I knew we wasn't going back, and I was like,
I gotta bring some of my favorites here. So I
wanted to bring culture, all the nostalgics of everything New

way we treat them, and we're the most hospitable people.

come in.

New Orleans you could cook.

We have our lot park and lie. So if you
can bring your truck out there, we set up tents.
We invite people out for special events. Right, So a
lot of New Orleans cooking influences. They come out. Anybody
in the city that's trying to like get on. We
help each other elevate. So it's like a community project too.
So where I don't sell, they sell. We all collaborate
and work together.

Yes, that's what we do.
