Speaker 1 (00:02):
Um worrow with me here, you know, BT, it's just
so low shout out O C T no real color
what we see how getting rid about the something but
you can't standing on the suc already know he came
ball with me because you have up with the squad
of me. They get They called me lord brother learned,
(00:24):
Brother learn Welcome to the Father Alert show was so
ct you know, and it's sweet Taylor Ferrari and Sue
there on vacation right now, but we're gonna hold it
down for my playing partners. Go. We got a special
guest in the building, and are you ready for the show.
I am, I am a guest host. It's a lot
of stuff going on, so we just gotta get to
(00:46):
congratulation to Gucci Man and Keisha k Your. On Wednesday
they welcome their baby girl Iceland KR David Big. They
love Ice Man, No for real, Ice and their Iceland.
I want to be like Keisha, not just get over
my man and husband like Courtside, New Week, New Bad Matching.
Everything's just She's just I love it. I love it,
(01:09):
like you know, blessing to them and Drama Freeman. I
like this new uh, this new Gucci Man this. You know,
this positive Gucci and you know still yes family man,
standing on the way you're making this money man. And
you know his wife is uh, you know, no problems,
no issue. You never hear anything bad about here in
the media. So it's like she keeps him grounded, you know.
But that's what type of woman you need, you know, y'all,
(01:29):
y'all remember Gucci used to be. You know, he was
kind of crazy. You know what I'm saying, Women out
cars and cracking inn with mom. You know, the new day,
every days something I'm trying. That's why we live tomorrow.
Oh yeah, what happened a couple of days ago, Gorilla
was performing at a nightclub. Well, we're supposed to perform
(01:50):
at a nightclub in Ola, California, and apparently big glowser
y'all pay for y'all pay y'all thought, y'all pay for
a little glow. But this, this big glow and the
little thirty thousand was just for a walk through. I
was supposed to perform or anything like that. And when
she was leaving out, you see somebody throwing water, They
threw a drink or something. They were upsetting there, just
(02:12):
like turning on her, and people are starting to think
it's like an error weeklow really where it's about to
be a hate training starting. People have been throwing that
and so like that kind of like double downs on
like people's predictions. But we don't know either way. They
shouldn't be violating her like that. That was like messed up.
I ain't like yeah, I ain't like that. That was
real ugly. But the big CEO stamped everything that you
said he's winning posting it was like, nope, loglow, it's
(02:34):
more than thirty. Why does she even show up? I
mean she showed up for the low number was for
her to do and walk through, just to do an
appearance in the club, and they the promoters was promoted
as she is going to be performing live live, no
walk through, you know, no host stage, she's performing live up,
(02:58):
you know, So I mean we we ever know how
the business win because you know, when you know, apparently
they pay somebody to pay for somebody that pay for somebody,
and we're doing all this middle man. You know, the
money get kind of a little watered down and diluted.
You know you're gonna take the money that yes, she's
gonna people farming, Yes, yes, whatever, whatever, we need the
closest book before. They just wanted to sell it out
(03:19):
and like lie and they got what they got. Speaking
of money, what do y'all think about these new Mischief boots,
these oversized red boots. Yeah, ugly. I kind of like
want to see the man though, like do they big
one in? I've been seeing the many they've been like struggling,
like the devon, but whatever, the girl. I don't know
(03:39):
what it is, but everyone has been gotten an empty
what they were Mischief what what is? It's a brand,
It's a brand, and they came out with these oversized boots,
these red boots. He was behind the marketing of the
shout out to them because it's everywhere I see them,
like literally, but they look like easy. I don't know,
(03:59):
shoes are just bigger and bigger. Like I'm not surprised
that these big boots came out because you know, Gucci
and all these these brands they had these big o,
oversized looking shoes and now it just seems like the
shoe is getting bigger. Yeah, it's like they're going for
like homeless sheet or something. But I don't know, I
don't know what they're doing. But man, listen, whatever goes viral,
(04:21):
people are gonna buy met your coat though it's like
the same color. Ay you cold that? Man? If I
came in here with them big as the sponge, the
spa Boost, they look like everybody gonna say that. Now.
First of all, what the hell you got on? Second
of all, how much? How much all those shoes? How much?
How much? You want to guess? Yeah, I guess how
much they are against two bands. I'm gonna gainst five
(04:43):
thousand thousands American. Watch all the rappers about to start
having these shoes. You're gonna be the first one bit
to sweat. Though he would people, he would rap these shoes.
They are speaking of going viral, but it's also going viral.
(05:03):
It screw Debraun. You know. He's the CEO of the
South Korean music company h y b e Heibe however
you want to say it. He did a deal with
QC Quality Control for over three hundred million dollars. They
sold two hundred and fifty million in cash fifty million
in stock. First of all, I just want to start
some snaps. You gotta start off with some snaps, man.
That three hundred million dollars, you know, what I'm saying,
(05:26):
three hundred million, man, shout out to the B and
Coach and everybody over the QC, because I'm gonna tell
you right now, it's a lot of companies that are
not worth three hundred million dollars, especially we're talking about
being in the music business. I mean, I feel like
white executives do it all the time. They you know,
level up and they invest and then acquire and do
and seill and do the same things. So stout out
to two black men moving in these white executives and
(05:49):
like showing up and you know, being better and like,
you know, like tanking QC. Never we saw it be
independent for so long and so now to see it
expand it's exciting to see where else he could go.
Scootlebraun man, it's justin bieber Ariana Grande like all those
big mega superstars. So to take the Urban brand and
really make them big and mega stars. I'm excited to
see what they're about to do. I'm excited to And
(06:10):
um I also read that uh P and Coach are
not going to be abandoned in QC. They will still
be very much a part of q C and stuff
like that, And I feel like, you know, I was
looking at a lot of comments and stuff with people
talking about with them being sell out, and what people
don't understand is that a lot of companies do the
same thing. A lot of people that own companies. You know,
(06:31):
when you look at you know, Google and Apple, a
lot of the the owners that own those companies at
one point in time they sold the company and continue
to work for the company. And people just didn't know that. So,
you know, a lot of people just don't understand business.
They think that they got the money, they got bought
out and they're done and over, and everyone's like, yeah,
(06:52):
not necesifically how it goes in business. You invest in
the company just to sell it. Yeah. Of course jay
Z has been following that method for years years. All
the millionaires, billionaires, dudes like, it's not a secret. So
shout out to them. Man, they're elevating and they are
putting off for Atlanta and in a gloomy time if
hip hop, I think it's great news. Speaking to QC,
one of their former artists, Offset is beefing with J
(07:14):
Prince and it's all over the net. Now this beef
h start circulating when J Prince went on million dollars
worth the game and Nigga, you wouldn't really right there
with take off when he was alive, you know what
I mean? So for you to be taking these positions
that you've taken, I'm gonna just say this to you.
(07:35):
Don't never put me in a position. Well, you know,
I have to defend myself. Offset responded, even speak on
me and take relationship, Nigga, I don't know you, nigga
from a can of paint. Nigga, right start, none of
this shoo, nigga, tell about either and if you heard
something from me, I'm gonna tell you it's it's gonna
come from me. Call my phone. The prince, you know,
responded back and attempted to remind Offset on how how
(07:59):
they knew each other. She boy, are you acting like
you're a part of a family that don't really funk
with you because you're a snake. Now you don't know
me from a can of pain. Let me see if
I can refresh your memory. Remember we talked when you
got your ass whooped in Atlanta. You forgot Remember when
you call up on me and I came there, lay
and met with you. Because your wife she had some
(08:21):
issues about using the word flu You forgot Remember when
you and Sauce Walker was beef in and you wanted
me to stamp that bullshit? You forgot that too. I
can go on, but I think you remember now. Then
Offset and Cardi B and Black one hundred all responded
by basically saying Jay Prince was full of cap I
(08:42):
think all this would be eventually settled through a conversation. Um.
I feel like anytime, you know, when you get a
lot of people on the Internet that's going back and forth,
it's more than likely gonna be a private conversation that's
gonna happen. So, you know, all this senseless violence that's
going on, I hope that they, you know, both parties,
get the opportunity to come together and just settle this,
(09:04):
because you know, it's already a bad time for hip
hop and music and it's like, man, so much negative
things going on on the internet. So man, I just
hope that everybody can just have a chance to just
get together and just settle this, you know, because it's
it's never good especially when you because I feel like,
you know, when you're having these conversations on the internet,
you're inviting the whole world to have opinions, and you know,
(09:27):
opinions sometimes feel the fire to these beefs. And you know,
you've seen we've had artists on here and they said, well,
I responded in this song. I responded on the internet
because people on the internet was telling me to do that. So,
you know, I just hope that they're gonna be able
to have a private conversation and you know handle that,
you know, like grown. So I don't I don't know.
(09:50):
I'm a civilian, I paid my taxes, I ain't in
them street games. I'm not in the streets. I don't
know their family, So who am I to like say
what and whatnot or whatever. But at the same time,
I just and like, we should just let them settle
that and let them deal with that. It's unfortunately, I
don't want nobody to get hurt. And yeah, they just
need to talk about it. Just you know, you have
(10:10):
a nice Sunday family dinner. Everybody just bring a plate
and we just all just sit down and just talk
and just you know what I'm saying that I just
think they should have a conversation, a private conversation and
settle things like adults and you know, move on from
the situation because I feel like, you know, this back
(10:31):
and forth on the internet, you know, the Internet is
it is a strange place and can't beat it, and
it's a lot going on. Offset. You know, this beef
just came about and then you know he already uh
you know, not on good terms what Quavo. They were
fighting backstage and he into it with p and it's
just so much. It just seems like going back to
back with Offset. It's just a lot, and he's having it.
(10:55):
He's still grieving, you know. Yeah, man, we just got
to keep our prayers up, man, because you never know
what people are mentally going through. And I feel like
people think celebrities are you know, uh invincible, and then
you know they don't go through things because of the
price possessions that they have. You know, people think that
you know, cars and houses and all that stuff is
(11:15):
gonna make you not be human. Right, So we don't
know what he's going through, but you know, I wish
the best for you know, all those parties that's that's
going through all these things on the Internet. And you know,
I hope people on the internet can understand that, you know,
the internet translates to real life at some point. So
you know, everybody fueling this beef and and and and
fire that that's going on in the internet, Man, that
(11:37):
should be can become real. Yeah, yeah, all the best
to all the parties involved. Man. We just hope everybody
squashes this and you know, get this thing out of control.
We don't want to see it go any further than this.
And y'all listening to the Baller Alert Show. We'll be
back right after this. We'll be right back with more
of the ball Alert Show that with more of the
(12:03):
brother of our show. We got special guest host Dre
tailing the building. Now it's time for the players ball.
I'm a foul oh man. It's getting a little crazy
right now. Listen, we have seen some things that we
did not believe we was gonna see. So Kyrie, as
we're talking about the trade dead trade the trade deadline
is crazy right now because we thought that Brooklyn Nets
(12:26):
had a power team. You know, at one point they
had James Harden, they had Kyle Re. Listen, I guess,
I guess that's not the situation and everything has has
fell apart because Kyrie is now in Dallas, which I
think he's not gonna stay there after the offseason. I
think he's gonna leave and go to l A with Lebron.
But that's my opinion. And we just found out that
(12:49):
Kevin Durant has created another super team. Kevin Durant has
went to the Phoenix Sun, which he's gonna be joining
Chris Paul, Devin Book DeAndre A. Like God, they know
how to shake stuff, you know, to get in. When
he fitted in baby here, I be like, he's wrong
for me, okay, big man, I don't think that was
(13:10):
gonna be possible, like because it's like honestly, everybody thought, like,
oh my god, Carree is leaving. He's leaving Kevin Durant.
But you know, they they hold me, so they ain't
you out. I'm out Tom at least Ben Simmons to
play by himself. I mean, I don't really know. I
(13:31):
don't really know much. When he didn't leave him into
irrelevancy pretty much, because I mean, for for a team
like Brooklyn and to have somebody like Ben Simmons, you know,
these teams are becoming super teams. They all powering up
against each other. So you know, you if you got
Ben Simmons, you gotta have another start, you know, and
you care to shoot, right, That's what they'd be saying.
I don't know. They say, he get to the yeah,
(13:52):
yeah he yeah, he he afraid to shoot that ball.
How you a friend who play basketball? Listen, I don't know,
but I wish I was six nine, the six ten
and I could dunk the ball because I probably wouldn't
be doing this. So another trade that happened is Patrick Beverley. Uh.
He posted on Twitter, Uh, the Gang is back because
D'Angelo Russell got traded from the Timberwolves back to the
(14:14):
Lakers and Russ is finally gone. I know a lot
of Lakers fans are sad, some are happy, but you know,
just the nature of the business. So Patrick Beverley went
on Twitter and posted, the Gang is back because he
used to play with D'Angelo Russell and the Timberwolves. So
we just found out he got traded to Patrick Beverley
(14:35):
just got traded to Orlando Magic for Mo mom Mo Bamba,
Damn damn Pat back together. The gang ain't back together.
Many have shipped his ass off. They do not be
caring about these players. They just be coming out the mouth.
And then I wouldn't say nothing, literally because is dry
(14:58):
because you don't know what's gonna happen. You don't know
what's gonna happen. And they keep passing Patrick Beverley around
like a side chick. So this is in the middle
of the season, right, yeah, this is the middle of
the season. So uh, you know they don't have to
stay there after it's over. Well, it just depends on
your contract. So somebody like a Kyrie, his contract is
up after the end of this season. So I believe
(15:20):
that Kyrie is gonna leave because he can just walk
away from the team. He has no obligations after this
contract is fulfilled. And I think he's gonna walk right
to l A. I don't. I don't think he's gonna
stay with the Mavericks. They, I mean these teams, like
you definitely got to have a super team to win
these games now. But him in Luca, right, like Luca
(15:40):
can play no Lucas. Lucas fired. But why you don't
think they will work together? Dallas, they just got it, man,
they gotta get that third. You gotta have three. I
believe you gotta have them and three superstars now to
win because Kevin Durant is shaking up all these teams
because at least to get to the I mean, you
don't need three superstars to get to the playoffs, but
to get to the you need at least three superstars,
(16:03):
you know, to get to the finals. In my opinion,
And you know, my projection is, I think it's probably
gonna be the Phoenix Suns versus I know what you're
about to say, go ahead, go ahead. I don't know.
I really don't know if Phoenix Suns against I don't know.
(16:24):
I appreciate that BT. That was the player's ball, you know,
talking to everything sports. It's so funny cause Ferrari isn't here,
so you know, he's talking to ladies trying to school us,
and I don't over. You know, I don't know why
I watched sports, okay, but I can't we bother me.
Right after this, we'll be right back with more of
(16:47):
the Baller Alert show message dearball Alert. My lady is
whacking bed, but everything else is perfect. Should I trip
about that? I'm serious about everything being perfect. She's a
great mom, great with the money, cool with hanging out.
She's just our It's just our chemistry in the bedroom.
(17:09):
It's not there, and I don't want to leave her
about it, But what do y'all think I should do?
Teaching need to come? Yeah, why do you mean if
I lack and you're my man, I got your kids,
me in a relationship and something's wrong, why you just
can't tell me? Like I know it's how easy and
said and done, but like, tell me what's wrong? Like
how am I supposed to help you if you don't
help me help you? You know what I'm saying, Like,
(17:30):
just tell me what's up. It definitely need to be
some teaching, yeah going on, and like how you know
you're doing everything right? Like maybe she just ain't telling you,
you know, like you just quit and just right her off,
like she just tell maybe she got a list ready
to go and she just keeping the cool because you know,
like you know, in this situation, I think that a
(17:52):
lot of people are not vocal with their spouses about
their sexual needs. And if you really think about it,
most people in relationships they don't talk to their partners
about what they need. And I've read a study about
how then you know, there's a high chance of women
not having orgasm. And if you really think about it,
(18:14):
women don't really tell men how to make them have
an orgasm, but do men really want to now like
or because it seems like me and kind of just
go for their self, like they want to get the
job done and they're straight. It's like, are you even
taking the time. But it's a lot of faking though,
you know what I'm saying, Like you gotta just just
(18:35):
how a woman would say, you ain't get the job done,
you know what I'm saying. He needs to be able
to have a vocal conversation with his lady and say, hey,
you know I want to spice things up. Man, I
think you gotta be honest with a Saturday and have
a conversation. Goal. Maybe I should go have dinner, go
out for dreams, get a little wine drunk, and then say, baby,
(18:55):
this is what I need. I need to get to
night now you know what I'm say, And like, I
think you need to get spicy. Maybe you know what
I'm saying, Gonna put some fifty shades of gray on
when you get home and say this a sex therapist too,
that's the such thing as a sex therapist. Or just
like yeah, on the Disney to Date night, do something
freaky like go somewhere, act like y'all don't know each
other and just do some role playing or something. You know,
(19:17):
like you say, man, just don't late, Just don't lay
on your back, you know what I'm saying. And maybe
you there's some things that maybe you need to you
need to in send your way. Maybe there's some things
you need to do, you know what I'm saying. Maybe
you need to tell it. Get on top of that
counter and smack that thing, you know what I'm saying,
Just grabbing. Yeah, maybe you just spinning the mouth on that. Um,
(19:45):
we appreciate you all for watching this. Before we go,
we gotta get into this pep talk today. You know,
we're just doing all black history since it's Black History
