Speaker 1 (00:00):
As I start this show, I want to be clear
Donald Trump is safe. I also want to be clear
there has been another attack on his life, another assassination attempt.
Speaker 2 (00:15):
We have a suspect in custody.
Speaker 1 (00:17):
I'm going to play for you in a moment the
press conference so you can hear everything. But I want
to go over the list so you understand what the
left is willing to do.
Speaker 2 (00:28):
To take out Donald Trump.
Speaker 1 (00:31):
There have been two impeachments, both of them bogus to
try to take him out. There have been four different indictments,
many of them the most most egregious abuse of power
to try to take him out. When that didn't work.
After the first two impeachments didn't work, they now have
(00:53):
moved on to the next option, which is to try
to kill Donald Trump. Not one, but two assassination attempts.
And only by the grace of God. And I mean
that so sincerely, only by the grace.
Speaker 2 (01:09):
Of God, is Donald Trump's still with us?
Speaker 1 (01:11):
Right now? We know about this shooter. Now we know
who he is, we know how he was caught. We
understand that it was a good Samaritan that has basically
saved the day. I'm going to play for you in
its entirety the press conference, because that's important, but I
do want you to hear this point first so you
(01:34):
understand some of the basics of how they were able
to catch the person who tried to kill Trump.
Speaker 3 (01:39):
All right, one thirty this afternoon, call came out shots fired.
That was called in by the Secret Service, because we're
in constant contact with him all the time. We were
notified of that and we had unas here that immediately
sealed off the area.
Speaker 4 (01:57):
Fortunately, we were able to.
Speaker 3 (01:58):
Locate a witness that came to us and said, hey,
I saw the guy running out of the bushes. He
jumped into a black Nissan and I took a picture
of the vehicle and the tank, which was great. So
we had that information. Our Real Time Crimes Center put
it out to the license plate readers, and we were
(02:22):
able to get a hit on that vehicle on I
ninety five as it was headed into Martin County. We
got a hold of Martin County Sheriff's office alerted them
and they spotted the vehicle and pulled it over and
detained the guy. After that, we took the victim.
Speaker 4 (02:40):
I'm sorry. The witness that witnessed the incident took flew
him up there, and he.
Speaker 3 (02:46):
Identified as the person that he saw running out of
the bushes that jumped into the car. Now in the
bushes where this guy was is a eight K forty
seven style rifle with a scope, two backpacks which were
hung on the fence that had a ceramic tile in them,
and a GoPro which he was going to take pictures of.
Speaker 4 (03:07):
So those are being processed right now.
Speaker 3 (03:09):
The Secret Service agent that was on the course did
a fantastic job.
Speaker 4 (03:14):
What they do is they have an.
Speaker 3 (03:17):
Agent that jumps one hole ahead of time to where
the president was at and he was able to spot
this rifle barrel, stick it out of the fence and
immediately engage that individual, at which time the individual took off.
So that's what we know about the investigation. We have
somebody in custody right now that is a potential suspect.
We got a little bit more to work to do
(03:38):
on it, but as we usually do, as soon as
we decide that we're going to book them into the
county jail and the charges that he's going to be
booked into, we'll get those to you and we'll get
a picture of them and we'll get you his background.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
I want to start with this is by the grace
of God that this Secret Service agent was there, and
by the grace of God, he was able to see
this rifle barrel coming between a chain link fence and
then didn't think twice before engaging the shooter. All right,
I want to just take a quick second, and I
(04:11):
want to tell you about an incredible company that I've
been telling you about for years. It is a company
called Patriot Mobile. Look, many Americans like me, we're tired,
we're frustrated by stalling economy, inflation, endless wars, and they're
relentless assault on our values, our family values. Thankfully, now
there are companies like Patriot Mobile that still believe in America.
(04:34):
We still believe in our constitution, they still believe in conservatism.
And that's why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile.
Because they're on the front lines fighting for the First
and Second Amendments that we stand behind. They're fighting for
the sanctity of life, and they're fighting for our military
and our first responder heroes.
Speaker 2 (04:57):
I want you to take a stand with your dollars.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
I want you to take a stand for conservative causes
and put America first. By switching to Patriot Mobile today,
you're gonna get the same nationwide coverage as the big
providers well because Patriot Mobile operates across all three major
networks those towers are using right now. Plus they back
their service with a coverage guarantee.
Speaker 2 (05:20):
They're one hundred percent US based.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
Customer service team will find the best plan for your needs.
You get to keep your same number you have right now,
keep your phone, or upgrade to a new one, and
every month when you pay your bill, about five percent
of it is going to go back to support conservative
causes at no extra cost to you. Go to Patriotmobile
dot com slash ferguson, that's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson,
(05:46):
or call them nine to seven to two Patriot right now,
that's nine seven to two Patriot, and you're gonna get
a free month when you use the offer code ferguson.
Don't get fooled by other providers pretending to share your
values or have the same coverage. They don't and they
can't Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. That's Patriotmobile dot com
(06:07):
slash ferguson. Switch to America's only Christian conservative mobile provider,
Patriot Mobile Today nine to seven to Patriot and get
free month of service with the promo code Ferguson. Later
in the press conference, and I will play this in
a moment, they talked about how close this individual was,
could be as close as three hundred yards. Just a
(06:30):
couple days ago on MSNBC, they went back to their
rhetoric of calling Donald Trump hitler. And when you do that,
what do you think it's gonna do.
Speaker 2 (06:41):
It's going to.
Speaker 1 (06:41):
Inspire people to feel justified in what they are trying
to accomplish, which is to kill Donald Trump. The Palm
Beach County sheriff in the news conference, I'm gonna play
from that now. Listen carefully to what they have to say.
This is the latest official update from law enforcement.
Speaker 3 (07:00):
License plate readers, and we were able to get a
hit on that vehicle on I ninety five as it
was headed into Martin County. We got a hold of
Martin County Sheriff's office alerted them and they spotted the
vehicle and pulled it over and detained the guy.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
After that, we took the victim.
Speaker 3 (07:20):
I'm sorry the witness that witnessed the incident, took flew
him up there, and he identified as the person that
he saw running out of the bushes that jumped into
the car. Now in the bushes where this guy was
is a eight K forty seven style rifle with a scope.
Two backpacks which were hung on the fence that had
(07:41):
a ceramic tile in them, had a GoPro which he
was going to take pictures of him. So those are
being processed right now. The Secret Service agent that was
on the course did a fantastic job. What they do
is they have an agent that jumps one hole ahead
of time toward president was at and he was able
(08:02):
to spot this rifle barrel, stick it out of the
fence and immediately engage that individual, at which time the
individual took off. So that's what we know about the investigation.
We have somebody in custody right now that is a
potential suspect. We got a little bit more work to

(08:23):
the county jail and the charges that he's going to
be booked into, we'll get those to you and we'll
get a picture of them and we'll get you his background.
So now I'm going to turn it over to the
representative of the Secret Service and he's going to make prestatement.
Speaker 4 (08:39):
All right, Good afternoon everyone. I first want to.
Speaker 5 (08:42):
Thank all of our law enforcement partners, to include the
homebas Sheriff's Office in the Martin County Sheriff's Office for
their involvement today. Former President Donald Trump is safe and
unharmed following a protective incident.
Speaker 4 (08:58):
Shortly before two pm on Sunday at Trump.
Speaker 5 (09:00):
International Golf Club at West Poone Beach. The Usccret Service
personnel opened fire on a gunman located near to the
property line. And this matters under investigation. I'll turn it
over to my partners over at the FBI.
Speaker 4 (09:17):
Thank question.
Speaker 6 (09:21):
Good afternoon everyone. My name is Jeffrey Veltrie. I'm the
Special Agent in charge of the FBI's Miami Field Office.
The FBI has assumed the role as the lead federal
law enforcement agency in the investigation of the incident that
occurred earlier today at Trump International Golf Course here in
West Palm Beach, Florida. We've deployed a number of resources,
(09:44):
including investigative teams, crisis Response team, members, bomb technicians, and
Evidence Response team members as well. What we need right
now is for the public to avoid the area around
the golf course. We will continue to support this investigation
with the full resources of the FBI, alongside our partners
(10:07):
with the United States Secret Service and the Palmbach Sheriff's Office,
as well as Martin County Sheriff's Office and state and
local law enforcement. I would ask that if anyone has
any information that may assist with this investigation, to contact
our tip line at one eight hundred call FBI or
(10:28):
at tips that's tips dot FBI dot gov.
Speaker 4 (10:36):
Thank you.
Speaker 7 (10:38):
I am Dave Ehrenberg, State attorney from Palm Beach County.
I want to thank Sheriff Bradshaw and our partners at
the local, state, and federal levels. I'm here because our
prosecutors are currently working up warrants and a motion for
pre trial.
Speaker 4 (10:52):
Attention for the suspect.
Speaker 7 (10:55):
In that way, he will be kept in custody. But
our filing of the warrants and charge at the state
level does not preclude federal charge that could be coming.
But in the meantime, it looks like the warrants and
the pretrial detention motion will happen. First and again, I
want to thank the cooperation we've had with our federal
(11:16):
partners and at the local level, and thank you all
for being here today.
Speaker 3 (11:21):
Okay, we're gonna make these pictures available to you. It'll
show you a picture of the backpack and the rifle,
and there's also a GoPro on the fence there where
he was intent on filming what was going on. Even
though we're gonna have to secure a couple of areas
around the golf course here, the public.
Speaker 4 (11:38):
Doesn't need the panic.
Speaker 3 (11:39):
We know that we got a post office, a library,
and a school down the street, so we'll make it
convenient for it to get to all the places you
need to go, get your kids to school, get them
over here to the post office, or wherever else you
need to go. It's safe. There's no more danger here,
and we'll make it very convenient for you. So, having
said that, we're going to take a very limited of
(11:59):
the mint of questions and you can direct.
Speaker 4 (12:01):
Them to who you want to answer. The question.
Speaker 8 (12:06):
Was being changed.
Speaker 3 (12:08):
No statement right now as far as his involvement in
the incident and the further investigation to be completed.
Speaker 2 (12:19):
Yeah, I'm the first.
Speaker 9 (12:20):
Gentleman answered, there was a rightful So one of our
agents saw saw right offense to the Bechames.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
Okay, so he saw.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
That the agent that is correct, yes, and the president
of course behind the post.
Speaker 5 (12:38):
It was one or two holes behind that, because the
bubble moves through the golf course, so our agents will
get their first clear. He noticed that the rifle was
pointing out our agents engaged. We are not sure right
now if the individual was able to take.
Speaker 4 (12:57):
A shot at our agents.
Speaker 5 (12:59):
Uh, but for sure our agents were able to uh
to engage with the with the.
Speaker 4 (13:06):
I do doesn't appear so.
Speaker 7 (13:09):
Yeah, How far away was the president?
Speaker 4 (13:13):
How far away was Donald Trump? Where this gentle under.
Speaker 10 (13:15):
Bus caught the stop?
Speaker 3 (13:20):
Okay, probably between three and five hundred yards, but with
a rifle and the scope like that, that's not a
long distance.
Speaker 4 (13:29):
For the secret Service?
Speaker 11 (13:31):
How far was your agent?
Speaker 4 (13:33):
They would be a saying that I'm not I'm not
sure right now.
Speaker 5 (13:37):
That's we're still looking into the four rails today edition
required all four.
Speaker 4 (13:42):
Of us from your agent. That is correct, four to six.
We're not sure yet.
Speaker 6 (13:46):
Was there a long distance plenty?
Speaker 3 (13:48):
Well?
Speaker 5 (13:48):
Yes, yes? How wo the.
Speaker 3 (13:57):
How was they happened?
Speaker 9 (13:59):
And were references or any ousecurity course.
Speaker 4 (14:03):
I didn't hear what was to say that one more
time and talk up a little bit. So how happened?
Speaker 2 (14:11):
And for utures or any.
Speaker 4 (14:13):
Security golf course, Well, you got to understand.
Speaker 3 (14:16):
The golf course is surrounded by shrubbery, so when somebody
gets into the shrubbery, they're pretty much out of sight,
all right.
Speaker 4 (14:23):
And at this level that he is at right now,
he's not the city president. If he was, we would
have had this highre a golf course around it.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
Well, because he's not, the security is limited to the
areas that the Secret Service deems possible. So I would
imagine that the next time becomes in a golf course,
there'll probably be a little bit more people around the perimeter.
But the Secret Service did exactly what they should have done.
They provided exactly what the protection should have been, and
(14:51):
their agent did a fantastic job.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
Which Pression was a shrubber.
Speaker 3 (14:56):
He was himself. I guess the layout of the golf course.
You've got three holes, five, six, and seven, all right.
One of them runs parallel to Summit Boulevard, one of
them runs parallel to Commerce. And he was in an
area in the in the shrubbery where he could see
both hoes. So the President was another hole back, which
(15:19):
means he's about between four and five hundred yards away
on the golf course.
Speaker 4 (15:23):
Oh he's on the golf course. Yeah, but he's back
of leaves.
Speaker 3 (15:27):
That has changed at all, leaves profession for rested.
Speaker 7 (15:31):
Do this not a second potential.
Speaker 6 (15:34):
Second pound on him?
Speaker 7 (15:35):
The page just elaborate of hothpics have changed what he
gained all this?
Speaker 4 (15:41):
Yes, the threat level is high.
Speaker 5 (15:45):
We have increased the h the amount of assets that
we've supported, so we are we live in danger times.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
So yes, he uh, We're done with questions right now.
There's really much more forced to add. I just want
to tell you the Secret Service of the FBI and
the State Attorney's Office have been fantastic to work with,
and I can tell you right now our agency with
this real time Crime Center was.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
Fat I'm going to stop there, and I want to
get some of your reaction to all of this. The
number one eight hundred and four seven four nine seven
three two, if you just joined us, A second Trump
assassination attempt has happened. The President is safe well on
Sport Enforcement responded after this next the second assassination attempt
(16:35):
by shooting at the suspect.
Speaker 2 (16:37):
The suspect had.
Speaker 1 (16:38):
An AK forty seven with a scope, a camera, backpacks
taken into custody, and apparently uh some sort of bulletproof
plating as well. This is obviously a major problem because
the Democratic Party it seems to be obsessed with killing
this president. The former president is safe. J d Vance
(17:01):
saying the press Trump is in good spirits. The would
be assassin has been identified see NBC confirmed. The identity
of the alleged would be assassin who authorities tookn a
cussy on Sunday after this failed.
Speaker 2 (17:13):
Attempt on the present's line. The person in cussy with him.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
The Secret Service shot at while he was in possession
of a semi automatic rifle is Ryan Wesley Ruth fifty eight,
three senior law enforcement officials briefed on the matter confirmed
to NBC News.
Speaker 2 (17:30):
Attempts have been made to track Ryan Wesley Roue's social.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
Media footprint, but they have remained unconfirmed at this time.
The alleged would be Trump assassin on Sunday stood five
three hundred to five hundred yards away former president with
a rifle.
Speaker 2 (17:47):
Now, I want you to think about this.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
I was literally playing golf today, catting for my son
in a tournament. Five three hundred yards is one like
not far. Part three. We can see the group in
front of us. My son who's young, can hit the
ball two hundred yards. Like three hundred yards is nothing, folks.
I want you to understand that three hundred yards is
(18:12):
the group in front of you have to wait with
a golf ball for them to clear before people hit
is three hundred yards. So when you think about it
from that, it's basically an adult male driver distance if
you're hitting a drive, that's how close this man was
the president of the United States, former President Donald Trump,
with a AK forty seven with a scope on it.
Speaker 2 (18:36):
And the question I have now is like, what the
hell is that? I mean, who try? What the hell
is going on? How do we not have the.
Speaker 1 (18:46):
Same level of security at least from now until election
day for Donald Trump as the sitting president of the
United States of America, Because there's clearly more people trying
to kill Donald Trump than Joe Biden. And that's not
meant in a negative way or a knock on Joe Biden.
I want him to be safe, but damn it, like
(19:08):
this is the leader of the Republican Party, a former president.
Speaker 2 (19:12):
And now I mean, is it just part of the deal.
Speaker 1 (19:14):
If you're a Republican you get shot at every thirty days,
every sixty days.
Speaker 2 (19:21):
Thank the Lord that the Secret Service saw this guy.
But how is this happening again?
Speaker 1 (19:27):
Palm Beach County Sheriff says, in AK forty seven with
a scope and GoPro, we're found at the scene of
suspect is in custody. I'll say that again. The suspect
is in cussy. He was shot at by the Secret Service.
That is what made him run. They were able to
get plates on him and find him in his car
(19:47):
from those plates as they used the plate scanners, and
that was what was able to get them to track
him quickly.
Speaker 2 (19:54):
Now with that being said, I.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
Want you to I'm going to play a couple different
piece of audio for you. You hear this one coming
from Fox News Channel.
Speaker 12 (20:05):
The suspect of what is now being investigated as a
second attempted assassination of former President Trump has been identified
authority to say his name is Ryan Wesley Roath. He
allegedly poked his muzzle of his AK forty seven Star
rifle through a changling fence as he was hiding in
the bushes of former President Trump's golf course at West
(20:28):
Palm Beach, Florida. That's when an agent saw it an
open fire. The Trump campaign releasing the statement just after
two o'clock this afternoon, President Trump is safe following gunshots
in his vicinity.
Speaker 2 (20:39):
No further details at this time.
Speaker 12 (20:41):
Those gunshots we now know were fired by that Secret
Service agent growth now in custody.
Speaker 1 (20:48):
It is incredible, by the way that I don't want
to use the word lucky, because I don't think that's
the right word to use. I think it God's grace,
especially now knowing what we know that law enforcement states
President Trump did not have Secret Service protections around the
golf course because quote, he's not the sitting president.
Speaker 3 (21:11):
And for a golf course, well, you got to understand,
the golf course is surrounded by shrubbery, so when somebody
gets into the shrubbery, they're pretty much out.
Speaker 4 (21:21):
Of sight, all right.
Speaker 3 (21:23):
And at this level that he is at right now,
he's not the sitting president. If he was, we would
have had this higher golf course around it. Well, because
he's not, the security is limited to the areas that
the Secret Service deems possible.
Speaker 4 (21:38):
So I would.
Speaker 3 (21:39):
Imagine that the next time becomes of the golf course,
there'll probably be a little bit more people around the perimeter.
Speaker 1 (21:46):
I mean, this is what I don't understand. You just
had an assassination attempt. And this goes back to bureaucracy,
all right, Like, clearly the Secret Service that were on
the ground there with the president are heroes.
Speaker 2 (21:58):
But this is that government, Brox. I mean, we spend
trillions of dollars.
Speaker 1 (22:02):
We spend billions and billions on stupid blank stuff all
the time with our government.
Speaker 2 (22:08):
Okay, we spent.
Speaker 1 (22:09):
Billions on charging stations for the country for you know,
this green alternative energy crap, and guess what happened.
Speaker 2 (22:17):
We've had like three of them installed. But we spent billions.
Speaker 1 (22:21):
You're telling me that the United States of America can't
do a better job of protaking the president of the
United States of America than this, And I'm talking about
like this seems to be two different times. With the
excuse is, well, he's not the sitting president, so therefore
you got a good shot at taking him out. That's
(22:41):
what the first excuse was, right, Well, we didn't have
the resources.
Speaker 2 (22:46):
That you know, put anybody on a building where it
was clear that a.
Speaker 1 (22:53):
Sniper would love to use that building to take out
Donald Trump. And then today they're like, well, he's not
the same pident, right, so he didn't have Secret Service
protections around the golf course because he's not the siting president.
So just to be clear, the richest country in the world, right,
who's supposed to have the best, you know, Seal Team six.
I mean, if I was Donald Trump right now, I
(23:16):
would be losing my mind. It's like, how the hell
is this happening again? And again I'm not blaming I
want to be clear the Secret Service agents that are
on the ground, Okay, I'm not blaming them. I'm blaming
the bureaucracy that's well above him. How the hell is
it that Donald Trump that you can get within three
hundred yards and have a rifle and be aiming it
(23:38):
and then you have to get shot at my Secret Service?
Like this is the second damn time this has happened.
And the excuse as well, he's not the president. Can
you imagine the ideas that are popping the heads of
terrorists and bad people in American around the world after
seeing this happen now, not once, but twice, Like the
chances of you being successful based on what we're witnessing
(23:59):
right now now, they honestly seem to be pretty good,
and we should all demand answers about that, Like the
fact that they're acting like this is like, hey, I mean,
you know, like it's it's it's pretty good, folks, Like
you know, I mean we're almost two for two year.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
You can get close, you can get a gun there,
you can you can you know, and and hey we
may get you. We may not, but it does seem
like you've got a chance. It's just it is asinine
to me.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
The threat level against Donald Trump got to be higher
than that against the sitting president.
Speaker 2 (24:37):
It's American. I want to be clear. I'm not saying
you take away protection from the sitting president. Okay.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
I want to be very very very very very very
very clear about that. Okay, I want to be abundantly clear.
I am not saying that. What I am saying is,
if you've got a threat level against Donald Trump that
is higher than the sitting president United States America, then
maybe you should give him better protection than what you're
giving him, because what you're giving him right now clearly
(25:03):
is inadequate. Clearly it sucks, and you're setting up the
hard working men and women on the ground for failure.
Speaker 2 (25:11):
This past week.
Speaker 1 (25:13):
By the way, and before I give you all the details,
I want to take a moment and I want to
ask for your help. The war in Israel started on
October the seventh. We have seen death and destruction in
the Holy Land for more than forty years. The International
Fellowship of Christians and Jews has been on the ground
in Israel and within hours of the war starting, and
(25:33):
every day since, they've been feeding the hungry and protecting
the vulnerable. You may not realize, but Israel is literally
under attack now on a daily basis, with rockets coming in.
Those that are surrounding Israel are doing everything they can
to take them out. The attacks continue in the North
and the South, but there are resilient survivors who bravely
(25:57):
share their stories in a series the Fellowship call Faces
of Iron.
Speaker 2 (26:02):
Survivors like Danny. His beloved daughter and her.
Speaker 1 (26:05):
Husband were burned alive on October the seventh by Hamas Terras.
Danny is a commander of the volunteer fire and rescue
group in his community. Despite fire equipment nearby. Danny could
do nothing as his daughter's house burned and his daughter
and her husband lost their lives. Christians like you support
Israel through the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews. It's
(26:29):
his support that helps these survivors remain steadfast and strong.
To hear more stories like this one and show your
support for Israel. Please stand with me and visit support
IFCJ dot org. That's support if CJ dot org. Support
IFCJ dot org. And I'm gonna go back to playing
(26:52):
this because I do think it's important. Oh gosh, mister producer,
I gotta I gotta find this di as my producer.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
It was it was Blumenthal giving a warning Richard.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
And I'm again, this is all breaking news, so bear
with me as I get this to load. I got
to find it because I had it the other day.
Richard Blumenthal came out and said, you are going to
be shocked. Okay, you're going to be shocked by what
we have heard from the Secret Service. And you're like,
(27:28):
like and the and the failures and this assassin was
it bluominhal. I'm trying to remember it and I'll try
to find.
Speaker 2 (27:33):
It a minute.
Speaker 1 (27:35):
But it's just amazing to me that that that this
is where we are, where Secret Service is, I guess
you could say doesn't have what they need to.
Speaker 2 (27:47):
Do their job.
Speaker 1 (27:48):
That I guess that's one way to put it, like,
doesn't have the ability to actually do their job the
way they need to do their job. The Secret Service
represented saying, you know Donald Trump is said, hey, well,
yes he's safe, but you guys had to apparently tackle him.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
And there was a real.
Speaker 1 (28:06):
Good chant here that this dude could have gotten a
shot off. I'm in shocked by this, you know. I
go back to Josh Holly, Josh Holly, Republican Center from Missouri.
He said this recently on TV about the first assassination attempt.
Speaker 13 (28:25):
Well, what I've heard tonight, Jesse, is that most of
the agents who were there at that rally and Butler
were not Secret Service agents. They were, in fact Homeland
security agents. And get this, most of those homeland security
agents the only training that they received was an online webinar,
a two hour online webinar, and I'm told that about
(28:45):
half the time the sound to the webinar didn't even work.
Speaker 4 (28:48):
So think about this.
Speaker 13 (28:50):
The President of the United States, former president of the
United States Donald Trump is sent out on stage. Most
of the people there aren't trained, They're not qualified. They
only got a webinar training and even that didn't work.
It is absolutely outrageous.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
Richard Blumenthal, by the way, and I'm going to go
back to this. This is what blooment Thal said coming
out of the meeting. Okay, he came out of the
meeting and he was asked about like what they learned, right,
like what happened?
Speaker 2 (29:16):
Listen carefully, this is a Democrat.
Speaker 14 (29:18):
People are going to be shocked, astonished, and appalled by
what we will report to them about the failures by
the Secret Service in this assassination attempt on the former president.
But I think they also ought to be appalled and
astonished by the failure of the Department of Homelands and
(29:40):
Security to be more forthcoming, to be as candid and
frank as it should be to them in terms of
providing information. And we are going to absolutely insist on
the truth and the whole truth in documents and testimonial
(30:01):
as members of the United States Senate, but also as citizens.
What did you learn new today when you said they're
I'm not going to go into what we have learned
in specifics. I'm giving you my reaction, and we will
have a report very very soon that I think will
absolutely shock the American people, or it should about the
(30:25):
lapses and lags in the protection that was afforded that
day and the breakdown and communication failure and responsibility are
coming today or tomorrow.
Speaker 4 (30:37):
I'm sorry if they have a report coming out tonight
or tomorrow.
Speaker 3 (30:40):
No do you think I mean, is there a level
of urgency to get this information out as soon as
possible because of the void that's being filled with conspiracy
theories about what happened on that day?
Speaker 14 (30:51):
That is a really critical question. The failure of the
Apartment of Homeland Security to be more forthcoming fuels that
cannspiracy theories that have no basis in fact. If government
officials fail to be factual and forthcoming, the petri dish
for the virus of untruth and conspiracy theories is made
(31:17):
all the richer. We have an urgency, we have an
imperative to get the facts and make them public, all
of them, as soon as possible. I cannot say more
passionately how urgent I feel this mission is because the
American people need and deserve to know the truth, even
(31:37):
if it's embarrassing.
Speaker 1 (31:39):
Even if it's embarrassing, that is a Democrat. Richard Boomenthal
saying this before this second assassination attempt, before it, not after,
but before it. How is it that we give all
of this money of the government and they can't even
keep Donald Trump safe?
Speaker 2 (31:58):
How is it that we give all this money the government.
Speaker 1 (32:02):
And not once, but twice now we've had assassination attempts
against him? How is that possible. I'm still in shocked
that I'm even having to do the show.
Speaker 3 (32:12):
This is.
Speaker 1 (32:13):
I cannot explain to you how surreal it is that
two times in the last what two months, I've had
to do this. This man who tried to assassinate President
Trump identified as Ryan.
Speaker 2 (32:25):
Ralph.
Speaker 1 (32:27):
There are many now looking to his social media if
this social media account is his, and Fox Susan reporting
that the man arrest of the day with that go
pro a backpack in AK forty seven with the FBI
is calling tim to assassination on President Trump. There are
social media accounts that seem to be and this is preliminary,
I want to make that clear, tied to social media
(32:52):
accounts where he is clearly an anti Trump person. Some
of the eats that are now starting to go radical
are one where it says your campaign and again that
hasn't been confirmed. I want to be clear, but it
seems like a lot of this is pointing to this
same name and social media accounts it says potus referring
(33:13):
to Biden. Your campaign should be called saying like ka
daf keep American democratic and free Trump should be massive,
make American slaves again.
Speaker 2 (33:24):
Master.
Speaker 1 (33:25):
Democracy is on the ballot and we cannot lose. We
cannot afford to fail. The world is counting on us
to show the way. Another one tweeted at Elon Musks
that I would like to buy a rocket from you.
I wish to load it with a warhead for Putin's
black Sea mansion bunker to end him. Can you give
me a price please? Can be old and used and
not returning as not returning. There's also pictures that looks
(33:51):
like of this individual in DC, in DC, in DC
and Kiev to provide soldiers for the war effort.
Speaker 2 (34:00):
Very confusing post. If that's it.
Speaker 1 (34:03):
What we know now is this is who the suspect was.
Watch how fast the media, by the way, doesn't cover
this one. What's even more shocking. I was not home
when this broke, and my phone started to blow up,
and I asked my producers, like, dude, what's it like
on TV? And he was like, Ben, I'm watching right now.
And he's like, I'm not even thinking. I don't even
think they're breaking into football for this, because why would
(34:25):
you write? Why would the American people need to know
that someone else tried to kill Donald Trump? Like, that's
not news you want out there? Just move on like
it never happened, or we just normalize that. If you
don't like a Republican, you just take them out. You
can also do that as well, just you know, just
take him out, no big deal. Just take him out.
(34:48):
You don't like him, take him out. You don't want
to run against him, no problem, take him out. You
concern about what's happening, No big deal, Just take him out.
You don't like where the country's headed with a just
if it's a Republican, you know, just take him out.
You I mean, I mean, if you don't think this
is a radical left problem, you've got your head up
(35:08):
your rear end.
Speaker 2 (35:10):
Like we fight our battles of the ballot box.
Speaker 1 (35:12):
They they apparently now the same people that tell you that,
oh they hate guns, man. They sure do like to
use them against the Republicans lately, don't they. You know,
the same party that's like, hey, we need a ban
you know, all quote assault rifles. They certainly do seem
to like him right now when they're trying to kill
Donald Trump two times in the last couple of months.
And then they're like, oh, yeah, we don't have any
(35:33):
protection around the president. He's not the real president, right,
Like I love this. Oh, it's just you know, you're
not the real president. Come on right, I know we're
not you know, no, no, no, we don't. We don't
have you know, Secret Service PRIs. We don't have protection
around the entire golf course. That's not that's not something
we would provide.
Speaker 3 (35:53):
One this afternoon, I mean call came out, shots fired.
That was called in White Secret Service. Because we're in
constant contact with them all the time, we were notified
of that, and we had units here that immediately sealed
off the area. Fortunately, we were able to locate a
witness that came to us and said, hey, I saw
(36:15):
the guy running out of the bushes. He jumped into
a black Nissan and I took a picture of the
vehicle and the tank, which was great. So we had
that information. Our Real Time Crime Center put it out
to the license plate readers and we were able to
(36:36):
get a hit on that vehicle on I ninety five
as it was headed into Martin County. We got a
hold of Martin County Sheriff's office alerted them and they
spotted the vehicle and pulled it over and detained the guide.
After that, we took the victim.
Speaker 4 (36:53):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 3 (36:54):
The witness that witnessed the incident took flew him up
there and he identified the person that he saw running
out of the bushes that jumped into the car.
Speaker 4 (37:03):
Now in the bushes where this.
Speaker 3 (37:05):
Guy was is Ak forty seven style rifle with a scope,
two backpacks which were hung on the fist that had
a ceramic tile in him.
Speaker 4 (37:16):
Had a GoPro which he was going to take pictures of.
Speaker 2 (37:21):
Thank goodness for the one man that.
Speaker 1 (37:25):
Saw it, Like God bless him that actually, and it
was smartenough to take the picture. Think the Lord, and
I mean that so sincerely, Think the Lord. That happened
two days ago on MSNBC, they were referring to him
yet again as Hitler. They will stop at nothing. They
(37:49):
will stop at nothing to take this man out. It
is disgusting, by the way. MSNBC one of their I
kid you not. MSNBC analysts argue that Trump quote should
consider not golfing for the foreseeable future. In other words,
(38:09):
what's your own fault. You don't have the rights to
go out in a private golf course and play golf.
Speaker 2 (38:15):
I mean, everybody hates you.
Speaker 1 (38:17):
He's justifying an assassination attent.
Speaker 2 (38:21):
Just just stay home. Notice what this really boils down to.
Don't do a rally. Just stay home all until election date,
Donald Trump, don't say anything. Just just stay home. Listen.
Speaker 11 (38:34):
So there's an inevitable sit down with protectees across the
secrets or spectrum about open air events, this is going
to happen.
Speaker 4 (38:45):
I guarantee you.
Speaker 11 (38:47):
The question I can't I can't answer right now is
whether each protectee is going to go with the program.
In other words, will Donald Trump, if encouraged by the
Secret Service to stop golfing, or to change golf courses
or do some thing you know that's far more protected,
will he abide by that? I think in these remaining
weeks I would take the advice of security professionals, whatever
(39:09):
they say. But we're already living in a society where
our nominees, our vice presidential nominees are speaking from behind
bullet resistant.
Speaker 4 (39:17):
Glass at open air rallies. How far can this go?
Speaker 11 (39:21):
How far can we fund, if at all, the Secret
Service to put numerous drones up to see an aerial
shot of golf courses, concerts, rallies.
Speaker 4 (39:31):
Is this going to become the norm?
Speaker 11 (39:33):
Where is the perimeter? Because the more you move a
perimeter out, we're already hearing that this shooter was on
the fence line or behind the fence line of the
golf course. Where do you put your perimeter? How many agents?
How many police officers will you need? Do you need
an entire you know, square acre? Do you need miles
of perimeter? These are questions that own most can't be
(39:56):
answered because they're cost prohibitive and resource prohibitive.
Speaker 1 (40:03):
Frank Fink, Lucy, thank you now, I love it, like, oh,
that's our analysis. Well, basically you should just stay home
and do nothing. By the way, I also want to
put it in just into context for you. Donald Trumps
has experienced as many assassination attempts as Kamala Harris's has
(40:23):
done interviews.
Speaker 2 (40:25):
I really want you to let that sit in. Did
you hear what I just said?
Speaker 1 (40:30):
Kamala Harris has has done as many interviews as assassination attempts.
Speaker 2 (40:37):
Let that sink in, like, really, really like, let that
sink in.
Speaker 1 (40:45):
I am furious that we are living in a country
where this is what is going on, and this is
what is happening, where it's just I mean, you now
have Donald Trump that has now experienced any assassination attempts
as Kama has.
Speaker 2 (41:01):
Experienced interviews, and this is the world that we live in.
Speaker 1 (41:07):
And then the media is like, oh well, Trump, maybe
just don't go golfing anymore, don't do outdoor appearances, don't
run a campaign. Sean Hannity talking about Trump after they spoke,
I want you to hear what he had to say
on Fox.
Speaker 4 (41:22):
It's very alarming.
Speaker 14 (41:23):
And Sean, have you spoken to the former president or
texted with him?
Speaker 8 (41:27):
I have spoken with the President three times since this incident,
and each time I got a new piece of information.
One that they had found, first of all, what happened
with the shooting. The second thing that they had found
a AK forty seven. Third that their drone footage was
able to give them enough surveillance to identify the exact
(41:48):
car that the individual involved in the shooting got into.
And further detail that they gave me was that they
were updated and told that that car had been found identified,
was surrounded by law enforcement.
Speaker 2 (42:02):
I don't know what happened from there. It could not
have been too far away.
Speaker 8 (42:06):
I would say the time frame was less than a
half hour between the time that the shooting actually took
place and they identified the car.
Speaker 2 (42:14):
So like, how is he doing?
Speaker 4 (42:18):
That's what we want to know.
Speaker 2 (42:18):
How is he doing?
Speaker 8 (42:19):
If you spoke to him, well, you really want to
know the truth? Art thell he goes, I really, well,
there's more details because I did hear, and Steve Woodcough
was very clear. The first thing the President did when
he got back to the clubhouse was make sure that
everybody else was okay. He didn't see his golf partner
with him. Where's Steve, Where's Steve? Where's Steve? And then
(42:41):
Steve says, I'm right here. He got in maybe a
few minutes behind the president. The Secret Service was able
to get everybody to safety. Everybody else was taken off
the golf course. Then when the president found out everybody
was safe and nobody had been harmed. I guess in
typical fight fight fight fashion. Trump said uh to Steve,
(43:01):
and then he related to me, I really wanted to
finish the hole. I was even and had I had
a birdie putt.
Speaker 2 (43:10):
And it was on the fifth.
Speaker 8 (43:11):
It was on the fifth hole, which shows a lot
of I think guts and gumption and very trumpy and
I guess in every way. But you know, the good
news we can report is that, in spite of this
being in such close proximity to the President and others
in the Secret Service, that they were not harmed and
that they are in safety. And I know the investigation
(43:33):
will go forward, probably more details, I would imagine as
time unfolds.
Speaker 1 (43:39):
A moment ago, CNN's Caitlin Collins reporting on the absolute
stunning it mission from the FBI the President Donald Trump
was the target of a second assassination attempt saying it
this way on CNN.
Speaker 9 (43:51):
Quoting the FBI. Now, they says, the FBI has responded
to West Palm Beach, Florida, and is investigating what appears
to be an attempted assassination of former President Trump. Wolf
It is just that one Ward State that one sentence
from the FBI. We are waiting to learn more, but
it is absolutely stunning that just a few weeks after
what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania, with the attempted assassination that
(44:14):
we all watched and witnessed on camera during his rally
that day, now the FBI says they are investigating what
appears to be a second attempted assassination of Donald Wolf.
And it's just it's remarkable. They're still investigating the first
attempted assassination and now here they are on scene in
(44:35):
Palm Beach, Florida, dealing with what they say appears to
be a second one Wolf.
Speaker 1 (44:41):
I love how CNN acts like they're shocked by this
when hours before on CNN there are people that are
attacking Donald Trump, and on MSNBC you have a representative,
a Democratic representative Crockett saying that Donald.
Speaker 2 (44:55):
Trump is a threat to democracy.
Speaker 10 (44:57):
Commander in chief is actually bring that held to their footsteps.
He decided to amplify a lie on a national debate stage,
and that is harming American citizens.
Speaker 4 (45:08):
That is a problem.
Speaker 10 (45:09):
When I talk about MAGA, I talk about the fact
that when we swore in finally in January that we
swore to defend against those that are coming against us,
whether they are domestic or international, and right now I
feel like MAGA in general, they are threats to us domestically,
and we see it time and time again, and I
(45:29):
think that's why you see so many national leaders, whether
they're Republicans or Democrats, coming together to say, there is
only one person qualified to be the commander in chief,
So take out Trump.
Speaker 2 (45:41):
That's what this congress woman saying.
Speaker 1 (45:42):
You think anybody at MSNBC is going to be like, hey,
don't put her on the a anymore, like you think
anybody's going to do that.
Speaker 2 (45:48):
No, why would we do that?
Speaker 1 (45:51):
No, In fact, we're going to put the blame on
Donald Trump, saying that Donald Trump should consider not golfing
for this foreseeable future. That's actually what they put on
on MSNBC after the assassination attempt. And are we gonna
give Donald Trump, you know, protection, No where we spend
trillions of dollars every hundred days that we don't have
(46:13):
on all sorts of stupid government programs.
Speaker 2 (46:17):
We're spending hundreds of billions on illegal immigrants.
Speaker 1 (46:20):
But can we can We can't afford to like you know,
put the perimeter around where Donald Trump is.
Speaker 2 (46:27):
Can't do that of course.
Speaker 3 (46:29):
Well you got to understand if the golf course is
surrounded by shrubbery, so so when somebody gets into the shrubbery,
they're pretty much out of.
Speaker 4 (46:35):
Sight, all right.
Speaker 2 (46:37):
And that's they're admitting they know.
Speaker 1 (46:39):
This is like a like, oh yeah, if you I mean,
what'd you go in to shrubbery? Like hey, like you
can do whatever the hell you want. You want to
take out Trump, just get the shrubbery.
Speaker 2 (46:46):
They're telling you this. They're saying, this is a massive vulnerability.
Speaker 4 (46:50):
This level that he is at right now. He's not
the city president. If he was, we would have had
this higher golf course around him.
Speaker 3 (46:57):
Well, because he's not, the security is live into the
areas that the Secret Service deems possible. So I would
imagine that the next time becomes at a golf course,
there'll probably be a little bit more people around the perimeter.
But the Secret Service did exactly what they should have done.
They provided exactly what the protection should have been, and
(47:17):
their agent did a fantastic job.
Speaker 2 (47:20):
We got lucky again. God saved Donald Trump's life. Again.
Speaker 1 (47:23):
That's what he should have said. Yeah, like we have
dumb rules. Right now, we all know that they're dumb rules.
Speaker 2 (47:29):
We don't give the president what he needs. In fact,
we're going to tell you, yeah, you get in the shrubbery.
We can't see you. We're just lucky.
Speaker 1 (47:35):
This one secret service guy actually saw it. And then
he said, Okay, I'm an gains a shooter because outside that, like, no,
I mean, it's just you're screwed right outside that.
Speaker 2 (47:46):
It's just it is what it is. Folks, hold on
for you know. And and hey, oh by the way, earlier.
Speaker 1 (47:52):
Day on MSNBC, you know, we're talking about Maga being
a threat to democracy.
Speaker 2 (47:57):
So let's stick with that for a while, because that work.
Speaker 1 (48:00):
That that won't ratchet things down at all. No, no, no, no, no,
that that's what you want to hear. You want to
hear that, right, Like, let's let's let's let's you want
to cool things off. No, we don't want to cool
things off. We want we want to ratchet things up.
Maggot is a threat to democracy. Donald Trump's a threat
to democracy.
Speaker 2 (48:20):
If if if you.
Speaker 1 (48:20):
Take those words literal, then you're just you're telling someone
this is what you need to do. You're saying we
are justifying any one of you out there. You are justified.
You are justified in killing Donald Trump. And clearly the
media is connecting with the crazies on the left, because
two different crazies on the left to try to take
(48:42):
out Donald Trump. Like the words and the reporting and
what they say about Trump. Okay, what they say about
him clearly have consequences for what you say. Clearly there
are consequences. I go back to what I said earlier.
(49:03):
MSNBC has associated Trump with Hitler numerous times. They are
now saying that Trump needs to tone down the rhetoric
now that Trump has been shot at for a second time.
Quote on MSNBC, do you expect there to be calls
from within the Trump campaign to tone it down? I'm
(49:24):
gonna play this Okay, the audio is a little scratchy,
but it's worth playing.
Speaker 2 (49:29):
Listen carefully.
Speaker 15 (49:31):
It's gonna be calls from within the Trump campaign to
do that, because he's going to reach out to his
supporters and say, let's take this down.
Speaker 13 (49:42):
We do not.
Speaker 2 (49:44):
I mean, do you hear that? Like they're like, wow,
I mean, is he going to tone it down? Is
he going to tone it down? Because apparently that too
needs to be blamed now right, we need it? Yeah, Yeah,
let's let's let's blame it on let's let's let's.
Speaker 1 (50:01):
Let's just straight up blame it. Let's let's just blame
it on them. Right, it's his somehow, it is his fault.
I've got the better audio that just came in because
it just happened on MSNBC misproducer, We got all right,
we got it.
Speaker 2 (50:17):
Listen.
Speaker 15 (50:17):
Yeah, do you expect there to be called from within
the Trump campaign to do that because he's going to
reach out to his supporters and say, let's take this down.
We do not know again, the source of any gunshot
or gunshots. We don't know who's responsible for this. The
(50:39):
whole thing has yet to be one hundred percent confirmed
from start to finish.
Speaker 2 (50:44):
How this all played out.
Speaker 15 (50:46):
But do you expect to hear anything from the Trump
campaign about toning down the rhetoric, toning down the violence?
Speaker 2 (50:52):
So would that be a typical toning down the violence?
Speaker 1 (50:56):
So MSNBC and understand, this is moments after they have
it's been reported that there were shots fired. They don't
know who shot, who fired the shots, They don't know
any of the details. And immediately MSNBC they are communists.
Speaker 2 (51:13):
Owned by the Harris Biden administration.
Speaker 1 (51:16):
And they immediately start saying, well, I mean, if you're
Donald Trump, you should expect to be shot at. You're
the guy that you know, you need to tone it down.
We'll be back in a moment. Right, we'll tell you
why Donald Trump shouldn't be going to play golf, right,
he shouldn't have that. Right, We'll tell you why he
should just stop having public events.
Speaker 2 (51:36):
It's kind of his fault if he dies. I mean,
this is in the moments.
Speaker 1 (51:40):
After, and they know nothing, and they're already saying, well,
it's Donald Trump's fault that there was violence, Like, well,
this was really Trump's fault somehow, this is Trump's fault.
Speaker 15 (51:50):
Listen from the Trump campaign about toning down the rhetoric,
toning down the violence. So would that be a typical
of the former president.
Speaker 1 (51:59):
I'm just curious for MSNBC and these scumbags over there,
when was there When was this violence you're referring to.
Was it happening like earlier today where Donald Trump, like
a bunch of people at a rally just started like
trashing a city and burning it down.
Speaker 2 (52:12):
Oh no, that would be Black Lives Matter and they
did that for an entire year.
Speaker 1 (52:16):
So tell me when this violence was that just it's
happening on his campaign because she's saying it's happening now,
like how she's not even saying like January sixth, like
she's saying straight up now.
Speaker 16 (52:26):
Well, Alex, remember back to the assassination attempt on President
Trump's life and how you know, there was talk of
a new tone, and then the Republican Convention was by
Trumpian standards, muted, and it did seem.
Speaker 2 (52:39):
Like he was, you know, just trying to take it
down a few notches.
Speaker 16 (52:44):
But then by the end of his convention speech, you know,
we were kind of back to where we started. So
I don't know how long this could likee you know,
this moment of unity for the country where we come
together and we say, I don't want any political opposition
to be under threat of violence. It's not okay any
(53:05):
threat of violence.
Speaker 2 (53:06):
You know, we don't want.
Speaker 16 (53:08):
I would love for us to have a unity type moment,
but I think it's probably.
Speaker 7 (53:12):
Going to be pretty fleeting, as we've.
Speaker 4 (53:14):
Seen in the past.
Speaker 1 (53:17):
So Donald Trump has been shot at, they think when
they're saying this, or someone shot at somebody and MSNBC says, well,
this is Trump's fault because Trump needs to tone it
down the rhetoric and stop the violence, even though there's
no violence they're pointing to, and there's no direct rhetoric
that they're pointing to.
Speaker 2 (53:38):
I go over the list again.
Speaker 1 (53:39):
Two impeachments, four indictment indictments, thirty four convictions, ninety one charges,
two assassination attempts. Every single effort to take Trump down
has failed, every single one. I will say this, There
is no doubt about it that God's hand of protection
is clearly on Trump at this moment.
Speaker 2 (54:01):
But God also gives us a brain. Okay, God also
gives us a brain.
Speaker 1 (54:06):
And if these people that are running our country refuse
to protect and defend Donald Trump and protect his life,
at some point, you got to think the devil's gonna win.
That's just being honest.
