign senior economic advisor.
You may know him from Fox News and Fox Business.
I want you to hear what he had to say
about the far fewer jobs added than expected in August,
and also when he says about the job report revisions
(13:12):
in general.

The week optimistic, We're going to see a rate cut
next week after we got the key jobs report for August,
the first one since President Trump fired the Commissioner of
the Bureau of Labor Statistics last month. There were questions
over the accuracy of the data, the report.
Speaker 3 (13:27):
Showing much fewer.
Speaker 5 (13:28):
Jobs added in August than expected, only twenty two thousand
versus the estimate of seventy five thousand, and the unemployment
rate now at its highest level since October of twenty
twenty one. We also got revisions showing twenty one thousand
fewer jobs created in June and July than previously reported.

talk to me about your thoughts on this job's report.
Pretty big miss on the estimate.
Speaker 6 (13:58):
Well sure, wise, but you know, it's interesting. I think
one of the takeaways from this report is how increasingly
unreliable these jobs numbers are. And you know, we talk,
you and I and Maria talk about this every first
Friday of every month, and we're seeing these gyrations in
the numbers. And also one of the things that hasn't
(14:18):
been really widely reported is that there's two surveys. One
survey had a big increase in jobs by I think
I don't remember the exact number, close to three hundred thousand,
whereas the one that's reported the headline number was what
twenty eight thousand. So we need to clean up these numbers, Cheryl,
because it's we make so many economic decisions based on
(14:39):
these jobs numbers. And I've been doing this for thirty
five years. I think, look at the re estimates. They
keep changing the numbers every month.
Speaker 4 (14:47):
I would ask you something, but by the way, you
listen to what Steve Moore says. He's saying, and it's true,
so many people make business decisions off of this data
and information. By the way, that's why this data is
supposed to be done by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
It's supposed to be non biased in the way that
it is done. And we have a very clear problem
(15:08):
here where there has been a massive politicization of these
numbers to try to help out democrats when they're running
for office. They created two million jobs that they knew
weren't there, just so the economy would look like it's
better than it actually is now. Also, I think the
American people understood how bad it was, and so they like,
(15:30):
that's why they voted for Donald Trump.
Speaker 3 (15:32):
But it had to be really bad for them to
see it.
Speaker 4 (15:35):
And so this is again one of the examples of
the massive lies of the left, and it's something that
absolutely should okay, it's something that should never ever, ever
ever happen, period, full stop. This is why Trump is
going after this, this is why there needs to be reformed.

It is truly insane.
