There have been warnings for now years about the number
of the legal immigrants coming across the southern border, and
those that are on the terror watch list are at
the top of the concern. We know this because we've
had Congress warn us about this. Homeland Security actually put

the CBP arrested thirty five thousand, four hundred and thirty
three illegal aliens with criminal convictions nationwide, including about six

concern all of you. In addition to all of that,

watch list have been apprehended at the south west border

domestic intelligence agencies arrested an eighteen year old Okay who
was suspected of organizing attack on a football game in Leon.

open southern border and the connection here. The Chechen immigrant
came to France saying he wanted to disrupt the games

that was able to find his way to France who
they just arrested. He was eighteen years old military age

watch lists. Now, NBC News and this was a about
a month ago, finally did an authentic report on what's
going on in this country with those on the terror
watch lists their headline. A man on the terror watch
list was released into the US after crossing the Southern border,

even after he was caught. This goes back to the
catch and release apparatus of the Biden administration's agenda. Listen
to this again. I can't believe I'm saying this, but

News a night, an alarming development and the border crisis.
Among the record number of migrants crossing the Southern border
was a member of an Afghan terror organization who was
released into the US by border agents. According to US officials,
forty eight year old Mohammed Harwin illegally crossed into California
in March of last year. His name is on a
US terror watch list identifying him as a member of HIG,

a terror group that's killed Americans and Afghanistan.

Border agents suspected he.

Was on the watch list at the time of his apprehension,
but lacked corroborating information. According to US officials, CBP released
him without contacting the FBI or Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Those officials told US Harwin was allowed to apply for
work authorization and board planes in the US. According to
those officials, after almost a year, ICE arrested him here

in San Antonio. When he went to court, US officials
tell us ICE officials withheld classified information about his terrorism ties.
A judge ordered him released on twelve thousand dollars bond,
which he posted and was freed last month. Harwin's case
appears to be just one of at least three incidents
in the past two years involving suspected terrorists being released

by Customs and Border Protection, according to the DHS Inspector
General and Congress. It comes as President Biden faces fierce
criticism of his handling of the border crisis, including from
former President Trump.

The percentage of people on the terror watch list apprehended
at US borders is a small fraction of all migrants

They had this conversation about Director Ray that they pushed
and this was his testimony to Congress when he said, look,
we are very worried about coordinated attacks in the US
similar to Moscow attacks. Well, how would the attackers get in?
They would get in across the southern border.

There was already a heightened risk of violence in the
United States before our Cober seventh. Since then, we've seen
a rogues gallery of foreign terrorist organizations call for attacks
against Americans and our allies. And given those calls for action,
our most immediate concern has been that individuals or small

events in the Middle East to carry out attacks here
at home. But now increasingly concerning is the potential for
a coordinated attack here in the homeland, akin to the

Now, the FBI Director also went more recently to Capitol
Hill and he said this about the new threats to

throughout twenty twenty three, but the ongoing war in the
Middle East has raised the threat of an attack against

protect Americans here at home. We assess that the actions
of Hamas and its allies will serve as an inspiration

attacks against Americans and the West. Al Qaeda issued its
most specific call to attack the United States in the

warning them seems to be a hey, you guys need
to understand and wake up, like it's really bad right now.

NYPD officers on New Year's Eve was interviewed by the
FBI in mid December and then placed on a terrorist
watch list. All of this after his family became increasingly
concerned about his desire to travel to Afghanistan and join
the Taliban.

What this could all mean stickly as he waits charges.

Bell Malusian, who's an incredible reporter at the Southern Border
for Fox News Channel. He reminded us also about the
Iranian illegal immigrant on the terror watch list caught near
the Southern border and the fact this again was about
a little over a year ago when this happened. Another

reporting live from the Rio Grande Valley in Texas.

Hi Bill, Hi, Dana, Good morning to you. I can
confirm that the arrests of this Iranian national happened last week,
and it all began with a Texas DPS traffic stop,
which we have video of. Take a look at this
dash can video showing a Texas trooper pulling over a
human smuggler on a Texas highway near Del Rio last Monday,

they get into the car, they find five illegal immigrants
being smuggled inside. The driver was an American from Houston.
Several of the men were being smuggled hidden in the
back of the trunk. You'll notice one guy has a
red hoodie on. He ended up being the Iranian national
who was being smuggled in the back of that trunk,
and we've got a closer look at him. Take a

look at these images. This is twenty nine year old
Ali Resa Hadari. He's an Iranian national and according to
his Iranian passport, he was born in Tehran. I'm told
Border patrol then arrived and did their standard background checks
with federal databases, running all the names, and at that point,
multiple law enforcement sources tell me Hadari's name and date

of birth flagged as a match on the FBI's terror
watch list. I'm told federal law enforcement then got involved,
ran more checks, and confirmed that his name was a
match on the list. I'm told the FBI is now
the lead on this case and is now handling this case.

And what's going to happen next is.

Federal law enforcement will continue to do more vetting and
more checks to figure out exactly why Hadari is on
the FBI's Terror watch List, which again is a database
of known or suspected terrorists. Now keep in mind, this
guy was caught by Texas law enforcement, not by federal
law enforcement, not by Border patrol. He had already gotten
into the United States. DHS and ICE both referred me
(29:14):
to the FBI. They had no comment. I reached out
to the FBI. They tell me they declined to comment.
The Border Patrol Union is now speaking out on this incident,
telling Fox in part quote, if not for the work
of Governor Abbott and Texas DPS, Allaraisa Hadari would be
at large on the streets today, on US streets today,
and looking to do harm to the US and our

fellow citizens. Hadari entered the country illegally and evaded apprehension
by the Border Patrol. It fell to Texas DPS to
do our job because Biden continues to play politics with
the safety and security of our children.

this incident from the federal government has been like drawing
water from I first reached out to DHS and ICE
last Thursday about this, almost six days ago. They didn't
get back to me until yesterday. They referred me to
the FBI. Reached out to the FBI, they tell me

where this guy is or who has him in custody.

list was released into the US after crossing the Southern border,

News a night, an alarming development and the border crisis.
Among the record number of migrants crossing the Southern border
was a member of an Afghan terror organization who was
released into the US by border agents. According to US officials,
forty eight year old Mohammed Harwin illegally crossed into California
in March of last year. His name is on a
US terror watch list identifying him as a member of HIG,

a terror group that's killed Americans and Afghanistan.

Border agents suspected he.

Was on the watch list at the time of his apprehension,
but lacked corroborating information. According to US officials, CBP released

Those officials told US Harwin was allowed to apply for
work authorization and board planes in the US. According to
those officials, after almost a year, ICE arrested him here

in San Antonio. When he went to court, US officials
tell us ICE officials withheld classified information about his terrorism ties.
A judge ordered him released on twelve thousand dollars bond,
which he posted and was freed last month. Harwin's case
appears to be just one of at least three incidents
in the past two years involving suspected terrorists being released

by Customs and Border Protection, according to the DHS Inspector
General and Congress. It comes as President Biden faces fierce
criticism of his handling of the border crisis, including from
former President Trump.

a little over a year ago when this happened. Another

confirm that the arrests of this Iranian national happened last week,
and it all began with a Texas DPS traffic stop,
which we have video of. Take a look at this
dash can video showing a Texas trooper pulling over a
human smuggler on a Texas highway near Del Rio last Monday,

they get into the car, they find five illegal immigrants
being smuggled inside. The driver was an American from Houston.
Several of the men were being smuggled hidden in the
back of the trunk. You'll notice one guy has a
red hoodie on. He ended up being the Iranian national
who was being smuggled in the back of that trunk,
and we've got a closer look at him. Take a

look at these images. This is twenty nine year old
Ali Resa Hadari. He's an Iranian national and according to
his Iranian passport, he was born in Tehran. I'm told
Border patrol then arrived and did their standard background checks
with federal databases, running all the names, and at that point,
multiple law enforcement sources tell me Hadari's name and date

of birth flagged as a match on the FBI's terror
watch list. I'm told federal law enforcement then got involved,
ran more checks, and confirmed that his name was a
match on the list. I'm told the FBI is now
the lead on this case and is now handling this case.

Federal law enforcement will continue to do more vetting and
more checks to figure out exactly why Hadari is on
the FBI's Terror watch List, which again is a database
of known or suspected terrorists. Now keep in mind, this
guy was caught by Texas law enforcement, not by federal
law enforcement, not by Border patrol. He had already gotten
into the United States. DHS and ICE both referred me
(29:14):
to the FBI. They had no comment. I reached out
to the FBI. They tell me they declined to comment.
The Border Patrol Union is now speaking out on this incident,
telling Fox in part quote, if not for the work
of Governor Abbott and Texas DPS, Allaraisa Hadari would be
at large on the streets today, on US streets today,
and looking to do harm to the US and our
(29:35):
fellow citizens. Hadari entered the country illegally and evaded apprehension
by the Border Patrol. It fell to Texas DPS to
do our job because Biden continues to play politics with
the safety and security of our children.

Hey, guys, I just want to stress trying to get
any information on this Iranian national or what happened with
this incident from the federal government has been like drawing
water from I first reached out to DHS and ICE
last Thursday about this, almost six days ago. They didn't
get back to me until yesterday. They referred me to
the FBI. Reached out to the FBI, they tell me

they declined to comment. So right now we don't know
where this guy is or who has him in custody.

What we do know is this is now at least
the thirty eighth or thirty ninth person on the Terra
Watch lists arrested at our southern border since the fiscal
year first started on October first.

You notice he says, it's like trying to get information
about this corruption from our government is like trying to
get water from a rock. They will stone wall you forever. Now,
all of these warnings that I just gave you compile

see the warning against Paris and the Olympics, and the
same warnings and the same possibilities are very very very
possible in this country. And the administration says, so be it,
because we want illegal immigrants to come unfeathered access to
the United States of America, no matter what we've got

to bring them in, and if that means some terrorists
get across with them, they clearly are more than willing
