Speaker 1 (00:00):
Minnesota man has now been arrested after offering to pay
forty five thousand dollars for anyone that wanted to murder
the US Attorney General Pam Bondy. The man in Saint Paul, Minnesota,
is now accused of posting a TikTok video offering to
pay a bounty for the murder of the US Attorney
General Bondi. The suspect, identified as Tyler Maxon Avoloes, allegedly

(00:25):
posted an image of Bondi with a caption that read
wanted Pam Bondy reward forty five thousand dollars dead or
alive than in parentheses it said preferably dead. An image
of the alleged post appears to have a sniperscope dot
on the photo of Bondy in the middle of her

(00:46):
forehead as well. The article says the suspect is also
accused of writing kauf cough when they don't serve us,
then what? A federal investigation was launched once another TikTok
user flag the post. Officials arrest of the suspect in
an apartment building on Thursday, and he now faces federal

(01:06):
charges in the case. The Fox Report also says, then
Nevlus has a long criminal history that includes convictions for
stalking and domestic violence. But don't worry, he's among us
because this is what liberals do. They lit criminals out
of jail. His TikTok account, investigators also noted also featured

(01:31):
anarchist symbols and links to anti government literature. His profile
also brandished a link to an anarchists FAQ book, according
to court filings. Although Ty Cobb, the former White House
Special Council and critic of President Donald Trump, said recently
that Bondi is the most reprehensible person to hold that office.

(01:56):
She has been working alongside officials to crack down on
crimeation and that's why Democrats want are dead. Body also
recently revealed, which made liberals lose their minds, that crime
stats are showing that those effects and efforts by the
government have yielded significant results at the present direction. The

(02:18):
attorntional Bondi posted this last week on acts we are
making America Safe Again. In Washington, d c our law
enforcement partners have made three thousand, eight hundred thirty seven
arrests to date and seized three hundred and sixty one
illegal guns in Memphis, for example, my hometown, two hundred

(02:40):
and seventy three arrests have been made in just under
a week, and seventy three illegal guns have been seized.
Bondy also gave a warning to Democrat leaders who have
threatened Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE officers who are enforcing
deportation laws. The quote coordinated federal push. She described it

(03:01):
is a response to the massive resistance from Democrats to
the enforced deportation of millions of illegal immigrants. Progressive Democrats
defend the migrants because they cannot agree to recognize the
civic distinction between citizens and economic migrants. This resistance is
backed by local business groups which use the migrants to

(03:24):
provide cheap services such as food delivery to the upper
income customers, who are a critical part of the Democrats
voting block and donor base. So here we are in
a real standoff. Democrats are demanding that Pambondies stop enforcing
the law and allowing for anarchy lawlessness to the hands

(03:47):
of illegal immigrants. And if she doesn't do what they
are demanding, they're now posting online that she is wanted
dead with a bounty of forty five thousand dollars on
her head. But this it just goes back to exactly
what democrats are realizing. There is a real, a very
real change in power because the Trump administration is cleaning

(04:11):
house and Ice is the ones that are doing the
tough work. Every so often, something happens that reminds us
just how fragile our freedoms are. We can't afford to
take our rights for granted. We must draw a line
in the sand, and our friends at Patriot Mobile have
been doing just that for more than twelve years. The

(04:32):
truth is there is only one provider that boldly stands
in the gap for Americans who believe freedom is worth
fighting for, and that company is Patriot Mobile. Not only
are they leading the red economy, they're also outpacing the
competition and technology. Patriot Mobile is one of the only
carriers offering premium access to all three major US networks,

(04:56):
giving you nationwide coverage and service that you can count
on day after day. They also offer unlimited data plans,
mobile hotspots, international roaming, internet back up, in so much more,
and switching has never been easier. You can activate in
minutes on your phone from your home or your office,
and you keep your same number you've got now keep

(05:18):
your same phone or upgrade to a new one. And
this is where the magic happens. Every month, about five
percent of your bill is given back to conservative causes
at no extra cost to you that stand up for
our First and our Second Amendment rights, the rights of
unborn children, and are wounded warriors and those that have
fought for a country and wear a badge. So take

(05:40):
a stand today and make a difference with every call
you make. Patriot mobile dot com slash ferguson or nine
to seven to two Patriot. Use the promo code ferguson
for a free month of service as well. That's Patriotmobile
dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot,
And make the switch and make a difference with every

(06:02):
call you make. ICE is doing exactly what the law
says they're supposed to do. Up to a dozen regional
leaders may be reassigned to increase deportation. Is also what
we're now being told at this hour. Donald Trump not
backing down and the power shift that's taking place within

(06:24):
the US Department of Homeland Security as President Donald Trump's
administration is continuing, they say to focus on deporting illegals.
We now know that four senior DHS officials have told
Fox News that changes will affect US Immigration and Customs
enforcement field offices in several cities, noting some senior leaders

(06:47):
will be replaced with Border patrol officials. This news comes
as leader's work to continue increasing deportation numbers. On one
side is Borders our Tom Homan, an ICE director to Alliance,
who have advocated focusing on criminal aliens and those with
final deportation orders. On the other side are the Department

(07:10):
owned Security Secretary Chrissy Nome and Senior Advisor Corey Lewandowski
in Border Patrol Commander Greg Bavino, who have pushed for
a broader and more aggressive approach targeting anyone in the
US illegally to boost deportation numbers. In September, Tom Holman
said nearly one point six million illegals had already self deported.

(07:35):
I want to say that again, Tom Homan said in September,
then nearly one point six million illegals had already self deported.
He added, a lot of people aren't coming, which helped
secure the border, and that was a part of the
strategy from the beginning. If we show consequences. We show
them we're actually out there looking for them, many will leave.

(07:57):
In a social media post on Monday, Fox NewsChain Bill
Malusian reported that quote per four senior DHS and Trump
administration sources, a mass removal of ICE leadership around the
country's underway, with up to twelve ICE Field Office chiefs
being removed and reassigned in an effort to increase deportation

(08:18):
numbers overall. He added this, I'm told the move is
spearheaded by Corn Lewandowski and a handful of ICE chiefs
that will likely be replaced by Border Patrol and CBP officials,
some of whom will be handpicked by aggressive and controversial
Border Patrol Commander Greg Bavino. I'm told some of the

(08:39):
ICE leadership removed from their positions include the ICE field
office directors in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Denver, El Paso,
San Diego, Portland, New Orleans, and those are where the
President is having a lot of problems with pushback from

(09:00):
the radical left. Now you put all this together and
you add it to this report. The Washington Examiner is
reporting that ICE top officials in Denver, La Philly, Phoenix,
San Diego were quietly revealed of their duties last Friday.
Sources are telling the Washington Examiner it was directed from
the top of the Trump administration and the DHS. So

(09:24):
this is now where the Trump administration is. They want
to remake ICE and border patrol more in your face,
more of an aggressive style. We know that this administration
said they're not backing down. This is what the American
people voted for. And now what they've decided to do
is bring in border patrol to overhaul entire ICE operations

(09:44):
across San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver, Philadelphia, and Phoenix. Both
are federal law enforcement agencies to deal with immigration, but
in very different ways.

Speaker 2 (09:54):
Border Patrol is on the border.

Speaker 1 (09:56):
ICE is in the interior mostly, but that it seems
to be changing now. We also know that as of October,
the twentieth Department of Homeland Security is arrested nearly half
a million illegals in the past nine months, and ICE
agents have continuing rounding up convicted killers, sex offenders, and
robbers across the United States. We'll take a quick break,

(10:19):
we'll come right back. There is another part, by the
way of the story that is also very important. You
have the president and those underneath them who are going
into overdrive to take out illegal immigrants and especially those
that are criminals with it, have committed heinous crimes, and
get them out of this country. There's also another strategy

(10:41):
that's playing out before our very eyes by Democrats, and
that's this. They want to demonize ICE agents to the
point where they don't want to do their job, where
they quit, where they disappear. That is what they're trying
to accomplish. Center Dick Durbin has come out and this
is where the leaders of the Democratic Party, and he

(11:02):
is now comparing ICE agents to World War II Japanese
interment camps. There's only one parallel in history, is how
he described it. Dick Durbin making sure that he goes
out of his way to put the lives of ICE
agents at risk, saying this while speaking Monday at the

(11:26):
US Capitol during a Senate Subcommittee on Crime Encounter Terrorism
hearing on Immigration Enforcement Now. During remarks delivered from the
Senate floor, Dick Durbin said this, there was only one
parallel in history that I can think of that has
occurred in my lifetime, and that of course, would be

(11:48):
the interment of one hundred and twenty thousand Japanese Americans
during World War II. Durbin's comparison comes amid a long
record of engagement on immigration issues. Over the years, he
has defended expansive immigration measures, oppose restrictions on illegal aliens,

(12:08):
and frequently linked America's identity to immigration. In March of
twenty twenty four, Durbin blocked a Republican back bill that
would have required ICE to automatically detain illegal aliens charged
with violent crimes, arguing the proposal would deprive immigrants of
due process. The measure, that was introduced by Senator Jony Erst,

(12:32):
sought to detain suspects penning trial to prevent the release
under lenient local policies. Earlier this year, Durbin also marked
the twelfth year anniversary of the Obama era Deferred Action
for Childhood Arrivals known as DACA program, by calling its
beneficiaries the future of our countries. So not your kids,

(12:55):
not your grandkids, he says, the future of our country's
illegal immigrants. He has repeatedly pushed for the passage of
the Dream Act, which would provide permanent legal status and
a pathicizenship for millions of illegal aliens. Durbin's emphasis, by
the way, I'm protecting foreign nationals has also drawn attention
throughout his career. In eighteen, for example, he even said

(13:18):
to MPR that the United States must remain a quote
nation of immigrants, describing diversity as America's strength and rejecting,
as he described to efforts to scale back even legal immigration.
That stance reflected his decades long relationship on the issue,
dating back to his original introduction of the Dream Act

(13:40):
alongside former Center Orrin Hatch. This is again part of
the Democrats playbook, but Durbin has been now ratching up
the rhetoric for Americans to hate ice agents, something he's
never done before. In fact, you can even look back
at Dick Durbin's immigration activism and times he's sparked controversy.

(14:01):
In twenty thirteen, for example, he spoke at Chicago's May
Day March, which featured open socialists and anarchists, where he
urged the crowd to fight for immigration reform. When questioned
about his participation, Durbin explained his attendance on free speech grounds,
saying you believed in the Constitution's protection of expression for

(14:22):
all groups. Durbin has also worked with Chuck Grassley on
the H one B visa reforms. In September of this year,
the parisonal letter to major technology CEOs questioning why companies
were laying off American workers while continuing to hire foreign
employees under the visa program. The letters cited concerns about

(14:44):
wage's disparities and the impact on American workers. Now, Durbin
has also joined Republican colleagues proposed reforms to the lesser
known L dash one visa program, which allows multi national
corporations to transfer foreign employees to the United States. The
bipartisan proposal would impose a new wage standards and time

(15:06):
limits on both L one's and H one B visa
holders to prevent abuse to the program by firms replacing
American professionals with cheaper foreign labor.

Speaker 2 (15:18):
Now, his broader.

Speaker 1 (15:19):
Legislative record underscores his consistent role as one of its
most activist voices on immigration, from advocating amnesty negotiations with
Senator Tom Tillis following migrant death to the Southern border
in twenty twenty two to denouncing the term chain migration
as offensive and even describing it in a way that

(15:40):
would make you think it's racist, despite having used it
himself in a White House meeting just days earlier. Durbin
has maintained his long standing argument that immigration defines the
American character, our national character, and they, he says, they,
not us, are the future of this country. So let
us look at how radical the Democratic Party has become.

(16:04):
Dick Durbin is now saying, I believe that ICE agents
are comparable to World War two Japanese internment camps. He says,
there's only one parallel in history. Now, why would Dick
Durbin doing this knowing that ICE agents have been shot at,
have been targeted, their families have been targeted, their places

(16:25):
of business have been targeted, and people have been killed
in those attacks. That is the question that everyone should
be asking. Why is Durbin doing this?

Speaker 2 (16:36):
Right now? I'll tell you why.

Speaker 1 (16:39):
I think he's doing it because he believes that this
is the only way for the Democratic Party to survive.
We also know that while all of these shenanigans are
happening on Capitol Hill, that something else has happened. That's
pretty incredible. In Virginia, ICE has arrested three times to
poort it illegal alien use of assaulting a police officer.

(17:03):
This is what America voted for. ICE agents arrested a
three time deport illegal alien this week after he was
accused of violently assaulting a police officer, among other violent crimes.
Carlos Ramirez Guzman, an illegal alien from El Salvador, arrested
by agents in Arlington, Virginia, right outside of Washington, d C.

(17:25):
He has a twenty one year Say that again, he
has a twenty one year criminal record, not an El Salvador,
but in the United States of America. His criminal record
includes charges for aggravate assault with a deadly weapon on

(17:47):
a law enforcement officer, domestic battery, exhibition of a dangerous weapon,
resisting arrest, obstructing and or opposing a law enforcement officer,
as well as disorderly conduct and illegally re entering the US,
which is also a felony, even though Democrats believe that

(18:07):
it's not. Not only has this man been removed from
our country on three previous occasions, but he also has
a violent criminal history of assault with a deadly weapon
on a law enforcement officer. And this is just part
of what the White House said in a statement. They
also talked about the domestic battery resisting arrests, and they said,

(18:27):
under President Trump and Secretary Nome, this criminal legal aliens
crime spree has come to an end.

Speaker 2 (18:34):
Good riddance. You're not welcome in this country. Now.

Speaker 1 (18:38):
You may ask yourself this, when was he arrested and
when was he deported? Well, Guzman had been deported on
three separate occasions, back in two thousand and six then
again in twenty and fourteen, then again in two thy
and sixteen. His last re entry, likely via the US
Mexico border, was an unknown date at an unknown time,

(19:01):
making him one of millions of unknown guidaways living in
the US undetected by federal immigration officials. So here we are.
You are up to date on what's happening. And there
are two visions, two views of what should happen in
this country. Democrats are doubling, tripling, quadrupling down on the
idea that, no matter what, illegal immigrants are, the future

(19:26):
of this country, not you, an American citizen. And we
also know they're willing to advocate, protect, and defend the
illegal immigrant criminals, and they're not backing down from their
rhetoric which is causing ICE agents to be attacked in
this country by American citizens. And that's the difference between
law and lawlessness. Thank goodness, President Trump is the guy

(19:49):
who's in charge of the law and order. Now, all right,
I want to get to some other breaking news. It's
very important. It deals with what happened in Israel. If
you remember, there was a peace agreement, and very quickly
that peace agreement has ended because of the terrorists in Hamas.
We now know that Nat Nyahu has decided to order

(20:11):
the army to quote carry out powerful strikes in Gaza.
The Israeli Prime Minister saying that he's ordered the army
to immediately carry out powerful strikes in Gaza, in a
new test for the US broker ceasefire Natyah, who made
the announcement shortly after Israel said that Hamas had opened
fire on Israeli forces in southern Gaza. The tensions were

(20:35):
already high after Hamas returned a set of remains that
Israel said belonged to a body of an Israeli hostage
that had been recovered earlier in the war. Line about
the remains, nat Nah, who called the return quote a
clear violation of the ceasefire agreement, which requires Hamas to
return all Israeli hostage remains as soon as possible, as

(20:57):
nat Yah, who initially waited a possible response, Israel's media
said options could include halting the entry of humanitarian aid
to Gaza, expanding Israeli control of Gaza, or carrying out
airstrikes targeting Hamas leaders. And a sign of the fragility
of the ceasefire, Israeli troops were shot at at the

(21:19):
southern city of rafon Tuesday, and they returned fire. According
to Israeli military officials, there are still thirteen bodies of
hostages in Gaza. Hamas said Tuesday it has recovered the
body of a hostage that it plans to hand over
this evening, they claim. A journalist also witnessed would appear

(21:40):
to be a white body bag being carried out from
a tunnel by several men, including some mass terrace and
then transported into an ambulance. It was not immediately clear
what was in the bag. The slow return of hostages
bodies is posing a challenge to implementing the next stages
of the ceasefire, which will address even naughtier issues such

(22:03):
as the disarmament of Hamas, the deployment of an international
security force in Gaza and deciding who will govern that
territory now. Hamas has said it is struggling to locate
the bodies of the Israeli hostages amid the vast destruction
they claim of Gaza, while Israel has accused the terrorist
group of purposely delaying their return. Over the weekend, Egypt

(22:26):
also deployed a team of experts and heavy equipment to
help search for the bodies of the remaining hostages. The
work continued Tuesday. This the second time since the ceasefire
began on October tenth that remains turned over by Hamas
have been problematic. Israel said that one of the bodies
Hamas released in the first week of the ceasefire actually

(22:50):
belonged to an unidentified Palestinian, not to a Jewish hostage.
During a previous ceasefire in February of twenty twenty five,
Hamasa had handed over the bodies of three hostages, but
testing showed that one of the bodies returned was identified
as a Palestinian woman. Yes, that is just how evil

(23:12):
the terrorists actually are, and it make matters worse. It
looks like that the terrorists are actually doing much of
this on purpose, some sort of mental warfare. I'll give
you a perfect example of that. One of the people
that was kidnapped from the Nova Music festival in October
the seventh of twenty twenty three, in that hamas Let

(23:33):
attack on Israel that started this entire war. When we
now know that they have returned the remains of one
body three different times, that's right. The young man and
his family have now said that not only was he
killed in captivity and his body was retrieved by Israeli
troops in November of twenty twenty three, but in March

(23:55):
of twenty four, his family received additional remains for burial.
The family said that now more remains have been received
in Israel. The family said in a statement this morning
that this is the third time we have been forced
to open our son's grave and rebury our sun.

Speaker 2 (24:17):
Now you may remember.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
That in exchange for the fifteen dead hostages returned from
Gaza since the ceasefire began, Israel has handed back to
Gaza one hundred and ninety five Palasinian bodies the last
twenty living hostages returned to Israel at the start of
the ceasefire. In exchange, Israel freed roughly two thousand Palestinian prisoners.

(24:41):
Earlier on Tuesday, Israeli authorities said they had killed three
Palisinian terriors early during an operation in the northern part
of the occupied West Bank. The latest action in Israel
stepped up military activity in the territory since the October
seventh a Maas attacks Israeli police. He said the three
men were shot as they came out of a cave

(25:04):
near Jennin, a town in the northern West Bank known.

Speaker 2 (25:07):
As a terrast stronghold.

Speaker 1 (25:09):
The Israeli military said in a statement that the terrorists
took part in the tar activity in Genin, but gave
no further details. Two terrists were shot and killed in
the initial volley of gunfire. The third, who was wounded,
was killed shortly after, according to Israeli military. An earlier
statement said the Israeli military carried down airstrike shortly afterwards

(25:31):
destroy the cave. The army confirmed an airstrike in the area,
but gave no further details as well. Hamas of course
condemning the strike and later identified two of the three
men as terras with Hamas's Casalam brigades. The third man
was referred to as a comrade. No additional information has
been given by the terrorists organization. So this is another

(25:53):
example of how do you live next to terraces that
are willing to torture your family, giving you partial remains
three different times, forcing you to open up the grave
and rebury your son three different times. Israel says its operations,
by the way, are continuing to crack down on terrace
in the West Bank. Palestinians and human rights groups say

(26:16):
scores of uninvolved civilians have also been among the dead,
while tens of thousands of people have been displaced from
their homes. We also know that over sixty eight thousand
Palacinians they claim have died in the two year in
the Gaza War, according to Gaza's health ministry, if you
actually believe those numbers. The military also maintains detailed casuary

(26:38):
records that are seen as generally reliable to you and
agencies and independent experts.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
They claim.

Speaker 1 (26:45):
Israel is disputing those numbers, saying that they are heavily
changed from reality in Gaza. So again, this is where
we are, and the President of the United States of
America has made it clear that Israel has the right
to continue to defend itself and finally, some breaking.

Speaker 2 (27:06):
News for you.

Speaker 1 (27:07):
A federal judge has indefinitely blocked Trump's shut down. Layoffs
were being told a federal judge in San Francisco on Tuesday,
a activist judge indefinitely barred the Trump administration from firing
federal employees during the government's shutdown, saying that labor unions
were likely to prevail on their claims that the cuts

(27:29):
were in arbitrary and politically motivated quote unquote. The radical
US District judge Susan Ilston, a Clinton appointee, granted the
preliminary injunction that bars the firings while a lawsuit challenging
them plays out. She had issued a temporary restraining order
against the job cuts that were set to expire on Wednesday.

(27:53):
The judges said she believes the evidence will ultimately show
that the mass firings were not only illegal, but she
claims an excess of authority. Federal agencies are enjoined from
issuing layoff notices or acting on notses issued since the
government's shut down October one. The judge said that her

(28:14):
order does not apply to notice is sent before. She
says the shutdown. The Republican administration, by the way, has
done what they said they were going to do, slash
jobs they've done in education, health, and other areas it
says are favored by Democrats. The administration has also said
it would not tap roughly five billion in contingency funds

(28:37):
to keep benefits through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, referred
to as SNAP, flowing into November. The American Federation of
Government Employees and other labor unions have sued by the
way to stop the reductions in forced layoffs, saying the
firings were an abuse of power designed solely to punish

(28:57):
workers and then to pressure Congress to get a deal done.
Attorneys for the government said the district court does not
have the authority to hear personnel challenges and that Trump
has brought authority to reduce the federal workforce as he
pledged to do during the campaign, saying this the president
was elected on this specific platform. That is what the

(29:20):
assistant US attorney said, saying the American people selected someone
known above all else for his eloquence in communicating to
employees that you're fired. This is what they voted for.
So there is a standoff.

Speaker 2 (29:36):
Now.

Speaker 1 (29:36):
Democrats continue to go to court to try to harass
the President of the United States of America. That seems
to be the main goal, and the President of the
United States of America seems to be making it clear
he's not backing down, and there's a very good chance
that this will be overturned by an upper court very
very quickly. Don't forget share this podcast please with your
