Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hold up, Hold up and glean. Welcome to the Ball
Alert Show. Podcasts available everywhere you get your podcast. Oh,
I go by the name before our Simmons. I go
by the name of see with that. We got a

(00:23):
special guests shot out that water, Bessie Bags. What's up, sir?
You know you know it's good when you gotta bert
with Yeah, you drank, but bab what's up? What's up? Brother?
What's up? Man? Funniest man. I know, glad to be
in hire man, and I'm proud of you. Brother. Kim
k what's good? The water good like kim Kake. Now,

(00:44):
look here, it's a lot of stuff going on. Ain't
trying to being in a situation because I was. We
see what kind of power that kim Ka got and
to make a purget look confused and don't maybe know
what they are going on. So I'm gonna stay out
of that. And now listen, bro, you're gonna your special
guests of the shows. She trying to get the show
shut down. She better cut it up. Are you ready, sir? Yes,

(01:08):
I am. Let's get into it. Year old shan Quella
Robinson's dead that within twenty four hours while vacation with
friends in Mexico. Did you gotta see the video? Yeah
that I couldn't watch the whole the fight, the fight,
but they said the friends said, well, the alleged friends
said that when she died of alcohol poisoning. But obviously

(01:32):
another friend came out and said, that's bullshit because they've
had plenty of times where they've drunk a lot, and
she hasn't had alcohol pois And it's just ironic that
we see a big fight surface and then she ends
up dead. I just gotta be different ways to come
to deal with conflict. The autopsy said it had nothing
to do with alcohol. Okay, she had injury to her

(01:53):
neck and her spinal cord. The girl was beaten. The
video shows that she got beat up by one of
the girls. She was naked in the video. Everyone seemed
to happened in the room. Her friends were talking about
fight back. Can you fight back? At least? She said no,
and they still kept swinging her around. All y'all are guilty.
All y'all deserve to go to jail, and I hope
you do immediately. Yeah, it was bad, It was really bad.

(02:15):
Girls get a chance. She didn't have a chance, and
they took. They took real of it, like you know,
the great one fight. You should just stop. But you
care first of all, what friends are letting their friends fight?
The one that record, the one that said nothing not
doing anything. You see that girl in danger, she's sitting there,
not doing nothing. Yeah, not cool. She taking every punch.
The girl gone, she why don't you take advantage of that.

(02:36):
That's not girl, that's not real. That's like starting him
out deep come on, man, getting he finished. Man, don't
do that. You think they planned it, or you think
it just it just happened that way. I think that
was that girl hated that girl, like she really didn't
like her, like she was jealous of her. She that's
too much. That's personally. Yeah, you know what, they ain't
got anything doing with drunks. But for all the other

(02:57):
friends to stand around and watch it though, I feel
like they talked about it, they knew it was about
to go down. I feel like it was the girlpposed
a lot of to keep going, talking about can't you
at least fight back? And she said no. Man for
let them get it off. They got their little punch
of right, man, that's it would be friends. Yeah, now
you can't ask for getting to get the girl? Go

(03:19):
what a state of Georgia will call three hundred witnesses?
Not three hundred label three hundred witnesses during the ye
Cell trial. What do you guys think about that? Man?
First of all, what're they getting three hundred people for
us ready to snitch? Now? Let me ask you all
the questions another day. It's these three hundred people are citizens?
Is that snitching? Yes? Sit, they just go, That's what

(03:43):
I was. That's why I'm like, where you getting three
hundred people from us accord to be like this? That's
a lot of witnesses. So I think some of those
witnesses are getting paid. Three hundred witnesses during the ye
Cell trial full that probably lived in the unserved communities,
Lord knows what happened, Probably probably got pain, probably were
promised something. But that's a lot two hunt of the

(04:07):
day because that's that's that's jury. Do you get paid
for jury? Dude? So the jury gonna be just slid facts.
But jury is different from witnesses heard. The witnesses are
gonna sit on the stand and they're gonna ask them
a seri and they're gonna be like this, he did
it wow? Wow? Well, yeah, the cross examines and they

(04:28):
ask them with different questions. You know, they try to
circle back and ask the same questions over and over
again to catch people in a lie. So I said,
it's a long trial because you never know how long
the witness is going to be on the stand. Potentially
six hundred people by they go to trial. So this
just tells me that this is not going to be
a fair trial. And you know, the longer that people

(04:50):
have to be in court on trial and have to
hear these questions over and over and over again, the
more likely they are to just of course, the more
likely they are to just fold and be like, all right,
what's you want me to say? I'm gonna just say
it so we can be done with this. We see
a lot of people go to jail for that reason.
They interrogate them so much that they give up and
they just decided to just take it. He's gonna pray

(05:10):
for them and everybody will really come home well. And
other news, one of my favorite rappers of all time,
Future says his dreams is to get married. That's the
life that he never lived, married at home with my
kids any way, different, that's a life I never lived.
It's like something you dream about. That's one of my dreams.

(05:31):
So are you guys up for future when they get married? Man,
I think that the future get married, that's when the
rap career is done. We would not get that same
future held the same as a super fan. I don't
want future get married. Stay Yeah you tell like the
women who hope Mary J. Blige stay heartbroken? Yeah, like

(05:52):
you on him because that's why I need my fix.
They do their best. He can still be married in
toxic y'all do realize that half? Right? I think the
chances of future getting married is the chances of did
he getting married? Well? Did they already say he's just
gonna have a celebration of love? He's not gonna get married.
I think future should just focus on the lifestyle those
toxic It makes me relive the things he used to

(06:14):
do and make you. We need we need that satisfaction.
That's the wizard. We don't. We don't need anybody. We
don't need no little puppet. Are you married? I ain't
mad right now? Would you do you want to get married? Yeah?
You got somebody? I don't wrap you gott you've been
traveling though you want tour, you want a whole bunch

(06:36):
of cities. You've got girls throwing panties at your shows.
I've read about what's going on at the shows, like
them girls are getting active, well looking like I can
droll them. Girls on what I'm saying. Are you throwing
pantis on the stage? They ain't doing you know, I
don't know. I'm a comedian. I go tell my jokes
and go to my room and go to bed. I

(07:00):
don't know about that. I don't know what you're talking about. Okay,
are you in a committed monogamous relationship that's about ever?
Let Yes, I never labor. Yeah, mother's my child. You
could never be love that, you know. I don't see
that for you. That's good. I could like a really
good guy. Now I can't be featured. I can't be.

(07:22):
I was gonna say one is I did see an
interview though that you did recently. It would be Smone
and y'all talked about how y'all have thought about being
in a relationship with each other at one point in time. Um,
it was like the whole first twelve minutes of the podcast. No,
we never thought about it, Like it's like the cameras
stry we had, which is go, pretty sure, that's what

(07:44):
I mean. You know, we never like said it though right,
not to each other. It seems like, you know, just
like a thought, just like a random thought. Your friends
for so long, it's just like what if? What if
we got together? What would it be like? That was
like in the beginning video it's now so when was
the last time you had? I thought like, that's the
same question. But that was stuck on that question that
was that was in the beginning And I don't even

(08:07):
know if I really had the doubt question. I thought
that was a curR balls. That was a curveball question.
It was a curveball. Listen, I've seen the beams says
you don't take shower. I don't shower every day. I
don't think a lot. I don't think a lot of
want to shower? Is that nasty? Is that a normal

(08:30):
thing for women? Though? Right? At least like two days
out of the week. I don't know what I'm saying,
like you you can miss two days? I mean yeah,
like if it's the Monday, Yeah, I'm not going out
three four days unless I'm like fugging it. Who were
you dugging it, like, did you take a shower on Monday?
When's the next time you taking a shower? At least

(08:51):
by no Thursday morning. So two full days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
But I mean the third they probably has happened like
Monday morning then Winstead. Yeah, we're super busy. I'd rather
sleep than shower. Look, let me tell you something. We're
gonna have her come up. No woman take a shower

(09:13):
every day. Think about this, No man, take a shot.
Just think about this. You listen to me. Listen to me.
You take a shower and night before go to bed.
You get up. You may be traveling, you get to
your next stop, you you've got to go, but on
your clothes. You may be out all day party, turned

(09:33):
up drunk. So whatever it is, you died, you want
the bed. So the next morning when you get up,
that's when you take a shower. Is that what she
was trying to She tricked me with the Thursday. Now
I was trying to hear them. I tried to say
that one day she went to third. I said, hey,
now that's different. I tried to throw my little too

(09:56):
sent in now, but it confused me a little bit.
And now like I don't know where to go up.
So you're just saying you might miss a shower, like
if you're dad tired and you're just having to fight him.
I ain't cary that I didn't miss it. I didn't.
I didn't went to the whole day and being tired
and laid down and didn't wake up because I was okay,
that's fair. But you know, damn, and you think the
next day can be at one in the morning, two

(10:18):
in the morning, that's did the next day? You want
to sleep at twelves? You didn't wake up the three
I mean that's did you know what I'm saying? Ain't
you know? Not only it ain't twenty four hours essentially
what she was saying, she'd rather sleep than take a shower,
you know, because you get like he said, traveling in
the schedule and all that, or just think you in
the house all day, you don't wuldn't know where you
took bad You're a good friend, man, No, I ain't.

(10:41):
I'm just saying I get it. You're chilling. Some people
skip skip a day and not not take a shower.
Do you skip? I definitely have skipped that. How many days?
I ain't gonna say days one. I ain't going now
one is it that? That's like I can't do that.

(11:02):
I can't know two days not Monday through Thursday. No, see,
I go to the gym, so like I gotta you know,
when you got to the gym, you gotta take a shot. Yeah,
you can't be saying, We'll said Monday through Thursday. Did
you take a shower on Monday? When's the next time
you're taking a shower? At least my No, Thursday morning,
she's you know what, Sam Samon is gonna come up

(11:23):
here and we gotta ask her. You gotta ask that.
She said she shower on the weekends. Yeah, she said so,
I said Monday to Wednesday. It was the Wednesday with
the shower day. I said, you took a shower. She
still you still took a show on Monday. You just
comment on this clip. I know you just take a
shot at Tuesday. But Wednesday it time to take a shower.

(11:46):
But she said no Thursday, I said eight. We'll be
right back, but more of The Baller Alert Show. You're
listening to a special edition of The Baller Alert Show.
What's going on your both days? Checking in man and
I'm rocking out with the ball Alert podcast. Man, you
already know what's going on. Man, let's see. We appreciate
you pulling up. What's the hardest thing about being in

(12:08):
your industry? Because I don't know nothing about the common indutry.
I just know what mother made me laugh and how
authentic your skits look like, this ship looks like you
think about things that people will be thinking about and
you do it, which is fine. Like the most recent
one was with the ne the neck braces like that.
What's the hardest thing about your industry? The hardest thing

(12:29):
about my industry? Hour you, I would just probably say, Man,
I mean the skis is you know, I've been doing
the skis and two that out of twelve m but
I get out at first, it's probably would stand up,
you know, me getting to stand up, you know, transitioning.
You know, I was a little nervous when I first started,
because you have to come up with a show. Yeah, yeah,
you gotta get the material right actually before you be

(12:50):
like a headliner, you know, because you know, before I
really start hating on my own show. I went on
a tour, would like to be Smons and damn brands,
and you know, uh, you know was like that in
the beginning, you know, and I was able to build
up my time, you know what I'm saying. But those
moments was like probably the scariest because I was still fright,
didn't know you know what I'm saying. So I got

(13:10):
to after you started doing stand up, you feel, Yeah,
stand up probably brought me I'm not probably bring me
all my real relationships. They bring me all my real opportunities.
Like it gets real when you hit that stage, Like
that's when the real dial I'm to morow, That's when
the movies come. That's when you know, you get the
aid of the big agencies looking at you. That's when
you can get in the rooms with the myke ELPs
and the Kevin Hards audience you've ever had. Probably when

(13:32):
I did shows with my cups, how many people was
ud be? Like fifteen? Damn, that's what's up, you know
what I'm saying. Ship like that, and I think I've
got And they've been a few shows when I've been
with Mike and have been like that, bro. So he
was like the first person to ever like put me
in that position, to like to be in front of
that crowd and you know when you on that level,

(13:54):
you're doing it that way, it just seems so real.
You're doing exactly what you're supposed to be doing. You
know what I'm saying, Like I I'm inspired by people
like that. I watched them growing up from the next
Fridays and you know the day days and all about
the Benjamin's and you know movie still do stand up,
which is kind of like a core audience, core fan
base for comedians. Correct, Yes, that's the stand up like

(14:15):
your core stand up versus fact stand up, stand up
his comedy. Because I feel like Hollywood. You know, Kevin
Hart said all the time, shot at him, bro because
he like mentored me a lot. Bro. Like man, he
man text me all the time, so he gonna put
up the show. Kevin is like a great guy to me.
B salute to him, bro Um. But stand up is

(14:35):
that like I feel like you won't you won't really
get respected or getting those big movies into That's Hollywood.
That's that's that's that's the world. Eddie Murphy did it,
Richard Price did it, The Burning Max said it, that
Steve Harvey did its, entertained, the d L. Hugh Les,
the major people that do have maybe made the TV
show with Martin you gotta do it, Yes, for sure.

(14:56):
That's that's how you become the real. Social media is cool,
but that's how you really become that that that name.
Now you get a lot of love. Have you ever
met anybody that you was just like that kind of
rubbed you the wrong way? As far as what like comedians,
because yeah, because I come from social media, I've been
seeing like a lot of the old comedians don't do

(15:16):
skits on I mean something, don't respect it, but something
do Like the ones I've worked with, the majority of
them they respected and they love to see me transition
into that stand up side. When I'm like, man, I
get talked with them guys, bro, and they're like, it's
damn it, Like bro, you did it, and it's like
keep doing it, keep getting better at it. Like I'm

(15:37):
not as good as like these people are seasoned to
my twenty thirty years in the game, and it's a
difference I'm getting. I'm growing in it for show, you
know what I'm saying, And I'm finding myself. But sometimes
they say it take ten years to find your voice
on that stage. I'm going into year seven. I'm gonna
stand up and I'm still learning, you know what I'm saying,
critiques that you know to help me, you know, build
up and things like that. So bro, like you know

(15:58):
you have those people, you have that an you can
look at people. You know, people do that. They watch you.
They sit on the side and watch you and they
might need saying nothing like you would kill it and
they may you come down. They may not say that
to you like you supposed to be and like I
respect you like you like somebody look up to you
supposed to be trying to give me the game as well,
you know what I'm saying. So that's what I respect
the people that give me the game. Like you know

(16:20):
what I'm saying. You know what I'm saying. They ate,
they want to see you like not do good. They're
gonna always have something to say always because because you know,
I feel like I feel like they probably hate on
you because they think that it came to you easy
and it didn't. And you see a lot of times
in these season, you know, comedians they don't get the

(16:41):
audience that you're getting, like you're getting a huge audience
and you get the comedians that look at people on
instagrams from like people like you, Drew Ski, and they
see the things that you guys are doing and they're like, man,
that that came easy for them because I've been on
the road for twenty years and I'm still open enough
for everybody. And I ain gonna I can't wait to
see you kid like this. I know he's gonna do it,

(17:01):
but when he do it, I think, like, bro, he's
like I'm saying, I think he's probably gonna be like
the last person like from like from social media from
so you think I think he's gonna be the He's
the brow, don't It's one other person who's in Detroit.
His name is Jack Funny. I think he's funny too.
But as far as right now, having that big engagement,

(17:23):
Drew Ski has the chance to really do some really
great things. So what's you know, what's what's some advice
that you would give Drew Sky listening right now? He
needed to He need to go ahead and start. I
think he needs to go to do the stand up.
You got everything, you got the fan base, you know,
you got what you need. You got to look, people
love you. You know what I'm saying. That's what's really

(17:44):
gonna like you know he has it. Oh he got
white folks. He got a lot of white folks too.
You know what I'm saying. You know, I got white folks,
but boy, I don't he got the white folks. He
said me, he said me a pat from some folks.
I'm over here like what this this type of lives.
You know what I'm saying. It was some it was
some short I'm over here like he's a nice as Yeah,
so saying he got stuff that I want, you know

(18:06):
what I'm saying, And you know, and he's I feel
like that, you know, because you already got my guys
who doing the eight five colors and they didn't doing
d C Hai Davis. You know them got Chico, they
already been doing that's my generation. But Juicy came out
for us. He's by himself for Yeah. I probably one
of the I probably was one of the first beginning
people on the social media like our time's two twelve

(18:30):
only people that was there at the time, you know,
speaking from Vine DC on fly came back me Hawi Davis,
So you was on VON to don't know where I
started a lot of people popped from VON the logan
Paul and Jake Paul, yeah, all them guys. Yeah, But
I feel like I feel like Vaughan like launched a
lot of people careers to Instagram. It started them off

(18:52):
for show. I like when you guys do skits together too.
I always think that's fire because I don't I've never
really seen that until the social media and stuff. But
I like when you do skits, like you'll do skit
with um well for for example, to be someone. Yeah,
people actually thought y'all was in a relationship. The damn.
I think everyon's do. They think I'm in all of them?

(19:16):
But you know what, going back baby mama, what's your name? Bade?
But going back to the rivalry, you know, like some
older heads are jealous of the younger generation. I feel
like every generation has their thing because you know, you
have to be really good to be on deaf comedy jam,
you know, and and you know you had to go
to these comedy clubs to put in your time. And
just like you guys, you have to be consistent with

(19:38):
content because a lot of people start but they cannot
keep up, you know, their ideas run out. So I
think everybody has their things, and that's what that's all
I want to like respect, that's what you know, because
I respect y'all feel when I go into it, I understand.
Yeah when I first start, I got to go to
the open mix. I gotta start and name how y'all started.
You know what that So just give me a little

(19:58):
like you know. But okay, okay, that's what it will
be trying to you know what I'm saying. You know
what I said. It is a little longer because you
had to do the content first. You got it's like
starting over. Yeah, it's starring over when you that standards
side you starting over? Man, Yeah, because everybody your followers
on social media doesn't necessarily transfer a lot of people

(20:18):
over to the stand up and realize some people even
if you're selling ticket, that's that. That's that's gre's what's happening.
That lets you know that, Yes, sir, when you're setting
our show, yeah you got something. So that's me all
the time. Okay. First of all, you got all these
characters who we never seen. I volunteered to be p
once you said, you know me every time. Uh, you

(20:40):
got pol you got the baby mama, you got the rapper. Yeah, um,
you got grandma help me out, y'all. What else you
got girl? Little Johnny he didn't do? Oh you didn't
do a little Johny in a minute, bro, I do
at my shows a little bit. See that. Let's see.
That's another thing too, like a lot of stuff that
My stand up is so okay good. You know you
see the skin, but you're not gonna see this hood. Dude,

(21:02):
You're not gonna see that. You might get a little bit,
but when I'm gonna stay you're seeing Daisy Banks Bances
from Atlanta, right. Yes. A lot of people don't see
this is Daisy Banks right here. A lot of people
don't get this guy. A lot of people think I'm
just this this hood. You know, they think you Paula exactly.
So when people meet you, you know, do they be

(21:23):
like they want to make you laughing? Laugh Like wait,
you sound like look from I'm from east Side. I
don't see somebody put on man, come on ye yeah,
I know it's that vota crass Gresham count of roll
flash shows? Is that Atlanta about? I think it's time

(21:51):
for a blitz. It is now time for baller blitz.
All right, baller blitz. I'm gonna just do some fire
off questions. You know, I'm gonna give you five comedian
is who do music who were kind of successful at it.
As soon as I named the comedian, you tell me
what's the all that got? All right, you're already shaking
his head. I probably know one part. Here we go,

(22:12):
we're gonna see Jennie Fox. Yeah, that way, okay, little
duvall Okay, Eddie Murphy, and that's my favorite comedian. It's
so bad that I don't know. I don't know party

(22:32):
all the time. Alright, Donald Glover, Uh, I know that
I'm doing a dance. You got it though daylight? Yeah
that was but no, I was talking about the dance
one and you're talking about this is America, This is America.

(22:54):
That's it. Yeah, that's what I was doing a dance.
Yeah yeah, but that's okay. He didn't. I had it
in my head though. I had a video on my
head and everything, all right. Last one? Nick Cannon, whoa boy?
He didn't he got now. He just put out a
whole album this year. He had that one song that

(23:17):
was five Ye you Hide Down? What is that? He
was shot about time the whole side like blas Baby,
We mean that brother show. We'll be right back. Stay
tuned with more of the Baller Alert show. That's it

(23:38):
is now siding for baller Mail near the Boiler show,
specifically Sue Solo. I want her to answer first. My
husband of fifteen years just told me I need to
get a job now. I've never worked in the fifteen
years of our marriage, and now he wants me to work.
How the hell do I work? How do you work?

(23:58):
You apply for job that you're qualified, and hopefully they
call you for an interview, and you nail the interview,
and then you clock in and you do the job.
What do you mean how do I work? That's how
you work? Listen sounds of change? What your what Your
husband is telling you he ain't got enough to support
the household. Grocery prices don't win up ran out. Since

(24:19):
you have to figure it out, you d do? What
should you do? Hey? Man? She do want to work?
He scam? Scam man. It's really big in Atlanta. Come
get you some of his money out here, man, I
can connect you with some people. I know a few
people who are still doing it. Most definitely, Oh yes,
scam uh littui, I know the blog for that too.

(24:45):
Most definitely do Harry, that is that is huge. Yeah,
I'm agree with everybody. Man. You definitely turned from an
