1. White House “Autopen Portrait” Controversy

  • A new Presidential Walk of Fame was set up along the West Wing Colonnade.

  • Instead of a portrait of President Biden, the display used an image of an autopen (a device used to sign documents).

  • The commentary frames this as a troll on Democrats, mocking Biden’s alleged overuse of the autopen due to claims of cognitive decline.

  • Trump is quoted calling the autopen “one of the biggest scandals in 50–100 years,” while critics suggest this is exaggerated.

  • Democrats and media outlets reportedly reacted negatively, seeing it as disrespectful to the office.

2. Dallas ICE Facility Shooting

  • A gunman attacked an ICE detention center in Dallas, leaving one detainee dead and two critically injured.

  • Authorities found bullet casings with anti-ICE messages, suggesting a political/ideological motive.

  • Commentary links the attack to months of Democratic criticism of ICE, claiming that political rhetoric fueled hostility toward agents.

  • Statements from Gavin Newsom, Jasmine Crockett, Michelle Wu, and others are highlighted as comparing ICE to authoritarian forces, slave patrols, Gestapo, or neo-Nazis.

  • ICE officials argue this rhetoric endangers agents, while critics on MSNBC suggest ICE’s own tactics provoke backlash.

  • Figures like Ted Cruz and JD Vance call for toning down rhetoric and condemn politically motivated violence.

3. Broader Political Rhetoric and Violence

  • Commentary ties Democratic rhetoric to recent political violence, including the alleged assassination of Charlie Kirk (framed here as linked to “fascist” rhetoric).

  • Hillary Clinton is criticized for promoting a book by AFT president Randi Weingarten that warns about fascist threats to education. Conservatives argue this kind of language fuels hostility.

  • The piece claims Democrats use accusations of “fascism” or “Nazism” as tools to delegitimize opponents, allegedly justifying violence.

  • Polling is cited suggesting younger generations increasingly see violence as acceptable against “evil” opponents.

4. Trump and Antifa Designation

  • Trump announced plans to designate Antifa as a terrorist organization and pursue those funding it, potentially through RICO charges.

  • The commentary argues this would allow expanded investigations, sanctions, and executive actions against groups or individuals supporting Antifa.

  • Critics (ACLU, SPLC, etc.) are expected t

Speaker 1 (00:01):
I want to start by just having a moment where
we can all laugh. I feel like we need more
of that in politics right now. And this is a
funny story unless you have no sense of humor or
you have Trump derangement syndrome. The White House has hung
portraits of US presidents along the West Wing Colonnade. It's

(00:23):
in the Rose Garden, now dubbed the Presidential Walk of Fame,
but the image of former President Joe Biden isn't exactly
Joe Biden. Instead, it's represented by the auto pen. Special
Assistant to the President Margot Martin shared a video on
Wednesday of the newly installed Presidential Walk of Fame on

(00:45):
the West Wing Colonnade, depicting the US Presidence in chronological order.
But at the very end, in between Trump's official presidential
portraits from his current and his first term sits the
Biden picture, and that picture is actually a picture of
the auto pen. The Left is losing their minds, even

(01:06):
though this clearly is to be funny and trolling the left,
who again is losing their minds now. In July, Trump
contended that the autopen quote I think is maybe one
of the biggest scandals that we've had in fifty to
one hundred years, and zeroed in on Biden staffers on
the other side of the Resolute desk. They're no good.

(01:28):
They're sick people. And I guarantee you he knew nothing
about what was being signed. I guarantee it. That's what
Donald Trump said at the time. In fact, here he
is in his own words, the auto.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Pen I think is maybe one of the biggest scandals
that we've had in fifty to one hundred years.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
This is a tremendous scandal. And I know the people
on the other side of the Ocida desk a resolute
desk unfortunately used it before me.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
But you know, we have our choice seven disks.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
They were all beautiful, but I chose the Resolute, and
so did he, unfortunately. But the people on the other
side of the Resolute desk, I know them, Lisa, the
Hall Group, and then no good.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
There's sick people.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
And I guarantee you he knew nothing about what he
was signing.

Speaker 1 (02:22):
I guarantee it, President Trump saying that. Then The New
York Times actually report in July that mister Biden did
not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons that
applied to large numbers of people. In fact, he and
aides also confirmed it now after extensive discussion of different

(02:43):
possible criteria they claimed was their alibi. Then Biden would
sign off on the standards that he wanted to be
used to determine which convicts would qualify for reduction in sentence.
And even after mister Biden made the decision, when former
aide said the prisons kept providing additional information about specific inmates,

(03:04):
resulting in small changes to the list. Rather than ask
mister Biden keep signing revised versions, his staff weighted and
then ran the final version, they say, through the auto pen,
which they saw as a routine procedure. Well, when you
have a president and cognitive decline, I guess that's what
you do. But there's also just another aspect of this.

(03:25):
There is some humor here. This is some trolling. It
is actually funny. Democrats again, they're losing their minds. I
was on CNN Abby Phillips Show last night, and here's
what I had to say about it, that the panel
just couldn't get their head around right.

Speaker 4 (03:43):
The People's House now has a trolling hall. The White
House revealed a new presidential walk of Fame with photos
of presidents in order. But if you look closely, there
is one particular president missing, or rather represented by something
other than his face. Instead of a photo of President Biden,
there is a photo of an auto pen. Hilarious, I suppose.

(04:06):
I mean, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
Responding to this, by the way.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
Well very beneath the office, but I guess, going.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Ture Foss, the autopen signed more things under Joe Biden's
last year in office than Joe Biden signed. I mean,
is it really trolling? If it's true, doesn't Trump use
the autio pens as well? I promise you when it
comes to pardons in Clemency's it's gonna be his own signature,
like he actually shows up for work and didn't take
naps for in the middle of the day he had
a four hour work. Let me just tell you his
own team set. I will only vote for the Democratic

(04:33):
candidate in twenty twenty eight that I believe Trump's presidential
portraits and replaces them with photos of him and Epstein.
So many photos of him and Epstein, more photos than
me and my own grandparents. I feel like I'm still
looking forward the autopen responding the outrage over the autopen.
I'm excited to listen. I gotta say the Democrats can't
handle a joke, but it's not surprising. And every once

(04:55):
in a while Donald Trump does something like this and
it makes me smile, and I hope it may makes
you smile as well. All Right, I want to take
a moment and I want to talk to you real
quick about what you can do to help the people
in Israel. It was nearly two years ago that the
terrorists murdered more than twelve hundred innocent Israelis and they

(05:16):
took two hundred and fifty hostages. Today it seems as
if the cries of the dead and dying have been
drowned out by the shouts of anti Semitism and just
pure hatred, not just in America but around the world.
And the most brutal attack on Jewish people happened. It
happened since the Holocaust, and now it's like they're trying
to act like it never happened. Now, this is where

(05:38):
it is important for us to stand with the people
in Israel. It's a movement of love and support for
the people of Israel, and this is where I want
you to get involved. It is called Flags of Fellowship.
It's being organized by the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
On October fifth, you can stand with Israel and the

(06:00):
victims proudly. Just a few weeks away, millions across America
will prayerfully plant an Israeli flag in honor and solidarity
with the victims of October the seventh, twenty twenty three,
and stand with their grieving families. You can be a
part of this movement as well. And that's what I

(06:21):
love about what IFCJ does. They're making sure that the
world knows there are lots of people of faith in
this country and friends and advocates for Israel. They're going
to stand with them. You can get more information about
how you can join the Flags of Fellowship movement, including
your church. There are going to be countless churches around

(06:42):
the country they're going to plant flags as well. So
all you have to do to get involved with Flags
of Fellowship movement is go to IFCJ dot org. That's
IFCJ dot org stand with Israel October the fifth. It's
just a few weeks away, and if your church you
think would want to be involved. You can also find
out more about how to get your church to be

(07:03):
involved on a special Sunday at IFCJ dot org. That's
if CJ dot org. On Wednesday, a gunman opened fire
on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement ICE facility in Dallas, Texas,
leaving one migrant and detainee dead and two others in
critical condition. The Federal Bureau of Investigations, the FBI director Caspattel,

(07:28):
has also revealed that at least one of the shewcasings
from the guvernman's bullet was etched with anti ICE messaging,
indicating a left wing ideological motive for the attack. For
months and the lead up to the attack on the
Dallas ICE facility, Democrats have continuously made statements demonizing ICE agents,

(07:50):
doxing ICE agents, and also going after the agency's acting director,
Todd Lyons. Todd Lions has publicly asked them to halt
the rhetoric for fear of a targeted attack just like
the one we witness on Wednesday. Now there are eight
different occasions when Democrats could have chosen the high road,

(08:11):
but clearly, in a coordinated effort, are continuing to go
after ICE agents for enforcing federal immigration law. Gavin Newsom
for example, claims ICE agents will help suppress voter turnout.
In fact, just eight hours before the attack in Dallas,
he was demonizing ICE agents on national TV. And here's

(08:34):
what he had to say.

Speaker 5 (08:36):
That's happening in the United States of America. Masked men
jumping out of unmarked cars, people disappearing, no due process,
no oversight, zero accountability happening in the United States of America.
Today people ask, well, is authoritarianism? You're being hyperbolic. We're
being hyperbolic if you're a black and brown community. It's
here in this country. And so I'm deeply proud that

(09:00):
I had the privilege of signing the nation's first bill
to address the issue of masking, also to require you
have simple identification. To your point, I mean, if some
guy jumped out of an unmarked car in a van
with a mask on, tried to grab me, I mean,
by definition, you're going to push back. And so these
are not just authoritarian tendencies. These are authoritarian actions by

(09:23):
an authoritarian government. You saw what Stephen Miller said last week,
this should put chills. A fine called the Democratic Party
an extremist organization, basically a terrorist organization, saying he's going
after his enemies. You saw the tweet that Donald Trump
sent out true Social basically telling Pambondi, I want these
three people taken out. That's happening in the United States.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
That was eight hours eight hours before the attack on
ICE agents in Dallas. Gavin Newsom said people need to
push back on ICE agents because they're the result of
an authoritarian gu government. And this morning a sniper shot
up an ICE facility, killing innocent by the way, immigrants.

(10:07):
To be very clear, but that's not the only time
Gavin Newsom has been saying this. Last month, during a
podcast episode, the California governor made the unprecedented claim that
ICE agents may be used by President Donald Trump's in
next year's midterm election to help suppress voter turnout. Quote.

(10:28):
Trump's already sending out mass people to intimidate folks when
we launched our campaign. Did it down in Little Tokyo
in La? Do you think ICE is not going to
show up around voting and pulling booze to chill participation?
And you know that the National Guard, you know that.
That's what he went on to say, Yes, this is
the insanity of the left advocating for exactly what is

(10:52):
happening today and having people get angry. Jasmine Crockett, the
representative from Texas, made inflammatory suggest uestions that ICE agents
are aching to slave patrols during an interview with MSNBC
just last week. Here's her in her own words, what.

Speaker 6 (11:10):
They're doing right now. It almost feels like, you know,
I've seen the memes about the purge and all these things,
But as somebody who understands history, when I see ICE,
I see slave patrols.

Speaker 7 (11:22):
Now.

Speaker 6 (11:22):
I never live through the slave patrol period, but if
you know the history of policing in this country, then
you understand that they were born out of slave patrols.
And now with the Supreme Court saying this, it's almost
like you can just go grab them up, that is
what they're saying, and that is a problem. We all
should have a problem with that. But when you don't
want to teach American history that includes black history, then

(11:45):
you lose out on the benefit of understanding that we
have been down this road before and it was not good,
and we fixed it once and it is a shame
that we are relitigating this and we are going to
have to fix it again.

Speaker 1 (11:58):
So let's just be very queer Jasmine Crockett refers to
ICE agents grabbing illegal immigrants, many of them that have
committed heinous crimes as slave patrols. And you wonder why
we are now witnessing what we are witnessing right now

(12:18):
with a violence against ICE agents. The Boston Mayor, Michelle
Wu she said this about ICE agents, I.

Speaker 8 (12:28):
Don't know of any police department that routinely wears masks.
We know that there are other groups that routinely wear masks.
NSC one thirty one routinely wears masks.

Speaker 9 (12:39):
They are just a clarifier.

Speaker 7 (12:40):
You're comparing ICE, you said, to NSC one thirty one,
the neo Nazi group.

Speaker 10 (12:45):
Are you comparing them to a neo Nazi group?

Speaker 8 (12:48):
What I said is that Boston Police and no police
department that I know of at the local level routinely
wears masks.

Speaker 1 (12:55):
Boston mayor comparing ICE agents to neo Nazis. Kim Waltz
saying this at a graduation ceremony about Department of Home
in Security and ICE.

Speaker 11 (13:07):
DESCAPO is scooping folks up off the streets. They're in
unmarked vans wearing masks, being shipped off to foreign torture dungeons,
no chance to amount of defense, not even a chance
to kiss the loved one goodbye, just grabbed up by
massed agents, shoved into those vans and disappeared. To be clear,
there's no way for us to know whether they were
actually criminals or not. Because they refused to give them

(13:29):
a trial, we're supposed to just take their word for it.

Speaker 1 (13:32):
That is the man who was the vice presidential candidate
and a governor of a state saying that ICE agents
are the Gestapo. So you look at all of that,
and then you go back to what happened in Dallas.
I want you to listen closely to what the acting
director of the Dallas Ice Field Office had to say

(13:56):
today about this being the second time it's happened been
in his jurisdiction.

Speaker 12 (14:02):
This is the second time I've had to stand in
front of you and talk about a shooter at one
of my facilities. And I think that the takeaway from
all of this is that the rhetoric has to stop.
There are people out there who are seeing what is
being placed online and they're coming and they're doing acts

(14:24):
of violence against ICE employees. It's dangerous and people are
losing their lives.

Speaker 1 (14:32):
People are losing their lives. But what are the Democrats saying?
Not even close to that. They're now blaming Ice for
being divisive. Yes, MSNBC, as people have been shot and
there are people that are clinging for their lives, and
after we are seeing this happen on MSNBC, one of

(14:54):
their correspondents said today, quote, it's very early to know
the motive of the ICE facility shooter, even though we
knew it was written on the bullet casings. And then
they went on to blame Ice. We have also seen
the very dramatic videos of ICE nabbing individuals, they said,
and tossing them into unmarked vehicles, justifying the violence centered.

(15:16):
Ted Cruz also coming out talking about how this must stop.
Here's what he said.

Speaker 13 (15:23):
If this states to stop violence is wrong, politically motivated
violence is wrong. It was two weeks ago today that
we saw a political assassination in Utah that tore the
heart out of much of this country. This is the
third shooting in Texas directed at ICE or CBP. This

(15:45):
must stop. To a politician who is using rhetoric demonizing
ICE and demonizing CBP, stop to every politician demanding that
ICE agents be die box and calling for people to
go after their families. Stop. This has very real consequences.

(16:07):
Look in America, we disagree. That's fine, that's the democratic process.
But your political opponents are not Nazis. We need to
learn to work together without demonizing each other, without attacking
each other. And I want to say thank you. I
want to say thank you to the brave men and
women of law enforcement. I want to say thank you

(16:27):
to the brave men and women of ICE and CVP
and everyone who puts their lives on the line to
keep us safe. The divisive rhetoric tragically has real consequence.
I hope that every one of us will I hope
that every one of us will pray Number one, for
the safety of law enforcement that are risking their lives

(16:49):
to keep us safe. Number two, for the health of
those who were shot and injured. Today we still don't
know the full details of who was injured, but for
the families also of the victims of this shooting. Violence
has no place, It is wrong, and we should come together.
If we want to have a debate ab an immigration policies,

(17:09):
we can do so in the halls of Congress without
demonizing each other, and especially without demonizing the men and
women who every day put on a badge and go
risk their lives to keep us safe. And we should
not be putting language out there that inspires mad men

(17:30):
to commit evil crimes. Our prayers are with the men
and women of law enforcement, and we ought to come
together and have some decency across the political aisle to
say this violence is wrong and it needs stops.

Speaker 1 (17:45):
So will there be that type of decency? Well, moments
later on MSNBC, this is what they said, targets.

Speaker 9 (17:53):
What about the politically motivated side of this. This is
now the fourth shooting that we've seen in just a
little bit over a year where the suspect has allegedly
written on the casings of bullets some sort of politically
motivated message.

Speaker 7 (18:10):
Yeah, so, I mean, terrorism is theater. It's intended to
influence an audience beyond its I needed victims. It's putting
a message out and terrorism falls into real really three categories.
It's either religiously motivated, ideologically motivated, or in this case,
politically motivated. And the politically motivated ones. It doesn't happen

(18:32):
in a vacuum. It happens because conditions have been set
that people start acting out against what are the conditions,
So you know, distrusted institutions that's been building for quite
some time, at tax on institutions, the wealth gap, oppressive
policies at least this is what people perceive. And then
the militarization of ICE and other federal law for the

(18:56):
wearing of the mask, aggressive tactics, so the people who
are starting to act out against this feel it's their
only recourse. Again, this is predictable. We see this happening
throughout our history and in other places as well. So
you know, we can tone down the rhetoric and that

(19:16):
that's the right message, but you also have to start
looking at what policies you've implemented, what tactics you're using,
because if you've torned down the rhetoric but you leave
those other pieces in place, nothing's going to try.

Speaker 5 (19:29):
So I wonder, though, I mean, this.

Speaker 1 (19:30):
Is this is incredible. ICE needs to change their policies,
meaning don't actually enforce the laws, go back to what
was happening before and allow so many radicals to come
into this country. Those that are selling fetanyl killing Americans,
those that are sex trafficking children and abusing children, those

(19:52):
that are committing murders and violent crimes and rape. No,
they're saying, go back to the Biden policies, or there
will be more violence against ICE agents.

Speaker 13 (20:03):
JD.

Speaker 1 (20:03):
Vans, the Vice President United It's America, summed it up
perfectly when he said this.

Speaker 14 (20:09):
You don't have to agree with my immigration policies. You
don't have to agree with Donald Trump's immigration policies. But
if your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement,
you can go straight to hell. And you have no
place in the political conversation of the United States of America.
When Democratic politicians incur doxing, when they encourage us to

(20:31):
unmask ice enforcement officers, what do you think is going
to happen? Political violence has gotten out of control in
this country. We got to stop it, We got to
condemn it, and that starts, unfortunately, at the very top.

Speaker 1 (20:44):
Of the Democratic Party aim into that.

Speaker 13 (20:47):
JD.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
Vans, if your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement,
you can go straight to hell. Democrats have not learned
a damn thing about their rhetoric since the assassination of
Charlie Kirk. In fact, if you look at what they're saying,
it's pretty clear they're doubling down on their radical words

(21:08):
and trying to inspire others. Hillary Clinton now getting in
on the action. She has sparked a social media firestorm
for promoting a book literally warning about fascists and sick people.
Clinton is ripping now authoritarians referencing Donald Trump while promoting

(21:30):
the new book from Teachers' union chief Randy Weingarten. The
former Secretary of State and presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton is
getting blasted as she should on social media for posting
a picture supporting the American Federation of Teachers president the
chief's new book that suggests her political opponents are in

(21:52):
fact fascists. Congratulations, Hillary Clinton said to my friend on quote.
Why fascists fear teachers from banning books to controlling curriculum.
Authoritarians go after public education because it's a quartererstone of democracy.
Those are the exact words posted by Hillary Clinton on Wednesday,

(22:17):
along with the picture of the American Federation of Teacher's
chief holding the book. Randi's new book is a critical
read for this moment. She also wrote clearly talking about it,
knowing what had just happened to Charlie Kirk. Clinton was
criticized instantly by many conservatives online for the posts, which

(22:38):
they argue continued the smear campaign against political opponents that
many believe contributed to the assassination of Charlie Kirk. Why
because these are the words that are used by the assassin.
It's been one week since Charlie Kirk was murdered by
a lunatic who wrote about fascists on the shell casings.
Is what one Republican said on Lane. Now Randy has

(23:02):
a new book arguing everyone who disagrees with her views
on public education, which have destroyed public education in America,
is a fascist American culture project. Senior fellow writing this
on X, Hillary Clinton and Randy Winingarden are going full

(23:22):
speed ahead with this disgusting rhetoric right after Charlie Kirk's assassination.
Sick people. Charlie Kirk was murdered exactly one week ago.
Another conservative online, a friend of mine, Jack Posovic, said,
and here's Hillary Clinton today. They wrote an entire book
on a word they don't even understand. Is what another

(23:45):
member of the Huntington Beach City Council said on X
The Room. That's why y'all should read is what the
Washington Free Beacon investigative reporter Chick Ross also said, Yet
Hillary Clinton knew what she was doing, knew that this
moment was a moment she could bring people together, and
instead she wanted to make sure she incited more violence,

(24:07):
using the words to undermine any conservative out there and
to justify another assassination. Democrats Hillary Clinton and Randy Winingartn
are still suggesting Republicans are fascists, an account belonging to
the Republican National Committee put out so eloquently on x
they really can't help themselves, can they now. Fox News

(24:31):
reached out to Clinton's office for comment on her post,
which has now racked up more than two million views.
Guess what they didn't have time to get back for comment.
Have they read the book? Is what Winegarden said in
a statement to Fox News Digital. If they did, they
discover it's a love letter to teachers. Winegarden's book, which

(24:53):
hits bookshelves this week, elaborates on reviews on battling what
she says is fascist idea and how it works to
undermine democracy, opportunity, and public education as we know it.
By the way, we know that public education has been
a total disaster, and if you're a parent that shows

(25:14):
up your school board meetings. The last administration of the
FBI classified you as a domestic terrorist. Now what is
in the book, Well, here's more of it. Attacks on
schools and teachers have long been a hallmark of fascist regimes,
clearly referencing Donald Trump throughout history, as many dictators rose
to power, they began banning books and controlling curriculum. The

(25:37):
book's preview reads, Fascists fear teachers because teachers foster and
education and educated and empowered population that can see past
the propaganda and the scare tactics. Fascist fear teachers because
they teach young people how to think for themselves. Now,
let's be clear. The Democratic Party has taken over the

(26:01):
education system. It's where they've indoctrinated children to be ashamed
of America, not be proud of it. It's where they've
indoctrinated children to hate this country. It's where they've indoctrinated
children to believe that anyone that disagrees with them is
somehow instantly a fascist or a Nazi or Adolf Hitler,

(26:21):
and they should be taken out. We also know the
youngest generation, forty two percent of them say in new
polling that it is appropriate to use violence to go
after people you disagree with, as long as you justify
it as saying you're trying to stop evil. This is

(26:41):
the Democratic Party, and if you think for a moment
they're going to stop actually doing these types of things
and learn from the assassination of Charlie Kirk, you're wrong.
They look at this as a success and they're still
using the same words that were used by the assassin
to justify the killing of one of our own. I

(27:02):
want to talk to you about my friends at Kirk
Elliott Precious Medals. Two days ago, I got my new
order of silver. Now I'm investing in silver right now
because the pricing on it is amazing and the upside well,
it's real. I actually have a one hundred ounce silver bar.
It is actually really cool. It's really heavy because it's

(27:25):
one hundred ounces. But I also know that I bought
it at the right price and I wasn't paying massive
up charges on quote. Rare are special coins, and then
when you go to sell them, you take away all
of your earning potential. Why do they do it this
way at Kurt Elliott because they have transparent pricing up front.
It's very simple. You pay eight percent when you buy,

(27:49):
and here's what matters to you the most, nothing when
you sell. There are no hidden fees ever with Kurt
Elliott Precious Metals. This is the reason why I wreck
amend them. It's not just about investing, it's about making
sure you get more for your money. And that is
exactly why Kurt Elliott helps people all the time. Whether

(28:10):
it's gold or silver, you can hold it, be a
good steward of it, you can pass it on to
future generations, and you can build wealth with it. It's real, boy,
youon never gimmicks, just investment grade gold and silver. No
overpriced coins, no flashy markups. And it's a company that
I love because they are a faith driven company. There's

(28:33):
no pressure, just honest care. They treat every client like family,
offering honest answers up front to help you make wise
informed decisions. Now, if you're seeking a partner when it
comes to gold and silver with an eternity mindset, visit
ke PM dot com slash ben. That's k e PM

(28:57):

him seven two zero six oh five thirty nine hundred.
That's seven two zero six oh five thirty nine hundred.
So let's faithfully steward what God has given so you
can experience real peace now and for generations to come.
Ke pm dot com slash ben. President Donald Trump has

(29:21):
declared that he is designating the Antifa movement as a
major terrorist organization. He also stated he will recommend that
people or organizations funding Antifa be strongly investigated under the
highest legal standards in practices now. This announcement came in

(29:41):
the wake of the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk,
which Trump and his allies say underscores the need to
address what they characterize as left wing extremism. Now Antifa,
you may ask what is it, They say, it's anti fascists.
It's not a single group or a with a hierarchy structure.
In fact, it's a loosely affiliated ideology where people all

(30:05):
the time are saying I'm a member of Antifa and
then carrying out many times criminal activities. Now, because of
the decentralization of it, there's no clear chain of command,
which means you have to actually follow the money. Because
without formal membership lists or centralized leadership, you've got to
find out who is funding Antifa and who on the

(30:28):
left is writing the checks for so many of the
things that they actually do. Now, there are several significant
legal obstacles to make this kind of designation meaningful and
also enforceable, and that's exactly what the President is doing
right now. In fact, if you want to know when
this really became a reality, you can go to the

(30:48):
White House in the Oval Office. Just two days ago,
when the President was asked this question about Antifa and
what it would mean to designate them a terror organization
from a member the press, take a listen.

Speaker 8 (31:04):
Do you plan on designating it's family a domestic terrible organization?

Speaker 2 (31:09):
Well, it's something I would do, Yeah, if I have
support from the people back here. I think would start
with Pam, I think, but I would if you give me,
I would do that one hundred percent, and others also,
by the way, but Antifa is terrible. There are other groups. Yeah,
there are other groups. We have some pretty radical groups,
and they got away with murder. And also I've been

(31:30):
speaking to the Attorney General about bringing RICO against some
of the people that you've been reading about that have
been putting up millions and millions of dollars for agitation.
These aren't protests. These are crimes. What they're doing where
they're throwing bricks at cars of the of Ice and
Border Patrol and they come in a beautiful new car.
They're so proud it's Border patrol Ice. You know, it's

(31:52):
got whatever it is, and they're throwing rocks at it.
And after fifty yards it looks like an old beat
up vehicle. It was just brand new, just bought for
the purposes. And they don't have to take that anymore.
I let it be known, well take responsibility. They don't
have to take it anymore, and they don't want to
take it. I watch it.

Speaker 13 (32:10):
I watched it so sick.

Speaker 2 (32:12):
It made me for four years. I had to sit
home and watch people screaming at policemen and spitting in
their face and they weren't able to do anything.

Speaker 3 (32:21):
They just had to grin and beard.

Speaker 2 (32:23):
They're standing up like a piece of steel. And the women,
in many cases women, you can see their professional agitators.
I had one the other night. I had four the
other night, all in one group, total phonies. I started
to scream when I got into a restaurant. Oh you
know something with Palestine and I said, well, I'm doing
a great job for peace in the Middle East. I

(32:43):
should get lots of awards for that, with the Abraham
Accords and everything else. But a woman just stood up
and start screaming and she got booed out of the
place too. The people were a lot of people in
the restaurant. I went there to show how safe.

Speaker 9 (32:56):
And it was safe.

Speaker 2 (32:56):
I mean, a woman's just a mouthpiece, or she was.
She was a paid choose, a paid agitator, and you
have a lot of them. And I've asked Pam to
look into that in terms of bringing RICO cases against
the criminal Rico because they should be put in jail.
What they're doing to this country is really a subversive.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
That is where all of this really got started. Now
Here is the best part about what this means moving forward.
The consequences of this action on Antifa are huge. This
will now allow the US government to increase investigations into
individuals or entities that are believed to provide support to

(33:37):
Antifa aka money and logistics supplies. Trump specifically asks for
these types of investigations. It also allows for potential executive orders, regulations,
policy changes aimed at curbing political violence or hate speech
associated with Antifa, and then there's the possible legal or
administrative sanctions for those found to be a material support

(34:01):
of Antifa if state or federal laws can be invoked.
This is where there is real consequences for people that
are involved with this radical organization, and you need to
find out who is exactly funding them. Follow the money
is everything here. Now we can also expect legal challenges
groups like the ACLU and the SPLC. They're going to

(34:25):
argue that the designation violates constitutional protection free assembly, free speech,
due process, and then the courts are going to have
to interpret what designating a terrorist organization means in this context.
I think this is clearly a fight the White House
is more than happy to have. And then there's a
political polarization of this. Democrats are already coming out and saying

(34:46):
that this is a threat to free speech. So let's
go back to the President and what he actually had
to say after designating Antifa a terrorist organization. Here's how
CNN put it as they had to read the president's words.

Speaker 10 (35:00):
Now, I don't know if you know this, but I've
just seen that the president on a social media on
a social media's announced I'm pleased to inform our many
USA patriots that I'm designating Antifa, a sick, dangerous radical
left organization, as a major terrorist organization. I'll also be
strongly recommending that those funding Antifa be thoroughly investigating in
accordance with the highest legal standards and practices.

Speaker 1 (35:23):
They can't stand the fact that radical organizations that are
out there being funded by dark money from democratic donors
they are then committing crimes and terrorizing the public, are
no longer going to be able to operate the way
they were under the Biden administration. And by the way,
this is exactly why I voted for Donald Trump, and
I think so many of you did as well. Don't

forget share this podcast wherever you can with your family
